I want to take you back to February of this year,
and something big happened at the White House. The Trump
administration designated several major drug cartels, including the Sinaloa Cartel,
MS thirteen and others, as quote global terrorists organizations. Well,
now we know more about why that decision was made.

Donald Trump's executive authority has now been used and has
signed a directive empowering the Pentagon to prepare military options
on land and at sea against Latin American drug cartels

of America this week is massive. It's something that Biden
never even tried to do or Obama. The cartel figures
were scheduled to fly the US on Tuesday, we were
being told by reporters today is the latest example of

the Trump administration's historic effort to dismantle cartels and foreign
terrorists organizations. That's what Attorney General Pam Bondi said to
Fox News, saying, quote, these twenty six men have all
played a role in bringing violence and drugs to American chores.
Under the Department of Justice, they will face severe consequences

for their crimes against his country. And we're grateful to
the President of Mexico and the Mexican government for their
collaboration in this matter. Now, one of the twenty six
cartel members that was turned over the US is a
man that was wanted. His name was Gonzales Vallecina. He
was a leader of one of the top Mexican cartels

and he also is accused of participating in the two
thousand and eight killing of a Los Angeles sheriff deputy.
He's one of those that is among the twenty six
that are being handed over to the US. The Trump administration,
by the way, has classified that cartel, the CJNG, as
a terrorist organization. Mexico's Attorney General's office and the Security

Ministry confirmed the men were being handed over, saying the
deal was made after the US this Justice Department said
it wouldn't seek the death penalty for any of the men.
The deal comes amid the Trump administration's focus on border security,
an attempt to crack down on Mexican cartels that's in
drugs across the border. President Trump's top priority is protecting

the homeland, which is why it took the bold steps
to designate several cartels and gangs as foreign terrorist organizations.
That's what the Deputy White House pres Secretary said today
in a statement that was released Mexican President on Friday,
so the US military would not be entering Mexican territory

the table, quote unquote, which brings me back to the

know what you think about this, Jonathan, but it's interesting
because these cartels are no longer just providing these illegal

And if you think about it, just during the Biden administration,
four hundred thousand people died of overdose tests just in
that four year term, and as we know, there is
just a complete dereliction of duty on the border as

take it to them because, yeah, people are dying, and
President Trump isn't going to just stand by and just say, oh,
this is now the status quo. One hundred thousand Americans.
Ye're going to die of overdose. This is unacceptable. He's
going to take it to them. And there's a you know,
another benefit to this by by even talking about this.
The messaging is so strong on this. This will inspire

cooperation from all these countries where we may be acting
in so all of these will be a good thing.
And we'll track this at the end of the year
where these overdose tests go.

on this, because the upside is enormous on this, and
the downside is also enormous. I mean, if you don't
do this and you continue to let tens of thousands,
hundreds of thousands of Americans die, I mean it is

of the US today in a bombshell report, a Democratic
whistleblower has come forward a longtime staffer on the House

Intelligence Committee and told the FBI back in December of
twenty seventeen, during Donald Trump's first year in office, that
then Representative Adam Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information
during the Russia Gate investigation to discredit President Donald Trump,
(11:37):
believing that he would be appointed CIA director under a
potential Hillary Clinton presidency. In meetings, Adam Shift allegedly stated
the leaks would be used to indict President Trump. When
the whistleblower objected, others reportedly reassured him that they would
(11:58):
not quote b he caught. The whistleblower described a system
where sense of material was funneled to Shift and then
selectively leaked to the press. One document allegedly seen by
a small group including Shift and Representative Eric Swalwell. You
remember the congressman that was literally sleeping with a Chinese

spy was leaked almost verbatim within a day. The whistle
blower labeled these actions unethical and potentially treason US and
sought FBI involvement, though the Department of Justice reportedly declined
to pursue the investigation further. The White House Press secretary,

calling the report a bombshell, cigning the newly released FBI
documentation about the whistleblower's account. Here's more of what Caroline

This is obviously a bombshell whistleblower report. Hopefully more people
in this room will cover it as such. And I
have a quote from the FBI director for all of you.
He has said this for years. Certain officials use their
positions to selectively leak classified information to shape political narratives.

