involves Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, and her
expose and shocking claims about Barack Obama being involved in
what was nothing more than a coup attempt against the

a task force to investigate disclosures from the Office of
the Director of National Intelligence that raise the allegations quote
the Obama administration manufactured an intelligent assessment in twenty seventeen

promoting the Russian collusion hoax. The Department of Justice announcing
quote the formation of the strikeforce on Wednesday, the strikeforce
will quote assess the evidence that's been publicized by the
Director of National Intelligence and investigate potential next legal steps
which might stem from the dn I Gabbard's disclosures. Now,

I'm also being told that Bondi called the disclosures from
Gabbard's office quote unquote troubling in a new statement that
has been put out, and I'm going to read it
for you. The Department of Justice is proud to work
with my friend Director Gabbert, and we are grateful for
partnership in delivering accountability for the American people. We will

investigate these troubling disclosures full and leave no stone unturned
to deliver justice. Now, as you know, on Friday, the
Office of the Director of National Intelligence released that report
and it said it showed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates how
after President Trump won the twenty sixteen election against Hillary Clinton,

President Obama and his national security Cabinet members manufactured and
politicized intelligence delay the groundwork for what was essentially a
year long coup against President Trump. Now, if you miss
this full press conference, we have it for you in
its entirety yesterday in the show. Make sure you go

at the White House. Now, not only has Gabbert declassified
a significant portion of information for us to see, but
a September twenty twenty House Intelligence Committee Oversight Majority Staff
report has also been declassified. She says, it shows clearly
that the Obama administration manufactured an intelligence assessment to promote

the Russian collusion hoax per the President Donald Trump's directive,
She said, I have declassified a House Oversite Majority staff
report that exposed how the Obama administration not only manufactured
the January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community assessment that they knew
was FOSSE promoting the lie that Vladimir Putin and the

Russian government helped President Trump win the twenty sixteen election.
In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
the American people, working with their partners in the media
to promote the lie in order to undermine the legitimacy
of President Trump and essentially enacting a year's long coup
against him. Gabbard joined the White House Press Secretary making

this also clear at that briefing, and again you can
go back and listen to it. We also know this
Gabbard is saying that this is new information, it does
implicate form President Barack Obama, and when she was asked
a question about is this criminal behavior, Gabbard said in response,
we have referred and will continue to refer all of

these allegations and all these documents to the Department of
Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of
this quote. Gabbard's also added the evidence that we have
found and that we have released directly point to President
Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are

multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that now confirm exactly that.
So the big takeaway from this is well two points one.
Gabbard is not stopping and continuing to investigate, and now
she is referring the information that she's releasing directly to
Pam Bondi, who is now saying not only yes, we'll

take it, but thank you and forming a quote strike
force to investigate all of the disclosures on the Russian
collusion hoax. It is also very clear that Pam Bondi
is saying this is going to be a top priority
and it's going to be something that she will not
back down from. So this is the big story right

now exposing the Russian hoax. Gabbard hinted that Obama had
been referred to the DOJ several days ago. We now
know that is reality, and Lindsey Graham has also come
out now calling for a special counsel, saying it's probably
something that's likely needed. One thing that is for sure,

accountability is coming for those that decide to try to
overthrow the will of the people. And there are many
in the Obama administration today that I'm sure are extremely
worried about the questions that they may have to answer

said there's no evidence Russian interference, and he said, I

what Lindsey Graham had to say in this interview about
the Russia collusion and saying, look, I am open number
one of the possibility of a special counsel to investigate
the Obama administration's involvement in promoting the twenty seventeen narrative
that the twenty sixteen Trump presidential campaign colluded with the
Russian government to win that year's presidential election. He was

asked that question to sar do you believe there should
be a special counsel appointed to look into Obamagate? And
Graham said, I believe we're getting close. And let me
tell you why. Jeff Sessions recused himself because of his
ties to the campaign. He appointed Muller, and the rest
is history. The investigation was right to its core the FBI.
You had a lawyer from the FBI get charged with

a crime of manipulating evidence to the court to get
a warrant.

Now, how did all that happen?

