Enforcement Team are facing a new threat dished out by
the drug cartels. First it was violent protesters rioting and
attacking ICE agents on the streets. Now Homeland Security Department
has announced Mexican cartels have put out bounties on agents
in Chicago. DHS says those cartels are working with gangs

and extremist groups to deploy armed spotters to rooftops to
track agent's movements. I'm Harris Faulkner. You are in the

the ICE agents, a serious federal crime. Still, Illinois Democrats
are going after the ICE agents, maybe even fueling some
of this violence we're seeing. One Democrat state senator posted
ICE's behavior was unacceptable and that people in that neighborhood

on our men and women in uniform, our men and
women protecting our border, our law enforcement officers, and think
they can just get away with it, as they're now

since September alone. Quote, we are certainly looking at land
now because we've got the sea very well under control.

I view that as a good thing, not a bad thing.

stop the alleged drug boats because quote, we've been doing
that for thirty years and it has been totally ineffective.

Senator Adam Shift, a Democrat who's never met a drug
dealer he didn't like, and Tim Kane, the Democrat from Virginia,
have filed a war powers resolution to bar US forces
from engaging in hostilities against certain non state organizations, again

defending the drug cartels that are killing Americans. The resolution
failed in the Senate by a fifty one to forty
eight margin. October eighth, Republican Ran Paul of Kentucky and
Lisa Murkowski Alaska voted alongside their Democratic counterparts in the resolution.
When asked about lawmakers' concerns about the legality of the strikes,

Donald Trump dismissed them and said that lawmakers were informed
the vessels carried drugs. Quote, but they are given information
that they were loaded up with drugs, and that's the
thing that matters. The President said, when they're loaded up
with drugs, their fair game. And every one of those
ships were and they're not ships, their boats that were

loaded up with drugs. So the President of United States
of America making it very clear he's not going to
sit around and wait for more Americans to be killed
by accidental overdoses from fetnel. He's not going to wait
around while cartels are putting bounties on our American law
enforcement heads. He's going to war with these cartels because

exactly what so many conservatives voted for in the last
presidential election, which brings me back to another part of

going on Fox News channel warning about the drug cartels

is exactly why the president is going after them.

truly heartbreaking. I mean, you have the finest men and
women in this country who are going out trying to
get drugs off the street, trying to get fentanyl off

get bad people out of Chicago. There were seventy shootings
last week in Chicago, Martha, seventy seventy guns went off

in Chicago, with a lot of deaths and destruction. They're
tearing apart our communities, They're tearing apart our children, They're
poisoning our children. They are poisoning our country, and my
father is trying to do something about it. And then
you have cartel members, the very same people who got
to have to get deported by the way, by those
ice officers who are putting bounties on their head because
they're actually bringing peace and civility to cities that have

been out of control for so long, cities that I
should remind you have been run by Democrats in the
case of Chicago for about one hundred years.

You know, it's interesting because for decades we've learned about
local officials on the ground in Mexico, efforts to take
out the cartels by the highest levels of government in Mexico,
and we know what happens. Ultimately the cartels get a
hold of them, they lose their spine for this effort,
and some of them. You know, even at the highest

part of the Mexican government, there was a guy who
was actually an informant to the cartels. And now we
see that this battle that President Trump has taken on
is coming here to the United States. They are obviously
worried about their business.

Yeah, oh, they're beyond worry. They're desperate. My father closed
the border. There is no one coming through the border anymore.
He shut off so much of the drug traffic that
went through the border, and now every single time of
Boco's out of Venezuela, it's get blown up into a
million pieces, Martha. That's exactly what's happening every single day.
I personally have four friends that have lost children to fentanyl.
Is this is real life for all of us. I mean,

there's probably not a single person watching you and I
right now, Martha. I'm sure you know that haven't lost
children or sisters, or brothers, or husbands or wives two fentanyls.
So oftentimes unintentionally, they are poisoning our society. They are
doing it on purpose, and they are making a fortune.
And my father will not stand for it. And honestly,
he's an anti war guy, he always has been. But

you better believe this is a fight worth having. This
is a fight that the country wants us to have.
We can't poison our youth, we can't poison our society,
we can't poison our families, we can't corrupt our streets.
We must stop the shooting. And he has a recipe
for it, Martha. It's called Washington, d C. Right in

