Speaker 1 (00:01):
It was a vote that is not shocking if you
know what's going on at the United Nations, but it
is certainly a move that should shock you and so
many in the world when it comes to Israel. One
hundred and fifty seven of the one hundred and ninety
three UN member states recognize the state of Palestine as
(00:22):
a quote sovereign state. That is about eighty one percent
of all UN member states. Recently, several Western countries have
formally recognized Palestine. That includes France, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg,
(00:44):
Malta and Monaco. What recognition means is significant. Recognition is
a quote bi lateral or multilateral diplomatic act. Now, it
doesn't automatically confer full UN membership. Palestine is currently a
non member observer state in the UN General Assembly, but
(01:06):
it's very clear that there are many in the world
that want to help this terrorist state become normalized at
the United Nations. In May of twenty twenty four, for example,
the UN General Assembly passed the resolution urging that Palestine's
membership be given favorable consideration by the UN Security Council. However,
(01:28):
full membership requires Security Council approval, including no veto by
any permanent members. And then there's the broader context here.
Recognition has been gradually growing, especially amid rising international concerns
over the conflict in Gaza. Some countries that have not
previously recognized Palestine have shifted their policy. Alongside recognition, there
(01:54):
have been UN General Assembly resolutions calling for a two
state solution and urging steps towards Palestinian statehood. For example,
one resolution demonstrated broad support for a quote jumas free
government in Palestine. Well, that's probably not reality based on history,
(02:15):
and if you want to look at what this really means,
it is another undermining of Israel.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
It is anti Israel.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Now, I want you to hear what the president had
to say as he was at the UN meeting with
different leaders. He was actually sitting down with one of
the leaders that advocated for this state hood for Palestine.
He was sitting with Machrome. Take a listen to what
he had to say.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
Well, I think it.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
Honors Amasa, and you can't do that because of October seventh.
You just can't do that. But we want our hostages
back and we don't want to back in, you know,
ones and twos and take the next few years to
do it. We were the ones that got the hostages back,
and I always said, I told Steve, I told Marco.
I was always saying the lastages are going to be
the toughest ones. But you can't honor them by doing
(03:06):
anything like you suggest. All you could do is say,
we want our hostages back, and we want the war
to end. We're going to want it to end. But
you always have to remember. People forget October seventh was
one of the most savage days in the history of
the world. Has never been anything like that. We're talking
about babies being sliced in half. You're talking about young
(03:27):
children having their heads chopped off. You can't forget that.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
President Trump not wavering on standing against this actually happening.
Net and Yahu's reaction to statements on statehood from these
other countries were also very strong. He stayed explicitly quote
a Palestinian state will not be established now. Babe Is
also called any recognition of Palestine a huge reward for
(03:52):
straight up terrorism, and his reference to Hamas attacks of
October the seventh, he said recognition by other states after
the of October seventh is effectively granting legitimacy to this
type of violence. Netnaw, who also condemned what he views
as the external pressure or imposition on Israel's future. He
(04:14):
accused foreign leaders of trying to impose a Palestinian state
in the heart of our land, and he warned that
foreign recognitions are not just symbolic. He sees them as
attacks on Israel's security interests as well. Remember, Israel was
the country that was attacked and Netnaw, who has vowed
retaliation to what he considers moves undermining the nation. Some
(04:37):
options being considered by the government, we're being told include
expelling diplomats from countries recognizing Palestine, or more dramatically, annexing
territories such is the West Bank. Now this also comes
as there is a very weird request Hamas is asking
for a sixty day truce. I want you to hear
(04:58):
the NATO ambassador matt Whitaker, and here's what he had
to say about so many of these countries, the UK,
Australia and Canada among them, recognizing Palestine.
Speaker 5 (05:10):
Take a listen the Matthew Whittaker Natal who says, looks
Palestinian state, it's never going to happen. So where do
we go from here, mister Ambassa, Well, it's going to be.
Speaker 6 (05:19):
With you, Stuart.
