Speaker 1 (00:01):
We're going to start with a big story, and this
involves Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, and her
expose and shocking claims about Barack Obama being involved in
what was nothing more than a coup attempt against the
incoming president at the time, Donald J. Trump in twenty sixteen.
We now know that this is continuing to move forward
(00:25):
and now as involving the Attorney General of the United
States of America, Pam Bondi, is putting together what is
being described to me today in Washington, d C. As
a strike force to investigate Tulsi Gabbard's disclosures on the
Russian collusion hoax that was created out of thin air
and directed for this to be done by the then
(00:48):
sitting President Barack Obama. Now the Attorney General Bondi is
forming what I was described today as a task force,
a task force to investigate disclosures from the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence that raise the allegations quote
the Obama administration manufactured an intelligent assessment in twenty seventeen
(01:11):
promoting the Russian collusion hoax. The Department of Justice announcing
quote the formation of the strikeforce on Wednesday, the strikeforce
will quote assess the evidence that's been publicized by the
Director of National Intelligence and investigate potential next legal steps
which might stem from the dn I Gabbard's disclosures. Now,
(01:35):
I'm also being told that Bondi called the disclosures from
Gabbard's office quote unquote troubling in a new statement that
has been put out, and I'm going to read it
for you. The Department of Justice is proud to work
with my friend Director Gabbert, and we are grateful for
partnership in delivering accountability for the American people. We will
(01:56):
investigate these troubling disclosures full and leave no stone unturned
to deliver justice. Now, as you know, on Friday, the
Office of the Director of National Intelligence released that report
and it said it showed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how
after President Trump won the twenty sixteen election against Hillary Clinton,
(02:19):
President Obama and his national security Cabinet members manufactured and
politicized intelligence delay the groundwork for what was essentially a
year long coup against President Trump. Now, if you miss
this full press conference, we have it for you in
its entirety yesterday in the show. Make sure you go
back and listen to what Director Gabert had to say
(02:41):
at the White House. Now, not only has Gabbert declassified
a significant portion of information for us to see, but
a September twenty twenty House Intelligence Committee Oversight Majority Staff
report has also been declassified. She says, it shows clearly
that the Obama administration manufactured an intelligence assessment to promote
(03:04):
the Russian collusion hoax per the President Donald Trump's directive,
She said, I have declassified a House Oversite Majority staff
report that exposed how the Obama administration not only manufactured
the January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community assessment that they knew
was FOSSE promoting the lie that Vladimir Putin and the
(03:26):
Russian government helped President Trump win the twenty sixteen election.
In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
the American people, working with their partners in the media
to promote the lie in order to undermine the legitimacy
of President Trump and essentially enacting a year's long coup
against him. Gabbard joined the White House Press Secretary making
(03:47):
this also clear at that briefing, and again you can
go back and listen to it. We also know this
Gabbard is saying that this is new information, it does
implicate form President Barack Obama, and when she was asked
a question about is this criminal behavior, Gabbard said in response,
we have referred and will continue to refer all of
(04:09):
these allegations and all these documents to the Department of
Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of
this quote. Gabbard's also added the evidence that we have
found and that we have released directly point to President
Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are
(04:29):
multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that now confirm exactly that.
So the big takeaway from this is well two points one.
Gabbard is not stopping and continuing to investigate, and now
she is referring the information that she's releasing directly to
Pam Bondi, who is now saying not only yes, we'll
(04:49):
take it, but thank you and forming a quote strike
force to investigate all of the disclosures on the Russian
collusion hoax. It is also very clear that Pam Bondi
is saying this is going to be a top priority
and it's going to be something that she will not
back down from. So this is the big story right
(05:09):
now exposing the Russian hoax. Gabbard hinted that Obama had
been referred to the DOJ several days ago. We now
know that is reality, and Lindsey Graham has also come
out now calling for a special counsel, saying it's probably
something that's likely needed. One thing that is for sure,
(05:30):
accountability is coming for those that decide to try to
overthrow the will of the people. And there are many
in the Obama administration today that I'm sure are extremely
worried about the questions that they may have to answer
in the near future. I got to ask you a question,
are you one of those that's just so tired of
giving your money to radical left woke companies that actually
(05:50):
are fighting against your values every day?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
Well, there are certain bills that you pay.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Every month that if you can go with a conservative company,
why not do it? In fact, why not go with
a conservative company that actually takes part of your bill
every month that you're going to pay to somebody and
they give it back to organizations that support your First
and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of
unborn children, that stand with our military, are first responders,
(06:19):
and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that
bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill. And
I've been telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile.