There's one thing that is always for certain. Once you're
a terrorist organization like AMAS, you're never going to stop
being a terrorist organization. And we are witnessing this. Even
as the hostages were released back to Israel, videos circulating
on the public executions becoming a reality. Multiple news outlets

have reported that these videos are real and authentic, showing
mass Tomas gunmen executing blindfolded men in public spaces in Gaza,
labeling them as collaborators or outlaws, people they believe may
have been friendly to Israel. One of the videos that
(00:44):
was verified by ABC News also showed multiple people being
shot in one of the neighborhoods of Gaza City. In
the report, footage, men are forced to kneel blindfolded before
they are executed publicly. In statements in reporting, Hamas framed
some of these killings as part of a crackdown on collaborators,

then saying some are criminals or just rival militias they
claim in Gaza after the ceasefire. Some local analysts are
reporting that these acts are intended to reassure central control
and send a signal to other factions or clans the
defiance or cooperation with Israel will not be tolerated. But
(01:26):
this really is about fear, and Hamas is making it
clear that as the ceasefire has begun, they are still
a terrorist organization that is going to be in charge
of Gaza. Some of the reports of the number of
those publicly executor killed is at least three dozen. Some
even have it meant more than that the Washington Post
(01:49):
and public executions farther north than Gaza City is part
of the actions by Hamas to show that they are
quote the only viable authority for the region. These executions
are reportedly happening after the recent ceasefire, as Hamas deployed
their security forces to make sure they're in charge of everything,
(02:11):
including stealing the humanitarian aid. Some reports even mentioned executions
in Gaza City as well as armed raids in central
areas of the city. Reports suggested that some executions are
happening in public squares or streets just to make sure
that everyone knows they're still in charge. Now. This also
(02:33):
comes as Israelis said this we'll resume fighting if AMAS
doesn't respect the truce deal, the Israeli Defense Minister threatening
to resume the fighting if AMAS does not honor the
terms of a US back seas fire that halted the
war in Gaza. The statement for the Defense Minister's office
came after Hamas handed over the remains of two more

diseased hostages and said it would be unable to retrieve
any more body from the ruins of Gaza without specialized equipment.
Since Monday, under a ceasefire agreement broken by President Trump,
the Palestinian Islamic Group has handed back twenty surviving hostages
to Israel in exchange for nearly two thousand Palestinian prisoners
(03:17):
freed from Israeli jails. Before the two bodies were handed
over late on Wednesday, Hamas had already returned the remains
of seven of twenty eight known to Seize hostages, along
with an eighth body, which Israel said was not that
of a former hostage. Quote. If Hamas refuses to comply
with the agreement, Israeli, in coordination with the United States,

will resume fighting and act to achieve a total defeat
of Hamas, to change the reality in Gaza and achieve
all the objectives of war, the statement said. Hamas's Armed
Wings said the two bodies returned would be last for now,
falling short of the Plan's demands to hand over all
of them. The Resistance has fulfilled its commitment to the

agreement by handing over all living Israeli prisoners in its
custody as well as the corpses it could access. Is
what the brigades said in a statement on social media.
As for the remaining corpses, it requires extensive effort and
specialized equipment for the retrieval and extraction. We are exerting
great effort in order to close this file, the terrorists

said in the statement. This is likely the pile further
domestic pressure on the Israeli Prime Minister net and Yahoo
to tie humanitarian aid to the fate of the bodies.
Israel's far right national security minister has threatened to cut
off the desperately needed aid supplies to Gaza if Hamas
fails to return the remains of soldiers still held in

the Palestinian territory. Israel meanwhile transferred to another forty five
Palestinian bodies that have been in its custody to the
Nasir Hospital Southern Gaza, bring the number return to ninety
the territories. Hamasr on Health Ministry said in a statement.

