Speaker 1 (00:01):
So what happened over Labor Day weekend in Chicago is
truly shocking, but it's become normal in that liberal city.
The Associated Press is now reporting eight people were murdered
fifty were wounded across thirty seven shootings from Friday to Monday.
NBC News Chicago updated its figures, stating that as a
(00:23):
Monday night, there were fifty eight people that were shot
and eight killed across the city, several others in critical condition.
ABC News also counted fifty eight shot, including eight fatalities.
So what does the mayor and the governor say of
Illinois and Chicago. They say, we don't have a violence problem,
(00:44):
that everything is fine. The President was asked about at
the White House, and here's what he had to say
about what we're witnessing right now.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Chicago's very interesting because I watched Pritzker get up and
say about we don't need help. We're say, two weeks
ago they had six people murdered, murdered, and they had
twenty four.
Speaker 3 (01:04):
People hit by bullets.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Last week, as you know, was seven people, twenty four
people hit and seven people died. And then over the
last two days it was that was the Crown Jewel
they had I guess nine killed, nine or ten killed
and fifty hit with bullets. And you have this governor
get up, who's a terrible governor. Probably he and Gavin
(01:30):
Newscomb would be probably the two worst and most naive.
The naive either their naiva, they're very untruthful. And he'll say,
we don't want any protection, we don't need. So in
the last three weeks he's lost almost twenty people killed.
There's no place there's no place in the world, including
(01:51):
you can go to Afghanistan, you can go to places
that you would think of. They don't even come close
to this. Chicago is a hellhole right now. Baltimore is
a hell haul right now.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
The President went on to say on social media, Chicago
will be safe again and soon I will solve the
crime problem fast, just like I did in Washington, d C.
In the over office, the President was also asked about Chicago.
He said, we're going in when referring to deployt the
National Guard, he did not give a specific timeline. And
(02:24):
what is the left doing? Well? The governor making it
very clear he thinks is all politics saving lives and
even try to turn it into a press conference about
the apprentice take a list to the governor in his
own words, I.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
Will not call the President asking him to send troops
to Chicago. I've made that clear already. I know this
has been an unsettling and difficult ten days for the
people of Chicago and Illinois. I'm going to do my
best to share what we know as of today and
(03:00):
speak frankly to the people of Illinois. Rumors have been
swirling about what the White House has planned, and sifting
fact from fiction has been increasingly difficult because Donald Trump's
administration is not working in coordination with the City of Chicago,
Cook County, or the state of Illinois. I want to
(03:21):
take a moment at the top of my remarks to
note how truly extraordinary it is for the federal government
to refuse to coordinate with local law enforcement and government.
Our state Police regularly works with the FBI, the ATF,
the DEA to go after gangs and gun runners and
(03:43):
drug cartels. Under previous White House administrations, we regularly received
notice and worked together on crime fighting operations.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Here's what's interesting about what the governor just said. We
used to work together. So what is he saying now? Well,
the governor says not only does he oppose Trump and
his plan to send in federal troops, but he actually
called it quote unconstitutional, illegal, and un American, warning a
potential legal action. Johnson, by the way, the mayor of Chicago,
(04:17):
sign executive order affirming that Chicago police would not cooperate
with federal troops and likening any unauthorized deployment as an invasion.
He warned that such moves could inflame tensions further. If
you want to know what side they're on, it's clearly
not on the side of the people that are dying
(04:38):
in Chicago. I want to talk to you about my
friends over at Patriot Mobile. You've got a lot of
choices for cell phone service, with new ones popping up
all the time. But if you want to make a
difference and you want to stop giving your money to
liberal companies, well one way you can do that is
by getting rid of Liberal Mobile you probably have right now.
(05:00):
This is where hundreds of thousands of Americans are now
coming together and have made Patriot Mobile what they are today.
They've been in service now for thirteen years, and right
now is the best time ever to switch because it's
never been easier. Now, before I tell you about that.