It was all done with one purpose, to weaponize intelligence
and law enforcement for political gain. Those abuses eroded public
trust in our institutions. The FBI will now lead the charge,
with our partners at DOJ and Congress will have the
chance to uncover how political power may have been weaponized
and to restore accountability. That's what the administration is focused on.

whistleblower allegation. If this were reversed, if this were allegations
against the President or any of these cabinet officials, I'm

President made full use of that help. The evidence is

Trump to Russia. Newly released FBI memos, by the Way,
obtained by Fox show a Democrat whistleblower who's accusing Adam

source called the following. In the meeting, Shifts stated the
group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President
of the United States Donald J. Trump. Shift stated the
information would be used to indict President Trump. Someone stated
this would be illegal, and upon hearing his concerns, an
unnamed member of the meeting reassured that certain someone they

would not be caught leaking classified information. No weather ever
going to get caught woots. FBI Director Cash Pattel posted,
we found it, we declassified it. Now Congress can see
how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives and
decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people.

Shift is saying no, no, no, no, Wait a minute, Wait
a minute, wait a minute. I'm not guilty of leaking
classified information. Those baseless smears are based on allegations that
were found to be not reliable, not credible, and uncstantiated
from a disgruntled former staffer who was fired by the
House Intel Committee for cause in twenty seventeen, including for
herrass and potentially compromising activity on official travel for the committee.

You want me to think about official travel for the committee
when I'm sitting here concerned about you leaking classified information?
Joining me now, George Washington University law professor and Fox
News contributor Jonathan Turley, Professor's great to see you here today.
Leaking classified information that's a potentially very serious charge is
it not.

It doesn't get much more serious than that. The chairman
of the House Intel Committee doesn't have declassification authority over
these types of documents. They are made available to Congress
under very tightly controlled rules. This has been a source
of tension for years, and members of both parties have
gone out of their way to assure that this material

would be closely held and not weaponized. Shiff was viewed.
It is one of the most political chairs of that
committee in its history, and this is a truly chilling
account if true. Now I first read it, frankly, I
was taken aback because it's perfectly moronic to commit such

a felony with a planning conference meeting with staff. That's
not usually how things are leaked in Washington, d C.
What makes this different, Will is that this was a
statement made to FBI agents. The person who made this
statement was no doubt aware that lying to FBI agents
(21:28):
is not just a crime, but a crime that was
repeatedly prosecuted during prior administrations, including the Obama and Biden administrations.
So making this statement puts you at risk. That's why
someone's lying here, and someone's a felon.

is Adam Schiff the felon and maybe the liar all
at the same time. We're going to keep covering this one.

that's truly incredible. Allow law enforcement to do their jobs,

out that over one hundred thousand Americans have submitted applications
for jobs at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement known
as ICE, following the launch of a Department of Holaned
Security hiring campaign in late July. The Trump administration initiatives

seeks to add ten thousand more ICE personnel. Because of
the tens of millions of illegal immigrants that are in
this country, ICE agents are needed, and now they're offering
major perks as well and even easing some of the
qualification restrictions to make sure that we get incredible people
that are willing to work within ICE. This is one

of the best parts of all of what Donald Trump
has done. In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security
Secretary Christy Nomes stress the significance of the hiring push,
saying quote. This is a defining moment in our nation's history.
Your skills, your experience, and your courage have never been
more essential. Together, we must defend the homeland. No emphasize

that ICE agents are responsible for deporting the worst of
the worst criminals from the United States of America. To
draw in applicants, ICE is providing sign on bonuses as
high as fifty thousand dollars, along with programs for repaying
or for giving student loans and additional perks. This hiring
campaign occurs amid DHS statistics showing an eight hundred and

thirty percent surge in attacks on ICE agents, a number
that no medicated has now climb to one thousand percent
because the radical left demonizing law and order. The acting
ICE Director Todd Lyons has drawn also attention to the
difficulties ICE agents are enduring and encountering in the public.

