Bobby was watching the Razorbacks game over the weekend when someone on Twitter decided to start a fight with him during a bad time in the game. After Bobby replied to this person, the guy had a very questionable comeback involving his own mother and threatened Bobby by saying he knows where to find him. Plus, Minnesota head football coach PJ Fleck joined Bobby to discuss the big win vs Nebraska this past Friday, why he is unable to enjoy Netflix for pure entertainment, and much more! And Eddie poses the question - What’s More Important: Winning or Having Fun? Because his son’s baseball team is winning, but he’s not having any fun.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
It's a podcast call twenty five Wists Stuck in Fun
and they are whizz.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
So yet it's too bad, But what did you expect?

Speaker 5 (01:36):
It's a podcast Come twenty five Whist Souls.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Hey walk home here, Eddie, thank you. We have Minnesota
coach PJ. Fleck coming up big win over Nebraska on
Friday night. He's also somebody that I wouldn't mind seeing
the Arkansas head coach. So I in a back backward
way slide that in there, and I don't want to
like put them on the spot or.

Speaker 6 (02:00):
Anyth Yeah, yeah, why would you do that?

Speaker 1 (02:02):
And I feel like right now that Arkansas job because
we did see someone else lose their job the Florida
head coach, Yeah, Napier Piero, Yeah, which we saw coming.
But he won, which is weird because he was like,
I bet his next loss he gets fired. But it
was like, yeah, you barely be in Missisippi State, so we're
gonna go oua and fire you would.

Speaker 6 (02:20):
Mississippi State's no slouch, Like they're not a horrible team.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Yeah, that's a solid team. Well, I think they have
two wins.

Speaker 6 (02:28):
I thought that they started four to.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
O Mississippi State. Maybe they did. I don't know. Maybe
I'm just taking every other year in the history of
Misissippi State. That's fair.

Speaker 6 (02:34):
That's fair.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
So okay, I I think Patrino is probably in the
same spot he was the week before. I think a
lot of the fans of Arkansas now want Patrino because
they know we're not gonna get aybody else because there's
eighty four jobs open, and our fan base is so
delusional that they're like, we want James Franklin. Well, now
that you're seeing you're seeing every job open up. The

(02:56):
Florida's gonna be open, You're gonna see LSU probably open up.
You have Arkansas. Listen, if Lane Kiffin goes over to Florida,
then you got Ole miss again. The carousel is gonna
be insane. And so what I think you're seeing is
a bunch of Arkansas fans go from from We want
Bear Bryant or we want Nick Saban to go in. Well,

(03:17):
Ptreno's cap is close, so we'll take him. Uh, it's
gonna be interesting.

Speaker 6 (03:23):
Yeah, Virginia Tech local mistate cla U c l A
all tho.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Uab that Alex Mortensen who was Mort's kid from ESPN
Mortson's pastway, But Alex Mortson play quarterback at Arkansas.

Speaker 6 (03:36):
Oh, I didn't know that.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
So we got all these Arkansas kids out there.

Speaker 6 (03:40):
They're all out there doing great things they do outside
of Arkansas.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Arkansas.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Yeah, okay, so let's go around the room and then
talk about our favorite teams. We played Texas A and
M and it was a good game and we lost
is a one score loss. Our defense we don't have one,
but our offense looked awesome. You can tell the team
plays harder than they did earlier in the year. I mean,
Petrino maybe the guy I was just pointed we lost.
I was happy we covered. I'm just I'm happy we

(04:09):
didn't embarrass ourselves because we played Notre Dame. They embarrassed us.

Speaker 6 (04:12):
Outside of that, well, I guess Memphis was kind of
embarrassing too, But I feel like every game is close.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
We fumbled to lose the Old Miss game. Yep, we
fumbled to lose. It was the other game before. No,
we fumbled a Memphis game. Memphis, Yeah, that's it. Who
cares anyway, I'm done. We lost, that's it. It sucks.
I mean the Panthers one, that's my second team.

Speaker 6 (04:33):
That's right. They're on a roll, right. They just keep pounding.

Speaker 1 (04:36):
We're pounding, babe. That's the thing about us. We just
keep pounding.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
That Arkansas game though, Like what was a two hour
delay on that? Yeah, it was bad storm, that's why
we didn't go. Yeah it was raining, but then once
the game started it was great weather. And then the
fourth quarter like came back the rain.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
Yeahme with like thirty seconds left, and you're going, do
not call this game because at thirty seconds, make everybody
wait for thirty seconds. I got into a Twitter fight. Well,
because if I'm why a game, I'm just on Twitter.
I don't twitter fight near as much as I used
to something on Twitter that much. But when I'm watching
a game, I'm just watching tweets as the game is happening. Yeah,

(05:09):
and so this dude out of nowhere, like I'm not
even tweeting. I tweeted earlier in the week because Dan
Mullen said there was a zero point zero chance that
he was interested in the Arkansas job and that they
should go and hire and Gus males On. And I
thought it was hilarious because it was in a response
to somebody. I like Dan Mullen. He's been on the
show before, and so I wrote, that's hilarious zero point

(05:31):
zero and I like Dan Mullen. So some dude like
two days later says, has mister Robbones ever played a
sport in his life other than pickleballs? And so, you
know what, it's Saturday. I'm in the mix. Let's go,
let's go. I'll fight somebody. And I have no bottom.
There's no low because on Twitter it's all low. So

(05:52):
I write back, Hey, I played your mom. I was disgusting.
Whoa because there's nothing more juvenile. And also that's the
least personal joke you can tell as that your mama
joke because everybody knows not actually about your momm It's
like an eighth grade thing that you just say, yeah,
I don't know his mom.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Yeah, but if that joke's directed towards you, you always
think it's about your mom.

Speaker 5 (06:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Yeah, well that was just like the lowest hanging fruit
on Anybody is just going, yeah, your mom's ugly, because
that's not even really a thing. So I say I
played your so let me reset it back up, he said,
as mister Barbibones ever played sport in his life other
than pickleballs, I say I played your mom. Was disgusting,
he said. Dude, you have female issues and you bleed feminism. Lol.

(06:33):
You wish you could be in my mother? What he did?

Speaker 6 (06:36):
Did he really say that in your mother? Yes, in
your mother?

Speaker 1 (06:40):
And it gets crazier, dude, it gets this loco franco. Dude,
it gets crazier. Let me read it again, because that's
what I thought. He I wish I could be in
his mom.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I'd have to read that like five times.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
Make sure you know, because the different even if he
had said it with my mom, that's different then in
my mom.

Speaker 2 (06:59):
And That's what I'm talking about. When you say your mother,
your mama. They take it personal.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
But even then you get say, yeah, you wish you
could be with my mom, but you're a blank. This
is different, not you wish you could be in my mother?
What that's so freaking weird?

Speaker 6 (07:14):
Is wild?

Speaker 1 (07:15):
And then he wrote you're not too hard to find
my guy.

Speaker 6 (07:18):
Oh oh that's weird.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
I don't like that.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
Yeah, so then I put Bro calls me out. I respond,
and he hits me with the you weren't too hard
to find? And so I just took a screenshot of
that and posted back on Twitter like I don't mind
getting into it with these idiots, but I just thought
the two things happened. One you wish you could be
in my mother? You're like, no, no, no, I don't bizarre.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
It's a joke, man.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
And then two, you aren't too hard to find. When
somebody goes to like a physical threat on Twitter, ultimate
whiss yeah like you get no, no worsier. Then he
calls me out, I answer with your mom joke, and
then he goes, you wish you could be in and
I'll find you, Okay.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Honest question, many, what are you gonna be done with
these Twitter fights?

Speaker 1 (08:07):
I don't do him very often.

Speaker 6 (08:08):
He's been a while, hasn't it first one? All football
season first?

Speaker 5 (08:12):
Or yeah?

Speaker 6 (08:14):
I think so.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
I don't mind them because it's fictional. And secondly, I
did not talk to that guy. That guy comes to me.
Here's the problem with calling out the devil. He might
show up and I'm the devil. So don't call me
out because I will go. I will fight you, and
then I will post a whole thing and show everybody
how stupid you are. And yeah, it's way below me,
it's beneath me. I shouldn't do it.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
It is I shouldn't do it, and you continue to
do it.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Yeah, I don't mind it.

Speaker 6 (08:41):
Is it sheer entertainment like the game, and I'm gonna
take it out on somebody.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
And now I was already on Twitter. I had nothing
to do with this dude. He out of nowhere calls
me out, and so it's like, all right, I'll dance
like you walk on the dance floor. I'm over here
dancing about myself. I'm dancing uhappily by myself. But you
come over and you're like, you're a bad dancer to me. Okay,
your mom, And so that's that was it.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
I wonder if his mom's hot.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Well, because he turns out.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
In my mother that that's crazy.

Speaker 1 (09:16):
Hey, it turns out and a weird turn of events.
His like screenshot his mom's in it.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
No makes sense.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
You don't wish, I don't wish.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
I don't wish with people. Well, it kept going to
like what that wasn't the end? Well no, that was
like the harsh part when he started threatening me. But
I mean, dude, I have no bottom when it comes
to this, So I'll fight you if I'm in. I
don't I'm not like off our Twitter fight. But if
I'm in and for no reason somebody comes to me
and I'm losing the game, I'm already bad. I'm like, well,

(09:51):
if you again, if you want to dance, I can
watch to see. So let's go.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
You're a dancing champ.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Oh my goodness. So yeah, that's what's up.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
So you never answered the question did you play any
other sport other than pickleballs?

