Speaker 1 (00:01):
Jack Smith.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
There are a bunch of headlines right now calling it
an epic law fair fail, and people that are celebrating
that Jack Smith has quote surrendered. I want to be
clear about this story that I think many conservatives are
getting it wrong, and I'm not saying this to criticize.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
I'm saying this so.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
That you understand just how close we were to living
in a Banana republic.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
This was not an epic lawfair fail.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
This was the American voters standing up for what they
believe is a free and fair election, standing up to
the lawlessness of the Marxists and the socialists and the
communists in the Biden Harris administration that weaponized our government
to go after their political opponents. At this time just
happened to be a guy by the name of Donald
(00:53):
Trump and anyone else around him that they wanted to
take out.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Now. I also want to be clear about this.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
I don't believe that Jack Smith has surrendered, and there's
a lot of people saying that.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
I think he just knows that he cannot win now
because they lost control of the House, the Senate, and
the presidency, and the law is very clear that you
cannot go after a sitting president of the United States
of America.
Speaker 1 (01:14):
I want to be clear about this.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
I don't believe this is the end of lawfare, and
I don't believe that they believe that they have failed.
I think they believe they were successful in trying to
take out Donald Trump. They are going to believe that
this is only some of the issues that made them
pause their agenda, which is to take out their political opponents.
They're going to blame Kama Harris or Joe Biden's age.
(01:38):
They're not going to believe that they actually failed. And
I want to be clear. I do not believe that
Jack Smith or anyone else the DOJ or the FBI
that in the deep state that was coming after Donald
Trump for a moment, believe that they actually went too
far and or that they actually failed in their quest
to stop conservatives. I think they believe that this is
(02:02):
Joe Biden's fault because he's.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Old and senile.
Speaker 2 (02:04):
I believe they believe this is the fault of Kamala Harris,
that they didn't get to finish the job they started
because she was a quote terrible candidate. I do not
believe that they learned anything at all from any of this,
and I want to make that very very very very
very clear so that we don't get in that moment
here like we're celebrating now. Yes, the truth is Jack
(02:26):
Smith has had to stop.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
I don't think it is a surrender.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
I think it's a temporary pause and ending the Florida
prosecution against Trump. I don't believe that this special Counsel
Smith is winding this down because he thinks the American
people have spoken in a way that you know, he's
going to learn from this.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
I don't think any of them have learned from this.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Smith on Monday did in fact, file emotion to dismiss
the election interference case against Trump, and the US District
Court for the District of Columbia, marking yes, a victory,
you could argue a major victory for Donald Trump. I
don't believe it is because they learned their lesson quote.
After careful consideration, the Department is determined that ollc's prior
(03:15):
opinions concerning the Constitution's prohibition on federal indictment and prosecution
of a sitting president applied to the situation, and that,
as a result, this prosecution must be dismissed before the
defendant is inaugurated. In other words, they couldn't finish the
job before inauguration day, and they weren't able to keep
him out.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Of the White House.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
So therefore they have decided to well say, okay, for
a moment, we're going to stop the law fare. Moreover,
Smith filed then another motion in the United States Court
of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit to dismiss an appeal
in the document's case, which quote will leave in place
the district Court's order dismissing the indictment without prejudice as
(03:57):
to him. Smith cites the reason laid out in his
motion to dismiss the election interference case and goes on
to list those for the reasons step forth in the
United States v. Trump, and he goes through all that.
I won't bore you with it, but it's important now.
Taken together, these moves marked the end of the federal
prosecution against the President elect, leaving two remaining cases at
(04:21):
the state level, one in Georgia, which was incredibly correct
correct there and in New York. Stephen Chong, the incoming
White House Communications Director, touted the enormous legal victories in
a statement shared after Smith's filings saying, quote, the American
people re elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to
(04:41):
make America great again. Today's decision by the DOJ ends
the unconstitutional federal case against President Trump and is a
major victory for the rule of aw Now, I want
to be clear, I don't believe this is a victory
the way that he is describing it. And the reason
why I say this is they want to do this again,
and they will do this again if they're given the opportunity.
The only reason why they were forced to make the
(05:04):
decision and to do what they did on Monday, the
only reason is because they lost the election. They do
not believe they got this wrong. They do not believe
that they should have stopped this. They have not learned
from their mistakes. What do we say when kids get
in trouble? You know, did you learn from your mistake?
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Right?
Speaker 2 (05:21):
We're going to have to discipline you so you learn
from your mistake. There has to be accountability for actions.