Because of the open border policies of the former Biden
Harris government, the dedicated men and women of ICE now
face unprecedented challenges in removing millions of criminal legal aliens
from our country, and that's exactly why they're trying to
hire ten thousand new individuals now. The ICE hiring portal
features various positions such as deportation officer, criminal investigator, and

general attorney, and it also clearly responds to the occupational hazards,
noting that agents are quote expertly trained and that all
possible measures are implemented to protect them. Every candidate for
law enforcement position will be subject to health evaluations, substance screenings,

many people are willing to fight to protect this country
when they know the commander in chief is backing them up.

man that was wanted. His name was Gonzales Vallecina. He
was a leader of one of the top Mexican cartels
(02:31):
and he also is accused of participating in the two
thousand and eight killing of a Los Angeles sheriff deputy.
He's one of those that is among the twenty six
that are being handed over to the US. The Trump administration,
by the way, has classified that cartel, the CJNG, as
a terrorist organization. Mexico's Attorney General's office and the Security
(02:55):
Ministry confirmed the men were being handed over, saying the
deal was made after the US this Justice Department said
it wouldn't seek the death penalty for any of the men.
The deal comes amid the Trump administration's focus on border security,
an attempt to crack down on Mexican cartels that's in
drugs across the border. President Trump's top priority is protecting
(03:18):
the homeland, which is why it took the bold steps
to designate several cartels and gangs as foreign terrorist organizations.
That's what the Deputy White House pres Secretary said today
in a statement that was released Mexican President on Friday,
so the US military would not be entering Mexican territory
following reports that Washington could take action to combat the cartels, saying, quote,
(03:42):
we co operate, we collaborate, but there is not going
to be an invasion. It's off the table, absolutely off
the table, quote unquote, which brings me back to the
White House. I want you to take a listen to
part of what was said about what the president is
planning to do and how serious he is about combating
(04:03):
these terrorists. Here he is in his own words.

You were talking about sending military forces to fight against
the drug cartels in Latin America.

Do you think it's worth sending our forces or US
forces there to take this.

On cartels where central Latin America.

lot of drugs flowing. So, you know, we want to

haven't been doing it for four years. And we love
this country like they love their countries. We have to
protect our country. So you know, we're playing a tough game.

the President has not only sent a queer message he's
not messing around with Mexico, but the former acting ICE
Director says this quote, the game is up for the

cartels amid Trump's border crackdown. Here's more of what he
said this plan could look like.

Assistant Secretary Jonathan great to have you on the show.
I want to play some sound here from the Secretary
of State Marco Rubio. He said this about targeting cartels
as terrorists.

Their behavior is going to have to change one way
or another, but it allows us to now target what
they're operating and to use other elements of American power,
intelligence agencies, the Department of Defense, whatever, Yeah, to target
these groups. If we have an opportunity to do it,
we have to start treating them as armed terrorist organizations,
not simply drug dealing organizations.
Speaker 6 (07:54):
I mean, I think it's a proper assessment. I don't
know what you think about this, Jonathan, but it's interesting
because these cartels are no longer just providing these illegal
products by the thousands of pounds. They're killing thousands of Americans.
Speaker 7 (08:07):
You're exactly right.
Speaker 8 (08:08):
And if you think about it, just during the Biden administration,
four hundred thousand people died of overdose tests just in
that four year term, and as we know, there is
just a complete dereliction of duty on the border as
well as taking it to their cartels. And just for
some context, that's one hundred thousand more than during the
first Trump administration, So a massive increase. We need to
(08:29):
take it to them because, yeah, people are dying, and
President Trump isn't going to just stand by and just say, oh,
this is now the status quo. One hundred thousand Americans.
Ye're going to die of overdose. This is unacceptable. He's
going to take it to them. And there's a you know,
another benefit to this by by even talking about this.
The messaging is so strong on this. This will inspire
(08:51):
cooperation from all these countries where we may be acting
in so all of these will be a good thing.
And we'll track this at the end of the year
where these overdose tests go.
Speaker 6 (09:01):
And I'm interested, and you know, when you get pushback
on this, because the upside is enormous on this, and
the downside is also enormous. I mean, if you don't
do this and you continue to let tens of thousands,
hundreds of thousands of Americans die, I mean it is
this is something that there is a fix to at
least there's somewhat of a remedy.