But there's no better time to switch than right now.
Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major
networks in this country, yeah, all three. That means you
get the same great coverage you're used to right now,
(06:41):
but you also make a difference with every call you
make and every text you make. And why would you
want to give your money to Big Mobile? Big Mobile
has been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates,
and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually
support abortion. That is why I want you to switch
(07:02):
right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch,
and it's so easy. All you have to do is
simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
from the comfort of your home or your office and
they'll have you activated in minutes. And if you're still
locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract
buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars per device.
(07:26):
Keep your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do
a new one. So back to my point, what are
you waiting for call Patriot Mobile today and make a
difference every single day with every call you make. Patriot
Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com
slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And if
(07:47):
you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
free month of service on top of that. Patriot Mobile
dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. That's
Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine Patriot. Take
a listen to exactly what Lindsay Graham had to say
when he was on Jesse Waters Prime Time on Fox
News Channel about this issue.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
Lindsey Graham joins Prime Time, all right, Senator, should Barack
Obama go to prison?
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Well, that'd be up to a judge and a jury,
not me. It's got to be charged first. But is
there something to look at? Yes, let me tell you why.
I know this topic pretty well. So. The Christopher Steel
dossier that was used to get a warrant against Carter
Page proved to be unreliable and it was used over
(08:35):
and over again. Christopher Still was hired by Hillary Clinton
to suggest in twenty sixteen. They did not try to
start the storyline the Democrats that Trump was tied to
Russia in a nefarious way. Is reinventing history after the election,
before President Trump gets sworn in. In twenty seventeen, we
(08:55):
now know that Obama met with his intel community who
said there's no evidence Russian interference, and he said, I
don't like that result in the intelligence community change their assessment.
I want to know why and how that happened.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
Does that rise to the level of treason?
Speaker 4 (09:13):
Treason is a specific crime in our constitution. I'm not
here to try Obama. I'm here to say that to
ask questions about this is very much appropriate. What they
did to Carter Page was outrageous. The Mueller investigation was
one of the saddest chapters in American history, where Muller
tried to create a storyline that President Trump was actually
(09:38):
working with the Russians. The people that were working with
Russians were Christopher Still getting a Russian sub source using
that information to get a warrant against American citizen and
it was all bs. So why did Obama say, I
don't like this assessment, you need to go look at
it again and why did it change? And you know,
(10:00):
in the liberal world, you can't ask these questions. You're
a joke, You're a clown. If you try to ask
questions about abuse of power on their watch, well, we're
not going to be deterred. Mike Johnson's right into the
United States Senator and Republicans Hence we should look at
this too.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
So if you're paying a foreign national to collude with
a Russian national and then use that fake intelligence to
illegally spy on a presidential campaign, and then manipulate intelligence
to accuse this incoming president of being a Russian asset,
(10:38):
sabotage his campaign, corrupt the peaceful transition of power?
Speaker 5 (10:45):
Is that treason US?
Speaker 4 (10:48):
I think that's factual. And you know whether or not
that's treats US will be up to a.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
Court of law.
Speaker 5 (10:54):
Do you think that's treason, Senator?
