Speaker 1 (00:01):
Donald Trump not holding back his thoughts on John Brennan
and James Coming. They're both under investigation apparently right now.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
I'm going to give you the latest on that.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
As the former CIA director went on TV today, I
don't know if this is a very smart move, saying
I don't know what they're investigating me about.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'm going to have that for you in a moment.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
We're also going to deal with the sanctuary cities, and
they are piling up now. This is clearly part of
the Democrats plan to stand up to Donald Trump and
the actual law.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
And they're saying we're sanctuary city.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
ICE agents aren't welcome this after there were agents that
were actually attacked. I'm going to give you that story
also in just a minute. Well, I mean also reminds
you about my good friends over at Patriot Mobile. I
realize there are many choices when it comes to who
you choose for your cell phone service, but there are
new ones popping up all the time.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Here's the truth.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
There's only one that boldly stands the gap for every
America that believes that freedom is actually worth fighting for,
and that's Patrion Mobile.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
For more than twelve years, Mobile has.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Been on the front lines fighting for our God given
rights and freedoms, while also providing you exceptional nationwide cell
phone service with access to not one, not two, but
all three of the main networks in the country.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
So don't just take my word for it.

Speaker 1 (01:15):
You can ask literally the hundreds of thousands Americans who
made the switch and are now supporting causes they believe
in with every phone call they made. Because Patriot Mobile,
they take it out five percent of your bill every
single month, no.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Extra cost to you.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
They give it back to organizations at supporter first or
Second Amendment rights that also stand with our wounded warriors
and those that have fallen serving our country.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
That is why I want you to switch Patriot Mobile.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Switching's never been easier, activating minutes from the comfort of
your home or office. Keep your same number, keep your
same phone, or upgrade to a new one. So go
to Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson. That's my last name,
he's promo code Ferguson. You're gonna have to get a
free month of service. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash
Ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot and you can
make the switch today. All right, So let me give

(02:04):
you the background on this first big story. John Brennan,
former CIA director, he went out on TV today and
he responded to the FBI launching this investigation into John
Brennan and James Comy over the Trump Russia probe. Now,
the FBI launching this investigation into the former CIA director
and the FBI director with their roles surrounding President Donald

(02:28):
Trump and the Russian alleged collusion.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Now, the reality is this is a coup attempt.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
The deep state said, we don't like Donald Trump, can't
believe the American people voted for him. We thought we'd
gotten this thing rigged Hillary Clinton loss, why she sucked
as a candidate. We all know that Donald Trump wins.
And they're like, all right, well, here's what we're gonna do.
We're just gonna get rid of Donald Trump, and we're
gonna impeach him, and we're gonna say that he was
doing all these terrible.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Things, and then we'll put some of his friends in jail.
They'll give us.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Something illegal that he did, and then bam, it's a
coup attempt, and now we get to do exactly what
we want. That didn't work out the way they thought
it was going too clearly, now they've raided his house,
they went to mar A Lago, they try to lock
up his family. They'll never stop because they're the deep State.
But John Brennan is now going out on national TV
and he's saying a.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Bunch of things. Now, let me also be clear.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
The President at the at a meeting today at the
White House. He was asked by the press about this,
and I want you to hear what he had to
say in his own words. Listen carefully as the press says, Hey,
what about this investigation.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
President Trump?

Speaker 3 (03:28):
James Comy, and John Brennan now under criminal investigation.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Related to the Trump Rush of probe? Do you want
to see these two guys behind bars?

Speaker 4 (03:38):
Well, I know nothing about it other than what I
read today, but I will tell you I think they're
very dishonest people. I think they're crooked as hell, and
maybe they have to pay a price for that. I
believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people. So
whatever happens happens.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
I love his response. Whatever happens happens, right, President Trump reacting, Well,
I don't really know here. I'm not saying they should
be in jail. I think they're very dishonest people. I
think they're very cricket people. And you know, I think
they're a crooked as hell, and maybe they have to
pay a price for that, he said. I believe they
are truly bad people and dishonest people. So whatever happens
happens now. This is like the ultimate game of chess,

(04:21):
right Others are playing checkers. Others are playing checkers, and
he's playing chess right now.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
And there's people that are.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Trying to like distract him from the real issues here.
And the reality is the president is going to be
able to pull this off and sit back and see
what actually happens.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
There's also something else I want to play for you.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
John Brennan, he was asked about this investigation. Here's what
he had to say on MSNBC about it, acting like
he knows nothing about it all, Like I don't know anything.
I don't know anything that's going on. I'm just John Brennan,
former CIA director. I'm just sitting in my house, just
doing an interview on US.

