Speaker 1 (00:02):
So Democrats have urged military members to reject unlawful orders
in a new video. I just want you to let
that set in for just a moment. Just think about
what I just said. Democrats are now urging military members
to go rogue to reject orders coming from Donald Trump. Now,

(00:25):
of course, they disguise us under the idea of rejecting quote,
unlawful orders. In this new video, we're talking about legitimate
members of Congress. Senator Mark Kelly, for example, join another
senator and four House members to release a one minute
video urging US troops and intelligence personnel to refuse what

(00:51):
they describe as illegal orders and consult legal advisors. Many
in the group, like the former CIA analysts who's now
turned Senator Slotken, drew from their own service experience to
stress loyalty to the Constitution over any individual. President Donald
Trump has called the message sedition and demanded arrests. Legal

(01:13):
experts note it aligns with military law requiring obedience only
two lawful commands. The exchange underscores the ongoing concern by
many conservatives of a radical left that is now basically
advocating for a coup attempt. What's even more crazy than
this is the fact that now that Democrats who are

(01:35):
in the video are having to defend the video, they
sound even more unhinged than the video originally. JD Vance
putting this out earlier, saying, quote, if the president has
an issue to llegal orders, the members of Congress telling
the military defy the president is by definition illegal. This

(01:56):
after the Senator Slow can It admitted Democrats lied about
President Trump using illegal orders to the military. ABC News
asking the question earlier, and I want you to hear
what they had to say on the Sunday Morning shows
when they were asked a simple question about the order.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
Let's talk right now. Do you believe President Trump has
issued any illegal orders?

Speaker 3 (02:22):
To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that
are illegal, but certainly there are some legal gymnastics that
are going on with these Caribbean strikes and everything related
to Venezuela.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Okay, So she just said the answer is no, right,
like the answer is no. To my knowledge, I'm not
aware of things that are legal. So then why would
you join a video, a psychotic, crazy video saying that
you have an obligation, that you have a duty that
you must follow the law and defy the president of

(02:54):
the United States of America. Now you know this guy,
Mark Kelly. He said, Trump essentially said loyalty to the
Constitution is punishable by death. Those are dangerous words, he says,
coming from the President of United States of America. And
then he said, I'm not going to be intimidated, even
though he's the one that put out a video without
any evidence backing that there was any illegal orders ever

(03:19):
given by the President of the United States America. Glenn
Beck also putting out earlier today and the President retweeting
it or retruthing it. Glenn Beck said, this is the
law real Donald Trump is looking for eighteen USC. Twenty
three eighty seven Activities Affecting Armed Forces General. The statue
makes it a federal crime to do any of the

(03:41):
following with the intent to interfere with US military operations.
Number one. Advise urge or attempt to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny,
or refusal of duty among members of the US military.
Number two, Obstruct or attempt to obstruct recruiting, enlistment, or

(04:06):
general military operations. Number three Distribute written materials advocating any
of the above. This law does not require advocating the
overthrow of the government. That is S Twenty three eighty five.
Section twenty three eighty seven is specifically about undermine the
functions or the functioning of the US military. Now, Donald

(04:31):
Trump reposted that, why because it's very clear this video
was meant to do exactly that. So now you look
at where we are. You have a president that is
having to deal with members of Congress coming out and
saying very clearly that the president of the United States

(04:52):
of America, you should stop listening to him, disobey him,
and do everything in your power to stop him. Now,
this is also coming from a former CIA now turn senator.
She's defending her trees as call for service members to
find Trump's illegal orders by invoking the movie I'm not

(05:13):
joking a few good men with Tom Cruise as an
example of consequences troops could face. I'm not joking. She
actually said this. How do I know it? Well, we're
going to play the tape for you. Now, it is.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
Very clear that no one should follow an illegal order,
But it's very murky when you look at what is
an illegal order, and if you go into morally ethically,
that's a pretty tough thing to look at and say
how do I navigate this?

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Uh? I don't.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
I mean, look, if you're going back to Nuremberg, right that, well,
they told me to do it.

Speaker 4 (05:45):
That's why I murdered people. Is not an excuse. If
you look at.

