Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's time for the Bobby Bones post show. Here's your host,
Bobby Bones. It's like a couple of voicemails that we
got last night. Here is somebody no names, there's no name.
Hi Bobby, and good morning studio. I'm calling because I
just listened to the Weekend Bonus Show, and I have
(00:21):
a question for Rey. If he's not willing to put
in five hours on Sunday for a job he apparently
really wanted, why is he putting in hours and hours
a week for something that he doesn't even remember the
name of cameo? It really doesn't make sense. And if
you wanted the announcer of jobs, he could have just
gone for it instead of messing around with Cameo for
hours and complaining about it every week. Right, what's the deal?
What's delio? Yeah, there's a thing that we were taught.
(00:42):
It's called work slash life slash balance, and I try
to keep that. I don't want to work seven days
a week. But it would be a fun job to
be a public address announcer. But I also did it
for seven years. I was a voice of Texas State Athletics.
It was fun. I moved on. I know everything that
entails in the gig. It's a cool little it's an
NFL job, it is, but it's not. It'd be a
(01:03):
lot cooler to do a TV broadcast of the games.
The PA. That's a different though. P is easy, and
that wasn't offer to you. Yeah, PA is like number
twenty two, fourth and three. To do analysis far more difficult.
You have no chance at that job, right, But I
mean you could also then move on to other things.
Those guys can sometimes do the Super Bowl and stuff
(01:24):
like that. Whereas the PN announcer of Titans. You're only
going to be the Titans PA announcer, and you just
didn't want to be it. I just know it doesn't
leave to other careers and jobs and stuff like that.
They give you twenty bucks and pat you on the
butt and tell you have a good day. Guys, I've
done it for years. So what are you charging on
a cameo now? Thirty five? Wow? Are you starting to
have a little freedom now? People still message you like crazy. No,
(01:47):
I mean they've been coming in pretty steadily, so I
don't know. If it's to say it's slowed down, I
would say no, it's there. In mother's days right around
the corner. Oh and you're saying now is the perfect
time to get a ray in Bay, cameo, Who better
than to tell mom she's been great than when with
Ray and Bay and Pablo and you guys just sit
at home and knock him out every night we try to.
Um Bay has been not annihilating life and really really
(02:08):
tough with some stuff. But we're back on him tonight
and tomorrow. Yeah, and how many do you think you've done? Total?
We are there's an exact counter, but it's probably one
hundred and fifty and like a lot. I mean the
guys made thousands of dollars. I mean that's as a
feature film. Yeah, we're one hundred and thirty d and
how many are in the queue to the queue's just
(02:29):
chilling with eight one I got to do in five hours.
But other than that, so they have deadlines. Yeah, they
got deadlines. Any crazy Hey we need this or that?
They'll say music, but we got we got a little
player that we can hit. We play any song they want. Pablo,
he gets little irritable, but we still get him in
the videos. Um Bay is always looking good. Sometimes they
(02:49):
want her into bikini. Guys, don't don't be perverted okay
us no, no, no, the people to do their request
or like, could you do a pull side bay and bikini? Okay?
Does anyone ever said that just want bay? No? But
I mean that would be cause for concern. Why do
you know what they wanted? My wife? H Here's a
voicemail number four from Sean. This is regarding the wedding. DJ.
(03:10):
I have Cramer Gramer I used to be pretty good buddies.
He's done a couple of my celebration. One of the
celebrations we had, there was a couple of situations there
that's kind of awkward, and Hank Cramer just kind of
slid right in there and made everybody feel comfortable and
ended up being great. You're not gonna be disappointed any
(03:30):
He's a great guy, y'all. Have a good day studio.
Thank you very I'm like, I don't I don't know
what people think I'm gonna be this point. I've never
said anything, but let me go. I mean, that was
a good Yelp review right there, unsolicited. But I'm one
who like chased him down to make him drive to
town and DJ the wedding. I thought it was gonna
be like a bad situation with Cramer, Like one time
he got too drunk and he whooped me at the party.
(03:52):
He pulled off his belt and thanked me in front
of everybody. Uh no, no, I feel like it's gonna
be good. I have an article here about celebrity couples
from the two thousands that you don't remember. See if
you're a couple of these I remembered, but most I didn't,
And I was like, wow, they dated. Chris Evans and
Jessica Bill were together for five years. I guess I
remember that now that you say it, I don't because
(04:12):
he wasn't that famous then and she's married to Yeah,
two thousand and one to two thousand and six. Yeah,
like fifteen years ago. I didn't know Chris Evans was
he'd just been a good looking guy. And Jessica Bill, though,
was from what my so called life. Maybe that's what
it was. One of those shows my so called life
was Claire Danes. Yeah, I don't know. I don't watch
any of those. Janet Jackson and Matthew McConaughey, what I
(04:36):
do not remember that did not talk about that in
the book. That was a quick one. Oh, he didn't
mention that he did not. Ryan Gosling and Sandra Bullock
for two years. What she's sixteen years older than he is. Okay, yeah,
I guess I remember they did that movie together. Um,
and he was twenty women they hooked up. Wow, The Proposal.
