Speaker 1 (00:01):
Donald Trump's approval rating is now maintaining a two month high. Yes,
the media has done everything they can to bring down
Donald Trump's approval rating, but it doesn't seem to be working,
as the American people seem to be listening. The media
like it as white noise. And on Tuesday, the Economists
and yugub published their determination of President Donald Trump's approval rating,
(00:24):
outlining then among US adults between May the twenty third
and twenty six, forty four percent approved of the job
that Donald Trump is doing as president. And then if
you look at Newsweek, the results from the publication reflected
also a two month high for its polling. Ras Mussen
(00:44):
also has Trump at fifty to fifty one percent approval
rating from the Memorial Day weekend. The approval rating is
inching up because the economy has stabilized and Trump has
put a pause on his most draconian tariffs, which were
unp popular. That is what Dallara University professor Robert Collins
said in a backhanded compliment to Newsweek about Donald Trump.
(01:09):
You can't make it up. Even when his approval rating
is up, they still got to figure out a way
to bring him down. So what does this mean for
the White House moving forward? Well, the White House Press
Secretary went on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News Channel
and had this to say about the present's approval rating
and what he's going to do when it comes to
moving forward running the country, and also looking back at
(01:32):
things that happened during the Biden administration and asking basic
questions like who is actually running the government because it
wasn't Joe Biden.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Well, that rasks me some pole.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
You refer to the percentage of Americans who say the
country's on the right track is the highest number that
they have surveyed in their twenty nine year polling history,
which I found significant. Let me ask you about the
Trump FBI reopening investment mistigations into the Supreme Court abortion
decision leak, the Biden White House cocaine scandal that lasted
(02:06):
a whopping what ten days, and the January sixth pipe
bomber mystery. It seems like the administration is going back
and getting to the bottom of some unfinished business.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
Yes, all of those announcements coming from the FBI cash Ptel,
and of course our great Attorney General Pam Bondi, who
is committed to the truth Sean just like the President
Trump and his entire administration and committed to an unprecedented
level of access and transparency that is led by President
Trump at the White House. Every day he takes questions
from the press. He talks directly and honestly and candidly
(02:41):
about the problems and the challenges he is solving, not
just here at home, but also abroad, and he's demanding answers.
And one of the things he is going to continue
to push for answers on is who the heck was
running the country over the past four years. And you
just talked about it in your monologue, and I'm glad
to hear it, because this is truly the greatest political
skill our country has ever seen. We had unelected radical
(03:04):
left White House staffers who nobody knew their names, running
the most powerful country in the history of the world,
and the Democrat Party was in a complete alliance to
cover it up, and the mainstream media was right along
with them. They were asking Joe Biden what his favorite
ice cream was, rather than asking him whether or not
he was suited to run the country. And so we
(03:25):
need answers on what took place over the past four
years because look at the consequences of having these unelected,
radical left wing staffers in the West wing running the country.
We had a wide open border invasion that this administration
is cleaning up every day despite challenges from the courts.
We had an economy that was left in the dust.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
You just heard the White House Press Secretary say Donald
Trump is going to push for answers on who was
running the country.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
During Biden's presidency.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
Now, all of this relates back to the numerous books
that are now coming out, including the Original Sin, the
book by Jake Tapper that alleges that President Biden's cognitive
decline was concealed by his inner circle, suggesting that a
group of top aides effectively manage the administration's day to
day operations. Another way of putting that is, they were
(04:15):
running the country and they were elected by no one.
Tapper even compared this alleged cover up to the Watergate scandal,
emphasizing the seriousness of the claims. Now, further reports are
also indicating that during Biden's presidency, there were five at
senior aids that were primarily responsible for a significant amount
(04:37):
of decision making, with Biden serving more as a figurehead
than anything else. Now, these revelations have spark discussions about
transparency and accountability within the previous administration of exactly who
was really the acting president. Now, while these accounts have
led to public debate and scrutiny, this the first time
(04:58):
we're hearing the White House sy that they're going to
push for answers.
