Speaker 1 (00:01):
Joe Scarborough MSNBC praising the wanderer in chief Joe Biden,
saying he's doing a great job at the G seven,
claiming Biden is getting lost his quote cheap fakes and
vicious lies by the RNC. After everyone's seen the tape
of the president walking around aimlessly, you add it as

(00:21):
the cover of the New York Post. Mirander, Meander, I
should say, in chief Biden embarrasses us with confused wanderings
at world conference. The media standing up saying that's a lie.
I tell you it's a lie. He was not doing that.
What you witnessed was not real, right, So you watch
it with your own eyes. You see the president wandering around,

(00:43):
mirandering around, not realizing, like what the hell is happening.
If you haven't seen this video, then you've been living
under rock. I'll put it on social media, you can
see it. But he's absolutely right, Meander, in chief, Biden
embarrassed is the US where they confuse wandering at a
world conference where world leaders had to go grab him

(01:04):
by the arm like he was a senile old man
that couldn't find his way back into the old folks home.
And and the media now those that are on the
Biden team. They're coming to his defense like never before.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Listen, well, you know, Nika, it just it needs to
be sad. I mean you you you have Joe Biden
here with it.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Schedule would be brutal for anybody be president of any age,
going to Europe, you know, gons on d Day and
and and.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
By the way, it's it's this idea that's a brutal schedule.
The dude has a plane that you has a king
sized bed you can sleep in. The president of United
States America's schedule, it can be brutal.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
There's no doubt about it.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
Joe Biden's presidential schedule is not brutal.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
Joe Biden's presidential schedule, as they've described the White House,
we try to keep him noon to four and then
the rest of his days pretty much shut down. Okay,
Like like this, this this whole idea that is schedule
is brutal is a lie. It is not brutal.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
They protect this present from a brutal schedule. So the
first thing they say there is they're trying to paint
this picture of a reality that's not a reality for
Joe Biden.

Speaker 5 (02:14):
Keep listening, spending five days in France, going over to
the G seven.

Speaker 2 (02:18):
In the middle of the personal struggles.

Speaker 5 (02:20):
In the middle of the personal struggles, the Hudder trial,
and and yesterday I even even critics were saying that
he did a strong job, very good job representing the United.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
States, even though again we have some some cheap fakes
that the RNC once again spreading vicious lies about Joe Biden.
But that's just that's that's who they are, that's who
they've become. We will point out in a second for
Jonathan Demir, I was struck by that, struck by the strong,
strong message as well that Joe Biden delivered yesterday. I mean,

(02:56):
the United States and our great allies said here a
have really stood shoulder to shoulder here other than Mike
Johnson and Donald Trump holding up badly needed security aid
the Ukraine. Now that that roadblock has gotten passed, and
people who actually love freedom and love democracy and hate

(03:19):
authoritarians who invade other countries, it seems to me we
have them out numbered as far as people in Europe
and America that actually support freedom at all times, unlike
a lot of Republicans in the House, but a very
strong message. The United States followed the EU and its support,

(03:42):
and now they get together the G seven and another
fifty billion dollars going Ukraine's way.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
I mean, you hear that defense from them, and you
want to talk about, you know, wandering around aimlessly. That's
what that commentary sounded like from Joe Scarborough right this,
you know, Jeremy Bash. They then brought him on and
Jeremy Bash is saying, well, you know this is a
president that Biden that's leading on the world stage.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
No, he's not.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
The world leaders know it too. They're watching this guy
walk around and wandering off, and then they try to
tell you that what you saw is somehow not real
when it's obviously real.

Speaker 6 (04:28):
Joining it's now former chief of staff at the CIA
and the Department of Defense, Jeremy Bash, Jeremy, good morning.

Speaker 4 (04:34):
It's good to see you.

Speaker 6 (04:34):
So I'm curious what you make of this ten year
bilateral security agreement kind of cleverly created off interest from
frozen Russian assets over the last couple of years. What
does this provide Ukraine right now?

