🕊️ 1. The “Trump Gaza Peace Deal” Narrative

  • The first two-thirds of the podcast revolve around a peace agreement between Israel and Hamas, brokered by former President Donald Trump.

  • Ben describes this as a “historic peace deal” ending a two-year war in Gaza, involving multiple nations (Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.), and resulting in the release of hostages and withdrawal of Israeli troops.

  • We repeatedly emphasizes that mainstream (“corporate”) media—including CNN anchors like Anderson Cooper and Abby Phillip—are praising Trump for achieving peace where previous presidents failed.

  • The tone is celebratory, nationalistic, and highly complimentary toward Trump, portraying him as a decisive leader whose “peace through strength” approach succeeded after others (notably Joe Biden) failed.

  • It references public celebrations, calls for Trump to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, and widespread international cooperation allegedly under his leadership.

⚖️ 2. Deep State and Political Retaliation

  • Claims that the FBI and DOJ under prior administrations (Biden/Jack Smith) illegally subpoenaed phone records of Republican senators.

  • Portrays the new FBI Director Kash Patel as a hero uncovering deep corruption and vowing transparency.

  • Mentions that the FBI “fired agents” who were part of this alleged misconduct.

  • New York Attorney General Letitia James indicted for mortgage fraud

  • Commentary from CNN’s Jake Tapper and Adam Kinzinger is cited, though the content appears fabricated or heavily reimagined to fit the host’s framing.

  • The tone frames Trump as restoring justice and the “rule of law,” while “the deep state” and the political left are being exposed and punished.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
I want to be clear.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
There is a lot of moving parts to what's happening
with Israel and Hamas, and much of this is changing
so quickly that it's almost hard to keep up with
it because there are a lot of parties involved. There
are terrorist organizations, there are states that are involved in negotiations.
There is the American side, the White House, we have
centers and congressmen, State Department that are all chiming in here,

(00:24):
and then there's Israel, and then there's a Maas. And
what I am going to give you now is the
best information I have at the moment. That's what I
want to make sure I make very very clear to you.
So let me start with what I've just been told
moments ago. Number One, Israel Amas have agreed to a
pause in fighting in Gaza. Why one reason, so that

(00:47):
the remaining hostages can be freed in the coming days
in exchange for Palestinian prisoners. Now, that is new, That
is not saying they'd been talked about before. It Now
this also goes back to what they say.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
They are in.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
General accepting elements of a plan that was put forward
by President Donald Trump and his administration that would represent
the biggest breakthrough in months in the devastating two year war.
Hamas at this moment, and this could change. I'm giving
you the best info I have at the moment, says
that it is agreed to the deal that will lead

(01:22):
to the end of the war in Gaza. They would
draw the Israeli troops, the entry of AID into Gaza,
and the exchange of prisoners for hostages. While many questions remain,
the sides appear to be closer than they have been
in several months to ending a war that has killed
tens of thousands of Palestinians, destroyed most of Gaza, and

(01:45):
ignited other armed conflicts across the Middle East.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Now here's what we know now.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
President Trump is now saying the hostages will be released
from Gaza on Monday or Tuesday. The President opened a
meeting with this cabinet the White House by speaking about
the ceasefire deal and his plans to travel to the
Middle East. He said, it is a complicated process for
the houses to be released from Gaza, but it will

(02:12):
happen on Monday or Tuesday, and once you're the president,
in his own words, listen to this.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
No, last night, we reached a momentous breakthrough in the
Middle East, something that people said was never going to
be done. We ended the war in Gaza and really
on a much bigger basis, created peace and I think
it's going to be a lasting peace, hopefully and everlasting
piece peace in the Middle East. We secured the release
of all of the remaining hostages and they should be

(02:42):
released on Monday or Tuesday.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
Getting them as a complicated process. I'd rather than tell
you what they have to do together.

Speaker 3 (02:49):
There are places you don't want to be, but we
are getting the hostages back on.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
Tuesday, Monday or Tuesday, and that'll be a day of joy.