Speaker 3 (05:49):
Popular culture, there's like you watch you know a few
good men like We have plenty of examples since World
War Two in Vietnam where people were told to follow
illegal orders and they did it and they were prosecuted
for it. So the best thing for people to do
is go to their jag officer, their local law enforcement
or a legal officer in their unit and ask for

(06:10):
some explanation, ask for help.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
And that's what we've been advising people to do.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
It is very clear that no one should follow an
illegal order.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I play the beginning there for you again, because it's
just amazing how simple the question was. And then she
literally because they know they're grasping a stralitary like they
made this crap up a they tried to overthrow the
president of United States of America with a military coup.
That's how I would describe it. This is where you
get yourself. Even Bill Maher is slamming Democrats for telling

(06:40):
military members they can disobey Trump administration orders. He said
on his show on HBO quote, once you say to
the military, you get to side as opposed to yes, sir, no, sir,
follow orders. It's a dangerous area. I could not agree with.
Bill Mahr Moore NBC News also on Meet the Press,
asking the same question Senator Klobachar about what has happened

(07:04):
here with her party and NBC Newo's asking this question.

Speaker 5 (07:07):
Listen carefully, you know what the specific illegal acts are
that your Democratic colleagues were referring to there.

Speaker 6 (07:15):
Well, it's very clear in this code for the military
that you cannot follow on lawful orders, and you know
that would be I'll just use an example. Some of
the judges have now found in certain cities that it
is not legal to send in the National Guard, and
those national Guard members have come home. Some of them
are still there. But if they're a commander, were to

(07:37):
tell him, hey, go out on the streets and do this,
and that that's not following the order that is in law.

Speaker 1 (07:44):
I mean, you hear it there again, She's like, well,
national Guard troops being deployed, are you kidding me? The
president has the right to do that. The president has
the right to do that. This is now Amy Klobachar
saying that the President United States of America is someone
that you shouldn't listen to if you're a liberal in

(08:04):
the military, because we're saying don't follow any of his orders.
This goes back to the law that I read earlier
that put out by Glenn Beck that the President retweeted
explaining what laws you are breaking when you are doing
exactly this. You also have some of these other crazies,
and these are crazies. Did you see that gold just

(08:26):
hit an all time new high of over four thousand
dollars an ounce? And if you hear that and you're like,
are you kidding me? And you're thinking, gosh, I missed
my opportunity. Well, I don't know if you missed your opportunity,
but my friends at Kurt Elliott Precious Metals they can
answer that question for you. You also may not be
paying attention to the incredible gains with silver that are

(08:49):
happening right now as well. And that's why I trust
the guidance of the team at Kirk Elliott. In fact,
I literally just got a hundred ounce bar of silver
the other day. And the reason why is because after
I talk to the team at kirk Elliott Precious Metals,
they let me understand exactly where I could have a
big upside in investing in silver. Now, the other part

(09:12):
that I love about them is this they have transparent pricing.
There are a lot of gold companies that you'll hear
about if you listen to talk radio or podcasts or
watch TV, but do they tell you how the pricing
actually works well. At kirk Elliott, they're real simple, just
eight percent when you buy and zero commissions when you sell,

(09:34):
with no hidden fees. Ever, that is the other reason
why I recommend them to all of you. They also
don't sell you quote rare coins or precious coins that
you pay insane markups on and then when you go
to sell them you find out they're really not worth
that much. They are a bullyon only approach. They focus
on investment grade metals, no overpriced collectibles, no gimmicks. That

(09:59):
means you you'll get more gold or silver for your
money at fair value when it's time for you to sell.
So if you're ready to find out if gold and
silver is right for you and your portfolio, then call
them and get a plan you can visit them at

(10:42):
another example of the insanity CBS News calling out Congressman
Crow for what he had said in the video, and
I want you to hear this back and forth as well.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
Let's get to the content of what you had in
that video you released, because there are also fifteen House
Report publicans who are also veterans who released a video,
including a retired three star Marine Corps General Jack Bergman.

Speaker 4 (11:06):
Take a listen to this, troops, listen up.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
Any service member who refuses a lawful order is subject
to court martial for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
We study what's lawful and what's not lawful, and the
Democrats stunt insinuating that their illegal or unconstitutional orders.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
It's downright dangerous.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
It is corrosive.

Speaker 7 (11:27):
It is meant to weaken our country and weaken the military.

Speaker 5 (11:31):
How do you respond to these allegations from your colleagues?
Fellow veterans that what you have put out there is
weakening and corrosive to the military.