I want to be clear, there's no accountability here. This
is a pause at best. Quote, the American people re
elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to make this
country great again.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
I agree with that statement.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
Wholeheartedly quote the American people in President Trump won an
immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system,
and we look forward to uniting our country.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
He added.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Now, I agree that the American people were the ones
that stood in the way this time. I do not
believe that Democrats will ever stop weaponizing the FBI and
the DOJ and the deep state to their advantage in
the future because they realized just how effective it is.
This is a huge victory, no doubt for President Trump.
In the rule of law, I agree, but it is temporary.
(06:10):
I do not believe that this is some victory that
we should say they learned their lesson from and they're
not going to do this in the future.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
That is what I don't believe.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Jack Smith's appointment as Special counsel was unconstitutional, and they
still did it anyway. It was unconstitutional the investigation from
the onset, and they did it anyway. And Smith deciding
to stop this now is only because the American people
stood up on election day, and the American people on
election Day said no, we better.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Keep our eye on the ball.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
Because I do believe that this could happen again in
the very near future.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
In fact, I would argue.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
That we could see this type of welfare happen in
Congress if we allow for the Democrats to take control
of the House. I believe they would try to impeach
Donald Trump in two years if they got control of
the House, even if they didn't have now of the Senate.
And I'm terrified to see what they'll do if they
get both chambers of Congress under their control anytime of
the near future this holiday season, and I want to
take a moment because this may be one of the
(07:10):
most important gifts you ever buy for people that you love.
There is one thing that I want you to know about.
It is the Burna less lethal pistol launcher, and it
can save not only your life, but the life of
someone else is.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
A threat to you.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
It is a centure to recognize that personal safety is
a year round priority. Crime trends are spiking, especially during
the holidays, making even more critical to protect what matters
most the holiday season. Gift your loved ones the peace
of mind with a burner less lethal launcher. Why do
I love this because it puts more distance between my
(07:50):
loved one and their attacker. I can use this burn
a launcher up to sixty feet away from someone that's
a threat to me. It also has kinetic ren that
can incapacitate someone from up to forty minutes. It has
these amazing chemical rounds that explode when they hit you,
and it's things like pepper spray in them or tear gas,
(08:11):
and it's going to drop someone instantly. Now, this is
also great because you don't have to deal about the
with the irreversible consequences of deadly force. Now, look, I
carry a firearm, but many times I'm in places where
I can't carry a firearm, especially when I'm traveling, and
this is a fabulous backup option. Maybe you have a
daughter that lives on college campus, or lives off campus,
(08:32):
or lives alone and they're under twenty one, or maybe
you have someone that just doesn't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
This is an amazing gift for them. A burno, like
I said, can save two lives. It is a great
compliment owning a firearm. And if you or your family
is in a situation where you feel threatened, you can
start with berna and less lethal force. It's legal in
all fifty states. That's something I love. Because I travel,
(08:55):
there are no permits or background checks needed. And not
only do I own this, but I bought it for
a ton of my family members. Burna is the answer,
and it is designed for easy use by all age
groups eighteen and over. So check them out and I
want to save you money. It's also used by government
agencies and law enforcement around the country. More than a
half million of these have been sold and they have
(09:16):
more than fourteen thousand, four and a half star reviews.
Visit Berna BYRNA dot com. That's burna dot com slash
ferguson for ten percent off. That's by RNA dot com
slash ferguson. Burna dot com slash ferguson to get ten
percent off. Right now, Now, let's talk about these other
(09:38):
cases here, all right. The decisions by Smith and the
DOJ are also going to have an impact in the
New York business records case against Trump. Judge Merchant there
has granted Trump's attorneys a December second deadline to file
emotion to.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
Dismiss the case.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Blanchet and Dove noted in a letter to Merchant those
are the attorneys representing Trump. Last week that they would
address the position positions the dj takes in the federal
case in their filing. This is significant. The cases are
the United States versus Trump and the U. S. District
Court for the District Columbia, and the United States Versus
(10:18):
Trump and the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
This is a victory for the rule of law.
Speaker 2 (10:24):
But I do not want you to believe that they
have learned their lesson, and I do not want you
to believe that they surrendered. And I do not want
you to believe that they believe that this was an
epic law fair fail.
Speaker 1 (10:36):
It was not.
Speaker 2 (10:37):
They believe they were successful. They were able to go
after Donald Trump. They got him out of the White House,
and yeah, he came back in. But they believe this
was successful, and they're going to do it again, make
no mistake about it. So as much as I am glad,
all right, as The New York Times admits DEM's fear
lawfare will be harder in a second Trump, I agree
(11:00):
with that headline. But they're admitting this is part of
their game plan. Keyword harder. They're not going to stop.