Speaker 2 (05:02):
Now.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Is there a formal investigation by the Trump administration into
these matters at the moment, No, but this certainly could
lead to one, as the White House is now signaling
that the American people deserve to have answers and most importantly,
need to know and should know who was running the country.
There's also the question of the auto pen and many
(05:25):
of the pardons that were given out by Joe Biden.
Did he even know that it was happening. Did he
have any clue at all what was going on? And
we also know that many around Biden that were propping
him up, we're apparently doing.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
It just for the money. That's right.
Speaker 1 (05:41):
Many of the key advisors around Joe Biden's campaign were
making millions of dollars. They didn't want him to end
the campaign. They wanted him to keep running so they
could keep getting paid. So there were some people that
were just making cash, there were others that were getting
to literally play president. And what does Kamway Harris have
to say about all this, Well, she had another word, salad,
(06:04):
and decided to take some swipes at Elon Musk and
Donald Trump, saying, remember the nineteen thirties in reference to
Nazi Germany and Adolf Hitler. I wish I was joking
here she is in her own words.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
I do worry rightly about what's happening right now in
the world.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
I do worry that it is important.
Speaker 7 (06:36):
That we remember history.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
It's important we remember the nineteen thirties. It's important that
we remember that history has taught us that isolation does
not equal insolation. It is important that we understand and
remember history, which taught us the interdependence and interconnection between names,
(07:04):
history that has taught us the important relationships of trust.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
So the same woman that helped cover up the massive
cognitive decline of the President of the United States of America,
Joe Biden, the same woman that was elected by no one,
who ended up being the party's nominee that no one
actually voted for, is now saying don't look at what
we were doing no, no, no, we're going to tell
you that Donald Trump's administration is no different than Nazi
(07:30):
Germany and Adolph Hitler, you remember the nineteen thirties. It
is truly amazing to watch the left do everything they
can to cover up their corruption at the White.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
House for the last four years.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
Got to be clear, come was not the only one
in the former administration that's doing everything they can to
try to turn the spotlight off.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
Their own actions.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Just look at the former FBI director James Comy, who
declined to elaborate on calling the Republican Party white supremacist
adjacent this. Of course, he's hawking a new book in
just a week after he found some seashells that happened
to spell out assassinate Donald Trump, and he didn't know
(08:13):
about that. Don't worry. Here's James Comey at one of
his book signings.
Speaker 8 (08:17):
Yeah, just to follow up on the seashell situation when
explaining why you took it down. But what were you
trying to communicate to the public, im pete Trump, What
was your reasoning for it?
Speaker 9 (08:32):
No?
Speaker 10 (08:32):
I just thought it was a cool picture. Someone was
expressing a political view in a very clever way in
shells that were organized by They had the same color
for each of the letters. I just thought, what a
cool thing. And I'm well known as a political opponent
of Donald Trump, and I just thought, well, that's cool.
My Instagram account is family politics stuff, including stuff like this.
(08:53):
I put a shell on last fall. I thought it
was cool someone had painted the inside of a big
shell to say bo Kamala. I thought that's really good,
so to put that on. But so it's not a
particular message other than that.
Speaker 8 (09:04):
I was just going to ask you what the MSNBC
interview you were doing, because on social media, everyonen's saying
he's talking about the white supremacists adjacent Republican Party. Everybody
in the party, Yeah, voters, what what's you want to?
Speaker 7 (09:19):
Thank you?
Speaker 8 (09:21):
No clarification, and well.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Now I'm not gonna come on, okay you thank you, well,
thank you.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
I'm not going to clarify because that's what I want
the message to be. So, just to be very clear,
if you think the Democratic Party has changed their ways
or learned anything from the last election, you'd be wrong.
Even the former MBI director James Comy is now calling
the Republican Party white supremacists and Oh, by the way,
(09:46):
he's also accidentally calling for violence against the president of
the United States of America.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
But don't worry.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
They're totally the party of unity and understanding and kindness
and love and acceptance. This is where we are with
the Democratic Party in twenty twenty five. Make sure you
share this podcast with your family and friends, put up
on social media wherever you are, and we appreciate you
listening every day.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
We'll see you back here tomorrow.
