collaboration with federal partners like the FBI, the DEA, and
the US Marshals and even using the US Coast Guard.

This is the part that's amazing and also scary. The
operation resulted in arrests of one four hundred and s
sixty one individuals across various communities, including Boston, Nantucket, Springfeld,
filled Martha's Vineyard. Lawrence, I mean, these are big and
small towns. The key outcomes of the enforcement and the

details are this.

Of those arrested, seven hundred ninety.

they gave all this information to the media, do you
know what the media did? They started attacking the ICE

didn't care if your family members killed. They don't care
if there's a kid that's raped or sex traffic. They
want to hurt the men and women in law enforcement, right,
they don't back the blue. They want to get rid
of the police. They want to defund the police, they
want to defund prisons, they want to defund everything and

is the media's position. So you have this press conference
and it's ending and the acting ICE Director Todd Lyons
return to the podium after they had given the details
on Operation Patriot, when a reporter asks why the ICE
agents are wearing masks, impalling that they're doing something wrong.

with a specific charge. The FBI Director James Comey, in

Why did he say that because he was also protecting
the Clinton family. President Barack Obama publicly stated that he
guaranteed there would be no political influence in the FBI

the complete opposite of that with the new allegations that

President just put out a very strong statement condemning this attack.
This terrorist came into our country under the previous administration.
Joe Biden's administration foolishly gave him a tourist visa and
that allowed him to unlawfully remain in our country. This

individual should have been deported, instead he was welcomed here
and now three years later after coming to this country,
under Joe Biden's administration, he has lighting Jewish people on
fire who were simply trying to peacefully pay respect to
the hostages in Israel. This absolutely is an act of
targeted terrorism. The FBI and the Department of Justice are

investigating it as such, and the President is going to
ensure that this individual is held to the fullest extent
of the law. And not just this individual, but any individual,
especially illegal criminals, who engage in acts of terrorism, will
be held accountable under this president.

with her more in what she said there, and I'm
going to play more of what she also said at
a press conference earlier in a moment, But let me
tell you more about the charges. So Amon has been
charged with multiple offenses now, including federal hate crimes an
attempted murder. He's currently in custody with a bond said
at ten million. The FBI is treating the incident as

a targeted act of terrorism and investigations are quote ongoing
to determine any potential extremist affiliations. Now, the attack has
also drawn widespread condemnation from public officials and community leaders,
highlighting concerns over rising anti Semitic violence and broader implications

of ideological extremism in the United States of America. Which
brings me back to the White House Press secretary and
what she said about what the last administration has done.

Is your concern in.

The administration that there capacity be some sleeper sales here
in the United States.

What type of pattern is the administration looking at as
far as terror sales.

Well, there's certainly a concern that the previous administration allowed
way too many terrorists and illegal immigrants into the interior
of our country. And that's why the Department of Homeland
Security is working over time to arrest, detain, and support
as many illegal criminals and terrorists that we can in
the United States of America, and any act of violence
will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

There are certainly a concern that the previous administration allowed
way too many noticed she didn't say legal immigrants, she
said way too many terrorists into the interior of our country.
She is distinguishing a difference between people that were illegal
immigrants that were let in and actual terrorists that were

Jewish people in this country as well.

What can you say of the Jewish community today to
ensure that the White House is doing everything I can
to keep him safe under the horrific attack at Boulder
and also the two Israeli empasy staff who were targeted
just last week here in our nation's capital.

Yeah, we have seen two horrific cases of anti Semitic
violence in our country in the last two weeks, and
it is unacceptable to this President and this White House.
And rest assured to all Jewish Americans across our great country,
this President has your back. He's not going to allow
anyone to take part in violent terrorism. It's acts of

terrorism in our country and that's what this case in Boulder, Colorado.

Is being investigated.

As kudos to our FBI Director Cash Pattel for immediately
calling this a targeted terrorist attack.

That's clearly what it was.

But I'd also like to point out that this administration
has done more than any administration to curb this violence
and to curb illegal immigration. We secured our border in
record time, but we're also tightening up our visa process
and our legal immigration process. And we know that this individual,
this terrorist, was allowed into this country by the previous administration,

was foolishly given a tourism visa and then was illegally
allowed to stay. These individuals are going to be deported,
and we're not going to tolerate such violence in our country.

