Speaker 1 (00:01):
It is insane.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
The Virginia Lieutenant governor, a Democrat, is agreeing now with
a professor who literally says the majority of voters in
Virginia are racists. Why because they're not supporting Democratic candidates
the way they should.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
To me, what is learning is if we buy the
argument that is manufactured indignation as racist overturnes to it,
then it also tells me that majority of voters in
Virginia are racist, or at least susceptible to racist dog whistles.

Speaker 4 (00:41):
It's very disturbing. I've been talking, particularly to a lot
of young folks who are of Hispanic background or Asian background,
and what's really disturbing to them is this idea that
racism is so latent and so much a part of

(01:03):
the society that people could respond to these kinds of
flagrant dog whistles that we heard throughout the Youngkin campaign.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
So there it is Glenn Youngkin, who the majority of
people in Virginia chose to be their governor. They're now saying,
you voted for him, you're racist. Doesn't sound a lot
like what they said about Donald Trump a few years ago.
And that is the Virginia Democratic Lieutenant Governor nominee, saying
that she absolutely agrees with his professor who says that

(01:35):
the majority of the people in the city of Virginia
are actually racists. Now I start with that to go
to another story, one that is also incredibly shocking. This time,
we're going to go to Illinois, where Donald Trump's Department
of Justice has just announced that they are having to
target Illinois over tuition.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Perks for illegal aliens.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
They're also accusing the state of Illinois of discrimination against
United States citizens. The United States Attorney General Pambondi announce
the filing of a civil complaint in the US District
Court for the Southern District of Illinois challenging state laws
that provide in state tuition as well as scholarships for

(02:23):
illegal aliens in Illinois. The complaint alleges the law unconstitutionally
discriminates against US citizens who pay more they are not
afforded the same reduced tuition rates or scholarships, in direct
conflict they say with federal law. The civil complaint filed

(02:45):
on Tuesday by the United States Department of Justice against
the State of Illinois Governor Pritsker and the Attorney General
of the state as well as the board of trustees
of state universities in Illinois, seeking, they say, to enjoin
the State of Illinois from enforcing the laws and bringing
them into compliance with federal requirements. The complaint, filed on

(03:08):
behalf of the United States, seeks to end these specific
benefits that were clearly made for illegal immigrants, and these
benefits were provided under Illinois state law that require colleges
and universities to offer quote in state tuition rates for
all aliens who maintain an Illinois residency, regardless of whether

(03:34):
those aliens are lawfully present in the United States. Now,
the DOJ also asserted the law's conflict with federal law
that prohibits institutions of higher education from providing benefits to
illegal aliens that are not offered to US citizens, and
so in this announcement that was issued by Bonding the DOJ,

(03:57):
the agency officials say the Illinois laws bleed stanly go
against and conflict with federal law and are thus in
conflict with the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Now.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
In a statement that's been issued by the DOJ, the
Attorney General Bondi described the discrimination against United States citizens
that are not offered the same benefits under the Illinois laws, saying, quote,
under federal law, schools cannot provide benefits to illegal aliens
that they do not provide to US citizens. By the way,

(04:33):
this is common sense. This Department of Justice has already
filed multiple lawsuits to prevent US students from being treated
like second class citizens. Illinois now joins the list of
states where they are relentlessly fighting, she says, to vindicate.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Federal law. Now.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
The complaint aligns with the intent of two executive orders
that were signed by President Donald Trump earlier that seek
to ensure that illegal aliens are not obtaining taxpayer benefits
or preferential treatment. An executive order signed in February titled
Ending Taxpayer Subsization of Open Borders, orders all agencies to

(05:19):
quote ensure to the maximum extent permitted by law, that
no taxpayer funded benefits go to unqualified aliens. The second
executive order that was signed in April, titled Protecting American
Communities from Criminal Aliens, also directs relevant officials to quote

(05:39):
take appropriate action to stop the enforcement of saint local laws, regulations, policies,
and practices favoring illegal aliens over any group of American
citizens that are unlawful, preempted by federal law, or otherwise unforseeable,
including state laws that provide in state higher education tuition

(06:04):
to illegal immigrants but do not offer the same benefit
to out of state American citizens. So to be clear,
so you understand how egregious this is in Illinois, if
you are from another country, break into the United States
of America and then set up shop in Illinois, they
give you in state tuition. If you are an American

(06:28):
citizen flying in from California or driving from North Dakota
or Georgia or anywhere else and want to go to
school in Illinois, you are not afforded the same price
as an illegal immigrant who is literally breaking the law. Now,
the filing of the complaint is just the latest in

(06:48):
the back and forth between the State of Illinois and
its leadership and the Trump administration. On Sunday, on CBS's
Face to Nation, the Illinois Governor Prinsker criticize efforts by
the Trump administration to reduce crime, for example, in major cities,
by deploying federal law enforcement and military resources, likening the

(07:09):
deployments to quote an invasion with US troops. So there
you have it, a major story you probably won't hear
about anywhere else, and the President of United States of
America saying we're going to put American citizens first, not
last when it comes to higher education. I want to
talk to you about my friends over at Patriot Mobile.