Speaker 1 (10:13):
I want to deal with some other breaking news as well,
and it's one that's pretty shocking. There is a watchdog
group that has found quote no evidence that Joe Biden
knew of the crucial climate executive orders that he was signing.
They're now demanding answers on who was actually in charge
(10:35):
and who was using the auto pen Power. The Future
is now calling Congress to investigate the validity of former
President Joe Biden's signatures. Now, a pro energy group is
renewing their call now for this investigation into over a
half a dozen Biden administration executive actions specifically related to
(10:58):
climate that it believes should be deemed no and void
due to them being signed by an autopin without any
public comment at all from the former president Joe Biden,
confirming his knowledge of even what was happening. Power of
the Future is a nonprofit organization that advocates for American
(11:18):
energy jobs. They reviewed eight by an executive orders that
it says were significant shifts in domestic energy policy, and
they said it found no evidence of the present speaking
about any of these eight publicly, raising major concerns that
the orders were signed by autopen and that he was
not even aware that they were going to become executive action,
(11:42):
saying quote, these are not obscure bureaucratic memos. These were
fundamental shifts in American energy policy, yet not once did
Joe Biden speak about them publicly. That's what Daniel Turner,
the founder executive director of Power for the Future, said
in an interview. Secutive orders reviewed by Power of the
Future included an Arctic drilling ban in twenty twenty three,
(12:06):
also a twenty twenty one executive order committing the federal
government to quote net zero admissions by twenty fifty and
an executive order mandating quote clean energy AI centers, and
an offshore drilling ban executive order that Joe Biden in
theory signed before leaving office in twenty twenty five, they said,
(12:29):
finding no evidence of Biden publicly speaking about the executive
orders on climate. They then sent a letter this week
to the DOJ, the EPA, DI and DOE, along with
the House and Senate Oversight Committees, calling for an investigation
to determine who made these decisions, who drafted the executive orders,
(12:53):
and ultimately who signed them, since they believe it clearly
wasn't Joe Biden quote. In light of the growing evidence
that actions purportedly taken by the former president may not
have been approved or signed by him, but instead by
a small group of advisors in his name, without his knowledge,
or over his signature using an auto pen, the need
(13:15):
for Congressional access to information has grown in importance with
these revelations. The letter to the GOP House Oversight Committee
Chair James Comer states saying, quote, Congress deserves to know
how or whether these executive actions were authorized, and whether
the former president was aware of such orders before they
(13:35):
were implemented by the federal bureaucracy. Were these actions taken
on behalf of the president and purporting to excuse authority
undertaken with the president's knowledge, An approach question mark. It
appears incumbent upon Congress to inquire about all parties involved
in these actions, who instructed them to do what and when.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
Now.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
The president's auto pen has been a topic of conversation
in Republican circles in recent weeks and months, as questions
continue about Biden's mental acuity during his presidency, particularly the
last few days when they've come under scrutiny after the
release of Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book Original Sin.
(14:20):
One of the things that is very clear is now
those of the White House are concerned that the President
of the United States of America may have been hijacked
by a group of individuals who had no authority or
power to do what they were doing. I want you
to take a listen to this. As Representative Jim Jordan's
shared his concerns about Biden's alleged auto pen use and
(14:43):
who was actually behind it.
Speaker 6 (14:45):
Chris preparing to blow the lid off the biggest political
cover up in American history as more troubling information emerges
about former President Joe Biden's mental decline. Now, according to
a brand new bombshell book, The One Insider Made It
clear that there accounted by people running the country, and
Biden was not one of them. So the question is
(15:05):
obvious who was running the show. Well, according to one
cabinet secretary, it was Biden's aide who held all the power.
Now that book's co author is actually calling out the
undemocratic Biden white House.