Democratic leaders and blue states are gearing up to launch
a massive lawfare attack on President Trump's administration. But they
fear that the Trump team is far more prepared for
round two. They're writing this in the New York Times.
They're not backing down. So do not believe for a
(11:22):
second that we have won. This battle is still very
much happening as we speak. Let me give you a quote,
by the way, to prove that Democrats are not walking
away from lawfare. Connecticut's extreme far left Attorney general is
a guy who by the name of William Tong.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
You want to know what he said, quote unquote.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I think we are prepared for it to be much
more aggressive, much quicker, and much harder, referring to going
after Donald Trump this time. Certainly, much of Trump's agenda
in his first term was well stop by the constant
mirage of lawsuits by Democrats and their left wing allies.
(12:06):
The first Trump administration also suffered from inexperience and wielding
the tools of government, especially in how orders were written quote.
The sloppy style of writing directives invited the left to
find a never ending series of well lawsuits to throw
at Trump's orders. That is the exact wording of the
(12:28):
New York Times this time. For Trump's second bite at
the Apple, Democrats and leftist non governmental organizations. They right
are gearing up to fight Trump, but they're worried that
the next administration will not be as slap dash and
sloppy and crafting Trump's agenda, and the left will find
(12:51):
it much harder to find ways to tear down Trump's plans.
This is part of the reason why, as I mentioned
in yesterday's show, that they're trying to sattle Donald Trump
of World War iree and anarchy, chaos and a dumpster
fire the day he comes into office, because that is
their new way of trying to get him off of
his agenda items for the United States of America. So
(13:16):
is Trump two point zero gears up. These far left
attackers fear they're in for a harder fight this time,
The Times continues. Connecticut's Attorney General Tong, for one, told
The Times that the ascendants of the GOP will present
a hurdle and that Trump will probably hit the ground
running this time. Bob Ferguson, that is Washington's state attorney general,
(13:43):
agreed and said to the Times this morning quote, A
concern I have is that Donald Trump's administration may well
be better prepared on their end. Trump's party also will
control three branches of the federal government and will have
a reoccurring majority majority in the US Supreme Court, all
of which sends a chill down the spines of the
(14:04):
less law fair plans. But the plan is to repeat
the tightal wave of legal attacks to scuttle the will
of the voters by drowning Trump's agenda and nuance lawsuits,
just like they did to knock back at Trump's first term,
The Times continues. The state of Washington alone filed ninety
(14:25):
nine lawsuits against Trump to stop his agenda between sixteen
and twenty, the Times notes, and because of the flaws
in the administration's crafting of orders and directives, the left
coast state succeeded in most of its attempts to steimy Trump,
winning fifty five of the ninety nine lawsuits that they filed. Indeed,
(14:47):
the attacks during Trump's first term spurred the attorney generals
of blue states to begin meeting to coordinate their schemes
and attacks on conservatives and Republican principles all across the country.
According to the New York Times reporting, blue state attorney
generals have been having regular monthly meetings ever since Trump's
first term, so they can coordinate their lawfare attacks coast
(15:10):
to coasts, not just to oppose Trump, but to push
their far left agenda everywhere and on everyone, using the
courts as their weapon of choice. For his first term,
Trump made the mistake of imagining that winning the election
meant that he got to control the agenda in the narrative.
(15:30):
But he soon discovered that the establishment picks he made
for cabinet positions, and the combative and entrench administrative state
that has been immune from the will of the voters
was not adverse to using their insider powers to destroy
Trump's plans to make America great again. And guess what, America,
You can expect exactly that this time. And that's why
(15:51):
I go back to what I said. Jack Smith didn't surrender.
Jack Smith didn't end the prosecutions against Trump. He just
paused them because he had no choice but to do it.
And this time Trump is forewarned and his cabinet picks,
for the most part, are loyal and more experienced.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
In taking the fight to the far left.
Speaker 2 (16:12):
This time, you won't make the mistake of keeping operatives
in place that are accused of resenting the represent the
deep state instead of the will of the voters and
the agenda of the man they elected to the White House.
The Times continues in their article, now, what is the
big takeaway from here? The takeaway for me is actually
very simple. The takeaway is you've got a group of governors,
(16:38):
attorney generals and liberal states who have made it clear
now what their agenda is and what their goal is.