This is an act of terrorism now. The White House
Press Secretary also making it clear that the President is
not going to stand by and allow things like this
to happen. This is terrorism in our country. Under the

previous administration, Joe Biden administration foolishly gave a tourist visa
to a man and allowed him to remain unlawfully in
our country.

This individual should have been deported.

Instead they welcomed him here and gave them a work visa.
You put all of this together and It is abundantly
clear that the last administration knew what they were doing.
They knew it, folks, They knew they were letting in
people that were going to be terrorists. There's a real
concern now how many terrorists are in this country. This

is exactly why the President of the United States of
America said it this way in his post on social media, saying, quote,
yesterday's horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado will not be tolerated
in the United States of America. He came in through
Biden's ridiculous this open border policy, which has hurt our
country so badly.

He must go out.

Under Trump policy, acts of terrorism will be prosecuted to
the fullest extent of the law. This is yet another
example of why we must keep our border secure and
deport illegal anti American radicals from our homeland. My heart
goes out to the victims of this terrible tragedy and
the great people of Boulder, Colorado. There are two different
thinkings in this country right now. One of them is

the way that it was just described. Okay, I want
to be clear of a president who's saying we're not
tolerating this. The other is we don't care who comes
in this country as long as we fundamentally change this
country and flood this country with legal immigrants.

And yes, we know that when we open the border
there are terrorists.

They're going to get through, and that means some of
you are going to die, and we're okay with it.
To fundamentally change this country regardless of the acts of
heinous terrorism that come because of an open border policy.
There is a difference between the two parties. And this
is the maybe the biggest difference of all. I want

to move to another aspect of what the Trump administration
is having to deal with. It's not only the fact
they believe there's terrorists and tarist sales that were led
into this country under the Biden administration, but now they're
trying to figure out how to get these people out
as quickly as they can. Operation Patriot was conducted and
it stands now as one of the most extensive immigration
(09:27):
enforcement actions in Massachusetts history. Now, why don't I bring
up Massachusetts because this is really far from the southern border.
This was led by the US Immigration and Customer Enforcement
you know them as ICE. It was also in a
collaboration with federal partners like the FBI, the DEA, and
the US Marshals and even using the US Coast Guard.

This is the part that's amazing and also scary. The
operation resulted in arrests of one four hundred and s
sixty one individuals across various communities, including Boston, Nantucket, Springfeld,
filled Martha's Vineyard. Lawrence, I mean, these are big and
small towns. The key outcomes of the enforcement and the

details are this.

Of those arrested, seven hundred ninety.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Individuals, that would be fifty four percent had significant criminal
convictions or pending charges. Now you may say, all right, Ben,
what's significant.

It's a great question.

These offenses encumbass, drug trafficking, sexual assault, murder, child sex exploitation,
child exploitation, and affiliations with trans national gangs that are
now designated as terrorist organizations MS thirteen and the trend
de Aragua gang. If that's not enough to get your attention,

let me tell you this.

How about repeat offenders.

The operation identified two hundred and seventy seven individuals who
had previously been ordered removed by immigration judges but remained
in the US, often re entering unlawfully because the last
administration just didn't care that's coming from NBC News Boston,

then you deal with these island raids. The coordinated effort
on Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard led to the rest of
forty individuals, including a known MS thirteen gang member and
a convicted child sex offender. The US Coast Guard assisted
in transporting detainees from these different islands.

The New York Post is reporting now now.

Federal officials, including the acting ICE Director toy Lines and
the US Attorney Lee, fully emphasized that the Operation Patriot
aimed to enhance public safety by specifically removing individuals with
serious criminal backgrounds. They highlighted cases involving individuals one for
violent crimes, both domestically and internationally. Now, the part that
(12:09):
makes me even more angry is the fact that after
they gave all this information to the media, do you
know what the media did? They started attacking the ICE
agents for wearing masks when doing these raids. The videos
that are out there that have gone viral show many
of these law enforcement officials wearing masks, and the media
(12:30):
didn't care if your family members killed. They don't care
if there's a kid that's raped or sex traffic. They
want to hurt the men and women in law enforcement, right,
they don't back the blue. They want to get rid
of the police. They want to defund the police, they
want to defund prisons, they want to defund everything and
just have total anarchy. I want to be clear that
(12:54):
is the media's position. So you have this press conference
and it's ending and the acting ICE Director Todd Lyons
return to the podium after they had given the details
on Operation Patriot, when a reporter asks why the ICE
agents are wearing masks, impalling that they're doing something wrong.