Moller investigation began, and then he said, look all of

the same people Obama was talking to before Trump.

I wanted to do that. They were out to get Trump.
They were out to try to keep him from winning,
and once he won, trying to tear the guy down

before Trump got sworn in, Obama didn't like the storyline

that was being reported to him. There's no Russian effort,
credible effort to change the election. He said, look at
that again, and all of a sudden, the storyline changes.
I want to find out how that happened and why
that happened. And Mike Johnson's right, we're gonna keep looking.

Do you believe there should be a special counsel appointed

it's not what the grand jury will do is should
you pursue it? And so here's what I would say, yes,
please do pursue it. Because the documents that Gabertt released
showed that President Trump excuse me, Obama basically ordered his

people to go look again and get a different result.
And this begins to explain how crooked the Muller investigation
was because the same people that he was talking to
to do another intelligent and assessment are the same people
that cooked up the warrant stuff, you know, the Clinton campaign.
So you know, we need to look at this. This

into the FBI and also James Comy. And the reason

we're now witnessing is Congress is on board to investigate
the Obama corruption those that were around it. James Comy,
the CIA Director of the list is moving forward and

this is moving towards criminal referrals. This isn't political, this
is criminal. Take a listen to what Senator Kennedy had
to say about this as well.

Department will get to the bottom of it.

many people now piling in not just the corruption of

off and some that investigated and were stonewalled. Representative Jim Jordan,
Republican from Ohio weighing in on the Director of National
Intelligence tulsty Gabberg's decision to send a criminal referral of
the Department of Justice. And Mark Meadows, you may remember
he was a former chief of staff for Donald Trump

in his first term as president. Both of them went
on Hannity and here's what they had.

Mark Meadows and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan. This
means a lot to all three of us. I probably

on earth for three long years trying to get information

ensemble cast. And I won't mention everybody, but John Solomon
and Greg Jarrett and Sarah Carter and others.

to text messages, and we also know that in August
of twenty sixteen they were actually meeting at the White House.

And so does this come as a surprise to Jim,
you or me, No, not at all. But here's what
should should be told tonight is they need to go
after all the people that they shared in the legacy
media that covered this up, including Adam shiff.

to me. This grand conspiracy investigation that Cash Pattel has
now opened a number of weeks ago I think a
lot of this is going to come down to whether
or not what we refer to as the deep state,

set all this. He was stonewalled by Washington on it
as well, including the FBI director, CIA director, and the

you got to remember Jim Jordan was doing this investigation

and he was stonewalled with a deep state everywhere he went.
He was lied to, I believe, and many of them
just refused to cooperate because Joe Biden was in office
and protecting them when much of this investigation was going on.

Do his job and he has a lot of questions
that he's asking about a lot of players now that
were involved back in the day that were lying to
the American people and also selling a story to undermine

because they didn't like what the American people chose, which

was Donald Trump to be their president in twenty sixteen.
So what does Jim Jordan have to say about this, Well,
here's what he had to say Atahninity as well.

And whether or not they were people within our government
knowingly lying to the American people, spreading propaganda for the
purposes of tipping an election to one side over the other.
You can say, for example, the Russia hoax would be
one example for twenty sixteen, but also the double standard
with top secret classified information with Hillary or of course

the Russian disinformation dossia that Hillary Clinton paid for. Then
you go to twenty twenty the laptop from Hell fifty
one former Intel agents that knew nothing about that laptop. Boy,
they all sounded like experts, looks like Russian interference.

And then you could take it to lawfair.

In twenty twenty four, they went after Donald Trump with
a vengeance so they could call him a convict, mugshot him.
They wanted to put him in jail. They never thought
he would be able to beat the system. But this
is a ten year period of time that we're talking
about here.

Right, all started back in twenty sixteen, and it wasn't
just a keeping from winning the election in twenty sixteen.
It was to undermine his presidency after he had already won.
I want you to think of three dates in the
intern between election day and inauguration day back in twenty sixteen,
twenty seventeen. December ninth, Obama calls a meeting in the
White House. All the intelligence communities there, plus the Justice Department.