I want you to know why switching is so important,
because every time you make a call, every time you
(05:21):
send a text, and every time that you pay your bill,
you're actually standing up for the values you believe in.
Your First and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of
unborn children. And you stand with our military, our veterans,
our wounded warriors, and our fallen soldier families. Because Patriot
Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every month
at no extra cost to you, and they give it
(05:42):
back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
let's talk about switching. It has never been easier. You
can keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade.
Patriot Mobile's got a one hundred percent US based customer
service team and literally they can now with technology, get
you activated in minutes from the comfort your home or
your office. You're second a contractor owe money on your phones,
(06:05):
no worries. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program. And
this is how we win, folks by aligning our spinning
with our values. Every dollar we spend matters. Now, let
me also give you a free month of service. Go
to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson that's Patriot Mobile dot
com slash ferguson, or you can call them nine to
(06:28):
seven to two Patriot, use the promo code ferguson, and
you're gonna get one month free service by switching today.
So again, Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Use the promo
code ferguson. You'll get a free month of service today
patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to
two Patriot. Now, the scary part is the governor and
(06:48):
the Mayor stating side by side for the press conference
in Chicago. They weren't done there. They're actually angry at
Donald Trump for trying to fight crime and save lives.
And here is what the governor said about setting in
the National Guard.
Speaker 4 (07:02):
You have reason to believe that Stephen Miller chose the
month of September to come to Chicago because of celebrations
around Mexican Independence Day that happen here every year. It
breaks my heart to report that we have been told
Ice will try and disrupt community picnics and peaceful parades.
(07:22):
Let's be clear, the terror and cruelty is the point,
not the safety of anyone living here. Third as lawful
citizens exercise their First Amendment rights. Trump and his team
will be looking for any excuse to put active duty
military on our streets, supposedly to protect ICE. We have
(07:45):
reason to believe that the Trump administration has already begun
staging the Texas National Guard for deployment in Illinois. I
want to be very clear on this point, and I
want to speak directly to the press right now. We know,
before anything has happened here, that the Trump plan is
(08:06):
to use any excuse to deploy armed military personnel to Chicago.
If someone flings a sandwich at an ICE agent, Trump
will try and go on TV and declare an emergency
in Chicago. I'm imploring everyone, if and when that happens,
do not take the bait.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
It is amazing you have a governor of a state
saying that his citizens will be violent, and when they
are violent towards men and women in uniform, don't take
the bait. By the way, if you want to know
what the rest of the people in Chicago are saying,
they don't feel safe. And now even MSNBC is being
forced to tell the truth about just how bad things are.
(08:49):
After fifty eight shot eight killed in Chicago over the
weekend on Morning Joe. This is what they said to
their liberal audience.
Speaker 5 (08:59):
Sorry, it is leaders in Chicago that see this. As
you say, we've been reading about this for years now,
every weekend, and maybe crime has gone down, but you know,
we had the mayor of Chicago on last week saying, oh,
we don't need any more police officers. Police officers aren't
the answer. No police officers. And you know, I think
you said no five times. You look what's happening this weekend.
He Look, you know, I actually think that JB. Prinsker
(09:22):
should do something radical. I think you should pick up
the phone, call the president and say, you know, and
I know, you don't have the constitutional authority to deploy
the National Guard here and the police. You can do
that in DC, you can't do that in Chicago. But
let's partner up. These are the most dangerous parts of
my state. We would love to figure out how to
(09:46):
have a partnership that's constitutional, that respects the sort of
balance of federalism between the federal government and the state government.
And let's work together to save lives.
Speaker 3 (09:59):
Because right now, just.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
Hey, nothing to see here, moving along, no problem here, Hey,
Donald Trump, we don't need you, and you know the
mayor talking about we're going to protect people's dignity in
our city, will.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
Protect their lives.