Speaker 7 (04:47):
Well, this is critical both symbolically and tangibly, Willy, because
President Biden is saying on the world stage that the
United States is going to stand up for Ukraine. Can
a stand four square against Putin against her? And it's
a clear message that the United States is going to
stand with our allies together with NATO. And one of
the things that President Biden is showcasing during his week

(05:08):
in Italy at the G seven is that America is
back leading on the world stage. We are strengthening NATO,
we expanded NATO, we are standing with Ukraine, and we
are standing up to Russia in the same way that.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
I look this like.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
We are standing up on the world stage. By golly,
so standing up on the world stage now means we
sent a bunch of money to Ukraine.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
And that's what you get credit for.

Speaker 6 (05:32):
Now.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Glad that we clarified that.

Speaker 1 (05:35):
CNN throwing a little shade in Italy this morning at
the President of the United States of America.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
CNN's m J.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Lee on Biden telling reporters to quote play by the rules.
CNN irritated flying all the way to Italy, giving him
great press all the time, but then being told that
they got to play by the rules.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Listen to this.

Speaker 8 (05:58):
The other moment that really stood out as a little
interesting to me was when a reporter asked him a
question about the ongoing seafire and hostages negotiations. You know,
earlier in the day he had said that he was
not hopeful that a deal was going to be reached soon.
But when a reporter pressed him on that, he initially
responded by saying, I wish you guys would play by

(06:18):
the rules a little bit, saying that he wished that
the questions could be on the topic of Ukraine. Obviously,
we all know there are no rules at these kinds
of press conferences. If you get a question to the president,
you can ask about any topic you would like. But
that did sort of seem to me and strike me
as the President expressing a little bit of frustration. And
I think that clearly captures the moment that we are

(06:40):
in in these negotiations, something that the President has been
pressing on for months and months, and as he has
made clear and other US officials have made clear, those
talks are very much stalled right now. And I think
you definitely sense that frustration on the stage behind me.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
I love how they're like, well, we're going to call
him out a little bit, like telling us play by
the rules.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
What you don't tell us to play by the rules.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Another CNN host also talking about this, saying how the
President got snippy with the press and that's not something
we like to see again shout across the bow of
the CNN to the President, Hey, you don't talk to
us that way, listen.

Speaker 9 (07:21):
And toubting this bilateral agreement between the United States and Ukraine,
one that would see the United States provide Ukraine with
material aid, security and intelligence for a period of ten years,
though there are serious questions about how long that deal
will last, given that a part of it includes this
executive authority in which a future president could potentially relinquish

(07:43):
that power. The President was also asked about a number
of other issues, notably his son Hunter, who was convicted
earlier this week of three felon accounts of inappropriate gun possession,
and he was asked a question about Gaza that he
apparently didn't enjoy being asked.

Speaker 4 (08:00):
And we can talk a little bit more about that
with our panel as we open it up. But he's
been snippy recently about being asked multiple questions in these
press conferences, which we should just be clear and for
both former White House correspondents, these are very limited. They're
called two and two's, and the reporters tend to there's
a tradition of asking more than the questions. It's just

(08:22):
pretty usual because there are not that many questions.

Speaker 9 (08:26):
To ask and follows as well.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
That's right, and this president has I mean, he falls
far below his predecessors when it comes to interviews and
when it comes to press conferences. We just need to
be clear about that. They have a lot of questions
to ask him, and these reporters do not have many opportunities.
They've all dragged themselves to Italy for this G seven
summit to do one thing their jobs, ask these questions.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
Yeah, I love.

Speaker 1 (08:50):
I mean, they're really turning on him, like they're not
screwing around. And this is their way of saying, uh huh,
like we carry water for you every day. You don't
slap us around publicly. You do not slap us around
that way. Uh Newke Gingrich also talking about this trip

(09:10):
and Biden and his team, he says, have no idea
what they are doing. Biden's lost on this trip. Rather,
the rest of the world is taking advantage of us. Listen,
they're showing the video now of Joe Biden walking away

(09:31):
after in Italy and looking out staring into the distance,
and then a world leader coming over and going hey, like,
come back over here.