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Well, in high school pickleballs, pile balls and what what
the thing too is he makes like he makes like
little sports youtubes. Then he has like he follows more
people than follow him. And I was sure to note
that in the back.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Okay, this is this is a good little follow up question.
So when you get into these fights, you want a
little background too.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
I go and research everything about them. I'm following links, dude,
I'm going full investigator reporter on everything they're about.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Because you're like, who am I fighting exactly?

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Like where is the vulnerability? He's putting out like albums
and I'm like, dude, and he comes at me again
and I'm like, dude, every single thing you're trying to do,
I'm better than you had. And I say that to him.
I said, keep making the little youtubes.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
This is after you kept saying this is that queen?

Speaker 1 (10:46):
Keep coming to me.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
See Twitter is interesting though, because it's not like a
text where you get to see like bubbles and like
the conversation did every tweet come instantaneously? Like no, quick?

Speaker 1 (10:57):
It was back and forth and then about three in
I'm invested and I'm anxious to see how this turns out.
He threatened me again and.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
What was that one?

Speaker 1 (11:04):
I don't remember, I don't I just don't take it seriously.
So he threw my guy in there though, Man, yeah yeah, yeah,
my guy, my guy. What someone says my guy that
like only douchebags say that, yeah, right, or girls like douchebags?
Who who are they have? Like this fake sense of

(11:25):
masculinity that they're trying to promote that is actually insecurity
and I'm the most insecure person in the world in
different ways.

Speaker 6 (11:32):
But yeah, that was don't be that guy, my guy,
don't be that guy back.

Speaker 1 (11:36):
You're not that guy. You're not that guy.

Speaker 6 (11:37):
You're not that guy.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
You're not that guy. Remember that.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Yep?

Speaker 6 (11:41):
Was it like at the grocery store or whatever it was?
Don't be that guy. I'm not that guy.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
I was gonna.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
I don't know what you guys are talking about, but
it's funny.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
Oh you haven't. No, he says, there's another threat. Well,
it keeps going. I mean you mean reading more.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
I mean if you feel comfortable to go through it.
I like hearing it.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
Yeah, if I feel comfortable, I did it, and then
I didn't take it down.

Speaker 6 (12:05):
It's out there.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
I could have easily taken it down. Let's see has
if a pick a ball played your mom is disgusting. Dude,
You're not hard to find, my guy. I'm better than
you in every part of your life. I said, I'm
even a better athlete. Better looking. You make your little
web videos makes sense, dude, Kisses and see you soon.
That was his next thing.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
He said, he said that to you and see you soon. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:28):
Yeah. And then I say you could call somebody out.
Then you get rattle when they respond. Classic talking tough
guy exactly how this often goes down with people who
have done nothing but talk something. I like it. And
then his response was Bobby Boners loves Boners.

Speaker 2 (12:44):
And we're back in middle school.

Speaker 6 (12:46):
This guy's all over the play.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
Yeah. So that was Saturday night, and I would and
I get, you know, people talking to me and negatively
online a lot. But if we're losing and I'm already
like almost triggered by losing the game, and then you're
gonna come at me, Like I said, I'll dance. I'm
not better than it. I'm not gonna fight on Instagram.

(13:11):
This is Twitter is like an alley. That Twitter's like
a back alley that's where the fights happen.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
It definitely has that tone.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
Yeah, you know, if you're in the alley, you know,
you know who's coming out, where they're coming out. You
just better be ready. And you know what, sometimes you
go into the alley to mix it up. Instagram's out
the alley, tiktoks out the alley. I don't do crap
over there like this on Twitter though. On mine, in
my own business, I'm in the alley smoking a little crack,
you know, doing my whole things are doing an alley, Yeah,
doing alley stuff.

Speaker 6 (13:37):
Watching.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
Yeah, the guy comes at me. So that was part
of my my weekend.

Speaker 7 (13:44):
Man.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
Saturday, he like came at me twice. He was like,
you're not hard to find, Okay, find me.

Speaker 6 (13:50):
Does it say where he lives or now?

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (13:52):
Yeah, little rock. I know it didn't, but I found it.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
Oh your research.

Speaker 1 (13:55):
You do not know everything about this dude.

Speaker 6 (13:57):
You have his address?

Speaker 1 (13:58):
Yes, I know where you live, my gate, I know
where he is.

Speaker 6 (14:02):
My guy.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
It's just funny, man, when my team loses, I go
for a walk. I'm like, I'm going to just take
a walk.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
This was mid loss. This was while we were lo
We're down ten at this point. And again I wasn't
looking for a fight that I found me. Yep, so
that's what's up our parlay. I don't know who messed that.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Was me, man, It was yeah, that was me. My
Texas Tech. They did not only did they not cover.
They didn't.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
They didn't win. Yeah, so I had did I have
Ohio State?

Speaker 2 (14:34):
You had Oregon domination from both of you guys.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Oh the Oregon Rutgers thing.

Speaker 6 (14:38):
That was over two minutes.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Yeah, Oregon minus seventeen and a half at Rutgers. Oregon
wins that. Ohio State minus twenty four and a half
at Wisconsin. Kevin hit that Eddie Texas Tech minus seven
and a half at Arizona State.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
There the state came out. Yeah, pretty good. So that
quarterback's pretty good.

Speaker 6 (14:55):
Yeah, it turns out what they needed out.

Speaker 2 (14:57):
That quarterback is a difference maker.

Speaker 6 (14:59):
I was, I mean texta second is a good team?

Speaker 4 (15:01):
Right?

Speaker 1 (15:02):
I did not watch the Cowboys game at all.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Oh really.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
I took my wife to a movie yesterday.

Speaker 2 (15:07):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
She was like, hey, I'm feeling pretty good. And as
you guys know, all three of you when you're pregnant,
wife's like, hey, I'm actually feeling like up to something.
You just do it yep. And so she's like, hey,
is there any chance you'll go to a movie at
some point? She was like, you can pick the time.
I know you have certain games and the only movie
we could go to that wasn't late. I mean there
was like a six o'clock and then there was like

(15:29):
a noon. I didn't want to go to the six.
I didn't want to go to the noon because I
didn't want to miss that first round of game that
the game kind of sucked, it bad. Yeah, so we
picked like the three, which meant, Mike, we got to stop.
We gotta do something about these previews. It was forty
five minutes previewski.

Speaker 6 (15:44):
It's usually like thirty. It is terrible.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
It was like it with at least thirty. I put
my phone down at thirty and it kept going for
a little bit because then the Pepsi thing came on.
Yeah yeah, and it's like the roller coaster ride into
the movie yep, yep. So I did get to watch
the end of that first round of games, but we
went and I missed the whole second second slate, so
I did not get to watch the Cowboys.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Those were all good games too, like the.

Speaker 1 (16:06):
Just tell me my guy, just tell me to score.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
The Cowboys Cowboys wasn't a great game, but like that
Packers game, the Broncos Giants, the Broncos Giants.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
We're doing favorite teams right now. That's why I just
said Cowboys, Cowboys.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
Dude, great game, man like, great game. Cowboys look great again.
I don't know why, but there.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
Was alert come across that jayde Daniels got hurt.

Speaker 6 (16:28):
Yeah, it's hamstring.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
When what part of the game towards the third quarter?

Speaker 7 (16:32):
Quarter?

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Was it out of hand when he got hurt? Was
the game over already? No?

Speaker 2 (16:36):
I think we had a fifteen It.

Speaker 6 (16:37):
Was getting there though. I mean the Cowboys handled that
game from beginning to end.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
It was so that.

Speaker 6 (16:42):
I mean that doesn't change the game.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
No, not necessarily, no, no, no, but but yeah, like
they sacked him and then he just landed awkwardly on
his knee. I guess his hamstring.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Maybe it was I read hamstring. Get an MRI today.
How the Cowboys look look great?

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Dude? The defense look good again. I mean, Dak is
playing out of his mind, like he's playing great, especially
with CD on one side, George Pickens on this side.
Like the out CD look awesome.

Speaker 6 (17:07):
Two touchdowns I saw one. I don't watch the whole thing.
Maybe I'm not the Cowboys fan here.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Yeah, maybe one touchdown, but it was awesome. He scored early.
He like jogged into the end zone. Because he was
all wide open, felt healthy, felt healthy, dude. Great. Everything
was really really good. I loved every minute. It was
one of those where you can just relax after like
the third quarter.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
You like those.

Speaker 6 (17:25):
Love it?

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Yeah, love it. I love stress free games. I don't
want to be stressed out all the way to the
end and then something maybe lose it.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
I like a game that's always at a two possession lead.
I don't want to listen if we're playing Montana State,
that's boring because we're up forty to nothing in the
second quarter. I like it we're always up to like
at least nine, like between nine to thirteen points, because
you know, one pick six doesn't change the game. You're

(17:52):
not losing after a pick six, right, Like the perfect
game for me is that being up two possessions like
Tech the Tech His A and M version of This
Weekend is the perfect game for me. If I'm text
A M. If you're an AM, yeah, okay, you're up
to they're drive and it's kind of exciting because you're like,
oh God, but then you know, yeah, they got to
get this and then they got to have some sort
of Jesus miracle come down and happen.

Speaker 6 (18:13):
Yeah, so it's interesting enough to keep you intrigued. Also,
like I'm still like.

