Speaker 1 (00:01):
One of the big reasons why Donald Trump was elected
is he promised you, the American taxpayer, that he was
going to make sure that your money was no longer
being wasted your tax dollars. Well, he's making good on
that promise yet again. This time it deals with Social
Security and the fact that we've had to remove from
the Social Security roles twelve point three million individuals listed

(00:26):
as one hundred and twenty years old or older that
according to the US Department of Government Efficiency known as DOGE.
Now the discrepancies and the Social Security figures and the
alarming ages of some of the individuals listed have garnered
national attention over the last several months, and as a result,
in March, DOGE began to update the American people on

(00:49):
the massive cleanup begun by Social Security. In a March
eighteenth update, DOADE said Social Security had marked three point
two million SOID Security number holders aged one hundred and
twenty year older as deceased, warning that there was still
more work to be done. Over one month later, on

(01:09):
April to twenty fourth, DOADS provide another update, revealing that
a stunning eleven million individuals listed as age one hundred
and twenty or more were now being marked as deceased,
and the most recent update delivered this week by DOGE,
they revealed that a total of twelve point three million

(01:32):
individuals listed as one hundred and twenty years old or
older are now officially marked as deceased in the system.
Elon Musk brought on stage to talk about this issue
Antonio Gracias, and he showed a chart of the new
non citizen social Security numbers that have also been issued.

(01:53):
He said, it literally blew them away. So it's not
just people that are dead or one hundred and twenty
and older, but it's also a legal immigrants as well.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Take a listen to what they set.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
So, Antonio, can you tell us what you Antonio is
helping out with the Social security So just trying to
review social security where you may have heard that we
found twenty million dead people mocked as alive in the
social security database.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
This is so crazy. And then you'll notice there's a
strange trend here where how many social security numbers were issued?

Speaker 5 (02:33):
It's do you want to yeah, so let me tell
what happened here. We started at the top of the system.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
You're want to talk about a lot of it.

Speaker 5 (02:40):
We started the top of the system, mapping the whole
system of so security to understand what role the fraud was.
And there's a lot of great people there that showed
us in really a lot of waste, and so that
came up with a big list of stuff they're working on.
You've heard them that already. But this is what jumped
out at us when we saw these numbers. We're like,
what is this? In twenty one you see tun and
say one thousand people goes all the way to two

(03:02):
point one million and twenty four these are non citizens
that are getting social secrete numbers.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
Yeah, this is a mind blowing charge.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Yeah, just this this literally blew us away, Like we
went there to find fraud and we found this by accident.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
And this isn't political.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
By the way, my parents' immigrants, Yeah, this has been
great to us. My brother's sister all born in Spain.
I'm pro legal immigration. This is not this is not political.
This is not political. This is about America and the
future of America. And there are a lot of good
people in the system that point of this.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
In this direction.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
I want to I want to honor them right now
that work in the Garnment today who took risk to
show us.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
These numbers and tell us what's going on. So I
want to stop from it.

Speaker 6 (03:44):
And I want to tell I want to honor those
people today, very good people, very good people. I have
been from the DC to Social cuty offices to the.

Speaker 5 (03:55):
Border to track this down and very good people have
helped us along the way. I want to thank them.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Yeah, this number.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
What this is is when you come in the country,
if you're an illegal, there's a couple of ways to
come in. You come in through a port of entry,
and you can tell them you're afraid, you'll get They'll
give you an as asylum case, you'll get an interview,
then you get in. That's one way to do it.
Another way to do it is to just go to
the border. Literally this happened. I talked to Border Patrol myself.
Elon was there too. I went to Laredo and I

(04:24):
went to Bronsville. Elone went to Eagle Pass. You walk
up to ward port officer and you tell them you
want to come in. They have a couple of choices.
They could charge you with a misdemeanor or a felony
under thirteen twenty five, or they can make an administrative
offense like a parking ticket. Basically they were told to
do that, make an administrative offense on a last administration,
and then you.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Walk across the border.

Speaker 5 (04:44):
They do what's called a release in your own recognisance
and they give you an NTA notice to appeer which
to period to judge. The way times on judges are
like average six years. Look at GARAC you'll see it.
On immigration judges. There's only seven hundred of them. This
is five five million people. Okay, so what happens. Then
once you're in the country and you got asylum, do

(05:06):
one of these pathways and we map the whole thing out.
You can apply for a work document. You file a
seven sixty five, it's the work form. You get this
form called the seven sixty six that's the authorization, and
then Social Security Administration automatically send you in the mail
your SOI street number.

