Bobby updates his long-running quest to land one of his “white whale” interviews—how close he actually is after guesting on a podcast, why it matters to him, and participating in a fantasy baseball camp. Then Brandon Marcello jumps in to tackle the big question: is Jimbo Fisher eyeing a return, and what would have to line up for it to make sense? The guys round things out with a lively (and weirdly practical) guide to when it’s acceptable for grown men to wear jerseys—game day, at home, and if they are older than you.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Offers a podcast called twenty five.

Speaker 4 (01:19):
Boys Stuck and They are a whizz. So yeah, it's
too bad. But what did you expect to podcast called twenty.

Speaker 5 (01:28):
Five hit it?

Speaker 6 (01:31):
Eddie?

Speaker 1 (01:33):
I do want to start this with a clip that
Eddie has presented to the show about the Dallas Cowboys,
usually on Mondays when we do.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Our favorite team talk.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
I know, but this is a big deal, all right.

Speaker 5 (01:42):
Steven A.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
Smith's talking about the Cowboys, and he's talking about them
in a good way, and he hates the Cowboys, hates
the Cowboys.

Speaker 5 (01:48):
Here we go, Dallas Cowboy's going to the playoffs. There
you go, Dallas Cowboy's going to the playoffs.

Speaker 7 (01:54):
Dak Prescott MVP will be a top two candidate for
MVP on us.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
I mean, what does this mean?

Speaker 5 (02:03):
Why does he got to do that?

Speaker 4 (02:04):
Is he jinxing us? Is he being more of a
jerk by saying this or does he really mean it?

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Your offense is really fun and your defense is terrible, No,
terrible there's some I'm not even gonna say. They're pretty bad.
That's what I'm gonna say. Yeah, they're pretty bad. Defense
is pretty bad.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Ye, we've got some good plays. The secondary is decent,
but man, it's just the run game. We can't stop
that run game.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
I would say the Bengals defense was worse whenever Joe
Burrow was in. They were having to score forty fifty
points but just barely. Yeah, but I think, yeah, I
think you guys are fun to watch. I don't know
how many games. I don't know if I can make the playoffs.
I mean now, but look at your division. So the
Giants are not good, No, they're exciting. The Giants are
exciting to watch because of Jackson, Dart and Scatterboy. So
that's they're a fun team to watch. They're gonna win

(02:48):
some games. Jane Daniels out this Monday. I think I
saw that for sure. And they've been losing a bit.
The Eagles are really good.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
They're really good. But you know, we almost beat No
but weeks you're getting close with them.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
You're not gonna win the division, is my point.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
Probably not gonna win the division, so.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
It doesn't matter you versus the Eagles because I don't
think you're winning that division, so you're gonna.

Speaker 5 (03:12):
Need to win.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Ten games. Yeah, I mean ten probably. I mean you
could luck in and go nine and eight.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
That could be tough. I mean we have the Broncos
coming up.

Speaker 5 (03:25):
I think you can win that.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
I think so too. And then I think we have
the Jets, which you should win that Cardinals that's after that.

Speaker 6 (03:34):
Mic Raiders and.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
I just make up the Jets the Chiefs.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
I think you just want the Jets so much you
want to yet same thing. Okay, Yeah, Broncos are three
and a half point favorite. You are playing in Denver.
If you can just win a game like that, that
stupid Panthers game is gonna bite you in the butt.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Yep, dumb Panthers game.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
Man.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
But I would go down.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
So if they trade for Max Crosby, you've heard that, right.

Speaker 4 (04:01):
Yes, But I didn't put anything behind that.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
I just I don't think that there's smoke billowing out.
But I do think that if you look close enough,
there are traces of smoke.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
Dude, he is crazy, he still hurt.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Or I don't know, Okay, I don't know the answer
to that, right, isn't he always kind of hurt.

Speaker 5 (04:23):
Yeah, he hurts people.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
He does hurt people. We saw him at the NFL Honors.
Do you remember see them?

Speaker 1 (04:30):
No, you can look it up and help me. I
didn't even know Jay Daniels was for shot for Monday Night,
but he is.

Speaker 8 (04:34):
Yeah, yeah he is.

Speaker 4 (04:35):
I know that because of fantasy how to make a
power move. Well, I have Max Crosby on my fantasy team.
He never scores me any points, which is what sucks. No,
you have the kicker Crosby, like I have both Mason
and Max and we don't even kickers in our league.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
Uh I what about that?

Speaker 4 (04:52):
What about the dat?

Speaker 1 (04:52):
But he's just not gonna win. Max Crosby is just
not gonna win with the Raiders. He's not gonna win
this year, He's not gonna win next year. He can
just be a Raider like he fits with what we've
been told as Raiders culture, because we haven't really seen
true Raiders culture except for Vegas or even in California
because they kind of sucked there too for a while

(05:12):
since like the nineties when they won the Super Bowl.

Speaker 9 (05:21):
Yeah, the Tuck rule, but just basically put them out
twenty five years ago.

Speaker 5 (05:24):
And it's not.

Speaker 1 (05:25):
It's even like the Raiders got crazy fans with masks
and stuff.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
Now it's just like a parody of what I know.

Speaker 4 (05:31):
There's an identity crisis though when they moved to Vegas,
because like that there were you know, and when they
were in California they did have the guys with the
shoulder pads and the face masks they tried. Now and
now it's just like you guess, you guys are different.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
It's somebody who want to set a shoulder pads of
the win, right right? U again, Max Crosby.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Would be really cool, that would be awesome.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
He tried all your picture you just got from Michael
Parsons for Max Crosby.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
I don't know. I mean, I like, you do know
you want Max Crosby. We do want Max Crosby. But
those picks, man, like, that's future Max Crosby. Can he
stay healthy? Who knows? Right?

Speaker 5 (06:08):
How can it pick? Well? The picks pan out? Who knows?

Speaker 4 (06:10):
Yeah, you don't know anything.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
I know what's the deal with Max Crosby? All right,
So Raiders have a bye week and he will play
next week against the Jags. He will play nobody this week?

Speaker 4 (06:20):
Yeah, right off? Fill on the couch.

Speaker 5 (06:23):
Yeah, and the Raiders say they're not interested in trading it.
Of course you say that, you try to say that
you gotta get, you gotta grease the wheels.

Speaker 4 (06:30):
I did think that. So there's Eddie's cowboy minute to
start this pretty good. But are you going on we
got to hear more of this now or no? No,
I just want to talk about Raiders a little bit.
I did think that Pete Carroll would probably would do
a little better with the Raiders than what he's doing.

Speaker 1 (06:43):
If I may go ahead, I think you it's hard
to polish a turd. I mean, I think when your
quarterback is Geno Smith and I think his ceiling has
been achieved, I think he hit it, he's been.

Speaker 9 (07:03):
There, he lived it, and it's come back down.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Yeah, and then Brock Bowers gets injured like your best
players hurt. I think he's doing with what he has
kind of what would be done by pretty much anybody.

Speaker 9 (07:14):
You think they're regretting drafting Gentina so high just because
they were like, oh, this could be a game changer,
make the Raiders.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
I think it's too early to regret. I think if
you asked that not even next season.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
But you're three. You could probably just needs so much.
That's exactly.

Speaker 7 (07:29):
So.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
I don't think there's a single person they could have
drafted that would have changed it for them. But genty,
he's awesome, but sometimes he's not. But it's not his fault.
And awesome because on them they freaking hand on the ball.
Yeah he's got nowhere to go.

Speaker 9 (07:43):
Yeah, yeah, I can't blame him for that.

Speaker 8 (07:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
So all right, that's another Raiders tongue. We have too
much Raiders. Just enough Cowboys and too much Raiders. So
I guessed it on a podcast yesterday and it's a
new podcast.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
You cheated on us.

Speaker 5 (07:58):
I did not.

Speaker 1 (07:59):
I guessed promoted this podcast on it. It's called Zeke
and Zoon And so Zeke is Greg Swindell. He used
to pitch in the major leagues for a long time.
I pitched a Texas is now ESPN played by play
guy and Keith Mortland, who played in Major League Baseball forever
and is the Texas Longhorn. He did all the broadcast
stuff there. And so they started a podcast and I
went on first, and I'm like, I'm not.

Speaker 5 (08:20):
A long horn fan. I need everybody to know that.

Speaker 1 (08:23):
Like that's the first part like, I'm not coming on
to your little Longhorn podcast. But so I was talking
with them, and Greg played with Grace when they Mark
Grace when they won the World Series in Arizona, and
so he was going to Baseball fantasy camp this weekend.

(08:43):
Greg was and Grace is going to be there, and
I was like, dude, I've been trying to get Grace
on forever, like what up, like tell him and now?
And I'm like, he probably knows because I've tried like
seventy two different avenues and I keep getting nothing back.
So I'm probably like the little psychostalker.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
I'm not doing it. Okay.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
It's like everybody's come to me in every way.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
I'm not talking to this guy, and I don't even
know what I would talk about at this point. It's
just been something I haven't been able to do, like
my white Well and he's your he's your favorite. Yeah,
there's three people that are on my white Well list
that I haven't got. It's Mark Grace, David Letterman, and
Sting the wrestler.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Yeah not the singer.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
The singer.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
Yes, in case you're one, Bok Sam.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
So I was thinking though after we had this conversation
about going to a fantasy baseball camp.

Speaker 5 (09:28):
That sounds awesome.