Speaker 10 (09:40):
I love how they all kind of don't know what
to do every time Biden kind of wanders off, like
are you gonna get him?

Speaker 11 (09:45):
No?

Speaker 2 (09:46):
You get them all right.

Speaker 10 (09:47):
Once Biden's Italian chaperone turned him in the right direction, well,
he was ready to go his meeting with his best
pal Zelensky and promising to put Ukraine first.

Speaker 2 (09:58):
Would we stand with Ukraine?

Speaker 12 (10:00):
Would we stand for sovereignty, freedom and against tyranny?

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Yes we will.

Speaker 12 (10:04):
We will say it again, yes, again and again and again.
We're going to stand with Ukraine.

Speaker 10 (10:09):
Thank you, and thanks to every American heart that does
not betray freedom and support US. Crane Shakum, Well, Biden
is wasting time, energy and resources on Ukraine. We're seeing
real threats to our national security right here in our
own hemisphere. A fleet of Russian warships right now are

(10:31):
parked off the coast of Cuba. They're getting ready to
hold military drills in the Caribbean. And China is building
a mega port in Peru.

Speaker 13 (10:40):
And this will only further make it easier for the
Chinese to extract all of these all of these resources
from the region. So that should be concerning. Do you
think about a port, the scanning of cargo. Who's going
to have all that information? Who's going to have all
that data?

Speaker 2 (11:01):
This is just laughable.

Speaker 10 (11:03):
It wasn't so scary, it would be laughable. Joining me now,
Newt Gangrich, former Speaker of the House, Fox News political
analyst Nut The New York Times published a piece today
saying that America has become a humbler superpower under Biden,
writing that America no longer presents itself as the confident
guaranteur of security, a trust us. We've got this, got

(11:23):
this superpower. The terrain is too vast, China's rise too
great a threat. Newt, This as the G seven is underway,
is it humility or failure?

Speaker 11 (11:36):
Well, I think it's humility based on failure. Biden and
his team are incompetent, They have no idea what they're doing.
They were a disaster in Afghanistan, they have been a
disaster in Iran. They have I think been remarkably slow
and incompetent in helping Ukraine. They have no strategy for

(11:58):
Latin America. And you know, I think It's very sobering
if you remember the immediate imagery of Soviet, Soviet and
now Russian warships in Havana brings back to mind the
nineteen sixty two human missile crisis, and you have to
say to yourself.

Speaker 3 (12:17):
John F.

Speaker 11 (12:18):
Kennedy was at the peak of his ability in dealing
with the missile crisis. Does anyone believe that Joe Biden
could deal with the crisis like that with any kind
of cognitive relevance, energy level, toughness, strategic advice. I think
it's scary. This is not a political issue now, this

(12:40):
is an issue of survival. And of course the New
York Times, which is essentially anti American, is delighted to
have a weaker America. Refuses to report accurately about our enemies,
and these are our enemies, these are not you know, friends.

Speaker 10 (12:56):
Now, there was a conversation brief about China's role, which
we've talked about a lot here on the angle newt
in helping Russia during this Ukraine war.

Speaker 7 (13:05):
Watch I had phone conversation with a leader of China.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
By phone. He said that he will not sell any
weapon to Russia that did the fils. We'll see with you,
we'll see.

Speaker 14 (13:21):
But he said to me, if his respectable person, he
will not, because he gave me the word.

Speaker 12 (13:28):
By the way, China is not supplying weapons, but the
ability to produce those weapons and the technology available to
do it, so it is in fact helping Russia.

