who is behind the lawfare chaos in this country. Who

And he has well funding a vast array of left
wing political causes through a shadowy dark money nonprofit network
is what the book now states. Now Caroll, a columnist
and comedy writer was able to hire a crack legal team,
including Times Up Legal Defense Fund founder ROBERTA.

Kaplan was funded by a nonprofit primarily backed by the
Democratic mega donor Reid Hoffman. Yes, follow the money, now
I get played out in a one sided New York
City courtroom. Hoffman was making regular visits, we now know,
to Joe Biden's White House. Yes, so there's a very

good chance that Hoffman was taking his orders from the
White House on how to stop Donald Trump now. Hoffman,
known as the most connected man in Silicon Valley, has
been criticized for complying with Chinese censorship rules. For example,
while his businesses operated in the country all about profits,
not about actually standing up or doing the right thing

to the Chinese Communist Party. He has praised the Chinese
tech sector as well, and appears to be the only
American to regularly speak at China's World Internet Conferences, which
are designed to amplify Xijingping's vision for the digital age
and are closed to the press. Yet the radical donor

read Hoffman, He's welcome and speaks naturally. He wanted and
Biden remained president and Trump to lose. That's why he
funded all of the top lawyers for this ridiculous lawsuit
against Donald Trump. He also promoted fake news on behalf
of Democrats, also financing a left wing online disinformation campaign

targeting Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore in twenty seventeen. Hoffman,
by the way, issued an apology for this after more
nearly lost his race, so the damage was done. It worked,
and he's like, oh, sorry, my bad. A whistleblower claimed
by the Way in twenty twenty two that Hoffman's Orwellian

name named Good Information Foundation offered him money to attack
Trump Republicans online despite federal laws prohibiting such political behavior
from five oh one c three organizations.

But did it matter.

No, none of that bothered the powers that be in
Joe Biden's White House. Hoffman is on the board of
Microsoft as well, and was on the Pentagons Defense and
Innovation Board throughout Biden's presidency, direct access to the White
House whenever he needed it. By the way, he also

admitted to visiting Jeffrey Epstein's island.

But don't worry, the media will never tell you that, right.

So Hoffman runs a shop full of well rabid Trump haters.
His former top political advisor, hated Donald Trump, pushed the
narrative that the assassination attempt, in fact on President Trump
and Butler Pennsylvania in July twenty twenty.

He split with Hoffman days later to join the Anti
Trump Lincoln Project. Hoffman has backed the group Indivisible, a
well coordinated, well funded, and high powered network of leftist organizations.

Indivisible has claimed credit.

For both Trump's and pet plural, as well as other
assorted efforts to disqualify him from the presidential ballot. This
is just one of the radicals on the left that
are doing everything they can with their money to try

And to basically fix elections.

By putting out lies and misinformation or trying to lock
up people that they don't like politically. Just let all
that set in. It's not just one donor that's pulling
all this off. I'm gonna give you another name that

Sorows is the name most well known to mainstream audiences,

but it's hard to underestimate the scope of which he
funds the law fare against President Trump and anyone they
want to go after in the MAGA movement. He also
funded Indivincible along with Hoffmann, who I mentioned earlier for example,

Trump called it, exposing the weaponization of America's legal system
against Donald Trump and other conservatives. So they all do
this together, and that's part of what you need to

Norm Issen Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, also
known as CREW, it works to deal with Democrat efforts

funded groups have raised ethics concerns regarding disclosures about travel
from Justice Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, for example. This

Soros is the person primarily responsible for a revolution of

lawlessness in our streets via what Soros funded, and that
was those DA's right. The Soros funded prosecutors. And what
did they run on. They ran on lawlessness, They ran
on defunding the police, They ran on cashless bail, and
they ran on prison reform, which means shutting down prisons

and letting criminals out.

That was all George Soros quote.

The Soros Empire spent at least forty million to elect
its prosecutors. And they were smart because they knew if
they got radicals in these seats, they would be in
a great pas position moving forward. Right Like they understood this,
They're like, this is perfect. We'll get all these prosecutors
in office. They'll then allow for anarchy and chaos in

the streets and we get what we want, which is
total control of these cities. It then invested in additional
seventy seven plus million to twenty leftist nonprofits to coordinate
the control and control the prosecutors, bring the total sorrows
spinning to at least one hundred and seventeen million Now,
why would you do this on prosecutors, Because you want

to control the court system and you want to control
these cities, and this is how they're doing it. Now,
all of this isn't a report called Law and Disorder.