Speaker 3 (03:02):
I'm gonna try and make a trip over We're going
to try and get over there, and we're working on
the timing, the exact timing. We're going to go to
Egypt where we'll have a signing, an additional signing. We've
already had a signing representing me, but we're going to
have an official signing. And the amazing thing is all

(03:23):
of the countries over there, from Guitar Saudi Arabia to
Uoe to all of them, the rich ones, the less
than rich ones, they've all come together something which is amazing. Actually,
they've all come together for this and they're really probably
the best relationships they've ever had. So it's been really
something incredible that nobody thought it was possible to get

(03:46):
it done. And very importantly, the hostages are coming back,
as you know, they consider them hostages, they talk about
them as hostages. But there are approximately twenty eight dead people,
mostly young, mostly men and boys, I mean boys. The

(04:08):
one woman talked about her baby. Her baby's twenty five
years old, but you know, to her, it's her baby,
and we're bringing them home, we're getting them to getting everything,
and to those parents, the dead young man is just
as important as though it were, as though this person
were alive. It's amazing. I've never seen anything quite like it.

(04:31):
I've been very much involved, I've never seen anything quite
like it. But it's really peace in the Middle East.
And you remember October seventh was terrible, but also from
the Hamma standpoint, they probably lost seventy thousand people. That's
big retribution. That's big retribution. But at some point that

(04:54):
that whole thing has to stop and we're going to.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
See to God, there's going to be slowly redone.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
You have tremendous wealth in that part of the world
by certain countries and just a small part of that.
They what they make will do wonders for Guszt and
I think you're gonna see some tremendous country stepping up
and putting up a lot of money and taking care
of things. But there's tremendous spirit like I haven't seen.

(05:26):
And even the news I won't call it fake news
for this purpose, because they really were very fair today,
I must say in all cases, but they covered it
very well. They covered it very fairly. Everybody loves it.
Everybody people that were never giving us a fair shake. Frankly,
they they can't even believe it there, so.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
They're amazed by it. A lot of people are. But
it was just everything came together.

Speaker 3 (05:56):
I think the attack was very important on Iran because
let's say that didn't happen, then probably by now have
a nuclear weapon, numerous nuclear weapons, and therefore even if
we signed a deal, there'd be a big dark cloud
over it and it wouldn't be the same thing. So
Iran's different. But Iran wants to work on peace. Now

(06:18):
they've informed us and they've acknowledged that they are totally
in favor of this deal. They think it's a great thing,
So we appreciate that and we'll we'll work with Iran.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
As you know, we have major sanctions on Iran and
lots of other things.

Speaker 3 (06:30):
Would like to see them be able to rebuild their
country too, but they can't have a nuclear weapon. So
I want to express my tremendous gratitude to the leaders
of Qatar, Egypt and Turkey for helping us reach this
incredible day and for being there that were there with
us all the way. And of course, as you know,
Saudi Arabia and Jordan and so many. I will tell

(06:54):
you where President Erduwan was personally involved and dealing with
uh Homas.

Speaker 4 (07:00):
And some of the others. He's been great.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
They've all been They've all been really amazing. Indonesia has
been amazing. Indonesia's been fantastic. The whole world.

Speaker 4 (07:11):
Has come together for this.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
People that didn't get along, people that didn't like each other,
neighboring countries that frankly didn't like each other.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
But now they just this this moment in time.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
So we look forward to welcoming the hostages like you
can't believe home to their families, and that'll take place
early next week, we hope Monday or Tuesday, and all
Americans should be proud of the role that our country
is playing and bringing this terrible conflict to the to
an end.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
And I want to thank I mean some of the people.
Jd you were.

Speaker 3 (07:45):
Fantastic, and Pete you were great, Marco was fantastic.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
I mean some of you were very much involved.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
I looking around so indirectly, I think almost everybody in
this room was involved. Susie, I want to thank you
very much. You were incredible. You've done an audible job.
And yes, John, what you've done was invaluable. Cia John
radcliffein He's done an incredible job.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
So I want to thank you all.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
And if I'm missing anybody, I apologize, but you've been amazing.
And then Steve Whitcoff, who worked so hard, and you
remember we settled seven. This is number eight. We settled
seven wars or major conflicts, but wars, and this is
number eight. And the one that I thought would be