Speaker 5 (05:00):
Now is our guest John Brennan here for his first
public comments on this news.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Director Brennan, thank you.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
For being here.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Good to see Nicole, tell me if I have.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Left anything out of the fact pattern, if you go
back to your role in government and the way the
assessment was put together about Russia's role in the twenty
sixteen presidential election.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yeah, well, as Jogi Berra has famously said, as stajaboo
all over again, it is hard to believe that here
you are, eight and a half years afterward, we're still
going over at this ground that has been I think
fairly well and exhaustively plowed. First of all, I should
say I know nothing about this reported investigation or referral
to the dj other than what I've read in these
press reports, these leaks which are not really supposed to

(05:49):
happen if there is an investigation going on. Secondly, nobody
from the FBI or Department of Justice for CIA has
reached out to me at all. So I am just
waiting to hear more about what this might be. And
so again I appreciate the opportunity to.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Talk to you today.

Speaker 3 (06:05):
I'm very proud of the work that the women and
men of the CIA and of other elements the intellis
community did eight and a half years ago when they
put together this Intelligence Community assessment. We went to great
lens to protect the integrity of the process, the integrity
and the sensitivity of the intelligence involved, as well as
to protect the identities of individuals that may have been
implicated in some of this intelligence, including from the Trump administration.

(06:28):
And so we went to whatever lens we needed to
do to go to in order to make sure that
we're able to follow through with the President Obama's request
that a comprehensive and exhaustive review be done of Russian
interference in twenty sixteen election, because he and others realized
that the Russians were going to continue to do this
in subsequent elections, and he wanted to make sure that

(06:49):
we were going to have the collection of information and
intelligence that we then could hand over to our successors.
And as you pointed out, it had been US reviews
of this intelscreeny assessment, and the process went through the
bipartisans and in tells US to good report, to the
Dorm investigation, other types of things which validated it. And indeed,

(07:10):
as you pointed out, the CI note this tradecraft review,
and I will point out there was a serious violation
in terms of what they did. They never interviewed me
or Jim Clapper, two of the people involved in this
before putting this thing out, But it says in there
that the rigor of the analysis in that intel screen
assessment exceeded that of most other Intelscomuny assessments. So again,

(07:32):
I think this is unfortunately a very sad and tragic
example of the continued politization of the intelli's community, of
the nascrity process, And quite frankly, I'm really shocked that
individuals who are willing to sacrifice their reputations, their credibility,
their decency to continue to do Donald Trump's bidding on

(07:53):
something that clearly is just politically based.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
Jeff, politically based. So let me get this straight.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
The same guy that pushed Russia collusion to try to
overthrow the will of the people is now claiming that
when we're investigating him for knowingly perpetrating a lie on
the American people and trying to overthrow the will of
the people in a free and fair election, it is
just partisan and political. Now, Now, I also go back

(08:22):
to the point that he made, which is, I don't
believe that John Brennan, the Formacy director, is this dumb
at all. I think he knows exactly what he's doing,
and he said in the interview quote, I'm clueless about
what it is exactly.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
That they are investigating me for.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Really, you don't know that it's for exactly what I
just told you it's for, Like you're this dumb. I
don't believe you. I think the American people, by the way,
do not believe you. And I think this is a
moment in time. You're going to remember this for a
long time. John Brennan now on the other end of it,

(08:59):
what he used to do to other people is now
happening to him. But the difference is he went after
innocent people and John Brennan very well could be guilty
as hell. In fact, let me just play for you
this back and forth MSNBC John Brennan in him acting
like the dumbest CIA director in the world, like I
don't know what they're doing. I don't know why they'd
be investigating me.