You got Lynch, you got Comy, you got Clapper, you
got Brendan, They're all there. Obama says, we're not going
to go with the intelligence community assessment. We're going to
put that on hold, and they put together a new one.
Three and a half weeks later, January third, Chuck Schumer's
on one of the Sunday shows and he says, if
you mess with the intelligence community going talking to President

elect Donald Trump, if you mess with the intelligence community,
they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
Three days later, Sean, Three days later, January sixth, at
Trump Tower, the Intelligence Community, Comy, Brendan Clapper go up
there to give President Trump what he believes is the
defensive briefing all incoming president's get. So he's expecting just

the normal briefing. Instead, it's a setup. They go up
there and brief him, and then they tell him about
the dossier, the dossier that they already know is false,
and then it gets leaked to the press and thereby
giving it credibility.

When the press reports that.

Jim Comey, FBI director brief Donald Trump on the Russian dossier.
It was all garbage, but it was all designed to undermine.
This is where it began. The whole weaponization the government
began here. And to your first point, Sean, you're right.
We had figured this out several years ago, and we're
covering this and the only thing we had wrong was
it was worse than we thought. That's the only thing

we get wrong when we dig into these investigations.

I believe it was January fifth, and in just the
final minutes of Obama's presidency, Susan Rice that infamous memo
by the book O Barack Obama said, by the book,
James Cally said, buy the book. Why would you write

that week's after a meeting, only you know, two minutes
before Donald Trump's inaugurated.

Mark Meadows, Well, you would do it to try to
change the narrative. And Jim was exactly right. They had
spent the preceding days actually leaking to the press so
that the press could write a story to actually create suspicion,
and in doing so, they created the very story that
supposedly they were giving a defensive briefing to the president

about Listen, they knew it would last. They're the best
leakers in Washington, d c. And then when they leak,
they investigate their own leaks, and so this is what
has got to stop, and hopefully it will.

should look into this as a conspiracy for what it is.

that so you understand where the ball is moving as

Number One, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Maxwell,
who's the former assistant to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
for it now a deposition. So if you think Republicans
aren't working on this, well that's the lie. The media
is wanting you to hear. Maxwell's deposition, we are being
told will take place at the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee
(26:55):
on August the eleventh. According to the press release from
the Committing on Oversight and Government Reform. The subpoena for
Maxwell comes after sources say that Maxwell was willing to
speak in front of Congress. One source explained that Maxwell
quote was never offered any kind of plea deal and
that she would be more than happy to sit before

the Russian collusion hoax per the President Donald Trump's directive,
She said, I have declassified a House Oversite Majority staff
report that exposed how the Obama administration not only manufactured
the January twenty seventeen Intelligence Community assessment that they knew

Russian government helped President Trump win the twenty sixteen election.
In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
the American people, working with their partners in the media
to promote the lie in order to undermine the legitimacy

this also clear at that briefing, and again you can

Gabbard is saying that this is new information, it does
implicate form President Barack Obama, and when she was asked
a question about is this criminal behavior, Gabbard said in response,
we have referred and will continue to refer all of

these allegations and all these documents to the Department of
Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of
this quote. Gabbard's also added the evidence that we have
found and that we have released directly point to President
Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are

multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that now confirm exactly that.
So the big takeaway from this is well two points one.
Gabbard is not stopping and continuing to investigate, and now
she is referring the information that she's releasing directly to
Pam Bondi, who is now saying not only yes, we'll

force to investigate all of the disclosures on the Russian
collusion hoax. It is also very clear that Pam Bondi
is saying this is going to be a top priority

been referred to the DOJ several days ago. We now

out now calling for a special counsel, saying it's probably

Russian government to win that year's presidential election. He was

asked that question to sar do you believe there should
be a special counsel appointed to look into Obamagate? And
Graham said, I believe we're getting close. And let me
tell you why. Jeff Sessions recused himself because of his
ties to the campaign. He appointed Muller, and the rest
is history. The investigation was right to its core the FBI.
You had a lawyer from the FBI get charged with

a crime of manipulating evidence to the court to get
a warrant.

Now, how did all that happen?