Speaker 5 (10:13):
That's protecting their dignity. You know, it would be radical
for us to figure out a way to actually do
what I've been saying from the very beginning on Washington,
and that is seeing politicians creating partnerships that protect their people.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
Yeah, even MSNBC saying Jenny Prisker should do something radical,
he should pick up the phone and call the president
because the nothing to see here move isn't working quote unquote.
This is how you know this is working. And the
President is clearly leading on the issue, and the American
people are behind him. They're responding to it. They like
(10:52):
living in a safer city like Washington, d C. And
now he's trying to bring it to Chicago and other
very dangerous cities around the country. So the question now
is this to the Democrats, who side are you on?
Are you willing to be on the side of all
of the lawbreakers, the rapists, the murderers or drug dealers,
the child molesters, the illegal immigrants, or are you going
(11:13):
to be on the side of the American people. Yes,
that may mean that you actually have to agree with
Donald Trump on an issue. Is it really worth the
lives of Americans just so you can oppose Donald Trump
on something as simple as crime. That's the question the
press should be asking, and it's the question that's already
been answered by so many American voters in major news.
(11:35):
Donald Trump has ordered US military strike on a drug vote,
killing at least eleven trendl Aga terrists in a warning
to drug traffickers. They did not know that the attack
was happening until they were already basically dead, and it
happened on direct orders from President Donald Trump. The US
(11:58):
military forces launch a precision strike we've now learned on
the drug Laiden vessel in international waters, killing all eleven
Narco terrorists en route to the United States. Trump declared
the operation a clear warning to traffickers that those who
smuggle poisoned towards America shores will face swift and lethal consequences. Now,
(12:23):
one of the things you need to understand about this
attack is the terrorists. The Narco terrorists had no idea
it was even happening. They were not swerving or driving
at a high rate of speed trying to get away
from what they thought was a threat to them. They
were doing normal business the way they've been able to
do it for years under the Biden administration. They had
(12:45):
no clue that their life was about to come to
an end.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Now.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
Yes, the President United States of America had warned countless
times while running for office and since he's been elected
that if you are a narco terrorist, that we will
come after to you and hunt you down. This seems
to be not the end, but the beginning of these actions.
The President putting it this way on true socials, saying, quote,
(13:11):
earlier this morning, on my orders, US military forces conducted
a kinetic strike against a positively identified trend Deiraguet Narco
Terrace in the southcom Area of responsibility. The strike occurred
while the terrorists were at sea and international waters, transporting
illegal narcotics heading to the United States. The President was
(13:33):
also asked about this in the Oval office, and here's
part of what he had to say.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
When you come out, and when you leave the room,
you'll see that we just over the last few minutes
literally shot out a boat, a drug carrying boat, a
lot of drugs in that boat. And you'll be seeing that,
and you'll be reading about that it just tappened moments ago,
and our great General, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
(14:02):
who has been so incredible, including what took place in Iran,
knocking out potential nuclear power for a long time to come.
I think within a month they would have had it.
We didn't do what we did, but he gave us
a little bit of a briefing and you'll see, and
(14:22):
there's more where that came from. We have a lot
of drugs pouring into our country, coming in for a
long time, and we just these came out of Venezuela
and coming out very heavily from Venezuela. A lot of
things are coming out of Venezuela. So we took it
out and you'll get to see that after this, after
this meeting.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
Is over now.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
The President also included the video for the world to see.
It showed that aerial view of the Panga boat. At
the twenty second mark in the video, the boat explodes,
burst into flames, and then the boat quickly sank. Now
why did the President put it out there. He wanted
the world to be on notice that if you're bringing
(15:04):
drugs in the United States of America to kill our citizens.