Speaker 5 (09:20):
My colleague Kendelanian is reporting that TJ has essentially confirmed
a criminal investigation has been opened or a referral has
been made. Do you believe that to be true? And
if that's the case, what would the process be for
you to be aware of that, made aware of that.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
Quite factly, I don't know what is true.

Speaker 3 (09:46):
You know, there's so many things that get out into
the media bloodstream, and it's interesting that it was I
think Fox News and your posts or reporting things like this.
So I don't know whether or not there's any validity
to it. If there is, it was referral is an investigation.
Presumably if there is an investigation, that people will be questioned.
I would be questioned about it. But again I've had

(10:07):
no contact from them. But again I testified in front
of many many congressional committees in the House and the
Senate over the years, and I continue to explain exactly
what we did during this process, why we tried to
make sure we stay true to our intelligence responsibilities and
that we were not going to do anything at all
to try to interfere in that election. And again it

(10:29):
was a challenging time, but also one I think that
the people who actually worked this, both in terms of
trying to collect intelligence prior to the election and then
the ones who put together intell assessment, they really I
think showed the best of what the intelligence community and
what CIA is made of. So again I am clueless
about what it is exactly that they may be investigating

(10:51):
me for cluus.

Speaker 1 (10:53):
I'm just clueus about exactly what they may be investigating me.
For you the CI director, former CIED direct come on
really like for real. He also, by the way, wasn't
done there. He wanted to go after Donald Trump as well.
And he's trying to say to all parsonship, that's the
same guy that weaponized the CIA to try to overthrow
the will of the people, knowing that what he was

(11:16):
pushing was a lie, knowing that there was no collusion
between Donald Trump and Russia, and now he's using the
same type of line to like flip it and be like, oh, well,
we're just we're just you know, Donald Trump's gone rogue here.

Speaker 5 (11:31):
What do you think will happen next? If Ratcliffe's note
has been sent along to dj AS has been reported
as some sort of predicate to investigate you criminally.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
I don't know. It's so said and tragic, and you know,
I keep thinking, Okay, this is the authoritarian playbook. We've
seen this play out so many times, and unfortunately, I
think we're seeing it play out. And a number of
academics and writers have pointed out that Carl Schmidt, who
was a German jurist, political philosopher and writer in the
nineteen thirties. His thesis, which Nazi Germany and you know

(12:08):
basically took up, was don't worry about doing something that
is ethical or principled or good or right. Do whatever
you can to win. Vanquish your adversaries, vanquish your enemies.
And unfortunately, we have seen that happening overseas. We've seen
it in victor orban and Hungary, We've seen it with
blablak Putin, we see it in China. The places we
see it also in terms of you know, some of

(12:30):
the foreign policies of being implemented, including you know, in
the Middle East right now. So I really am very
worried that what we're seeing now in this chapter of
American history is a sad deterioration of I think, the
respect for the rule of law and for our system
of government. And if a president of the United States

(12:50):
is willing to weaponize intelligence and justice, and you know,
law enforcement investigators and the people who headed these departments
and agencies are willing to bow to it, we really
are in deep, deep trouble, which was why I think
so many people are worried about the direction this country
is taken. So this whole thing about the CI note

(13:10):
and this possible referral of me and criminal investigation, I
think is just symptomatic of a much broader disease that
we are confronting right now in terms of how our
democratic principles are being eroded and corroded as a result
of this authoritarian march that we are witnessing every day.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
I love how they go back this every time he
realizes now he's been busted, he realizes how much trouble
he's in, he's playing dumb, and then he goes back to, well,
Donald Trump is going to be a dictator and a
tyrant and he's no different than Vladimir Putin. And I'll
just slander him and say how terrible he is, even
of the American people chose him again, right, Like, the

(13:51):
American people chose him again. And he's like, and this
is just what dictators and tyrants do. And they run
down this road and they're just psycho and they're and
you know, and I don't even know what they're investigating
me for.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
And this is just.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
Another one of those examples, Like I'm sorry, it makes
me laugh. It makes me laugh because everything that he
is accusing Donald Trump of doing is exactly what the
former FBI director James Comy and the CIA director FORMERCYIA
director John Brennan did, Like every single thing that they say.