Speaker 11 (15:19):
These aides were not even Senate confirmed aids. These are
a white House aids. These were unelected people. And one
of the things that really think comes out and are
reporting here is that if you believe, and I think
a lot of these people do sincerely believe that Donald
Trump was and is an essential threat to democracy, you
can nationalize anything, including sometimes doing undemocratic things, which I
think is what this person is talking about.
Speaker 6 (15:41):
Heard a lot of that in my conversations with Lindy
Lee maytime. Congress is also investigating that cover up. The Senate,
in fact, wants to talk with twenty eight top level
Biden officials, while the House has had to be looking
into unauthorized yous of the auto pen by Joe Biden.
Speaker 12 (16:00):
Do you sign a document that has legal implications, It
has to be signed personally, It can't be signed by
an autopin so I think that if we can understand
more about the autopen and whether or not Joe Biden
authorized it, I think this could lead to a lot
of those executive orders being kicked out in court.
Speaker 6 (16:18):
James Comer speaking there with Jesse Waters. Meantime, House Republicans
are also demanding to hear from Biden's doctor and four
other White House officials in an effort to uncover the truth.
So joining us now is the Judiciary Committee chair and
Ohio Congressman, the Great Jim Jordan Congressman. Listen, this is
a simple question for you, What, if anything, can we
(16:40):
expect to happen in the wake of these House investigations
into the Biden cover up and the autopen use.
Speaker 7 (16:49):
Well, I don't know if there's an easy answer. I mean,
we'll see. I think Chairman Comber will probably lead this investigation.
We can look at the folks who were supposedly making theion.
One thing we know for sure it wasn't Joe Biden,
So we can talk to these folks. My guess is
they'll try to assert some privilege if in fact we
ever bring them in. But you're I think it's right
that in your lead there you talk about it's supposed
(17:10):
to be people who put their name on the ballot,
who are elected by we, the people who make the decision.
It's not supposed to be other folks who aren't elected
or in this case, aren't even confirmed by the United
States Senate. So we'll dig into this. But I think
the real culprit, of course, is the media. And you
mentioned that, but I mean, Jake Tapper made money telling
us everything was fine. Now he's making more money writing
(17:30):
a book telling us no, it wasn't fine. I think
that's the real concern here, is what the mainstream media
got away with, or what they thought they were getting
away with. The good news is the American people figured
it out on November fifth and made sure President Trump
was our next president.
Speaker 13 (17:45):
They sure did. Congressman, I want to stick on the
topic of Biden's autopen use. You know, specifically, we're hearing
that he used the autopend to sign executive orders right
issuing pardons. Senator Roger Marshall last night told us that
could be a huge problem.
Speaker 9 (17:59):
They didn't we understood. They didn't think we knew what
was going on, but we did, and we're I'm especially
especially concerned about the people that he pardoned, and he
was pardoning these folks even though they hadn't been convicted
of a crime. It just doesn't add up.
Speaker 13 (18:12):
Congressman, on that note, do you think those pardons or
executive orders are those void invalid?
Speaker 7 (18:18):
I think what you have to demonstrate is that the
folks who actually signed him, or whoever did or whether
it was the autopinn or what that, somehow Joe Biden
didn't really give it the okay. Now, I think if
you get him in, they'll probably say, well, my boss
told me it was fine, or we heard that the
presidence that it was fine. We got okay from whoever
whoever we worked for there in the way, I assume
they'll do some kind of some kind of rationale, some
(18:40):
kind of answer like that. But again, you got to
work through this all. What if we bring these folks in,
you have to ask him, you may have to even subpoena.
And then at some point when they come in, will
they assert some kind of privilege, executive privilege, that's all,
That's all part of it.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
We'll just have to see. But as I said, I.