(08:34):
maybe the quickest of all would be Russia Ukraine, and
I think.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
That's going to happen too.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
But in the meantime, they're losing about seven thousand people
a week, and that seems pretty bad. Losing mostly soldiers,
young soldiers. They go out to war and they're getting killed.
And while it doesn't affect us in a lot of ways,
we've got a big ocean in between. You don't want
to see that happen. It was a big mistake that

(09:00):
war should had never happened. It would have never happened
if I were president.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
It's very clear the President of the United States of
America understood how important this moment was, how important it
was to use multiple countries to communicate, how important it
was to have a team, not just him, that was
working on this. And this is something that's incredible because
Israel a Moss have signed off on the phase, the
major phase, first phase of this piece plan. And this

(09:27):
is again even the corporate media is having to admit
that this is historic, something they've never done before. Are
you one of those that's just so tired of giving
your money to radical left woke companies that actually are
fighting against your values every day? Well, there are certain

(09:48):
bills that you pay every month that if you can
go with a conservative company, why not do it? In fact,
why not go with a conservative company actually takes part
of your bill every month?

Speaker 1 (09:59):
That you're going to pay to some and they give it.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Back to organizations that support your First and your Second
Amendment rights, that support the rights of unborn children, that
stand with our military, are first responders, and so many
wounded warriors that need help. Well, that bill I'm talking
about is your cell phone bill. And I've been telling
you for a long time about Patriot Mobile. But there's

(10:23):
no better time to switch than right now. Not only
does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major networks in
this country, yeah, all three. That means you get the
same great coverage you're used to right now, but you
also make a difference with every call you make and
every text you make.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
And why would you want to give your money to
Big Mobile?

Speaker 2 (10:41):
Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
make the switch, and it's so easy. All you have

(11:03):
to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
US based team from the comfort of your home or
your office, and they'll have you activated in minutes. And
if you're still locked, in a contract not a problem.
Patriots Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred
dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone,
or upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,

(11:24):
what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
make a difference every single day with every call you make.
Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
if you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get
a free month of service on top of that. Patriot

(11:46):
Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or ninety seven
to two Patriot. I want you to listen to just
how the media, that's the corporate media, are just willing
to finally admit that what the president has done was
so impossible that they're willing to actually admit it and

(12:09):
give credit to the President for pulling all of these
people together and to getting this done. And I will
say this, I wish the media was more like this
because if they were, even as you're the president there
when he was talking at the cabinet meeting. He was like, look,
I'm not even gonna call him fake news. They cover

(12:29):
this on the right way, there would be that type
of respect. And this two minute montage I'm going to
play you of these different channels explaining how big of
a deal this is was one of those moments from
like finally, finally there's something that's good that has happened.
Hostages are going to be released, there is gonna be peace,

(12:51):
and people are gonna stop suffering in dying, and the
media got it right. It's sad that it took this
type of an extreme issue for them to get it right.
But I hope they learn from this, because when you
get it right, I will praise you, just as the
President did a moment ago in the Oval Office.

Speaker 5 (13:09):
Made no mistake.

Speaker 6 (13:09):
It looks like President Trump has actually pulled off something
here that many presidents before him have failed to do.

Speaker 7 (13:17):
Just need to underscore what an enormous moment this is
for so many people in this region, for the people
of Gaza who have endured two years of war, for
the families of these forty eight remaining hostages who have
endured two years of absolute agony, this is a watershed moment.

Speaker 8 (13:34):
We've heard it again and again from a number of
people today really giving credit to President Trump for getting
this deal over the finish line. What are you hearing
from your sources with regard to President Trump's role in
getting both parties to sign off on at least the
first phase of this piece plan.

Speaker 7 (13:49):
Well, certainly this is an enormous moment for the world,
but also for this administration, a big win for the President,
who has been very personally involved in this lens.

Speaker 9 (13:57):
Is a major accomplishment for President Trump, something that he's
been really trying to work toward. There's been a lot
of critics and questioning of whether or not he could
pull off sort of negotiating and working to try to
get all these sides together.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Of course, there are a lot.

Speaker 9 (14:10):
Of nations involved, so this is of course not just
a victory for President Trump, but really a number of
Arab nations, Hamas and of.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
Course the Israel.

Speaker 9 (14:17):
But this is really huge, dudes, and the President of
course announcing it online.