Their goal and their agenda is we are going to
stop at nothing to undermine Donald Trump. I'll give you
a great example of this, and I actually played this
clip on yesterday's show when we were dealing with the
issue of immigration reform. But it applies today, I think
(16:59):
even more or so to the narrative here that the
Democrats have quote had to surrender on this lawfare.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
They're not done, folks.
Speaker 2 (17:09):
Listen to the mayor in Denver, Colorado say he's willing
to be arrested to stand up to Donald Trump on
the issues of immigration. He is not going to follow
the law. He is not going to follow what the
federal government says. These are the radical extremists of the
Democratic Party, and they're telling you they are just now
going to start defying Trump like you've never seen before.
Speaker 3 (17:32):
About civil disobedience. You've mentioned that a couple of times. Now,
would you be willing to participate in those? As the
mayor of Denver, would you be willing to go out
and protest these things?
Speaker 4 (17:41):
I would if I believe that our residents are having
their rights violate, If I think things are happening that
are illegal or immoral or an American in our city,
I would certainly protest it. And I would expect other
residents would do the same.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Not only is the Denver mayor.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
They're saying I'm going to protest, and I'm willing to
get arrested, goes on to say a step further, and
I would expect our citizens to do the same.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
Translation.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
Donald Trump maybe the president of United States of America,
but he's not our president and he's not our choice.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
So the hell with that guy.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
We're going to do everything we can to attack him,
to undermine him, to stand up against him, to not
follow federal guidelines or laws or rules or executive orders.
And I am willing to be arrested, and so are
my fellow radicals in Colorado.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
And I don't believe.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
The federal government's going to come in here and actually
get to do what they think they're going to do,
because we're not going to let him. That's what he's saying.
And if you don't believe me, then keep listening.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
Trump's new borders are Tom Homan has said that he
is willing to arrest leaders like yourself for standing in
the way of these policies that they want to enact.
Would you be willing to go to jail for these things?
Speaker 4 (18:55):
Yeah, I'm not afraid of that, and I'm also not
seeking that. I think the goal is we want to
be able to negotiate with reasonable people how to solve
hard problems for publican and democratic presidence in the past
have all tried to find solutions to these problems.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
President Reagan help people.
Speaker 4 (19:08):
Get access to work so they could stay and support themselves.
Biden Harris worked on restricting entry at the border to
close down There are a lot of ways to approach
this problem. We don't think it has to come to this,
but yeah, I think when you look at you know,
Ralph Carr has always been one of my heroes. He
was the governor who in the middle of the interment
of Japanese Americans, said this was the wrong thing to do,
and he stood up it was unpopular, people were mad
at about it. That was in the middle of wartime.
(19:29):
If the president or any of his actors are going
to do things that we think are illegal or immoral
or an American we'll stand up against those.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
We're not done yet. They're not conceding, folks.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
They're not saying that they're not going to fight back
every way they can. In fact, they're telling you what
we're going to do is we're going to come after
you like you've never seen before. We are going to
refuse to comply with any and all rules. We are
not going to belie that you are the president and
(20:02):
that your agenda should be honored and or respected by us.
That's what they're saying here. They're not going to stop. Okay,
I'm gonna say this again. They are not going to stop.
They may not be able to come after Donald Trump
or any of his allies in Washington, but they sure
(20:26):
as hell think they can do it state by state
where they have liberals. And if you don't think liberal
ags are going to do this, like I'm telling you
right now, they're all in their meeting right now. They
are preparing. They are preparing for war, folks. They are
preparing for war, Get ready to suit up?
Speaker 1 (20:44):
All right?
Speaker 2 (20:44):
I just got to take a moment and tell you
about an amazing company. And the company is called Amo Square.
And I'm gonna get you some free AMMO in your
account today, and I'm gonna tell you how to do
it in a moment. But first, let me just tell
you about Amo Squared. Ammo Square ensures that you have
AMMO when you need it. It's an automated approach to
purchasing AMMO on any budget. It's really amazing. You just
(21:04):
pick your calibers, you select a shipping trigger, and bam,
that's it. And your AMMO grows slowly over time. And
here's what I love Amo Square the most. They store
my AMMO for free as.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
It builds up.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
I don't ever have to worry about moving around big
palettes or a bunch of heavy AMMO in my house anymore.
Amo Squared also offers nearly seventy different caliber options, and
each shipment well, it contains a carefully curated mix of
factory new ammunition. It's also budget friendly and I can
change it whenever I want to. Yeah, customizable. You can
(21:39):
buy as little as a few dollars a month and
then use cost dollar averaging to your advantage. Everything is
managed online using a custom web app, and you don't
have to worry about moving those heavy case of AMMO
in your garage or wanting it to sell AMO one day.