We're going to hunt you down, and we're going to
kill you. The Commander in Chief added this. The strike
resulted in the eleven terrorists killed in action. No US
forces were harmed in the strike. Please let this serve
as a notice to anybody even thinking about bringing drugs
(15:26):
into the United States of America beware. Thank you for
your attention to this matter. We also know that the
Pentagon has made it clear that they are in fact
looking at in essence, plans, attack plans, and the CIA
is involved in monitoring Narco terraces, where they are, where
their labs are, and there's a very good chance the
(15:47):
President could be ordering the strike on their locations very
soon as well. What's even more surprising is the response,
whether it's Mexico's present when she came out in said
there isn't a problem and said that it's not a
threat to America and that America must also respect the
sovereignty and stay out of Mexico. There's a very clear
(16:12):
line that's being drawn in the sand there. We also
know what the leader in Venezuela is saying. He's very
angry at the US. Why because there is a fifty
million dollars bounty on his head for arrest because he
is also a narco terrorist. So this is the President
putting his words into action, making it clear that the
(16:35):
President is not going to let this stand. Here's also
what Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, had to say,
as he says the cartels, well, they're in for a
very rude awakening.
Speaker 7 (16:47):
The President is going to be on offense against drug
cartels and drug trafficking in the United States. If you stabilized,
it's not just the country, but the entire Caribbean basin,
these particular drugs are probably headed to Trinidad or some
other country in the Caribbean, which point they just contribute
to the instability these countries are facing.
Speaker 6 (17:03):
So the President is very clear he's going to use the.
Speaker 7 (17:06):
Full power of America, in the full might of the
United States to take on and eradicate these drug cartels,
no matter where they're operating from, and no matter how
long they've been able to act with impunity.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
That those days are over. Marco Rubio is absolutely right.
The world should be paying attention to what the President did.
In fact, that's exactly what Jim Hanson, World Straight President
had to say to Jesse Waters on his show after
the Venezuela and Cocaine boat strike. Listen carefully, cartel members,
(17:38):
this is what you need to understand.
Speaker 8 (17:40):
Did you hear the Secretary of State not take strikes
inside of Venezuela off the table?
Speaker 3 (17:46):
I don't think anything's off the table.
Speaker 9 (17:48):
And I think anybody who thought that when President Trump
designated the drug cartels as terrorists he was kidding can
take a look at that oil slick in the Caribbean
Sea and see what they found out. This is a
message to the cartels and to state leaders who coddle
them and allow them to operate, that that's no longer
a free ride to make money bringing death into the
(18:11):
United States.
Speaker 8 (18:12):
How robust is this operation going to be?
Speaker 3 (18:17):
I think as robust as they need to.
Speaker 9 (18:18):
I think, you know, it's fun for Maduro and other
people to say, oh, we know, we've got marines, we've
got IEDs, we've got these things. They don't have anything
that can stand up to the military might of the
United States, And I think this is a good start.
There will probably be some more object lessons, maybe a
drone strike on a lab something like that, and they're
pretty quickly going to find out that we're not going
(18:40):
to put up with them making billions of dollars, doing
human trafficking and killing our own citizens without a very
robust response.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Right.
Speaker 8 (18:51):
And so you have drugs pouring into the country, people
are dying, you have Chevron getting shot around with, and
you have a guy down there that's flirting with Putin,
flirting with Ghi in China. Do you think this kind
of operation, if it goes forward, has the support of
the American people.
Speaker 3 (19:10):
Oh, one hundred percent.
Speaker 9 (19:12):
I mean, the American people are sick of seeing these
drug traffickers and these cartels destroying our country with no consequences.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
And if any of these.
Speaker 9 (19:21):
People down in South America think they're going to make
friends in our hemisphere with the Russians and the Chinese
or anybody else, they're going to find out that President
Trump is back in charge, America is on top.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
That's not going to play. Is there a.
Speaker 8 (19:36):
Risk of counter strikes inside the US proper from the cartels?
Speaker 9 (19:42):
There is, you know, And the idea, I mean asymmetric
warfare is the Achilles heel of the United States. We
are one giant soft target here inside the United States. However,
payback can be a Metavac. If they try something like that,
you know, you go ahead and hit us here, and
you want to see some only hell unleashed wherever you're operating.