Speaker 7 (05:20):
On the Israel Palestine issue. I mean, it's just virtue
signaling by certain countries that you know.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
Have no solution for the situation.
Speaker 7 (05:29):
They just want to, you know, feel like they're doing something. Obviously,
the hard work is happening right now. It's getting rid
of Hamas, the you know, the terrible terrorist organization that
continues to fight. And you know, Israel wants peace, they
want the fighting to end, they want the killing to end.
But you know, unfortunately Hamas continues to shoot at him.
And you know, the only way you can respond is
(05:50):
with strength and make sure that they regret, you know,
continuing to fight.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
So we'll hope that that ultimately resolves.
Speaker 5 (05:57):
Well, so this is just coming into us this morning.
Hamas wrote a letter to President Trump requesting that he
guarantees a sixty day truce in Gaza. In exchange, you're
releasing half the hostages. You think that's gonna fly.
Speaker 7 (06:12):
Well, I mean, I don't want to speak for President Trump,
but it would seem like that is kind of a
false compromise. You know, when only half of the what
he said in his very clear US policies, return all
the hostages and in the fighting and the until they
agreet to that.
Speaker 6 (06:25):
I don't think there's much to talk about, mister master.
Speaker 5 (06:28):
Russia unleashed, just unleashed another strike on Ukraine, six hundred
drones used. This is President Trump and Ukraine Zelensky plan
to meet this week. It seems that nothing is changing
in this war. And we also have this report of
Russian jets spending twelve minutes in the space of Estonia.
(06:48):
A NATO member. Putin just keeps on pushing at one point,
is there a very strong response.
Speaker 7 (06:55):
Well, the key is that when the Polish incursion from
the drones happened, NATO immediately scrambled fighter jets, shot down
some of the drones, and on this Estonian incursion with
the jet fighters, we also scrambled F thirty five and
chased them out of Estonian airspace. Now, the question Stewart
ultimately is is that do we want to go up
(07:16):
the escalation ladder? And we're having meetings tomorrow and Brussels.
We're all being attendance. We're going to talk about these
very issues with the Supreme Allied Commander and our allies
and find out kind of what we need to do
if more. But you know, it's working. Our air policing
is working, is what I'm going.
Speaker 6 (07:34):
To tell you.
Speaker 5 (07:34):
But it seems like Putin is just pushing us around.
Speaker 6 (07:38):
Well, he can't push us around.
Speaker 7 (07:40):
He's barely making any gains in Ukraine on the ground there.
You know, the bottom line is we need strong responses,
but at the same time, I think we need to
be stronger. It's what happened coming out of the Hague Summit.
Everyone's agreeing to spend more money. We are ramping up
our militaries where you know, people are buying F thirty
five fighter jets, upgrading their technical NATO's getting stronger by
(08:01):
the day, and you'll see continuing responses that show strength,
and that strength is ultimately what's going to guarantee the peace.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
You listen to Whitaker there and it's very clear that
he and President Trump and the rest of his team
are on the same page, whether it is the statehood
issue at Palestine or what's going on right now when
it comes to Russia and what is happening there. Donald
Trump also had another big warning at the United Nations
and it was about funding, as he described it, the
(08:31):
assault on Western countries and their borders.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
He said this to all of those in attendance.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
Not only is the UN not solving the problems it should,
too often, it's actually creating new problems.
Speaker 8 (08:47):
For us to solve.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
The best example is the number one political issue of
our time, the crisis of uncontrolled migration. It's uncontrolled.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
The countries are being ruined.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
The United Nations is funding an assault on Western countries
and their borders. In twenty twenty four, the UN budgeted
three hundred and seventy two million dollars in cash assistance
to support an estimated six hundred and twenty four thousand
migrants journeying into the United States. Think of that, the
(09:20):
UN is supporting people that are illegally coming into the
United States and then we have to get them out.
The UN also provided food, shelter, transportation, and debit cards
to illegal aliens. Can you believe that on the way
to infiltrate our southern border? Millions of people came through
that southern border just a year ago. Millions and millions
(09:43):
of people were pouring in twenty five million altogether. Over
the four years of the incompetent Biden administration, and now
we have it stopped, totally stopped. In fact, they're not
even coming anymore because they know they can't get.