Speaker 9 (09:30):
Now what does that mean? Exactly? Like he did he
tell you.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Well, we didn't talk about the camp like at linked
or anything. But what I think you do is I
think you go on you like catch balls, Okay, because
I did a basketball camp for coach cal and it
was two days. And so what you do is they
put you through drills at first, you like learn, they
teach you some stuff, and then they draft teams and

(09:54):
you play a tournament and you got real coaches and
it's that kind of thing that's pretty cool. I think
for baseball that'd be way at my alley more than basketball.
That sounds What I took away from is I got
to find a baseball fantasy camp to go to.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
Yeah, wouldn't that be so cool?

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Is it too late to join this one?

Speaker 1 (10:09):
Probably because I don't think I had the time to
get over there right now. But exciting and it's it's
in Arizona.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
That one is.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
I think it's a diamondback fantasy cool.

Speaker 9 (10:18):
Plains the Mark Grace thing right, because he said.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
He's a heat our Grace is also like the color
Yeah he's not not. I want to be understand I'm
talking about race here.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
Oh boy, it's broadcast terms.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
Yes. Once I said Frank Thomas is my favorite color guy,
and holy crap, yeah I didn't say.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
Because he was a color.

Speaker 9 (10:35):
Color Yes, Brandon, you ever heard that story.

Speaker 5 (10:39):
That's so that's hilarious. I said, I love Frank Thomas.
I said, I love Frank Thomas as a color guy.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
And what yeah, yeah, yo, dude, I never thought about it.
And so I want everybody to know when I say
color guy, there is the play by play, there's a
person who adds what they call color, which is everything
around it, prospective, understand teaching. And it just so happened
that Frank Thomas is a black guy. And so I said,

(11:09):
Frank Thomas.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
I think good. I think I said he's he was,
He's a great color guy. And then everything and.

Speaker 9 (11:16):
Then just moved on into the show, and well everybody
was like, yep, we agree, and all.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
The articles come out.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
Bobby Bones he's my favorite too.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
So I think Mark Grace is the Arizona diabat.

Speaker 5 (11:35):
Oh that was the time.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
But at the time, you know, like you worry about
it because now we can laugh about that, but at
the time you're like what. I don't want any want
to think the wrong thing. I didn't think anything. I
thought nothing, so dumb.

Speaker 9 (11:52):
And if you watch sports long enough, you wouldn't know,
you know.

Speaker 5 (11:55):
But if you don't, then I.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
Would never say I'm not even gonna say back what
I would ever say.

Speaker 9 (12:00):
Yeah, So we get it.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
There's that.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
By the way, we are ruining. We're rooting big time
for Kansas over Kansas State this weekend.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Big time.

Speaker 8 (12:08):
Oh we are, we are?

Speaker 4 (12:11):
Why are we doing that again?

Speaker 5 (12:12):
What do you mean?

Speaker 4 (12:13):
Why?

Speaker 5 (12:13):
Why would you? Why would you not?

Speaker 4 (12:15):
Dude, We've been to both schools and well we haven't
been to.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Kansas football, but we had coach like pult been on
the show.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, but we've been to Kansas State.

Speaker 8 (12:22):
We have.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
They hosted us very kindly there.

Speaker 9 (12:25):
Yeah, they were very kind still one of the best.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
Cooper Bebe was cool with us.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
There was okay, well then you guys go to Kansas
State do whatever you want.

Speaker 9 (12:32):
Well, we don't have you don't have a helmet though
we do have a Kansas helmet.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
That don't have a Kansas State helmet. And I'm friends
with coach Kansas and I think they've lost, like because
I think he's been there a few years now and
has taken that program to be like a respectable program,
which Kansas football.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
It's not that it wasn't respective.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
It wasn't even thought of because that's a basketball school
and I think they have lost like so many in
a road to Kansas State in that because.

Speaker 5 (12:58):
Kansas State's a football school.

Speaker 1 (13:00):
Yeah, and so we're rooting for Kansas because I haven't
won it in like six years. I don't know if
somebody may look that.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
Up, I can jump on that.

Speaker 5 (13:06):
I'll jump on it the way.

Speaker 4 (13:09):
You're not alone. I don't want to feel on that.

Speaker 9 (13:11):
Are you jumping on?

Speaker 4 (13:12):
Like, let's go Kansas.

Speaker 9 (13:14):
We're rooting foko about the streak because if they win.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Here's the thing, if they win or if they you know,
they got some games cup, we may go up there.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Oh that'd be cool.

Speaker 7 (13:25):
Cool.

Speaker 4 (13:26):
Yeah, I mean we.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Can go through whenever we want. But I'm saying we
can probably even go for like a.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
Game down, you know what I mean?

Speaker 8 (13:31):
Yes, exactly.

Speaker 5 (13:32):
We want our friends to win.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Well they dress us up, though, can we.

Speaker 5 (13:36):
During the game?

Speaker 4 (13:37):
That freaking we dress during the game? We sneak in
a game again on the sideline, No, no, we go
in sit down again, trouble get up twelve men.

Speaker 5 (13:51):
On the field or the twelfth man. Accidentally, anyway, I'm
rooting for Kansas.

Speaker 1 (13:56):
I think they're a two point favorite, but they haven't
won in a while.

Speaker 5 (13:59):
So it's been two hundred and three days since what
Kansas has beat Kansas State?

Speaker 1 (14:05):
Now, that can't be true in football, that can't be true.

Speaker 6 (14:07):
I'm seeing since two thousand and eight.

Speaker 5 (14:08):
Yeah, that's more two hundred. Oh that's what I meant. Yeah,
two thousand days.

Speaker 9 (14:12):
They haven't played in three hundred and sixty, but it's
been over two hundred.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
So you guys have told the confused what I think?

Speaker 5 (14:17):
Mike? What do you say?

Speaker 6 (14:18):
I see two thousand and eight it was the last
time they beat him.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
So Kansas has not bea Kansas standing football since two
thousand and eight. Wow, we're a pro Kansas show this week,
and you're right, Kansas is favored by three points.

Speaker 5 (14:28):
Okay, we're a Sunflower showdown.

Speaker 1 (14:31):
Oh yeah, man, don't get enough for that. It used
to be called the Sunflower shootout Till Woke gon Right.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Every time till.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Woke got it and killed the Sunflower shootout?

Speaker 5 (14:40):
How we remember it?

Speaker 4 (14:42):
It was so cool to you shot all the sunflower.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
It used to be called the Sunflower gang bang before that, man,
why would you change that?

Speaker 5 (14:49):
And then all of a sudden, it's like, you can't
call that woke wins again. You guys down for the
Sunflower gang bab We can't. We're going this for twenty years.
We haven't money.

Speaker 1 (15:00):
We got our tickets, tradition, we got our seats, some
flour gang bang.

Speaker 9 (15:06):
All the friends are going, dang, I got a worse one.

Speaker 5 (15:10):
Ain't gonna do it.

Speaker 4 (15:14):
We're gonna gang bang.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
He Let me let me text you what the worst
one would have been, and you tell me. Bye, Okay,
here we go. Let's just say I would have said this.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
Oh I can't say that. You can't.

Speaker 5 (15:35):
It's just worse, way worse. It's worse.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
That's funny, Kevin. You want to see it.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
Yeah, it's just worse. It's some flower shootout something our
gang bang.

Speaker 9 (15:47):
A picture of you and Bobby, are you?

Speaker 4 (15:49):
Oh?

Speaker 9 (15:51):
Oh yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (15:54):
Can't call it that. Yeah, that's one joke. That's too far,
too far, too far. Don't do that. We didn't go there,
we didn't come back there. That's right, that's too far.

Speaker 4 (16:06):
What's this other thing that? Oh, you send me that
TikTok of the colonel popping?

Speaker 5 (16:11):
So have you guys seen it?

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Dude?

Speaker 5 (16:13):
Let them see it.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
This colonel, how colonel pops its popcorn? Watch it.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
It's really cool.

Speaker 5 (16:17):
It's really cool.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
How like it's slow motion of a colonel, I said,
Eddie is and we can put it up in a
video with it because it's like it's like watch the
growth of a klonel of popcorn as it comes up
fully fruit fruit, and then as it's popping, all of
a sudden, the colonel lists his middle finger right at you.

Speaker 4 (16:37):
You know what's funny is when I open that up,
it said that your wife had sent that to me
already like on the bottom and said, your wife, like
Caitlyn sent that to you.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
She sent it to me, and I said it to you,
but she also said it to you. My wife doesn't
said it a lot, but when she does, she doesn't
miss Yeah, she doesn't miss Hey Mike, yep, Well we've
been we've done this like four episodes in a row.
Can you know where the weather and fateball Arkansas for
Saturday rain?

Speaker 5 (17:05):
Yeah, pulled the official forecast.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
I'd like to hear the official forecast, debating going.

Speaker 5 (17:12):
Auburn.

Speaker 4 (17:13):
What's the percentage at right now of you going.

Speaker 1 (17:17):
Uh solid fifty to fifty right just right down the middle,
right down the middle.

Speaker 5 (17:21):
Dude, it's going to be hugh freezing out there, right yeah.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
Fifty nine degrees, eighty chance of rain eighty nine. But
thunderstorms are just rained.

Speaker 6 (17:29):
That's just rained. A quarter of an inch?

Speaker 8 (17:30):
No, did you? Oh?

Speaker 4 (17:31):
A quarter of an inch?

Speaker 5 (17:33):
Of course, as we call it an eddie.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
Oh, it's not funny. It's not accurate. There's not funny.

Speaker 5 (17:40):
How much what's the rain chance?

Speaker 1 (17:42):
You und?

