Speaker 1 (00:27):
Take a deep breath in through your nose. Holds it.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Now, release slowly again, deep in, helle.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
Hold release, repeating internally to yourself as you connect to
my voice. I am deeply well, i.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
Am deeply well. I am deeply wow.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
I'm Debbie Brown. And this is the Deeply Well Podcast.
Meditation feels like freedom, it feels like space. It feels
like the deepest level of personal empowerment. It feels like sovereignty.
It feels like having real, deep choice and creation with

(01:50):
your life. And I love it. And I highly highly,
highly highly recommend, deeply suggest that everyone listening to my
voice right now really try to build in a couple
minutes each day to build your meditation practice. And if
it feels uncomfortable and you want to get up, don't

(02:13):
just acknowledge it. You can say to yourself inside no
one's watching. You can say I feel really uncomfortable. You
can even say this feels boring. I don't like this.
What's the point. This doesn't work. I'm not noticing a difference.
You can say all that, but keep doing it, Keep
doing it, keep doing it, because when it clicks, it

(02:35):
changes your life. When it clicks, you are now in
use of a tool that is going to support every
aspect of your human being, every aspect of your purpose,
every aspect of your emotional and mental life. So let's
take a second. Now, we're going to spend the next

(02:56):
couple of minutes having a meditation together on the four
Soul questions in primordial sound meditation, which is the style
of meditation that I've studied and that I practiced with.
It was developed by Deepak. It's very beautiful in a

(03:24):
way that allows you to release control and open two more.
So let's do a nice many meditation for just a
couple minutes here. I want to invite everyone to, if
it's safe, if you are not driving, to find a

(03:47):
comfortable position wherever you are and gently, gently gently allow
your body to soften and gently gently ath me close
your eyes. I want you right now to connect to

(04:11):
your natural breath that feels nourishing, just in and out,
noticing how it loves in your body, allowing some gratitude
to come in for the way that your body is
always supported, your life is always supported. Gratitude or another

(04:37):
day of being here and having another chance, another opportunity.
Now it's taking a nice long, deep bread in through
your nose and out through your notes, very slowly, putting

(05:14):
the air all the end and spread through your body,
and then move all the way out. It's to another
deep breath here, deep breath in beginning now and out,

(05:40):
then another deep breath, then and doubt and now returning
to whatever breathe feels. Cut coming forward now with the

(06:05):
first soul question. And as I ask these questions, allow
yourself to silently repeat the question in your own mind,
but don't fill it with an answer. We're not problem
solving right now. We're not solution finding. We're asking a question,

(06:27):
and we're letting something higher come in to give us
the answers to live, the answers. Who am I? Who
am I? Who am I? What do I really want?

(07:07):
What do I really want? What do I really want?
What am I grateful for? What am I grateful for?

(07:37):
What am I grateful for? How can I serve? How
can I serve? How can I or? And now gently

(08:10):
you're releasing those four soul questions, lending yourself come back
into your body. Legle your toes, letgle your finger, notice
your body, move your neck from side to side. Maybe

(08:42):
allow yourself to bring your hands into prayer position right
in the center of your heart, taking a moment to
feel grateful for today, for everyone who is connected and
listening to this meditation at the same time as you

(09:07):
con gently open your eyes and I must stay and
just start to notice after this meditation in the coming days,

(09:28):
what awarenesses are coming in for you. We ask four
soul questions. Who am I? Who am I without the
roles that I play? Who am I without the titles
that I wear, without the perceptions that people have of me?
Who am I my soul? My authentic self, my highest self?

(09:53):
What do I really want? What are the desires underneath
my current desires? If I put something on my vision board,
what is the deeper desire I'm actually looking to meet
by what's on my vision board? What do I really want?

(10:15):
And what am I grateful for? Gratitude? Gratitude. Gratitude is
the seed of the soul. Feeling grateful, Feeling enough is
the foundation that allows everything to be built, to thrive,
to grow. What am I grateful for? There's something? There's

(10:39):
many things, And how can I serve outside of the
things we do, the things that we're noticed for, recognized for?
What is the bigger story? Being told with your life,
how can you serve we are all here to serve humanity,

(11:03):
to serve on behalf of divine source, the universe creator.
However you identify the higher power, we are here to
serve on behalf of that energy for the greater good
of all of humanity. How can we do that? You

(11:24):
do that through purpose? So that question actually translates to
what is my purpose? What is my dharma? What is
my purpose? What is my dharma? And just hold that,
even if you're instantly got the answers, say I know

(11:44):
what my purpose is. Even if you feel that way,
don't answer it yourself. Make a room, make space. There's more.
I feel like in this moment, I am on my
tenth iteration of purpose. I've been thinking about that a lot,
and I have a couple episodes in the archive about purpose.
But it even surprises me. And I have been talking

(12:07):
about purpose for many years, and it always surprises me.
There's always new iterations, new evolutions of what purpose is
meant to be expressed as through you uniquely. So make
room for it and just notice the next couple of days,

(12:28):
if you're having any recurring thoughts, any special thoughts, any
breakthrough thoughts, notice them, write them down journal and you
can always rewind this episode back each day and listen
to that very many, many many meditation at the end

(12:52):
to connect with those soul questions. And you can also
join me on the Chopper app and meditate with me there.