Speaker 10 (13:40):
Of course also buying vast amounts of Russian oil and
Russian agriculture, which is helping keep the Russian economy strong.
The sanctions never worked either, But that was interesting here
Zelenski say, well, if he's a respectable man about g

(14:00):
this is where we're sending hundreds of billions of dollars.

Speaker 11 (14:03):
Really, look, I think that Zelensky's in a hopeless position.
He can't tell the truth. The truth will offend his
primary patrons, Biden. It's hard to overstate this. Biden and
his team are totally out of touch with reality. They
don't understand the real world. They don't understand the concept

(14:25):
of hetting real enemies. They don't have any concept of strategy,
and they sort of go from press conference to press conference,
making it up as they go along. They've had no
positive impact on Gaza, they've had no positive impact on Iran.
They were a total failure in Afghanistan, and frankly, the
Ukrainian war could have been solved much much earlier with

(14:47):
an effective, aggressive American government, and they've just drained it
out in ways to kill Ukrainians and spend a great
deal of American money.

Speaker 10 (14:56):
Now, another fifty billion dollars shakedown today. Oh sorry, it's alone.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
I love how that's described. Another fifty million dollars shakedown.
Oh wait, it's a loan. They're never going to pay
this back. We're going to forgive the loan. They know that,
but they also know that the American people are having
enough of their money going to Ukraine in such large amounts,
So now they're going to disguise it and fake it
as a loan.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
This loan will never be paid back. Ever.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
There is a new report out that Joe Biden, and
I can't even believe he's actually saying this with a
straight face, but he is is now saying that his
son Hunter Biden is quote the victim of a weaponized
system of justice after he was found guilty on those
drug being a drug addict buying a firearm. While obviously

(15:46):
that's you know, against the law, and I thought Democrats
are all tough on gun crimes, right, like that was
their thing. That's kind of their mo Well, President Joe
Biden reportedly believes that Hunter Biden is now a victim
of the weaponization of justice following his gun conviction. On Tuesday,
the Delaware grand jury, as you know, found Hunter guilty
on all three gun charges. He now faces up to

(16:09):
twenty five years in prison in seven hundred five thousand
dollars in fines. Let's be clear, that ain't gonna happen,
and we all know why because he's the President's son.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
Now.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
What's also even more crazy about this is when the
President was asked last week in France about pardoning his son,
he said he would not pardon Hunter.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
I think he's probably just lying.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
He has not, however, spoken about whether he would deliver,
as I've said here, a commutation of a sentence. I
think that's probably gonna happen. Quote the President feels guilty
over Hunter's legal predicament to people not authorized to speak
publicly about the private conversations about Hunter told Politico. They
also told the outlet Joe Biden believes he contributed to

(16:56):
Hunter's plight. I kid you not if if I weren't
running for reelection, he would have gotten the plea deal,
Biden told a confidante earlier this month. The person familiar
with the con conversation told Politico Hunter refused to accept
a gun related plea deal from the government in twenty thirteen.

(17:16):
The offer of the gun plea deal came after his
sweetheart plea deal blew up under judicial scrutiny, which the
judge characterizes a typical and not straightforward quote unquote. Legal
experts suggests that the government's proposal was a show of favoritism,
specifically towards the president's son, a sweetheart deal that no

(17:42):
one else could get or quote. The sweetheart deal came
with a special agreement that also gave Hunter immunity from
all potential future charges, including a provision to potentially wipe
a felony gun violation from his record. The deal if
Hunter the option of plead guilty to not paying taxes

(18:02):
on more than one point five million in income in
seventeen and eighteen. Receiving probation rather than jail time was
the other thing that was said as well. Following quote
the sweet oar ple deal debacle, the government offered one
hundred a second plea deal related to gun charges that
he rejected, opting to go to trial in Delaware, because

(18:23):
of course, the Bidens always think they're above the law.
In turn, the government later indicted Hunter Biden in twenty
thirteen with tax violations in California. That tax trial is
set for September of this year. But now, apparently the
President believes that it's unfair that Hunter Biden is actually
having to face the music now as I tell you