Speaker 4 (10:57):
I think I think it sucks.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Let me also let you hear the second part of
what Lindsey Graham had to say in this interview about
the Russia collusion and saying, look, I am open number
one of the possibility of a special counsel to investigate
the Obama administration's involvement in promoting the twenty seventeen narrative
that the twenty sixteen Trump presidential campaign colluded with the
Russian government to win that year's presidential election. He was
(11:23):
asked that question to sar do you believe there should
be a special counsel appointed to look into Obamagate? And
Graham said, I believe we're getting close. And let me
tell you why. Jeff Sessions recused himself because of his
ties to the campaign. He appointed Muller, and the rest
is history. The investigation was right to its core the FBI.
You had a lawyer from the FBI get charged with
(11:45):
a crime of manipulating evidence to the court to get
a warrant.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
Now, how did all that happen?
Speaker 1 (11:52):
I think the president for what was laid before the
Moller investigation began, and then he said, look all of
these nefarious characters that help with the more investigation, where
the same people Obama was talking to before Trump.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
Came into office.
Speaker 1 (12:06):
Yes, I think this is something we need to wind
up having to do. Quote yes, I think this is
something we may have to wind up having to do
because there is some there there. These new documents are
really important and to me, it's stunning now. He was
also asked some other questions about the logistics moving forward
with Jesse on Fox Take a listen.
Speaker 4 (12:29):
Yeah, I think they manipulated the whole Russian storyline to
beat Trump. I think that Christopher still used a product
that was known to the FBI to be untrustworthy, and
they kept using it all the time. The Horwitz investigation,
the ig who I had look at the Moller investigation
(12:51):
said they ran every stop sign on the road. Now
I wanted to do that. They were out to get Trump.
They were out to try to keep him from winning,
and once he won, trying to tear the guy down
based on a bunch of bs. We're not gonna quit
looking at it. We should look at it. And this
new information is very important because now we know that
before Trump got sworn in, Obama didn't like the storyline
(13:15):
that was being reported to him. There's no Russian effort,
credible effort to change the election. He said, look at
that again, and all of a sudden, the storyline changes.
I want to find out how that happened and why
that happened. And Mike Johnson's right, we're gonna keep looking.
We're not two Republicans, don't be deterred here. Keep looking.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
Do you believe there should be a special counsel appointed
to look into Obamagate.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
I believe we're getting close. And let me tell you
why Jeff Session recused himself because of his ties to
the campaign. He appointed Muller and the rest is history.
That investigation was right into its core the FBI. You
had a lawyer for the FBI get charged with the
crime of manipulating evidence to the core to get a warrant. Now,
(14:01):
how did all that happen? I think the predicate for
that was laid before the Moller investigation began. All these
nefarious characters that helped with the Moller investigation were the
same people Obama was talking to before Trump came into office. Yeah,
I think this is something we may wind up having
to do because there is some there there. These new
(14:21):
documents really are important and to me stunning.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
Now, if you show these documents to a DC grand jury,
and we know all about DC grand jury's, what do
you think the chances are of an indictment coming for
Brennan Comy, Barack Obama or any of these guys.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
Probably like me being an NBA. But the point is
it's not what the grand jury will do is should
you pursue it? And so here's what I would say, yes,
please do pursue it. Because the documents that Gabertt released
showed that President Trump excuse me, Obama basically ordered his
(15:01):
people to go look again and get a different result.
And this begins to explain how crooked the Muller investigation
was because the same people that he was talking to
to do another intelligent and assessment are the same people
that cooked up the warrant stuff, you know, the Clinton campaign.
So you know, we need to look at this. This
(15:22):
is a big deal.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
It's a nasty web. I hope we stay on it.
Speaker 2 (15:25):
Now, there's also Senator Kennedy.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
He went on Cudlow's show on Fox and really ripped
into the FBI and also James Comy. And the reason
why I want you to hear this is because what
we're now witnessing is Congress is on board to investigate
the Obama corruption those that were around it. James Comy,
the CIA Director of the list is moving forward and
(15:50):
this is moving towards criminal referrals. This isn't political, this
is criminal. Take a listen to what Senator Kennedy had
to say about this as well.