Speaker 5 (17:42):
Sixty percent? How much? Well about an nettie? What Mike?

Speaker 7 (17:47):
No?

Speaker 6 (17:47):
Yeah, and then raining at night all day?

Speaker 4 (17:49):
But a quarter inch, let's be serious. For a second
quarter inch is means it's probably gonna just drizzle all day?

Speaker 5 (17:56):
Is that what it means?

Speaker 4 (17:57):
Yea, because the quartering is not that much, you would
It also says local heavy rainfall possible. Well, there you go.
You could have one of those moments where it gets heavy.
I'll ask my wife if she wants to go, I'll go,
you're gonna pauncho it up?

Speaker 5 (18:12):
Oh dude, do we have to do this? Do we
have to do this?

Speaker 4 (18:15):
What are you gonna do?

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (18:16):
Umbrella?

Speaker 5 (18:17):
Do we have to do this?

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Umbrella with Arkansas logo on it?

Speaker 5 (18:20):
Do we need to do this?

Speaker 8 (18:21):
You know?

Speaker 9 (18:21):
What are we doing?

Speaker 4 (18:23):
Kevin?

Speaker 1 (18:24):
I'll be in a luxury sweet Oh god, a roof
over his head, dude. Food on the table, Oh good food,
except it' usually nachos and a really good nachos.

Speaker 5 (18:33):
But I can't eat cheese, just chips.

Speaker 4 (18:36):
Can you have popcorn? Not because it has butter all
over it?

Speaker 1 (18:40):
But even if it's even if it's not butter that
you pour on it, it's usually made and popped with
a butter, and they'll have metal fingers on them.

Speaker 9 (18:47):
Good point.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
I'm being honest with you, dude. I don't know how
you live that life like I know you have to,
but that's all. That's tough, dude, that's how like that?
You know everything you can't eat like that's my diet.

Speaker 5 (18:59):
It was my diet.

Speaker 4 (18:59):
I scream cereal popcorn.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
Do you just find ways?

Speaker 4 (19:04):
Jeezburgers?

Speaker 5 (19:05):
S man.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
People, some people have had some hard times and I could,
I could, we could start Nelson Mandela.

Speaker 4 (19:10):
Oh he Hunger Striker.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
No that Nelson Mandela went to Prinson.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
It's tough time too.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
In comparison wise, mine's are not hard, and there's they
lived it really hard. But then you totally confused Gandhi
and Nelson Mandela.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
I'm an idiot.

Speaker 1 (19:24):
Yeah, you did win two hundred and twenty dollars in bonus, Betsy.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
Draft Kings, King of the End Zone?

Speaker 5 (19:30):
Baby, who's your guy?

Speaker 4 (19:32):
Jami or Gibbs?

Speaker 5 (19:33):
Come on?

Speaker 4 (19:34):
And so you split like I don't know, a couple
of million dollars or something with everyone that picks a
winning someone that square a touchdown and my cut was
two hundred and twenty bucks. And dude, I feel bad
for DraftKings because I've already made I've turned half of
that into real money already.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
So answer me this. I never played that in time.
I'm not even sure what that is. You guys always
talk about it because Brandon's also won that we want it.

Speaker 5 (19:55):
The same week, uh, like three weeks ago, I think, okay,
So what is there?

Speaker 4 (20:00):
So you pick a player to score a touchdown and
you bet on like five dollars? What I did? Jamier
Gibb Gibbs the longest, No, mine was any touchdown, No,
but King of the Touchdown I think the longest King.

Speaker 5 (20:11):
Of the inZone is the longest run.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
You don't even know how you won. Somebody plays poker
and wins and you're like, what's the crad.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
So you're telling me Jamier Gibbs was because he did
have that long touchdown. How you want, dude? I just thought,
I picked Jamier Gibbs, and I want that's amazing, that's
even cooler.

Speaker 5 (20:28):
And you click the tab of the King of the
ind I did.

Speaker 4 (20:30):
I did so the fact that Jamier Gibbs had the
longest touchdown, I get a split of the big pot.

Speaker 5 (20:36):
Is it free?

Speaker 4 (20:37):
No? You well, it's just a bet.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
Minimum five dollars, minimum five dollars bet.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
You can do one hundred dollars on Jamire Gibbs.

Speaker 5 (20:44):
But how do you win?

Speaker 1 (20:45):
If you bet one hundred on Jamire Gibbs for King
of the Ring or whatever.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
Whatever your bet is the bet, will you win the bet?
Whatever you bet? And then if your guy ends up
being the longest touchdown run, you then get a split.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
So is the Jamier Gibson any time touchdown bet? Yes,
and then you're automatically into the King of the Ring.

Speaker 5 (21:05):
Yes, But you have to click the King of the
ends the King of.

Speaker 4 (21:08):
The Ring opt in, which, dude, you should opt into
everything that's on top.

Speaker 5 (21:12):
I ought to try. I don't even have any more
ghost tokens.

Speaker 9 (21:14):
I do all that stuff.

Speaker 5 (21:15):
I haven't had a ghost token in Have you had.

Speaker 1 (21:17):
A ghost token once?

Speaker 5 (21:18):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Yeah, yeah, I haven't had a ghost token since. Dude,
how do I get more ghost tokens?

Speaker 5 (21:22):
Mike? What do we have to do?

Speaker 1 (21:24):
A good question, because I too, and you guys are
surprised because that too in a riot two weeks in
a row.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
And you guys are like, you got a second ghost
token w a season.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
It could be did you win with your ghost token?

Speaker 5 (21:34):
Both?

Speaker 4 (21:35):
Yeah, that's probably why they stopped giving it to you.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
I both cut them off. I wont King of the tokens.

Speaker 4 (21:40):
Yeah, yeah, well they have King of the Court now too.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
For basketball, Yes, longest three pointer?

Speaker 4 (21:44):
No? This is uh?

Speaker 8 (21:45):
What is it?

Speaker 9 (21:47):
Rebounds and assists combined? Like you pick one player that
night on Tuesday.

Speaker 4 (21:52):
It's a windy every night if he plays on Tuesday night.
For sure, this week it was Luca.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
Mmm, hey he's looking in shape, slimmer.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
I've watched a little We told you, we watched the
entire well most of the Thunder and Rockets game. It
was interesting to c kt you play. I was watching
Dancing with the Stars on my phone. My wife was
watching the basketball game.

Speaker 4 (22:12):
Did you hear about no?

Speaker 1 (22:14):
Yeah, well it was they were about to do the
elimination of My wife a Thunder fan. Her dad watches
every Thunder game, and so she's like, hey, it's the
first game they're dropping the banner in the rings all that,
and so she's like, want to watch, and I'm like cool.
So so she's watching the game while I'm watching the dancing.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
Interesting, So I would assume another households.

Speaker 9 (22:37):
I was going to say, that sounds.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
Interesting as in what.

Speaker 9 (22:43):
I mean, I guess I get the Dancing with the
Stars ties, but that's uh yeah, that would be totally
flipped in my place.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
I literally was only watching to see if I don't
need to justify it.

Speaker 5 (22:53):
I don't need to justify it. I am who I am.

Speaker 4 (22:55):
You're good, but we know who you are.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
I wouldn't have cared to watch it live, but I
I'm rooting for Emma Slater, who is just the best person.
And Andy Richter, who I don't know but I've always
watched on Conan and I just really like Emma and
Andy is not the best dancer. It's probably the worst dancer,
but that doesn't matter. If you try hard and the

(23:18):
people like you, that's actually valued more than the dancing,
if you do the math on it, and I could
do that whole thing. But I'm rooting for them, and
they last in another week, so it's pretty happy.

Speaker 9 (23:26):
They're still in it.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (23:29):
I did watch week one and I was like, oh man,
it might be tough, but to your point, everyone must
like him. Yeah, I don't mean that in like a
diminishing way, Like.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
He's very likable and it's getting better, which is really
what that show should be. And it is to a point, really,
that show is life.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
Do people like you?

Speaker 1 (23:45):
Yep, that's the biggest part of anything. Do you also
have some skills, sure, but if people don't like you,
you have no chance, right, just in general. So that's
what's up. So I'm rooting for them. I hope they win.
And so I was watching that She's watching the game,
and then I just stayed on and watched for double
we went and kept going to it went to overtime.

Speaker 4 (24:03):
Double overtime, then they only won by one.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
Things well, Durant ended up falling Shay and Shay made
two free throws and then was on fire. I'm torn
on the NBA timeout advanced the ball because there's two
seconds left timeout.

Speaker 5 (24:17):
They advanced the ball.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Yeah, put it on their side of the court.

Speaker 1 (24:19):
I only like it when it affects me positively.

Speaker 5 (24:21):
I hate it. I hate it when the other team has.

Speaker 4 (24:24):
Did a double take. What's it doing over there?

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (24:26):
Yeah, I hate it when it works for somebody else.

Speaker 1 (24:29):

What do you call your cousin's husband? See your cousin too,
like Mike, I have your cousins ron?

Speaker 9 (25:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (25:58):
Okay, well Ken Ken, Ken, who's married to my cousin?
He was roommates with Andy Richter in college?

Speaker 5 (26:06):
No way?

Speaker 4 (26:06):
Yeah? Not crazy?

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (26:08):
Which is crazy? You talked about Andy Richter a few
times and I never even put that together. And then
I'm like, oh, you know what, I should still bother that?