Speaker 1 (09:57):
Through President Trump giving that war to the world. So
it is clear the President is not done talking to
foreign nations and doing everything that he can to make
sure that this onslaught of a legal immigration coming into
southern countries is something he's put in the world un notice.
We're not putting up with it anymore, President Donald Trump
(10:19):
responding now to the guilty verdict against Ryan Ruth. The
President asked about it as he was in New York
at the United Nations. Now, before I let you hear
what he had to say, let me give you some
of the background.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
The charges were federal charges.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
There were multiple counts, including attempted assassination of a major
presidential candidate. At the time, it was Donald Trump assaulting
a federal officer, a Secret Service agent, possessing a firearm
in furtherance of a crime of violence, being a convicted
felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a
firearm with the serial number removed. Those were all of
(10:55):
the major crimes he was charged with. Now You've got
to go back to September the fifteenth last year when
the Ruthers found in the shrubbery with a semi automatic
rifle near Trump's West Palm Beach golf Course, mar Lago,
and Trump was there golfing at the time. He had
done surveillance, had burner phones. He was spotted by a
Secret Service agent. He fled, and then he was later arrested. Now,
(11:19):
the defense stance was number one weird. He literally represented
himself at trial. He argued inclosing that he didn't intend
to kill anyone and that no shots were ever fired.
Why well, because they saw him and he decided to run. Now,
his alibi there didn't work with the jury. He's now
been found guilty. Jury deliberation time was actually less than
(11:42):
three hours. Some sources say it was about two and
a half hours, and the outcome was this.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
He was found guilty on all federal charges.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
The sentencing will now be second stage of this and
he faces life in prison. The sentencing is now scheduled
on December the eighth. Now that is when things got
crazy after he was found guilty. Immediately after the verdict
was read, then ruth the attempted to stab himself in
(12:12):
the neck with a pen. He was quickly restrained by
the US Marshals. He appeared uninjured afterwards, with no visible blood.
The Associated Press reported his daughter was present and reacted
emotionally in the courtroom, calling out to him. Now there's
also another big part of the story. The President has
(12:32):
now responded, and I want you to listen carefully to
what he had to say at the United Nations.
Speaker 9 (12:40):
Mister President Ryan Ruth, the man who tried to assassinate
you has been convicted and found guilty.
Speaker 6 (12:45):
What is your response to you.
Speaker 4 (12:47):
I'm very appreciative of the justice that was given and
the way it was handled by Pam Bondy and Todd
Blanche and everybody that has been had their team of people.
It was really well handled, and it's very important. You
can't let things like that happen, nothing to do with me,
but a president or even a person. You can't allow
(13:07):
that to happen. And so justice was served and we'll
see what happens. But I very much appreciate the judge,
a jury and everybody on that it was so professionally
handled and it's great honor.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
You also noticed that the President did not either a no,
or was not asked about the attempted suicide. And let
me get back to that part of the story that
happened after the jurors exit the courtroom, and that's when
the ruth attempt to stab himself in the neck with
the pen, prompting those marshals to drag him out of
the courthouse. The outlet also reported that his daughter screamed, Dad,
(13:43):
I love you. Don't do anything. I'll get you out.
He didn't hurt anybody. She also continued to yell now,
as I mentioned a moment ago. He is convicted of
attempting to assassinate a major political candidate presidential candidate, possessing
a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, assaulting
a federal officer, possessing a firearm and ammunition as a
(14:04):
convicted felon, and possessing a firearm without a serial number
that was scratched off. He is fifty nine and he
did not testify at his trial. In his closing argument, however,
he told the jurors he didn't intend to kill anyone
that day. He rests his case Monday morning, after questioning
just three witnesses, a firearm expert and two character witnesses
(14:29):
that all coming from the Associated Press. The jury clearly
wasn't buying what he was trying to sell, and now
we know the outcome. Now you can also expect an appeal.