Speaker 7 (11:38):
Well, these, unfortunately, are some of Trump's core supporters that
are rallying behind the president, and they know better. They
know exactly the difference between lawful versus unlawful. We are
very clear in the video that we're talking about as
unlawful orders. You have the president's spokesperson going on into
a press conference this past week and saying that we

(12:00):
called for people to disobey lawful orders. They're simply lying
because the truth is unacceptable to them. It's unacceptable. We
wanted to start a conversation and we did about the
dangerous rhetoric this president is using and the threats that
he's made to use our military in an unlawful way.
Because what well, send troops into Chicago, send troops into

(12:22):
polling stations, kill terrorists, families, arrest and execute, arrest and
execute members of Congress.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
I mean, this is they're just now making stuff up,
like just straight up making things up. Send troops in
a polling station, killed terrorists, families. Even CBS News responded
with quote, he hasn't done those things. This is what
a lunatic sounds like, so I can in vote Numberg.
By the way, in her defense of Democrats illegal orders,

(12:50):
and that's another example of the crazies here, she should
be how to count for this? Now, if you don't
know what the Numberg trials were, they were the trials
that happened for the Nazis that were killing millions of Jews,
right like war crimes, and the Nuremberg trials were to
hold those account about the highest levels underneath Hitler, who

(13:12):
said their excuses, we were just following orders exterminating six
million jews'. That's like, sorry, you should be held accountable
for that. That's what the Nuremberg trials were about. Well,
now you have this crazy former CIA person who is
invoking the Nuremberg in her defensive Democrats illegal orders videos.
And I didn't mention this earlier, so I'm going to

(13:32):
go back and want to play it for you again.
Listen carefully.

Speaker 4 (13:35):
It is very.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Clear that no one should follow an illegal order, but
it's very murky when you look at what is an
illegal order, and if you go into morally ethically, that's
a pretty tough thing to look at and say, how
do I navigate this?

Speaker 4 (13:51):
I don't.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
I mean, look, you going back to Nuremberg, right that, Well,
they told me to do it.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
That's why I murdered people. Is not an excuse.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
She just compared p people that follow the rules or
the orders of the President of the United States of
America Donald Trump to those who followed the orders of
Adolph Hitler in Nuremberg trials. Like the level of psychoticness

(14:23):
by Democrats, and this is them, I would say telling you,
this is a coup. This is a soft coup attempt.
That is what this is. It is a soft coup attempt,
plain and simple. You're advocating and supporting and winking and

(14:48):
nodding and saying, hey, guys, do us all a favor here. Okay,
don't do what Donald Trump tells you to do. Just
don't do it. I just just straight up don't do it.
It's not worth it. If you don't like him, then
just just you know what I mean, just just don't

(15:09):
do it. If you don't if you want to get
rid of him, then to get rid of him. It's
I mean, it truly is incredible. Like for me, this
is phenomenal that we have this type and this isn't
a secret video they produced it, they put it out.

(15:32):
They decided to let the world see just how radical
and extreme they are. When they tell you how crazy
are I believe them, and by the way, some of them.
Let's also be clear, getting elected. Right now, you've had
two major cities that have elected full blown communists and
the last what six weeks. In the last six weeks,

(15:54):
So if you think that this is a one off
of where the party is, you're wrong. The Democratic Party
and how Dias my producer, I'm asking this sincerely, how
long have I been saying that the Democratic Party is dead,
that they're actually Marxist socialists and communists masquerading as Democrats.
When I started, he's just yelling at me. He's like,

(16:16):
you've been saying it for years. You were the first
person say it. And people, by the way, when I
said on TV, thought I was crazy. They're like, that's absurd,
that's a ludicrous something. No, No, the Democratic Party is dead.
They are there. These are Marxist socialists and communists who
know that America can't handle that yet nationwide, so they
lie and tell you they're a Democrat. Now we have
full blown socialists that aren't having a lot to you

(16:37):
in places like Portland, in Seattle, in New York City,
for example, you have declared socialists who are winning elections,
and socialists never respect the laws of the land. They
never have. They don't respect the laws of the land.
We all know they don't respect the laws of the land.

