And even more because I'm supporting the across the board
pay races for every sailor and service.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Member of the United States on for.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
But we have to take care of.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
This little gnat that's on our shoulder called the Democrats.
Speaker 4 (00:16):
They want to give all of our money.

Speaker 6 (00:20):
You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
Speaker 5 (00:24):
Good Monday morning. Nice to have you with us on
the forty seven Morning ED. Baby. We've got two big
stories for you. First up, can you spont the difference
between Democrats on Donald Trump's indictments versus James Comey's. We've
got a heck of a montage for you that we're
going to play showing you just how radical the media
has become as an arm of the Democratic Party. Also,
(00:48):
there is a Democrat running for office and text messages
from a couple of years ago have come back to
haunt him. What was he advocating for the killing of
Conservatives lawmakers including their family members, yes, even their children.
How radical is the Democratic Party and how long have
they been advocating for this? We'll break that down for
(01:10):
you as well. Are you one of those that's just
so tired of giving your money to radical left woke
companies that actually are fighting against your values every day. Well,
there are certain bills that you pay every month that
if you can go with a conservative company, why not
do it? In fact, why not go with a conservative
company actually takes part of your bill every month that
(01:31):
you're going to pay to somebody, and they give it
back to organizations that support your First and your Second
Amendment rights, that support the rights of unborn children, that
stand with our military, our first responders, and so many
wounded warriors that need help. Call Patriot Mobile today and
make a difference every single day with every call you make.
(01:52):
Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
a free month of service on top of that. Patriotmobile
dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot.
That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, ninety seven to two Patriot.
(02:16):
It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
Speaker 6 (02:19):
Story number one.
Speaker 5 (02:20):
It is important to show you and let you hear
exactly what is happening when it comes to the media,
especially in the Comy indictment. We have put together a
montage and I want you to listen carefully to see
if you can spot the difference between what Democrats had
to say when Donald Trump was indicted compared to what
(02:43):
they're saying now with James Comy's indictment. You don't hate
the media enough, and if you don't believe that the
media is extremely biased and basically state sponsored media for
the Democratic Party, well then you're not paying attention. So
here is a montage of the difference between Democrats on
(03:03):
Trump versus the Comy indictment, and I hope you'll share
this wherever you can on social media.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
This is an example of our judicial system working like
it should work, and how it works in democracies across
the globe. We have no reason to believe Comy actually
broke any laws here, and we have no reason to
believe that prosecutors in the Eastern District of Virginia have
any evidence that suggests he did. In fact, we have
reason to believe the exact opposite.
Speaker 7 (03:31):
Sign that this country is on track that people actually
respect the rule of law and are willing to do
their duty. This is such a horrendous moment for the
rule of law, for the Department of Justice, for the
country we're at large.
Speaker 8 (03:48):
This is a test of citizenship. Are we a country
of laws?
Speaker 9 (03:51):
This is the rule of law under assault.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Kevin McCarthy is already casting judgment on the process. He
could get someone killed with his rhetoric. He is going
to inspire and cite somebody to take up violence against
law enforcement. Donald Trump has not come for you yet.
He eventually will find you.
Speaker 10 (04:12):
Trump and many of his allies have already begun criticizing
and accusing the justice system of being corrupt and biased
against him.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
The fact that the president was actually able to get
the federal government to do his bidding, there's a giant
step toward eroding the independence of the justice system and
undoing the rule of law in America.
Speaker 4 (04:29):
I've covered the intelligence community for more than a decade.
Retaining classified information, especially at the level of classification that
we're talking about here, is deeply significant. It is extraordinary
that a former president did this, But a lot of
regular Americans out there are saying when they hear about this, well,
didn't Biden do that, didn't Mike Pence do it? Of
course that's not the same, but that's what a lot
of people are saying because they're not delving into the details.
(04:52):
Comie authorized Dan Richmond to talk to reporters, and let's
think about that. Does that matter in the scheme of things.
This case against James Comy, for the Trump World in
Magat World, is not about whether he lied to Congress
about leaks. They're using this as a weapon, this marginal
perjury charge to go after Comy because they hate what
(05:13):
he did in investigating Donald Trump.
Speaker 11 (05:15):
There are inflammatory accusations about partisanship and political basis for
these charges, and that should tell you everything that you
need to know about what is motivating Donald Trump and
his supporters.