I am sure that is something that will be discussed,
and maybe next time he'll actually have legal representation in
the court room. But as of now, the President of
the United States of America, as he put it, said,
(14:51):
this is something we had to make sure happened, not
for me, but for every political candidate, every presidential candidate.
I want to stop having this type of violence in
this country. I want to talk to you about my
friends over at Patriot Mobile. You've got a lot of
choices for cell phone service, with new ones popping up
all the time. But if you want to make a
(15:13):
difference and you want to stop giving your money to
liberal companies, well one way you can do that is
by getting rid of Liberal Mobile you probably have right now.
That is where hundreds of thousands of Americans are now
coming together and have made Patriot Mobile what they are today.
They've been in service now for thirteen years, and right
(15:34):
now is the best time ever to switch because it's
never been easier now before I tell you about that.
I want you to know why switching is so important,
because every time you make a call, every time you
send a text, and every time that you pay your bill,
you're actually standing up for the values you believe in
your First and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of
unborn children. And you stand with our military, our veterans,
(15:56):
are wounded warriors, and our fallen soldier families. Because Patriot
Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every month
at no extra cost to you, and they give it
back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
let's talk about switching. It has never been easier. You
can keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade.
Patriot Mobile's got a one hundred percent US based customer
(16:19):
service team and literally they can now with technology, get
you activated in minutes from the comfort of your home
or your office. You're second a contractor owe money on
your phones, no worries. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program.
And this is how we win, folks, by aligning our
spinning with our values. Every dollar we spend matters. Now,
(16:40):
let me also give you a free month of service.
Go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash Ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile
dot com slash ferguson, or you can call them nine
to seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code ferguson,
and you're gonna get one month free service by switching today.
So again, Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, use the promo
(17:03):
cort Ferguson. You'll get a free month of service today
Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to
two Patriot. Which brings me to another important story that
is also coming to some sort of resolution. Secret Service
is now announcing that they have busted a massive network
that has been used in swatting attacks against Republicans. Now,
(17:26):
if you don't know what swatting is, I'll explain it
this way. It's where you call in a fake crisis situation,
a fake hostage situation to the address of where a
conservative lives, specifically an elected official or conservative commentator, to
then put their life at risk with a massive response,
(17:46):
a swat team is sent in. The Secret Service has
now announced they have uncovered this vast network of over
one hundred thousand simcards and three hundred servers as well.
In the new York area, believed to be used by
foreign nation state threat actors and criminals for swatting calls
(18:08):
targeting prominent conservatives, including Marjorally Taylor Green. The amount of
hardware sees in the bus could be used, they say,
to Hamper Sell Service in New York City and the U. S.
Secret Service, uncovering this massive network of more than one
hundred thousand SIM cards and three hundred servers was located
within a thirty five mile radius of New York City.
(18:30):
The operation, believed to be run by foreign nation state
threat actors and criminals, was uncovered during an investigation to
a surge of swatting calls targeting high ranking government officials,
including members of Congress and members of the Trump administration.
Now targets of swatting calls reportedly included Representative Green, Center
(18:52):
Rick Scott, Nikki Hayley, and the Secret Services Advanced Threat Unit,
in collaboration with various law enforcement ages, trace those squatting
calls to several locations in the New York tri state area.
Upon further investigation, they found a sophisticated network of SIM
servers capable of generating enormous amounts of phone traffic while
(19:16):
rapidly switching out simcards to evade detection. I want you
to take a listen to Matt McCool. He is a
Special Agent in charge of the Secret Services New York
Field Office, and the network, as he described it, posed
an imminent threat to the agency's protective operations. They said
the servers were strategically positioned around New York cellular network
(19:38):
infrastructure so that it could overwhelm the cell towers, disrupt
cell service, and put the entire city of New York
at risk. Take a listen in his announcement today.
Speaker 10 (19:52):
My name is Matt McCool, and I'm the Special Agent
in charge of the Secret Service New York Field Office.