To this if we go forward.

Yeah, exactly.

And it's almost like we've had four years where we
weren't even trying to do something during the Biden administration. Yeah,
it's not acceptable because one hundred thousand people of your dying.
Those are those people, their families, their communities. Everyone in
this country is affected by this. So it's time to
take it to these cartels. And their good days are over.
They had their heyday under the Biden administration. But the
(09:45):
game is up and the Trump Investation's going after them.
And I think this is very effective, not only substantively,
but I think the messaging is quite clear on.

This meantime, let's bring the subject back to some action
by federal agents in this count Here's DHS Secretary of
Christy Nolan.

The debate over so called sanctuary policies has real consequences
and has consequences for our law enforcement officers, but also
for the families that live here in the businesses that
are just trying to provide for their community. Governor Pritzker
and Mayor Johnson are answering that question every single day
of who should be our priority, who should be our responsibility,

and over and over again they're choosing criminals.

Over and over again. They're choosing criminals. Christin Nome is
absolutely right. The Democratic Party is choosing radicals, lawlessness, anarchy,
the cartels, and the people that are poising our kids
with fetanyl every single day, and President Donald Trump is
saying very clearly now we're coming after those people, and

we're going to go after the cartels wherever they are
so that we can protect American interests. And that's exactly
why Mexico handed over twenty six top cardtis hell members
of the US today in a bombshell report, a Democratic
whistleblower has come forward a longtime staffer on the House
(11:12):
Intelligence Committee and told the FBI back in December of
twenty seventeen, during Donald Trump's first year in office, that
then Representative Adam Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information
during the Russia Gate investigation to discredit President Donald Trump,
(11:37):
believing that he would be appointed CIA director under a
potential Hillary Clinton presidency. In meetings, Adam Shift allegedly stated
the leaks would be used to indict President Trump. When
the whistleblower objected, others reportedly reassured him that they would
(11:58):
not quote b he caught. The whistleblower described a system
where sense of material was funneled to Shift and then
selectively leaked to the press. One document allegedly seen by
a small group including Shift and Representative Eric Swalwell. You
remember the congressman that was literally sleeping with a Chinese
(12:20):
spy was leaked almost verbatim within a day. The whistle
blower labeled these actions unethical and potentially treason US and
sought FBI involvement, though the Department of Justice reportedly declined
to pursue the investigation further. The White House Press secretary,
(12:42):
calling the report a bombshell, cigning the newly released FBI
documentation about the whistleblower's account. Here's more of what Caroline
Levitt had to say when she was asked about it
in the White House briefing room.

Okay, thanks Caroline. My question involves Russia Gate.

A whistleblower alleged that the Congressman Adam Shift approved leaking
classified information to smear President Trump's image during the Russia
Commut scandal.

As a president planned to investigate.
Speaker 10 (13:08):
Adam Shift and what would accountability look like if more
information confirms this support. The President has already said he
wants to see Adam Shiff held accountable for the countless
lies he told the American people in relation to the
Russia Gate scandal. I brought Tulca Gabbert out to this
podium to talk to you about all of that. And
this administration is taking accountability very seriously. As for this
(13:29):
new FBI whistleblower report, I understand cash Pttel last night
declassified a three h two FBI document showing that a
whistleblower who is a Democrat, a career intelligence officer who
worked for Democrats on the House Intel Committee for more
than a decade, repeatedly warned the FBI in twenty seventeen
that then Rep. Adam Shiff had approved leaking classified information
(13:54):
to smear then President Donald Trump over the Russia Gate scandal.
This is obviously a bombshell whistleblower report. Hopefully more people
in this room will cover it as such. And I
have a quote from the FBI director for all of you.
He has said this for years. Certain officials use their
positions to selectively leak classified information to shape political narratives.
(14:15):
It was all done with one purpose, to weaponize intelligence
and law enforcement for political gain. Those abuses eroded public
trust in our institutions. The FBI will now lead the charge,
with our partners at DOJ and Congress will have the
chance to uncover how political power may have been weaponized
and to restore accountability. That's what the administration is focused on.
(14:35):
And hopefully we'll see some more media reports on this
whistleblower allegation. If this were reversed, if this were allegations
against the President or any of these cabinet officials, I'm
sure everyone in this room would cover it as such.

media is not covering the story. Thank goodness, we're covering it.
And also they had a very interesting way of covering
this at five News on Brett Baar's show. I want
you to hear the latest of what he had to
say from Washington other.