Speaker 6 (16:00):
James, call me Brennan, Clapper, those are nasty, mean people.
Uh Russia, Russia did try to meddle in our election.
Other countries did too, but call me clapper. Brennan started
(16:20):
this rumor that that President Trump actually colluded with Russia
to medal in the election. And they, of course, they
had the media on their side, and they were uh
spreading it. It was spreading like wildfire. And then all
of a sudden, oopsie friggin Daisy, the mule of report
came out which proved they were all lying. That that
(16:41):
part I am certain of. But the new developments, I
just got to look at them. You know, the Justice
Department will get to the bottom of it.
Speaker 5 (16:48):
Well, it's just see.
Speaker 6 (16:49):
But but the cast of characters were dealing with call
me clapper, Brennan, uh as I think I was saying, yes,
I don't know if you heard me or not. But
Jesus loves them, I'm sure, but everybody else thinks they're
an idiot.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
Jesus loves them, I'm sure, but everybody else thinks they're
an idiot. You gotta love it when you have this
many people now piling in not just the corruption of
Barack Obama, but also wanting to hold accountable James Comey,
Clapper and Brennan. And it's one thing the American voters
clearly voted for. Now there's also others that were involved
(17:28):
in the attacks from the Obama administration that are sounding
off and some that investigated and were stonewalled. Representative Jim Jordan,
Republican from Ohio weighing in on the Director of National
Intelligence tulsty Gabberg's decision to send a criminal referral of
the Department of Justice. And Mark Meadows, you may remember
he was a former chief of staff for Donald Trump
(17:50):
in his first term as president. Both of them went
on Hannity and here's what they had.
Speaker 7 (17:56):
To say the latest former White House Chief of Staff
Mark Meadows and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan. This
means a lot to all three of us. I probably
annoyed the two of you more than any two people
on earth for three long years trying to get information
(18:17):
about the truth on that story. It turns out are
ensemble cast. And I won't mention everybody, but John Solomon
and Greg Jarrett and Sarah Carter and others.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
We all got it right.
Speaker 7 (18:29):
There were a very small number of people that wanted
to get it right. You two were leading the effort.
Here we are, Mark Meadows. What does this mean?
Speaker 5 (18:40):
Well, I think it's a big day.
Speaker 8 (18:41):
But I think the other thing is is that there's
going to be all kinds of post mortems to suggest, well,
what we knew back then and what you were willing
to cover.
Speaker 5 (18:51):
Sean actually wasn't the case.
Speaker 8 (18:54):
And so what we're going to do?
Speaker 5 (18:55):
What do we know?
Speaker 8 (18:56):
We know that that candidate Donald Trump and candidate Hillary
Clinton were treated differently. We also know that Clapper, Brennan
and Comy met outside the workplace. We know that according
to text messages, and we also know that in August
of twenty sixteen they were actually meeting at the White House.
(19:18):
And so does this come as a surprise to Jim,
you or me, No, not at all. But here's what
should should be told tonight is they need to go
after all the people that they shared in the legacy
media that covered this up, including Adam shiff.
Speaker 7 (19:37):
That's a great point, Jim, Jordan will go to you
to me. This grand conspiracy investigation that Cash Pattel has
now opened a number of weeks ago I think a
lot of this is going to come down to whether
or not what we refer to as the deep state,
and there is one.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Well, ay, quick break, We're going to come back. Talk
also about what Jim Jordan had to say. Who invests
set all this. He was stonewalled by Washington on it
as well, including the FBI director, CIA director, and the
Director of National Intelligence back in the day. Let me
now go to this audio from Representative Jim Jordan, and
you got to remember Jim Jordan was doing this investigation
(20:17):
and he was stonewalled with a deep state everywhere he went.