Speaker 10 (14:21):
So what do you make of what the President has
said in a social media post that they've signed off
in the first phase of the peace plan.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
What does that mean to you Anderson, momentous day.

Speaker 11 (14:32):
There's not much good news in the world.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
This is great news.

Speaker 12 (14:36):
I am trying to hold it together, honestly, working on
this issue a very long time.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Israel.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
Make no mistake, this is a huge night, potentially the
end of the nightmare for people, for the people of Gods.
That is going to be an enormous relief for the
people of Israel, potentially the end of a two year
long nightmare.

Speaker 12 (14:53):
And for these families still waiting for the remaining hostages
who are still alive to come home. This has been
an agonizing wait. And of course the families who will
get the remains of loved ones who died while in captivity.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
And by the way, it wasn't just the media, and
that was allot of the breaking news media, it was
also those that do more of the debate in commentary.
I will give credit always where credit is due. There's
a show that I do a fair amount, CNN's Abby's
Phillip Show. She I think it's fair to say, completely

(15:25):
shocked her viewers and not only them, the entire panel
by defending and credit President Trump with his peace through
Strength policy. After the Gods of Peace victory last night,
I want you to hear what she said.

Speaker 13 (15:40):
That this was not doable when President Biden was in office.

Speaker 5 (15:46):
I think the biggest problem that the President Biden had
is there was no pressure from Qatar, from Turkey, from Egypt.
They were actually facilitating in men ways what was going on,
and that is really ultimately how it all came together.

Speaker 13 (16:06):
I mean, but but I think by saying that it's
sort of an acknowledgement, Trump has changed that dynamic.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Yeah, I think that.

Speaker 13 (16:12):
I mean, he's clearly I don't know how he you know.

Speaker 5 (16:15):
And I think there's a lot that remains to learn
about what prompted that change. But I do agree, yes, somehow,
some way that that changed what.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
I go back to what I said, I will always
give credit where credit is due. And there are many
in the media right now that are going, Okay, we
didn't think this was possible, We didn't believe that this
could happen. As Abby said, there there's no one that
believes this could have been done under Joe Biden's time
his watch.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
I mean, this just wouldn't have gotten done.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
That the countries that had to come to help get
this done would not work with Joe Biden in the
way that they're working with Donald Trump. Also, we wouldn't
have had the bombing of the Iranian nuclear facility, which
was a part of this getting this done and showing
the strength and the power, and it made people understand that, like, hey,
Donald Trump's not screwing around.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
He's not somebody you want to mess with.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
So if he says you might want to get to
this piece, you might want to get to this peace.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
And I think that's a big part of this.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Now, this also goes back to just the pure joy
and the mission. This should be non partisan, It should
be non political. If you look at what President Trump
said at the White House on Wednesday night, he made
it clear on this monumental Gudza piece deal like.

Speaker 1 (17:31):
This is great news for the world.

Speaker 2 (17:34):
It's great news for Israel, it's great news for the Palestines,
it's great news for Muslims, it's great news for the
Arab countries. It's great news for our country as well.
That is not political. No one should look at it
as political. And this is again I'm going to play
it for you because I think it's important for you

(17:55):
to hear it the present and you can hear the
joy because he is joyful that he's say lives.

Speaker 14 (18:01):
It's a great honor to be involved in it. We
had some tremendous help, as you know, with everybody from
Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner and Marco and we had everybody, JD.
The whole group was just amazing. And the military was,
as you know, very instrumental in getting this done. We
have a great military with great leadership. The whole world

(18:24):
came together, to be honest, so many countries that you
wouldn't have even thought of it and they came together.
The world has come together around this deal, and that's
something I would say that without that wouldn't happen. So
many countries that you wouldn't have thought of have wired
their best wishes and their commitment to do whatever is necessary.

