Speaker 1 (00:01):
So here's a question for you.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Is there money to be made in ploying aka hiring
illegal immigrants. The answer is yes, and the money is massive.
I want you to take a listen to this incredible story.
It is a story about a couple who is making
millions apparently off of hiring illegal immigrants. Now this is

(00:28):
not a story that you're gonna hear on the national news.
The story is coming from a local news station talking
about the investigation and just how much money they were
making off of the illegal immigrants.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Take a listen.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Couple who fly in Mexican flag outside their house is
in big trouble for allegedly hiring a lot of illegals.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
They operated Oduna Plumbing, a national company based here in Michigan.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Doj alleged is that they.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
Made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred and
fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Hold on, sut, can we just rewind there?

Speaker 2 (01:05):
You have a couple that is accused of employing nearly
two hundred and fifty undocumented workers. I'm gonna rewind that again.
I want you to hear the dollar amount. And this
is just in one little place.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
I mean a national company based here in Michigan.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Doj allege is that.

Speaker 4 (01:26):
They made seventy four million dollars while employing two hundred
and fifty three people, many of them who were undocumented workers,
and allegedly the work.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
By the way, I love how they call them undocumented.
This is an illegal immigrant. So they're making seventy plus million,
and you and the argument that's been made as well
illegal immigrants.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
This is the left talking they do jobs.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Americans won't do and if you get rid of them,
we're going to destroy our economy. Well, hold on a second,
are you telling me there's a bunch of Americans that
won't actually do the job of plumbing, Because if you're
making seventeen million or seventy million off of illegal immigrants,
then I bet you you're charging market rate and you're

(02:12):
not undercutting when it comes to what you're charging people.
So there's a very good chance at what you are
doing is you're screwing Americans out of these jobs and
then you're keeping the cream from the top as you
underpay the illegal immigrant workers that you've hired, and that
means it's more money into your pocket. The people taking advantage.

(02:33):
You know that are flying the Mexican flag in front
of their house. It gets better. Keep listening.

Speaker 4 (02:38):
Workers lived in overcrowded houses and hotel rooms.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
These photos from the criminal complaint.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
The couple was arrested and officially charged with conspiracy, transporting
and harboring unauthorized aliens for commercial advantage or private financial
gain money laundering.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Hold on, whoa wait you wait, stop stop, hold on?

Speaker 2 (02:58):
Did you hear what they just use this couple of
doing taking advantage and putting their workers in inhumane living
conditions while exploiting them and making a killing off of
them to the tune of seventy plus million dollars. Now,
you would think that the story that I'm telling you
right now would have made national news, right that they
I mean, like, this family is able to pull this

(03:19):
off and make this much money off of llegal immigrants.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
So why have you not heard about this story?

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I can tell you exactly why, because this doesn't fit
the narrative that they want you to learn about that. Yes,
in fact, there are illegal immigrants that are being that
are undercutting the wages. Yes, they are legal immigrants that
are being held in essence hostage like human slaves by
these families.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
Who are employing them.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
But the people at the top are still making seventy
million dollars off of the illegal immigrants. And as they're
getting rich off of llegal immigrant labor, they're undercutting the
American workforce, and they're undercutting competitors and small business owners
and mom and pop shops and destroying the American way
of life because the people working for them aren't getting rich.

(04:07):
The living conditions are to being described as inhumane. They're
renting out these tiny little rooms and these in these
houses and places that, by the way, they own. So
they're making money off of these illegal immigrants and treating
them like slaves.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
In essence, keep listening to others. According to the complaint,
out of two hundred and fifty three workers, only six
were in the US legally and permitted to work.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
This is the business in question that has a Metro
Detroit couple in hot water with federal investigators.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
It's not just simplely an immigration case that's charged.

Speaker 5 (04:38):
It's also money laundering.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
I have a feeling they're not the only ones engaging
in this kind of activity.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
XOS reports foreign born non citizens make up eight point
three percent of the country's civilian workforce. They account for
seventeen point five percent of construction workers and seventeen point
one percent of those in agriculture.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
So what are we doing here? I'd like to see
a lot more arrests, would you. This business in El
Cahoone was targeted for their alleged hiring practices.