He was lied to, I believe, and many of them
just refused to cooperate because Joe Biden was in office
and protecting them when much of this investigation was going on.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
Now, Jim Jordan can.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Do his job and he has a lot of questions
that he's asking about a lot of players now that
were involved back in the day that were lying to
the American people and also selling a story to undermine
the president to get rid of the president, a coup attempt,
as it's been described, in their positions of government power
because they didn't like what the American people chose, which
(20:54):
was Donald Trump to be their president in twenty sixteen.
So what does Jim Jordan have to say about this, Well,
here's what he had to say Atahninity as well.
Speaker 7 (21:01):
And whether or not they were people within our government
knowingly lying to the American people, spreading propaganda for the
purposes of tipping an election to one side over the other.
You can say, for example, the Russia hoax would be
one example for twenty sixteen, but also the double standard
with top secret classified information with Hillary or of course
(21:24):
the Russian disinformation dossia that Hillary Clinton paid for. Then
you go to twenty twenty the laptop from Hell fifty
one former Intel agents that knew nothing about that laptop. Boy,
they all sounded like experts, looks like Russian interference.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
None of them looked at it.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
And then you could take it to lawfair.
Speaker 7 (21:42):
In twenty twenty four, they went after Donald Trump with
a vengeance so they could call him a convict, mugshot him.
They wanted to put him in jail. They never thought
he would be able to beat the system. But this
is a ten year period of time that we're talking
about here.
Speaker 9 (21:59):
Right, all started back in twenty sixteen, and it wasn't
just a keeping from winning the election in twenty sixteen.
It was to undermine his presidency after he had already won.
I want you to think of three dates in the
intern between election day and inauguration day back in twenty sixteen,
twenty seventeen. December ninth, Obama calls a meeting in the
White House. All the intelligence communities there, plus the Justice Department.
(22:21):
You got Lynch, you got Comy, you got Clapper, you
got Brendan, They're all there. Obama says, we're not going
to go with the intelligence community assessment. We're going to
put that on hold, and they put together a new one.
Three and a half weeks later, January third, Chuck Schumer's
on one of the Sunday shows and he says, if
you mess with the intelligence community going talking to President
(22:41):
elect Donald Trump, if you mess with the intelligence community,
they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
Three days later, Sean, Three days later, January sixth, at
Trump Tower, the Intelligence Community, Comy, Brendan Clapper go up
there to give President Trump what he believes is the
defensive briefing all incoming president's get. So he's expecting just
(23:01):
the normal briefing. Instead, it's a setup. They go up
there and brief him, and then they tell him about
the dossier, the dossier that they already know is false,
and then it gets leaked to the press and thereby
giving it credibility.
Speaker 5 (23:14):
When the press reports that.
Speaker 9 (23:16):
Jim Comey, FBI director brief Donald Trump on the Russian dossier.
It was all garbage, but it was all designed to undermine.
This is where it began. The whole weaponization the government
began here. And to your first point, Sean, you're right.
We had figured this out several years ago, and we're
covering this and the only thing we had wrong was
it was worse than we thought. That's the only thing
(23:38):
we get wrong when we dig into these investigations.
Speaker 5 (23:40):
It's always worse than we thought.
Speaker 7 (23:43):
Okay, Now, there was that final moment they had this meeting.
I believe it was January fifth, and in just the
final minutes of Obama's presidency, Susan Rice that infamous memo
by the book O Barack Obama said, by the book,
James Cally said, buy the book. Why would you write
(24:04):
that week's after a meeting, only you know, two minutes
before Donald Trump's inaugurated.
Speaker 8 (24:08):
Mark Meadows, Well, you would do it to try to
change the narrative. And Jim was exactly right. They had
spent the preceding days actually leaking to the press so
that the press could write a story to actually create suspicion,
and in doing so, they created the very story that
supposedly they were giving a defensive briefing to the president
(24:30):
about Listen, they knew it would last. They're the best
leakers in Washington, d c. And then when they leak,
they investigate their own leaks, and so this is what
has got to stop, and hopefully it will.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Jim Well.