Speaker 2 (05:25):
No interview, no idea.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
This is worth like just reiterating it's not that it's not.
People sometimes think that under the Biden administration that he
was simply asleep with the switch. It wasn't asleep. They
weren't asleep at the switch. It was a massive, large
scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately
to change the entire voting map of the United States
and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent,

(05:50):
deep blue, one party state from which there would be
no escape.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
Look, if I hadn't seen this myself, I'm not trying
to believe it. I went through it myself and mapped it.
Anyone is right, this is true. That defaults the system
from Social Security to all of the benefit programs have
been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people,
and minimum collection.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
That's what's happening.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
We found one point three million of them already on
Medicaid as an example. We've gone through on every benefit
program we went through, we found groups from this particular
group of people, this five point five million people in
those benefit programs. And then what was really really disturbing
us was why we're asking ourselves why. And so we
actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration

(06:30):
records and we found people here registered to vote in
this population, yes, and who did vote. And we found
some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have
referred them to prosecution at the Home mad Security Investigation
Service yea already already, that is already happening.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
So let's just be clear what you just heard.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
You just heard Elon moskat Antonio show it charret of
new non citizen social security numbers issued.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
They said it literally blew them away.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
They went there to find fraud and what they found
was all of this by accident. The update coincides with
other red flags issued by Elon Musk and Doge as well.
They made waves in March when he said at least
two point one million non citizens of receiving social Security
numbers in twenty twenty four alone. So not only is
that true, they're also on Medicare Medicaid and many of

(07:22):
them have registered to vote and have actually voted. So yes,
illegal immigrants are actually voting in this country. And this
is exactly why Doge has so much more work.

Speaker 2 (07:33):
To continue to do.

Speaker 1 (07:36):
I want to move now to the Supreme Court in
a massive victory for Donald Trump and his administration to
revoke amnesty for three hundred thousand Venezuelans. The Supreme Court
allowing President Donald Trump to end the Temporary Protected Status
known as TPS amnesty for more than three hundred thousand

(07:56):
Venezuelan migrants. It was an eight to one ruling, a
massive win for the Trump administration and for the rule
of law. The majority justice granted the emergency application filed
by the Trump administration that requests the court lived in
order from a California based US District Court judge named
Chen that prevented the administration from revoking the TPS protections

(08:21):
for one hundreds of thousands of Venezuelan migrants. Here is
how they explained it on ABC News.

Speaker 7 (08:28):
And Breaking News to bring you right now. The Supreme
Court giving the Trump administration the green light to terminate
Temporary Protected Status for about three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans.
That means no more protection from deportation and allowing them
to work legally in the US. Lawyers representing the government
argue a lower court decision undermined the executive branch and
its authority over immigration and foreign affairs, and the conservative

(08:51):
majority on the court agreed. Our immigration reporter and producer
Armando Garcia joining me. Now, so these protections they're over,
So what comes next? Can they still appeal or are
deportations coming?

Speaker 8 (09:04):
Now?

Speaker 9 (09:05):
Look, that's exactly what three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans
are asking themselves right at this moment. They're asking whether
or not am I still here in this country legally
and perhaps most importantly for their families. Am I still
able to work legally in this country and provide for
my family?

Speaker 2 (09:20):
They don't know.

Speaker 9 (09:21):
We got to remember that on the way out the
door that Biden administration I chose to extend TPS protections
for Venezuelans. When the Trump administration came into office, they
eliminated that extension. That meant suddenly that hundreds of thousands
of Venezuelans who thought they were going to be protected
from deportation, who thought that they were going to be
able to work legally in this country until October twenty
twenty six. Some of them lost their status in April.

(09:42):
Others are set to lose their status in September. Right now,
I'm sure they're wondering what exactly comes next.

Speaker 7 (09:48):
So you had a chance to speak with a lawyer
representing TPS holders in the case. What did they tell you?

