Speaker 1 (00:01):
The investigation into the President of the United States of America,
where the impeachment inquiry has just gotten worse for the
White House. James Comer talking about what they've learned this
week as they have been sitting down for these interviews.
Truly was shocking to hear what he had to say
about exactly what they've learned. The House Oversight Committee chair

(00:25):
reacting to her report as well, and I want you
to hear what he had to say.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
Take a listen.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Well, I think that first of all, the Oversight Committee
deserves a lot of credit because we were the ones
that launched the investigation into Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents.
And I always believed that Merrick Garland appointed her as
special counsel to try to protect Joe Biden from the
House Oversight Committee. We weren't investigating Joe Biden from missaidling
classified documents because he was old and SENI We were

(00:55):
investigating because we suspected that he had documents in there
from China and Ukraine. Now what the report came out
and said. Obviously, it talked about his cognitive decline that
we've all seen, but it also mentioned different emails and
documents in there that did pertain to Ukraine in China.

(01:15):
That's the whole basis of our investigation, man, because of
all the money's families taken from those two adversarial countries.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
So I think one of the things that came out
and it didn't really come out. So it's a three
hundred and eighty five page document, but one of the
things in the White House had some flunky talking about how.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
The report was wrong.

Speaker 4 (01:36):
One of the things that had happened is that Biden
talks to I think an author of a book that
was being written or something to that effect, and he
admits to having classified documents in his possession and in
his home. Here's the question, can you subpoena that testimony
or whatever the interview was. We want to hear what

(01:56):
Biden admits to on tape, and for some reason it's
now being held behind closed doors.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Absolutely, and we took steps today to start that process.
Before you can issue a subpoena that will be that
will hold up in court, you have to show a
good faith effort to get what you're requesting. So we've
sent our first letter, we'll probably send a second letter
and that'll be Jim Jordan and myself. Then we'll be
in a position to issue the subpoena that will win

(02:24):
in court. Look, this isn't over. The Democrats want to
say it's over, it's not over. We need to know
what exactly the transcripts say, to know the level of
mishandling of these classified documents, who he mishandled them with,
what part his son was involved with this, if her
even asked about his son. And we need to know

(02:46):
specifically which what documents were involved with Ukraine and China
and all these other countries that have sent the Biden
family tens of millions of dollars. I mean, this whole
Biden investigation is the biggest political corruption scandal in my lifetime.
It's all about public corruption. This family's been influenced peddling.
We believe they're on the take. This Special Council report

(03:10):
showed that Joe Biden has not been truthful with American
people about these documents, and the documents are center to
our investigation. So we're going to do everything we can
to get the transcripts and to get the specific documents
that were mishandled. And you know what's funny to me,
is the media was always crut cry and foul. Why

(03:30):
would and Comber issue the transcripts of who he was
deposing in the Biden investigation. We issued those transcripts within
days of those depositions. You have to go over them
and both sides and their lawyers have to edit and
make sure everything in there is correct. The media is
not saying anything about demanding to turn over the transcripts
of this interview because they know this is the interview

(03:53):
from hell for Joe Biden. Whatever Joe Biden told her
he was having to talk, and he was struggling, and
he couldn't remember anything, and he was just.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Flat out line.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
So we're going to get those transcripts, and we took
steps today to begin that process.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
We took steps today to advance that process is so important.
The part there the testimony by the former Hunter Biden
Tony Bobolinski before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee was
enough to move forward with impeaching President Joe Biden, particularly
after seeing Democrats with panic in their eyes. That's what
James Comer, who chairs the committee, told Newsmax. He's a

(04:30):
very compelling witness. The Kentucky Republican said adding that last
week Democrats had the report from Special counsel her with
Tony Bobolinski's textimony, they had a former Biden associate say yes,
Joe Biden knew very well. Joe Biden met with all
these foreign leaders. Joe Biden knew that they were working
for China, and he thanked Bobolinsky for helping his son

(04:53):
and brother get their foot in the door in China directly,
so the President knew they were trying to get to China.
They wanted to do Chinese business. They wanted to sell
access to America and have Chinese compromise them. By the way,
During his transcribed interview proceedings, Bobolinsky, a key figure in
the present's impeachment inquiry, confirmed previous testimony that Biden was