Speaker 1 (18:17):
Yeah, you're okay, because yeah, I'm not going to fight
anybody because we're winning by that's like Twitter, I'm my guy,
I get into the alley. You went to the Patriots
game yesterday?

Speaker 5 (18:26):
I did.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (18:26):
We showed up a few minutes after the game started,
and it was a little bit nerve wracking at first. Yeah,
I mean they were down three to nothing, then ten three,
and I was like, oh man, and then it was like, oh, yeah, actually,
we're just a lot better than this team. Let's turn
this on a little bit.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
Dude.

Speaker 6 (18:39):
He went off Drake, Oh my god.

Speaker 7 (18:41):
I know.

Speaker 6 (18:41):
And you know what I realized too, I had no
idea his whole Like I think he had sixteen completions
in a row and the ninety one percent throwing percentage
and all that. I had no idea. When you're at
the game, you don't realize these things. I feel like,
and then you go home and you're like and you
watch on TV. You know the storylines. I know you
played a good game. You don't have the info.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
You don't have someone telling you all the info like
on TV. Yeah, it's like they're just gonna tell you
first down.

Speaker 1 (19:03):
Yeah, And there's like what sucks going to a game
is that you don't feel as educated, no, because you
don't know if somebody's really hurt. If they come out,
you might watch them walk into the blue tint. You
don't get to hear about. You know, their aunt's at
the game.

Speaker 6 (19:23):
It's his grandma's first game, exactly. One thing about the
blue tent that was funny though obviously there was a
lot of Patriots fans there. But when Drake May went
in for like two players because he hit his head
and you hurt, I couldn't see where he was at
We're down below with the babies, and then all we
heard was the crowd just go crazy. What the heck
is happening? Going back in the game, like you would
think we were at Gillette.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Yeah. Was it more Pats fans?

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Probably?

Speaker 6 (19:48):
Wow, because oh it was a lot.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
I woke up on Sunday and they're like, well, let
me look at tickets because usually you look day of
and the tickets are pretty cheap. Like it was funny
to see the prices. It was more expensive to sit
on the Patriots side of the stadium. It was a
cinema time.

Speaker 6 (20:01):
Yeah, we got tickets for thirty five bucks.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
Dude, nice, pretty good. My other favorite team, uh, they lost,
but it was close. My other favorite team is anybody
who plays Texas and so, hey, Mike, you do. Guys
did not look good.

Speaker 6 (20:13):
That's a win, but a loss in my book. I mean,
offense looks horrendous or no chemistry.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Our defense is amazing, our kicker won the game, but
we look awful.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
It ended up going to overtime because I it was
getting I was watching it on YouTube TV, and for
some reason, I feel like I'm watching it on bad
Luck comes rooting hard against Texas, and so I was like, nope,
I'm just gonna check the score later. And then I
saw Texas one on a field goal because I watch
it right up until the end of the fourth quarter. Yeah,

(20:43):
they went for the touchdown, we blocked them, and then
just kicked the field goal. I really hate that for Kentucky.
My guys over here, one of your helmets helmets about
to fall off right there.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Yeah, I'll fix it, my guy.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
I hung out with coach lot Poll this weekend. Oh yeah,
how did that go good?

Speaker 2 (21:01):
I like him.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
I don't give up too much of his business because
I don't know, you don't know what's up. But he's
Kansas at football coach. And yeah, they were in town
for a couple of days and hit me up, and
then we went and had lunch and hung out. And
that's cool talk some business own, a little business man.
We just hung out. Who paid well, he did because

(21:22):
they beat me to it. They did the trick that
I do. It was him and his wife. So they
do the trick that I do.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
What's the trick?

Speaker 1 (21:27):
You pay for it before the person gets there. Ah yeah, yeah, yeah,
But I think they were just repaying because he had
come to town kind of a last minute thing. They
had an off week last week, and so they wanted
to go. They were like, hey, asking a question about something.
I was like, Keith Urban's in town, and so I
know Keith. So I just called and had him put
some tickets for them. I said, you don't have to go,

(21:47):
but Keith goes on the nine, And so they ended
up going to the show, or at least some of it,
if not all of it, And then we had lunch
the next day of school.

Speaker 6 (21:55):
That's great. Cool. He likes Nashville hasn't he been? Wasn't
he just here?

Speaker 5 (21:59):
Was that him?

Speaker 2 (22:00):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (22:00):
That was coach odemhah, well both and Saderfield satifield mixed up.
I took all the Sadurfield of the operator. That's what
it was.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
That's what I'm that's when you responded to that Texans. Look,
it's weird.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
I was.

Speaker 6 (22:10):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (22:11):
I just thought maybe he knows more than that's what
he knows.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Coach. Okay, cool?

Speaker 1 (22:15):
Yeah, Hey, what's the spread in the Kansas Kansas State
game this week? Because that's that's a big rivalry and
Kansas State's kind of had their number recently.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
Where are they playing to.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
If I'm betting, it's Kansas, the state of Kansas.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
You know what, that's the same.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
Yeah, yeah, So all right, there's our our list of favorites.

Speaker 6 (22:39):
Kansas minus three at Kansas at Kansas. Yeah they're at home.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Does that mean they're playing?

Speaker 1 (22:45):
They have a stadium, right, they have a new stadium.
They paid about a billion dollars for. It's freaking it's awesome.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
We can go.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Hey, I know I know people there if we ever
want to go. All right, that's the second my call.

All right, here's our talk now with Minnesota head football
coach PJ. Fleck. Coach Fleck and the Gophers had a
huge one on Friday night when they beat Nebraska nine sacks.
The Gophers are now five and two and they'll face
Iowa this weekend and another big game. Thanks to coach
We're coming on here he is Coach PJ Flick, What up.

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Coach Hobby Bones?

Speaker 6 (25:06):
What's up?

Speaker 5 (25:07):
Man?

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Hey? First of all, big fan love the energy always
like I don't know anything about Minnesota as a state,
been there like twice, but I watch you guys, like,
congratulations coach. That was an awesome win Friday night.

Speaker 5 (25:18):
Yeah, I appreciate that, man. That was That was a
really big win for us. So well fired up to
get that. It was always good to beat Big Red.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
I was going to ask when you do a Friday
night game, like do you condense things or do you
just not do things leading up to that game?

Speaker 5 (25:32):
Will you condense it pretty quick and then you you
alter it? So college football is a little bit differ
than the NFL. Right, So Tuesdays you have first and
second down practice. Coaches game plan all Monday, so Tuesday
first second down practice. Wednesdays are third down practice. Thursday
is like a walkthrough where you have the whole game
plan in and then Friday is like a fast, quick

(25:54):
thirty minute practice, and then you obviously have Saturday of
the game when you when you only have a six
or five and a half day week. We practiced on Tuesday,
we did like a true walkthrough practice. On Wednesday. Thursday
we kind of did a little bit of a thirty
minute plus another walkthrough. It's kind of like the NFL,
Like the Vikings will play Thursday, but they just got
done playing on Sunday, so it's all walkthroughs. There's no

(26:16):
practice throughout the week, so you still do the same
game plan and the coaches spending the same amount of
time game planning. It's just you got to adapt to
practice schedule a little bit.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
I'm kids, I don't know how many analysts you have,
but do you have any of the guys start working
earlier on a game that's coming up on a Friday
than normally. I'm just the traditional schedules just got to
throw everything off for a minute.

Speaker 5 (26:36):
It does, I mean, it definitely does, and that's what
makes it unique. But yeah, we have analysts that are
working a little bit ahead. We don't have the resources
that some schools have, so we don't have a whole
department working ahead creating game plans. So we don't have
all those resources, but we have some people, some young
people working ahead, whether it's personnel, schematics, you know, analytics,

(26:57):
things like that to give us kind of a report
right when we start that game planning. But we don't
have the resources some people have where they're kind of
game planning weeks in advance. We don't have that, but
you know, we have our own kind of people that
work ahead a little bit.

Speaker 1 (27:13):
There's a lot of things that I do now in
the different jobs that I have where I can use AI.
Have we got to the point now where you can
just like stick other teams in AI to see what
their tendencies are through a computer program?

Speaker 5 (27:23):
You can. I think that we have been doing that
for years. We've been doing that in a very different
way though. The analytics have been around for a while,
but AI's taking it to a completely different level in
my opinion. But there's still a human element of football. Remember,
our product is people. Apple's product is the iPhone, the iPad,

(27:44):
the earbuds, and you know, like that's the product. When
you're dealing in a world where the product is eighteen
to twenty two year olds. There's still a sense of
the human part of it. So yes, like going forward
on fourth and one and having analytics on this and
that and what's the folks say on this, and what's
the AI say on that, which is fine if it
was all robots going out there and playing. These are

(28:07):
human beings, so there's still that human element. There's injuries.
What does your team really do well? What do they
not do well? The type of opponent you're playing, what
injuries do they have? I mean, it's crazy. It is
the most unpredictable sport I think in the entire world.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
I watched the game because a Friday night allows me
to watch teams at times that I don't normally get
to watch. I think that's a benefit. You know, of
all the hard things for you guys to have to
adjust to the probably the great thing is people getting
to watch, like more people than normal. And so I'm
watching the game. I mean, you guys dominated the crap
out of them. It seems like there was a sack
every third play, Like what did you get? Did you
know going into it that your defensive line, like your edges,

(28:45):
we're going to be able to dominate like that.