Maybe you change guns. You got one set of AMO
you don't need anymore in a certain well. You don't
(22:01):
have to deal with that either, because you can literally
exchange your ammo squared inventory from one caliber to another
in just a second with a click of a button.
The other thing is, maybe you want to get rid
of some AMMO that's stored up. Maybe prices go through
the roof. You can sell back your AMMO and make
big bucks as well. There's no minimum to buy, no
memberships needed, and no extra fees. You buy Ammo on
(22:23):
a small budget, then watch a grover time like a
savings account.
Speaker 1 (22:26):

I want to move to again, how I said a
moment ago. Democrats are not going to give up on
(22:48):
law there. They're also not going to give up on
breaking the laws that they love to break. Perfect example
of this is the issue of illegal immigration. The bidenminist
is rolling out this app that will allow legal immigrants
to check in on the app, and even if they
(23:08):
have criminal records, we're not going to stop them from
in person interviews or staying in this country. How do
we know this because this is the U I guess now,
we call it the November December surprise. Joe Biden says,
here's a dumpster fire. You're an illegal immigrant, Come on in.
We're going to undermine everything Trump does a law on order,
so we're not going to follow the law.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
Listen.
Speaker 5 (23:28):
Biden administration is quietly loosening immigration policies before Trump takes
offense this according to The New York Post, It reports,
the administration is testing a new app that will allow
illegal migrants to bypass in person check ins at their
local ice office.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
Jeff Paul is Live with More.
Speaker 5 (23:49):
It sounds like they're just giving Donald Trump one more.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Thing to undo. Well, joh we do know.
Speaker 6 (23:55):
The Biden administration has been testing this new immigration and
customs app and the idea is to streamline the check
in process for migrants, allow them to use their phones
or computers to touch base with immigration officials while they
wait for their date in court, instead of appearing for
those check ins in person. A source tells Fox News
ICE has been using the app already in a couple
(24:16):
of cities, but according to The New York Post, it's
going to be launched officially next month in New York City.
The field office there reportedly has been overwhelmed, fully booked
with appointments for a year. Our sources tell us that's
really the push to get this backlogged moved through.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
The concerns regarding this app.
Speaker 6 (24:33):
Obviously, it's a new app, so there's going to be
some glitches. The other wider concern is could it cause
even more migrants to go under the radar?
Speaker 1 (24:42):
Want to see what happens, John.
Speaker 5 (24:43):
All right, Jeff Paul forres Thanks Jeff.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
So not only the saying, hey, we're going to be
a thorn in your side and we're going to come
after anybody we can in the Trump administration on the
state level, mayors and governors and ag he's working together
hand in hand to see how they can undermine Donald
Trump's agenda. But they're also now saying we're going to
do everything we can to break laws when and where
(25:08):
we can.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
So if that means we're a sanctuary city, we're going
to do it.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
We don't care. I played for a minute ago the
Denver mayor, same thing there. We're going to do whatever
the hell we want to do, wherever we want to
do it, whenever we want to do it, and this
is going to be a part of our agenda.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
There is also.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
News about how Republicans are going to fight back the
incoming borders are. Tom Homan is set to visit the
border in Eagle Pass, Texas, meeting with Governor Abbott and
border patrol. This coming from Fox about his plans and
how he is looking to deal with the border issues
(25:47):
right away when he comes into office.
Speaker 1 (25:50):
Well fired up.
Speaker 7 (25:51):
That's how the National Ice Officers Association says it feels
about President elect Trump's incoming borders are Tom Holman. Homan
is heading to Texas tomorrow to meet with Governor Greg Abbott.
The state's Department of Public Safety releasing this stunning video
of a two year old little girl from El Salvador
arriving in the US holding a piece of paper with
a phone number and a name on it.
Speaker 8 (26:13):
Look Venezula, Mama Peninsula, See to Mama, to Papa no Peninezuela.
Speaker 9 (26:31):
On this time.
Speaker 7 (26:36):
Former Acting ICE Director Ron Vitello is here. First to
the National correspondent Bill Malusian at the border in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Speaker 10 (26:43):
Bill, Good afternoon, Trace.
Speaker 11 (26:45):
Good afternoon to you.
Speaker 10 (26:46):
I can tell you.
Speaker 12 (26:46):
Texas Governor greg Aabott has said he's very excited to
have Tom Homan leading President Trump's future border security efforts.