Store we're following tonight, California Senator Adam Shiff is being
accused by a fellow Democrat of leaking classified information relating
to the Russia Gate scandal. Ship's office is denying those claims.
Senior Congressional correspondent Chad Program has all the details this
evening from Capitol Hill.
Speaker 7 (15:24):
Treasonous and illegal. That's how a Democratic whistleblower characterized Adam Schiff,
accusing him of green lighting the leak of classified information
to undercut President Trump during the twenty seventeen Russiagate investigation.
Speaker 10 (15:37):
The President has already said he wants to see Adam
Shiff held accountable for the countless lies he told the
American people in relation to the Russia Gate scandal.
Speaker 7 (15:45):
The whistleblower was a veteran House Intelligence Committee staffer. The
FBI summary obtained by Fox says Schiff told Aids he
would quote leak classified information which was derogatory to the
president in hopes of scoring an indictment for the commander
in chief.

It's beyond unseemly.
Speaker 7 (16:02):
This was just an egregious breach and really a reprehensible
act on the part of Adam. Schiff's office calls this
baseless smears, saying the whistleblower was quote not reliable, not credible,
and was fired. Schiff was the top Democrat on the
House Intelligence Committee as it probed possible twenty sixteen election interference.
Speaker 13 (16:25):
If the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it aided
or abetted the Russians, it would not only be a
serious crime, it would also represent one of the most
shocking betrayals of democracy in history.
Speaker 7 (16:37):
Schiff, who led the democrats first impeachment of President Trump,
now faces an unrelated criminal investigation for alleged mortgage fraud.
Speaker 5 (16:45):
Now it looks like Adam Schiff really did a bad thing.
Speaker 7 (16:50):
They have a Democrats say the GOP is trying to
shift the narrative.
Speaker 5 (16:55):
Look, this is a nonsense.
Speaker 8 (16:56):
This is an effort to change the subject away from
the Epstein files.
Speaker 7 (17:02):
The FBI summary indicates that Schiff hope Hillary Clinton would
win in twenty sixteen. Schiff aspired to run the CIA.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Right, can you imagine if Adam Schiff was running the
CIA what he would have done knowing that apparently he
was leaking this type of classified information totally to take
down the president of the United States of America. So
when you look back over this issue moving forward, yes,
there should be accountability. There are some saying, wow, this
(17:31):
shouldn't be an issue of accountability, let's just move on
from it. If you're saying that, I think you're insane.
Because these people went totally outside of the law. Time
and time again, they abuse their power to try to
overthrow the will of the people. And that's exactly why
the White House reacted to this Democratic whistleblower as a bombshell,
(17:53):
And it's also the reason why the media in general
is not covering it. Jonathan Turley, breaking down the latest
allegations against Adam Shift, had this to say about it.

Welcome back Democrat Senator Adam Shift. He's known to shift
the narrative, particularly on the Russia collusion hoax.
Speaker 2 (18:14):
This is about as clear evidence you could find of
intent by the campaign to collude with the Russians. He
may be the first president in quite some time to
face the real prospect of jail time. The Russians offered help,
the campaign accepted help, The Russians gave help, and the
President made full use of that help. The evidence is
now overwhelming and unequivocal.

There is reporting almost testifying as to evidence linking Donald
Trump to Russia. Newly released FBI memos, by the Way,
obtained by Fox show a Democrat whistleblower who's accusing Adam
Shift of green lighting a leak of classified information in
order to damage Trump during the Russia Gate investigation. The
(18:59):
source called the following. In the meeting, Shifts stated the
group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President
of the United States Donald J. Trump. Shift stated the
information would be used to indict President Trump. Someone stated
this would be illegal, and upon hearing his concerns, an
unnamed member of the meeting reassured that certain someone they
(19:21):
would not be caught leaking classified information. No weather ever
going to get caught woots. FBI Director Cash Pattel posted,
we found it, we declassified it. Now Congress can see
how classified info was leaked to shape political narratives and
decide if our institutions were weaponized against the American people.
(19:43):
Shift is saying no, no, no, no, Wait a minute, Wait
a minute, wait a minute. I'm not guilty of leaking
classified information. Those baseless smears are based on allegations that
were found to be not reliable, not credible, and uncstantiated
from a disgruntled former staffer who was fired by the
House Intel Committee for cause in twenty seventeen, including for
herrass and potentially compromising activity on official travel for the committee.