(18:44):
about that. We also are being told now that Hunter
Biden is expected to appeal the gun conviction by himself
some more time so his dad won't be under pressure
to actually do two things. One to give him a deal,
right to give him, you know, a pardon, or two

(19:04):
have to deal with, you know, commuting a sentence before
election day, because after election day, whether he wins or loses,
I'm sure he's gonna give Hunter whatever Hunter wants.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
So, Hunter Biden, we're now being.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Told, is it absolutely expected to appeal his gun conviction.
People in his orbit and legal experts are confirming this morning.
To the New York Times quote, a successful appeal would
be an uphill climb, according to the outlet, but Hunter
can still file the appeal once the judge sentences him
in the coming weeks, and then that gives us Dad
more political cover before he has to bail his son out. Now,

(19:39):
Hunter's gun trial judge recently delivered a one year sentence
to a defendant in a similar case. The defense asked
for six months sentence, but the governor gave him one year.

Speaker 2 (19:51):
In that case.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
The White House was silent on Wednesday on whether President
Joe Biden would again commute his son sentence, which I'm
sure that's exactly what.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
They would do.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Hunter would likely base his appeal on the following basis.
The Times is also reporting that Hunter Biden is fifty
four that would base an appeal on a Supreme Court
decision that his father has described as an affront to
common sense and the Constitution and perhaps the crowning paradox

(20:23):
in a case with quote complexities. The Supreme Court's ruling
in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association Versus Bruin
paved the way for potential challenges to other gun laws,
including those that deny firearms to people addicted to drugs. So,
now the same part that's tough on gun crimes right
tough on gun convictions and tough on loopholes. Now is

(20:48):
advocating for people that are drug addicts to be able
to have a firearm and not lose the ability to
keep that firearm. That's now what the official line is
from Democrats. You want to talk about a one to
eighty like that's an impressive one eighty right there on
that one. Now, let me just pause on that because

(21:10):
I also have to get this other breaking news and
it matters, and that is coming out of Washington with
Netnyahu coming to Washington. D C, a far left organization
in New York City, has been at the forefront of
all the anti Israel protests around the country on college campuses.
They have now vowed to shut down d C. That's

(21:31):
what they're calling it. Shut down DC when the Prime
Minister of Israel, Netnya who arrives to speak before Congress.
Net Yaho will be speaking before a joint meeting of
Congress on July the twenty fourth. We're now being told
The People's Forum wrote in a post on x Wednesday
that the group would be shutting down DC when net

(21:53):
noaw who arrives and would issue a notice of a
citizen's arrest. This is the Democratic Marxist Socialist immunist Party.
This is how crazy they are. This is who they are, folks.
The Democratic Party is dead. I've been saying it for
a long time. They went on to say. In their tweet,
the people charged net Yaho with genocide. The group wrote,

(22:14):
when the car, When the car criminal comes to d
C on July the twenty fourth, we will shut down
DC and issue a notice of a citizen's arrest. The
people of the world stand with Palesine against the genocide
committed by Israel. They went on to write, as they say,
arrest net and Yahoo now. So they're all about arresting

(22:36):
Net Yahoo, and they say they have the power to
do this. They said that net Yaho, the prime mister Visuals,
should be arrested by IT for war crimes and crimes
against humanity. In fact, the International Criminal Court has requested
arrest warrants for him and the Minister of Defense of Israel.
The group saying, quote, we won't let a war criminal

(22:57):
walk the streets of DC. If Biden the whole administration
refused to draw a real red line against genocide, we will.
We are the red line, they say. Then a flag
of Palestine next to it. Says national mobilization all out
to d C July twenty fourth, the Capitol, Washington, d C.

(23:20):
And then it says where red Red Line against Genocide
is their hashtag, saying they're going to shut down the
United States Capital and they say that Netnahu will not
be able to go anywhere. Okay, that's what was said.
He will not be able to go anywhere. Two things here.