They were in the movie The Proposal. Kursten Dunston, Jake Jillenhall.
(05:00):
I don't not remember them. I just don't care. I
don't think I even if I don't. Yeah, neither one
of them really set off the old radar. The only
person I remember Jake jellen Hall was Taylor Swift for
a minute. And that's only because it was Taylor, not
because it was Jake Jillen Hall. You know, Jared Leto
and Cameron Diez nineteen ninety nine, two thousand and three.
I don't remember that. Eddie Murphy and mel B Scary
Spicember I remember that kid. Yeah. Rene Zellwegger and Jack
(05:23):
white Weird, I remember that? You do? Huh? Atlantis Morrisset
and Ryan Reynolds for five years? Yes? Wait? Wait, wait
back to Renais Lweger. Was it was she with? Yeah?
They got married for a minute. Um, wait, who was
with Sandra Bullock? Did you say Ryan Reynolds or Ryan Gosling. Earlier,
Sandra Bullock was Ryan Gosling. Oh Gosling. Okay, so she
(05:44):
was in the proposal with Ryan Reynolds. Sorry Atlantis and
Ryan Reynolds. Wowa was the one for five years. Ashley
Olson and Lance Armstrong. Yes, remember that. That was a
big weird That was a big deal in Texas. It
was very bizarre, was it? Yeah? Because older in her.
He was thirty six, she was twenty one. He's little Michelle,
but she was twenty one. I'm like, hey, let's go,
(06:09):
we got a date in five minute? You got it? Dude? Weird,
so weird. Lenny Kravitz and Nicole Kidman. Yeah, yes, I
remember that. Stars and then Jessica Simpson and Billy Corgan.
Do you know Billy Corgan is? Yeah? I don't remember that.
Did you? Didn't you read her book? I did? I
don't remember her talking about that. She spent a lot
(06:30):
of time on John Mayer and Nichols say obviously, but
a lot of time on John Mayer. I mean John
Mayer did a lot of people. Right, He's dating Kazzy
David right now, who's that Larry David's daughter who was
with Pete Davidson. Oh, okay, all right, I think I've
ever seen her, But I know Larry david Uh what,
I don't know. I just made a weird noise. Yeah,
it was like he had something to say and you're
(06:51):
holding it in. No, It's like, I don't know, something
just came out of my throat. Bill and Melinda Gates
are divorcing it I guess twenty seven years married? Wow? Yeah,
why I gasped like I did with Jlo and a Rod.
I don't know why, because Jlo and a Rod I
knew was coming in. They both are. I know I
should not have been as shocked, and but I guess
I watched that. I mean a year and a half
(07:13):
ago maybe, but I watched that. You know what was
the documentary that Bill Gates put out? And they work
so closely together in the Foundation, and they just had
a lot of admiration for each other, and they've been
together for such a long time. Twenty seven years? Wow?
What happened? Andy Dills? Who knows? Never? Who knows? I
don't know. I saw a meme though that said this
(07:35):
summer Mackenzie Bezos, Melenda Gates, and Kim Kardashian are going wild.
Bill and Melinda Gates, two of the rich people in
the world who reshaped philanthropy and public health, have said
they were divorcing. They have been a singular force, but
now they are not. They have a fifty billion dollars
(07:56):
in their endowment to help others, and now they're calling
it quits. See she's very they're estimated worth that's between
one hundred thirty one hundred forty six billion. With a bee,
she filed paperwork siding the marriages irretrievably broken. Oh. I
(08:16):
have a fun fact about Bill Gates. You want it?
M okay, Well, he's so rich that the average American
spending one dollar is similar to him spending a million
dollars a million. Wow, that's that's rich. A meal. That's
like fun fact, filthy rich. That's that's going to the
gas station right and getting one of those little red
(08:38):
chocolate balls right beside the counter. You should you should
update that fact with his wife now too. She probably
the same thing with her. Well, no, I would say,
probably it's not gonna be that because it's gonna be
split in half. Yeah, now it'll be five hundred thousand. Okay,
that's that's wild. Speaking of money, According to a new survey,
seventy percent of people now so they would marry for money.