He feels home In is going to be a partner
in the White House, not an adversary like we saw
with the Biden administration, which basically sued Texas and Abbott
at every single time they tried.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
To secure their own border.
Speaker 12 (27:04):
And they need the help down here because it's been
busy in Ingle Pass. Take a look at this. This
is video Texas DPS shot yesterday a group of two
hundred illegal immigrants that crossed over here, and you were
just showing this mixed in with that group where sixty
unaccompanied migrant children. We're talking little kids, no parents or
guardians with them, traveling completely alone, arriving here at the
border intending to go to different parts of the country
(27:25):
to reunite with families. Some of them had little papers
or phone numbers they were holding to try to help
border agents get them to where they want to go.
But take take a listen to some of these kids
when these Texas troopers were talking to them.
Speaker 8 (27:37):
My life to Susans, you for an approaching.
Speaker 2 (28:00):
Yes, let me just read to you what was said
there if you don't know Spanish. And I think this
is again a really major flashpoint that we all need
to be understand, like, this is incredible that we are
having this conversation the way that we are. You have
(28:20):
The first lady says, my name is Paolo, I'm from
Ecuador and I'm here going to California. The next one says,
my name is Ashley. I'm from Honduras and I'm going
to Houston. I'm eleven years old. The next one's a
little girl, and that little girl they ask, how do
you to the mom and then look at the little girl,
(28:42):
how do you I'm four years old? On this dangerous track.
This is what they're doing day in and day out.
This is what they're doing.
Speaker 12 (28:51):
Now.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Now listen to the end of this report and this
is what democrats are defending.
Speaker 12 (28:56):
And then take a look at this. This was last
week here in Ingle Pass, as well as a group
of men from Afghanistan that Texas DPS arrested after they
crossed illegally. They're considered special interest aliens obviously due to
national security concerns. They are supposed to receive additional DHS vetting.
And then look at this video Texas DPS provided us.
They're running what they call mass migration drills up and
(29:18):
down the border from here an Eagle Pass down to Brownsville.
They're basically trying to show deterrence to any caravans or
migrant Russias that want to try to come across. Before
President excuse me, President Trump takes office and Governor Rabbit
says he's really looking forward to working with Tom Holman
once he takes office.
Speaker 10 (29:34):
Take a listen, there's a tall task ahead for President
Trump to find to locate these people and then to
deport them or to jail them. But listen, we've got
the right guy in charge of it, and that as
Tom Holman. He's going to be the borders are he's working.
I've already begun to work with him.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
I've already begun to work with him.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
Now this is where democrats say, Okay, it's game on,
it's came on. We're going to undermine. We're going to
do whatever we have to do to attack, to fight,
and to stop this from happening. I'll give you another example.
(30:16):
Let's just go to sixty minutes on Sunday night. Sixty
minutes on Sunday nights was losing their ever loving minds
because instead of considering DEI, which is this radical extreme
idea right, diversity, equity and inclusion the new University of
Austin because they're a public university, because the changes that
(30:36):
are being made in Texas are now emphasizing what is
actually being called MEI merit excellence in intelligence. So in
other words, you don't get in because of diversity equity inclusion,
you get into college because of merit excellence and intelligence.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
What a novel idea.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
Sixty minutes can't believe that this is the new way
things are going to go down in Austin.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
And here's what they said on sixty minutes.
Speaker 13 (31:04):
As for admissions, UATX swaps DEI diversity equity and inclusion
for what some call NEI merit excellence and intelligence, gender, race, ethnicity,
What is the factor of that in your admission decisions.
Speaker 9 (31:19):
We don't take any of that into consideration and admissions.
The primary thing that we're interested in as the mind,
meaning what kind of capacity to think deeply, to answer questions,
to challenge norms.
Speaker 11 (31:35):
I got to tell you we did not see a
particularly diverse student body.
Speaker 14 (31:40):
We are putting resources into finding talent of an intellectual variety.
And if you're interested in diversity, I recommend you look
at the social backgrounds of our students, at the family
circumstances of our students.
Speaker 13 (31:55):
High profile UATX donors include Trump backing billionaire Bill Ackman,
a Harvard grad who vocally criticized his school after October seventh,
and Harlan Crowe, close friend of conservative Supreme Court Justice
Clarence Thomas. Critics attack you ATX is a right wing
university simply wearing the cloak of free speech.
Speaker 2 (32:16):
So if you want free speech, you want merit, excellence
and intelligence. They say, well, this is just pure evil.