Speaker 7 (05:04):
The warrant accuses the company of harboring undocumented employees and
supplying them with fake legal status documentation.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Wait hold on, so you're telling me it's not just
one family that did this. There are other businesses in
America that are doing the same thing. They're hiring legal immigrants,
putting them into this type of housing conditions, owning them
like modern day slaves, and then making a killing off
of them.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
Wait hold on.

Speaker 2 (05:29):
You're telling me that Democrats allowed this to happen and
Republicans are trying to shut it down, and somehow Republicans
are the bad guys here. You mean that they're Americans
that could be getting these jobs and making a living
wage that Democrats claim they're obsessed with, but instead they've
decided to flood America with legal immigrants.

Speaker 1 (05:48):
Keep wizzy. It gets even better.

Speaker 7 (05:50):
Investigators are confiscating business operation records, financial records and personnel files.
By most accounts, some two dozen people were taken into custody.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
The others have been detained in questioned.

Speaker 7 (06:03):
We spoke to one worker who was detained for four
and a half hours. Tell us how it feels to
be the part of this and the concern that you
have for tomorrow.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
It's my first time being involved in this, so it's
kind of a it's crazy eating it.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
It's just it's okay, yeah, whatever. Why didn't you ask
him to turn off his radio before asking him about
his feelings.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
I don't know why why they're doing this.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Everyone inside, they have family, they have kids, they have wife.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
It's all sad these appeals.

Speaker 2 (06:39):
No no, So we're now interviewing illegal immigrant family members
who are upset and sad that they're legal immigrant family
members that came into this country illegally are now being
busted working in the country illegally taking away jobs from
American workers.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
That is what you just heard. Now.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
This is all coming from local news and put together
to montage by the Daily Call our News Foundation. God
bless them for what they're doing. But when you go
way overboard on hiring illegal immigrants and purposely knocking out
American workers. How is that not an enemy of all
of us? They're hard working men and women in this

(07:17):
country that would love to have these jobs and they're
not getting these jobs.

Speaker 1 (07:21):
And then the media is like, oh.

Speaker 2 (07:23):
Let us tell you why you should feel sorry for
these quote undocumented workers.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
Right, they'll never call them illegal immigrants. Never do that.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Let's interview the illegal immigrants who are telling you should
feel sorry for them, instead of interviewing the Americans whose
jobs have been lost or we're not hired because of
illegal emirates. No, we'll never tell you that story, will.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
We sins are tiresome, aren't they. We should be able
to do what we want and break any law we want.
We have families, don't.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
You have a heart.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
Some would say, hey, they're illegal, what business do they
have to take these jobs away from Americans.

Speaker 5 (07:55):
It's hard to find Americans that's willing to perform the job.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Translate, Oh, there we go.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
So we got an American farmer there on TV and
they're like, hey, what about the Americans? Right, they would
say it's really hard to you know, and there, well,
these jobs are hard and it's just hard to find Americans. It'll,
you know, do this job if you pay them a
fair wage, I promise you Americans will show up for
these jobs. That's back to the narrative. Now this farmer,

(08:24):
why is the farmer that's being interviewed right now, why
is he saying what he just said. I'll tell you why.
He likes the cheaper labor costs. It's more profit in
his pocket. It's more cash for him.

Speaker 6 (08:39):
But the backbone of not only the restaurant industry, but
a lot of other industries in this country. Without immigrants,
there are no restaurants.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Shut up, can we start? So there's another one.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
There's another guy who owns a restaurant who's sitting there
doing this interview, and he's like, well, you don't understand
we got to have these illegal immigrants or my business
structure doesn't work. Well, does it not work because you're
making too much money off the backs of illegal immigrants?

Speaker 1 (09:05):
Like I'm just curious. I got to know.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Even in the local news reports that we're playing for you,
you notice how the news media is not standing up
for American workers. They're wanting you to feel sorry for
the illegal immigrant workers who are losing their jobs. They
want you to feel sorry for people that have stolen
jobs for American citizens and putting many small businesses out
of work.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
And this is exactly why I bring it up here.

Speaker 2 (09:31):
If we don't expose this and talk about it, who's
going to do it. I want to talk to you
about my friends at Kirk Elliott Precious Metals.