Speaker 8 (26:13):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (26:13):
I had Ken, I had messed, I had tweeted out.
Now I post on Instagram story, Hey rootin Frandy and Emma,
and Andy was sick for like four days of a week.
It's impossible to train for that show if you don't
know how to dance and you miss a single day,
almost impossible. And he missed so many days from being
really sick. And I was like, hey, rooting for him
because I know how hard it is to be sick.
And Andy and his wife both messaged me and they
were like, hey, thanks so much for doing that, because

(26:35):
that's cool brutal, and so I was like, yeah, let's
go awesome. Anyway, Emma was my favorite non partner because
you always got to go with your o G even
though could you just on that show. Whoever your partner is,
you're gonna get in a fist fight with because it's
like a wife or a best friend, or i'd say
a roommate. More than a best friend, it's like a
wife or a roommate. You're just gonna fight with them

(26:56):
at some point because you're you're with them all the time. Yeah,
and there are gonna be days where you're tired or
they're tired, or god forbid.

Speaker 5 (27:02):
It mix and you're both tired.

Speaker 9 (27:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (27:05):
But Sharna is the OG and the favorite because we
just spent so much time together, but am a number
one draft pick off the board after her, so rooting
for them.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
And Emma's so pretty.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
You've always said that, Yeah, yeah, so pretty. I'm now
getting messages from people because I've been doing a series.
The only reason I'm doing the series is because I
did one video about it and We've got a million
frigging views, and I'm like, oh, the show's kind of
popping again ratings wise, like it's having a really successful season,
So I might as well take advantage of this and
just do some content about it. And so when shooting

(27:35):
these videos, just reliving all the dances one by one,
which I haven't watched back fully since I actually did
the show. And so I'm getting comments now on my
YouTube page, which you can go to it's at Bobby
Bone's channel on YouTube to watch all these It's why
I do the Bobby Casts. And they're like, oh, for sure,
you're on love with your partner and you forget you
do if from outside, there is no way that you

(27:58):
can watch it and go, oh, they're not being But
when you do it and you're just grinding away at it,
there is. It's the opposite of what you're thinking.

Speaker 9 (28:08):
Interesting. I know because I thought the same thing the
other night. I was watching a little bit with the
Something za eron.

Speaker 1 (28:14):
There are a couple of them that do bang like
once a season it does happen. Well, they do put
they strategically in my opinion, my opinion, only they do cast.
They try to cast like a couple where the people
are single and they could be possibly a storyline, but
for the most part, due there's no time for that.
There's no it's not even the environment for that, because
you're just like training right, like you're too tired to

(28:38):
get a boner.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
Well that sounds impossible and sound.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
Like whiskey, but I'm telling you it's just not. That
environment is not for that. And Zach Effron's brother is
a Dylan enough Ron I think so, yeah, he's his
partner is married to one of the other dancers.

Speaker 9 (28:55):
Okay, see, I would have never I didn't know where
because she wasn't.

Speaker 5 (28:58):
There when I was there.

Speaker 1 (28:59):
But that culture is so much I would compare it
to guys slapping butts in football or baseball is like, oh,
they must be gay, because if you didn't know the culture,
you just see two guys grabbing each other's butts.

Speaker 5 (29:08):
You're like, oh he likes butts.

Speaker 1 (29:09):
Yeah yeah, and you're like, no, no, no, it's just part
of the athletic culture.

Speaker 5 (29:11):
Doesn't matter.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
You're you're naking the shower together, you're touching butts. Dances
kind of like that.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
You make it, that's why.

Speaker 9 (29:23):
Your butt but you guys.

Speaker 6 (29:28):
You don't do that.

Speaker 5 (29:28):
There's still lines.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
This never was any but dances kind of like that.
The comparison I would make is like slapping butts or
like a bunch of dudes after they practice taking a
shower at the same time. You're just touching and pushing
and pulling. It's just that's just never a thing.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
And bop it yeah, twisting.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
Yeah, I'm strying to see those comments again, like you
can tell you were in love and I'm like, dude,
she wanted to wring my neck for four days.

Speaker 9 (30:00):
With what happened off camera?

Speaker 1 (30:02):
Yeah, all right, I got a couple other things. Why
don't I go to Brandon Marcelo first? Oh, I got
and I gotta do it. What's up price for me?

Speaker 9 (30:14):
No?

Speaker 5 (30:15):
No?

Speaker 4 (30:15):
Oh dang, I holping like they whispering.

Speaker 5 (30:18):
I was like bringing there, like bringing bringing the cake
in fantasy baseball camp.

Speaker 1 (30:23):
Let's do our let's do our parlay here, Eddie pick one,
Brandon pick one. Excuse me, I, Kevin, we should kick
Eddie out this week?

Speaker 4 (30:31):
Okay, go ahead. I mean I was feeling good about
this one.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
Then well, if whoever fails, I was gonna say, do
we have that?

Speaker 9 (30:38):
Well I guess no.

Speaker 1 (30:40):
Let's just okay, Eddie, You're in Brandon next week? Can
come in the triangle of death?

Speaker 4 (30:43):
All right? If I if I hit mine, though, can
I stay in ed debatable? Okay, you've missed, so all right,
but okay, but you know I'll tell you what.

Speaker 5 (30:50):
If you do, you can.

Speaker 4 (30:51):
But if I miss it, for sure, Brandon's up.

Speaker 1 (30:53):
Yeah, because I think that's like seventeen in a row.

Speaker 4 (30:54):
Yeah, Man, college football is tough for me.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
Okay, so we're gonna build our twenty five whistles college
football parlay.

Speaker 5 (31:00):
I will go to you, Kevin.

Speaker 9 (31:02):
Yeah, I'm gonna go with Texas A and M minus
two and a half at LSU at defense LS good.
LC's offense is bad, so I'm hoping that they cover.

Speaker 5 (31:15):
You.

Speaker 4 (31:16):
Sound confident. I would hope that Eddie Man every week,
I'm like Beelochick's got to get better, like this team's
got this.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
Is where you're going what you keep touching the Stoway.

Speaker 9 (31:26):
You're going to North Carolina.

Speaker 4 (31:28):
And I'm like, I'm not falling for it anymore. Okay,
we're going Virginia minus ten and a half against North
Carolina against North Carolina so far, two favorites. I'm gonna
I'll take it.

Speaker 1 (31:40):
I'll take a rough rough and so I will go
Ole Miss plus five and a half at.

Speaker 5 (31:46):
Oklahoma like it.

Speaker 1 (31:51):
Plus they may not win the game, but I'm gonna
go Ole Miss and you're getting five and a half
points at Oklahoma.

Speaker 5 (31:58):
Triangle of Death.

Speaker 9 (32:00):
Nine change minders are too late, late, too late.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
So Kevin, you have text, you have an m ware,
so we have all visiting teams.

Speaker 1 (32:09):
Okay, road dogs, road dog, just row, they're not dogs though.

Speaker 4 (32:14):

First things first, Just because it's on top of mind,
you think Jimbo Fisher is coming back to coaching If it's.

Speaker 3 (33:39):
Not this year, I don't know when, because there's gonna
be a lot of jobs open. We're gonna see thirty
plus jobs come open in the FBS this year.

Speaker 8 (33:47):
I think a lot of it's.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Gonna be dependent really on whether he wants to coach
a mid tier to lower tier power program or a
high group.

Speaker 8 (33:58):
Of six school like a UA be maybe.

Speaker 3 (34:02):
And I talked to him a year ago actually about
getting back into coaching and how he wanted to do it,
But he kept saying he's gotta be the right situation.
And I just don't think he'd be all that interested
in a job where he can't go, like win a championship.
I think he's still got quite a bit of pride

(34:23):
from that standpoint. So it'll be fascinating to see if
he's changed his thinking.

Speaker 8 (34:28):
At all going into this year.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
But I mean, he's certainly gonna have a lot of
job openings and opportunities to look at.

Speaker 8 (34:35):
I think like a.

Speaker 3 (34:37):
Job that he could best fit into that would be
quote unquote mid tier too, you know in the power conferences,
would be like a Virginia tech you know, he's a
West Virginia guy. Maybe there's something to work out there
or or maybe even like a like an Arkansas or
something like that.

Speaker 5 (34:53):
Oh don't whisper that. Stop it.

Speaker 3 (34:56):
Well, I mean, listen, you never know how far down
some of the school are going to get down their lists,
because there's there's gonna be a lot of openings and
a lot of candidates that a lot of these schools
are going to share.

Speaker 1 (35:06):
I think it's interesting with him, especially for two reasons.
One obviously, Florida State, he was the guy that it
was so surprising that he went to Texas A and M.
Because he was the guy at Florida State, and Florida
State's of the guy school, Like if you're there, that's
not a job you go to to go to another school.
So it was surprising that he left Florida State to

(35:27):
go to Texas A and M. Until you hear the
money that he made, right, and Texas A and M
was really invested. They started spending a lot of money
around that time, obviously because they got to pay him
out like crazy. So it would be kind of an
ego hit to have to go to a lower school.
But I could understand going to a lower school if
you were a younger guy, and you could spend four
or five years building that and then getting back to
a higher school. But Jimbo Fisher is no spring chicken.

(35:50):
And I think that also has to be thought that
if you go to a UAB, you're kind of doing
it to retire there.

Speaker 8 (35:55):
Right, Yeah, probably. I mean he's sixty years old.

Speaker 5 (35:59):
He's only sixty.

Speaker 8 (36:00):
Yeah, he's only sixty. He's not too old.

Speaker 5 (36:03):
I thought he was like eighty five. Holy cow.