They call it Trump University at Austin. Billionaire backs a
new anti woke university. They're not so hidden purpose of
the University of Austin dun Dunda in reality where they
saying we're just going to do things the right way.
(32:38):
We're not going to push radical ideology. We're going to
have the best students to come in and the best
students to do great things.
Speaker 1 (32:44):
That's what we're going to do. That's all we're going
to do. That's it. What an amazing idea.
Speaker 4 (32:51):
All right.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
I want to get back to something I mentioned earlier
in the show, and that was about the Special Counselor
Jack Smith had just filed this motion to dismiss the
federal criminal case against President elect Trump. I want you
to hear the media's reaction to this, because now they're
like having a report on the news that I was
talking about. It was breaking as I'm recording this, and
(33:12):
just listen to NBC News.
Speaker 1 (33:14):
They broke in. Okay, they broke in.
Speaker 2 (33:18):
To their regularly scheduled programming on NBC to announce this,
like they and if you want to know how corrupt
the media is, they won't break in for anything that
Trump does.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
It's big.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
They won't break in for Donald Trump winning an election basically,
but when you drop them, uh you know this charge
against Trump, Oh wow, we gotta we gotta we gotta
break that big news.
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Take a listen. This is an NBC News special report.
Here's Lester Holt. Good day.
Speaker 15 (33:50):
We're coming on the early breaking news about President ec
Donald Trump. The Justice Department Special counsel Jack Smith just
filed a motion to dismiss the federal criminal case against
the President elect over his efforts to overturn the twenty
twenty election results. The news comes after NBC News learn
the Justice Department had been planning to wind down it's
(34:13):
federal cases against mister Trump. It also comes as NBC
News learn that Smith and his team plan to resign
before mister Trump returns to the White House.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
I love this.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
They break in and they're like almost like they're just
it's like a it's for them a funeral.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
Like everybody on NBC News.
Speaker 2 (34:34):
You guys are going to be depressed too, because we
thought we were going to lock up Donald Trump. But
we're also breaking to let you know that we still
think he's the worst person in the world. Like like
there's a dual purpose for this. It's like they're trying
to imply there's some sort of like abuse of power
here from President Trump. Wow, he's going to fire all them,
so they're having to run for their lives from the DOJ.
Speaker 1 (34:54):
They're all going to quit their jobs.
Speaker 2 (34:56):
So there now he since they're going to quit, the
Special Counsel has got to file these motion to dismiss
the federal criminal cases against the president elect because he's
going to fire them all.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
Like you notice the narrative they're writing here.
Speaker 2 (35:08):
This is the narrative that they are writing, and they're
doing it very much on purpose. Now, if you want
to know how it should actually be covered, this is
how Fox News did it.
Speaker 1 (35:19):
Completely different. Listen, I'm sorry, where are we going?
Speaker 16 (35:25):
Donal'll jump in here. We've got some breaking news out
of DCED. David Spott reporting right now. Special Counsel Jack
Smith is seeking to dismiss dismiss the Trump election interference
case in Washington, DC. We should note that this was expected.
We've been reporting for a few weeks now that this
would happen since the dog cannot prosecute a sitting president. Today,
(35:50):
this news brings us one step closer to this case.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
Formally being dropped.
Speaker 16 (35:54):
The judge is going to need approval for this before
anything is officially dismissed, as with reporting, and that could
come as soon as today. I believe David's funt is up.
Speaker 1 (36:04):
Now he's got this news for us. David Well, Hey, Sandra.
Speaker 11 (36:07):
After almost two years of this, Jack Smith saga, things
seemed to be ending for him. We just need the
judge to sign off on it. After thousands of pages
and hundreds of hours of interviews, it comes down to
just six pages. Jack Smith the Special Council asking Judge
Tanya Chutkin to dismiss this superseding indictment. This is the
(36:28):
election interference case in Washington, d C. Where Donald Trump
was charged with trying to overturn the results of the
twenty twenty presidential election. Ultimately, Smith says that DOJ does
not prosecute sitting president. This never went to trial. It
was supposed to go to trial earlier this year. That
never happened. So he's asking to dismiss this case. Separately,
(36:51):
we're waiting to see if and how he's asking to
move forward in the document's case in Florida. Now, you
may say that case was dis miss this summer, and
that's true. It was dismissed this summer. However, Jack Smith
at the time he didn't know Donald Trump was going
to win, and he filed an appeal with the Eleventh
Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. We're told that he's
(37:12):
also going to be filing something soon winding down that
case as well. So as of now, these cases are
not officially dropped yet, but Smith is asking Judge Chutkin,
who's expected to move along with it and say, Okay,
we're going to drop this case because we cannot prosecute
a sitting president separately. If I may add, President elect
(37:36):
Trump said that he would fire Jack Smith within quote
two seconds of taking office. It doesn't appear that the
President of the elect will even have the opportunity to
do that because we've been reporting for several weeks now
that Jack Smith will be gone. At that point on
January twentieth, at noon, he will have stepped down. So
at some point over the next several weeks he's going
(37:57):
to step down. They're going to close up the Special
Council office, and this case will not go to trials.