Speaker 5 (28:47):
We had to, and that was the whole game plan,
was to take the pocket and shrink it, eliminate the
running lanes for Rayola, because he's one of the best
players in all of America. He can create whether it's
the the run game, He's like Houdini. He's got a
great escapability in the pocket. So we had to condense
those lanes. But it really starts top down, and we

(29:10):
did a great job, I thought on the outside and
the perimeters were banged up at corner, had a lot
of young players playing, but they did a great job
covering from the top down, which allowed our guys to
condense the pocket, eliminate those running lanes and escape lanes
and get to them and put the pressure on them.
And you know, I thought our guys blitzed really well.
There's some really good clips of us blitzing and some

(29:31):
almost gifts of our linebackers really bringing it when they
did blitz with intentionality violence. And I thought we dictated
the terms of the game of how that game was
going to be played very early, and part of that
was getting after the quarterback and stopping the run. And
I thought our guys did a great job of that. Now,
Raila got out there and looked like Patrick Mahomes at times,

(29:51):
he's going to do that. But I thought, all in all,
when you look at the beginning game to the end
of the game, I thought we dominated that.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
That ninety eight yard drive, I think it was ninety
eight in the third quarter. Whenever your offense is calling
play and you're on the two, are you just hoping, hey,
let's get to a place where at least we can
flip the film position, or are you like, all right,
we're dialed in, we're gonna go ninety eight yards.

Speaker 5 (30:12):
Well, we have a saying here, and every piece of
the field is named something different, right, So whether that's
short yardage and goal line, whether that's you know, red
zone or tight red zone, whether that's alumni zone, which
everybody loves. The middle of the field is called the
alumni zone cause the alumni is love watching bombs get
thrown over people's heads. Take a shot, throw it deep.

(30:34):
But when you are back, we call it backed up
from the four yard line to the goal line, and
then coming out is from the five yard line to
the twelve yard line. So we have a saying in
situational football, when you're in backed up, the first goal
of backed up is get out of backed up. So
within the first play, we want to get out. We
want to get past that four yard line, and we
were able to do that. Well, then you're into coming out.
You're in that five to the twelve range. Well, the

(30:56):
first goal of coming out is get out of coming out.
So getting out of that coming out part and getting
your first first down is critical. Now, some people like
to be able to throw the ball vertical at times.
You can do that too, because it's kind of like
a punt. But our whole goal is, hey, when you're
backed up, first goal, backed up, get out of backed up,
get into coming out. Once you're in coming out, get
out of coming out. And that's where the majority of

(31:17):
football played is where you kind of get in that
twenty five yard line to the opposite twenty five yard line,
that's where the majority of football's played. So that was
our whole mindset. And then once we were you know,
it was about an eight and a half minute drive
to really establish that mindset in that second half of
what we wanted to do.

Speaker 1 (31:35):
Final question about that game is you kind of owned Nebraska,
Like you're seven to one against them, like you kind
of have the deed to the land, right Like you
go into the state, you're like, I own Nebraska.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
I wish it was that simple. It just happens we've
won each year over the course of the eight years,
we won seven of them. It just happened to be
that we have our own nemesis. If you want to
look at it from the opposite perspective. You know, I
think we've only won one time in the last eight
years against the team we're gonna play this week. So

(32:06):
in the Big Ten, you really never know what you're
gonna get. You want to be one to know every
single week. And and that's the whole point. We have
this whole corny mindset right of just be one to
know every single week. Every week's its own entity, and
it's a championship week.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (32:22):
And that's how our players approach it. We're playing an
opponent that's a big rival of ours this week, uh,
and we've had a lot of one possession games with them.
So you've got to find a way to get with
your players and understand that every week in the Big Ten,
you have no idea what's gonna happen. Just because you
did it last year or two years ago or three
years ago doesn't mean that's going to continue to happen

(32:44):
this year. You got to earn everything you get. As
much as college football has changed over the years with
nil and portal and paying players and all these other things,
the one thing that that stays the same is everything changes,
and you've got to find a way to get everybody
in that one game. CHAMPI ship mindset, and I think
our players do a really good job of that.

Speaker 1 (33:02):
You got a mini MANI buy. Since you played on Friday,
what do you what do you get to do on
a Saturday?

Speaker 5 (33:07):
Then it's a great question. Well, because we won, we
we gave everybody Saturday off. Our coaches had a lot
of things to kind of do on their own at home,
and then we started really early on Sunday on Iowa.
But you know what the flex do I mean, we
get done with a whole week of football, get done
with a game like that, we celebrate in the locker

(33:27):
room like that, and then the next day we watch football.

Speaker 1 (33:31):
So you watched other games.

Speaker 5 (33:33):
That's what we did. Heather and I and sat there
and watched a ton of games. On Saturday, I went
for a bunch of walks. It's kind of what we did.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
Man.

Speaker 1 (33:43):
When I if I watch other like creatives, asn't matter
if it's comedy. Wherever I compare myself, I'm like, oh,
I'm funnier than him. I'm whatever. Do you watch other
teams be like, oh we kill them? Oh out? Do
you call play? Can you be a fan coach while
you're watching games?

Speaker 5 (33:55):
No, Heather could be a fan. But we love to
watch like team is that you know we know the
head coaches of and are really good friends with. But
I have a hard time watching anything for entertainment. If
I watch a movie on a Netflix show with Heather,
I'm stopping it, constantly rewinding it, and I have a
little I have no pads everywhere around the house, and

(34:16):
I just write it down. She's like, what are you doing.
I'm like, I could use that for a team meeting.
I never watch anything for entertainment, so if I'm watching
a Netflix show or a movie, I'm looking for something
I can use with my team. And it just it
drives her crazy because we can never just watch a
show and just watch the whole entirety of it. When
we're watching football, I'm constantly stopping it. All right, what
would I do. Okay, I've got to I'm gonna put

(34:38):
myself in this person's shoes situationally, what would I do?
I'm then asking Heather what would you do here? And
then I'm sitting there grilling her like she's a coach,
why would you do that? Like why would you? Why
would you put your team in that position? And she's like,
what are you talking about? I'm like, why would you
do that? So it's really hard to ever watch anything,
especially football or sports through through without taking the coaching

(35:02):
lens off or using it for your football team. So, UH,
I don't know. I guess that's why maybe I'm really
hard to live with UH and maybe to work for
it because I'm constantly looking at ways to make it better.

Speaker 1 (35:13):
Well, have you been to a concert lately at all?

Speaker 2 (35:16):
Coach?

Speaker 5 (35:17):
Yes, love concerts, love concerts.

Speaker 1 (35:20):
Where'd you go to?

Speaker 2 (35:22):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (35:22):
Well, we've been to a few concerts. We went to UH.
We took the staff last year to Bruce Springsteen. I'm
a big fan of Bruce. Uh. We went to UH.
We went to a small concert for the TV one
F Foundation, which is a great friend of ours. She's
a she's a teenage girl has cancer and unfortunate's got
it for the third time, but she had like Graham
barhum uh in and got to spend some time around

(35:45):
Graham Barham, who I thought was absolutely awesome, Uh you know,
having that that oil Money song. And I'm a big
country music fan, Luke Combs, Riley Green. I got to
see those guys. Oh gosh, last one Kenny Chesney in
the sphere?

Speaker 6 (36:01):
Did you go?

Speaker 5 (36:02):
How would I forget that? Unbelievable? In fact, went to
the show, not necessarily with but met up with Matt Rule,
the head coach from Nebraska UNLV Dan Mullen, the head
coach there, and we were all at the show kind
of together. Got to be around Kenny a little bit.
He was so gracious. Matt Rule's friends with the guy,
Dan Mullen's friends with the guy. I'm not friends with him,
so I was starstruck.

Speaker 7 (36:23):
Man.

Speaker 5 (36:23):
I was like, hey, I met you outside this Malibu
hotel like five years ago ago, and I was like, fangirling, man,
it was crazy.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
I know Kenny b rellatively well, and he invited me
out a couple of times and I didn't go. And
I was like, I've seen Kenny before, but that Spear
show is it pretty special, just that venue.

Speaker 5 (36:42):
It is the greatest entertainment spectacle I think in the world.
I've seen lay Mis in London, I've done a lot
of like things. What people say, you have to see
this show. I love concerts. I go to a lot
of concerts. By far the greatest thing I've ever seen.
You were immersed in the experience I don't think I've had,
and we were sitting was perfect. But I don't even

(37:04):
remember looking at Kenny Chesney or the stage. Like it's
the only concert I've ever been to where I never
looked at the stage. You're immersed in this feeling and
experience of what Kenny Chesney is all about. The feeling
he wants you to feel. You feel it. I mean,
it hits your heart, your soul. It's unbelievable. I mean,

(37:26):
I've never been Heather and I love Vegas, so it's great,
but this fear is unbelievable. And Kenny put on such
a live show. What an entertainer.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
All right, last question. You got Iowa coming up, and
like you said, your personal record against Iowa hasn't been
as good as you hoped it had been. What do
you do different this year?