Speaker 7 (09:42):
Now.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
I'm investing in silver right now because the pricing on
it is amazing and the upside well, it's real. I
actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar. It is
actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's one hundred ounces.
But I also know that I bought it at the
right price and I wasn't paying massive up charges on quote.

(10:04):
Rare are special coins, and then when you go to
sell them, you take away all of your earning potential.
Why do they do it this way at Kurt Elliott
Because they have transparent pricing up front. It's very simple.
You pay eight percent when you buy, and here's what
matters to you the most, nothing when you sell. There

(10:24):
are no hidden fees ever. With Kurt Elliott Precious Metals.
This is the reason why I recommend them. It's not
just about investing, it's about making sure you get more
for your money. And that is exactly why Kurt Elliott
helps people all the time. Whether it's gold or silver,
you can hold it, be a good steward of it,

(10:45):
you can pass it on to future generations, and you
can build wealth with it. It's real bullyon, never gimmicks,
just investment grade gold and silver, No overpriced coins, no
flashy markups. And it's a company that I love because
they are a faith driven company. There's no pressure, just

(11:06):
honest care. They treat every client like family, offering honest
answers up front to help you make wise informed decisions now.

six oh five thirty nine hundred. That's seven two zero
six oh five thirty nine hundred. So let's faithfully steward
what God has given so you can experience real peace
now and for generations to come. K e PM dot
com slash Ben. There is a subject that I want

(11:53):
to give you an update on. It's something we've been
talking about months and months ago on this show, and
that was advocating and supporting designating the Muslim Brotherhood is
a terrorist organization. We now have good news to report
because of many of you that listened to the show,
got involved and really started advocating for this, not only
on social media, but also by calling the White House

(12:15):
and your centers and your congressman.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
We now know that Donald Trump.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Is signaling a plan to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as
a terrorist organization. Trump said over the weekend he is
drawing up final documents targeting the Islamic organization.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
That is a big move for I.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
Believe national security, but also to hold radicals like the
Muslim Brotherhood accountable for their actions. I want you to
take a listen to how they described it on Fox So.

Speaker 8 (12:43):
A new report detailing one Islamic groups decades long reach
into the US. The report claims the Muslim Brotherhood shares
ideological goals with Muslim extremist organizations. It aims to influence
and infiltrate US government, educational systems.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Civil rights groups.

Speaker 8 (12:58):
Doctor Kanta Akhmed is a senior fellow at the Independent
Women's Forum and a member of the Council of Foreign
Relations and joined US now knows I would say as
much about the Middle East as anyone in America today.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
Doctor your thoughts about the.

Speaker 8 (13:10):
Role of the Muslim Brotherhood and what they're up to here.

Speaker 5 (13:13):
Well, this is something we've been recommending. Over ten years ago.
I wrote an article to say that the Muslim Brotherhood
should be designated a foreign terror organization. This report by
the Institute Studying Global Antisemitism and Policy shows the Muslim
Brotherhood is influencing at the executive branch. It's influencing policy makers.
It's reframing the argument post nine to eleven. There was Islamophobia,

(13:36):
then came oycott, divestment, sanctions demonizing Israel. And now we've
just seen the pro Hamas protests. That is all part
of their multi generational project to have a war against
the secular and undermine our democracy using our democratic freedoms.

Speaker 8 (13:52):
And one way that the protest on college campuses. And
we see what's happening with our our educational institutions care
it's an acronym.

Speaker 1 (14:01):
Whould we know about.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
That organization Council and American Islamic relations. This is part
of the other organizations. Senator tent Cruise than Governor Abbott
in Texas are designating as criminal transnational networks. It portrays
itself to be advocating for Muslims like me, but actually
it's advancing an Islamist project. What CARE did in California
that's under investigation. They took money purportedly for Afghan refugees,

(14:26):
helped less than two hundred, took half of that seven
million dollars and put it back in their own organization.
They're disclosing only small fractions of their lobbying, which they're
then using to finance and support radicals on campus. So
they are subverting our academic institutions in line with their islamistites.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
So now that we recognize it.

Speaker 8 (14:45):
In fact, the governor Abbot put this out yesterday and
here's a little of his missive. The Muslim Brotherhood and
CARE have long made their goals clear to forcibly impose
Sharia law and establish Islam's mastership.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
Of the world.