So while it was expected, it's certainly a big deal
to see that Special Counsel Jack Smith, has been a
thorn in the side of Donald Trump for over two years,
is officially asking a judge to drop his case.
Speaker 16 (38:15):
David's fun on that breaking news for us. Just reading
through the government's motion to dismiss this. It reads, quote
in part quote, the government has conferred with the Defense Council,
who does not object to this motion.
Speaker 2 (38:27):
Big news, John, Like, that's how you actually would report
on the story.
Speaker 1 (38:32):
But no, no, no, no, no, NBC News.
Speaker 2 (38:34):
Well, special counsel Jack Smith forced to file emotion to
dismiss the federal criminal case against President elect Trump because
he's going to fire him all now I have to
quit resign, like seriously, Like that's how you're going to
play this. The legacy media is melting down because they
still don't understand Trump. Like the popularity, by the way
(38:56):
of Donald Trump is actually growing right now despite the
media doing what they do. In the meltdown from the
legacy media, the American people's support president like Donald Trump's
handling of the transition and also by the way his
cabinet picks.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
How do we know this? Listen to this report.
Speaker 17 (39:14):
Our latest CBS News poll shows that fifty nine percent
of Americans approve of how President elect Donald Trump is
handling the presidential transition. Trump has kept up a steady
drum beat of staffing announcements from his Marlogo resort in
Palm Beach, Florida, And that is where we find our
Nicole Killion this morning with the latest.
Speaker 18 (39:35):
After Saturday lunch with one of the senators who will
vote on his cabinet picks. President elect Donald Trump announced
former domestic policy advisor Brooke Rowlins for Agriculture Secretary. One
of his most highly anticipated selections was Scott Bessant for Treasury.
If confirmed, the sixty two year old investor would be
the first openly gayed secretary to lead it and responsible
(39:58):
for quarterbacking mister Trump's post policies on taxes and tariffs.
Speaker 17 (40:02):
Well, most beautiful word in the dictionary is tariff.
Speaker 18 (40:05):
A new CBS News poll shows a majority of Americans
support imposing tariffs on imported goods, and more have an
optimistic view of the economy. Since the election, mister Trump
selected a pair of doctors to lead health agencies. Former
Congressman David Weldon has promoted debunked anti vaccine views and
is being tapped to lead the Centers for Disease Control,
(40:27):
Food and Drug Administration. Pick Martin McCarey critique vaccine mandates
during the COVID pandemic and Project twenty twenty five architect
Russ Vote blends to reprise his role as White House
Budget Director. Our polling also finds many of the president
elects well known designatees have more support than opposition, including
(40:47):
Robert F. Kennedy Junior, Tulsey Gabbard, and Pete Hegseth.
Speaker 1 (40:53):
I love these numbers.
Speaker 2 (40:56):
They just make me laugh CBS polling saying everything we've
been telling you is just wrong. President Trump's handling of
the presidential transition fifty nine percent approve because they actually
respect the president of the United States of America US
tariffs on imported goods.
Speaker 1 (41:19):
What did Donald Trump say?
Speaker 2 (41:21):
Well, Trump voters eighty three percent say yes. But the
majority of Americans, this includes Democrats, fifty two percent are
in favor of it. These are the numbers that tell
you the American people are no longer going to be silent.
They're not the silent majority. Look at the RFK Junior choice.
(41:41):
Forty seven percent say good choice. These are real numbers, folks.
This is what people.
Speaker 1 (41:48):
I mean.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
Thirty four percent say not a good choice. That makes sense, right.
Democrats are angry. They're angry that a former Democrat help
them become president, and he's getting.
Speaker 1 (41:56):
A job, right. They hate that.
Speaker 2 (41:59):
Never for get how much they hate us, Never forget
how much the Democrats want to destroy this country. Make
sure you share this podcast wherever you can so people
can hear what I just played for you.
Speaker 1 (42:10):
And I'll see you back here tomorrow