(07:32):
You've got a lot of choices for cell phone service,
with new ones popping up all the time. But if
you want to make a difference and you want to
stop giving your money to liberal companies, well, one way
you can do that is by getting rid of Liberal
Mobile you probably have right now. That is where hundreds
of thousands of Americans are now coming together and have

(07:52):
made Patriot Mobile what they are today. They've been in
service now for thirteen years, and right now is the
best time ever to switch, because it's never been easier. Now,
before I tell you about that, I want you to
know why switching is so important, because every time you
make a call, every time you send a text, and
every time that you pay your bill, you're actually standing

(08:13):
up for the values you believe in. Your First and
your Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children. And
you stand with our military, our veterans, our wounded warriors,
and our fallen Soldier families because Patriot Mobile takes about
five percent of your bill every month at no extra
cost to you, and they give it back to these
organizations that fight for our values. Now, let's talk about switching.

(08:36):
It has never been easier. You can keep your same number,
keep your same phone, or upgrade. Patriot Mobile's got a
one hundred percent US based customer service team and literally
they can now with technology, get you activated in minutes
from the comfort of your home or your office. You're
second to contractor owe money on your phones, no worries.
Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program and this is

(08:58):
how we win, folks by aligning our spinning with our values.
Every dollar we spend matters. Now, let me also give
you a free month of service. Go to Patriot Mobile
dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson,
or you can call them nine to seven to two
Patriot use the promo code ferguson and you're gonna get

(09:22):
one month free service by switching today. So again, Patriotmobile
dot com slash ferguson, use the promo code ferguson. You'll
get a free month of service. Today Patriotmobile dot Com
slash Ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot. There
is a big debate that is happening in this country,
and the debate is do you want law and order
or do you want anarchy and chaos. The Democratic Party

(09:45):
has made it clear they're on the side of the
criminal everywhere they can find them in this country, including
illegal immigrants. They also want you to believe that cities
are actually really safe when they are not. So the
question you have to ask is who are the American
people putting their trust in.

Speaker 3 (10:03):
Well.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
CNN had a very interesting poll that just came out,
and guess what it showed. Americans are overwhelmingly preferring President
Donald Trump's approach to crime fighting over what they had
with Joe Biden.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
Okay, I think this sort of gives the game away
here because Donald Trump is like Air Jordan, towering over
Joe Biden when it comes to their handling a crime.
Look in twenty twenty four, look at where Biden's net
approver was on crime Way on the water there at
minus twenty six points. It was one of Biden's ware issues. Granted,
pretty much every issue was one of Biden's war Isshues.
And again, look at where Donald Trump is way, way,

(10:42):
way above Joe Biden.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
What is that? That's twenty seven points.

Speaker 5 (10:45):
So Americans vastly prefer Donald Trump's approach to crime than
they ditch to Joe Biden's. And again, I think it
gets back to the point that Americans are far more
hawkish on crime than a lot of Democrats want to admit.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
I love how they refer to Donald Trump as Michael Jordan.
He is just killing it when it comes to fighting crime,
and the American people are behind him. But if you
look at what the Democrats are doing right now, they're
doing everything they can to keep those that commit crimes
in this country mains. Democratic Secretary of State is now

(11:18):
admitting non citizen residents are registered to vote in her state.
Blatant disregard for the law is how it is being
described by GOP lawmakers in Maine after the Democrats, Yes,
all right, fine, we admit it. Non citizens are registered
to vote and are voting in our state. Which brings

(11:42):
us to another big story. There is a myth that
there's only major cartel activity at our southern border border
states and it's not really anywhere else that is what
the media has been saying, and that's what Democrats have
been saying, and they also want you to that's, you know,
not that bad. Well, if you want to know how

(12:04):
big the network is a criminal activity, look at the
newest data that's just come out. One hundred and seventy
one Cineloa cartel members have been arrested in New England.
That's pretty darn far from the southern border. The Drug
Enforcement Administration you know them as the DA, in New