(05:18):
yes the product, he was the brand being sold to
enrich the family. Bobolinski also testified that he and the
President interacted even though Biden had denied being in contact
with his son's business associates. We know now the President
was lying to you every time he said it, James
Comer said, then we're doing everything we can to get

(05:38):
the documents and other information involved and her investigation to
Biden on the documents and the documents that were stored
as home in Delaware and elsewhere. Why are they saying
that because they believe now that the documents that he
may have taken that were classified were directly related to
the business dealings that he was having in those different

(05:59):
countries where they were influenced pedaling. Wow, The White House
is now freaking out. Joe Biden is now blaming Donald
Trump and MAGA Republicans for the broken border system. President
Joe Biden blaming Donald Trump and the mag Republicans for
the system and his administration's expected failure to convince Congress

(06:20):
to pass a one hundred and eighteen billion dollar bill
there would allot only twenty billion for border security, but
sixty billion dollars for Ukraine, two subjects that have nothing
to do with one another and should never be in
the same bill. This is also happening at the time
with the White House is now saying that Biden quote
isn't considering any executive actions to secure the border, even

(06:44):
though he had ninety four executive actions that he took
in his first one hundred days to delete border security,
creating the crisis that we're in. The right now, where'd
the White House president? They have to say, Jean Pierre,
listen to this.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
The President said last month that there was a crisis
at the border, and now the White House is calling
on members of Congress to, I think, in your worship
policy about politics. In the absence of that, though, is
the president of evaluating any executive actions that he could
take on his own to address that crisis? Is he

(07:21):
looking at perhaps a menu of things, like, you know,
maybe as the state of emergency or new policies that
he can act on his.

Speaker 6 (07:27):
The We have a bipartisan agreement that the Senate put forth.
Republicans and Democrats came together. There's actually a piece of
legislation text came out on Sunday. Folks have been working
on that for two months and it is the toughest
and the fairest piece of legislation that we've seen in decades.
There is something out there right there in Congress for

(07:49):
them to answer those questions that you just asked me.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
So, no, we're not considering it.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
The President's not considering any executive actions, even though he
took ninety four executive actions and it's first one hundred
days in all this to make sure that the open
that the border that was secure at the time that
he inherited from Donald J. Trump was completely butchered and
opened wide up to terrorists on the terrorists watch list
that could come across to the fetanyl that is now
the number one killer in this country under the age

(08:15):
of forty nine and under under the age of fifty
the number one killer eighteen to forty nine in this
country's fetanyl. That wasn't the case when Donald Trump was
the president either. Now let me go back to something
else that happened today that just made me laugh. Joe
Biden came out and he rarely does this, pushing Congress,
demanding Congress pass an open border bill. And this is

(08:38):
what he had to say, with a whole lot of
enthusiasm and no slurring of words at all.

Speaker 7 (08:44):
The bagration system has been broken. It's long past time
to fix it. That's why months ago I instruck to
my team to begin negotiations with the bipartisan group of
Senators to seriously and finally fix our immigration system. For
months now, that's what they've do on working round the
clock through the holidays, over the weekends. It's been an

(09:05):
extraordinary effort by Senators Langford, Murphy, and Cinema. The result
of all this hard work is a bipartisan agreement that
represents the most fair, humane reforms and our immigration system
in a long time, and the toughest set of reforms
to secure the border ever. Now, all indications are this

(09:25):
bill won't even move forward to the center floor. Why
a simple reason, Donald Trump. Because Donald Trump thinks it's
bad for him politically. Therefore he doesn't even know it
helps the country. He's not for it. He'd rather weaponize
this issue than actually solve it. So for the last
twenty four hours, he's done nothing, I'm told, but reach

(09:48):
out to Republicans in the House and the Senate and
threaten them and try to intimidate them to vote against
this proposal. It looks like they're caving. Frankly, they owe
it to American people to show some spine and do
what they know to be right. So I want to
tell the American people what's in this bill.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
By the way, I just have to stop there, you
spineless people that are actually trying to secure the border
instead of only putting and again, let's talk about what's
in this bill. Let's do that, mister President there's funding
for the Ukraine war effort, and at three x above
what you're giving for border security. So I'm going to
ask this question very nicely, why the hell would we
want this bill. There's money in there for the war there,

(10:31):
there's money in there for the war in Israel, which
has nothing to do with secure in the border. And
there's also amnesty in this bill and the ability for
illegal immigrants that then start voting in twenty thirty, just
six years from now. This border bill is nothing more
than a trojan horse for communists to take over this country.

