Speaker 2 (03:10):
Story number one.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
It is a scathing report.

Speaker 6 (03:13):
It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Overside
Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released

(03:37):
every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
Attorney General, Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described

(04:00):
it is a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
I want you to hear what James Comra had to
say about all of this earlier on TV.

Speaker 7 (04:10):
Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
and what's the evidence that supports those claims.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of

(04:45):
the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
gave conflicting reports as to how the autopin use was authorized.
But to the end of the day, one thing that
was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
everyone but Jeff Ziance, the chief of Staff, in the end,

(05:05):
was that they never saw Joe Biden they never heard
from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
policy discussions with Joe Biden when he talked about the
pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
there was no chain of custody, there was no consistency
in how the use of the auto pen. I think
it's safe to say that there was a cover up

(05:26):
of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
doctor O'Connor an opportunity to come in and defend his
all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
in perfect fiscal and mental shape, and he pled the
Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
with that, you battled with Matt when you were here

(05:49):
fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
and Joe Biden said this and that, and when we
had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years,
near attending his executive secretary, who we see Trump's executive
secretary with him multiple times a day. She only had

(06:11):
limited communication with Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
There was a cover up of his mental decline. And
there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
making process with the pardons and the executive orders.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
You think about how shocking that is.

Speaker 6 (06:32):
A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
or talking to the President of the United States of America.
And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
That is part of what this investigation is all about.

(06:53):
James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.

Speaker 8 (06:57):
I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
and TV lent, this stinks to how I heaven, So
we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
in approving these pardoners?

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Real hard evidence.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
There really isn't, and it's astonishing when you're talking about
thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders. Basically any
legal document, especially during the last three months of the
Bidy administration. That's what we focused on, and every person
who we deposed had a different story on what the
proper process was that they followed in using the autopen

(07:37):
to sign a legal document. Their stories were inconsistent. And
then when you throw in the emails from the Merrick
Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to these very staffers
about the excessive use of the autopen and asking point
blank questions what was their process, then the entire stories changed,

(07:58):
So the inconsistencies are available. One thing that is consistent, Laura,
is the fact that no one saw Joe Biden, no
one who authorized the autopen or even gave the authorization
to use the autopen. No one who authorized autopen or
actually physically manually pressed the power button a lottipen ever
heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there are no notes,

(08:21):
there's no chain of custody that would show that Joe
Biden was involved in any meetings where they discussed the
pardon process. I mean, this is a Polligue and everyone
in America saw during the debate and during the last
few months of the Biden administration. This was a President
in decline. The staffers confirmed that they would go weeks, months,

(08:43):
and even years without communicating with Joe Biden. This is
a massive cover up, and what we determined was every
pardon should be declared noel and void.

Speaker 6 (08:53):
I want you to think about what you just heard.
Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
an auto pen. And many of the people that should

(09:14):
have been talking to the president didn't speak to him
for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
So who was running the country. Well, we know that
Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
what we do have now is forty seven hours of
transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous

(09:39):
former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
are now on the record talking about the lies they
told the American people and made of the lies that
the media was happy to tell.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
As well.

Speaker 6 (09:58):
The other thing that I'm going to play for You
is a montage put out by the House Oversight Committee.
Joe Biden was not running the show, and their new report,
they say, exposes how Biden's decline was real and his
aides covered it up. Take a listen to what they
put together, proving the point that no one really knows

(10:20):
who was doing the auto pen and who was signing
what or who was even directing it.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
Take a listen.

Speaker 9 (10:27):
Was the number one issue either campaign, the president's business
or his age.

Speaker 10 (10:39):
Did you ever see President Biden in a wheelchair?

Speaker 4 (10:42):
I did not recall ever seeing President inviting in a
wheels Paris.

Speaker 10 (10:46):
And new information now on the people in his inner
circle and how the cover up actually operated.

Speaker 11 (10:54):
Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
a president for their own gain.

Speaker 12 (11:02):
How much were you paid for your role in the
campaign in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
Just sim was showing nine dollars?

Speaker 13 (11:10):
Oh sorry, how much billion dollars? You believed that the
president should stay in the race, your own financial stake
in the matter, but was a factor in any way
your advice to the president?

Speaker 3 (11:21):
Hi, I don't believe.

Speaker 11 (11:23):
That, and when I come to President Biden's decline, the
official word from Biden World about all these news stories
is that nothing has been revealed this week that shows
that President Biden was anything but an effective president.

Speaker 12 (11:37):
Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
the physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled
das more stuckling over the rig in gash than you
did at the beginning of the term.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
and his speeches were less effective. I thought we talked
about age.

Speaker 8 (11:58):
We knew it was you, and we tried to design
a strategy.

Speaker 10 (12:03):
We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
The president should have a cognitive and Sam.

Speaker 10 (12:10):
Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
the president's cognitive decline.

Speaker 5 (12:16):
Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
you the truth and FU if.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
You can't handle the truth.

Speaker 9 (12:22):
This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.

Speaker 12 (12:27):
His mental acuity is great, it's fine.

Speaker 4 (12:30):
It's as good as it's been over the years.

Speaker 13 (12:32):
He is sharp, he is on top of things.

Speaker 11 (12:34):
Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity?

Speaker 4 (12:38):
He had a sharpness to him.

Speaker 10 (12:40):
I said, what I believe to be true.

Speaker 11 (12:42):
Do you think he was as sharp as you?

Speaker 1 (12:46):
I said, I had not seen decline.