Speaker 7 (18:55):
Think I think the Oversight Committee under Chairman Comer on
the House side will probably I'll probably leave this investigation.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
All right, So let's go back to the legal nature
of this and get down to the brass tax of
this subject of an autopen number one, it's a device
that physically holds a pen in his programmed to replicate
a person's signature. The Justice Department's Office of Legal Council
determined in two thousand and five that the President's permitted
to use an autopen to sign bills into law, and
(19:24):
the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued
a ruling in February that said the absence of a
writing does not equate to proof that a commutation did
not occur, quote unquote. Now, in March, President Trump claimed
that Biden's pardons of lawmakers who served on the House
Select Committee to investigate the January sixth Capitol riot and
(19:47):
others are quote void, alleging that they had been signed
via an autopen and that Biden did not even know
about them. Now, despite Trump's concern over the validia Biden's
pardons due to the election use of an autopen, constitutional
scholars have said, well, this is going to be a
tough one in court and a very high barred across
(20:08):
to be able to get this undone. Jonathan Turley put
it this way on Fox, saying, quote, presidents are allowed
to use the autopen and courts will not presume a
dead hand conspiracy. Now Power the Future's letter references House
Speaker Mike Johnson, who in January shared that Biden during
a meeting appeared to forget that he signed an order
(20:30):
to pause liquid national gas exports. A report published by
an arm of the Heritage Foundation also claimed that the
majority of official documents signed by Biden were allegedly an
auto pen signature, and there's a very good chance the
President didn't know what was going on at all. Now,
during the Biden administration, hundreds of billions of dollars were
(20:51):
funneled towards pet green projects, while the American fossil fuels
industry was punished, and there is no evidence that Biden
it directed it, or even was aware it was happening
in his name. That is another big question that's now
being asked. So do we deserve to know, yes, who
was signing the executive orders behind closed doors?
Speaker 2 (21:14):
It's a great question.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
We're people paying for access, and the autopin scandal is
evidence that many of these executive orders, many of them
green executive orders could number one very well be invalid,
and the American people deserve to know it should be
thoroughly investigated by the Department of Justice. I think it's
(21:36):
clear that's a violation to trust the American people, and
it could have been a great fraud done on the
American people in the name of the President when he
didn't even know it was actually happening. You can follow
this next story under the category of you don't hate
the deep State enough and exactly what they've been hiding
(21:58):
from you. The FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced
the discovery of a previously undisclosed room at the FBI
headquarters containing a trove of documents from former Director James
Coomy's tenure. Bongino described the room as quote hidden from us,
(22:20):
and noted that many of the materials were not processed
through standard FBI procedures such as digitization or proper cataloging.
Some documents were reportedly found stored in bags, raising concerns
about potential mishandling of evidence during Comy's tenure. Bongino also
(22:43):
emphasized the FBI's commitment to transparency, stating that efforts are
now underway to to classify these materials. Here is more
of James Komy talking about all of this on Fox
and Friends.
Speaker 14 (22:59):
As of Jim Comey, because he cannot control himself and
his emotions. He is a child, he is a big child.
And let me tell you one more thing, Jim Comey,
who wants you to do? Jim Comy taking a shot
at the president. Oh look at me. I'm such a victim.
The President's going after me. He's making a ton of
money on this book. The only person that got prosecuted
was the president. Jim Comy, we're finding stuff even now,
(23:21):
wait till you read the stuff that's coming out.
Speaker 15 (23:23):
Does does he still have loyalists in the building? Because
when I hear the FBI director saying, you guys are
finding boxes that are hidden. Okay, how does that happen
in the bureau?
Speaker 14 (23:35):
Well, we were there a couple of weeks and luckily
there are a lot of people up there who grabbed
us by the arm the minute we came in and
said thank you for being here. You know, we need
to talk. There are people there who are really horrified
at what happened. And there was a room and we
found stuff a lot of a hidden room. I wouldn't
(23:57):
call it hidden, but hidden from us at least and
not mentioned to us. And then we found stuff in there,
and a lot of it's from the Komi era, and
we are working our damn this right now to declassifying.
Just so you know, because I get the public, I
totally understand people saying we'll do it now.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
The process is not.
Speaker 14 (24:14):
All the information is ours to classify some as other
intelligence agencies.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
It's not. We literally can't do it.