(14:23):
They weaponized the government. They went after his family, they
went after his friends, they went after the people that
worked with him. Why did they do that. They did
it for one reason, leverage. They were trying to overthrow
the will of the people. It was a coup attempt.
That is what it was, plain and simple. It was

(14:43):
a coup attempt.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
And so now that it's being investigated.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
For literally what it was, it's like there's this moment
where they're like, all right, what do I go back
to it?

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Let's just go back to work.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Last time, We'll just say Donald Trump is you know,
orange Man, evil, orange Man, bad, Orange Man is the dictator.
Orange Man's a tyrant. Orange Man's the worst person in
the world, right, Donald Trump's worse, worse, worse, worse, worse person.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
In the world.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
And we just say that over and over and over
and over and over again. And if we just keep
saying that, then at some point maybe somebody will believe
and somehow believe that I'm the victim, that I'm that
somehow I'm the bad guy, that I that you know,
or that I'm the victim and.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Trump's the bad guy, is the best, the better way
of saying it.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
I don't want anybody, by the way, to go to
jail because they're a Democrat. I don't want anybody to
go to jail because they're a partisanship. I want law
and order. If John Brennan or James Comey actually broke
the law, they should be held accountable for it. When
they to abuse your position of power, like the CIA
director can basically do and see and has unlimited funds

(15:54):
to do and whatever they want to do. But when
they when they push propaganda on the American people the
way they did to interfere with an election, and then
when that didn't work, they're still like.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Eh, you know, like let's just let's just start.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
Entrapping people, just like General Flynn. They entrapped General Flynn.
We all know it.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
And so when that happens, you have to look at.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
This and you have to think to yourself, is there
anything that these people who are the leaders of the
Democratic Party. By the way, I'll say it again, the
democratic parce dead is filled with Marxist socialists and communist
dictators and tyrants. John Brennan's a dictator and tyrant, no
doubt about it. James Comey, same thing. They didn't get
their way, right. They couldn't alter and change an election. Okay,

(16:40):
they couldn't do it. They couldn't alter and they couldn't
change an election. So what do they do. They try
to just overthrow the will of the people. By the way,
they were trying to alter and change it, and they
failed at it, and they still said, don't worry, we've
got this.

Speaker 2 (16:54):
We'll come back.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Don't worry, We'll still do it. Don't don't like, don't
don't worry, we will still do it. We got this.
Remember Peter Struck and Lisa Page I think that was
their names. Uh remember remember when they were like, hey,
we're gonna stop him. Don't worry, we're gonna stop him,
referring to Trump after he got elected. And by the way,
that's exactly what they tried to do.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Like they did. They tried to stop him. They tried
to stop.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Like, believe them when they when they tell you what
they're thinking. When those text messages came out. I'm like, yeah,
there's a deep state. There is a deep state where
this is actually what they believe, and they believe that
they get to play above the rules of law that
you and I have to play by. Anybody else does
what these guys are doing, we'd be in prison, I
have no doubt about it. But they think, well, I'm

(17:41):
in charge, so I can do whatever the hell I
want to do, I can overthrow our own government.

Speaker 2 (17:48):
Go back to Joe Biden last point on this.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
You have people in our government that knew he was
incapacity and they said, we don't care, just weaken at
Bernie's him, and we'll run the country even though we're
elected by knowing that is also a coup attempt in
a very different way.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
Never ever, ever forget that.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
All right, I want to move to another subject real quick.
That is also one that goes back to Democrats. Make
it clear they don't respect our laws in this country.
It's very much what I was just talking about with
the FBI, A former FBI and former CIA director, like,
they do not respect our laws. We are now saying,
and I guess this is like the Democrats mayors unionizing

(18:30):
around the country. Uh, Chicago mayor coming out saying the
city police won't cooperate with ICE. Now, you got to
ask yourself the question why would they not cooperate with ICE?
It is because they love illegal immigrants. They do not
care about their own citizens at all. The Chicago Mayor,

(18:53):
Brandon Johnson getting in with the La mayor now and
said today that again, this is another example of how
psycho the left has become, that the Wendy City Police
will not ever cooperate with immigration comstoms enforcement ICE authorities.
You know, again, it's uncomfortable at a time in which
so many working people and poor people need government to