(18:46):
The country surrounding of all signed. I mean, they're all
signed up, and it's been really an amazing period of
time and so great for Israel, so great for Muslims,
for the Arab country is and so great for this country,
for the United States of America, and that we could
be involved in, you know, making a deal like this

(19:08):
happened because it was you know, many years they talked
about peace in the Middle East. This is more than Gaza.
This is peace in the Middle East, and it's an
incredible thing.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
It's an incredible thing.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
President Trump talking about this in a way that I
think everyone should be behind, everyone should be behind him,
and seeing some of the media saying it now the
way that they are saying it is I think good
for the country. I also think having a president that

(19:40):
understands who needs to be at the table to get
it done and sharing the success as he did around
that cabinet table and saying, look, there's others that maybe
I didn't mention. I don't want to offend you. I'm sorry,
but like, thank you. It took a team effort literally
around the world, literally around the world to get this done,

(20:03):
and America led the way. Something else that was amazing
was the jubilant crowds that filled the streets not only
of Gaza, but also in Israel on Thursday to celebrate
the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, minting. The crowds
chanted the name of the United States President Donald Trump
and called friend to receive the Nobel Peace Prize for
brokering the deal. The crowd in Tel Aviv's Hostage Square

(20:25):
was particularly enthusiastic. They waved American flags and chanted Nobel
Prize to Trump. Crowds in Gaza also celebrate the end
of the war and chanted Trump's name in Gaza folks.
An agricultural artist named Peter Winner took his enthusiasm for
Trump as a Nobel laureate to the next level by

(20:47):
writing Nobel for Trump and huge letters on a field
in northern Israel. The Hostages and the mis Seeing Families
forms comprised the families of Amasue kidnapping victims, wrote a
letter to the Nobel Committee on Monday asking him to
honor Trump as well, saying, quote President Trump's determination to
bring peace made possible what many said was impossible.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
We strongly urge you to award President Trump the.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
Nobel Peace Prize because he has vowed he will not
rest and will not stop until every glass hostage is
back home, the families wrote. In the past year, no
leader organizations contributed more to peace around the world than
President Trump. While many have spoken eloquently about peace, he
has achieved it. While others have offered empty promises and

(21:35):
that may have been a jab at Joe Biden, he
has delivered tangible results that have saved countless lives. This
is what I voted for. But this is a day
where every American should be happy, should be thankful, should
be proud of our president, not for political win, but

(21:55):
for a win of humanity and a win about peace.
This first story we're going to be talking about is
one that I hope you will take and you'll share
it on social media wherever you can, because it is
a story that's important, and then the media is deliberately
looking the other way to not cover it is an

(22:16):
important story because it's about the abuse of power and
holding those that abuse their power to accountability. The FBI
Director Cash Pttel has fired agents involved in tracking the
phone calls of eight Republican senators and a congressman as
part of the former Special counsel Jack Smiths investigation, a

(22:40):
sham investigation, and to President Donald J. Trump communication records
belonging to GOP Senators Lindsey Graham, Marsha Blackburn, Ron Johnson,
Josh Hawley, Cynthia Loomis, Bill Haggerty, Dan Sullivan, Tommy Tuberville,
and represented Mike Kelly. We know now for a fact

(23:04):
we're handed over to Smith's Arctic Frost Team after they
subpoened major phone companies in twenty twenty three. The fact
was unknown to the public until this week when Cashpttel
the FBI Director, saying he discovered the files hidden in

(23:25):
a lock box that was placed in a vault in
a cyber place where no one can see or search
these files.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
The FBI director saying, this it in a.

Speaker 11 (23:37):
Lock box, put that lock box in a vault, and
then put that vault in a cyber place where no
one can see or search these files. They're called restricted
access and prohibited access. Restricted access means some people get
to see it. Prohibited access you put it in there
when you want to hide it from the world, and
that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and the

(23:58):
director of the FBI. So not only did they weaponize
this law enforcement, but when we got in there, and
when I got in as the FBI director, from my
experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to look and
what rooms to open and what doors to kick down.
And that's what we did. We found this information to
expose to politicization by Jacksmith and the prior Department of Justice.
I mean, just think about it. Eight City United States

(24:19):
senators phone records were gathered in subpoena through the grand
jury process, and it was buried and wormholed. It was
the hope that no one would find it. So we're
just scratching the surface here, but accountability is coming. We
are finding every single person involved. We will not leave
a single room locked. We will go in through all
the prohibited access requirements and we will find the material

