Speaker 1 (00:01):
Fallout after the viral video showing widespread fraud in Minnesota
doesn't seem to be stopping the Governor Tim Waltz from
doing what he does best standing with the Somali community.
Not only is he refusing to answer questions from the media,
he's now saying he wants to bring more Somalians into
(00:22):
Minnesota to back up the fraud and abuse. Apparently that's
already happened this coming out of Seattle, as Tim walt
ignores the questions about apologizing to Minnesota over the Somali
fraud and then listen to what he had to say
at a luncheon about it as well.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
Dofter Walt's what can you say about the latest on
the Somali fraud that happened.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Under your watch? Governor?
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Have you been able to apologize yet to the people
of Minnesota for allowing this Somali fraud to continue under.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
Your watching of the people of Minnesota?
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Is the time to apologize? How about the whistleblowers? Then
you have allegedly retaliated again. Would you like to respond
to the whistleblowers?
Speaker 3 (01:03):
And right how our neighbors are being demonized. Our neighbors
are being terrifized.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
Our neighbors are being can go off the students.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
The antidote to that is is positive actions to improve
lives that go against what they're trying to do.
Speaker 3 (01:17):
So instead of.
Speaker 4 (01:18):
Demonizing are small, we're going to be war as welcome,
orient and welcome people better.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Instead, we're going to that's right. You just heard the
governor of Minnesota say instead of cutting programs filled with
billions of dollars of fraud, we're going to enhance those programs.
He said. Instead of getting rid of people, we're going
to be more welcoming. Instead of demonizing our Somali community,
(01:46):
we're going to be bringing more of them in, welcoming
more of them in. Why what a governor after billions
of dollars of fraud is exposed would say something this
out of touch with reality. Well, it's very simple. Governor
Waltz knows that he could not be reelected without the
(02:06):
Somali community. There is a large voting block, and the
Somali community votes basically one hundred percent of the time together.
It's not like normal America. We're fifty percent or conservative
and fifty percent or liberal, or forty five percent or
conservative and forty five percent or liberal, and then there's
the undecideds in the middle, the Somali community, you get,
all of them are virtually none of their vote. And
(02:29):
Governor Waltz is basically saying, I'm willing to sell out
Minnesota's taxpayers and federal taxpayers to save the Somali community,
putting them ahead of American citizens that are being defrauded.
Which brings us to the Trump administration's response to this insanity.
The Department of Homeland Security under Secretary Nome has now
(02:51):
confirmed that federal Homeland Security agents are actively conducting a
major fraud investigation in Minneapolis, focusing on the childcare centers
and other alleged rampant fraud schemes. Agents have been observed
going door to door at suspected sites as part of
the probe in the last twenty four hours. The administration
(03:15):
is portraying the operations part of a broader effort to
protect federal funds and ensure accountability, framing these activities as
legitimate law enforcement actions that are expanding and that moves
us to the FBI. FBI Director Cash battel Is announced
that the bureau has also surged additional agents and new
(03:38):
investigative resources to Minnesota at large to investigate what officials
are describing as a large scale fraud schemes involving federal
aid programs amounting into the hundreds of millions, if not
billions of dollars. Director Battel characterized the known fraud cases
as possibly the tip of a very large iceberg, referring
(04:02):
to previous investigations like Feeding Our Future and new leads
sparked by the recent media attention as well as whistleblowers
coming forward that also brings us to the US Immigration
and Customs Enforcement known as ICE. They often work under
the Department of Homeland Security, and it has been reported
that they are targeting suspected fraud sites in Minnesota to
(04:25):
identify and address possible immigration related violations, including checks on
legal status and enforcement where applicable. Some news reports are
also indicating that there have been door to door operations
connected with the fraud investigation that also involved immigration enforcement elements.
(04:47):
Specific numbers and targets are in flux, but we will
keep you updated on when we get the hard numbers. Now,
all of this has triggered a federal response because of
the virals. Media video showing alleged empty daycare centers and
nonetheless receiving no significant public information from the governor, the
(05:11):
Attorney General of Minnesota, or even from the mainstream media.
Conservative leaders including Ted Cruz, Vice President Vance have publicly
praised the video's impact in drawing federal attention to the
matter as well the FBI and the Department of Home Security.