Speaker 9 (09:55):
And look, this is moving on so quickly. We're actually
expecting to hear from the lawyers any minute now. In
a press conference, I did speak with one of the
main litigators representing TPS holders in this case. And here's
what he said. I thought this was a very stunning quote.
He said, this is the largest single action stripping any
group of non citizens of immigration status in modern US history.
That the Supreme Court authorizes action in a two paragraph

(10:17):
order with no reasoning is truly shocking. And I think
we have to remember also that not only is TPS
Venezuela online, TPS Haiti, Cameroon and other countries are sure
to follow. So this is major implications for them. They're
wondering if the Trump administration can on a whim abruptly
end protections for Venezuelans, what does that mean for me?

Speaker 7 (10:37):
Armando Garcia, appreciate you bringing us the breaking news.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Yet again, another massive victory for the President of the
United States of America. And you look at this and
again it goes back to the application for stay that
was presented to Justice Kagan and by her referred to
the court as granted. The brief order says the March
thirty first, twenty twenty five, ordered by the United States

(11:00):
Dister Court for the Northern District of California. This was
a liberal judge and a liberal court trying to take
away the power of the presidency quote is stayed, pinning
a disposition of the appeal in the United States Court
of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Now.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
In a press release, the Immigration Reform Law Institute Executive
Director and General Counsel Wilcox noted that the Supreme Court
has repeatedly recognized that President Donald Trump's inherent authority to exclude.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Aliens aka illegal immigrants.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
The Supreme Court has repeatedly recognized the president's inherent authority
to exclude aliens and inherent clearly means he may exercise
it even when he is not guided by a specific statue.
This is what the Supreme Court is now said.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
Litigation regarding the matter will continue in lower courts. One
of the attorneys who's representing the migrants, the illegal immigrants,
describe the decision as being quote the largest single action
stripping any group of non citizens of immigration status in
modern US history. My response to that is, well, good,

(12:10):
this is exactly what people wanted. And if you talk
about what's been happening with illegal immigrants, you just go
back to Tom Homan and what he had to say.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
Take a listen the morale.

Speaker 8 (12:21):
Of ice and Borbitral's at all time high because they're
getting to uphold the oath they took and they're enforcing
the law. Borbitraal and the Biden administration. I met with
hunters of them. They felt like uber drivers and tourist agents.
These men and women joined the ranks of ICE and
Borbituo to enforce law, meet the community safer, and protect
national security. I hear it all the time. There's a

(12:44):
lot of people in this country don't like me. Many
people walking up to me and thank me for what
I'm doing, and I'm not taking credit for anything. The
success of the border and immigration enforcements. President Trump and
the men and women are wearing that uniform. God blessings
Jevy one of them. But I take a pleasure in
seeing it because in forty years of doing this job,

(13:04):
people always want to say, why are you so emotional?
And when he testestified, why are you so emotional? On
a network because they wore my shoes for forty years,
they don' understand why emotional. I've talked to the little
girls as young as nine years old. They're right multiple
times by the cartel members. And when you get to
your knees and you talk to that little girl and
everything innocent and pure has been ripped from her. When
you listen to the lake and arriety seventeen minutes, that

(13:26):
young lady fighting for her life. Don't just think, okay,
a young woman died. Think of how she died, the
terror that she went through. And these children are sexy assaulted.
I stood back attract eailer in nineteen dead people at
my feet, that baked to death. The illegal migration is
not a Victimus crime. And so every sick person we

(13:46):
take off the streets, especially child rapists, that makes us
country much safer. Every illegal and when we arrest public
safety threat one at a time, makes us country savor.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
Homan, by the way, is exactly right.

Speaker 1 (13:58):
This is all about saving people's lives, protecting people, and
Donald Trump said it very clearly back in February when
the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Christyenome revoked one of
two of these TPS designations for Venezuelan migrants. Per CBS
News the time, the move by the Trump administration will

(14:19):
mean that an estimated three hundred and fifty thousand Venezuelans
covered under a twenty twenty three TPS designation will lose
their work permits and deportation protections two months after Nomes'
decision is officially published. Venezuelans enrolled in TPS under an
earlier twenty twenty one designation will continue to have that

(14:40):
statis through September, though those protections could also be phased
out now. Nomes Or revocation of the amnesty for thousands
of Venezuelan migrants comes after the former Department of Homeland
Security Secretary of Majorcus extended the TPS amnesty for almost
a million illegals, yes, until twenty twenty six. So this

(15:05):
is about going back to law and order. If you
go back to what my orcists did. And this was
the headline at the time, so you understand it, said
Joe Biden's Border chief Graham's amnesty to eight hundred and
fifty thousand migrants. You go back to when this happened.
President Joe Biden's pro immigration Border chief has extended temporary
amnesty for eight hundred fifty thousand legals and quasi legal