Yahoo and if he decided to come to New York City,

said about arresting the man who's in charge of Israel

So there it is. The man who's going to be
in charge of New York City more than likely is
saying that if net and Yahoo steps foot in the city,
he will have the police, the same police that he
says he wants to abolish, arrest the prime Minister of Israel.
And that is what anti Semitism sounds like. The Department

of Homeland Security is now saying there is credible intelligence
and Mexican cartels have disseminated a bounty program, a bounty
program incentivizing as on US federal immigration officers, media briefing
subscribe payouts starting at around two thousand dollars for doxing

or surveillance, and rising to as much as fifty thousand
dollars for assassinations of senior officials. The Department of Holyan
Security publicly condemning a surge in doxing and threats against
ICE personnel and their families, and says it's coordinating with federal, state,
and local partners to counter the threat. The Department of

Homeland Security also announced the arrest in Illinois of a
Latin King gang member accused of placing a hit on
a senior US Border Patrol official. The Department of Holyan
Security highlight the case as part of an escalating threat
and the environment tied to the cartel line actors in
the US. While the case involves border patrol, the Department

of Home in Security we now know that this is
eight hours National security risk. Chicago, by the way, has
been a focal point in recent coverage, with local outlets
there reporting on federal briefings that cartels are working through
the local gangs and offering the local gangs cash bounties

scaled to the agent's rank and the level of harm done.
This coming from Fox thirty two in Chicago. So how
does the bounty system well work. It is a tiered system,
very much like what they use in Mexico, a tiered
incentive system for information gathering and doxing. There is also

incentives for non lethal assaults. Kidnapping attempts get you more money,
and lethal attacks get you paid big time, the payouts
increasing as the chain gets bigger and bigger. The specifics
coming from the Department of Homeland Security briefing and the
Department of Homeland Security's own public statements emphasizing credible intelligence

and a major spike in the threats and the doxing
of our men and women in law enforcement. The tactics
noted in coverage include doxing of the agents, surveilling the
agents and their families, and attempts to ambush personnel, with
the Department of Homeland Security warning of a hostile operating
environment for ice and Customs and Border patrol in certain cities.

Now they're also going into what is being described as
a protective posture and coordination. The Department of Homely in
Security says it's working with the DOJ and local partners
and is urging prompt reporting of threats. It has publicly
condemned the doxing, targeting of agents and families, and operational
security steps are understandably not detailed publicly, But the bottom
(14:51):
line is this we now know and multiple outlets are
reporting that a cartel linked tiered bounty system argating ICE
and CBP officials, with the amounts reported up to fifty
thousand dollars for killing of high ranking officials, is already
in the marketplace. The Department has confirmed a credible threat
(15:13):
environment and highlight at least one arrest tied to the
solicitation to murder of a border patrol not just agent,
but a border patrol leader. Expected heightened security measures and
ongoing geor investigations will be part of this. Here's more
about what the Department of on Land Security said and
how Fox reported it.

Tony General Pambom, who says Facebook has removed the pays
that was being used to target ICE agents in Chicago.
The move comes as the DHS reveals cartels have issued
bounties or hits on offices. Griff Jenkins joins US from
Washington with the latest on this story.

know the threat to ICE and Federal Immigration law enforcement
has never been higher. DHS says there's now this tiered
bounty system set up up by Mexican cartels.

They're offering two thousand for gathering intelligence or dotsing immigration agents,
five to ten grand for kidnapping of standard ICE officers,
and up to fifty thousand dollars for the assassination of
a high ranking officer. This after an alleged Latin Kings
gang member is accused of putting a bounty on Border
Patrols Commander at Large Greg Bavino two thousand on info
(16:24):
on him, ten thousand if you can quote take him
down now. The gang member's attorney denies any ties to
the Latin Kings and paints the man as a quote
hard working family man. But Chief Bavino refused that claim
and says things are actually getting worse.

Riff The Latin Kings are associated with drug cartels to
I terrorist organizations, So those bounties remain and in fact
have actually increased because of this quote hard working man.
It's unbelievable.
Speaker 7 (16:57):
Meanwhile, in the wake of anti ICE riots in places
like Chica and Portland, ag Bondie announcing Facebook has removed
an ICE spotting group targeting officers. She writes on x
the wave of violence against ICE has been driven by
online apps and social media campaigns designed to put ICE
officers at risk just for doing their jobs. The Department
(17:17):
of Justice will continue engaging tech companies to eliminate platforms
where radicals can incite imminent violence against federal law enforcement. Now,
as spokesperson for Facebook's parent company Meta says the quote,
this group was removed for violating our policies against coordinated harm.
All of this lawrence comes as says, you know, ICE
(17:38):
continues to face a more than one thousand percent increase
in assaults.