Response also blends long standing fraud investigations with new actions
(05:34):
tied to the recent spotlight on the Minnesota programs, which
brings us back to the Minnesota Governor, Tim Waltz. He
is being criticized by federal figures and GOP lawmakers the
Trump administration, framing the situation as evidence of lacks oversight
of federal funds, and officials in Minnesota are even angry
(05:55):
as well, bringing up broader claims emphasizing existing efforts to
fight fraud, and the whistleblowers were punished by the governor.
So that brings us to where we are now. What
we know is it looks like law and order will
be restored, even if the governor says we want to
bring in more Somali's for more fraud, even when he
(06:17):
says that we're demonizing those that are taking billions of
dollars away from American citizens. So Governor Waltz can hang
out on stage and say this is his plan. But
it's clear that law and order and law enforcement is
going to take place, and it could even involve the
governor himself. Minnesota's Somali fraud scandal has exploded over the weekend,
(06:42):
all because of a very brave YouTuber in his early
twenties that decided to do the job that the entire
media apparatus chose not to do. Now, did he do
some unbelievable amount of undercover journalism to get this story. No,
he just went and asked basic questions and knocked on
(07:02):
doors and what he found was billions of dollars in fraud.
We also now know that the FBI Director Cash Patel
has said the Minnesota fraud's scheme is a now quote
top FBI priority and is calling it the tip of
a very large iceberg. He also made it clear that
(07:23):
the FBI is not only aware of the videos that
have gone viral over the weekend, but is going to
do everything to bring those who have been committing this
fraud to justice, including denaturalization. Now, let's get to the
core of what exploded over the weekend, and the biggest
part of the story is simply asking questions by a
(07:46):
very brave young man. He put up his video on
social media. It is one that has obviously gone viral
and it's an important story about an individual using the
power of a cell phone to then turn it into
a forty two minute investigative video. Nick Shirley went out
(08:08):
to the addresses that were listed on the government's website
in Minnesota where the money had been going by the
millions of dollars to see what he could find, and
what he found was incredibly shocking, massive fraud and no
kids playing at any of the learning centers time after time.
(08:29):
Guess what happened. He didn't see anybody actually doing anything
with kids. Now, the government surely knew this, but they
didn't care because they're in on the scheme as well.
Which brings me to playing part of the videos for you.
I encourage you to watch the entire forty two minute
investigative video. I've put it up on x on Instagram
(08:53):
and on Facebook, but I want to play part of
what Shirley uncovered and one widely shared scene. What you're
gonna hear Shirley highlight that one center received about two
million dollars this last year in twenty twenty five alone,
despite no children or activity being a parent at the
site during daytime visits. Now, Shirley's video claims it over
(09:17):
one hundred and ten million in fraud was documented in
a single day of investigative reporting. Why did the media
not do this story? Again, this was not some massive whistleblower.
This was simply using publicly available data from the government
of Minnesota to then go and ask questions. And Shirley
(09:40):
was the only one that apparently was willing to do
the job that all of the media chose not to do.
So take a listen to one incredible part of that video.
Speaker 4 (09:53):
When I look at the world as whole and I
look at fraud, the Twin Cities is own zero. The
fraud is worse here than anywhere else ever in history, anywhere.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
We're gonna go in front these people, We're gonna go
to these daycare centers, We're gonna see what's actually happening.
Speaker 4 (10:09):
Okay, So we have to be careful because these people
are very violent. They're exceptionally violent.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Now, with all of David's evidence, we headed out to
the streets of Minneapolis to see how much fraud we
could uncover in one afternoon. Where are we going now.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
We're going to a place called Maco Childcare, which actually
has another childcare registered at the same address called Mini
child Care Center.
Speaker 3 (10:34):
So we should see lots of children there's at this
childcare centers, especially if there's two.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
The two of them combined our license for one hundred
and twenty and how.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Much money have these childcare centers received.
Speaker 4 (10:46):
None of those vans had moved in six months. None
of them. In twenty twenty one of them received one
point three million, and twenty twenty one they got nine
hunt and eighty seven thousand. In twenty twenty two they
got seven hundred and fourteen thousand. That's the last I
have for that one, and then the other one one
point six zero four million. In fiscal year twenty twenty five.