Speaker 8 (36:07):
You know, it's funny.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
I was doing an interview on Sillite Radio earlier this
week and they said, he's like seventy, right, I said,
I said, no, he's sixty.

Speaker 8 (36:17):
They went, oh, he was born in sixty. I know.

Speaker 3 (36:19):
No, he's sixty. He's sixty years old. No, I you know,
it's funny. He was up for the UAB job years
ago and UAB.

Speaker 8 (36:29):
Passed him up.

Speaker 3 (36:31):
Oh, And I think that kind of always stuck under
his skin a little bit.

Speaker 8 (36:36):
Yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (36:36):
I think, you know, Jimbo Fisher probably thinks, like a
lot of us, thinks much more highly of himself than
a lot of people do out there in the industry.
And I again, I wonder over the last year since
I've talked to him, if he's checked himself and looked
himself in the mirror, because if he really wants to coach,
he keep He kept telling me when I sat down

(36:59):
with him, you know, I just missed teaching the kids
and everything. It's like, well, if you're really miss coaching,
go coach high school ball. But you know that's not
what the ego tells him.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
I think Jimbo Fisher and he's definitely asking my advice
on this one. You got to get a skincare routine
because I thought you were like one hundred. You know,
you gotta get a better skincare routine.

Speaker 5 (37:20):
Kase.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
You definitely got to put out more of a I'm
only sixty years old, because that's really not that old.

Speaker 4 (37:26):
He just turned sixty, dude, that's crazy to me.

Speaker 5 (37:29):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (37:30):
Okay, so that's number one and then too any chance
like Florida State would even want him.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
Back, Ah, I don't know's that's a long road to go,
but you know, Florida State. Not to say Florida State's
facing financial problems, but man, they have spent a lot
of money over the last several years. And if they
fire Mike Norveldy end of this year, it's going to
cost them about fifty eight million dollars to buy him

(37:55):
out in addition to all the other assistants. So you're
talking about probably like seventy eighty million dollars at the
very least, then hire another coach, like maybe if they
can get him at a discount, say hey, welcome back, buddy.
But even so, like when he left Florida State, it
wasn't necessarily even on the best of terms, not only
because he spurred them, but because the offensive line there

(38:17):
was really diminished and really falling apart. And that's why
a big reason why, you know, his replacement Willy Taggart
and even Mike Norville in his early ten years struggled
so much because they just didn't had emmy offensive linemen
and they had to take a while to fix that.

Speaker 8 (38:31):
So I don't know, I just don't think.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
I don't think he's in a fantastic position to get
a job that he kind.

Speaker 8 (38:39):
Of dreams of.

Speaker 3 (38:41):
But I did throw out there a possibility like he's
getting paid seven point one million dollars a year by
Texas A and M still for a buyout, and he
gets paid that yearly for the next five years. So
why not get your new school. Go pitch yourself, like, hey,
you know Virginia Tech or Arkansas. I'm sorry to say this, Bobby,

(39:02):
but like, hey, give me a five year contract, but
don't start paying me till year three, and then my
first two years invest heavily in nil and resources and
paying my assistant coaches. And I'll prove it to y'all.
We'll go and compete for a championship in the first
two years, and then you can start paying me in
year three. And then you know, after three years or whatever,

(39:23):
you don't think it's great, then just fire me and
all you're really out of is one year of salary
because he's already getting that big payday from Texas A
and M.

Speaker 1 (39:31):
And I think the precedent there because in college there
isn't but Russ Wilson, for example, when he left Denver
and they had him all that money, Like when he
went to Pittsburgh, he took like one hundred bucks, like
that was his salary because he knew anything you took
was going to eat out of, so Pittsburgh got him
super cheap. It's basically that same theory of I'm getting
paid by this team because they owe me this money,

(39:52):
so I'm gonna pick where I go next and take
very little to hurt the cap. Now there's not a
cap in college, but there is. You want to spend
as little as possible because you only have so much
to invest.

Speaker 5 (40:01):
And I'll play quarterback for you.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
I could be a coach for you for a million
a year and you could take all. Because he's again
because he's only got a then he gets six million
from A and M according to you know, just.

Speaker 3 (40:11):
The well, there's no mitigation in the contract. He doesn't
have to mitigate.

Speaker 5 (40:15):
He gets it all.

Speaker 3 (40:15):
Then, Yeah, he gets it all no matter what, so
it even better spot for him.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
Yeah, then I would do it for a nickel and
just try to get to one of the big schools. Yeah, man, okay,
Jimbo skincare routine and go coach somewhere for a nickel.
That's what I would tell him if I were advising
Jimbo Fisher dang okay, other jobs? Uh, Florida, is it
lane or than everybody else's second tier?

Speaker 8 (40:39):
I think so.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
I mean, he's the one that just makes the most sense.
You know another guy that I think would do very
very well. There would be Eli Drinklewitz at Miszoo. I
also think his personality, how he just kind of gets
under people's skin, is something that would fit in very
well there at Florida, much like we saw previously with
Steve Spurrier and even in Danvill into a certain extent,

(41:05):
you know, and don't and don't discount the idea of
maybe James Franklin going down there.

Speaker 8 (41:09):
Franklin was.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
Considered for that job, and there was some rumors around him,
you know a few years back about maybe leaving Penn
State for there. Let's remember, I mean James Franklin, yes, fired,
but he was just at the national champion, our national
semi finals this past year in the college football playoffs.
So I think that would be something that can be considered.
But the thing is is like trying to predict this

(41:35):
coaching carousel and who's going to get hired where, I
think it's as hard and as difficult as it's ever
been because a lot.

Speaker 8 (41:40):
More of these schools are so willing to.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
Just go tell us what you want to be paid,
tell us what you want so you can stick around.
They you know, Indiana's already done with Kurt Signetti, giving
him a new deal already. Ole Miss is currently trying
to work with Lane Kiffin and his agent Jimmy Sexton
to give him a bigger deal. In fact, I was
texting with the athletics director there Keith on Tuesday about
where that was at, and he says they're still they're

(42:03):
still talking, trying to make progress on it. But I
would be shocked if Lane Kiffen gets a new deal
together here within the next two or three weeks.

Speaker 8 (42:13):
I think he's gonna.

Speaker 3 (42:15):
Smartly let this play out and see how he can
maybe get a better paid eight ole miss or you know,
potentially get the job at Florida if that's what he wants.

Speaker 1 (42:23):
I think one of the more interesting and odd things
about this cycle one there's so many but too so
many coaches are getting fired early in mid which means
there's a whole lot of talking and nobody can commit
to anything like Lane Eli any of these coaches that
have teams that are still in the mix because they
they literally can't go yeah, they can't take a job
whether team's still in the hunt to make the playoff.

(42:46):
So it just gives us a whole lot of time
to talk about something that really there can be nothing
definitive happen exactly.

Speaker 3 (42:53):
And it's again that's going to be part of the
reason why this cycle is going to be so crazy,
because you're to hear a bunch of weird stuff, I believe.

Speaker 8 (43:01):
I mean, we're already I'm already hearing.

Speaker 3 (43:02):
Weird stuff in the background about you know, the process
of a lot of these schools as far as just
reaching out to people through intermediaries and then also even
talking to some potential candidates that are assistant coaches and
coordinators just to kind of do like here's our sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth,
tenth option. But again, there's gonna be so many jobs open.

(43:23):
You know, half these schools are probably gonna be disappointed,
their fan bases are going to be kind of disappointed
just go meh with their higher because there's just gonna
be way too many jobs open, and the big schools
are going to get to who they want, and everybody
below them.

Speaker 8 (43:36):
Is gonna have to maybe take some chances.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
I have a theory, and I want to ask you
first what you hear what you say you can well,
you can say you're hearing about the Arkansas job.

Speaker 8 (43:49):
It's still very early.

Speaker 3 (43:51):
I do think that some of the names you know,
the high tier names so to speak, that you've heard
out there are probably not going to be realistic options
at this point because the other jobs that are opening.
And then also you have to consider how these coaches
are performing currently, and there's gonna be some other jobs

(44:12):
that come open that we're not quite expecting or didn't
expect in the preseason that we're gonna have to weigh here.
You know, Auburn is one that could very possibly come open.
In fact, my opinion is is that probably does come open.
If Arkansas beats Auburn this weekend, I think that'll kind
of put a nail in the in the coffin there.

(44:35):
Got to look at LSU for example. I mean, if
Brian Kelly and them kind of goes south even further
this season, that's a possibility. They got a big one
in the Bayou this weekend against Texas A and M.
If they win that game, I think that changes the
tenor completely and even out Brent Vinnables. Look at the
remaining schedule for them, I think or four of their

(44:55):
five final opponents all rank in the top twenty, and
they get Old Miss this week and that's a big
game in Norman. So I think this week is really
kind of a potentially kind of the folkrum for jobs
like those those three that I just mentioned in the
SEC where if they win those games, everything's fine and
those jobs probably won't open, But if they lose them,

(45:16):
then maybe the floodgates open up quite a bit.

Speaker 1 (45:20):
Do you think that Arkansas will hire Bobby Petrino?

Speaker 3 (45:25):
I think a lot more's got to happen for that
to happen. One, he needs to start winning games, you know.
I find it interesting that so many people are just like, man,
this team's playing so hard, and you can tell they
care for him. It's just like, yeah, but they're still
zering two I mean under him. I mean, and the
scores are very similar to what they were beforehand. I

(45:47):
think everybody's focused so much on just that final score
for the Notre Dame game and they almost assume like, well,
that's how every game would have been after that. Well,
look at the games before that. Everything was like a
one possession loss against the top five, top ten Ole
Miss team, for example, on the road. So what's different
about losing at home by one possession against Texas A

(46:11):
and M or losing on the road at Tech Tennessee
by one possession. It's the same stuff that's been plaguing them.
They can't close. They got a lot of talent offensively
in their defense, just struggles. I think that's been the
case all year. Nothing's different.