(24:41):
and show the American public like we have done in
this FBI more transformative and transparent than any in the
US history, to bring accountability to the American people. And
we were working with our partners in Congress, who should
be furious at the prior administration's leadership and weaponization in
singular politicization of law enforcement. The American public sees what
we're doing, Sean, with the that you just right off
in the beginning. They see what we're doing here to

(25:04):
unseal the vault and show the world how the deep
state actually operated.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Cashp Hotel, making it clear this is the beginning, not
the end. And if you go back and you actually
look at what he said quote you put it in there,
and when you want to hide it from the world,
and that takes the authorization of the Attorney General and
the director of the FBI. So not only did they
weaponize this law enforcement, but when we got in there,

(25:33):
and when I got to in as the FBI director,
from my experience as Russia Gate, I knew where to
look and what rooms to open and what doors to
knock down.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
And that is what we did. So if you want
to know why.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
The President of the United States of America decided to
pick Casptel to do this job.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
It is exactly for this reason.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
And it goes back to what else he had to say, saying, quote,
we found this information to expose the politicalization.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
By Jack Smith.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Members this the guy in charge of Special Council weaponizing
our government to go after Donald Trump and the prior
Department of Justice, he added, before revealing that he fired
the agents who facilitated the secret investigations into sitting US lawmakers.
Now Holly by the Way Center. Holly, one of the

(26:25):
senators who had his phone calls tracked by the Biden
administration's DOJ, called Smith's subpoena an abuse of power beyond Watergate,
beyond Jaeggar Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution,
the separations of power, and the First Amendment. Holly also

(26:46):
said its time for there to be a special counsel, saying, quote,
we need a full investigation of all involved, who knew
about it, who ordered it, and who approved it. Anyone
and everyone who violated the law must be prosecuted. The
way to save the country is to restore the rule

(27:08):
of law, the sender said. Now, the US Office a
Special Counsel, the OSC, in August opened an investigation into
Jack Smith, who may have unlawfully targeted President Trump, and
that may be where this investigation is going next. Now,
there's another story that I also want to talk to

(27:29):
you about, and it deals with abuse of power. New
York Attorney General Letitia James a story the media is
having to cover right now because, let's be honest, she
built much of her political career on one thing, trying
to put Donald Trump behind bars, attacking Donald Trump. She
even raised money off of attacking Donald Trump instaid if

(27:51):
she was elected she would go after Donald Trump.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
Well.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Now she has been indicted on a bank fraud charge
by a federal grand jury in Virginia. The grand jury
in the Eastern District of Virginia returned the indictment on Thursday.
Earlier this year, the Justice Department confirmed an investigation into
Latsia James over what was described as alleged mortgage fraud.

(28:19):
The probe centers on claims that she misrepresented property records
and loan application to secure more favorable financing. By the way,
that is against the law. According to no letter from
the Federal Housing Finance Director, James allegedly made false statements
on multiple documents, meaning that you can see clearly if

(28:43):
she was lying. That includes listing a Virginia property as
her primary residence when it was in fact not filing
Brooklyn records showing her multifamily building had five units instead
of four. That would be what would be categorized as fraud.

(29:04):
Submitting a mortgage application claiming she was her father's spouse
pretty easy to, you know, prove that that wasn't actually true. Now,
James has been under scrutiny for at least one suspected
instance of misrepresenting an investment property as her primary or
secondary residence, a move that could save thousands in interest

(29:28):
rates as well. The case is being held by the
US Attorney Lindsay Halligan, a Trump appointee. Halligan, by the way,
is new and replaced Eric Siebert, who was ousted after
reportedly showing reluctance to pursue cases. One against James and
the former FBI director James Comey. Both obviously are individuals

(29:52):
that people believe have abused their power, and there are
people that say, I'm one of them, that it's time
to hold those accountable who have lied and weaponized our government.
Now James has responded, and here is part of what
she had to say about the indictment.

Speaker 15 (30:09):
This is nothing more than a continuation of the President's
desperate weaponization of our justice system. He is forcing federal
law enforcement agencies to do his bidding, all because I
did my job as the New York State Attorney General.
These charges are baseless, and the president's own public statements

(30:32):
make clear that his only goal is political retribution at
any cost.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
Let's be clear, Letitia James is the one who has
literally said before that if you would just vote for
and get her in office, she's going to take down
Donald Trump. So much for acting like you're not going
after your political enemies. We also are getting to witness
what the media is doing with this, and they're covering
it as big breaking news news, but they're also trying

(31:01):
to see can they spin it to hurt Donald Trump,
claiming he's just going after his political enemies and acting
as if somehow mortgage fraud.