(15:27):
economic migrants until twenty twenty six, further suppressing American wages
and spiking their rents. The eighteen month expansion of the
Temporary protection status known as TPS amnesty was announced by
the outgoing border chief, Alejandro Maiorchis. What day was this,
January the tenth, so ten days before Donald Trump was

(15:50):
going to be sworn in. They knew they were screwing
the voters who voted for the opposite of this, and
they didn't care.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
The beneficiaries included two hundred and thirty eight thousand illegal
migrants from Al Salvador, who first got their status after
a two thousand and one earthquake that wrecked their home
nation's economy. So two thousand and one is how long
they've been playing this game out The small nation's economy
is now growing amid the successful suppression of gang crime

(16:19):
by the nation's popular president. There So my Orkis's press
statement blamed bad weather for his refusal to send the
economic migrants back home. I'm not joking literally, they said
it was bad weather.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
El Salvador's extension is based on geological and weather events,
including significant storms and heavy rainfall in twenty twenty three,
a year earlier, and twenty twenty four again in the
last year, that continue to affect areas heavily impacted by
earthquakes from two thousand and one. Translation, we're importing migrants

(16:54):
at record numbers, and we wanted to give the middle
finger to the voters and the Trump administration ten days
before he saw worn in and we were going to
screw the American people like we did for the last
four years. And that is exactly why Americus decided to
do this. It's truly, truly incredible. The Trump administration has
announced a significant escalation immigration enforcement, targeting sanctuary cities, Tom

(17:19):
Homan stating that if local jurisdictions continue to resist cooperation
with federal immigration authorities, the federal government will respond by
increasing the presence of ICE agents in these areas. Homan
emphasized that sanctuary cities are quote going to get exactly
what they don't want, more agents in their community, and

(17:43):
Warren that ICE is prepared to double the man force
if we have to to carry out the enforcement actions now.
This intensified approach includes a focus on work site enforcement,
the White House, says. Homan indicated that if ICE agents
are unable to make arrest in jails or on the
streets due to local non cooperation with law enforcement in

(18:06):
the court systems, then they will increase operations at workplaces.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
He stated, if we can't do it.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
In the streets, we're going to increase work site enforcement
operations in those sanctuary cities, and we're going to flood
work site enforcement operations. Now, these statements have sparked quote controversy.
The media claims and immigration advocacy groups are fighting back,
arguing that such aggressive enforcement tactics could quote strain community

(18:36):
relations and lead to the targeting of non criminal undocumented immigrants.
Now this comes as the media also freaked out saying
that Donald Trump took all of the fun out of
Cinco de Mayo. Why because many cities canceled or downplayed
their Singo Demyo events for fear of ice raids and deportations.

(18:58):
Chicago resident and the president of their local community group
said that people in the Hispanic community are quote very
scared of gathering in public, with some even considering going
back to Mexico on their own. By the way, that
is absolutely what the Trump administration is saying they want
to happen.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
Quote.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Our people are very scared. Honestly, they're saying they don't
want to go to work. They have to go to
work because they have to feed their families, so if
they both were working, now one person is working. As
to why they canceled the Singo Demo parade in Chicago's
Little Village, which attracts up to three hundred thousand people annually,
Escobar said that too many people are just afraid. How

(19:42):
about the parade, how about the festivities? And they say, well,
if we're scared to go to work, I don't think
it's nothing to celebrate. So that took us to the
decision over money. We all see this country as picking
up people with no criminal records, he claims, which is
actually not true. If you come to the United States
of America, I legally you are a criminal. Back to

(20:05):
the statement, and honestly, it's a horrible way we have
seen in my last forty five years I've been living
here in the US, nothing like it.

Speaker 2 (20:14):
And so let's just be clear.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
This is exactly what the President of the United States
of America wanted. He wanted illegal immigrants to not feel
safe staying in the US. He wanted them to be
looking over his shoulder and is hoping that many will
be deporting themselves, whether it's Chicago or Philadelphia, many other cities,
even in Oregon. The Latino Fest was also canceled there

(20:38):
as the executive director of the Latino Community Association said
there's just too much fear among illegal immigrants or has
he described them migrants of being identified or detained simply
for participating in our cultural celebrations of Cinco de Mayo.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
Democrats are also blaming.