Speaker 8 (14:58):
We hear that it's in parts of Michigan and also
parts of Texas. Are they taking over small towns and
putting these laws into effect?

Speaker 2 (15:06):
So why would by the way, listen to this question
that was just asked there by Brian. Brian is asking expert,
because we've heard about this that there is actual sharia
law courts that are superseding in these small communities the
actual law and justice, law and order system of the
United States. They're just saying, we're setting up our own
in essence many Muslim countries, and we will police our

(15:28):
owns with our own Sharia law courts. I want you
to hear what she says in response to that, so
you understand what's actually happening in America.

Speaker 5 (15:38):
Say the mission is to advance Islamism. They're doing that
in many ways, but we're not the only nation that's
seeing this. France published an incendiary report on the Muslim brotherhood.
They're using hundreds of nonprofits, charities, student groups, professional societies,
undermining local government, putting in politicians that are sympathetic to
their views or openly acolytes, and modifying and changing on democracy.

(16:03):
That's happening here in the United States too. And Wildcare
was being investigated in California. It's still receiving federal funds.

Speaker 8 (16:10):
Which is crazy. And by the way, here's their response.
Got to be fair. They say this does care. Greg
Abbott's disregard for the First Amendment, his obsession with Texas Muslims,
his dedication to protecting the Israeli government from criticism apparently
knows no bounds care Texas plans to continue vigorously to
defend the Texas Muslim community from this governor's increasingly desperate
derange attempts to shred the First Amendment.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
So that's their response.

Speaker 8 (16:35):
But I'm tired of hearing about I have three pages
of investigations.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
We don't do anything we investigate. Why are they still
getting money?

Speaker 8 (16:42):
Why are we pretending that this is an organization that
seeks good, that has good intentions.

Speaker 5 (16:48):
So Senator Ted Cruise's efforts should be hugely commended and
they are a blueprint for other states. Once these organizations
are designated as potential ftos or criminal networks, nances can
be opened. If they sue in retaliation, that will result
in discovery and you'll be able to see what's going on.
So this is the first step. The second is that

(17:09):
response you just read is typical. They're claiming religious advocacy,
exploiting religious freedom and anti discrimination laws while they subvert
our democratic process. It's time to elevate reasoned, credible Muslim
voices and learn from Saudi Arabia, the Egypt, United Arab Emirates, France,

(17:30):
that those Arab countries have designated this group as a
terror group. Austria has done so, and we are about
to see a lot of Western Europe do the same.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
This is why this moment is so important. It is
very clear that they are a terrorist organization. And what
President Trump has now said, hearing it from so many,
is that he's going to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a
terrorist organization after several groups have stepped up warnings in
recent minds that the Islamic group is gaining a foothold
in the US.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
It will be done in the.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
Strongest and most powerful terms, is what Trump told just
the News over the weekend, final documents being drawn. Trump's
comments come also after Texas, as you heard there, declared
the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorists organization, and just days after
the Institute for the Study of Global Anti Semitism and Policy,
a prominent global research ander, released a comprehensive of two

(18:25):
hundred page study warning of the Muslim Brotherhood's growing influence
directly in the United States of America. Now, the Muslim Brotherhood,
so you understand, they are an Islamic organization, radical organization
founded in Egypt. They gained access to government agencies all
part of their plan, been involved in advising American civil

(18:47):
rights policy. They've gone into our schools, our institutions. They've
created a vast social media footprint. And it also is
a group that is saying, look, we're targeting US garment
agents for infiltration in Queen, the State Department, the Department
Home Security, the Department of Justice, through career appointments and
appointments and advisory roles like they play the long game.

(19:10):
I want you to understand that quote. We welcome President
Trump's statements and the growing recognition that the Muslim Brotherhood
is its ideology and network post a serious challenge the
United States and democratic societies. That's what Charles asher Small,
executive director the ISGAP, said in a press release about
this A formal US designation would represent an important first

(19:32):
step to confront the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States
of America. It will require sustained evidence based policy, serious
scrutiny of its affiliated structures and in funding streams, and
long term investments in democratic resilience now. The report also
dives deep into the alleged terrorist ties within the group,

(19:52):
along with the various funding sources like Katar, while making
the case of both al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood
share the strategic aim of one establishing an Islamic state
government by Sharia law, indiffering only in tactics, where the
Brotherhood's gradualism allows it to maintain ideological continuity with militant

(20:13):
jihad while avoiding direct confrontation quote unquote. Now, in addition
to creating the Muslim Brotherhood of terrorist organization, the ISGAP
says it has been working to gather scholars and experts
on the subject, and an effort to nudge Congress into
acting on the specifics of the reports has come out.