At least thirty percent, by the way of the US
population currently lives under the boot of a Soros prosecutor,

who are pressured to sign pledges vowing to adhere to
various Soros priorities. The Soro's machine orchestrated thirty three of
these quote joint statements and pledges, which were signed by
one hundred and twenty three of the one hundred and
twenty six Soros prosecutors. Soros has spent lavishly on approximately
seventy five radical left wing prosecutors in twenty twenty two,

for example, but that number actually might be much higher,
according to report by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
The report noted that more than seventy two million people,
including half of America's fifty most populous cities and counties,
now live in one of the affected areas. So let

me just explain it in another way. What Soros wanted
to do was he wanted to go after conservatives, and
he wanted to have radical lefties, radical extreme lefties who
are in charge of almost all of the major metropolitan
cities and areas that were important to him for power

and control.

How does he do it?

Sorus uses a series of these shell organizations, affiliates passed
through committees. And what does he do steers the contributions
to both candidates and his robust support network for these
progressive prosecutors, which provide gravitas and perks to preferred prosecutors,
is how it was described in one report.

Now, among George Soris's stable.

Of radicals, it includes the former San Francisco District Attorney,
the former La disc attorney, the New York City District
Attorney Alvin Bragg, Chicago's Kim Fox, Saint Louis Circuit attorney
Kim Gardner, and many others whose again goal was to

what go after Donald Trump any way they could, And
that's exactly what they've been doing. Now, George Soros's Foundation
to Promote Society, that's what they call it, has given
more than three million to a group called Pro Publica.

So you understand how the money continues to get shadier
and shadier. There's also something called the Sandler Foundation. In
recent years, no one has done more to weaponize fake
news against conservative jurists than Pro public Pro Publica. Pro Publica,
they claim, are a nonprofit largely funded by the Sandler Foundation,

which was funded by the late leftist banking magnet and
billionaire Herb Sandler. Sandler was one of the pioneers of
using the veneer of philanthropy to fund activist organizations.

He's basically one of the godfathers of this.

For years, Pro Publica has attempted to destabilize the Supreme
Court with what they describe as their expos's. They essentially
it is a glory opposition research gathering entity, and what
they do is one thing they try to find dirt
on the political targets of their ultra wealthy donors. It's

activism with journalism characteristics, and it has its site solely
focused on conservative Supreme Court justices. Media reports tend to
admit that Pro Publica's top donors are on the activist left,
like Hard Court Hard Court. I'll give you example of this,
right George Soros's foundation to promote open Society has given

more than three million to Pro Publica for example.

Now their investigation is what they call it, it's a
hit job.

In the Clarce Thomas and Samuel Alito, for example, have
been one hundred percent pure lawfare. They have repeatedly attacked
Thomas because his vacations with a wealthy friend who donates
to Republicans was the reason that they said we should
take him down. Now there's been no evidence that Justice
Thomas has done anything illegal or altered a single one

of his decisions because of his friendship with someone that's wealthy.
The reporting adds nothing, by the way, to support any
of their claims. It is nothing more than a smear job,
a hit job, and the stories are then weaponized by
Democrats who call for, you.

Know, massive investigations, even court.

Packing, saying we got to expand the Supreme Court to
have more justices to justify their radical behavior. It's also,
by the way, noteworthy that Pro public Up obsessively publishes
hits pieces on United Health, for example, an insurance company,
for allegedly denying care to certain aggregated people. The CEO

of United Health was assassinated. You may remember after one
of several Pro public of features on the company happened.
The assassin was not even a United Health customer. He
had seen the Pro Publica stories before he committed the
acts of well vigilante justice right. Pro Publica doesn't care,

right apparently, they just say, hey, we're continuing to do
the series on United Health just days after the murder.
They didn't even stop. They looked at his progress. This
is how radical these people are now. Aside from starting
Pro Publica and donating tens of millions of dollars to it,
the Sadler Foundation has cut millions and millions in checks
to Campaign Legal Center and the American Constitutional Society, both
(19:36):
of which have supported referrals for Justice Thomas to the
Department of the Justice Department for criminal and civil penalties
for alleged ethics violations. They claim. The Sadler Foundation is
also part of the infants less left wing dark money
network Ara Bella Advisors.

It funds the.

Group that does journalism, then on separate groups to publicize
their fake journalism, then elevate it, and then weaponize of
journalism demanding investigations. This is what you can buy, folks
in America, and that's why we're exposing all of it.

Let me go back to the Sandler Foundation. For example.