Speaker 12 (05:30):
Is fundamentally a breakpoint in our system of government, because
even James Comy recognizes that the individual case against him
is far less important than the damage this is doing
and has done to the Department of Justice.
Speaker 9 (05:49):
Here's an indictment to move forward with the potential prosecution.
Speaker 7 (05:54):
That's the process.
Speaker 9 (05:56):
There's nothing political about that. It's never been political. This
reaction is what it is, performative, it's required.
Speaker 7 (06:04):
It is expected of them. There's not a.
Speaker 10 (06:08):
Brain cell that kicks in and goes, Oh, I have
to say and do the right thing, which is shut
you mouth.
Speaker 9 (06:12):
The visa, all the other autocratic activities and behaviors they're
engaging in, while at the same time, to your point,
making people afraid by going after them and in imputing
to them, they're the offenses of the state.
Speaker 13 (06:30):
This is not a disparate treatment for a former president,
contrary to some who say it's political. We have to
see the indictment, but it feels to me like they
are doing what we're supposed to do in America, treating
no one as being above the law. Donald Trump has
thirty four felony convictions. He's now going to go after
(06:51):
the people who are responsible for that. The whole thing,
the lies, the injustice. That is not democracy, that's not America.
Speaker 9 (07:00):
People who want to lie.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
Their way through this or claim that any accountability of
any kind is automatically a political prosecution. People around Donald
Trump try to take the first real criminal accountability process
that exists and pretended something else.
Speaker 10 (07:14):
Oh God, what if the law is enforced?
Speaker 7 (07:16):
What if it's not.
Speaker 10 (07:17):
We now have the actual indictment and it's very thin.
It doesn't involve allegations of conduct, that is to say,
action that forms a crime in the physical sense. We
have the public, likely unlawful demands by Donald Trump to
do what's called selective prosecution, to go after someone because
of who they are, not of the evidence showing what
(07:38):
they did.
Speaker 8 (07:39):
There's a lot of us that still believe that in
this country, no man is above the law.
Speaker 9 (07:43):
They're willing to trash the.
Speaker 8 (07:45):
Rule of law, all because of a failed reality TV host.
Speaker 9 (07:49):
For those who.
Speaker 14 (07:49):
Are screaming and crying on the air about weaponization of
the government, or collusion with the Biden White House, or
all sorts of other things that have led to this
moment that are baseless, completely baseless. It's not responsible.
Speaker 8 (08:04):
This is a bogus case and it is lawfare. The
only intention is he wants payback and he wants to
make Komi pay. And when you see people like the
Vice President going out, there's the rape on law.
Speaker 9 (08:19):
It's just it's ridiculous.
Speaker 15 (08:22):
That is the difference between the Dems on Trump versus
the Komy in Dton And I hope you will play
that in post on social media everywhere, because you do
not hate this media.
Speaker 6 (08:35):
Enough now story number two.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
If you want to know how mainstream violence and the
rhetoric of violence has become among the Democratic Party, look
no further than what's happening in Virginia. There is a
Democrat who is a leader in Virginia, a Democrat Attorney
General Hopeful Jay Jones, who's now being called out by
(08:59):
the right eight and many are saying it's time for
him to drop out of that race because of what
he had to say in text messages. The Virginia Democratic
Attorney General, Hopeful Jay Jones being pressured now to drop
out of the race because the text message reveals he
apparently fantasized, I'm gonna say this again, that he apparently
(09:21):
fantasized about a Republican lawmaker being fatally shot to death.
In a social media post on Saturday, the Governor Glenn
Youngkin called out Jones for the text messages he is
accused of sitting in twenty twenty two that show him
wishing for a now former State House Speaker Todd Gilbert
and listen carefully his children to be killed. The New
(09:46):
York Post has exposed in their reporting quote this violent
rhetoric disgusting, rhetoric targeted an elected official and his children
is beyond disqualifying. Jay Jones said that Gilbert gets It's
two bullets to the head and then hopes his children
would die. That is what Youngkin, the governor of Virginia,
(10:08):
said on x. He went on to say, read those
words again. There is no gosh. I'm sorry here. Jones
doesn't have the morality or character to drop out of
the race, and his running mate and every Democrat elected
in Virginia don't have the courage to call on him
to step away from his campaign in disgrace. The governor added,
(10:30):
Now you may want to know what was actually in
these text messages. Well, I'm going to read them for you,
and I want to be clear. They are disturbing. Private
messages offer not only a disturbing glint into how the
Democratic Party is run in Virginia, but specifically to how Jones,
who is looking to ouse the incumbent Republican Attorney General
this fall, describes his political adversaries in private conversations. I
(10:54):
want to go back to this, allegedly in twenty twenty two,
some of this is Is it a point where you
just have to sit there and scratch your head and
go how did we get to work to this point?