Speaker 1 (46:25):
Yeah, I think if he beats Auburn that gives him
a shot. I think if he loses to Auburn that
is probably over. Let me roll a scenario out and
you can you tell me how you would interpret it.
So I was, you know, I write a decent amount
of checks to the Arkansas program, and I usually send
them a substantial amount of money, and no, I'll send
him my substantial amount of money yesterday and I said,
you know what, I'm actually going to send a I'm

(46:49):
going to add to it. I'm gonna supplement this substantial
amount of money with another bit of money. But let's
go ahead and put it toward basketball, is what I said.
And it was met with, Hey, look, you got a
coaching thing going on. Is there any way we can
like maybe put it toward football as well. I interpret
that as they're looking for a new coach to hire,

(47:09):
not that they're going to hire Patrino, because they could
probably get Patrino at a discount and rate.

Speaker 3 (47:13):
Don't you think uh that, or they're they're putting all
their uh they're moving their money around so they could
help them attract a coach.

Speaker 1 (47:22):
That's well, that's what I yes, yes, somebody that's not Patrino,
because I don't think they're going, hey, we're really trying
to double up our raising money for the coach to
hire Patrino full time.

Speaker 3 (47:34):
Yeah, I still think I mean, unless they just go
on a tear here, and even if he wins like
two more games, like, I just don't see them making
that movement because if they made that movie, if he
like won a couple of games, I think it just
shows you that they they whiffed on some of the
guys they wanted, and they see Patrino as like a
kind of a trial run again, like you know, he's

(47:55):
he's the stop gap potentially, but I don't think he
can run a pro like that of going, well, let's
just give him a couple of years.

Speaker 8 (48:02):
You can't do that.

Speaker 3 (48:04):
And I've argued this, Bobby, and I've said this over
and over again that the program really is kind of
an inflection point in a lot of reasons, and not
to get too long winded. But you know, college football
is probably going to look the same in five years.
I know everybody says that seems like every five years
since the pandemic, but it won't because there's a possibility
that we end up seeing a super league get formed

(48:25):
or some type of breakaway with football where it's just
a football only league. And the reason why I say
that is because everybody else has been preparing for that.
I mean, the ACC's new grant of rights or contract
or whatever they put together with in the last year
allows teams to leave the conference at a lesser financial
penalty if they go join a football only conference, which

(48:47):
kind of fits into the will ouse of what Clemson
and Florida State, North Carolina, even Virginia Tech and Miami
may potentially do at some point if something like that
were to arise. And then you have the Big Ten
trying to protect itself by infusing private equity into their
conference and making their sixteen teams sign a grant of
rights through twenty forty six, and you've got you know, Michigan,

(49:10):
Ohio State and everybody rebuffing that said, we don't want that.

Speaker 8 (49:13):
So the doors are open.

Speaker 3 (49:15):
There's like a pathway open here for a super league
to be created. So why does that matter to someone
like Arkansas. Well, Arkansas right now wouldn't be including that
super league. I mean, Arkansas would end up being just
a pretty much what a group of six school is
right now, the new group of six type school, where
if you're not part of that football only league, then

(49:35):
what are you really? You're just a team in the
American Conference pretty much. And you've got to start winning
now and spending money now to potentially.

Speaker 8 (49:44):
Get back up there.

Speaker 3 (49:45):
That's why you see programs like Texas Tech spending so
much money to win big and win big now so
they can try and position themselves to be a little
bit more appetizing to the possibility, even if it is
far flowing out there, to be able to be part
of this thirty two team or whatever super league if
it were to ever come to be. And you know,

(50:06):
you got to make a decision if your Arkansas, if
you want to be part of that, then you need
to spend the money now and neck like it. And
if you don't, then you're sending the message out there
that you don't take it seriously.

Speaker 1 (50:14):
What about a couple of these big twelve guys who
are playing at schools that aren't particularly football schools but
have won, like a Sadderfield's got Cincinnati a pretty strong place,
and Leipold in Kansas that's a basketball school. Like you know,
he probably what about hiring one of those guys? Do
you think those guys could be on the.

Speaker 3 (50:34):
Move if Wisconsin comes up? I think Lionce Leipold would
be a heavy target there. He's got background there. He
coached at Wisconsin Whitewater coming up through the ranks. Saderfield
is an interesting discussion point there, just because he was
on the hot seat entering this year. He hadn't done
too well there, but he's obviously struck it a little
bit big here, especially through the transfer portal and some

(50:57):
of the support they've had there. I'm not sure his
would get a lot of connection to a lot of
these jobs. You know, Matt Campbell at Iowa State, which
he's always been successful and consistent there, but he's done
so in a program that just doesn't spend a lot
of money on football.

Speaker 8 (51:12):
In fact, I remember talking to him in July.

Speaker 3 (51:15):
And he like was hesitant to even when I asked
him about like are they supporting you fully through the
revenue sharing and he said, oh, we're getting there, So
maybe someone like him, maybe he would finally be willing
to move, because he's turned down opportunities in the past
to stay there.

Speaker 8 (51:31):
He's been very loyal.

Speaker 3 (51:34):
But yeah, you know, there's a lot of great coaches,
especially in the Big Twelve, that don't get mentioned for
other jobs just because I think partly because that league
beats up on themselves so much. So like a great
coach might still end up with three or four losses
just because that league gets so crazy. The other issue, though,
like with a lot of those great Big Twelve coaches,

(51:54):
is a lot of them are coaching at their alma mater,
right Yeah, Kenny Dillingham at Arizona State doing very well,
Kalani Sataki at BYU, So it's kind of difficult to
consider them as maybe some big time prospects of some
of these other schools.

Speaker 1 (52:09):
Well, the final question I'll ask in is based off
that is that Clark Lee obviously went to Vanderbilt, came back,
and Vanderbilt's a real player. It's weird to say Vanderbilt
they're for real and clarkly is for real. He was
awesome as a coordinator Notre Dame. He's flipped the program
around so much so that and we know Clark a
little bit. When he said they were a few years
ago at the press conference like here to win a

(52:31):
national championship, we thought it was kind of funny. We
were like, oh, that's good to get for him to
say something funny like that. But like it looks like
now I really believed it and like they have a
great shot to make the playoff. My question, do you
think Clarklee would leave a Vanderbilt which isn't really a
football school except he made it that and that's his school.

Speaker 3 (52:51):
That's a very difficult decision he'd have to make. I
think that if a Penn State were to come calling,
it's very difficult to turn that down because you're built
to where every year you know you're gonna have a
chance to contend in your conference at Vanderbilt, and your
best years you're hoping to be in the conversation among
the top four, top five, like they are this year.

(53:13):
You also have to consider, you know, I hate to
say this, but like Vanderbilt's winning a lot for a
lot of reasons, but their big reason is they've got
quarterback Diego Pavier and the other teams don't. He's not
going to have that next year. Now they've built great
pieces around him. I think their offensive line is phenomenal
this year. But at some point you have to decide,

(53:35):
like is this as good as it's going to get here?
That's the big question he's got to ask himself. But
also he's in a great support structure there. I mean,
you've seen what they've done with the stadium, the facilities there.
They've really invested heavily in that that I think would
be a very difficult decision for him to make to make.
But man if like Penn State or a Florida or

(53:56):
something like that, we're to come calling like how do
you tell them no? And if you do tell them no,
I think that's kind of sets the presidence. Again, as
I say this, as we see with Kurt Signetti at
Indiana signing a new big contract saying I'm gonna stay here,
I think it really takes someone that just goes I'm
gonna be loyal and I'm gonna stick here to do that,

(54:16):
even when these other programs that are set up to
win every single year come calling, what.

Speaker 5 (54:20):
Are you doing this weekend?

Speaker 8 (54:21):
I'm gonna go to Auburn, Arkansas.

Speaker 3 (54:25):
I've been traveling every week, so these next two weeks,
I'm staying back. I thought I was gonna sit on
the couch and watch games and write and talk to
people on the phone.

Speaker 8 (54:33):
But I'm gonna go.

Speaker 3 (54:33):
There just because I think pat I think Arkansas is
gonna win. I think it'll be Petrino's first big win.
So that's a storyline, but even more so in the
national perspective, if Hugh Freeze loses that game at Auburn,
I think that's probably the potentially the end there, and
so I'm interested to see how Freeze reacts after the

(54:53):
game if you lose, and of course talk to people
around the program about what the future might hold there
for the But again, you go to a lot of
these games just going here are the possible storylines, which
ones are possible that might hit. So you go there
just in case, and I might go there, and I'll probably,
you know, maybe not even write anything, but you go
there just in case.

Speaker 1 (55:15):
I think I may go too. But what kept me
out was the weather last week. And it's still like
chance rain, right, are you trying to find in chance rain?

Speaker 3 (55:22):
Yeah, it's supposed to rain Friday and then all day Saturday.
It looks like, yeah, I've got I've got tickets of
the game every you know, every week. I'm a season
ticket holder. I've yet obviously I don't go to the games.
I usually just give him to friends. And I gave
him to a friend actually this morning, and my wife
and my kid that you know, they've been to one
game this year. But like the weather and then also

(55:44):
are he plays basketball and soccer on Saturdays makes it difficult.
But yeah, it's been string of bad lucky the last
two weeks, just bad bad weather.