(20:03):
I don't think they'd do it more than once.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
Now you may also be asking yourself the question, why
would leaders of countries like Mexico not work with the
president to get rid of the cartels. President Trump on
Air Force One back on five' five of this, year
had this to say about The president Of. Mexico listen, carefully.
Speaker 10 (20:25):
Actually go want and help with the. Cartels we would
be honored to go in and do. IT i told
her THAT i would be honored to go in to do.
It if cartels are trying to destroy our. Country they're.
Evil bus she's so afraid of the cartel she can't
walk straight into this sitations.
Speaker 3 (20:39):
AND i think she's a lovely.
Speaker 10 (20:40):
Woman but The president Of mexigo is a lovely, woman
but she is so afraid of the cartels that you
can't even think.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
Straight and that's exactly why The president Of United states
Of america is stepping up. Now so, yes hitting this
boat was important for our safety and. Security it also
was important to and a message to the cartel members
that if you're running drugs Into, america you are a
target of The United states Of. America and based on
(21:10):
what we're watching right, now this is not the, end
but probably the beginning Of President trump's war on, drugs
except his war is going to Have american military behind.
It the media and The, democrats, yeah guess what they
lied to you?
Speaker 6 (21:25):
Again they got it wrong.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Again they said That Donald trump was going to destroy the,
economy that The big Beautiful bill was going to send
us into a, recession that the president was out of.
Speaker 6 (21:36):
Control, well guess what they lied to.
Speaker 1 (21:39):
You THE us economy is surging past expectations as spending
and investments are. Soaring THE us economy expanded faster than
initially estimated in the spring Why americans spent more freely
and businesses stepped up investment in their. Businesses according to
(22:01):
the revised government, data gross domestic product rose at three
point three percent annualized rate in the second. Quarter that
is up from The Commerce department's initial three point zero
percent estimate and above the three point one percent pace
that economists had, Forecasts so they beat not, one but two.
(22:22):
Expectations the acceleration followed modest growth in the first quarter
were being told as. Well now the upward revision reflects
household spending more on a couple different things number one,
healthcare two, pharmaceuticals and three something completely different than, that dining.
Speaker 6 (22:41):
Out so what does that.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
Mean it means people feel comfortable and confident in their
income right.
Speaker 6 (22:49):
Now.
Speaker 1 (22:50):
Now it also shared us something else with, businesses small,
businesses mid sized, businesses and large. Businesses companies usted purchases
of number one equipment that tells you they feel good
about a growing business, structure and intellectual, property meaning that
they're also these businesses are willing to invest in future
(23:15):
expensive intelligence right intellectual. Property business investment was driven by
quote stronger outlays on, software on research and, development including
things like light trucks and commercial.
Speaker 6 (23:29):
Structures so people are.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
Expanding you don't do these things unless you have confidence
in an. Economy we also know that the media lied
to you About trump's trade wars and the. Tariffs all
of this was happening when they said that things were
going to be, stopped that there was going to be
a retraction in the economy because of the instability and the,
(23:51):
insanity as they described, it Of Donald trump's trade. Wars
guess what they lied to you, again in, fact also
contributed to the, Growth so they just lied with pure
propaganda that was Anti. Trump, imports which subtract FROM gdp,
calculations declined after surging in the first quarter ahead of
(24:14):
the new tariffs on some. Goods we also know the export,
slip but not enough to offset the boom and the
booze from fewer foreign goods flowing into the, country which
is exactly What Donald trump. PREDICTED a key gauge by
the way of underlying domestic demand and the real final
sales to private domestic, purchasers which is an important category
(24:38):
excludes trade inventories and government spinning also, rose so this
is like genuine private sector nothing to do with the.
Government it rose at one point nine percent, rate up
from one point two percent in the earlier. Estimate so
every virtual metric of what the expectations, were The trump
administration blew them out of the.