Speaker 5 (37:43):
Do everything we can to be one to know. You know,
this has nothing to do with last year or five
years ago, or the close games we've had with them
at times. This is a rivalry and you throw all
those records out. We're playing for, you know, one hundred
pound pig, the Floyd of Rosedown, which is one of
the greatest traditions in all of college college football, one
of the greatest robberies in all of college football. So

(38:05):
there's a completely different team in twenty twenty five. Iowa
has a completely different team in twenty twenty five. We've
got to play our best football. We got to find
a way to be one and oh and I know
Iowa feels the same way. Iowa City is such a
special place to play in Kinnick Stadium, all the tradition there,
Their fans absolutely love Iowa. So we've got to have

(38:26):
a great week of preparation, find a way to be
one to Oh come Saturday afternoon, all.

Speaker 1 (38:31):
Right, coach, really appreciate the time. I would be a
little amiss if I didn't just mention that the fall
colors in Fayetteville really great. I just want you to
think about that the fall colors in Faytbeville. That's all
I say. I'll say no more, but I just want
you to think about that, Coach, if you ever get
some time you have fall. Colors in Fayville are pretty
freaking great. Hey, good luck this week, coach. Have no
comment and we'll be watching for you. Congrats on you
in last week.

Speaker 5 (38:51):
Hey, I will say our quarterback is from Fayetteville. I
know pretty Ironald, I know he is an absolute stud. Guys,
I'm just telling you, he is an absolute stuff. I'm
pretty have him on the show one day.

Speaker 1 (39:01):
I'm pretty upset we don't have him on the team, Coach,
and I'm being honest, but yeah, you did a good
win there, all right, there he is coach flight. Good
to see a coach.

Speaker 5 (39:07):
Big fan of you, Bobby. Thank you very much for
having us on the show.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
Thanks coach, see you later. All right. I have made
a list of notes, as I often do, and let's
go down then. Number one, the Brown's helmets. When they're brown,
it's like a Matt Brown. It's one of my new
favorite helmets.

Speaker 6 (39:28):
Really yep.

Speaker 1 (39:30):
So it's the opposite color way of the whenever it's
like four oranget my orange orange. But I know it's brown,
although it does look black, But I know it's brown
because of the browns. That's how I know it's brown.
I think I've complimented and commented on their jerseys before,
but that helmet looks awesome.

Speaker 2 (39:50):
The whole thing they were wearing was brown, right, helmet
brown y Yeah.

Speaker 1 (39:54):
Yeah, so big shout out to the brown They won, Yeah,
beat them pretty good. Can they fired Mimmy.

Speaker 6 (40:00):
Daniel yet as of right? No, nope, dang.

Speaker 1 (40:04):
My other note I wrote on all the teams that lost.
Number two, Miami lost hilarious to Louisville. Ole Miss lost.
What a game, great game. Georgia didn't stop All Miss
one single time until they had to stop All Miss
one single time.

Speaker 6 (40:18):
Yeah, that was an awesome game.

Speaker 1 (40:20):
That was just points on points.

Speaker 2 (40:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (40:22):
Uh so Ole Miss lost to Georgia. Texas Tech loss.
Also a crazy game because Arizona State blew the lead
and then came back and won. I believe I've seen
a bunch of games since days that right, Okay, boom lsu.
If he doesn't win every game the rest of the year,
Brian Kelly's out, they're going to fire him. Yeah, that's crazy.

(40:43):
He left Notre Dame to go win championship. Since then,
they've been in the championship and they're probably gonna get
in the tournament again. And right now Number ten LSU
not in. They've got to win.

Speaker 6 (40:53):
And they don't look great at all.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
No, because ness Meyer doesn't look full. No, something's up.
Yeah either he sucks worse than we thought, which I
don't think is true. He's dealing with an injury, he's
playing too much PlayStation.

Speaker 2 (41:08):
I don't know what it is that could be in.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
But something's up because, yeah, you're right, their offensive line
is not good though. Yeah, their offensive line is not good.
And you know what a bad offensive line makes a
quarterback look hurt sometimes, But yeah, their offensive line not good.
I watched a bunch of that. Tennessee they lost a number.
There's a lot of losses. Tennessee at number eleven lost
to Alabama the game I don't know. Two. I want
too my own horn here. When everybody's like Canada board sucks,

(41:33):
I never I was always like, no, the board's awesome,
and you're gonna see there's just too much parody now
for there to be a team that runs away with
everything unless you're Ohio State or Indiana right now because
they're easily.

Speaker 6 (41:43):
One two, and even then, the organ's right there somewhere.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
Tennessee lost. USC lost to Notre Dame.

Speaker 5 (41:49):
They blew it.

Speaker 1 (41:50):
This was Notre Dame's last chance to lose because they
don't play anybody the rest of the year. Memphis lost,
They blew it. Memphis was looking ahead at UFC. You
seef Universe Central Florida University, Central Florida, you see. Yeah,
thank you UFC Universal Fighting Championship. Okay, that's fighting. Memphis
lost to UAB with Mortensen. Yeah, as the interim coach.

(42:17):
They were looking ahead. They were worried about college game
they come in the next week, which might have been
the whole situation. They they blew it. That's probably the
worst loss of the week right there. Utah lost, Hey,
b yu solid undefeated, solid. Yeah, and that that Holy War.

(42:37):
You know, I think the woke is trying to like
change the name. That never change the name of the
Holy War. It's awesome. Yeah, that's that's the name of rivalry,
the Holy.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
Yes, I mean that sounds so intense.

Speaker 6 (42:48):
It sounds like a movie.

Speaker 1 (42:49):
And while we're and while we're at it, red River
Shootout comes back.

Speaker 2 (42:53):
To Yeah, man, we're not. It's an old Western movie anyway, reference.

Speaker 1 (42:57):
Or it's a three point shootout. Stop calling the three
points shots? Hey, why don't Hey, whoa, why don't we
call him three point throws?

Speaker 6 (43:04):
Woke? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (43:06):
Whoa? Everybody's so worried, abu rundrivers shootout. We can't call
it that. Okay, how about three point shooting?

Speaker 2 (43:11):
Yeah, whoa, that's still the same thing, shooting shots.

Speaker 1 (43:14):
We need to call it three point throwing then, so
nobody gets their feelings hurt. Anyway, that was stupid.

Speaker 2 (43:19):
Yeah boom or sooner boom. You gotta take the boom out?

Speaker 1 (43:24):
WHOA, No, that's just a sound.

Speaker 2 (43:25):
Oh yeah, boom, sound of a gun boom?

Speaker 5 (43:29):
Know?

Speaker 2 (43:29):
Is that all right?

Speaker 1 (43:29):
Now? You know there's no script on this show. Sometimes
we go in directions. Uh, Nebraska lost anyway, you know,
coach fleck On, but it's crazy that he's won seven
of eight against Nebraska. What I think about there, though,
is that Matt rule. Probably I'm gonna get the Penn

(43:50):
State job. I don't know anymore than anybody else that
I read. But then he goes and loses the game,
right when he's the guy that definitely sours a fan base.
If Penn State's like, yeah, Matt rules, our guy went
to school here a great coach. Coach at Temple coaches
face off. Coach at Baylor coaches face off. Okay, not
so good with the Panthers. But you know what, everybody
sucks at the Panthers. I E. C. Baker Mayfield, see
Sam Darnold, see Christian McCaffrey, see Matt Ruhle, Like you

(44:12):
can put all the Panthers. That's just a bad place.
That's our guy, that's our guy. All right, this week
they're gonna play a minute. Oh my god, they lost.
We don't want them anymore.

Speaker 6 (44:19):
And they lost pretty good too, Yeah easily.

Speaker 1 (44:22):
I don't think they scored a touchdown, am I right?

Speaker 5 (44:25):
No?

Speaker 2 (44:25):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (44:25):
Two field goals.

Speaker 1 (44:27):
That's that's tough. So yeah, center breath. A lot of
team's lost.

Speaker 2 (44:31):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (44:31):
I got two other notes here, and then I go
to Eddie's notes. One of the things that they were
they thought was funny on television, that I thought was
mildly humorous on television, but I wouldn't have been fooled
by it because it was bad acting. Was Patrick Mahomes.
So it's fourth and one and he goes up and
he's like, oh yeah, holduh ef, this Eppen doesn't work.

(44:58):
Hold on and they hand it out. The acting it
was so bad.

Speaker 2 (45:01):
I was it Nance? Was it Nance and Romo?

Speaker 1 (45:03):
Yeah, they were laughing and it was funny. It was funny.
I thought it was such terrible acting. It wouldn't have
thrown me off.

Speaker 6 (45:10):
Yeah, and you knew right when he was when they're
over like over the top with it, you always know, okay,
what's coming.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
He throws the fort out there and everything, I mean
loud on TV, which was hilarious.

Speaker 5 (45:21):
I'll like it.

Speaker 1 (45:21):
They try stuff like that. That's fun to me. The Chiefs
are good, hey, ra Shei. Rice adds a whole different element.

Speaker 2 (45:26):
Oh man, dude, they had two touchdowns there he did.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
Yeah, first game back, dude, They're they're good.

Speaker 6 (45:33):
I didn't watch any of it.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
Yeah, to watch games, so that's hard. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (45:37):
I was at the other games, so yeah, I can't
that I did.

Speaker 1 (45:41):
Watch because I was at home until the last thirty
minutes and I watched the other one. During the previews
of the freaking Movie that lasted.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
You had your phone on in the movie theater.

Speaker 1 (45:49):
Only during the previews and my wife was smart enough
to go and thoughtful enough to go, Hey, I know
you're giving up a part of your day of football
because it's part of your job, this job in the
NFL show. She's like, so if we go to two
thirty one, let's get a seat in the very back
row and you can have your phone on during the
early part of the movie. The previews awesome, so you
won't be shining a light. She gets with them, she

(46:10):
does get a job, and so but luckily it was
over before the even started. But I thought, oh, that's
that's a great idea.