The Sandler Foundation is funded leftist groups like the Center
for American Progress, the American Civil Liberties Union, you know
is ACOU, Human Rights Watch, the Sierra Club. Much of
this is funded from quote anonymous donors, so it's a
way to keep your hands clean and people not know

who's actually involved in this level of corruption. It's ethically
dubious as a fair way of putting it, but this
is all about power, and they can go to a
liberal and say, hey, give money, put it through the
Sandler Foundation.

Then the money's given all these other.

Groups, and so it's you could describe it as I
would put it in the cartel world. Is money laundering, right, like, Hey,
you don't want your name out there, you don't want
to know where it came from. You want to clean
your money before it goes these groups. So you're not
directly aligned with these groups, and you can just stay
in the shadows and that's all we need you to do,
and then bam.

They also work closely with other leftist mega donors, so
all of these mega donners are working together hand in
hand to maximize their dollars, Soros and Hoffman and their work.
So they're like, all right, tell me what you guys

leftist billionaires like uh Lren Powell jobs. All right, so
this forms a lawfare hydra is how it's described in
the book. You have all of this work that's done
and then they go into overtime to amplify it, then
get stories written on it, then.

And it's all done for one reason to take down
Donald Trump, for example, to paint Trump as a criminal,
right unfit to service president, that he's a that he's

that'll bring him down. It backfired, right when they're like, hey, well,
you know, we'll get mar Lago, we'll rate it, and
then we'll get people to turn on him and then

no one elect him and then bam, we got this thing.
Let me give you another example, David Brock's Project sixty five.

Online warrior and media Matters for America founder David Brock
launched Project sixty five.

into host on CNN. They put out a bunch of
hit pieces trying to get me taken off the air.
David Brock is a liberal political consultant. They say he's

a a author and a commentary he's a hit man. Okay,
Media Matters, hours before I was to host for an
entire week, put out these hit pieces.

They clearly had inside information.

Hey Ben Ferguson's gonna be hosting, And there was like,
all right, we don't want that.

So what do we do? All Right, We're gonna go back.

And look at every single thing he's ever put on
social media. We'll write a bunch of hit pieces on him.
We'll then get it amplified, We'll try to get some
news and attention, and then when we do that, they'll
pull them off the air.

That was the goal.

So I remember going through this and I laughed because like,
of course this happened the day I'm literally going to
host an hour show for the first time ever, and
it was well orchestrated, it was well planned out, and
that was the first time I had a taste of this.

I'm like, all right, now I know what I'm up against.

Like, this is how evil and the left is and
how they play. This is how soulas they are. This
is how corrupt they are. This is what they're willing
to do to destroy someone's life. Now, they don't want
to just They wanted me to be fired from my job,
and they wanted it to make it hurt financially. This

is all about finances, right. They want conservatives to be quiet.
They don't want us to be bold. They don't want
us to stand up for what we believe in. They
want us to be afraid to speak out. They want

for office. They want us to be afraid of getting
involved in politics. They want us to be afraid that
we're going to lose our jobs. For example, Okay, if

we do something that they like, they want us to
be afraid of writing a check to a candidate is
another way of putting it. This is the reality of
the leftist Radical Democratic Party. And I've witnessed it firsthand.

should be prize that this happens. Now, let me go
back to the money here so that you understand this.
They launched. David Brock launched his Project sixty five, which
had the explicit goal to quote, dis bar and discredit

any attorney who helped Donald Trump and his challenge in
fighting against the twenty twenty election. Brock is a darling
of the money Democrats.

If his name is on it, someone will fund it.

He uses quote dark money to establish his group, which
means his donors remain mysterious or anonymous. Now, the Project
sixty five got its name because they were targeting sixty
five attorneys who, in their eyes, tried to overthrow democracy.
Is what they sold it to their donors with Trump,

though the number is entirely arbitrary. The board, by the way,
consists of a sort of leftist radicals, both familiar and unfamiliar,
as well well as some rhino establishment Republicans that they
use as their useful idiots.

Now, this is a new front in lawfare.

It was assumed until this point that even the guilty
are entitled to competent legal representation. Now, if you represent
certain types of people such as Donald Trump, in certain
types of cases, such as cases that are involving Donald Trump,
then you might not only lose in the courtroom, but
you could lose your law license outright. Because again, this

is about saying to future lawyers, do you really want
to get disbarred or do you really want to have
us come after you? And there's a lot of lawyers
that look at and yeah, it's just not worth it.
I'm staying out of that. I'm gonna I'm not gonna
go defend a Donald Trump, or defend a Ben Ferguson,
or defend whoever else out there. They're under attack, right,

So that's the new front in this lawfare.

That's all clearly, very carefully orchestrated. Now Project sixty five.