Speaker 5 (12:51):
And I hadn't.

Speaker 3 (12:52):
He is just fine. How people interpret that is up
to them.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas Sor.
She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.

Speaker 4 (13:09):
She has now taken the fit.

Speaker 5 (13:11):
There is now a pattern of key Biden confidants seeking
the shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.

Speaker 9 (13:19):
Were you ever told to lie about the President's health.

Speaker 11 (13:21):
The Advising Council?

Speaker 3 (13:23):
I must respectfully declined to answer based upon the physician
patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under the
fifth Mandate Constitution.

Speaker 9 (13:30):
Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
as president?

Speaker 10 (13:42):
And we can tell you that he will have the
same answer with respect to any questions.

Speaker 11 (13:46):
That are asked.

Speaker 9 (13:47):
Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
Biden execute the duties of the president's that did Joe Biden,
a member of his family, or anyone at the White
House ever instruct you to lie guarding his health on.

Speaker 12 (14:01):
The advice and counsel our respect M trying to answer
the questions soon.

Speaker 10 (14:05):
Constitution And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims
Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.

Speaker 4 (14:12):
Hunter was driving the decision making for the family. He
was almost like a chief of staff.

Speaker 9 (14:17):
Did you notice it up to ever when Unter Biden
was around, Yes, towards.

Speaker 10 (14:21):
The end that he was living with the president, they
were lying not just to the public, they were lying
to other Democrats. Have you ruled out a pardon for
your son?

Speaker 4 (14:29):
Yes?

Speaker 13 (14:30):
Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a party yes?

Speaker 9 (14:33):
Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
his son were drum.

Speaker 12 (14:40):
Now?

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
him two times. Two times.

Speaker 12 (14:48):
Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
bite and understand the context.

Speaker 11 (14:52):
How often would you say that you've interacted with the
personal person.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
I interacted with him pretty infrequently.

Speaker 12 (14:58):
I think I met with the front a handful of
times during my tenure in White House. You got to say,
that doesn't look anything like the president that I know
when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
every single day.

Speaker 4 (15:12):
Yeah, I think it's missing in some context.

Speaker 13 (15:17):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
who was colin shots in the White House. If the
White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president at stakes,
who was operating Noble.

Speaker 13 (15:30):
Page wasn't an issue for you for President Byo, No,
it was what it was not at the term.

Speaker 9 (15:39):
So you think President Biden is fully in commands that
night during the debate.

Speaker 11 (15:43):
I do believe that he was fully in command that
night during the debate.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
I knew it was very difficult to get past some
of the visual things that were causing people concerned about
the president.

Speaker 13 (15:53):
The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.

Speaker 12 (15:57):
Yes, he often would confuse names.

Speaker 9 (16:00):
You think it got worse as you knew.

Speaker 4 (16:02):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (16:03):
Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you
say you have the mentally physical capacity to serve another
four years.

Speaker 10 (16:10):
Yes, I did not have the experience that it took
him longer to answer simple question.

Speaker 13 (16:15):
He could still he was still santisically, what did you say?

Speaker 10 (16:19):
It was something that we did that coin.

Speaker 13 (16:20):
It was something that the media coined. Did you or
did anyone ever verify if the videos as we were
talking about were impacts cheap fakes? I believe so. But
there were instances where videos were circulated of present by
it and appearing confused or freezing for a moment that
were real.

Speaker 10 (16:36):
Correct, not that I recalled.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
in an Italian.

Speaker 4 (16:42):
Field was fake.

Speaker 1 (16:43):
Now she's saying, yeah, my White House was broken and
I'm switching parties and was suffering from a cold that
really constrained his voice and constrained his his ability to
be forceful in the debate.

Speaker 9 (16:53):
Did you attribute President Biden's performance that night to him
being under the weather.

Speaker 13 (17:00):
That's my assumption.

Speaker 3 (17:01):
The ability of medicare to the the ability for the
wants to be able to negotiate the operation with the
big farmer companies.

Speaker 9 (17:11):
Have you ever seen him have a hold or a
flu before?

Speaker 7 (17:14):
Yes?

Speaker 12 (17:15):
Did he ever behave the way that he did during
the debate, not that diversal. It was clear what he
was trying to say.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
Dealing with every day we had to deal with or
if we finally beat Medicare.

Speaker 10 (17:34):
It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired
and that took over the auto pen.

Speaker 12 (17:40):
They stole the presidency of the United States. Do you
know who the people who were actually operated the auto
them were?

Speaker 7 (17:47):
I did not.

Speaker 9 (17:48):
Do you know any of the actual staff who were
not using the autament?

Speaker 12 (17:53):
No, you don't know their names.

Speaker 9 (17:55):
Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particular
set of documents.

Speaker 13 (18:03):
Not prior to prep Did he hand sign all executive orders?

Speaker 4 (18:09):
He did not.

Speaker 12 (18:09):
He's hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
sign handsign all executive orders.

Speaker 9 (18:14):
Can you read your response?

Speaker 12 (18:16):
Had through the use of the autopen for the execution
of all the following partons?

Speaker 1 (18:19):
Thanks Jaz.

Speaker 7 (18:21):
Did you yourself write the ZIO.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
I do not believe I did.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
That autopin was used excessively, and yet no one can
say for certain that Joe Biden was given the orders
to use auto it.

Speaker 6 (18:34):
I hope you'll take this very special episode of the
forty seven and share it on social media, please wherever