Speaker 2 (46:16):
You can always go to a kids movie too. No
I want mont to go to kids I know, but
just say no one cares about light phones on that.

Speaker 7 (46:23):
Man.

Speaker 1 (46:23):
If I was gonna go to a kids movie, I
can watch the game. I would just watch the game
at home because don't want to go to a kids movie.

Speaker 2 (46:27):
Whatever you can talk about, maybe you can talk to
your wife into watching a kids movie. You're like, I
really want to see the neutrols, you know, like something like.

Speaker 6 (46:33):
A SpongeBob Babe.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
My final note is cleansing sucks.

Speaker 6 (46:38):
They're still cursed.

Speaker 1 (46:44):
They suck. They're still cursed. The day it all changed
is the day they Big Time does see that's.

Speaker 2 (46:49):
Crazy, though, that coach wouldn't be like, you know what,
like this could be a real thing. I'm just gonna
go on that podcast in an interview.

Speaker 1 (46:54):
The day they Big Time does this the day they
started sucking, and only that reason.

Speaker 6 (46:59):
And it's probably not going to turn around until that happens.

Speaker 1 (47:02):
That's right. So if anybody wants to get this to Dabbo,
we're here, coach, I'd have them, of course, I'd have
them on.

Speaker 2 (47:09):
I'd lift the curse. That's been the deal, Brandon, Like, dude,
do you want to come on?

Speaker 7 (47:12):
Come on?

Speaker 1 (47:13):
The curse will be lifted. If Dabbo comes on and
you're talking about the program it used to be, it
immediately goes back to that's not even a button I'm
hitting whenever I start talking about the curse that happened.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
We don't have that button.

Speaker 6 (47:24):
I don't even know.

Speaker 1 (47:26):
There's no right when I stopped talking about that's bizarre. Yeah,
there's not even wind here, that's true.

Speaker 2 (47:32):
But the chimes are being moved by something interesting.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
There aren't even chimes, all right. I don't let me
say I there's anything that I want to mention NFL
wise that we haven't mentioned. Thank god the Bengals won.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
Oh man, that's great. You know what, though, I feel
bad for Jake Browning, like I really do, Like that
was your chance.

Speaker 1 (47:53):
But he had the chance, and he had multiple weeks
and I know that.

Speaker 2 (47:56):
I know that. It just solidifies that you're just knock
up that your backup.

Speaker 1 (48:01):
Yeah, it solidifies it because Flacco played well. If Flacco
also would have come had come to town and it
still sucked for him too, and he's stolen picks and
it's like, oh, it's the situation. Maybe Jake Browning isn't
the problem. No, no, flack okay Man got rid of
the ball within three seconds. He knew, he knew, he
knew the drill.

Speaker 6 (48:15):
We said, I have Jamar Chase out there. It was
awesome exactly.

Speaker 1 (48:19):
And we're a bit biased because we have them in
our league where if they lose, we lose money. Yeah,
we're up six hundred bucks right now, let's go.

Speaker 2 (48:25):
I've never cheered so hard for the Bengals in my life.
Like one of my neighbors is the Bengals.

Speaker 1 (48:30):
You're tied to the Bengals more. We're all tied to
the Bengals financially, Oh I am there. You are more
than us because you fought for them.

Speaker 2 (48:36):
Correct, that's fair? And which which is why would I
fight for the Bengals. I don't know why I did,
but I did.

Speaker 6 (48:40):
Micah Parsons, remember right before.

Speaker 2 (48:43):
If you wanted the Packers, and I'm like, no chance,
we don't want the Packers, right, Oh yeah, then that's
gotta be it.

Speaker 1 (48:49):
Yeah. So in my mind, the Chiefs are mine, the
Bengals are yours, and the Patriots are yours.

Speaker 6 (48:54):
Yeah, it's like the best and the Bucks is all
of ours.

Speaker 1 (48:57):
I mean I picked the Bucks stock I thought that's
a good pick. But I'm talking about like who were
tied because that first overall pick that's all on me
and that's the one that has to win. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (49:07):
So what's crazy is you didn't Oh no, we didn't
have Ravens. Who do we have at that pick? Do
we have the Bills?

Speaker 1 (49:14):
The first No, the first two off the board were
Buffalo and Baltimore.

Speaker 6 (49:16):
It was either the Eagles or the Chiefs. There you go.

Speaker 1 (49:18):
Yeah, I could have picked between yeah, yeah, and I
picked the Chiefs. Good job because I didn't want two reasons.
One I didn't want to have you to root against.

Speaker 2 (49:27):
The Cowboy and the Eagles. Door just root for the Eagles. God,
i'd been terrible for me.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
That did factor into my mind because I didn't want
to have to root, have you root in your own
moneys against your rooting, and then we're getting mad at
you for rooting against our money. And then also had
the Chiefs last year, and they made me so much money,
and I wanted a team that I liked the AFC
better too, and I believe in Patrick Mahomes.

Speaker 2 (49:47):
I don't mind the Chiefs too. Like I said, I
know you don't like the Chiefs, but like I don't
mind them, like I enjoy watching the Chiefs and rooting
for them.

Speaker 6 (49:55):
This and I enjoy winning money with the Chiefs this year. Yes,
I really enjoy that. Yeah, No, it's good.

Speaker 1 (50:02):
This is the first time the Colts are the most
winning team.

Speaker 6 (50:05):
And they are mowing teams over.

Speaker 2 (50:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (50:09):
I did think the Chargers would win out. It's like, Okay,
this would be a cute little story.

Speaker 2 (50:12):
That's where it ends.

Speaker 1 (50:13):
This is this is where it probably has a hiccup.
I didn't think it would end. But because they're also
on a week Division the Colts, Yes, yes, but in
the Chargers been playing well. They won last week with
just it's and I thought this is it, but nope, nop.
Yeah they're good and I think they're officially good now yeah,
because they weren't. I think they're a fun story until

(50:33):
that's last week when they beat a really good team,
the Chargers. It wasn't like the Broncos win where they
needed the leverage and like, you really can't say much
because I think they just won that.

Speaker 6 (50:41):
Game right yes, beginning to end. Yes, I mean they
smoked them. Their offense looks awesome.

Speaker 2 (50:46):
Love it.

Speaker 1 (50:46):
What are you gonna say?

Speaker 2 (50:47):
Say Jonathan Taylor. I thought the same thing too, like
this year would be the end of Jonathan Taylor, like
he's gonna come down, But no, he's so good. He's
still so good.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
And they have to respect the pass. The NFL is
different than college in the way, depending on what off
it's a scheme you're running. The NFL is way way
way more of a passing league. And so now it's
like you have if you respect the quarterback and the
wide receivers, then your running back is actually going to
be able to do some damage. That's what Jonathan Taylor does,
and so because they have to respect freaking Indiana Jones,

(51:17):
Danny Dimes Jones, they Jonathan Taylor also is awesome, but
he has the ability two of them not to just
do a Derrick Henry because when the Titans had Derrick
Henry and they could do nothing they had. All they
had to do is freaking focus on Derreck Henry and
stop in the Titans games.

Speaker 6 (51:33):
Over Yeah, And they had a J. Brown for like
two years and said, no, he's too good, let's ship.

Speaker 2 (51:37):
Him off over here in the Titans.

Speaker 1 (51:39):
I don't pay him. Yeah, I mean that's the problem.
I don't pay anybody anybody, all right, Eddie's notes, what's
more important winning or having fun? Oh?

Speaker 2 (51:46):
Is a legitimate question?

Speaker 1 (51:47):
Go ahead.

Speaker 2 (51:47):
So my six year old he plays baseball and he's
in a great, great baseball team, like they're all every
kid on the team is a plus, and they win,
like they're gonna play for the championship tonight. They'll probably win.
But the problem is my son's not really having fun
because it's so serious. The culture is such a winning,
serious culture, and they're six years old, and I don't

(52:08):
mind it. I'm fighting for him to stay on it.
But I can tell that my son is not having fun.
Do we choose fun because he can play for another
team with all his friends and they're not probably not
gonna win as much, but he'll have a blast.

Speaker 1 (52:21):
Okay, does he enjoy winning? That's the question.

Speaker 2 (52:23):
He does. He likes winning, but he also like when
it's game day. He's not like, oh, yes, I got
a game. I was like, I got a game today.

Speaker 1 (52:31):
Okay, all right, but then that sucks at six.

Speaker 2 (52:35):
That's I don't want to hate the sport, but.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
Sucks at six are so good? Can I just throw
an idea? I'm not saying this is again, I've I
know I give a lot of great parenting advice because
I've been a parent for so long. So if you
are my guy, thank you. What if because he's good,
he's goodn't very natural.

Speaker 2 (52:56):
He's good, and the whole team is good.

Speaker 1 (52:58):
What if he played on a worst team one season
and had more fun and you could see which one
he liked more. Okay, because let him play on a
fun team and actually see if he enjoys it more.
While because he may go, man, this is so much
where I just having a good time. But then he
may start losing and hate it more than he hated
having to get ready for those games that he won.

Speaker 2 (53:19):
True, And I'm thinking too, if he goes on a
worse team, he'll shine even more because he's better than
everyone else.