Eastman, an attorney in former law school dean, disbarred over
legal advice he gave to Trump. That was there like first,
you know, head on stick, this was all pure politics
of personal destruction, just like I was talking about earlier
when they came after me and the exact brand of
activism that David Brock pioneered at Media Matters. It's all

defamatory by design. The operation ought to be investigated, is
what many believe. I'm one of them, and perhaps bar
complaints ought to be filed against the attorneys behind the
lawfair right fight fire with fire is what some lawyers
have said.

Which I describe as in the book has talked about
his big law another obvious group that makes up a
powerful portion of the lawfair superstructure. The book says, is
the big law firms that sue the Trump administration. You've
got Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dor You've got Hogan
and Levels. You've got jen and Block. You've got Ropes

and Gray. You've got Gipson, Done and Crutcher. You've got

firms matter? Well, they all represented plaintiffs against the Trump

to the Chinese Communist Party. He has praised the Chinese
tech sector as well, and appears to be the only
American to regularly speak at China's World Internet Conferences, which
are designed to amplify Xijingping's vision for the digital age
and are closed to the press. Yet the radical donor

read Hoffman, He's welcome and speaks naturally. He wanted and
Biden remained president and Trump to lose. That's why he
funded all of the top lawyers for this ridiculous lawsuit
against Donald Trump. He also promoted fake news on behalf
of Democrats, also financing a left wing online disinformation campaign

targeting Republican Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore in twenty seventeen. Hoffman,
by the way, issued an apology for this after more
nearly lost his race, so the damage was done. It worked,
and he's like, oh, sorry, my bad. A whistleblower claimed
by the Way in twenty twenty two that Hoffman's Orwellian

name named Good Information Foundation offered him money to attack
Trump Republicans online despite federal laws prohibiting such political behavior
from five oh one c three organizations.

He split with Hoffman days later to join the Anti

For both Trump's and pet plural, as well as other
assorted efforts to disqualify him from the presidential ballot. This
is just one of the radicals on the left that

funded groups have raised ethics concerns regarding disclosures about travel

was those DA's right. The Soros funded prosecutors. And what
did they run on. They ran on lawlessness, They ran

its prosecutors. And they were smart because they knew if

the streets and we get what we want, which is
total control of these cities. It then invested in additional

spinning to at least one hundred and seventeen million Now,
why would you do this on prosecutors, Because you want

to control the court system and you want to control
these cities, and this is how they're doing it. Now,
all of this isn't a report called Law and Disorder.

At least thirty percent, by the way of the US
population currently lives under the boot of a Soros prosecutor,

who are pressured to sign pledges vowing to adhere to
various Soros priorities. The Soro's machine orchestrated thirty three of
these quote joint statements and pledges, which were signed by
one hundred and twenty three of the one hundred and
twenty six Soros prosecutors. Soros has spent lavishly on approximately
seventy five radical left wing prosecutors in twenty twenty two,

for example, but that number actually might be much higher,
according to report by the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund.
The report noted that more than seventy two million people,
including half of America's fifty most populous cities and counties,
now live in one of the affected areas. So let

to do was he wanted to go after conservatives, and
he wanted to have radical lefties, radical extreme lefties who
are in charge of almost all of the major metropolitan
cities and areas that were important to him for power

that's exactly what they've been doing. Now, George Soros's Foundation
to Promote Society, that's what they call it, has given
more than three million to a group called Pro Publica.

and shadier. There's also something called the Sandler Foundation. In
recent years, no one has done more to weaponize fake
news against conservative jurists than Pro public Pro Publica. Pro Publica,
they claim, are a nonprofit largely funded by the Sandler Foundation,

which was funded by the late leftist banking magnet and
billionaire Herb Sandler. Sandler was one of the pioneers of
using the veneer of philanthropy to fund activist organizations.

He's basically one of the godfathers of this.

For years, Pro Publica has attempted to destabilize the Supreme
Court with what they describe as their expos's. They essentially
it is a glory opposition research gathering entity, and what
they do is one thing they try to find dirt
on the political targets of their ultra wealthy donors. It's

activism with journalism characteristics, and it has its site solely
focused on conservative Supreme Court justices. Media reports tend to
admit that Pro Publica's top donors are on the activist left,
like Hard Court Hard Court. I'll give you example of this,
right George Soros's foundation to promote open Society has given

more than three million to Pro Publica for example.

Now their investigation is what they call it, it's a
hit job.