Speaker 1 (20:55):
Donald Trump for the quote economic impact, saying the cancelations
have had significant economic repercussions. In Chicago, the Chamber of
Commerce put out a statement estimating a loss of approximately
one point five million in direct income for the city
in between five and six million for local businesses due
to the parades cancelation on Cinco de Mayo. Now, all

(21:19):
of this complaining comes at a time whether a shocking
video has come out showing illegal immigrants attacking police officers
in New York. Tom Homan sitting down with Laura Ingram
on Fox talking about this attack on these police officers
and his plan to flood ice workforce in sanctuary cities.

Speaker 8 (21:40):
Take a listen, law enforcement officer. You're much more dangerous
to an unarmed civilian.

Speaker 10 (21:46):
Oh no, they'll have a knife at your throat in
two seconds. What's your message to those three illegals. I
hate the word migrant, by the way, I don't even
want to use it. They are illegal aliens, Okay, that's
what they are. The three of them who are still
on the loose. Your message to them tonight.

Speaker 8 (22:01):
We're coming for them. And these are the type I
want to explain something. These are the type of people
that AOC rags. Why I'm educating people to their constitutional rights.
We all know what she's doing. She's educating illegal alien
criminals how to invade law enforcement. But now I'm gonna
do a little education myself. You don't want to open
the door, you don't want to answer a question. You

(22:22):
don't you want to help us with a travel doctrine
to get you removed. That's a violation of the Title
A United States Code twelve fifty three. It is a crime,
and we're going to start prosecuting those crimes tomorrow. So
if you've got to find order and you want to
hinder your removal, you want to put roadblocks up and
not cooperate, you want to hide, you want to not
open the door, then the agent's gonna start prosecuting you criminally.

(22:44):
Then after you get out of jail from that prosecution,
then we'll deport you. Game's over. We're going to look
for these public safety threats and we're going to take
them off those streets. In New York and every other
sanctuary city, a matter of fact, every singorous theory city.
We're going to triple the workforce. We're going to flood
the zone with all officers. And we can't wrestle in jail,
We'll wrestling in the community. If we can't arrest me
in the community or arrest at their work site, We're

(23:06):
going to triple work site enforcement operations.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
We're going to flood the zone.

Speaker 8 (23:10):
We're going to take these public safety threats off the streets.
With your help or without your help.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
One thing's for sure.

Speaker 1 (23:16):
Law and order is back, and the President United States
of America is encouraging all of those impositions of power
around him to do the will of the people, which
is to get rid of illegal immigrants in this country. Now,
Tom Homan wasn't done there either. There's another controversy, and
that is with AOC. AOC is doing everything she can

(23:38):
to help illegal immigrants stay in the US. They're even
doing seminars where they teach illegal immigrants how to exploit
the system, or fight back, or get a lawyer and
work to stay in the United States of America for
a longer period of time. Tom Homan made it very
clear that that is not what a congress person's job is.

(24:00):
If you were helping criminals evade arrest, is it against
the law. Well, Tom Homan was asked about that in
AOC's comments.

Speaker 2 (24:08):
Take a listen now.

Speaker 10 (24:10):
Speaking of AOC, Tom, she actually mentioned you in a
town hall last week.

Speaker 11 (24:15):
Watch when we first did one of these seminars, Tom Homan,
then Acting Director of ICE, said that he was going
to threaten to refer me to the DOJ because I'm
using my free speech rights in order to advise people
of their constitutionally guaranteed protections.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
And he may want to do it again today.

Speaker 7 (24:36):
And so that I say, come for me.

Speaker 10 (24:39):
Tom, come for me, She said, I take pleasure.

Speaker 8 (24:42):
I can live with her mind rent free every day.
But we all know exactly what she's doing. Like I
just said, she's educating the worst of the worst. Holler
we invade law enforcement for the tables have now turned.
She's educating people how to get prosecuted. Because you have
a final order, it is illegal to to not comply
with that order. It's a crime to take steps to

(25:07):
not comply with ICE removal orders or not comply with
ICE actions take you in custody. You can't hinder your
own removal that was ordered by the federal judge. All
like aoc to read tital eight and I say it's
called twelve fifty three because it's starting tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
One thing is for sure, the Democratic Party is not
going to abandon illegal immigrants. In fact, they're doubling down
trying to keep them safe and to be able to

She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