(10:53):
In fact, it codifies open borders. It's in the bill.
It sends a sixty billion to Ukraine that has anything
to do with our border. It gives taxpayer funded lawyers
to illegal immigrants so they can become American citizens and
attack America with our own tax dollars. As we fund
the lawyers of those that break in this country illegally.

Speaker 2 (11:11):
That's stupid.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
It also says we're going to spend one point four
billion dollars in this bill to resettle illegals in the US.
That would include traveling accommodations, So we're going to pay
for you to break our laws. It also gives illegals
work visas, which undercut the American worker and make our
unemployment rate go up and wages also go down. So

(11:35):
we have an invasion at the southern border now, and
the only thing this bill would do is basically legalize
it and then allow them to vote in twenty thirty.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
You want to know what's in the bill.

Speaker 1 (11:47):
That is exactly what's in the bill. This is what's
happening right now in this bill. And this is the
reason why there are at least some Republicans in the Senate,
the Senate that got their heads out of their ables's
and decided to stand up to this type of ridiculous propaganda.

(12:07):
The border bill should be a bill that just is
about the border. That's it, Okay, that's all it should
be about. It should only be about that. The Foreign
aid bill, he says, will help migrants under the US
legally ninety percent faster. I don't even know what that means.
But the President also saying that today in this press conference.

(12:28):
Listen carefully to how he describes him coming into America
at a faster pace. And I'm just to be in
favor of this bill for that reason. Apparently, this bill.

Speaker 7 (12:38):
Had also established new efficient and fair process for the
government to consider an asylum claim for those arriving at
the border. Today, the process can take five to seven years.
As you all know, I show up at the border
and get a bracelet tot to come back when called
five to seven years end country. That's too long, it

(12:59):
is not ration. With the new policies in this bill
and the additional of four thousand, three hundred more asylum
officers who spend hours, I might add with each immigrant
to consider their claims whether they qualify, we'll be able
to reduce that process to six months, not five to
seven years.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
So translation, we're going to start handing out amnesty like
you've never seen before. The Foreign eight Bill would help migrants,
illegal immigrants, that's what they really should be called, illegals
entering the US legally. They can now claim somehow ninety
percent faster even though they're breaking our laws coming into
the country. And that is exactly what the President is
now saying we must do. The President of the United

(13:42):
States of America also making it clear today as well,
he says, look, I want to see some movement here. Well,
in fact, that's not really what he said. I think
that's what he was trying to say. But here's the
president totally cognitively on par with what you should be
when you're the free the leader of the free world,
making complete sense.

Speaker 7 (14:03):
There is some movement and I don't wanna, I don't
want to, I mean, choose my words. There's some movement.
There's been a response from the there's been a response

(14:25):
from the opposition, but yes, I'm sorry from AMAS, but
it seems to be a little over the top. We're
not sure where it is. There's this continuing negotiation right now.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Wow, thank you for clearing that out, mister president. Were
we talking about the border and then we switched to
amass and we got confused.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
On where we were there.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
There's some movement and I don't wanna, I don't wanna,
let me, let me, let me choose my words. There's
there's some movement. Okay, thank you, mister president. The rest
of the world gets to see this as it's being
streamed live all over the universe. And if you're any
one of the world leaders that hates America wants to
destroy America, just know that they heard what you and
I just heard a completely incompetent president of the United

(15:16):
States of America who couldn't put two words together. A
completely incompetent president of the United States of America that
doesn't know what's actually going on. In fact, he doesn't
even know what subject he's talking about while he's talking.
That is what you just heard, and it very clearly

(15:38):
was the White House staff that was having to coach
him along from the corner there. This bill not making
its way to the Senate for is a blessing. It
is a good thing, but at the same time, we
still have an open border. What I think is gonna
end up happening moving forward is something pretty simple. Either
we win the White House and we win the Senate
and we win the House and we save this country,

(16:00):
or we don't. That's what this election is actually going
to be about.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Period. Joining me now to.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
Talk about all of this is US Senator from Tennessee,
Marsha Blackburn, Senator.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
Nice to have you with us this morning.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
I want to talk about what's happening at the southern border,
but before I get to that, let's talk about what
happened overnight on the Senate. Tell us number one, how
you voted on this and why you voted the way
that you did.