How did we get to a point where you have
this many individuals who are in the Democratic who are
doing exactly this, saying we want kids to die, we
(11:15):
want people to die, we want there to be more death,
and asking for and hoping for the assassination of your
political opponents. I'm going to go back to part of
this conversation talking about Joe Johnson, a D but basically
an R leaked everything to your caucus. It's why Gilbert
gave him such a glowing tribute. I knew what you
(11:36):
were talking about. Served with my dad, who had nice
words with a little choice choice sprinkled in. I didn't
look at that. I just saw a guy died and
assumed you'd have words. He was a D. They say
nice things about everyone, Lol. If those guys die before me.
Quote this is again the guy who's trying to become
(11:57):
the attorney general and the Democratic Party in Virginia. He says,
if those guys die before me, I will go to
their funerals and blank on their graves, send them out
a wash in something. The guy's responding by the rights
back Jay Jones. Then he says, three people, two bullets, Gilbert,
Hitler and Polpot. Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.
(12:20):
Spoiler put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst
people you know, and it receives both bullets every time. Jay,
please stop Lol, Okay, okay, it really bothers me when
you talk about hurting people are wishing death on them.
The person that text message responds, you weren't simply asking,
and you know it. I genuinely was. I wasn't attacking you.
(12:43):
I was trying to understand your logic. He writes back.
You weren't trying to understand. You were talking about hoping
Jennifer Gilbert's children would die. Jay then responds, yes, I've
told you this before. Only and again, listen carefully. Only
when people feel pain personally do they move on policy.
(13:04):
There isn't. I point blank asked you more than three times,
and you dug in that you mean it. I honestly
am questioning a lot today. He writes back, I mean,
do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil and that
they're breeding little fascists? Yes? This was in twenty twenty two.
The private messages offer a disturbing look into how Jones,
(13:26):
a Democrat who's been mainstreamed by the Democratic Party, is
not only wanting to ouse the incumbent Republican Attorney general
this fall, but he describes his political adversaries as fascists
breeding little fascists who deserve two bullets in their head,
not one, and their kids deserve to die. This is
what is happening right now in the Democratic Party. This
(13:48):
is how long it's been festering. This is exactly why
we have the attacks on Charlie, the assassination I should
say of Charlie Kirk, the attempt at assassinations on Donald Trump.
This is why Democrats around the country celebrated the assassination
of Charlie Kirk because of everything that I just told you.
(14:09):
It is incredibly scary. It is also incredibly sick that
this is now where we are. This is what is
actually happening. We are now in a situation where the
Democratic Party is being exposed for advocating for this for years.
I want to say that again, four years. This is
(14:29):
what they have been advocating for. And when they also
talk about this elected official, they clearly talk about the
family and the children. They believe that because your dad
is in politics, and they disagree with you that you
are quote breeding, as they described it, little fascists. I
want you to think about that, little fascists. Say it again,
(14:52):
little fascists. When you look at this and you realize
what is being said here, it is truly shocking. It
is incredibly scary that we are sitting in a situation
now in this country where this is what the Democrats
are saying in their private conversations. And do not tell
(15:15):
me this is just one. Do not tell me that
this is an outlier. Do not tell me any of
those things. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
to police. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
to condemn. This is what the Democratic Party has refused
to reign in. In fact, they're the opposite of that.
(15:38):
This is what they advocate for. This is what they
fantasize about. This is what they encourage, calling them little fascists,
that they're breeding little fascists. You notice these words that
they've been using long before what we've recently witnessed in
(15:59):
the worst case in this country of people going after
and trying to kill Republicans. This is the encouragement using
the word fascists over and over again, and you know
what happened. It worked.