You want me to think about official travel for the committee
when I'm sitting here concerned about you leaking classified information?
Joining me now, George Washington University law professor and Fox
News contributor Jonathan Turley, Professor's great to see you here today.
Leaking classified information that's a potentially very serious charge is
it not.
Speaker 9 (20:23):
It doesn't get much more serious than that. The chairman
of the House Intel Committee doesn't have declassification authority over
these types of documents. They are made available to Congress
under very tightly controlled rules. This has been a source
of tension for years, and members of both parties have
gone out of their way to assure that this material
(20:45):
would be closely held and not weaponized. Shiff was viewed.
It is one of the most political chairs of that
committee in its history, and this is a truly chilling
account if true. Now I first read it, frankly, I
was taken aback because it's perfectly moronic to commit such
(21:05):
a felony with a planning conference meeting with staff. That's
not usually how things are leaked in Washington, d C.
What makes this different, Will is that this was a
statement made to FBI agents. The person who made this
statement was no doubt aware that lying to FBI agents
(21:28):
is not just a crime, but a crime that was
repeatedly prosecuted during prior administrations, including the Obama and Biden administrations.
So making this statement puts you at risk. That's why
someone's lying here, and someone's a felon.

The question now is do you believe Adam Schiff or
is Adam Schiff the felon and maybe the liar all
at the same time. We're going to keep covering this one.
I can promise you that Donald Trump has done something
that's truly incredible. Allow law enforcement to do their jobs,
and now Americans are signing up in record numbers to
(22:06):
get in on law and order. We now have found
out that over one hundred thousand Americans have submitted applications
for jobs at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement known
as ICE, following the launch of a Department of Holaned
Security hiring campaign in late July. The Trump administration initiatives
(22:28):
seeks to add ten thousand more ICE personnel. Because of
the tens of millions of illegal immigrants that are in
this country, ICE agents are needed, and now they're offering
major perks as well and even easing some of the
qualification restrictions to make sure that we get incredible people
that are willing to work within ICE. This is one
(22:49):
of the best parts of all of what Donald Trump
has done. In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security
Secretary Christy Nomes stress the significance of the hiring push,
saying quote. This is a defining moment in our nation's history.
Your skills, your experience, and your courage have never been
more essential. Together, we must defend the homeland. No emphasize
(23:10):
that ICE agents are responsible for deporting the worst of
the worst criminals from the United States of America. To
draw in applicants, ICE is providing sign on bonuses as
high as fifty thousand dollars, along with programs for repaying
or for giving student loans and additional perks. This hiring
campaign occurs amid DHS statistics showing an eight hundred and
(23:36):
thirty percent surge in attacks on ICE agents, a number
that no medicated has now climb to one thousand percent
because the radical left demonizing law and order. The acting
ICE Director Todd Lyons has drawn also attention to the
difficulties ICE agents are enduring and encountering in the public.
(23:58):
Because of the open border policies of the former Biden
Harris government, the dedicated men and women of ICE now
face unprecedented challenges in removing millions of criminal legal aliens
from our country, and that's exactly why they're trying to
hire ten thousand new individuals now. The ICE hiring portal
features various positions such as deportation officer, criminal investigator, and
(24:23):
general attorney, and it also clearly responds to the occupational hazards,
noting that agents are quote expertly trained and that all
possible measures are implemented to protect them. Every candidate for
law enforcement position will be subject to health evaluations, substance screenings,
and fitness tests during the recruitment. This is exactly why
(24:47):
they've received more than one hundred thousand applicants, because so
many people are willing to fight to protect this country
when they know the commander in chief is backing them up.
