Speaker 1 (00:01):
Well, the war really started over NATO and Crimea, and
they wanted Crimea back. That was given not a shot
fired by President Obama. And perhaps the worst real estate
deal I've ever seen. There's been a couple of them.
I would say the Guys of the Strip was a pretty
bad one too, given by Israel so they'd have peace.
So they gave away a big percentage of their roashured

(00:22):
front property in order to that peace. How did that work?
That's feeling good.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Good Saturday morning to you. Ben Ferguson with you, and
these are some of the stories that you may have
missed that we talked about this week on the forty
seven Morning Update. First up, in a major move, President
Trump is now pledging to end mail in ballots and
voting machines ahead of the twenty twenty six midterms through
executive order. Will this hold up? Or is the President

(00:52):
advocating for a fight in the court system to protect
our elections on purpose? I'll break that down as well. Also,
a new study is out saying it is a blood
bath for Democrats losing registration race in all thirty states
that track party affiliation. In fact, four and a half
million voters have disappeared from the Democratic Party. What caused it?

(01:17):
And was it Donald Trump's leadership? And finally, Zelensky in
his own words, are we actually closer to a piece agreement? Well,
I want you to hear what Zelensky hat to say,
and is very different than the last meeting that Zelensky
had with Trump in the Oval Office. And there's a
very good chance we could be weeks away from a

(01:37):
real peace agreement. But before I get to that, I
want to talk to you about my friends at Kurt
Elliott Precious Metals. Two days ago, I got my new
order of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now
because the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
it's real. I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar.

(02:00):
It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's
one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
up charges on quote, rare or special coins. And then
when you go to sell them, you take away all
of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
way at Kurt Elliott Because They have transparent pricing up front.

(02:23):
It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,
and here's what matters to you the most, nothing when
you sell. There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt
Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I recommend them.
It's not just about investing, it's about making sure you
get more for your money. And that is exactly why

or silver, you can hold it, be a good steward
of it, you can pass it on to future generations,

overpriced coins, no flashy markups. And it's a company that

no pressure, just honest care. They treat every client like family,
offering honest answers up front to help you make wise
informed decisions. Now, if you're seeking a partner when it
comes to gold and silver with an eternity mindset, visit

let's faithfully steward what God has given so you can

(03:50):
experience real peace now and for generations to come. K
e PM dot com slash ben It's the forty seven
Morning Update and it starts right now.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
Story number one.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
You may remember during the campaign, Donald Trump said that
if you elected him, he was going to look into
voter election integrity and he was wanting to get rid
of mail in ballots. Now that has made the left
lose their minds. Why because we have now witnessed even recently,
local elected officials stuffing the ballot box. It happened to

(04:23):
be the mailbox with mail in ballots that obviously were
not from the people that they were setting them in
on their behalf. Well, now Donald Trump has pledged to
end mail in ballots and voting machines ahead of the
twenty twenty six midterms. Making big news with the announcement,
President Trump announcing he intends to sign an executive order

(04:44):
banning the use of mail in ballots and electronic voting
machines in federal elections, set in the stage for a
fierce political and legal battle ahead of the twenty twenty
six midterms. Now, this move, Trump argued, is quote necessary
to restore public confidence in American elections, which he says
have been plagued by fraud, mismanagement, and manipulation since the

(05:07):
rapid expansion of vote by mail and the widespread adoption
of computerized voting systems. Quote, I am going to lead
a movement to get rid of mail in ballots and also,
while we're at it, highly inaccurate, very expensive, and seriously
controversial voting machines, Trump wrote in a true social post. Elections,
By the way, the United States are primarily run by

(05:29):
state governments, not Washington. Legal experts are noting that there
could be a real problem and a fight, obviously, a
fight that Donald Trump has no problem having, and that
fight would be over constitution and who actually has the authority. Yes,
the Constitution gives states the authority to administer elections, with Congress,
not the President, holding limited power to quote regulate them.