And I want you to do two things here.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
One, I want you to listen to this carefully, but two,
I want you to share this audio, share this podcast
wherever you can on social media because people need to
hear this type of propaganda from the media and you
understand just how much they lie to you.

Listen carefully. They're leaving the room.

And he comes running back to answer this question, why
doe you mask?

I'm going to answer the mask question. So no, no,
not the mask.

So a lot of agencies were invited to come out
two weeks ago in Los Angeles where we ran out
operation where ICE offices were docked.

So let's just say that again.

People are out there taking photos of the names, their
face and posting them online with death threats to their
family and themselves. So I'm sorry if people are offended
by them wearing masks, but I'm not going to let
my officers and agents go out there and put their
lives on the line and their family on the line
because people don't like what immigration enforcement is. They're wearing

those masks because we were in an operation with the
Secret Service. We arrested someone that was going online taking
their photos, posting their families, their kids' instagram their kids facebooks,
and targeting them.

So let me ask, is.

That the issue here that we're just upset about the masks,
or is anyone upset with the fact that ICE officers
families were labeled terrorists.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
This is exactly why I tell you the media is evil,
because after everything and all the details that I just
gave you the last question, they're screaming as they're walking
out of the room with the Department of Justice telling
you about this amazing moment where we had this massive raid.
The Operation Patriot was one of the largest immigration enforcement
(15:03):
operations ever and the people of Massachusetts are safer with
nearly one thousand, five hundred legal aliens removed. Illegal aliens
arrested included some of the worst people in the world
who committed the worst crimes.

I'll give you an example.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
A fifty five year old Salvadorian national with an active
INTERPOL red for aggravated homicide, robbery, aggravated kidnap, and theft
and El Salvador. Ice officers arrested him in Massachusetts and
that's the guy that they're like, well, why are there
people that rested him wearing a mask? There was another illegal,
(15:43):
a thirty two year old Guatemala national and a registered
sex offender who is penning criminal charges in Boston for
five counts of indecent assault and battery on a person
fourteen or over. He also is in trouble for trafficking
a person for sexual servitude.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
That's a slave. He was arrested in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
For child rape, aggravated ten year old age gap and
in decent assault and battery on a person fourteen or over.
Ice lodged not one, but two detainers with local jurisdictions
who refused to honor it, so we had to go
in and get him, and what does.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
The media say.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
The media says, oh, well, why are your agents wearing masks?
You had an illegal, a thirty seven year old national
from Honduras whose most recent arrest was in Fall Rivers
for rape in decent assault and battery on a person
fourteen or over, witness intimidation, and kidnapping of a minor.

He was arrested in Massachusetts for lude and acts and
conduct and sexual conduct for fee. He also had several
convictions of Massachusetts for operating a vehicle under the influence
of alcohol, so putting family's lives atrist with a DUI.
He had been convicted for operating under the influence of
alcohol and operating while in toxicin in Iowa, where he
(17:14):
served one year in prison. Still in America, you had
a twenty two year old Columbian national charge of breaking
and entering a building daytime for felony, then kidnapping, aggravated
rape and in decent assault and battery on a person
fourteen or over. Local authorities released him back in the
community despite an ICE immigration attainer being in place.

So what do we do? We went in and found him.
I'm going to say it again.

The media doesn't give a crap about the children that
are being raped and trafficked and turned into sex slaves.
They care that the ICE agents were wearing masks when
they were arresting these horrible people. You don't hate the
media enough, and I will keep reminding you of just
how bad they are. There are shocking new allegations that

the FBI and the Department of Justice were ordered by
Barack Obama not to arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage and
violation of eighteen US Code seven ninety three.

In fact, Barack.

Obama effectively served as Hillary Clinton's personal lawyer. And there's
a reason why this story I'm telling you right now
is not going viral. In fact, there's silence in the
media on this issue. And that's exactly why I want

Here's what we know.