Speaker 1 (53:26):
I hear you, but I would just I would rather win.
But I'm an adult.

Speaker 6 (53:31):
Yeah, at six, that's different. I would think.

Speaker 1 (53:35):
I think, give him the opportunity.

Speaker 2 (53:39):
What if you coach just texted right now he's like,
get here an hour early. We're gonna hit the batting cages. Serious, man,
they are serious and.

Speaker 1 (53:48):
This and this is the team that you're about murning
him out.

Speaker 2 (53:51):
Yeah, well, I think I'm more worried about him being
six years old and not having fun, just kind of
being six years old.

Speaker 1 (53:57):
It sure is fun to win, though.

Speaker 6 (53:59):
I think you can do They win?

Speaker 2 (54:00):
They do, Oh yeah, they dominate.

Speaker 1 (54:02):
What if you let him pick?

Speaker 2 (54:05):
Just ask him, well, you know what. We did kind
of have a conversation with him the other day and
he was like, I don't ever want to play baseball anymore.
He just said that out of the blue.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
Then I think I would push him toward a more
fun team.

Speaker 2 (54:18):
Next year and then try to get him more excited.

Speaker 1 (54:20):
And then see if he gets more excited about it
or if he hates playing, like he still likes playing,
but he hates losing. I think you'll learn a lot
if you switch up the environment. Just in general, anybody, this.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
Is the team though, Remember I told you guys that
they're kind of like getting ready for travel for when
he's like in middle school, Like, this is the team
that they're trying to groom is a weird word.

Speaker 1 (54:40):
But you can take a season off if he's still good.
It does matter. If it takes three seasons.

Speaker 2 (54:44):
Off, Oh he'll he'll still be good.

Speaker 1 (54:46):
It doesn't matter if he moves into a town and
they're just starting the travel team. If he's good enough
he gets on the team, I would let him play
at a different fun league.

Speaker 2 (54:53):
Okay, because man, I knew you were going to say,
like winning, dude.

Speaker 1 (54:58):
Well, and sometimes you don't appreciate winning until you're loser.
I really don't think you appreciate anything until you either
don't have it anymore or never had it until you
get it. Like people to grow up extremely rich never
really appreciate money. Yeah, unless it's even more money than
they grew up with. So my philosophy generally is with people. Humans.
They don't appreciate what they have until they don't have it,

(55:22):
or unless they never had it. Think about oxygen. We're
not appreciate in oxygen right now. We just always have it.
It's always there, It's always there. Imagine if someone cut
your air supply off for a minute, you're like, oh God.
Or imagine when you're sick and you're like, man, the
next time I'm healthy, I'm going to appreciate it so much.
The next time I don't have a sore throat, I'm
gonna appreciate.

Speaker 2 (55:40):
It so much.

Speaker 1 (55:41):
And then as soon as you don't have a sore
throw you forget about You don't appreciate.

Speaker 6 (55:44):
The like what burn your tongue and the roof of your.

Speaker 1 (55:46):
Mouth, yes that's or you got an earache or anything
that's not normal. If it's abnormal feeling in a worse way,
you're like, dang, I wish I would have appreciated it more.
And it make so.

Speaker 2 (55:55):
When I broke my arm, man, I never forget. I
was just like I got to appreciate my arm more,
like everything way with my arm, yes, But then once
it healed out, I'm like, I don't care. I think
about my arm.

Speaker 1 (56:04):
But but but you do whenever it's time to kind
of remember what you.

Speaker 2 (56:08):
Should be appreciated that that's good stuff.

Speaker 1 (56:10):
So yeah, I think the human element of appreciation is
an odd thing. And I know we're comparing it to
a six.

Speaker 2 (56:16):
Year old, six year old little league.

Speaker 1 (56:19):
Even freedom right that we have to go out, go
to work, go get food when we want it, go man.
As soon as that it gets shut down or someone
you get put in jail, a different regime comes in.
Like if you're in another country, you're like, oh my god,
I never appreciated freedom because it was just inherently there.
I know we're going to place that we're talking about
six years old.

Speaker 2 (56:39):
It started with that though it's bigger than the six
years old.

Speaker 1 (56:42):
Yeah, so thanks for going to my Ted talk.

Speaker 2 (56:45):
Thank you man. That was good.

Speaker 6 (56:46):
Hear me a great debt you are.

Speaker 1 (56:49):
Dude, this is going to be it. I've already there'll
be no cartoons.

Speaker 2 (56:53):
What are you talking?

Speaker 1 (56:54):
It's all documentaries.

Speaker 6 (56:55):
Absolutely.

Speaker 2 (56:55):
Yeah, they're not going to want to watch documentary.

Speaker 1 (56:58):
They don't know what they don't have.

Speaker 6 (57:00):
They're gonna love the ducks.

Speaker 2 (57:01):
Yes, until they go to school and they're like, did
you watch this documentary and they're like, what are you
talking about?

Speaker 6 (57:05):
And they don't know what they don't have exactly, so
they can't underappreciate it because they don't even know they
have it.

Speaker 1 (57:10):
You go, It's like us in the ability to fly
as humans. If there were humans that could fly, and
they looked at us and they're like, well, they don't
know that you actually can fly. Like, let's say, we
don't have we don't understand that we have an ability
to fly because we don't know how to do it.
But there's something about if you were to just turn
your pinkies at this angle and float your middle thumb
all a sudden, We're like, oh my god, we haven't

(57:30):
figured it out yet. But there's a group that knows,
right follow me here, yep. They're like they Eddie and
Brandon and Kevin. They don't even not a fly, and mean,
if they knew how to fly, their world would change.
They'd be like, dang, I wish we've been flying the
whole time. But they don't have to fly, so they're
learning everything like they have to do on the ground.

Speaker 2 (57:45):
You know what I mean, it's kind of kind of fly.

Speaker 1 (57:49):
I mean, I know you're too flying.

Speaker 2 (57:52):
But the problem is everyone watches cartoon.

Speaker 1 (57:55):
Everybody flies maybe possibly who cares.

Speaker 2 (58:00):
You're gonna be a great dad man, gonna be a
great dad. Vegetables too, All vegetables, no candy.

Speaker 1 (58:06):
The best tasting vegetables are sweets.

Speaker 2 (58:09):
You know what? That that is possible. That's possible for
them to just eat vegetables their whole life. That's possible.

Speaker 1 (58:23):
You know what else is good? That Florida State Stanford game?

Speaker 2 (58:26):
Oh did you do you stay up on watch second?

Speaker 1 (58:28):
Watch the highlights the next day?

Speaker 2 (58:29):
That's crazy at one am?

Speaker 6 (58:32):
Did you watch it?

Speaker 1 (58:33):
Yeah, well you watch the end of it?

Speaker 2 (58:35):
Oh yeah, I watched the end of it.

Speaker 1 (58:36):
Did you get what are you betting on it?

Speaker 2 (58:37):
Of course? Yeah. All the nightcap gamsels are my like
makeup games because dude, I'm so.

Speaker 1 (58:41):
Make up games, a whole series of games, because it's
like PJ Fleck when he's like we got to coming
Out Zone. We got and he's got the make up game.

Speaker 2 (58:50):
Second, I lose so much money during the day Saturdays
that like Saturday night's my time to make up money.
And for the maybe it's because I lose more, or
it's that's happened too, But maybe it's because I can
really focus on those games. Is there's only like three
at the very end of the end of the night.
But man, that Florida State game. Do justice for Florida State.
That was a touchdown. Like I know that they and
they review it, but there was no there was no

(59:11):
video evidence. They didn't have the camrangle that they needed.
That's really what it came down to. They had a
camrangle that was probably on the five yard line that
looked the other way, so they really couldn't change it.

Speaker 1 (59:19):
Really ill in the highlights. I just saw they reviewed
it and it wasn't a touchdown. So but you're saying
while watching.

Speaker 2 (59:24):
It, watching it live, that was one percent touchdown.

Speaker 1 (59:27):
I saw Florida Stake today had commented that minor belt
is safe till the end of the year.

Speaker 2 (59:34):
Good good.

Speaker 1 (59:35):
So yeah, who knows what that means, dude.

Speaker 2 (59:37):
But Tommy Castiano, that guy, like, dude, he's the MVP
of that game, Like he he's the one that got
He went down the field maybe ran for like forty
yards and then got the targeting boom hitting the head. Dude,
he was dead for like thirty seconds. Then they had
to pull him out of the game. The backup came in.
It was crazy.

Speaker 6 (59:54):
Did you see it, Kevin, I'm watching it right now.

Speaker 2 (59:55):
So the backup comes in. This is the last drive
they got, like you know, ten seconds left. He throws
a hail Mary. They catch it at the twenty yard
line with two seconds left. He gets one more shot
in the end zone pass in appearance.

Speaker 1 (01:00:09):
I saw I saw that on the highlight yea, And
so was.

Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Zero on the clock and they get one more play
and I swear that was a touchdown. They should have
won that game.

Speaker 1 (01:00:15):
You you must have lost money because he didn't.

Speaker 2 (01:00:17):
No, I want I want you, I want money. But
after the fact, I'm just like money aside, Florida. They
should have won.

Speaker 6 (01:00:23):
It looks like a touchdown.

Speaker 1 (01:00:26):
Was it so close? They could not overturn it because
it wasn't absolute.