(11:08):
Fiscal year twenty twenty four they got about eight hundred
thousand and twenty fiscal year twenty twenty three, they got
nine hundred and four thousand and fifty nine dollars. This
place right here, yes, outside of it, well, this is
actually two daycares are registered here. One of them is
Mako what you see on the sign. The other one
is Many childcare Center. And between the two of these
(11:33):
childcare centers, they're pulling in about three million dollars a year,
and there are no children. Every facility is you go to,
the windows will be blocked out so you can't see in.
There's nobody here. You won't see a single child at
any of these facilities.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
There are indeed no windows. All the windows are blocked
out right here. All right, let's go in and the
childcare center is locked. Shooting the doorbell, try to get in,
rang the doorbell, nobody showed up. They're open seven days
a week at seventy to ten pm, it says here
on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here. And this
(12:10):
building here right here has generated millions of dollars, and
it seems like business isn't even open right now, and
it's a weekday. And if this was a daycare center,
it wouldn't just be in some industrialized building there. It'd
be maybe like a playground or something outside.
Speaker 4 (12:23):
Or there's no play area for the kids. So where
are the kids? Where's anybody? How can there be nobody here?
And it's like this every single day I've never seen
a single child here in nine years, I've never seen
a single child at this building right there.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Oh, then, now it looks like we've already got the
Somali's coming.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
To They're coming the words out.
Speaker 3 (12:46):
Hello, is this your daycare?
Speaker 2 (12:48):
No?
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Can you tell us where there are no children? Have
you ever seen children at this childcare center?
Speaker 3 (12:55):
Doesn't know if you've ever seen a child here? All right,
let's go to the next location. Now we're going to
the next daycare center. How much mony has this one generated?
Speaker 4 (13:02):
This one in fiscal year twenty twenty five one million,
forty two thousand and fifty nine dollars, in fiscal year
twenty twenty four one million, fifty nine thousand, seventy eight dollars,
and in fifcally your twenty twenty three seven hundred and
twenty seven thousand, three hundred and thirty six dollars.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
This next one is literally one block away, and this
one's also generated nearly three million dollars in the past
three years. And see if there's any children, and see
if any of the buildings are open. Here we go.
All right, we've arrived to ABC Learning Center. All the
windows are blocked out. Let's see if anybody is here.
(13:43):
This door is locked.
Speaker 4 (13:45):
This facility has licensed for forty children, zero children. I've
come by this place one hundred times. I've never seen
a child here. Ever. Another thing I've ever seen is
someone's standing outside smoking.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
What's crazy about this is that last daycare center is
that green building right there, and the other daycare center
right now is right here. These buildings should be operating
as they're receiving literally millions of dollars. I knocked on
the door. Into my surprise, somebody actually answered the door. Hello,
(14:17):
can we speak? I would like to check a child
in the daycare? Can I speak to a manager? Where
can I get paperwork to file for my son? I
wanted to put my son, Joey in daycare, And after
a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little
Joey Shirley ain't going to daycare here? And now where
(14:37):
are we going?
Speaker 4 (14:38):
Now? We're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
of this neighborhood.
Speaker 4 (14:45):
In fiscal year twenty twenty five, this facility, which sh
has its license for seventy four kids, was paid one
point two six million dollars in tax money, and there
are no kids, and all the facilities are the same way,
all of them.
Speaker 3 (15:00):
Let's see if anyone opens. Yeah, let's see once again.
I try to find a spot for my son Joey,
and they would not open the door. I want to
put my son Joey in daycare because I need a
spot to put my son Joey. Yes, is this your
daycare center?
Speaker 5 (15:18):
No?
Speaker 3 (15:20):
I just wanted to put child in daycare, but all
the daycare centers seem to be closed. No one's opening
the doors.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
You work here, ohs? Yeah, what's helping? Where are the kids? Yeah?
Sends its license for seventy four children right here? State
of Minnesota? Where are the kids? They got paid one
point two six million dollars in Fister Your twenty twenty
five It says they have a capacity for seventy four children?
Speaker 3 (15:44):
When when?
Speaker 4 (15:45):
Where are the kids? Right here? State of Minnesota website.
You work here, and you don't know. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
I wasn't dead before. I don't know.
Speaker 4 (15:54):
What's who goes going on? Were there any kids when
you worked here?
Speaker 3 (15:56):
He's dead, he's dead? What so many?
Speaker 4 (15:58):
I don't know? I don't know. Yeah, he worked here. Okay,
well then you're not a n.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
Can I put my son in the daycare here? No?