Former FBI lawyer at least A Page testified before Congress
that the DOJ advised the FBI not to pursue charges
against Clinton for gross negligence in handling classified information. Page
stated that the DOJ considered the term quote gross negligent

to be constitutionally vague, influencing the decision not to proceed
with a specific charge. The FBI Director James Comey, in
a twenty sixteen press conference, described Clinton's actions as quote
extremely careless, but concluded that quote no reasonable prosecutor would
(19:21):
bring such a case, recommending that no charges be filed.
Why did he say that because he was also protecting
the Clinton family. President Barack Obama publicly stated that he
guaranteed there would be no political influence in the FBI
investigation of the Clinton emails, emphasizing that evidence, not politics,
(19:45):
would dictate the outcome. But behind closed doors, he did
the complete opposite of that with the new allegations that
are coming forward. In fact, I want you to hear
this report from Fox News and Brett Baer.

Right about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers
to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton
email investigation. Chief Intelligence corresponding Katherine Herrich tells us in
sworn testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders told
lawmakers what she was told.
Speaker 7 (20:19):
During closed door testimony last summer. Former FBI lawyer Lisa
Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI
not to pursue the gross negligent statute for Hillary Clinton.
In the mishandling of classified information. Former US attorney and
House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about
the statute, known as eighteen USC. Seven ninety three. Ratcliffe,

you're making it sound like it was the Department that
told you you're not going to charge gross negligence, because
we're the prosecutors. Paige interrupted, That is correct. Page's testimony
appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation
in July twenty sixteen against criminal charges for Clinton.

investigation was done honestly, competently, and independently. No outside influence
of any kind was brought to bear.

The Republican Ledhouse Oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January,
with Democrats now in control. The committee's new ranking Republican
made the page transcript public.

The transcript releases show an inherent two tier system, one
in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got
where they was actually at first concerned that they were
going to charge her, and then with Loretta Lynch in
charge before shut Charister Sale made it very clear that
that was not going to happen.

The tip off came from a chart drawn up by
federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case, known as Medeor Exam.
Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal
statutes for prosecution. Next to gross negligence was a notation
quote DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases
are military cases when accused lost the information. In response

to the page revelations, the President tweeted the transcripts quote
make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was
a broken and corrupt machine. The page transcript also confirms
Fox's earlier reporting. The page testified Russia collusion was still
unproven when Special Counsel Robert Muller was appointed.

So let's just recap the facts as we know them now.
Number one, the FBI and the DOJ were ordered by
Barack Obama to not arrest Hillary Clinton. Why because they
were protecting her at all costs. Number Two, James Comey
deliberately lied to the American people days before the election

in twenty sixteen. And yes, he was also protecting the
Clinton family at Barack Obama's orders. The CIA, John Radcliffe
Sanang quote Lisa Page confirmed to me under oath that
the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to
(22:57):
consider charging Hillary Clinton. In other words, no matter what
crime she committed, no matter what she did with her emails,
no matter what she didn't destroying them, no matter what
servers they were on, and no matter how much classified
information she had in her possession that she was not
supposed to have in a laptop or in emails or
(23:19):
on a private server, it didn't matter. The FBI, under
Barack Obama's orders, was never going to charge Hillary Clinton
with anything, whether it was gross negligence or the mishandling
of classified information. All of this goes back to the
(23:40):
single issue how much were we lied to in this
country by a corrupt deep state that was led by
Barack Obama. Well, now we know just how bad it
actually was. Now there's also the politics of this. There's
going to be many that are going to say, you
just need to let it go. Clinton didn't win the election,
(24:02):
so let's move on. This is old news. It's twenty
fifteen and twenty sixteen. Why do we even care. I'll
say this, it is important that we know just how
corrupt the FBI and the DOJ were under Barack Obama
and under James Comey. And if this is what they
were doing to protect Hillary Clinton, the other question is
(24:22):
who else were they protecting? What other high ranking officials
went off the reservation? What about the I don't know
Biden crime family as well. There are so many questions
that need to be asked. And the other issue is
who should do it. Well, Congress should obviously, and the
FBI and the DOJ under Cashpertel's leadership. The CIA director
(24:46):
sounding the alarm on this, John Radcliffe, I think making
it very clear that he believes this is something that
needs to be investigated.

Is this revenge?

No, this is about holding people accountable that a be
use their power in egregious ways. And let's also never
forget what they did to Donald Trump. They raided his
home in mar Lago over maybe one one thousandth of
what Hillary Clinton destroyed. Yes, she destroyed evidence that was

going to be or could be used against her, and
she knew she could do it because Barack Obama said,
do not arrest Hillary Clinton for espionage or any other
crime she may have committed.