Now, we've also learned more about what's happening in Chicago.
For example, Harris Faukner, I was actually in New York
City with her on her show today and this is
what I learned listening.
Speaker 5 (17:55):
Boxer's alert. Now, federal agents under siege Immigration and Custom
Enforcement Team are facing a new threat dished out by
the drug cartels. First it was violent protesters rioting and
attacking ICE agents on the streets. Now Homeland Security Department
has announced Mexican cartels have put out bounties on agents
in Chicago. DHS says those cartels are working with gangs
(18:18):
and extremist groups to deploy armed spotters to rooftops to
track agent's movements. I'm Harris Faulkner. You are in the
Faulkner Focus. DHS also revealed a tiered bounty system that
cartels are using to incentivize violence. Now all of this,
according to the DHS, here's the price. Cartels are putting
(18:38):
out two thousand dollars to get information on ICE agents
or to dox them, five to ten thousand dollars to
kidnap or hurt the agents, up to fifty thousand dollars
to assassinate senior officials. Meanwhile, the rioting heating up again.
ICE and Border patrol were forced to use teargas to
protect themselves from a large group of rioters in Chicago yesterday,
(19:02):
Chicago Police Department confirming those rioters were throwing objects at
the ICE agents, a serious federal crime. Still, Illinois Democrats
are going after the ICE agents, maybe even fueling some
of this violence we're seeing. One Democrat state senator posted
ICE's behavior was unacceptable and that people in that neighborhood
(19:24):
quote don't tolerate this kind of bs.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
So there you have it. Democrats continuing to advocate for
the assault, the doxing, the attacking of ICE agents. Now
they're literally aligned with the cartels in Mexico. Donald Trump,
after the doxing of ICE agents, is obviously not going
to sit around and allow the cartels to put bounties
(19:49):
on our men and women in uniform, our men and
women protecting our border, our law enforcement officers, and think
they can just get away with it, as they're now
going to war with us. What is as in Trump
doing now, Well, he's next looking quote at land in
Latin America, after the US military has conducted at least
five fatal strikes against alleged drug boats in the Caribbean
(20:13):
since September alone. Quote, we are certainly looking at land
now because we've got the sea very well under control.
Trump told reporters on Wednesday. We've had a couple of
days where there isn't a boat to be found, and
I view that as a good thing, not a bad thing.
Trump said he wasn't interested in having the coastguards simply
(20:34):
stop the alleged drug boats because quote, we've been doing
that for thirty years and it has been totally ineffective.
They referring to the cartels have faster boats. Some of
these boats are seriously, I mean they're world class speedboats,
Trump said. But they're not faster than missiles. But we've
(20:54):
been trying to do that for years. The White House
has not responded to requests for common about what this
means in details of the nature of a land operation
that Trump is considering. Additionally, Trump confirmed that he is
also and this is big news, authorized the CIA to
conduct covert operations in Venezuela after The New York Times
(21:19):
reported on Wednesday that he had approved the order. According
to Trump, he did so because Venezuela has released prisoners
into the US and that drugs were coming into the
US from Venezuela via maritime channels. Trump declined to answer, though,
when asked if the CIA had the authority to quote
unquote takeout the Venezuelan president Maduro, he's nothing more than
(21:44):
a drug kingpin in that country. The Trump administration has
said it does not recognize Madurea as a legitimate head
of state, but a leader of a drug cartel. Quote.
I don't want to answer a question like that, Trump said,
that's a ridiculous question for me to be given not
really a ridiculous question, But wouldn't it be a ridiculous
(22:05):
question for me to answer? But I think Venezuela is
feeling heat now. The Trump administration has adopted a hard
line approach to address the flow of drugs into the
US and designated drug cartel groups like the Trende, Ragua, Sineloa,
and other cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, doing this back
(22:25):
in February. Additionally, the White House sent lawmakers a memo
as well September thirtieth dated, informing them that the US
is now participating in a non international armed conflict with
drug smugglers. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have
(22:46):
also voiced quote concerns over the legality of the strikes.
Senator Adam Shift, a Democrat who's never met a drug
dealer he didn't like, and Tim Kane, the Democrat from Virginia,
have filed a war powers resolution to bar US forces
from engaging in hostilities against certain non state organizations, again
(23:07):
defending the drug cartels that are killing Americans. The resolution
failed in the Senate by a fifty one to forty
eight margin. October eighth, Republican Ran Paul of Kentucky and
Lisa Murkowski Alaska voted alongside their Democratic counterparts in the resolution.
When asked about lawmakers' concerns about the legality of the strikes,
(23:29):
Donald Trump dismissed them and said that lawmakers were informed
the vessels carried drugs. Quote, but they are given information
that they were loaded up with drugs, and that's the
thing that matters. The President said, when they're loaded up
with drugs, their fair game. And every one of those
ships were and they're not ships, their boats that were
(23:52):
loaded up with drugs. So the President of United States
of America making it very clear he's not going to
sit around and wait for more Americans to be killed
by accidental overdoses from fetnel. He's not going to wait
around while cartels are putting bounties on our American law
enforcement heads. He's going to war with these cartels because
(24:15):
he has designated them as terrorists organizations. And this is
exactly what so many conservatives voted for in the last
presidential election, which brings me back to another part of
the story, and this part involves Eric Trump, the president's son,
going on Fox News channel warning about the drug cartels
(24:36):
and how they're poisoning our society with fetnel, and this
is exactly why the president is going after them.