Speaker 4 (16:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
Can I speak to someone?
Speaker 2 (16:07):
No?
Speaker 3 (16:08):
Yeah, I would like to see if I can put
my son Joey here? Who is his son, Joey? My
son Joey? Can I check out daycare center?
Speaker 4 (16:15):
No?
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Do you put your kid here in this staycare? There
is one child in there. Yeah, I would like to
know if this is a legit business.
Speaker 4 (16:24):
Yeah, I'm scared of you too. How come I explain.
Speaker 3 (16:27):
You're scared of me? Yeah, because of my color. You
said you're scared of me because of my color. Does
that make you a racist? No, but you said you're
You said you're scared of me because of my color.
I'm not saying you said you're scared of me because
of my color, that makes you a racist. So right
now they're all getting mad because he's showing the paperwork
on this business being registered as a business. Seventy four
(16:48):
children have no children? He saw one child when the
lady opened up the door. So now they're all getting mad.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
What was this money spent? One million? Run any kids after?
Don aren't the kids? Well then why are you talking
for the talk to you. I'm sorry, I'm not just
what he's talking about. Do you have a child here?
Speaker 5 (17:10):
No? Does anybody where are the seventy four kids? Did
you lose them? Did you lose these kids? Do I
need to call someone? Do I need to issue an
Amber alert for missing children? Are these children missing? It's
not my business that children are missing. Seventy four infantion toddlers,
free school.
Speaker 3 (17:32):
The person right there, there's no children anywhere. Now it's
kept buying away. We're moving on to the next location.
I have a good day. I have a good day.
As we continue to show the blatant fraud that was
taking place here in Minnesota, Somalie start following us around
(17:55):
the city and now we're being followed by SMI. This
is another daycare center. Absolutely no s and there's no
footprints in the snow of children playing outside. Five million
dollars in the past two million.
Speaker 4 (18:07):
Two years. Five point nine million they received in two
years that facility right there.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
And now we have a group of Smalies telling us
in our vehicle right now. From this daycare center, we
headed over to the infamous Quality Learning Center, which actually
spells Quality Leering Center on the outside of their sign.
That's how blatant this fraud is here at this daycare.
Don't open up. So this is quality leering center? Meant
(18:35):
to say quality learning center, don't they said they spelled
learning wrong.
Speaker 4 (18:41):
Don't open up.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
How do you have ice here, ma'am? I'm literally a YouTuber.
Don't open up, ma'am? What do you think about the
fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
Speaker 4 (18:48):
Don't open up. We have eyes, man. What do you
think about this place being licensed for ninety nine children?
Speaker 3 (18:55):
Don't open up.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
And getting four million dollars over them, four million dollars
in the last two years. What do you think about that?
Are you in favor? Are you in favor of that
go away?
Speaker 3 (19:08):
You know we're not welcome here, say money? Are you
in favor of one point nine million dollars going illegally
fraudulently to this business that has quality learning center? But
Kenny's still learning right on the door. Don't open up, ma'am.
We are not ice. I don't care who you are.
You don't belong here. I belong here just like you
(19:29):
belong here. Don't open up.
Speaker 4 (19:31):
It's ice.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
You do realize that there's supposed to be ninety nine
children in here at this building, but there's no one here.
This is a child daycare center.
Speaker 4 (19:40):
It's ninety nine children paid one point nine million dollars
this year in seacamp funding. Do you know where the
children are? Where they kidnapped? They run away? Where are
the children? This is state of Minnesota. Are here? And
who are you?
Speaker 3 (19:54):
My name's Nick Shirley, ma'am. And who are you with
Nick Shirley?
Speaker 2 (19:58):
Nick?
Speaker 3 (19:58):
Surely on YouTube? So who are you with here? Oh,
he's just been doing some research or investigating the fraud
that's taking place here in Minnesota. Surely this lady she's
calling as ice. We're just trying to put law and
order back in the streets of the United States, get
rid of all the fraud. Have you ever seen children
at that daycare center right there? Well, yeah, it's right there.
It says the child you've never seen dacab.
Speaker 6 (20:19):
I haven't seen anybody.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
We're going to educate you on something. So what do
you think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong.
They've received over one point nine million dollars this year alone,
and they're supposed to have ninety nine children here.
