1. Donald Trump’s Allegations Against Major Banks

  • Trump alleges that JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America refused to do business with him after his presidency, despite his substantial assets and long-standing relationships with the banks.
  • He claims this was part of a broader trend of “debanking” conservatives, Christians, and Trump supporters, citing political discrimination.
  • Trump recounts being forced to close accounts and having a billion-dollar deposit rejected, attributing the actions to pressure from bank regulators influenced by the Biden administration.
  • He vows to use executive orders to prevent political debanking in the future.

2. Accusations of Gerrymandering in Democratic States

  • Ben criticizes mainstream media and Democratic politicians for allegedly downplaying or ignoring gerrymandering in liberal strongholds.
  • It presents data from states like California, Massachusetts, New York, and others, showing a significant disparity between conservative vote share and their representation in congressional seats.
  • The author argues that Democratic-led gerrymandering is more severe than what is often criticized in Republican states, calling out media figures like Jake Tapper for biased reporting.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
And I believe that Biden or Kamala and I don't
think they're smart enough to do. But the people that
are surrounding the beautiful Resolute desk, you know, the high
IQ people that are radical left. I believe they told
the Banking Commission, the bankers that the banking regulators do
everything you can to destroy Trump. And guess what, I'm presidents, how.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Did that happen?

Speaker 3 (00:24):
If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with
Ben ferguson.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Good Wednesday morning, Nice to have you with us on
the forty seven Morning Update, And we've got two big
stories for you this morning. First up, a major update
on the President fighting back against banks, big banks that
he now says d banked tim after he left the
White House.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
In twenty sixteen.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
You are not going to want to miss what the
President had to say as he called in to CNBC
to set the record straight about what happened to him
and so many of the businesses that he ran. Also,
you're hearing a lot about jerry mandering. What's happening the
redistricting in Texas? So what does it look like in
Texas the map they've drawn compared to what Democrats have

(01:06):
been doing all over the country. You're going to want
to hear the details of just how corrupt the media
is and covering for the Democrats, and just how bad
it is for Republicans and Democratic led states.

Speaker 4 (01:20):
But first I gotta ask you a question.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Are you one of those that's just so tired of
giving your money to radical left woke companies that actually
are fighting against your values every day?

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Well, there are certain bills that you pay.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Every month that if you can go with a conservative company,
why not do it? In fact, why not go with
a conservative company that actually takes part of your bill
every month that you're going to pay to somebody, and
they give it back to organizations that support your First
and your Second Amendment rights, that support the rights of
unborn children, that stand with our military, are first responders

(01:57):
and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well, that
bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill. And
I've been telling you for a long time about Patriot Mobile.
But there's no better time to switch than right now.
Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all three major
networks in this country, yeah, all three. That means you
get the same great coverage you're used to right now.

(02:19):
But you also make a difference with every call you
make and every text you make. And why would you
want to give your money to Big Mobile? Big Mobile
has been giving big donations to democratic causes, democratic candidates,
and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations that actually
support abortion. That is why I want you to switch

(02:41):
right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and make the switch,
and it's so easy. All you have to do is
simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
from the comfort of your home or your office and
they'll have you activated in minutes. And if you're still
locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots Mobile contract
buy out program covers up to five hundred dollars per device.

(03:04):
Keep your same number, keep your phone, or upgrade do
a new one. So back to my point, what are
you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and make a
difference every single day with every call you make. Patriot
Mobile dot com slash ferguson that's Patriot Mobile dot com
slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot And if

(03:25):
you use the promo code ferguson, you're gonna get a
free month of service on top of that Patriot Mobile
dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. That's
Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven to
two Patriot. It's the forty seven Morning Update, and it
starts right now.

Speaker 3 (03:43):
Story number one.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
I've got a very important update for you on a
story that we talked about yesterday, and it was the
claim by Donald Trump that banks had been d banking
conservative groups, Christian organizations, Second Amendment organizations.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
And now we know even more about how banks had
been dbanking Donald Trump after he left the White House.
In twenty sixteen, in an interview on CNBC, Donald Trump
said that JP Morgan, Chase and Bank of America, two
of the biggest banks in this country, refused to do

(04:20):
business with him, despite him having hundreds of million in
cash and longstanding customer relationships with them. He alleged in
the interview that JP Morgan asked him to close decades
old accounts with just twenty days' notice, and that Bank
of America even declined his depositive over one billion dollars.

(04:43):
Trump attributed this to political bias, saying they discriminated against
many conservatives, many Trump supporters, and many Christians. Supporters of
Donald Trump, like tech investor Mark Andresen, have echoed broader
claims of conservatives being quote de banked, including crypto entrepreneurs,

(05:05):
under what they called Operation Checkpoint two point zero, which
brings us to the draft executive order that I told
you about yesterday. It would penalize banks for political debanking.
I want you to hear President Donald Trump calling out
the JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Diamond for debanking him,

(05:27):
and also calling out Bank of America as he tells
a story of what happened when he left the White House.
The first time I did discriminate.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
I had JP Morgan Chase. I had hundreds of millions
of dollars in cash. I could see if they want to,
you know, if they want to do something bad because
you don't have any money and you're defaulted, and they
took people out. But I'll give you me as an example.
I had hundreds of millions. I had many many accounts
loaded up with cash. I was loaded up with cash,

(05:55):
and they told me, I'm sorry, sir, we can't have you.
You have twenty days to get out. I said, you
got to be kidding. I've been with you for thirty
five forty years, they said, And I mean I had
all this guy, I didn't know what to do with it.
And I went to and you could ask him. Maybe
he's not going to admit it. So I said, you know,
I was informed by my people that we have to