Speaker 8 (16:26):
I voted advance to this and the reason I did
is because we've already sent one hundred and thirteen billion
dollars into Ukraine. We cannot get transparency on exactly what
is happening with that money. And we basically have three
buckets to there. You have humanitarian aid, you have governmental support,

(16:49):
and you have military support. No one is questioning the
military support. What people are questioning is what has happened
with these other buckets of money and what is going
to be the accountability on it. And you know, it's
just been hard to get that information. And we have

(17:12):
said for months that, look, what we have to do
is secure our border first, once we have put those
provisions in place, and of course this administration could do
it with a stroke of a pen. Joe Biden in
his first one hundred days took ninety four executive actions

(17:35):
that further opened the border and weakened immigration law, so
he could reverse every bit of that. But we've said
our border first, and then we can work on the
issues with Israel, who have been very very clear in

(17:56):
articulate of what they needed and the announced the needed
fourteen billion there Taiwan needed money to help them and
deterring China two point five billion dollars there, and then
we had ten No twenty billion that went to replace

(18:20):
our vod In military inventory thirteen point eight billion or
weapons support in Ukraine. And there really wasn't any objection
to those pockets, and not a lot of the objection
to the fourteen point eight billion that was there for

(18:44):
continued additional support for Ukraine military training. INTEL the Inspector
General to oversee these funds. But when it came to
some of those provisions that were neary, that's a left
felt was necessary, the governmental support things of that nature.

(19:06):
We said, you know what, when it comes to Ukraine,
you need to have NATO and their neighbors in the
EU taking the lead on this, not the US. Text
player Sinaert.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
When I was in Hungary, I met with Victor Orban,
who's the obviously the Prime minister in Hungary, and we
were sitting there on his balcony of his office, and
I asked him a lot of questions about Ukraine, and
he laughed because he said, what we don't understand in
America is he goes, if you think Russia is corrupt,
you've seen nothing until you understand the history of Ukraine.

(19:40):
He said, Ukrainian corruption says on a different level that
you guys don't understand. He said, what he was laughing
because he said, what is so ridiculous is he said,
the Russia, the Ukrainian oligarchs, that the richest of the
rich in the country has sent their families to Warsaw.
They're staying in these incredible homes or five star resorts.

(20:01):
They are sitting there and they're making an incredible amount
of cash.

Speaker 2 (20:04):
It's being funneled to them.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
He said, you guys have no idea that your money
is not going to the battlefield, it's not fighting the Russians.
You guys are basically just getting straight up ripped off.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
And it was.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Laughing because he said it's public knowledge in that part
of the world. How frustrating is it when you hear
other world leaders talk like that. I mean, he was
sitting there going like, what are y'all doing? Like you're
sending billions of dollars and you're just enriching the people
around Zolenski.

Speaker 8 (20:30):
And what we're saying is and that's, as I've pointed out,
when it comes to that military support and the items
that can be defined end that them. When you look
at those dollars, people are saying, okay for dood inventory,
for weapons, support, for training oversight. I get it. But

(20:54):
I want to put this all on a limb lease
program like I did with Taiwan, and like our government
has done we did in World War Two with Japan
and some others, and that way they pay you back
when they get on their feet and gags. The way

(21:15):
to do this, and I have encouraged the White House
to move forward to sell Ukraine what they needed. Before
Russia invaded, you could see Russia. All the imagery was
out there from the satellites, how they were bolstering their
encampments across the Ukrainian border. Russia Ukraine border. And then

(21:38):
what you don't want to do is do the Obama
thing of sending them blankets and meals ready to eat.
You want to begin the process of those foreign military
cells and make those sales and handle that before something happens. Plus,

(21:58):
you need to be putting sanctions on Russia and saying
if you do this, there'll be hell to pay, and
say the same thing to China. Now if you go
after Taiwan, all of these sanctions. Donald Trump had on
you and Joe Biden listed they're I'm going to be coming.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
Back at you.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
Yeah, great point.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
I want to talk about our own safety and security here,
which has become a very important point to voters, especially independents,
including now Democrats, that are concerned about our wide open
southern border. You've been down to the southern border recently.
You've also introduced measures to strengthen our national security and
secure our border. Explain this legislation to everybody listening.