(05:53):
One liberal law professor at New York University put it
this way, quote the President has no power constitutionally to
dictate two states the manner in which they conduct national elections. Still,
Donald Trump and says the States Act as agents of
the federal government when conducting elections and therefore must follow
the presidential direction. That claim is clearly a test that

(06:14):
the president's more than happy to happen, and that's exactly
why he's wanting to do the executive order. He obviously
is planning on it going to court.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Now.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
Conservative liberals have long raised alarms about electronic voting machines.
Let me say that again. Conservatives and liberals have been
raising alarms about the electronic voting machines, which rely on
proprietary software and digital tabulation of the votes. In fact,
critics on both sides of the aisle have actually argued
the same thing, that these machines, produced by a handful

(06:46):
of private companies, are vulnerable to hacking, miss programming, or
even deliberate tampering. Now, while election officials insist that voting
machines are more accurate than handcounts, skeptics point to high
profile air and passed elections, such as miss reported totals
and technical breakdowns that left voters frustrated wondering if their

(07:07):
votes were even counted. In fact, Democrats have been critical
of electronic voting machines and have at times raised significant
concerns about their reliability and also security. A great example
of this is in Georgia, leading Democrats criticized the state's
decision to use dominion ballot marking devices, arguing they were

(07:30):
vulnerable to tampering and lack the transparency of hand marked
paper ballots. Lawsuits were filed seeking to block their use,
with election security advocates pointing to risks of hacking and
also just basic software flaws. In fact, the twenty twenty
HBO documentary Killed Chain, the cyber War in America's elections
highlighted potential vulnerabilities and computerized voting, featuring interviews with security

(07:55):
experts who warned the machines could be manipulated and most shocking,
leave elections open to interference. Together, democratic lawmakers, advocacy groups,
and investigative media have question whether technology base voting undermines
public trust. Let me say that again, this is democratic
lawmakers that have been doing this. They were also pressing

(08:18):
for greater reliance on paper ballots and robust auditing. So
why now would Democrats be against what they've been advocating for.
It actually comes down to one simple issue. They hate
Donald Trump and they also don't want admit that maybe
Donald Trump is right about a lot of this issue
when it comes to election integrity. As to the President,

(08:40):
he says he wants transparency. He wants hand counted paper ballots,
even if it's slower, to make sure that our elections
are meaningful, that people feel like their ballots are being
casted and not canceled out by a hacker or a computer. Yes,
it may even cost a little bit more money, but
is it worth it to know that your vote counts.

(09:01):
That's exactly what the President's saying, and the legal fight
he's wanting to have. Next story number two, we all
know that Democrats are losing their minds over the redistricting
that just finally became official in Texas. But the real
reason behind the jerrymandering all over the country and democratic
states may become even clearer now because of the data

(09:22):
we're now seeing. There's a new study out that says
that Democrats are losing registration race in all thirty states
attract party affiliation. In fact, four point five million voter
swing now towards the GOP. And that's exactly why you're
seeing Gavin Newsom saying we're gonna jerrymander our entire state.

(09:46):
The Democratic Party is hemorrhaging support with no end in sight,
according to the shocking analysis of new voter registrations. Now
this is all being fueled by President Donald Trump's big
gain among men, younger voters, and Latinos. In twenty twenty four,
more new voter nationwide chose to be Republicans than Democrats

(10:10):
for the first time since twenty eighteen, according to a
report from The New York Times, which relies on voter
registration data compiled by L two, a non Parson data firm.
Perhaps more troubling for Democrats, the data suggests Democratic Party
activists can no longer rely on the party's tried and

(10:33):
true methods to reverse the trend, leaving panic party leaders
and pundits unsure how to well resurrect the party's electoral prospects,
and the numbers are staggering. Quote. Of the thirty states
that track voter registration by political party affiliation, Democrats lost

(10:55):
ground to Republicans in every single state between twenty twenty
and twenty twenty four elections, and often by a lot. Quote.
That four year swing towards the Republicans added up to
four point five million voters a deep political hole that

(11:17):
could take years for Democrats to climb out from, which
goes back to why are Democrats doing what they're doing now? Well,
it's clear when they're this far behind, they need to
change something quickly. That could include counting illegal immigrants right
in these census to help them with the election map.
It could also be giving them amnesty so that they