In the Clarce Thomas and Samuel Alito, for example, have
been one hundred percent pure lawfare. They have repeatedly attacked
Thomas because his vacations with a wealthy friend who donates
to Republicans was the reason that they said we should
take him down. Now there's been no evidence that Justice
Thomas has done anything illegal or altered a single one

of his decisions because of his friendship with someone that's wealthy.
The reporting adds nothing, by the way, to support any
of their claims. It is nothing more than a smear job,
a hit job, and the stories are then weaponized by
Democrats who call for, you.

Packing, saying we got to expand the Supreme Court to
have more justices to justify their radical behavior. It's also,
by the way, noteworthy that Pro public Up obsessively publishes
hits pieces on United Health, for example, an insurance company,
for allegedly denying care to certain aggregated people. The CEO

of United Health was assassinated. You may remember after one
of several Pro public of features on the company happened.
The assassin was not even a United Health customer. He
had seen the Pro Publica stories before he committed the
acts of well vigilante justice right. Pro Publica doesn't care,

right apparently, they just say, hey, we're continuing to do
the series on United Health just days after the murder.
They didn't even stop. They looked at his progress. This
is how radical these people are now. Aside from starting
Pro Publica and donating tens of millions of dollars to it,
the Sadler Foundation has cut millions and millions in checks
to Campaign Legal Center and the American Constitutional Society, both

of which have supported referrals for Justice Thomas to the
Department of the Justice Department for criminal and civil penalties
for alleged ethics violations. They claim. The Sadler Foundation is
also part of the infants less left wing dark money
network Ara Bella Advisors.

Group that does journalism, then on separate groups to publicize
their fake journalism, then elevate it, and then weaponize of

in the shadows and that's all we need you to do,
and then bam.

the book. You have all of this work that's done

entire week, put out these hit pieces.

Like, this is how evil and the left is and

fighting against the twenty twenty election. Brock is a darling
of the money Democrats.

If his name is on it, someone will fund it.

He uses quote dark money to establish his group, which
means his donors remain mysterious or anonymous. Now, the Project
sixty five got its name because they were targeting sixty
five attorneys who, in their eyes, tried to overthrow democracy.
Is what they sold it to their donors with Trump,

though the number is entirely arbitrary. The board, by the way,
consists of a sort of leftist radicals, both familiar and unfamiliar,
as well well as some rhino establishment Republicans that they
use as their useful idiots.

It was assumed until this point that even the guilty
are entitled to competent legal representation. Now, if you represent

is about saying to future lawyers, do you really want
to get disbarred or do you really want to have

or defend whoever else out there. They're under attack, right,

powerful portion of the lawfair superstructure. The book says, is
the big law firms that sue the Trump administration. You've
got Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dor You've got Hogan
and Levels. You've got jen and Block. You've got Ropes
(28:01):
and Gray. You've got Gipson, Done and Crutcher. You've got
Perkins Coy, you got Arnold and Porter. The list goes
on and on. Now, why do all these big law
firms matter? Well, they all represented plaintiffs against the Trump
administration within the first forty days of his second term.
This is like two point zero law fair and big law.
(28:24):
These cases involved lawyers like for example, Neil Catal, also
a prominent cable news quote, legal pundit Seth Waxman, Paul Clement,
and all from major white shoe firms, all with Supreme
Court experience, all of them former solicit generals, solicitor generals.

So you put this together and they're like, hey, you
want to make some money.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Sure, all right, you're a big lawyer. Here's what you're
gonna do. You're gonna do this stuff for us. We're
gonna pay you.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Well.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Now there's an even longer list that has come out
even since the book was written.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
There are even more.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Moneyed and connected people name checked and in the book,
including Mark Ellis, the super lawyer, Peter Schwipeser dubbed the
master of political dark Arts.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
You've got a Crew founder. I told you about Crew earlier.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Norm Easan, an impeachment attorney, and Congressman Daniel Goldman. All
of these people are now literally making money off of
saying we give us cash and.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
We will go after your political enemies.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Now, all of these names direct their time and resources
to sowing chaos number one in this country in our
streets by advocating for people and policies that undermine the
concept of law and order. These radical DA's to fund
the police, get everybody out of jail, cashless bail, all
of these things, right. George Sourus wants it because then
(30:01):
controls those big cities. Read Hoppin wants it because then
they control these big cities. Sandler Foundation wants it because
then they control.
Speaker 2 (30:08):
These big cities. That gives them power.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
And now they're attempting to buy our democracy outright or
overthrow it. And they're doing it now, not by being candidates,
but by doing it through law fare. I'll go back
to what I said earlier. This is the new game
playing the Democratic Party. I've rarely take to buy a book.