Speaker 8 (22:41):
Yes, and what we are doing is seeking a pathway
to be sure that we actually focus on border security,
not immigration law. And the Democrats would say, oh, you know,
no one has good ideas on border securities. They're not

(23:03):
pushing forward. I said, here are twelve ideas that would
actually do something to sell the border, and I had
each of my amendments filed, and your listeners can go
to my website and pull up my flour speech yesterday.
I went through every one of them. Let's start with
prohibit the Biden administration from carrying down existing border wall,

(23:28):
and pro hitit them from selling the border wall equipment
and portions that are there ready to be put up,
because we all know that is something that they were doing,
Joe Biden has sold off. So let's say enough is enough,
let's secure up border and let's not sell this stuff off.

Speaker 1 (23:53):
What is it looking like on the House side with
Johnson and when you guys be on to work on
the Senate and getting something And then what are you
hearing from the White House about moving forward any type
of legislation.

Speaker 9 (24:06):
Well, of course in the House they are not going
to move this bill, and we talked about that regularly
on the floor yesterday. Mike Johnson has already said this
bill that Chuck Schumer wanted to pass so he could
go to the Munich Security Conference, which is this European

(24:26):
military conference. He wanted to go over there and have
him a big time shaken tale where he could say,
look at me, look at what I've gotten done. This
is another one hundred billion dollars in the pipeline for
Ukraine and Israel. And I said, I think what they

(24:47):
would like to hear it's the Munich Conference, is that
we are very wide eyed and awake and paying attention
to the fact that our poor southern border is allowing
people from around the globe to come into our country.
We do not know who is coming in. We do
not know their intentions. We do know that there are

(25:09):
people from one hundred and seventy different countries. We do
know that you had twenty four thousand Chinese in just
a few months come across that border, and we do
know that they are primarily young, single male.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Yeah, it is a huge concern, especially with the president.
And I say it's America that doesn't seem to be
paying attention at all. Lastly, I want to get your
reaction to President Joe Biden. Last week he had this
impromptu press conference that was in the evening. I think
it made things worse for him with this cognitive decline.
Now the majority of Americans believe that he may be

(25:45):
too old to be president, and with this cognitive decline
that he showed on full display Thursday night, they've been
trying to protect the president. We've even heard that they
try to keep to a four hour schedule. Are you
concerned about his ability, especially on national security issues, to
be able to do the job proficiently at this point
after what you've witnessed?

Speaker 9 (26:05):
Of course, and we all know Bob Gates, who with
Obona who do Gate secretured? Repeatedly said Joe Biden had
been wrong on every national security and foreign affairs issue
for forty years, and so people know this. And you
know when he threw this little fit and went down

(26:28):
there and called that improperty press conference, I think for
so many people, that's cemented to them that no, he
does not have the demeanor at this point to continue
as president. But a lot of people do not want
Kamala Harris to step up because they feel like she

(26:51):
would be even worse. And you look at all the
poland she's less popular than he is. She's the most
unpopular politician.

Speaker 8 (27:00):
In the country.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
Well, and she said yesterday in a shocking I think
a kind of a turn of events, that she's ready
to serve, implying that maybe she will be the president
of the United States of America. It certainly wasn't the
timing you'd want, in my opinion, from your vice president,
putting that doubt into people's minds when you're already under attack.
But she says she's ready to serve. That's what this
election is going to be about. Center is always a pleasure.

(27:25):
I appreciate your time and well done in the Senate
trying to fight against this incredible spending bill without accountability
as you described it, spot on.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
There as always. We'll have you back again real soon.

Speaker 8 (27:36):
You got it.

Speaker 9 (27:36):
Take care.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Make sure you please share this podcast and this show
anywhere that you can on social media to get the
word out.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
It is important.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
Make sure you pay attention to what Tony Bobolinsky says,
and a lot of this will, I'm sure leak out.
But if there's anybody that the Biden crime family is
afraid of their testimony is Tony Bobolinsky because they know
what he knows because they were sitting down with him
doing the business deals, and the business deals, to quote
Hunter was buying access to my dad.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
See you back here tomorrow. Have a great rest of
your day.