Speaker 1 (55:52):
If I look and it's done to like twenty percent,
I'll be there. I just you know, I'm getting older.
I don't need to deal with that crap.

Speaker 5 (55:58):
I don't need.

Speaker 1 (55:59):
I don't need to get time trying to go to
a game and get wet.

Speaker 5 (56:01):
Like who am I?

Speaker 1 (56:03):
All right, Brandon, good to talk to you, buddy, And man,
it's exciting. I just wish there could be like some
like conclusions to these coaching the cycle, but there just
can't because most of the coaches in the mix are
still playing for things.

Speaker 3 (56:17):
Yeah, and I think it'll be fast and furious. That
last week of November in early December, there's gonna be
a lot of just movement as far as hirings and stuff,
and like all the dominoes will start falling quickly in succession.

Speaker 8 (56:29):
It's really gonna be wild.

Speaker 3 (56:31):
As much as like fans really look at like signing day,
these two that would be the big thing.

Speaker 8 (56:35):
There's gonna be about a.

Speaker 3 (56:36):
Two week period where it's gonna be pretty well in
the carousel. Hey, if you come to Faye, they'll look
me up.

Speaker 8 (56:42):
I like to see it Saturday. If I'm in the
press box.

Speaker 5 (56:45):
Look me up.

Speaker 1 (56:45):
I'll call you before I even get there, before we
even get to the stadium. He's like, hey, man, if
you see me now, I'll just text you and be like, hey, dude,
you round find a phone booth. He's like, hey, if.

Speaker 4 (56:53):
You see a guy that looks like me, yell from
across the hall now, Brandon, good to see you, buddy,
and I'll talk.

Speaker 8 (56:59):
To you week all right, see me.

Speaker 1 (57:07):
I did want to talk about the Randy Johnson thing,
which I thought was really cool. And you're seeing these
adult men, which.

Speaker 5 (57:11):
Is weird they show up.

Speaker 1 (57:13):
I don't have a problem with adult men in jerseys.
My rule, if you wear a jersey. It needs to
be somebody older than you. So if you're a fifty
year old man, you kind of need to wear a
baby jersey or like or like somebody from the Seven
Willie Stargeel.

Speaker 5 (57:28):
It's weird.

Speaker 1 (57:28):
If I wear a jersey from Jackson.

Speaker 4 (57:31):
Dark, that's weird. Yeah, he's a kid in my forties.

Speaker 1 (57:34):
So you need to have a jersey on somebody older
than you, not the same age.

Speaker 5 (57:40):
So these dudes.

Speaker 1 (57:40):
The weird thing about these dudes is they're wearing like
Randy Johnson jerseys as he's signing stuff, and they're adults
the same age a Randy Johnson. And also they're with
them like it give we signed. It's just I like
Alex's passion. But to me, I probably would not wear
that to go to a Randy Johnson signing, you know.

Speaker 4 (57:56):
Would you just carry it were getting him to sign it,
wearing it right stuff because Randy Johnson was there, gotcha.

Speaker 5 (58:04):
One guy did have a Griffy jersey.

Speaker 1 (58:07):
Younger that uh, you know what debate, but they were
about the same age, so Griffy now he's a kid,
so I still seems yelling. Yeah, yeah, but he was
an older man. I just think if you wear a jersey,
it needs to be somebody older.

Speaker 4 (58:19):
Than you wear it where, Like, can I wear it
at my house? Sure, you can wear whatever you want.
I know this is America, But according to that logic, So,
like the Cowboys are playing my Ceddie Lamb jersey, I
can wear that home.

Speaker 5 (58:31):
Like wearing that at home, you can wear at home.

Speaker 1 (58:32):
I wouldn't wear a Ceedee Lamb jersey to a Dallas
Cowboys game.

Speaker 9 (58:36):
Well, you think wearing it at home is better than
wearing it to a game.

Speaker 1 (58:38):
I think we're at home. Nobody sees you can wear panties. Dude,
do wear thong your wife's throng at home? I don't
see it.

Speaker 5 (58:42):
I don't care.

Speaker 4 (58:43):
I'm not wearing a jersey to a game.

Speaker 1 (58:45):
You can, but I would make sure if you're wearing
a jersey to a game, it's a Roger Stobeg jersey
for it.

Speaker 4 (58:49):
If you're a Dallas I'm at Smith all those guys.

Speaker 5 (58:53):
That works.

Speaker 1 (58:54):
So they were getting these autographs from Randy Johnson and
he was signing in. One of the guys is like, hey,
why don't you sign jerseys because Randy Johnson doesn't sign jerseys. Well,
and I thought this answer was awesome. Here's the clip.

Speaker 7 (59:05):
It's the one thing that I don't sign because it's
the one thing that can raise money for charities, my
charity to other people's charity, because there's not a lot
of them floating out there.

Speaker 5 (59:16):
I was doing this way back and there's a long
time ago.

Speaker 8 (59:19):
Yeah, that's why you can't.

Speaker 7 (59:22):
Figure out why. Yeah, smart, because it's the one thing.
I mean, everything else there's time, but the one thing
that might raise a little bit more money.

Speaker 1 (59:30):
For a charity keeps the value up of signed jerseys
yause he doesn't do a lot of them.

Speaker 5 (59:34):
It's really cool.

Speaker 1 (59:35):
Yeah, I thought that was super cool.

Speaker 4 (59:36):
I do the son. Excuse me, just I don't sign
things unless it's for my charity or any kind of
charity work that I do that.

Speaker 1 (59:43):
First of all, that's a lie because listen to the
pictures up and you'll sign them. We'll all do it,
and there's like three lies there.

Speaker 4 (59:50):
But you care all lies. Yeah, but it sounds so
cool to say that though.

Speaker 1 (59:54):
Let's look at the quick preview football games.

Speaker 5 (59:57):
College football games. First, U C.

Speaker 1 (59:59):
L A at Indie and A minus twenty five and
a half. Hey, Brandon, if you were to have picked
one for the Triangle of Death? What would you have picked?

Speaker 5 (01:00:04):
So I got the New York Rangers over I'm just
kidding over Ottawa. He's like, you know what I looking at.
I'm really in the NHL. Now, what would you have picked? See?

Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
Do you have it set up? Did you have it picked?

Speaker 5 (01:00:20):
I haven't picked college yet. Brandan has a car too.

Speaker 1 (01:00:23):
It is like his cars outside, and it's in the
garage and it's loaded with like one hundred thousand dollars
of audio equipment.

Speaker 5 (01:00:29):
And he's like, what do I do? Do I park
in the garage? Do I just not?

Speaker 8 (01:00:33):
Calm? Do I?

Speaker 1 (01:00:34):
I'm like, dah, just park in the garage? So like
his butts pucker at all show long thing. He's gonna
walk out there. I'm like, all of our stuff's gonna
be gone.

Speaker 5 (01:00:41):
I'm gonna pick Vandy over Missouri negative two and a half.
So let's let's sad.

Speaker 1 (01:00:47):
It's a learning lesson, okay, learning lesson Brandon here because
Brandon doesn't claim to be like the who do you
think is more sports Brandon.

Speaker 9 (01:00:56):
And Reid Brandon?

Speaker 4 (01:00:57):
Brandon?

Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
WHOA, yeah, I can't that's even a question.

Speaker 9 (01:01:01):
Definitely more NFL for sure in college.

Speaker 5 (01:01:04):
Right, Yeah, I mean anything reads like what sport do
we playing?

Speaker 7 (01:01:09):
Again?

Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
I think that's unfair to read he and I will
defend him because Reid was very proficient at golf and
a good golfer. And when we shoot golf stuff, Brandon's like, so,
which of those teas do you hit with your club?
Like he's graded golf, and I would say, like when
Brandon says Vanderbilt negative negative.

Speaker 5 (01:01:34):
I heard, it's just galing lingo.

Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
This is a teaching moment. That's why I wondered, because
Reid can now bet with the best of them. Let
me tell about Reid. D got into it. He did.
Reid got himself out of it because he felt like
he was gonna he was winning too much and that
was gonna flip. So how would you say it now?

Speaker 5 (01:01:53):
Vanderbilt over Missouri minus two and a half? Close?

Speaker 1 (01:01:58):
And this is also good because we all had to
learn how to say. I would say, oh, oh, Vanderbilt
minus two and a half over Missouri.

Speaker 5 (01:02:05):
Yeah, like that because the money line would be over Missouri.
Vanderbilt over Missouri.

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
Yeah, Vanderbilt money line, money line.

Speaker 4 (01:02:15):
I can see how it's very intimidating, like everything.

Speaker 5 (01:02:17):
Sure, it's almost like the freaking crash table.

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
Yes, like my kids on Sundays, I get my kids
to like passing the phone while I'm driving a church
and like, you guys pick.

Speaker 5 (01:02:25):
On the way to church. He's like, hey, what lines
do you guys?

Speaker 4 (01:02:29):
And they passed it around the backseat and they get
to they're like, Dad, do we do money line? Or
do we do the spread? And then we're like, let's
try spread and they're like, well what does this mean?
So it's very complicated and.

Speaker 1 (01:02:39):
You guys are read Second Corinthians right before we got me. Yeah,
that's good.

Speaker 5 (01:02:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:02:45):
So so so your pick though, is Vanderbilt minus two
and a half?

Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
Yes? And really, I I I need to practice the
lingo with you guys, because I just talked to myself
when I bet, so I don't you know.