Speaker 1 (31:10):
Is not a big deal.

Speaker 2 (31:12):
Here's how they broke the news on CNN, CNN Drinking News.

Speaker 10 (31:18):
Welcome to the lead on Jake Tapper, and we start
with some shocking breaking news in our law Injustice lead.
Just moments ago to two sources telling CNN that the
Justice Department indicted yet another one of President Trump's perceived
political opponents. This time it was New York Democratic Attorney
General Letitia James. She was charged in a federal court

(31:38):
in a grand jury in Alexandria, Virginia. Today, you will
remember James brought civil fraud charges alleging financial fraud against
Trump and his adult sons in his real estate business
in New York back in twenty twenty two. A judge
found them lible and ordered a three hundred and fifty
fifty five million dollar fine, which Trump appealed. And this
obviously comes in the context of President Trump demanding that

(32:01):
the Eastern District of Virginia, the US Attorney there carry
out orders to go after his political opponents. James Comey,
who has been indicted Letitia James, who as of today
has been indicted. Democratic Senator Adam Schiff is the third
that he mentioned in that public truth social post at
the Wall Street Joeneral reports was accidentally posted publicly was

(32:23):
meant to be a private message to his Attorney General,
Pam BONDI with me here in New York site.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
By the way, let's just stop there.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
Isn't amazing that they actually overlook the crimes that these
people are accused of committing. And isn't amazing that the
same people that were screaming when Donald Trump was indicted
on ridiculous in bogus charges, saying well, he's been charged,
he's going to be a raided, he's going to have
a mug shot, he's going to be in court, are
now acting as if this is all news that you
should just look the other way on. There is one,

(32:53):
by the way, one of those that was a part
of the hoax January sixth committee, a guy by the
name of Adam Kinsinger who is at least somewhat honest
on CNN about this fraud mortgage fraud charged against Statisia James,
and I want you to hear what he.

Speaker 10 (33:08):
Said, that people's trusted our system, Congressman, I mean, live
by the sword, die by the sword.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Is that the way the system should be?

Speaker 4 (33:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 16 (33:18):
No, I mean, look, I think two days can be
true here. I think the first thing is Letitia James
never should have made those comments. She never should have
run on. I'm going to go after him before she's
seen the evidence, before she's had anything that was wrong,
not illegal, that was wrong. And then at the same time,
there is no doubt and I mean we can argue

(33:40):
about it, but there's no doubt that this thing went.
They went after her specifically for retribution, specifically because it
was her. I mean, all you have to do is
read the president's accidental fake tweet or whatever thing that's
called posts and know that he was basically saying, Pam,
here are two people we have to go after. And

(34:01):
then all of a sudden, boy, just miraculously, a new
person comes in after the other person said that they
didn't have enough.

Speaker 4 (34:07):
To make a case and get in dieted.

Speaker 16 (34:09):
This thing, probably, like like Comy's, is either going to
be thrown out. I'm not a lawyer, so who knows
either be thrown out before trial or certainly will be
will be seen as what it is, which is revenge.
But I think we can hold Anderson. Both things are true.
Letitia James never should have said that in the campaign.
And also they are going after her for one reason

(34:31):
because it's her.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
So there you have it.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Well, Tessa James as well, you know, probably did something wrong,
and you know, maybe she didn't commit mortgage fraud, but hey,
they shouldn't go after because she went after them first
in a political way. That is some weird leftist logic.
But the one thing that we can be sure about
is this. Donald Trump ran on and said he was

(34:56):
going to hold those accountable who abuse their position of
power to go after their political enemies. And what we're
witnessing right now is the deep state crumbling, and those
that went after the president only for political reasons are
now being held accountable for their own actions that apparently
now include mortgage fraud. Don't forget share this podcast please

(35:21):
with your family and your friends where whoever they are,
and I will see you back here tomorrow.