(11:38):
could vote quickly for them. And then there's the other
problem that Democrats have. Who is actually running the Democratic Party?
What do they stand for? And why are they so
against the American people and putting illegal immigrants ahead. These
are all questions that Joe Biden should have done out with,

(12:00):
the Democratic Party should have dealt with, and what do
they do They alienated Americans? And so the takeaway is this,
we now have the data that clearly Donald Trump was
a messenger that the American people wanted. He talked about
putting Americans first instead of illegal immigrants. He talked about

(12:20):
securing the border instead of having open borders. He talked
about law and order instead of having lawlessness. And that's
exactly why the Democrats right now are in so much
trouble with no end in sight, and even the new
York Times admitting that Donald Trump fundamentally changed the election map,
quite possibly for years to come.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
And here is story number three.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Ultimately, the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump,
knows one thing. This piece deal is not going to
be done without Vlatimir Putin agreeing to it and also
Zelensky agreeing to it. So the question is, coming out
of this meeting at the White House, the one on
one with Zelensky and then the meeting with all of
the world leaders, what was Zelensky's mindset? Does he want

(13:06):
peace or does he want this three plus your ward
to continue. I want you to listen to Zelensky in
its own words at the White House. This is at
the very end of the day after the meetings had
taken place, and here is what he said to close
it all out.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
I can speak without my performed thank you too much.
I think that we had a very good conversation with
President Trump, very good and it really was the best one,
or sorry, maybe the best one will be in the future,
but it was really good and we spoke about very
sensitive points. The first one is security guarantees, and we

(13:44):
are very happy with President that all the leaders are here,
and the security in Ukraine depends on the United States
and on you and on those leaders who are with
us in our hearts. They have been online before yesterday
and etc. So a lot of countries on the side
of Ukraine, our people and all of us want to

(14:06):
finish this world.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Stop so Prussia and stop this war.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
We spoke about it and we will speak more about
security guarantees.

Speaker 1 (14:12):
This is very important that the.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
United States gives such strong signal and is ready for
security guarantee. The second point, or maybe the first humanitarian
direction were important to change all the prisoners, and I
think that President will help. And I was very thankful to.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
Your wife again, mister President.

Speaker 4 (14:32):
For the letter about our adaptive children.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
And I hope.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
That really it can be a historic role for the
people to bring kids back to the families and be
happy and get the filmils. This is so so important
and I'm happy that we discussed it this track with
the President Trump, and I hope that we will find decisions.

(14:58):
And then what is very important that all the sensitive
things territorial and etc. We we will discuss on the level
of leaders during trilateral meeting, and President Trump will try
to organize such meeting, and he said that he will
come or not come, Ukraine will be happy. If if you,

(15:21):
if you, if you will be there, will be there. Yeah,
thank you, And I think this is very important. Yes,
so security guarantees, bring his back and all our people,
not only warriors first of all warriors and all the civilians, journalists,
a lot of people in prison, so we need them
back and guarantees which will work for the years. We

(15:45):
spoke about it and I showed President a lot of
details on the battlefield on the map. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the map, by the way, that was great.
I'm thinking how to take it back.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
Well, we'll get John. No.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
I think that we had constructive, specific meeting and I'm
very thankful to all the all the leaders who are here,
and you help a lot, and so we're happy that
we have such a peak unity today. Thank you, mister Pan,
Thank you very much.

Speaker 5 (16:19):
I think you'll see that President Putin really would like
to do something else. I think when we set that up,
when we do, I think it's going to be when
not if, I think you're going to see some very
really positive moves.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
There's a couple of takeaways from what you just heard
number one the media. They hate the President Trump is
bringing these two countries closer to a piece agreement. They
hate that they cannot continue to lie to you claiming
that Vadimir Putin played Donald Trump. They hate the fact
that Donald Trump is respected by all of these world

(16:53):
leaders who are saying to him, thank you, and we've
never been closer in the last three years. And they
would rather Donald Trump be a f the Democratic Party
and the media, then stop the killing of so many
people in Ukraine and in Russia. Let that sink in.
That is what President Trump is up against, and that's
what many consertives are up against every single day by

(17:15):
the people in our media and the Democratic Party in America.