Speaker 1 (01:02:56):
You're not wrong, right, But I think a lot of
our listeners too. They didn't know to parlay was neither
did we until someone told us. So all this stuff
is new until someone teaches you.

Speaker 4 (01:03:05):
You know, I still don't know what a round robin is, Like,
I see that as an option, so I can tell
you tell me.

Speaker 1 (01:03:11):
So let's say you parlor. Let's see have a three
game parlay. Okay, and I'll just make up three bets here.
Here's three games happening this weekend, u CLA at Indiana,
Syracuse at Georgia Tech, Ole, miss at Oklahoma. Let's say
you bet a parlay and you bet all the home teams.
So you do the parlay it's Indiana, Georgia, Tech, and Oklahoma,
and so you get better odds because you're doing all
three and if any one of the three loses, you

(01:03:31):
lose that parlay. The round robin is also you're betting
on all the games individually as well.

Speaker 4 (01:03:36):
Oh so to place in the bet, it's gonna be
way more expensive because it's going.

Speaker 1 (01:03:40):
To cost more, got it, So you're gonna bet the
part Let's say about five bucks in the parlay, because
let's say the odds are plus three and ok nothing,
we do sometimes plus and minus yeah, but let's say
it's like plus three thirty.

Speaker 5 (01:03:50):
So that's for the parlay.

Speaker 1 (01:03:52):
But if you're going to round robin it they're all
three individual bets. So if you're gonna put five bucks
there and then five bucks in the parlay, it's gonna
be twenty bucks total. It five bucks for the parlay
and then each of those individuals are five bucks each.

Speaker 4 (01:04:04):
Kind of like that. I might try that this weekend
on the way to church. No, on Saturdays. Home home
from church, that's stressful, dude. Home from church is stressful
because it's because the games are about to start. Usually
get out about eleven, and I'm like, oh my gosh,
oh my gosh, you driving. I make my wife drive
while I make all the bets.

Speaker 5 (01:04:21):
Nothing like a good Sunday. Worse than the Lord.

Speaker 4 (01:04:24):
Sometimes I feel like the Lord gives me picks. Really yeah,
like yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:04:29):
Vikings at Chargers tonight, quick games, Browns of Patriots. We're
really pulling for those Patriots.

Speaker 6 (01:04:34):
And our Monday League.

Speaker 9 (01:04:36):
Hey we're in the positive.

Speaker 4 (01:04:37):
We are four hundred bucks. Thank god, four hundred bucks.
It just looks better on Yeah, we were down a
thous yeah, eleven hundred. Yeah, I think who was down
the most in our he's down twenty six hundred.

Speaker 1 (01:04:51):
Oh my gosh, oh my god.

Speaker 4 (01:04:56):
I mean the one that got him with the Ravens,
he got the It was that guy and the Colt.
He got the Ravens to win and the Colts to lose.
So read his team, so and what they do all right,
so he has Ravens to win. So every time the
Ravens win, he wins money. If they lose, no money,
but he's got to pay out everybody else. Okay, go ahead,
and the Ravens have won one.

Speaker 5 (01:05:15):
Yeah, so big bad one.

Speaker 4 (01:05:17):
The Jets to lose, he's won six.

Speaker 1 (01:05:18):
That's it's his only money maker.

Speaker 5 (01:05:21):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:05:21):
And he also has the Broncos to win. They've won five.

Speaker 5 (01:05:23):
Yeah, that's good.

Speaker 4 (01:05:24):
One pretty good. That's where it gets bad. Colts to lose,
oh man, they've lost one one. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:05:29):
They're the best team in the NFL right now.

Speaker 9 (01:05:32):
Yeah, and they have seed it in them one seed,
so yeah, probably overall.

Speaker 4 (01:05:36):
And then for some reason, he thought the Cardinals were
gonna win a lot of games. They've won two. And
then the Bears to win. They've won four in a row.

Speaker 9 (01:05:45):
That's saved him a little bit.

Speaker 1 (01:05:46):
But he's minus he's minus twenty six hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:05:51):
Brutal, dude. It's crazy how this shifts like just one
week at a time. It's you know, like I can't
believe that we're above water.

Speaker 5 (01:06:01):
Yep.

Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
And so we have, okay, just to roll through the games,
Browns and Patriots. We're pulling for the Patriots, dolphinsive Falcons,
Jets at Bengals were big Bengals guys, because we have
the time.

Speaker 5 (01:06:12):
Angles and we like that one.

Speaker 1 (01:06:15):
Giants and Eagles little division. You probably want the Giants
to win that game, though, huh over the Eagles just division. Absolutely,
so it gives Cowboys chance if they want to pull up.
Bills at Panthers, Bears at Ravens. Ravens big favorite because
Lamar's back. They took out all the video games though

(01:06:35):
in the locker room, did they did they have video games?

Speaker 5 (01:06:38):
Took it all the bat the basketball to distract.

Speaker 4 (01:06:40):
You gotta be serious everything.

Speaker 1 (01:06:41):
Forty nine Ers at Texans, Bucks at Saints, Cowboys at Broncos,
Titans at colts Man.

Speaker 4 (01:06:48):
The Bucks are like, it's just bad over there.

Speaker 9 (01:06:51):
Injury now.

Speaker 4 (01:06:52):
Now Evans is out for the season.

Speaker 1 (01:06:54):
It was in for like a play, yeah right. Good
thing is though they've they've won without them. Yeah, and
they didn't know that Abuka was going to be as
good as he is, So boy.

Speaker 4 (01:07:05):
T is time for tz to shine.

Speaker 8 (01:07:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:07:07):
Do that hurdle and everybody hurdles all the time. That
hurdle is it just makes it look so easy.

Speaker 5 (01:07:12):
He's just so small.

Speaker 4 (01:07:13):
Oh, you guys can't do that.

Speaker 9 (01:07:15):
Uh no, no you can.

Speaker 1 (01:07:17):
The Commander's Chiefs think about this though, So our league,
I almost don't want to do this, but I'm just
going to do it for the sake.

Speaker 5 (01:07:23):
This is content. This is not in real life.

Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
In our league, we have the Patriots, the Bucks, the Chiefs,
and the Bengals. Yep, one, two, three. We have four favorites. Guys.

Speaker 4 (01:07:38):
Yeah, how does that make you feel?

Speaker 8 (01:07:42):
You know what?

Speaker 1 (01:07:42):
Great?

Speaker 5 (01:07:44):
I'd rather than that day other way.

Speaker 1 (01:07:45):
Yeah, if we can win another, if we can have
another yeah, or nice, we take our family on vacation.

Speaker 4 (01:07:52):
Yeah, welled a well deserved vacation.

Speaker 5 (01:07:56):
Let's go.

Speaker 4 (01:07:58):
But but I'm gonna hey, we're probably not though, guys.

Speaker 1 (01:08:00):
Nope, there's no positivity in the chat till after the game.

Speaker 4 (01:08:02):
Probably not. I learned that.

Speaker 1 (01:08:04):
Yeah, okay, that's what's up.

Speaker 5 (01:08:07):
The Oklahoma all missed games? Pretty cool?

Speaker 1 (01:08:10):
Yeah, I think we're getting one of those teams gets
kind of gets eliminated from the are you a top
tier team? What's interesting about Oklahoma is they have a
lot of hard games. They lost the game to Texas,
it's their only loss, and you know they're ranked thirteen.
They have a lot of hard games coming up. If
they lose this one, it could end up five hundred

(01:08:31):
Oklahoma squad. If they win this game, I think it
leads them to actually want a couple more games that
have a good season. Oh dang, yeah, read their schedule.

Speaker 4 (01:08:36):
They get Tennessee after this, Alabama in Alabama, and then
they have Missouri and then lsu.

Speaker 9 (01:08:43):
Geez, it's stef.

Speaker 5 (01:08:47):
All right, we're done. You guess have anything I don't.
You're whispering about ever that they have a surprise for
me or or cake or something. I was just going
to talk about Chauncey Billups. Oh yeah, the gambling stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:08:57):
What do you want to say?

Speaker 7 (01:08:58):
Wild?

Speaker 1 (01:08:59):
So?

Speaker 5 (01:08:59):
I mean, he's I just want to know if you
guys heard about it.

Speaker 4 (01:09:02):
What do you got?

Speaker 5 (01:09:03):
Johnston Billup? Chohnston Billups is down negative.

Speaker 4 (01:09:10):
Picked the Ravens to win.

Speaker 5 (01:09:11):
Man, yeah, man. The card the poker stuff's crazy.

Speaker 1 (01:09:14):
The X ray machines under the table, the glasses and
contact lenses. They could see the cards unmarked, but they
had like special be awesome illegal.

Speaker 4 (01:09:24):
Oh yeah, how much fun would that be to go
into casino like that?

Speaker 1 (01:09:26):
I don't know much fun it would be to be
my age to play against five year old.

Speaker 4 (01:09:29):
In football, just dominate.

Speaker 5 (01:09:32):
Yeah, that's like if we think about where we're going. Yeah,
that's how much fun.

Speaker 4 (01:09:36):
Would I'd be?

Speaker 1 (01:09:37):
Like, man, if I could just take a bunch of
six year old just like but but everybody thought I
was also six.

Speaker 4 (01:09:43):
Do you ever see those videos of like the parents
the kids going against the parents in Oklahoma.

Speaker 9 (01:09:47):
And the parents kill one of the mascots, like.

Speaker 5 (01:09:51):
The mom's mom. Man, all right, you guys have a
great rest of the day.