Speaker 2 (01:00:29):
They just called it. And it was so weird too,
like those refs. There was the ref on the near side,
the camera side, and the ref on the other side
of the field. And dude, for three plays in a row,
they were off on the like one was one yard
that way, one was one yard the other way. They
were just off on the calls. So they'd always just
meet in the middle and be like short.

Speaker 1 (01:00:50):
Speaking of money, Kevin did put in some betting futures.
What three months ago? Two months ago?

Speaker 6 (01:00:56):
Yeah, one of them, the Big Dog that was back
in July when we had the ago Pavia in here.
As soon as he left, I was like, man, why
not this guy thinks he knows he's gonna win the
He did say.

Speaker 1 (01:01:05):
He's gonna win the Heisman.

Speaker 6 (01:01:06):
Yeah, he did. I put ten bucks on it the
day after he or the day that he left, and
that pays out two thousand dollars if he wins the Heisman?

Speaker 1 (01:01:16):
Does it have? Can you? Can you do a cash
match out now? Because I think he's probably in the
top six or seven now. Yeah, I can't if Vanderbilt
keeps winning like that. He played it great. I gets
l s U what a great game.

Speaker 7 (01:01:32):
I literally bet ten bucks yesterday for him to win
this win the Heisman because I was just like, this
dude is like lights out?

Speaker 1 (01:01:39):
What does that pay? Eleven and thirty bucks?

Speaker 2 (01:01:43):
It's pretty good?

Speaker 6 (01:01:44):
Plus seven hundred right now? He's fourth right now?

Speaker 7 (01:01:46):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (01:01:47):
Four?

Speaker 2 (01:01:47):
Wow?

Speaker 6 (01:01:48):
It was plus twenty two hundred.

Speaker 2 (01:01:49):
Yes, who's won?

Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
Can I guess?

Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
Oh? Oregon Dante Moore?

Speaker 1 (01:01:57):
Nope, Okay, okay, okay, let me guess again hersh walker.

Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Uh, he already wanted see him on the list, And
when's it again?

Speaker 6 (01:02:05):
Third times a darum?

Speaker 1 (01:02:08):
Let me think who would be the favorite? Then?

Speaker 5 (01:02:12):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:02:12):
Uh, Indiana quarterback yep.

Speaker 2 (01:02:16):
Is Jeremiah Loving? That is he in the race at all?

Speaker 1 (01:02:18):
No, he keeps losing his helmet, so they after about
fit time you lose your helmet, they take every time
he gets tackled, his helmet comes off. His whole game
is him having to set out of play. It's like
a checkerboard going to play, set out of play.

Speaker 2 (01:02:32):
You're like, what's wrong with yours?

Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
He's not wearing a chin strap. I have determined Jeremiah
Love is not wearing as like a leather Oh my god.
It drives me crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:02:42):
I cannot catch out. You can't. Nope.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
All right, that's a good bet, dude. Two thousand we
are man. I had one. I had one bet that
was like ten touchdowns, would pay me thirty thousand dollars
one dollar to win thirty thousand.

Speaker 6 (01:02:57):
Gosh, how many do you hit?

Speaker 5 (01:02:59):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:02:59):
You didn't close.

Speaker 2 (01:03:00):
No, I'm just saying it's so cool to see the
fact that, like I had a chance to win thirty
thousand dollars. I got two people out of like I
don't know eight eight players.

Speaker 1 (01:03:09):
Oh you did ten touch overall. I thought you meant
like ten in a game.

Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
No, it was all the noon games. I just went
down and be like, all right.

Speaker 7 (01:03:16):
I had a like a ten pick or a ten
parlay for quarterbacks just to throw a touchdown, and I
had like nine.

Speaker 6 (01:03:27):
And then Jordan loved and I cashed out.

Speaker 1 (01:03:29):
Oh you did?

Speaker 6 (01:03:30):
I cashed out?

Speaker 1 (01:03:30):
Did you bet? I bet?

Speaker 7 (01:03:33):
I think it was like fifteen bucks on you know,
each quarterback to throw two two touchdowns? Right?

Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
What'd you cash out? How much money it was?

Speaker 7 (01:03:42):
I think it was like one hundred and sixty. I
would have won eight hundred dollars.

Speaker 6 (01:03:46):
But he didn't do it.

Speaker 2 (01:03:47):
Oh, he didn't do it. That was a good clash
out there.

Speaker 6 (01:03:48):
You go so glad.

Speaker 2 (01:03:49):
Hey.

Speaker 1 (01:03:49):
When the Patriots went down it was ten to three,
I jumped on on Patriots minus two and a half
at five hundred bucks. Ended up winning another five hundred bucks.
I was like, yeah, I was like, there's no way
the Patriots lose this game, Like the times are so bad?

Speaker 6 (01:04:03):
Yeah, dang, they covered that easily.

Speaker 2 (01:04:05):
Yeah, they did.

Speaker 1 (01:04:06):
Yeah, I mean I can show it to you nice
you want to see it. I had had a really
good weekend. I think I had wanted like nine hundred
dollars overall.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (01:04:14):
Once I lost some, but I hit the over. In
the Arkansas, Texas A and M game, the over was
fifty seven and a half. They ended up scoring ninety
seven more easy. Well, what happened was, and this is
not inside information. I knew the weather because I knew
it was going to pour, So the over under kept
coming down. But I just look at the weather and

(01:04:36):
go like, it's not going to keep raining. And so
I much of the reason it was so low was
because the weather factor. Yeah, you know the field would
be wet, but it's like I to work on a
golf course, like they maintained them greens, them greens get wet.

Speaker 5 (01:04:50):
You know what they have.

Speaker 1 (01:04:51):
They have science, So I knew the science was going
to help. So I was like, oh, I'm betting over
big time because it's not going to rain during the game.
I wouldn't have touched it if it was running during
the game. So unless my anside information is the radar
app uh, I was like, this is easy money and
so yeah, fifty seven and a half, and it was.
They ended up scoring eighty seven points. I did hit
Arkansas plus seven and a half.

Speaker 6 (01:05:14):
Hey late, right, didn't they score late?

Speaker 5 (01:05:16):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:05:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:05:16):
They scored a touchdown with like fifteen seconds.

Speaker 2 (01:05:18):
Yeah you needed that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:19):
Well, here's the thing. They were going to score either way.
They needed two scores, and had they not got it,
they had kick a field goal and tried the onside
kick for a hell Mary attempt. I figured they were
going to cover it case only needed was three points.

Speaker 6 (01:05:30):
Yeah, so you were covered by half either way had
to cover. But I mean it is Arkansas, that's true.
They would you.

Speaker 1 (01:05:35):
Here's the thing. You can't say that.

Speaker 6 (01:05:38):
I'm not can't say it.

Speaker 1 (01:05:40):
No, you can't say that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:42):
He can't say what stuff like, well it is.

Speaker 1 (01:05:44):
I can say that. You can't say that.

Speaker 2 (01:05:47):
How do you think you are having?

Speaker 1 (01:05:49):
Yes, it's wrong with you. Only I do that. Let
me see. Let me see here, cash, I do have
tailor when the heisman still I bet fifty bucks for
ten thousand dollars winter.

Speaker 2 (01:06:03):
I mean he's a good player.

Speaker 1 (01:06:05):
Yeah, just see another ones I won. I at the
Bengals plus five and a half when they won the
game on Thursday, so I bet that I did. Amy
told us to bet the Bears in her psychic prediction.
So I bet the Bears minus four and a half
and I put two hundred fifty bucks on that, and
it got close. I cashed out because the Bears suck

(01:06:26):
and they ended up winning. They ended up covering big time,
but I cashed out at three ninety. I bet two
to fifteen, cash out three ninety. So I hit the
Chiefs minus two and a half. Oh yeah, no, that
was the Lions last week. Soon I was, yeah, dang,
where'd you get that? No, I'm lost, man.

Speaker 2 (01:06:45):
He stole that line.

Speaker 1 (01:06:46):
Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay, that's it. Everybody good, good man.
We'll see you later on this week. Thanks to coach.
Thanks to coach PJ.

Speaker 4 (01:06:53):
Fleck.

Speaker 2 (01:06:54):
I like that guy, yeah, just like the styles.

Speaker 6 (01:06:58):
Cool.

Speaker 2 (01:06:59):
He's also he's a he's like got a good person.

Speaker 1 (01:07:01):
He's in his forties. Him and I born the same year.
It's probably like some kind of like astrology stuff says,
you know, just two awesome people.

Speaker 6 (01:07:08):
To just hey you out stars. Are you know I'm
born in nineteen eighty like me.

Speaker 1 (01:07:12):
We were watching some show, Oh my wife and are
watching the show called Wayward and so it's on Netflix
and it's like a show back in time, but they're
back in time in like ninety nine.

Speaker 2 (01:07:23):
Let's go that was our time.

Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
Well, this is what sucks. What sucks is our times
are now starting to be when they shoot the shows
from back in time. That's okay, Like period pieces are
starting to be back when our periods.

Speaker 2 (01:07:32):
What are they are they wearing like loose little bagger.

Speaker 1 (01:07:35):
Yeah, and the music's all us and like they're playing
all the songs. I'm like singing along and watch.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
Like, yeah, I bet that's what old people feel like
when they will they do oldie stuff, you know, like
they go back to nineteen sixty eight.

Speaker 1 (01:07:48):
So yeah, we had that. All right, that's it. Thank
you guys. We'll see you later on this week. Appreciate you. Budworks,