(12:26):
England say that they arrested more than one hundred and
seventy members of the Cineloa drug cartel during a recent
crackdown operation. The arrests led to the seizure of more
than twenty two thousand counterfeit pills, fetnyl powder, and packaging
branded with the Cineloa cartel logo.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
The DEA Special.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
Agent in charge for the New England Field Division said
to twenty five News in Boston that the Cineloa cartel
is public.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Enemy number one in England.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
The DA agent also told the local news outlet that
during a week long nationwide crackdown, one hundred and seventy
one cartel members were arrested in New England area. Alone,
a number they say is truly shocking. Why are you
not hearing about this story on the national news. That
is the question that everyone should be asking, And there's

(13:21):
a very good answer to it, because if they tell
you that the cartels are controlling New England, then you
realize it's not actually a border issue anymore. I want
you to take a listen to the local news and
what they said to their citizens about just how bad
the cartel movement is in Boston and the surrounding area.

Speaker 6 (13:43):
The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration says a week long cartel
crackdown led to nearly two hundred arrests just in New England.
The DEA says they were all members of the Sinaloa cartel,
the largest drug cartel in the world. Twenty five investigates
went one on one with the DEA special Agent in
charge about their recent operation. He says the vast Sineloa

(14:04):
network has deep roots in New England.

Speaker 7 (14:07):
There are public Enemy number one.

Speaker 6 (14:08):
Jared Fourge, the Special Agent in charge of DEA's New
England Field Division, says last week the DEA set out
to arrest as many members of the Mexico based Cineloa
cartel as possible. New England saw the highest number of
regional arrests at one seventy one, with forty nine in Massachusetts,
thirty three in New Hampshire. Connecticut saw the most at

(14:29):
sixty four.

Speaker 8 (14:30):
Do you think people would be surprised to learn how
many members of that cartel are operating, probably in plain sight,
in their communities.

Speaker 7 (14:39):
Sure so, Sineloa cartel in every single state across America,
more than forty countries around the world, and obviously they're
at every state throughout New England.

Speaker 8 (14:49):
What's their number one product they pushed?

Speaker 4 (14:51):
Is it the pills?

Speaker 7 (14:52):
So we see fetanhl powder, and we see counterfeit pills,
pills that are made to look like legitimate pills, notably
thirty M.

Speaker 6 (15:00):
Thirty pills are counterfeit oxy codone. But FOURGET says they're
also increasingly seeing counterfeit stimulant pills made to look like
Adderall FOURGE showed us some of the more than twenty
two thousand pills and other drug sees during the operation,
like signature purple fentanel and some drug packaging even displaying

(15:20):
the sinealoa cartel stamp.

Speaker 7 (15:22):
I'm a dea agent. I cannot tell the difference between
a fake one and a real one.

Speaker 1 (15:26):
So we need to.

Speaker 7 (15:27):
Remind parents, schools, caregivers, everybody in the community have those
conversations with each other, have them with your kids.

Speaker 6 (15:35):
Forge says. The cartel targets unsuspecting young people online through
common social media apps. Many have no idea they're buying
potentially deadly counterfeit pills. One hundred and seventy one arrests
throughout New England.

Speaker 8 (15:49):
Does that make a dent.

Speaker 7 (15:51):
Where the DEA We're not going after low level retail
drug traffickers. We are going after drug trafficking organizations, the networks.

Speaker 8 (15:58):
How do you disrupt something that is so large, so vast,
and seemingly so powerful.

Speaker 7 (16:04):
Right, it's an ongoing battle, one that we cannot we
can't afford to give up. Right, it's the Cinelol cartel
is a threat to public safety, our public health, and
our national security as a country.

Speaker 6 (16:16):
This year, the Centers for Disease Control reported, while drug
overdose deaths are declining, overdose is the leading cause of
death for young people ages eighteen to forty five.

Speaker 2 (16:27):
You notice one of the really important things that was
said there by the DEA. They said the cartels are everywhere.
Not only did he say that, but he said, I'm
a dea agent. I cannot tell the difference between an
actual pill and a counterfeit pill that can take your
life with fetanol. He also talked about the other warning

(16:49):
about stimulants. Many kids will use riddling and adderall and
actually use it because they're trying to study things like
that in college every year turn deadly when they buy
what they think is an actual prescription pill, and in
reality it is from the cartel. They don't care if
you die. They just need you to buy the product

(17:11):
and move it quickly, which brings us back to the
other basic issue. There are two different sides of this story.
Now you're either on the side of holding those accountable
that are doing this and going after them. The Presence
made it clear that's what he's doing, and now the
American people are saying very clearly that what they want

(17:34):
is for Donald Trump to continue doing this. There are
other states they're doing everything they can to say we're
not going to get involved. We're not going to give
in to President Trump wanting law and order. We are
going to fight you at every step of the way.
One example of that is Adam schiff on if the

(17:55):
drop in DC crime after the Fed serge should be celebrated.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
You know what his.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Response was, I can't analyze DC's numbers, but guard in
La was bad. Yes, So even when the numbers drop,
the Democratic Party refuses to admit it's an actual good
thing for the country.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
All right.