We are making this announcement as a matter of public interest,
given timing, amount and concentration of material recovered during a
recent Secret Service protective intelligence investigation. Following multiple telecommunications related
imminent threats directed towards senior US government officials this spring,
(20:16):
the U S Secret Service began a protective intelligence investigation
to determine the extent and impact these threats could have
on protective operations. This was a difficult and complex effort
to identify the source of these fraudulent calls and the
impact on the Secret Service Protective mission. During this period,
we leveraged technical assistance and support of federal partners, including
(20:38):
Homeland Security investigations, the Department of Justice, and the Office
of the Director of National Intelligence. We also received phenomenal
support from our state and local law enforcement partners, to
include the NYPD. The investigation led us to the New
York tri state area, where investigators discovered tens of thousands
of co located and network sailor devices capable of carrying
(21:01):
out nefarious telecommunications attacks. These devices allowed anonymous, encrypted communications
between potential threat actors and criminal enterprises, enabling criminal organizations
to operate undetected. This network had the potential to disable
cell phone towers and essentially shut down the cellular network
in New York City. These devices were concentrated within thirty
(21:24):
five miles of the global meeting of the United Nations
General Assembly, now underway in New York City. Given the timing,
location and proximity, and potential for significant disruptions to the
New York telecom system, we moved quickly to disrupt this network.
To be clear, these recovered devices no longer pose a
(21:44):
threat to the New York tri state area. We will
continue working towards identifying those responsible in their intent, including
whether their plan was to disrupt the UN General Assembly
and communications of government and emergency personnel during the official
visit of world leaders in and around New York City.
Forensic examinations of the equivalent of one hundred thousand cell
(22:06):
phones worth of data is underway. Early analysis indicates cellular
communications between foreign actors and individuals that are known to
federal law enforcement. Given the sensitivity and complexity of this investigation,
we are not able to go into specifics at this time.
This is an open and active investigation and we have
no arrest to announce today. Rather, this announcement is designed
(22:29):
to safeguard critical infrastructure and responsibly provide the public what
we can at this time. The Secret Service will continue
to run down all leads until we fully understand the
intent of the operation and identify those responsible.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
Truly incredible there from Matt McCool, the Special Agent in
charge of the Secret Service in New York's Field office.
The pictures that have been released of these rooms that
have been filled with these servers and the SIM cards,
and to overrun the cell towers was a level of
sophistiction that is of professionals. This is not amateur and
(23:04):
part of the reason why I think they're making it
so clear how big of an issue this was and
what was happening. Let's talk a moment also about Kamala Harris.
She's got her new book out where she is blaming
everyone but herself for her losing the last election. She's
ripping on virtually every person that ever gave her anything
in life, especially the vice presidency from Joe Biden. She's
(23:28):
attacking the Biden crime family, and she's also attacking many
other Democrats as well.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
And then there's this part that was just amazing.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
She is now saying that she wanted to pick a
gay man to be your vice president, but she just
couldn't bring herself to do it because well, the people
wouldn't accept a black woman and then a gay white man.
She also said she couldn't pick another guy on the
ticket as well. I'll explain that in a moment why
that person was also disqualified. Hint, it's because he was Jewish.
(24:02):
But I want you to listen to what she had
to say trying to defend her bigotry and her homophobia
of all places, with Rachel Maddout at MSNBC take a
listen on.
Speaker 11 (24:14):
Let me ask you a politics question. I mentioned an
intro tonight that you say in the book really bluntly
that your personal choice for your running mate would have
been Pete Booda Jete, and you praise him effusively. You
say he would have been an ideal partner if I
were a straight man, and you say effectively that demographically
it was it was too much to ask of the
(24:36):
American people to ask them to elect you with him
as your running mate. I wonder if his reaction to that,
since this part of the book has come out, if
you've had any reflection on that, or I guess, I
guess I'd ask you to just elaborate on that a
little bit. It's hard to hear with you running as
(24:58):
you know, you're the first woman elected vice president, you're
a black woman and a South Asian woman elected that
high office, very nearly elected president, to say that he
couldn't be on the ticket effectively because he was gay,
it's hard to hear.