(16:59):
We know that. And they're saying no, no, no, We get
to do what we want to do when we want
to do it, however we want to do it, That's
what we do. It is truly sad, it's truly sick.
It's undermining our entire way of life. It's under my
our entire nation. They again, they don't care why because

(17:25):
they when they lose an election, this is what they do.
It is anarchy. John Fetterman, by the way, calling them
out again for this talking about just how insane we
are and just go back to the libel and slander
of the Democratic Party. I said this earlier today when
I was on I was on Fox and they asked

(17:46):
me about this. I want you to listen. I had
to say about all this with John Scott on Fox
News Channel about how disastrous this is. Yeah, it may
be one of the dumbest crosses that someone's gone to
die on politically that I've ever seen made out of
than they are created out of nothing, all because you
hate Donald Trump so much and you're trying to get
the military to an essence, have a coup against the

(18:07):
orders of the President of United States of America. I
understand they don't like Donald Trump. I, by the way,
didn't like Barack Obama very much, didn't like Joe Biden
very much. But never in my wildest dreams could I've
imagined any Republican putting out a video telling men and
women in uniform to defy the orders of the commander
in chief. I always root for my commander in chief,

(18:28):
the president units It's America, even when he's not in
my party, on issues of national security and foreign policy
that deal with people's lives. And what you have here
from Kelly and others is they decided we are going
to do a link in a nod to the men
and women in uniform saying do what we do, don't
abide by the laws, overthrow the will of the people,
try to undermine the President of the United States of America,

(18:51):
and were got your back if you decide to go rogue.
That is I get. I understand why the words treason
are being used here because when you're ask them, what
are you pointing to that the president did that made
you feel like we were at a crossroads where you
have to do this video, they point to nothing. This
goes exactly back to the democratic way of life. If

(19:13):
you don't like something in this country, they just say,
who cares what the rules are, whether it's going after
ice agents, whether it's having a wide open border, hell,
whether it's literally using a forklift to lift up razor
wire to let illegal immigrants into this country. They do
not respect the laws of the land. They do not
respect the laws of the land. That's what it boils
down to, all right. I want to bring something else

(19:36):
to your attention real quick, and it has to deal
with Ukraine and Russia. The war in Russia is continuing.
We are now seeing the president and our foreign policy
is changing pretty quickly based on the corruption that we
are now finding in Ukraine. By the way, if you
were listening to the show three years ago, I told
you about the meeting that I had with Victor Or,

(20:00):
who's the prime minister in charge of Hungary, and he
said to me, at the very beginning of this war,
if you think Russia in corruption is bad. You've seen
nothing until you look at what's going on Ukraine. I
was also told by his government. Then he said, you
guys don't understand when you're sending this money, it's not
going to help people in the war effort. It's going
to load the pockets of corrupt government officials under Zelenski

(20:25):
as well. He said, their families have already been sent
to Warsaw, their staying in five star hotels, and they're
blowing your cash. And when this happened, I came on
this show, and that was three years ago, and I
told you the story of what he said to me.
As we said on his balcony, he literally showed me
documents showing the amount of corruption in Ukraine, and he

(20:47):
was explaining to me the history of Ukraine corruption. And
his point was not backing Putin at all. He doesn't
like Vladimir Putin. He doesn't like the fact that he's
depending on Putin to keep the lights on with oil
and gas. But they're a landlocked country and so that's
the world he has to play in. But what I
learned from Victor Orban is that not everything is as

(21:12):
simple as okay. Russia's bad, Ukraine's good, therefore you back them. Well,
now we know because of this massive corruption scandal. And
by the way, this is not the first time this
has ever come out. We heard about kickbacks early on
in the war. Then there was another big kickback story
that happened not that long ago. I mean it's like
every six months another one comes out. Well, now what

(21:33):
we're hearing is there's a very good chance at arms
deal and an aid from the US to Ukraine may
be stopping soon because of all of this corruption. And
what it also means is guys like Zelensky have a
vested interest in keeping the war going because as long
as the war's going and they have all this coming
in from America, then they're making money off this war.

(21:53):
So there's no incentive to stop the war. You understand
why this is a very complicated issue, which brings me
to this newest headline coming out from the Telegraph right now.
It says, quote, Europe agrees to invite Vladimir Putin back
into the G eight, Moscow's return to world stage, and

(22:14):
cap on size of Ukrainian army, among concessions made in
a European counter deal Vladimir Putin could return to the
world stage under a European peace plan that agrees to
allow Russia back into the Gug eight. The offer was
made in a counterproposal to Donald Trump's twenty eight point plan,
which heavily favored Russia. The European plan contains several concessions,

(22:39):
including a cap of the size of the Ukrainian's army
and a commitment to elections that could see Zolensky removed
from power, a key demand of Moscow. Now, I think
if there is a free and fair election in Ukraine,
there's no doubt that Zolensky will be removed from power.
He has suspended all elections in the name of war.