Speaker 14 (24:20):
Once that gets done and that gets out there, and
you read some of the stuff we found that, by
the way, was not processed through the normal procedure digitizing it,
putting in FBI records. We found it in bags hiding
under Jim Cally. Yeah, you're going to be stunned.
Speaker 7 (24:34):
Now.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
There's one thing that Dan Bongino made very clear. It
is a process that he wants to be transparent with
the American people, and the declassification of these materials is underway.
He as you heard him say, it's complex because many
of these issues involve other intelligence agencies and the FBI
does not have the right to classify their intelligence.
Speaker 7 (24:58):
Now.
Speaker 1 (24:58):
I also assured you that once the appropriate processes are completed,
the findings will be shared, and he anticipates that the
revelations will be quote significant.
Speaker 7 (25:10):
Now.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
This development also aligns.
Speaker 1 (25:11):
With broader inities by the current FBI leadership, including the
Director Cash Mattel, to revisit and bring transparency to pass investigations.
These efforts encompass re examining high profile cases such as
the January sixth pipe bombs, the twenty twenty two dob
Supreme Court leak, and the twenty twenty three discovery of
(25:34):
cocaine at the White House. Now, the actions from the
FBI now reflect a renewed focus on accountability and restoring
public trust in the FBI. The agency's provocative steps to
uncover and address pass oversights demonstrate a commitment to upholding
the integrity of their operations, something that Donald Trump promised
(25:56):
every American if he was re elected, and he's making
good on that promise now. In the issue of transparency,
the FBI has made it very clear they're willing to
answer questions, have conversations, and the FPI Director Cash Bettel
set down with Brett Bairrett Fox News and what did
he ask him? Well, several questions including what keeps you
(26:18):
up at night.
Speaker 15 (26:20):
What's the thing that keeps you up at night?
Speaker 16 (26:23):
The CCP, for a whole host of reasons. We haven't
even talked about their cyber espionage campaign, what they're doing
under sea, what Russia's doing over head in terms of space,
and their cyber intrusion capabilities like Salt Typhoon. They have
made wildly successful penetrations into our telecommunications infrastructure. And what
(26:43):
they do is they suck up our information Brett And
this is what keeps me up at night. They're playing
the long game. The Fentyl production by the CCP, I
firmly believe is their way of killing tens of thousands
of military age men and women in the United States
of America. They are wiping out generations of Americans that
could come here and be an FBI agent.
Speaker 2 (27:05):
All right, So let's just talk to the future here.
How do you see this the job?
Speaker 16 (27:10):
Is it different than you thought it was coming in?
Speaker 2 (27:14):
How do you look at a big picture?
Speaker 16 (27:16):
Look, there's two ways I look at it. One, you're
talking to a first generation Indian kid whose parents fled
genocide and their sons now the director of the FBI
only in America, literally only in America.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
So I wanted to inspire.
Speaker 16 (27:29):
People to come to places like this and train with
us and serve this country. The other thing that I
want people to take away from that is there is
no job on God's green earth that prepares you to
lead an agency or department.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
There isn't.
Speaker 16 (27:43):
Anyone who tells you otherwise is flat out lying or
being politically preposterous. And I learn every single day I
learn from the leadership team. I have folks in there
around my table every morning who come from so many
different walks of life, people I diss agree with on
a daily basis, and I'm so glad that they're in
(28:03):
that room because they are the ones helping me make
these decisions. What we won't stand for is people turning
around on social media and attacking folks who are doing
the job. We will stand up for them. We will
also out anyone who violates their oath of office at
the FBI, Intel Analyst agents, support staff. What have we
already have and every time we do, Brett, this is
(28:26):
the thing the media doesn't pick up on. We announce it,
but we don't take a victory lap. It's all out there.
Dozens of people have been dealt with for politicizing the FBI,
for weaponizing it. Everything from Hunter Biden's laptop to January
sixth to Neil Team six and everything else has been
dealt with, and we keep going.