Speaker 8 (25:09):
No, No, that's not what I said that. That's that
he couldn't be on the ticket because he is gay.
My point, as I write in the book, is that
I was clear that in one hundred and seven days,
in one of the most hotly contested elections for president
(25:30):
United States against someone by Donald Trump, who knows no
floor to be a black woman running for president United
States and as a vice presidential running mate a gay man,
with the stakes being so high, it made me very sad.
(25:51):
But I also realized it would be a real risk
no matter how you know. I've been an ad a
kid in an ally of of the LGBT community my
entire life. So it wasn't about it wasn't about it right,
So it wasn't about any any prejudice on my part,
but that we had such a short we had such
(26:13):
a short period of time and the stakes were so high.
I think Pete is a phenomenal, phenomenal public servant, and
I think America is.
Speaker 2 (26:29):
And would be ready for that.
Speaker 8 (26:33):
But at when I had to make that decision with
two weeks to go, you know, and maybe I was
being too cautious, you know, I'll let our friends, we
should all.
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Talk about that.
Speaker 8 (26:46):
Maybe I was, but that's the decision I made, and
I'm and I as with everything else in the book,
and being very candid about that with a great deal
of sadness about also the fact that it might have
been a rip. Now.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
She also said she didn't pick Shapiro to be her
vice presidential candidate because he was Jewish, and well, I mean,
you just can't have a Jewish guy being the vice
presidential candidate.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
She ripped on him as well.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
I said this earlier today on Fox Business Channel and
it's gone viral, so I want to play it for you.
Listen to what I had to say on also Harris
attacking Donald Trump, saying that Donald Trump is a communist dictator.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
Here it is.
Speaker 9 (27:32):
Now, let's get your reaction to this whopper from Karl Harris.
Speaker 8 (27:37):
The sitting vice president enters the race against a former
president of the United States, has been running for ten years,
with one hundred and seven days to go, and it
ended up being the closest presidential election in the twenty
first century. We used to compare the strength of our
democracy to communist dictators. That's what we're dealing with right now,
(27:58):
Donald Trump.
Speaker 9 (27:59):
What does she talking about? The closest race in the
twenty first century? Show the US electro math from last year,
Kamala Harris lost eighty three percent of all US counties.
So Trump Trump won both the popular vote the electoral college,
plus all the swing states. And she claims Trump is
a communist dictator.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
What's that about.
Speaker 9 (28:17):
Kamala Harris now says she supports an actual communist Zora Mamdani.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
Yeah, yeah, do as I say, now as I do.
And remember it's never my fault. This is Kamala Harrison.
This is the problem with the Democratic Party. When they lose,
they don't learn anything. There was a lot, by the
way to learn this last election. There was a lot
to learn from Donald Trump losing and then coming back
and winning. And they should have done a deep dive, like, hey,
what is our problem right now? Is it the extremist
(28:44):
that Marxist in our party or is it just we
have bad leaders?
Speaker 2 (28:48):
At the end of the day, Kamala Harris lost.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Because of this type of rhetoric and she doesn't know
what she's talking about.
Speaker 2 (28:53):
And the voters agreed.
Speaker 9 (28:55):
Yeah, and didn't Kamala Harris's father and people to Judge's father,
didn't they teach at Marxism just like Sirah mom, Donnie all.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
Right then yeah, I mean you listen to it there
and I got to say, this is the reason why
the Democratic Party is in shambles. They are in shambles
because they actually are filled with people that hate other
people that aren't like them, and they want to demand
that you be just like what they say is acceptable
(29:25):
or right. And when they have an opportunity, remember they're
supposed to be the advocates for the LGBTQIA community, and
when they have a chance to pick a gay man,
they're like, Nope, can't do it. Why because it's a
gay man. And they talk about you know, oh, be
who you are and we stand by you and don't
be a racist or a bigot. They got a chance
to pick a guy and they're like, Nope, can't pick him.
(29:46):
Why because he's Jewish. This is the Democratic Party, this
is what they are. This is who they are. And
when they show themselves like this the way that Kama