(19:17):
show up for them, that this administration, the Trump administration,
has caused so much consternation division, is what Johnson said
at a press conference. He was responding, by the way,
to a question about whether the city would use the
police department to shield students from federal agents conducting immigration
raids without warrants, saying, quote, look, we are a welcoming

(19:38):
city ordinance, so you are clearly saying come here and.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Break the law.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Our local police department will never, ever, will not cooperate
with ICE, whatever their concertitional authority is. That is obviously
relegated to the Trump administration of our sister agency. City
departments have been thoroughly briefed by a corporate council and
I'll pass it over to her in a second about
what they can and cannot do.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
Now.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
Look, Johnson is a Democrat, a hardcore Democrat, and the
murder capital of the country. He's been a fierce critic
of the Republican administration and the use of ICE to
carry out immigration enforcement activities, which he says, we don't
do that in Chicago. In June, by the way, the
Chicago Sometimes reported that he that he urged city residents

(20:26):
to rise up in this moment against ICE, saying, quote,
this is a necessary fight for all of us to
be able to push back. Johnson said, quote whether we
use the courts or whether we continue to protest and
raise our voices to scent matters in this moment. It's
a war on our culture. So again, we don't have

(20:48):
American culture. We're not a nation. We are some kumbaya,
some culture of lawbreakers, right, that's what he's saying we
are in this country. I couldn't disagree with them more.
He goes on to say it's a war we are
on our democracy. Well, hold on, democracy is about the
rule of law. You guys are saying, we refuse to
respect the rule of law, and you refuse to respect

(21:09):
constitutional law, you refuse to respect the president of the
United States of America. You're making up your own rules
as you go. That's not a democracy, is it. He
goes on to say, it's a war on our humanity.
Tell that to the victims of illegal immigrants who have
committed crimes. Tell that to the Americans that were under

(21:29):
employed because of.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
The legal immigrant labor.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
By the way, we're witnessing a massive change right now
and the number of Americans you are being hired because
there are legal immigrants that are leaving this country on
their own accordance, having a huge impact for American workers.
Another great example of what they don't want to tell you.
He said, it's a war on our humanity. I'm counting
on all of Chicago to resist in this moment because

(21:56):
whatever particularly vulnerable group is being target today, another group
will be next. None of us are immune from this disease. Okay,
so if I want law and order, I am now
being referred to as a disease. Now, why would he
do that? Well, because he when you have a disease, right,
what do you do? You get rid of it? You
exterminate it. That's very much how Adolf Hitler was talking

(22:20):
back in the day about the Jews. Never forget right,
they were a disease that must be we must get
rid of.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Well, now the Chicago mayor.

Speaker 1 (22:28):
Is referring to Trump supporters the same way that Adolf
Hitler referred to the Jews. It's pretty impressive for the
Chicago mayor. Chicago Mayor is also now called on the
House Speaker Mike Johnson to quote speak up about ICE
mass deportation operations, which he is also describing ready for
this as terrorism. So he's defending the people in the

(22:51):
MS thirteen gangs and the gang bangers and the drug dealers,
the MS thirteen guys, And he's saying, because we want
law and order, and because ICE is coming in and
trying to restore law and order and get rid of
the worst among us, especially in the legal immigrant community,

(23:11):
we are now terrists. And if you're in favor of this,
you are a terrorist. This is terrorism. According to the
New York Post. By the way, more than fifty one
thousand legal immigrants have made their way to Chicago from
the southern border since August thirty first of last year.
So just to put it in perspective, how many people
are going to Chicago and last week Trump's borders are

(23:35):
Tom Homan appeared on Fox News where he slammed the
new app called ice Block that is reportedly being used
to alert people of sightings of ICE agents. Homan said,
quote assault ICE against ICE agents that were five hundred percent.
Now you've got an app that's going to tell where
the ICE operations are going, to tell me amount of

(23:57):
time before the ICE agents are ambush by some nut
like what happened in La throwing them out, these molotov cocktails,
throwing bricks at these officers. This is just disgusting at
every level. Now, the scary part about what I just
read for you is what he had to say, and
he did predict the future.

Speaker 2 (24:19):
How do we know this?