Speaker 9 (24:45):
Good Well, I was just gonna say, by the book
was just the cya.
Speaker 5 (24:49):
That's all they were doing. Everyone understands that.
Speaker 9 (24:51):
But this is what they did was a template because
three weeks after they'd go up and try to set
up President Trump. On January sixth, twenty seventeen, three weeks later,
they were successful with General Flynn.
Speaker 5 (25:04):
They go in and set him up.
Speaker 9 (25:05):
Remember, call me testified later or excuse me, spoke later
at a Big fourum.
Speaker 5 (25:09):
He said, yeah, we knew it was a new administration.
Speaker 9 (25:11):
We should have called the White House Council, but we
thought we could get away with it. They set up
Michael Flynn and took him out same playbook. That is
why what Tulsey did referring this to the Justice Department,
God bless her and God blessed just for it. They
should look into this as a conspiracy for what it is.
Thank goodness, Tasha said the same thing. This has to
happen because this is where it all began.
Speaker 2 (25:32):
This is where it all began.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
Jim Jordan's saying, the circumstances regarding the Russian inclusion hoax
are quote worse than we thought. And this is coming
from the guy who I've had on this show talking
about all of this. You look at the dates and
then you re goo back to General Flynn, and you
look at how they were trying to do this, and
you look at the conspiracy theory. It was orchestrated. I'm
(25:57):
going to say that word again. It was orchestrated. It
was orchestrated. Now, let me also say one other thing
about this. There's a lot of what I just told
you and when I just played for you, like no
one else is covering in the mainstream media because they're
obsessed with Epstein right now and trying to somehow tie
(26:18):
Epstein to Donald Trump and that he's not being transparent
or open. Let me give you a quick update on
that so you understand where the ball is moving as
I'm here in Washington, d C.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
Couple things to know.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
Number One, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Maxwell,
who's the former assistant to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
for it now a deposition. So if you think Republicans
aren't working on this, well that's the lie. The media
is wanting you to hear. Maxwell's deposition, we are being
told will take place at the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee
(26:55):
on August the eleventh. According to the press release from
the Committing on Oversight and Government Reform. The subpoena for
Maxwell comes after sources say that Maxwell was willing to
speak in front of Congress. One source explained that Maxwell
quote was never offered any kind of plea deal and
that she would be more than happy to sit before
(27:17):
Congress now. Maxwell, who's convicted in December of twenty twenty
one of sex trafficking miners transporting a minor with the
intent to engage in criminal sexual activity along with three
counts of conspiracy, with sentence to serve twenty years in prison. Quote,
The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and mister Epstein's
(27:38):
cases have received immense public interest in scrutiny, Comber writes.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
At the outset of the one hundred nineteenth Congress.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
On February eleventh, twenty twenty five, the Committee and the
Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets sent a
letter to the US Department of Justice requesting a briefing
regarding documents in the Department's possession guarding the investigation into
in the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein. On May eighth, the
Task Force in another letter to the Department requesting the
(28:08):
public release of the entirety of the Epstein files and
a brief in regarding the release of these files.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
Now.
Speaker 1 (28:15):
Maxwell's family has also issued a statement claiming that she
did not receive a fair trial and that her family
could file a right of habeas corpus that would be
a challenge to the legality of her Quote imprisonment. According
to Fox News, Maxwell's family Quote could take another legal
step in the search for her freedom, filing a habeas
(28:38):
corpus in the Southern District of New York, which would
be a challenge to the legality of the imprisonment if necessary.
In due course, they will also file a right of
habeas corpus in the US District Court. The statement for
the family says this allows her to challenge her imprisonment
on the basis of new evidence, such as government misconduct
that would have likely changed the trial's outcome. Out The
(29:01):
subpoena Maxwell also is coming after Representative Tim Burchett, He's
a Republican from Tennessee, issued a motion directing the House
Oversight Committee to issue a subpoena compelling Maxwell to appear