(06:16):
get out of a Chaseman and and that's Jamie and
JP Morgan Chase. So I said, I can't believe it. Well,
I was never in this situation before. I've never had
anything like it. And it's not like g You're defaulted
and alone. You know, Jesus if I could understand that,
that's different. But there's no default. I mean, there's nothing
but caresh. It's a really gut I have a really

(06:36):
great company. And then what happens is I call a
Bank of America routinely, because when I was president, this
was after I got out of the way. I call
it Bank of America routinely, and I speak to him,
and I speak to a couple of people, and they
have zero interest. Brian was kissing my ass when I
was president, and when I called him after I was
president to deposit a billion dollars plus and a lot

(06:59):
of other things. More importantly, to open accounts, which banks
always like. They like accounts because they get interest free,
you know, the overnights and things are a lot of
reasons for it, but they like accounts. I had hundreds
of accounts, and he said, we can't do it. No,
we can't do it. So I went to another, one,
another one another one. I ended up going to small
banks all over the place. I mean I was putting
ten million here, ten million there, did five million, ten million,

(07:23):
twelve million and a half them all over the That's
the craziest thing. And it's lucky I even had them.
They were doing me a favor. And that's because the
banks discriminated against me very badly. And I was very
good to the banks. I had the greatest economy in
the history of ock country when I was president. And
by the way, our economy now will blow that away.
And you see it happening. But our economy now, because

(07:43):
we're a rich country against because of our trade deals,
we've become a rich country again. But now they totally
discriminate against I think me, maybe even more. But they
discriminated against many conservatives.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
You know.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
I told that story and sitting around tables with other
people that were conservative or trump'supp I think the word
might be Trump supporters more than conservative, and I believe
what they did is they went to the regulators. You know,
banks are not afraid of anything but a regulator, their regulators,
and their wives. They're more afraid of their wives than
the regulators.

Speaker 4 (08:13):
But the.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Group they're really afraid of his bank regulators.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
President Trump making it very clear he's not backing down
from this. He believes many others were the bank just
like he was, and saying he's going to use executive
orders to make sure it never happens again.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Now, story number two.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
You've probably seen the story about Democrats from Texas state
legislature fleeing the state, many of them to Illinois so
that they didn't have to deal with redistricting. And democrats
and the media like or are joining hand in hand
to make sure they lie to you about the reality
of jerry mandering in this country, which happens overwhelmingly in

(08:53):
democratic states. Now, what they're doing in Texas is very
clearly not jerry mandering, you see it from the maps
that they've made public. What is happening in other states
is shocking, and in other states, what's even more shocking
is how the media didn't freak out about it. Insert
CNN's Jake Tapper claiming that democratic jerrymandering, for example, in

(09:15):
Illinois is merely quote an exception to the rule, and
he says the worst offenders are really republican states without
any evidence. But hey, who needs evidence when you're Jake Tapper,
listen to his own words on his own show.

Speaker 5 (09:30):
Look at the map, right. You have some exceptions, like Illinois,
there's blatant democratic jerrymandering, but most of the worst offenders
when it comes to jerrymandering are Republican states such as Taxis.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
So let's just talk for a moment about what it
looks like in liberal states. Red states, by the way,
got nothing on blue state jerry mandering, and we have
the numbers to back it up. Let's take a look
at California, and, by the way, everything I'm telling you
right now, this is why I do this show, So
please make sure you share this wherever you can on

(10:07):
social media. California, we're going to start with forty percent
of the state wide vote is read. That's right, forty
percent of the state wide vote. So what does it
look like when it comes to conservatives? Conservatives only have
seventeen percent of the seats there in California, nine out

(10:28):
of the fifty two. Take a look at Massachusetts, thirty
five percent is read of the state wide votes, zero
percent of the seats that's right, zero out of nine
go to conservatives.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
That's jerrymandering.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Connecticut, thirty eight percent of the state wide votes are conservative,
yet zero percent of the seats, zero out of five
in Connecticut are for conservatives.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
Take a look at New York.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
We're forty two percent of the state wide vote it's
go to conservatives, and only twenty six point nine percent
of the seats, seven out of twenty six go to conservatives.
Take a look at New Jersey. New Jersey actually has
forty three percent conservative when it comes to statewide vote.
Only twenty five percent of the seats, however, go to conservatives,

(11:18):
just three out of twelve.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
Then you move to Maryland.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Thirty eight percent of the state wide vote is conservative,
yet twelve percent of the seats only one out of
eight in Maryland goes to conservatives. Look at New Mexico,
for example, forty four percent of the statewide vote goes
to conservatives, so surely that would be proportional, right, in representation. No,

(11:42):
zero percent of the seats, zero out of three in
New Mexico go to conservatives. Look at Hawaii, thirty percent
of the state wide vote goes to conservatives and zero
percent of the seats, yet again zero out of two
go to conservatives. That's called jerrymandering or a in is
another great example and a shocking example of jerry mandering.

(12:04):
Forty two percent of the state wide vote goes to conservatives,
yet sixteen percent of the seats, or one out of
six is a conservative. In Washington State, thirty eight percent
of the vote goes to conservatives, but only sixteen percent
of the seats. One out of six seats is a
conservative seat. Washington State, a state where there are thirty

(12:26):
eight percent of the vote statewide goes to conservatives and
only two out of the ten seats there are conservatives
just twenty percent. How about Rhode Island, thirty eight percent
of the state wide voters for conservatives and zero of
the seats, zero out of two go to conservatives. So
when you look at this type of media misinformation, it

(12:48):
gives people like Gavin Newsom license to suppress votes even further.
It's also well jerry Mannering and it's significantly worse than
what they're claiming is Jerry Mannering in Texas.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
It's actually not.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
It's disgusting, but yes, the media is going to lie
to you and they're going to continue to lie about
this exact issue, and that's exactly why you shouldn't fall
for it.