(23:45):
I would expect them to become very violent. I want
to be clear about that.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
Number One.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
I would expect them to go all out and be
total radicals with extreme chaos. Number two, like, I have
every belief that that is exactly what is going to
happen here. So you should be ready for that. This
is going to be extreme. There are going to be
radicals involved. This is what they are going to do.
I'm going to keep covering it. But the Democratic Party

(24:12):
is not going to stop this, and the Democratic Party
is not going to call this out, So just prepare
for this. We got new breaking news from the White
House Joe Biden, and I warned you of this yesterday.
I said there's no way in hell his son's going
to go to jail. And Joe Biden said he would

(24:33):
he won't partner his son, That doesn't mean he won't
commute a sentence, so he never sees a day in jail. Well,
the same White House that preached no one is above
the law just a week ago with Donald Trump is
now saying unless their last name is Biden, at least
they're consistent. The Biden family, Yeah, they get away with
anything they want to. The White House is now officially

(24:54):
quote left open the idea the President Joe Biden might
commute by penning federal sentence following his gun related conviction.
There is no immediate date scheduled for Hunters sentencing, and
two to three month delay between conviction sentencing is typically
what they have in the federal system, so that's what

(25:15):
they're expecting.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
There was a question that was asked White.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
House President Terry Jean Pierre on Air Force One about
Hunter Biden. You're gonna have to listen carefully listen to
what is asked and what she said.

Speaker 15 (25:31):
What I'm saying is that the President I am not
spoken to the President about this, And what I'm saying
is he was asked about a party, he was asked
about he was asked about the trial specifically, and he
answered it very clearly, very forthright. As we know, the
sentencing hasn't even been scheduled yet. I don't have anything
beyond what the President said. He's been very clear about this.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
There it is.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Oh yeah, so we're all about hey, you know, being
honest with you. Sure, okay, And the President was very
anesome forth right about you know, he's not going to
pardon him.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
But what about commuting in sentences? Well, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
I have talked to the President about that one, right
and well, and I hadn't even the sentencing I hadn't
even been scheduled yet. So everybody calmed down.

Speaker 10 (26:14):
Now.

Speaker 1 (26:14):
Joe Biden told ab SO News last week in his
interview that he would not pardon his son.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
Listen to him.

Speaker 14 (26:24):
In that interview, you did address Donald Trump and the
guilty verdicts on thirty four felon accounts before the American people.
You told Americans to respect the jury and the outcome
of this case. You were at a campaign fundraiser and
you told the room a convicted felon is now seeking
the office of the presidency. You called it disturbing. What

(26:44):
do you think the American people should make of this?
How important do you think this conviction should be in
this race for president.

Speaker 2 (26:51):
That's the public to decide.

Speaker 12 (26:53):
But one thing for certain is stop undermining the rule
of law, stop undermining institutions. That's what this whole effort is.
All the MAGA Republicans are coming out saying this is
a fix, this was a jury, that this was a
a judge that set up to get Trump. There's no
evidence of any of that. None. He's trying to undermine that. Okay,

(27:15):
you got a fair trial. The jury spoke like they
speak in all cases, and this should be respected.

Speaker 14 (27:21):
As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is
on trial. And I know that you cannot speak about
an ongoing federal prosecution, but let me ask you. Will
you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what
it is.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Yes?

Speaker 14 (27:37):
And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?

Speaker 2 (27:39):
Yes?

Speaker 15 (27:40):
You have.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
I love how comatose Biden's out of there. Yes. Yes,

the you know, the guilty verdict by pardoning him, and

(28:11):

Speaker 2 (28:14):

Speaker 1 (28:18):
He could just flat out be lying, and then you know,
when the election, say, guess what, I'm not up for
reelection again, so I can do whatever the hell.

Speaker 2 (28:25):

Speaker 1 (28:28):