I think the president for what was laid before the
Moller investigation began, and then he said, look all of

was because the same people that he was talking to
to do another intelligent and assessment are the same people

In twenty twenty four, they went after Donald Trump with
a vengeance so they could call him a convict, mugshot him.

Right, all started back in twenty sixteen, and it wasn't
just a keeping from winning the election in twenty sixteen.
It was to undermine his presidency after he had already won.
I want you to think of three dates in the
intern between election day and inauguration day back in twenty sixteen,
twenty seventeen. December ninth, Obama calls a meeting in the
White House. All the intelligence communities there, plus the Justice Department.

You got Lynch, you got Comy, you got Clapper, you
got Brendan, They're all there. Obama says, we're not going
to go with the intelligence community assessment. We're going to
put that on hold, and they put together a new one.
Three and a half weeks later, January third, Chuck Schumer's
on one of the Sunday shows and he says, if
you mess with the intelligence community going talking to President

elect Donald Trump, if you mess with the intelligence community,
they have six ways from Sunday to get back at you.
Three days later, Sean, Three days later, January sixth, at
Trump Tower, the Intelligence Community, Comy, Brendan Clapper go up
there to give President Trump what he believes is the
defensive briefing all incoming president's get. So he's expecting just

the normal briefing. Instead, it's a setup. They go up
there and brief him, and then they tell him about
the dossier, the dossier that they already know is false,
and then it gets leaked to the press and thereby
giving it credibility.

When the press reports that.

Jim Comey, FBI director brief Donald Trump on the Russian dossier.
It was all garbage, but it was all designed to undermine.
This is where it began. The whole weaponization the government

it was worse than we thought. That's the only thing

we get wrong when we dig into these investigations.

before Donald Trump's inaugurated.

change the narrative. And Jim was exactly right. They had
spent the preceding days actually leaking to the press so

and in doing so, they created the very story that

leakers in Washington, d c. And then when they leak,
they investigate their own leaks, and so this is what
has got to stop, and hopefully it will.

Number One, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer subpoenaed Maxwell,
who's the former assistant to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
for it now a deposition. So if you think Republicans
aren't working on this, well that's the lie. The media
is wanting you to hear. Maxwell's deposition, we are being
told will take place at the Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee

on August the eleventh. According to the press release from
the Committing on Oversight and Government Reform. The subpoena for
Maxwell comes after sources say that Maxwell was willing to
speak in front of Congress. One source explained that Maxwell
quote was never offered any kind of plea deal and
that she would be more than happy to sit before

one of sex trafficking miners transporting a minor with the
intent to engage in criminal sexual activity along with three

Maxwell's family has also issued a statement claiming that she
did not receive a fair trial and that her family
could file a right of habeas corpus that would be
a challenge to the legality of her Quote imprisonment. According
to Fox News, Maxwell's family Quote could take another legal
step in the search for her freedom, filing a habeas

corpus in the Southern District of New York, which would
be a challenge to the legality of the imprisonment if necessary.
In due course, they will also file a right of
habeas corpus in the US District Court. The statement for
the family says this allows her to challenge her imprisonment
on the basis of new evidence, such as government misconduct
that would have likely changed the trial's outcome. Out The

subpoena Maxwell also is coming after Representative Tim Burchett, He's
a Republican from Tennessee, issued a motion directing the House
Oversight Committee to issue a subpoena compelling Maxwell to appear
for the deposition. During House Oversight Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday,
another motion was proposed to subpoena former President Bill Clinton
and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as

former Attorney General Eric Holder and the former Federal Bureau
of Investigations Director Comby, among others. According to The Washington Examiner. Now,
the subcommittee vote in favor of the motion, which Representative
Scott Perry, Republican from Pennsylvania introduced.

It's also been reported by Breitbart that despite President Donald
Trump calling for all pertinent grand jury testimony relating the
EPSOM case to be released. The US District Court Judge
for the Southern District of Florida, Robin Rosenberg, denied the
Trump administration's request to unsealed transcripts from Florida's grand jury
proceedings regarding the investigation into Epstein. So this is not

Donald Trump that is stopping this information from moving forward.