Speaker 6 (20:30):
I don't see it.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
My children have you ever seen any children here? None?
Speaker 6 (20:33):
None at all?
Speaker 4 (20:34):
None last year. This year they got one point nine million.
Last year they got one point five million of your
tax money for nine and nine children. We just want
to know where are the kids?
Speaker 2 (20:42):
Right?
Speaker 4 (20:43):
Where are the children?
Speaker 6 (20:44):
I don't see him. I've been here since twenty seventeen.
I haven't seen anybody like that child.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
And so you've never seen a child here for eight years?
Speaker 6 (20:52):
Nope, not at all.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
And how does that make you feel knowing that this
place is receiving one point nine million dollars?
Speaker 6 (20:58):
Disgusting?
Speaker 3 (21:00):
We went to hell.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
They stealed in the money. That's a federal grant too.
Let's see if they get caught for that's the offense.
I don't know. I studied law.
Speaker 3 (21:07):
And do you think Tim Watts should go to jail
for all the fraud that's he's enabled here in his state?
Speaker 6 (21:11):
That's him doing this?
Speaker 5 (21:12):
Sure?
Speaker 6 (21:13):
Heck care he's gonna be helocomonal for this. I mean,
just no, just no rhyme or reason. What's going on here?
It's simple, it's nothing there sparking lot.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
And look, they even spelt learning wrong on their sign
for a place that's supposed to be educating children children.
Speaker 6 (21:29):
That's crazy.
Speaker 4 (21:30):
I mean who runs it, who supposedly runs it?
Speaker 3 (21:33):
Som allions? Oh my god, Oh my god. Will Joey
would not be accepted to that daycare. Joey's still looking
for daycare. And because little Joey couldn't get into a daycare,
we went to an autism center, as they have been
popping up everywhere as a rise of autism has occurred
here in Minnesota because of the government funds that they're receiving.
(21:56):
I tried to check my son Joey into an autism center.
Owed to a lot of these daycare centers, We're trying
to find a spot for our little boy Joey, but
we thought maybe we could check them in the autism
center because now the daycare centers are open. Yeah, and
how many kids you guys have at this autism center?
I can't give you a burning, like more than five probably,
(22:21):
So you don't really know. What do you guys think about,
like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism centers here?
What do you guys do think about the fraud? Or
how come the autism centers are popping up? I can't
My name is that Nick we're doing a little documentary
trying to find little Joey a spot to put himself
in one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
(22:43):
because we want to make sure we're going to legit
business if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
This is not a duly spot. M hm. Well that's
our number on you. This is you can't let you
got excoose. Okay, thank you. So once again, little Joey
he can't even go to daycare and now they won't
even accept him if he has autism.
Speaker 4 (23:03):
And again no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
they serve.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
being an autism center in a place where a child
could go, they shut the door and we headed to
the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
find a little Joey a place to go to get
some daycare.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
So where we're going now is a place called super
Kids Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
received two point four five million dollars. This fiscal year
twenty twenty five, they had the shutdown because there were
(23:45):
so many violations, and they went and they just reopened
under a new license and they renamed the center super
Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
So they got shut down then started another one literally
the next day Creative Mind's Daycare. To point four or
five million dollars got sent to this daycare center.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
We have.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Empty parking lot. We do have a bus here. This
is different. We'll see if we see anybody. I knocked
on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and once again
no children could be heard anywhere. So David, once again
another child daycare center. We have a bus out here,
No one's inside, license for over fifty kids, no children anywhere,
(24:27):
but yet millions of dollars every single year.
Speaker 4 (24:32):
So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
had to shut down and they reopened the next day
under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
we are.
Speaker 3 (24:51):
So that's fraud right there alone.
Speaker 4 (24:54):
Millions and millions of dollars. And again the kids are missing.
Where the kids?
Speaker 3 (24:58):
You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's
inside we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota,
would to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
They they just write the check. Human Services. They got
to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones who
enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
wait a minute, this these two are registered at the
same address.
Speaker 3 (25:19):
On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
the committee here in Minnesota?
Speaker 4 (25:26):
So another major piece of the fraud is the home
healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
has fourteen Smaly owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
Speaker 3 (25:42):
Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one building.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the same building.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
How bad has Tim Watz managed the budget here inside
of Minnesota.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollars surplus.
This biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
a twenty four billion dollars swing in one biennium. How
in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
dollars in two years. This is how right here. This
(26:15):
is a huge part of it.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
And so would you say a lot of that is
fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
is absolute, outright fraud.
Speaker 3 (26:26):
And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
just did a arrade a few days ago on a
building similar to the one we were about to enter.
Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
exact same businesses offering the exact same services. Right here.
(26:48):
You have a list of all of the healthcare companies,
loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes, we'd
like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can I
get here? Here? Warning? You are under video surveillance, no trespassing,
security armed. This is the strangest place I've ever been
(27:13):
to get healthcare. Just a bunch of different places. Healthcare here,
healthcare here, another healthcare company right here. There are three
healthcare companies inside of this building, right here, in this
room of seven c Now we have another Helping Hands
(27:34):
Homecare LLC, another healthcare company present help right here. We're
looking for the best rates of healthcare here inside this
building because we have so many options. Who can we
talk about getting the best healthcare?
Speaker 5 (27:44):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (27:46):
No, all right, we will not get any healthcare here, David.
This is one of the stranger places I've ever been. Literally,
healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will give
you a rate. How much money thinks funnel through this
building every year?
Speaker 4 (28:03):
I would say fifty to sixty millions at least.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
centers and they actually took down information to give us
a rate. However, when we left, we were then met
with the police. We received a complaint that tellen mentioning
your description, we're in this building harassing the individuals who
stay here. Oh, we're just seeing we're checking out the
rates for healthcare because there's fourteen healthcare companies inside this building.
Speaker 4 (28:28):
So okay, he said, He said, there's fourteen companies here,
and he's trying to assume because there's Somali providers that
everyone to your stradulent.
Speaker 3 (28:35):
So we're gets here with some kind of like propaganda. No,
we're just checking this is this is a area that
we're allowed to enforce prespassing ordinance. Is there any other
reason that you guys are here, Well, we are checking rates. No,
we are checking rates. We asked for rates. Okay, I'm
gonna have if you guys are good, we're gonna set
out that and we all right, let's see. So all right,
(28:57):
we're getting escorted out right now. The police arrived when
we were checking out the rates, seeing what was happening
inside this building. No one would really speak with us.
We did go inside the one daycare center and she
actually did give his rates for childcare. Much respect to
that lady. What's the problem offs here? Well, so again
we've been getting reports from there now multiple individuals that
you guys were harassing individuals who are work here.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
At the end of the day.
Speaker 3 (29:21):
This is private property and it's one that people are
allowed to ask.
Speaker 5 (29:24):
You to leave.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
And it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department is allowed
to enforce trespassing ordinance at this address.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
the Somali's filmed us as we left.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
And now the FBI director Cash Patel has come out
and said, not only is the FBI aware of the
recent social media reports in Minnesota, but he said even
before the public conversation escalated online, the FBI had surged
personnel and investigative resources to Minnesota to dismantle large scale
(29:56):
fraud schemes. Is the way that he described it, fraud
that steals from taxpayers and rob's vulnerable children. He then said,
we'll remain a top FBI priority in Minnesota and nationwide.
To date, he said the FBI dismantled a two hundred
and fifty million dollar frauds game that stole federal food
aid meant for vulnerable children during COVID. The investigation exposed
(30:20):
sham vendors, shell companies, large scale money laundering tied to
defeeding our future network. The case has not only led
to seventy eight indictments in fifty seven convictions, but it
had high profile defendants that were busted for fraud, money laundering,
and conspiracy. He said these colonels didn't just engage in
(30:40):
historic fraud, but try to subvert justice as well. He
gave an example of Mohammed Nor and others that were
charged for attending to bribe a juror with one hundred
and twenty thousand dollars in cash. Those responsible pleaded guilty
and were sentenced, including a ten year prison term in
nearly four twenty eight million in restitution and related cases.
(31:03):
He said, the FBI believes this is just the tip
of a very large iceberg. We will continue to follow
the money and protect children, and this investigation very much
remains ongoing. Furthermore, many are also being referred to immigration
officials for possible further denationalization and deportation proceedings where eligible.
(31:27):
So it's clear not only is the President of United
States of America ware of what's happening, but he has
made sure that those are in charge of justice are
fully involved in seeking it for every taxpayer that's been defrauded.
Don't forget share this podcast please with your family and
your friends whereover they are, and I will see you