Speaker 1 (24:20):
There has been a rise in threats which now being
reported against federal law enforcement. A shooter decided to ambush
the Texas Border Patrol agents. An active shooter killed in
an attempt to ambush Border patrol agents in Texas. We
also know from another headline that eleven were arrested for

(24:41):
plotting an ambush to kill ice corrections officers. Now let
me go back to the story about the ambush and
the Border patrol agents in Texas. I want you to
take a listen to Center Mullen praising the border wall
funding in Trump's big beautiful bill, talking about how important
it is.

Speaker 2 (24:59):
That we get it's border security.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
And then I want you to know about this shooter
that was armed with tactical gear and a rifle opened
fire on Border patrol agents.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
They arrived at the Border Patrol.

Speaker 1 (25:11):
Annex facility in McAllen, Texas and the Rio Gram Valley
on Monday. Agents and local police, thank goodness, returned fire
and killed the gunman. No federal agents, by the way,
were hit, but one McCallan police officer was struck. Law
enforcement sources said the officers in stable condition think the lord.
The official comment was this this morning, an individual opened

(25:34):
fire at the entrance to the United States Border Patrol
Sector Annex and McCallen, Texas. Both Border Patrol agents and
local police helped neutralize the shooter. The Department of Homeland
Security said and statement quote, this is an ongoing investigation
led by the FBI, and more information will be shared
as it becomes available.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
Now.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Law enforcement believes the attack was a purposeful quote ambush
targeting border patrol officials. Local police said they will hold
the news conference and they would tell more when they could.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
I want you to hear part of what well.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Tom Homan also had to say about interior enforcement, he
says is key to border security.

Speaker 6 (26:13):
Several suspects are now in custody after a Texas police
officer was shot in the neck while responding to a
call outside of an ice facility. So it happened in Alvareto,
which is near Fort Worth. This was over the holiday
weekend and Jonathan Hunt is following this story for us
HI Jonathan.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Good morning Dana.

Speaker 7 (26:29):
This all played out in the late evening of July
fourth outside the Prairie Land Detention Center in Alvarado. Police
officers responded to a call about a suspicious person outside
the center. When they arrived, they saw someone who appeared
to have a gun. One of the Alvarado officers tried
to talk to that person, and at that point several

(26:50):
other people opened fire on the officer, who was hit
in the neck. He was treated at a local hospital
and has since been released. Officers arrested a number of
peace people at the scene. A motive for the attack
is still being investigated, but the Department of Homeland Security
said a group of more than a dozen people had
slashed tires of federal vehicles and damaged security cameras at

(27:14):
the ICE facility. There was also another attack on an
ICE facility in Portland, Oregon, Friday night, a facility that
has been the site of an ongoing protest for several weeks.
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche wrote on x Saturday morning, quote,
we are closely monitoring the attacks on DHS detention facilities

(27:36):
in Praerriland, Texas and Portland, Oregon, and are coordinating with
the USAOs and.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Our law enforcement partners.

Speaker 7 (27:43):
The Department has zero tolerance for assaults on federal officers
or property and will bring the full weight of the
law against those responsible now both at tax Daina happened
on the day President Trump signed his domestic policy bill
into law, a bill of colls that includes some forty
five billion dollars to expand the capacity of immigration detention

(28:07):
centers and thirty one billion for ICE operations.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Dana, all right, Jonathan Hunt.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
By the way, let's just stop there with that report
for a second. You look at that report and you
listen to it, I think it's pretty clear this is
a coordinated effort nationwide by the radical left to go
after ICE agents to make them feel unsafe.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
This is happening on a regular basis.

Speaker 1 (28:34):
Now we are seeing more and more headlines of these
ICE agents that are being targeted and attacked. And I
think this is another example of how the left is
willing to use violence at all costs to try to
stop things they don't like. They're used to this type
of violence. They got used to it with the Summer

(28:54):
of Rage. They got used to it, and now it's
like their go to like, Hey we don't like something,
let's burn a city down. Hey we don't like what's
happening with icelests, go and attack the facilities where the
ICE agents go. Let's make people be afraid to do
their jobs. And by the way, Democratic leadership, I'm going
to leave you with this thought. Notice how quiet they

(29:16):
are on this. The leadership of the Democratic Party is
not out there condemning these attacks.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
They're saying nothing. Why because coming from within their own party.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