Speaker 9 (18:18):
So Trump, he as referred to himself as the chief
law enforcement officer of the country, right, as opposed to
Commander in chief, right, A nuance that matters. But he says, Senator,
as you know, he says this is about combating crime,
and he says it's working in Washington, d C. Where,
of course you are tonight. So when you look at
the numbers there though, this is according to Washington DC's
official database last week. I know you're familiar with these numbers,

(18:40):
but here they are.

Speaker 10 (18:41):
If forty four.

Speaker 9 (18:42):
Percent decrease in violent crime in the three weeks since
the federal surge, right, compared to the same period a
year ago. That includes a forty four percent drop in
homicides compared to the same time last year. So I mean,
if that is the outcome of what he's done, is
that something to actually celebrate?

Speaker 11 (19:04):
Well, I don't think I can analyze what DC's crime
numbers were, but I can't say this about Los Angeles
and the deployment of troops there. First of all, it
was completely unnecessary.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
Notice the massive jump there. He doesn't want to talk
about what worked in Washington, d C. Because he knows
the city where he's speaking from is safer now that
it's been in years, So he decides to go to
La instead. Adam Shift an individual who's saying I would

(19:36):
rather hate on Donald Trump than protect American citizens, and
when asked a simple question about, hey, the data shows
it's working, he refuses to even accept it and moves on,
which is all encompassing of the Democratic Party, which brings
us back to my original point. There are two sides
to this story, and the American people seem to be

(19:59):
overwhelmed on the side of what Donald Trump is doing
to fight crime coast to coast. So what happened over
Labor Day weekend in Chicago is truly shocking, but it's
become normal in that liberal city. The Associated Press is
now reporting eight people were murdered fifty were wounded across

(20:21):
thirty seven shootings from Friday to Monday. NBC News Chicago
updated its figures, stating that as a Monday night, there
were fifty eight people that were shot and eight killed
across the city, several others in critical condition. ABC News
also counted fifty eight shot, including eight fatalities. So what

(20:43):
does the mayor and the governor say of Illinois and Chicago?
They say, we don't have a violence problem, that everything
is fine. The President was asked about at the White House,
and here's what he had to say about what we're
witnessing right now.

Speaker 12 (20:58):
Chicago's very interesting because they Pritzker get up and say
about we don't need help, we're safe. But two weeks
ago they had six people murdered, murdered, and they had
twenty four people hit by bullets. Last week, as you know,
with seven people, twenty four people hit and seven people died.

(21:19):
And then over the last two days it was the
that was the crown Jewel. They had I guess nine killed,
nine or ten killed and fifty hit with bullets. And
you have this governor get up, who's a terrible governor.
Probably he and Gavin Newscombe would be probably the two
worst and most naive.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
The naive either their naiva, they're.

Speaker 12 (21:42):
Very untruthful and he'll say, we don't want any protection,
we don't need. So in the last three weeks he's
lost almost twenty people killed. There's no place there's no
place in the world, including you can go to Afghanistan,
you can go to places said you would think of,
they don't even come close to this. Chicago is a

(22:04):
hellhole right now. Baltimore is a hellhole right now.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
The President went on to say on social media, Chicago
will be safe again and soon I will solve the
crime problem fast, just like I did in Washington, d C.
In the over office, the President was also asked about Chicago.
He said, we're going in when referring to a point
the National Guard, he did not give a specific timeline,

(22:29):
and what is the left doing well? The governor making
it very clear he thinks it's all politics saving lives
and even try to turn it into a press conference
about the apprentice take a list in.

Speaker 1 (22:42):
The governor in his own words, I.

Speaker 13 (22:45):
Will not call the President asking him to send troops
to Chicago. I've made that clear already. I know this
has been an unsettling and difficult ten days for the
people of Chicago and Illine. I'm going to do my
best to share what we know as of today and

(23:06):
speak frankly to the people of Illinois. Rumors have been
swirling about what the White House has planned, and sifting
fact from fiction has been increasingly difficult because Donald Trump's
administration is not working in coordination with the City of Chicago,
Cook County, or the state of Illinois. I want to

(23:27):
take a moment at the top of my remarks to
note how truly extraordinary it is for the federal government
to refuse to coordinate with local law enforcement and government.
Our state police regularly works with the FBI, the ATF,
the DEEA to go after gangs and gun runners and

(23:49):
drug cartels. Under previous White House administrations, we regularly received
notice and worked together on crime fighting operations.