(20:33):
So I look at this and I say it again,
this is a great moment for the President of the
United States of America with moral clarity to call a
terrorist organization a terrorist organization when that is what it is.
To also be clear, okay, to also be clear, there

(20:56):
are a lot of Democrats that absolutely hate this. Why
they hate it because they love working with the Muslim
Brotherhood to undermine America.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
That's why they're defending it.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
And why are you not hearing about this on the
national news Because they don't want you to know about
what the Muslim Brotherhood actually really does. They want you
to believe that it's all just peaceful Muslims involved, They're
not a terrorist organization. Every so often, something happens that
reminds us just how fragile our freedoms are. We can't
afford to take our rights for granted. We must draw

(21:31):
a line in the sand, and our friends at Patriot
Mobile have been doing just that for more than twelve years.
The truth is there is only one provider that boldly
stands in the gap for Americans who believe freedom is
worth fighting for, and that company is Patriot Mobile. Not
only are they leading the red economy, they're also outpacing

(21:52):
the competition and technology. Patriot Mobile is one of the

your same phone or upgrade to a new one. And

you make. Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine

patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot,
and make the switch and make a difference with every
call you make. The Department of War is investigating Senator
Mark Kelly for seditious video urging military to disobey the

(23:19):
President of the United States of America, Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
The Department of War launching this investigation that may lead
to court martial proceedings after what was described as a
serious allegation and misconduct were made against him. Kelly, a
retired US Navy captain, has been facing accusations of sedition
from President Donald Trump after participating in a video with

(23:45):
other Democrats last week calling on military service members and
intelligence officials to quote refuse illegal orders from the administration.
In a statement posted on social media, the Department of
War announced that it was aware of the severe accusations
and has initiated a thorough review to determine whether further

(24:10):
actions are needed, which may include recall to active duty
for court martial proceedings or administrative measures quote unquote. This matter,
they went on to say, will be handled in compliance
with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality. The Department
stated further official comments will be limited to preserve the

(24:33):
integrity of the proceedings now. The Department of War also
added a reminder to all military retirees that they remain
subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice known as
the UCMJ for applicable offenses, as well as the federal
laws that prohibit actions to interfere with, impair or influence

(24:57):
the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the
armed forces. All service members, they went on to say,
are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the
UCMJ to obey lawful orders, and that orders are presumed
to be lawful, The Department states a service member's personal

(25:19):
philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an
otherwise lawful order.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Now.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
The controversial video also featured statements from Senator Elise Slocan,
a Democrat from Michigan, and Representative Chris Deluzio, Democrat Pennsylvania,
Chrissy Hallahan, Democrat Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander, Democrat from New Hampshire,
and Jason Crowe, a Democrat from Colorado. While the Democratic

(25:51):
lawmakers did not give any examples of orders from the
Trump administration that are quote unquote illegal, they claim that
the threat it's coming to our constitution aren't just coming
from abroad, but from right here at home. Here is
more of that video. If you missed exactly what they said,

(26:12):
take a listen carefully to the words they use.

Speaker 7 (26:15):
I'm Senator Alissa Sockins, Senator Mark Kelly, Representative Chris s Deluzio,
Congressman Matie Goodland, You're Representative Chrissy Hulahan, Congressman Jason Crowe.

Speaker 6 (26:24):
I was a captain in the United States Navy, former
CIA officer, former Navy, former paratrooper and Army ranger.

Speaker 5 (26:30):
Former intelligence officer.

Speaker 7 (26:31):
Former Air Force.

Speaker 3 (26:32):
We want to speak directly to members of the military and.

Speaker 4 (26:35):
The intelligence community who take risks each day to keep
Americans safe.

Speaker 5 (26:39):
We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now.
Americans trust their military, with that trust is at risk.