of these efforts by the cartels to take these people out,
to take out US federal agents in Chicago.

We can thank Pritzker for that. I mean, he's had
a war against ice agents this entire time, and it's
truly heartbreaking. I mean, you have the finest men and
women in this country who are going out trying to
get drugs off the street, trying to get fentanyl off
the street, trying to stop the drug traffic, trying to
get bad people out of Chicago. There were seventy shootings
last week in Chicago, Martha, seventy seventy guns went off
(25:29):
in Chicago, with a lot of deaths and destruction. They're
tearing apart our communities, They're tearing apart our children, They're
poisoning our children. They are poisoning our country, and my
father is trying to do something about it. And then
you have cartel members, the very same people who got
to have to get deported by the way, by those
ice officers who are putting bounties on their head because
they're actually bringing peace and civility to cities that have

been out of control for so long, cities that I
should remind you have been run by Democrats in the
case of Chicago for about one hundred years.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
You know, it's interesting because for decades we've learned about
local officials on the ground in Mexico, efforts to take
out the cartels by the highest levels of government in Mexico,
and we know what happens. Ultimately the cartels get a
hold of them, they lose their spine for this effort,
and some of them. You know, even at the highest
(26:20):
part of the Mexican government, there was a guy who
was actually an informant to the cartels. And now we
see that this battle that President Trump has taken on
is coming here to the United States. They are obviously
worried about their business.
Speaker 9 (26:34):
Yeah, oh, they're beyond worry. They're desperate. My father closed
the border. There is no one coming through the border anymore.
He shut off so much of the drug traffic that
went through the border, and now every single time of
Boco's out of Venezuela, it's get blown up into a
million pieces, Martha. That's exactly what's happening every single day.
I personally have four friends that have lost children to fentanyl.
Is this is real life for all of us. I mean,
(26:56):
there's probably not a single person watching you and I
right now, Martha. I'm sure you know that haven't lost
children or sisters, or brothers, or husbands or wives two fentanyls.
So oftentimes unintentionally, they are poisoning our society. They are
doing it on purpose, and they are making a fortune.
And my father will not stand for it. And honestly,
he's an anti war guy, he always has been. But
(27:17):
you better believe this is a fight worth having. This
is a fight that the country wants us to have.
We can't poison our youth, we can't poison our society,
we can't poison our families, we can't corrupt our streets.
We must stop the shooting. And he has a recipe
for it, Martha. It's called Washington, d C. Right in
twelve days, they arrested forty three hundred people and there
(27:37):
is no crime in Washington, d C. People went from
being a petrify to walk down the streets to being
freely roaming through through Washington. It shows that you can
do it if you have a little backbone, and you
have a little tenacity, and you have a little bit
of guts. Everything that JB. Pritzker does not have, and
everything that so many leaders in these democratic controlled cities
(27:58):
all over the country do not have, My father has it.

He's doing the job, the president's son there making it
clear that this is something the administration is going to
be focusing on and warning every American the drug cartels
are not only poisoning our society with fetanyel, but they're
also going after our ice agents and their families. And
this is exactly why Donald Trump is going to war