Speaker 6 (25:00):
Water now price pressures remained in.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
Check what does that mean personal consumption expenditure in the price,
index The Federal reserves preferred inflation gauge increase at a
two point zero percent annual rate that was matching The
Central bank's target core, prices which exclude violatile food and energy,
costs advanced at a two point five percent pace as.
(25:25):
Well government, spending by the, way was also. REVISED i
never get to say this. Lower let me just say that.
Again government spending was revised.
Speaker 6 (25:36):
Lower.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
Why it was driven by reduced state and local outlays
which tempered some of their, well you, know hey.
Speaker 6 (25:43):
Spending that is.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
Amazing the income, side also of national, accounts painted a
similar robust. Picture real gross domestic income climbed at a
four point eight percent, rate while corporate profits rebounded after
the declining in the first. Quarter The Commerce department is
scheduled by The way to release its third and final
(26:07):
estimate of second QUARTER, gdp along with annual benchmark revisions
to historic, data On september twenty. Fifth so let me
just recap for. You this is massive growth for our
economy That Donald trump promised you. Have THE us economy's
REAL gdp for the second quarter of twenty twenty five
(26:29):
revised upward to three point three percent annualized. Growth the
media lied to, you and they told you this would not.
Happen the initial estimate was three point zero. Percent they
believed you weren't going to get, there they. Lied this
marks a significant rebound from the negative zero point five
percent contraction in quarter one of twenty twenty. Five and
(26:52):
again the media said that this was a disaster Of
trump's policies and the trade, war and it was going
to be just, horrific and you were going to be
able to find things on the, shelves and that you
weren't going to be able to find a, job and
that no one was going to be hiring and no
one's going to be.
Speaker 6 (27:05):
Manufacturing all of that was a.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Lie the uptick IN q two performance, again why did it?
Happen driven by stronger business investments so people have confidence
something that the media said was not, there and consumer
spending something that they said wouldn't. Happen another. Lie it
also was a. Drop we had a drop in. Imports
(27:29):
what does that? Mean that's better For american. Workers that
means that we are more stable and we're not depending
on so much foreign. Trade and, then by the, way
we all said money that came in that paid down
our debt because of all the tariffs the present has put,
in we now know that it could be more than
a half a trillion dollars it's collected by THE us.
(27:50):
Government this year, alone the measure of real final sales
to private domestic, purchasers which includes consumer spending and business,
investment that was revise up to one point nine percent
from the prior estimate of one point Two, again the
media and The democrats lied to.
Speaker 6 (28:07):
You so let's break it down to consumer.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
Spending Donald trump promised you that you were going to
feel confident and you were going to want to be
in the game and expand your. Businesses, well real personal
consumption expenditures grew one point two percent IN q. Two
that is an incredible growth based on what they said was,
coming which was a. Disaster let me give you another
(28:30):
example of. This monthly data For june alone showed a
zero point three percent rise in consumer. Spending that is,
consistent it is, stable and it was an expansion that
the economists and the media and the left said was
not going to.
Speaker 6 (28:47):
Happen, again another.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
Lie on a quarter over quarter, basis for, example real
consumer spending increase from zero point five percent IN q
one to one point six percent IN q. Two that
is an explosion of. Spending and why did this? Happen
because people have faith In Donald trump's. Policies so let's
(29:09):
deal with corporate profits and business, investment because that's going
to drive income For. Americans corporate profits rebounded in quarter
two with a gain of you're ready for, this thank,
You Donald, trump sixty five point five. Billion let me
explain how big of a of a fix this. Is
(29:30):
in the prior QUARTER q, one there was a ninety
point six billion dollar. Decline so not only did we
wipe out the ninety point six billion dollar decline IN q,
one we added sixty five point five billion to.
Speaker 6 (29:42):
That that is.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Insane business investments contributed meaningfully to THE gdp, rebound showing
growth and equipment in, structures intellectual PROPERTY ai related, investments
and light, vehicles meaning that these are companies that are