Speaker 8 (26:45):
This administration is pitting our uniform military.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
And intelligence community professionals.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath.

Speaker 4 (26:54):
To protect and defend this constitution.

Speaker 8 (26:56):
Right now, the threats to our constitution aren't just coming
from a but from right here at home.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 8 (27:05):
You can refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 5 (27:07):
You must refuse illegal orders.

Speaker 6 (27:09):
No one has to carry out orders that violate the
law or our constitution. We know this is hard and
that it's a difficult time to be a public servant.
But whether you're serving in the CIA.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
The Army, or Navy, the Air Force.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Your vigilance is critical.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
And know that we have your back because now more
than ever.

Speaker 4 (27:27):
The American people need you.

Speaker 1 (27:28):
We need you to stand up for our laws, our constitution,
and who we are as Americans. Don't give up.

Speaker 7 (27:35):
Don't give up.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
Don't give up.

Speaker 5 (27:36):
Don't give up the ship.

Speaker 1 (27:39):
Don't give up the ship.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
As Senator Elisa Slow can put it, we want to
speak directly to members of the military and the intelligence community.
The American people need you to stand up for our
laws and our constitution.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Don't give up the ship, she wrote online.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
Now, while the Democratic lawmakers again didn't give any examples
from the Trump administration that are illegal, they claim that
the threats coming to our constitution aren't just coming from abroad,
but from right here at home. Donald Trump responded to
the video on True Social writing, the traders that told
the military to disobey my orders should be in jail

(28:18):
right now, not roaming the fake news networks trying to
explain that what they said was okay. It wasn't it
never will be. It was sedition at the highest level,
and sedition is a major crime. There can be no
other interpretation of what they said. War Secretary pte had
Seth made his own statement following his departments, calling the

(28:42):
lawmakers the seditious six while arguing that the video was despicable, reckless,
and also false, saying this encouraging our warriors to ignore
the orders of their commanders undermines every aspect of good
order and discipline. They're fullish screed show's doubt and confusion,

(29:03):
which only puts our warriors in danger. He went on
to explain that Kelly is the only one in the
video who falls under the US m J jurisdiction, as
slogan is former CIA, and the other four are former
military but not retired. As we announced, the Department is

(29:23):
reviewing Kelly's statements and actions, which were addressed directly to
all troops while explicitly using his rank and service affiliation,
lending the appearance of authority to his words. Had Says stated,
Kelly's conduct brings discredit upon the armed forces and will
be addressed appropriately. Kelly responded to the Department of Wars

(29:45):
announcement in a statement this evening, saying quote, when I
was twenty two years old, I commissioned as an in
sign in the United States Navy and swore an oath
to the Constitution. I upheld that oath through flight school,
multiple deployments on the USS Midway, thirty nine combat missions,
and Operation Desert Storm test pilot school, four Space Shuttle

(30:08):
flights at NASA, and every day since I retired, which
I did after my wife, Gabby was shot in the
head while serving her constituents. He said, in combat, I
had to miss a bow up next to my jet
and flew through anti aircraft fire to drop bombs on
enemy targets and NASA. I launched on a rocket command
the Space Shuttle, and was part of the recovery mission

(30:29):
that brought home the bodies of my astronaut classmates who
died on Columbia. I did all of this in service
to this country that I love and have given me
so much. Secretary Head says, tweet is the first I
heard of this. I also saw the President's post saying
I should be arrested, hanged, and put to death. If
this is meant to intimidate me and other members of

(30:50):
Congress from doing our jobs and holding the administration accountable,
it won't work. I've given too much this country to
be silenced by bullies who care more about their own
power the constitution. And if you think Democrats aren't organizing
to stand behind Kelly and others, look no further than
Senator Reuben Diego, Democrat from Arizona. He leaped to his

(31:11):
fellow Arizona Senator's defense, writing plainly, f you and your investigation. Yes,
he used the entire word that is your senator from Arizona.
So here we are the President United States of America
saying the rules will be followed. And you can say
all you want to in a tweet that you weren't
trying to overthrow the will of the people or undermine

(31:34):
the military, but there are rules, and the Department of
War is now investigating Senator Mark Kelly no matter what
he says online. Don't forget to share this podcast, by