(22:59):
That's a problem.

Speaker 6 (23:01):
Now.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
This all comes following an emergency summit in Geneva. Marco Rubio,
the Secretary of State, said on Sunday night that the
US was now making some changes to its peace plan.
That is an important moment that you need to just understand. Okay,
I'm going to say it again. Marco Rubio said the
said that the US was now quote making some changes

(23:25):
to its peace plan. He added, I think this is
a very very meaningful I would say probably best meeting
and day we've had so far in the entire process,
going back to when we first came into office. In January,
the counterproposal was published after the US President said Ukraine
had shown zero gratitude for American efforts to end the war. Now,

(23:47):
why would Zelenski not want to end the war because
he and his co arts are making millions off of
this war with corruption. Mister Trump has to sign off
on the deal, mister Rubio said. Russia, which has repeatedly
change its demands, also has to sign off on it
as well. But under the European Plan, Russia is to
be progressively reintegrated into the global economy. The plan adds

(24:11):
that the country could rejoin the G eight. The deal
also states that the size of Ukrainian military is to
be capped at eight hundred thousand in peacetime, whereas an
earlier version of the European plan included no cap. The
US Russia proposal asked for a six hundred thousand cap.
Trump's plan six hundred, European counter offer eight hundred. The

(24:33):
deal ads Ukraine will hold elections as soon as possible
after the signing of the peace agreement. Now the question
as soon as possible. What does that mean? Because Zelenski
does not want to have those elections because if he
does have those elections, the majority of people believe he
will be out of office so fast it won't even
be funny. Okay, So he has no interest vested interest
in a the war ending and B elections because if

(24:55):
there is an election, after so many soldiers have died
and the corruption around him, I cannot imagine he wins.
The deal also removes the clause that would give the
US fifty percent of future profits from Frozian Russian assets
invested in Ukraine. Now, the twenty eight point plan draws
up drawn up excuse me by the Americans, demanded that

(25:18):
Ukraine give up large tracts of land, including territory that
has not even been conquered by Russian forces. The European
counter proposal says that negotiations on territorial swaps will start
from the line of contact or the front line, so
that would change that as well. Now Trump's plan would
be this Crimea and other areas will be recognized as

(25:42):
the facto Russian, including by the United States of America.
That is part of the plan that's going to change
I'm okay with that, I want to be clear. But
the president put a plan together they thought he could
actually get done. Now we'll see how Russia responds. Europe's
counter offer commits no, commits not to recover its occupied
sovereign territory through military means. Negotiations on territorial swaps will

(26:06):
start from the line of contact, so that is a
big change. Now if proposed proposes that Ukraine should receive
a security guarantee in this as well from Washington, similar
to NATO's Article five clause. The Europeans went Russian sovereign
assets to remain frozen until Moscow pays compensation for the
immense damage its cause since its full scale invasion. The

(26:30):
counterplan was drawn up by Britain, Germany and France, the
so called European E three powers. Starmers spoke to mister
Trump on Sunday in degree that Ukraine was facing a
critical moment. A Downing Street spokesman also confirmed, saying quote
the leaders discussed various aspects of the high level discussions
taking place in Geneva today on the US peace plan

(26:52):
for Ukraine. They agreed that we all must work together
at this critical moment. To bring about a and lasting peace,
as it was called. Writing on his True Social Platform,
Trump said, Ukraine's leadership has expressed their gratitude for our efforts.
He also criticized Europe for not doing enough to end
the conflict. He did not criticize Moscow for invading Ukraine

(27:14):
in the first place. Liberals immediately pointed out and again,
the president's obviously trying to get a deal done with Russia,
so why would you point that out at this moment.
The twenty eight point proposal put forward by the term
administration has also been widely criticized by the left for
being far too favorable to Moscow. Again, the president understands

(27:34):
Moscow has the upper hand here, and this also has
now forced the EU to engage, which they weren't doing before.
That's a good thing, So we'll see what the final
deal actually looks like. But what this did do is
it brought France, Germany, the UK together very quickly, and
they realized that it was time for them to get
a deal done. Critics have said that this reads like

(27:56):
a wish list quote unquote for Putin. Again, this has
brought the u K and Germany and France into the
fold so if that means it's a better deal for
those in Ukraine, then great. I will go back to
the core point here. The president's clearly trying to get
the ball moving. He put out some deal points. Now
others are wanting to change some of those deal points.

(28:18):