Speaker 2 (24:00):
Here's what's interesting about what the governor just said. We
used to work together. So what is he saying now, Well,
the governor says not only does he oppose Trump and
his plan to send in federal troops, but he actually
called it quote unconstitutional, illegal, and un American, warning a
potential legal action Johnson. By the way, the Mayor of

(24:22):
Chicago sign an executive order affirming that Chicago police would
not cooperate with federal troops and likening any unauthorized deployment
as an invasion. He warned that such moves could inflame
tensions further. If you want to know what side they're on,
it's clearly not on the side of the people that

(24:43):
are dying in Chicago. Now, the scary part is the
governor and the mayor standing side by side for the
press conference in Chicago.

Speaker 1 (24:51):
They weren't done there.

Speaker 2 (24:52):
They're actually angry at Donald Trump for trying to fight
crime and save lives. And here's what the governor said
about sen in the National Guard.

Speaker 13 (25:01):
We have reason to believe that Stephen Miller chose the
month of September to come to Chicago because of celebrations
around Mexican Independence Day that happen here every year. It
breaks my heart to report that we have been told
Ice will try and disrupt community picnics and peaceful parades.

(25:22):
Let's be clear, the terror and cruelty is the point,
not the safety of anyone living here. Third, as lawful
citizens exercise their First Amendment rights, Trump and his team
will be looking for any excuse to put active duty
military on our streets, supposedly to protect Ice. We have

(25:45):
reason to believe that the Trump administration has already begun
staging the Texas National Guard for deployment in Illinois. I
want to be very clear on this point, and I
want to speak directly to the press right now. We
know before anything has happened here, that the Trump plan

(26:05):
is to use any excuse to deploy armed military personnel
to Chicago. If someone flings a sandwich at an ICE agent,
Trump will try and go on TV and declare an
emergency in Chicago. I'm imploring everyone, if and when that happens,
do not take the bait.

Speaker 2 (26:25):
It is amazing you have a governor of a state
saying that his citizens will be violent, and when they
are violent towards men and women in uniform, don't take
the bait. By the way, if you want to know
what the rest of the people in Chicago are saying,
they don't feel safe. And now even MSNBC is being
forced to tell the truth about just how bad things

(26:48):
are after fifty eight shot eight killed in Chicago over
the weekend. On Morning Joe, this is what they said
to their liberal audience.

Speaker 10 (26:58):
Sorry, it is you have leaders in Chicago that see
this as you say, We've been reading about this for
years now every weekend and maybe crime has gone down,
but you know, we had the mayor of Chicago on
last week saying, oh, we don't need any more police officers.
Police officers aren't the answer. No police officers. And you know,
I think you said no five times. You look what's
happening this weekend.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
He looks.

Speaker 10 (27:18):
You know, I actually think that JB. Prinsker should do
something radical. I think you should pick up the phone,
call the president and say, you know, and I know
you don't have the constitutional authority to deploy the National
Guard here and the police. You can do that in DC,
you can't do that in Chicago. But let's partner up.

(27:39):
These are the most dangerous parts of my state. We
would love to figure out how to have a partnership
that's constitutional, that respects the sort of balance of federalism
between the federal government and the state government. And let's
work together.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
To save lives.

Speaker 10 (27:58):
Because right now, just hey, hey, nothing to see here,
moving along, no problem here, Hey, Donald Trump, we don't
need you. And you know LA Mayor talking about we're
going to protect people's dignity in our city, will protect
their lives. That's protecting their dignity. You know, it would
be radical for us to figure out a way to
actually do what I've been saying from the very beginning

(28:20):
on Washington, and that is seeing politicians creating partnerships that
protect their people.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Yeah, even MSNBC saying Jenny Prisker should do something radical,
he should pick up the phone and call the president
because the nothing to see here move isn't working quote unquote.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
This is how you know this is working.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
And the President is clearly leading on the issue, and
the American people are behind him. They're responding to it.
They like living in a safer city like Washington, d C.
And now he's trying to bring it to Chicago and
other very dangerous cities around the country. So the question, now,
how is this to the Democrats? Who side are you on?
Are you willing to be on the side of all

(29:05):
of the lawbreakers, the rapists, the murderers or drug dealers,
the child molesters, the illegal immigrants, or are you going
to be on the side of the American people. Yes,