(08:59):
Why that means by getting married your income level would
be significantly increased now just a little bit. A majority
of those polled admitted job career of the other person
was strongly considered when getting married. The average price that
people would instantly marry for one point five million dollars.
It's great news, bounce, It's really nice, I know. Carolina
(09:20):
man breaks a record for three thousand fifty push ups
in one hour. T Shane Johnson, a US Marine veteran
from Pineville, North Carolina, performed three thousand and fifty push
ups in one hour, breaking the Guinness World record. The
previous record was two thousand, nine hundred. That's wild, that's crazy.
What do you think you can do in an hour?
(09:41):
I don't know. But he tried for twelve hours and
the record was nineteen thousand, three hundred and twenty five.
He only got to sixteen thousand, four hundreds. So the
second record he didn't get, but the first one he got.
He raised money for the National Purple Heart Honor Mission.
Oh that's cool, but three thousand in an hour? Hour realistically,
(10:02):
because me probably two hundred two hundred an hour. I
mean it would take me half an hour to get
to one hundred. So then if that's the case, you
couldn't get to two hundred, you don't think so because
I just burned out. If that's the case for a
half hour, I think you could probably do two hundred
in an hour. Yeah, I mean me probably seven hundred,
(10:23):
seven hundred in an hour. How many can you do
in a row? Like the most that you've done in
a row? I don't know, I don't tell. I mean
that's myself twenty twenty, no knees twenty five, no knees
twenty I really looks at you like knees, I mean,
no knees. I've been a very long time since, like
for sure over a year. How many could I do
(10:44):
now seventy seventy in a row? And then you're just like, oh,
that's a lot. Well it's not one hundred. I think
probably in my best shape I could have done a hundred,
maybe sixty five to seven. Are you really cranking them
out like boom boom boom boom? Are you just like
up down m Probably a little bit of both. It
(11:05):
gets little slower as I get tired. What did we
used to do the herschel Walker? Remember we used to
try the herschel Walker when we worked out together. Wasn't
it to two thousand push ups in a day? Was that?
What we know? We didn't try that? Well, I don't remember.
I feel like we worked our way up to one hundred.
But it was like brutal, brutal, and I it took
me forever to do it. I was thinking about you.
You should come to the house and work out. I
know I should. I got a gym, let's go. Yeah, yeah,
(11:27):
because we want to work out. We used to go
to the y, but I mean they're opening now, but
I still don't feel one percent comfortable working out with
a bunch of people. You're vaccinated, I know, let her rip.
It's it's just weird, Like it's just weird huffing and
puffing over everyone. But I'm down. I'm down to go
to your house. Would you let me use the peloton? Yeah?
Set a profile. I need shoes, Okay, I need biking shoes,
(11:48):
like cycling shoes. You can boy ride on Caitlin's profile.
She wouldn't care, all right, you can't ride on mine?
Though I don't need your low numbers. I'm bringing down
your Listen, I get embarrassed on that thing. If I
don't have a good ride, I consider de leating the
whole workout. I don't, but every time I'm like, I'll
do that, I hop people to see it. Like if
I have a bad right calf that hasn't just hasn't
healed properly, and if I hit four hundred, now I'm like,
(12:09):
does a dang good workout. But if I'm on like
three sixty or three seventy output, I'm a little bit embarrassed.
Oh my gosh, you just deleted, knowing full well nobody's
going through. I know, but I care. But you know,
the only time I remember I ever like congratulate myself
as when I do a really good workout and I'm
pushing through pain not injury. When I'm like I really
want to give up, I will get off the bike
(12:30):
or get off the treadmill or finish, and I'll be like,
I give myself a high five. That's I'm talking about.
It's a very short, small moment, but I do. I
give myself a high five, and I'm like, that's what
I'm talking about. Because nobody else cares. Well, if I'm there,
I'll give you the high five. Right, And it's not
so much about the running. It's about it hurting, not
pain injury, but everything about it should tell me to stop.
But if I can push through, like, I'm proud of
(12:52):
myself later, because if you push through enough times that
same spot that you just had to push through, you
have to push through anymore. It's easier. You're just kind
of leveling up. You have two really hard rides or
runs or days at work or insert whatever it is
the challenging to you, and you're able to fight through it.
You're automatically stronger for next time. One you know you
can do it, so there's no excuse, and two you've
(13:15):
been through it, and so that's when I give myself
high fives. This is true. I remember when we were
touring Raging Idiots and we have like sixty some remember
that year we have like sixty some dates, and it
was crazy, and I remember us thinking like this is
too much, Like this is a lot of work, because
we would do the radio show, go on tour the weekend,
come back to the radio show on Monday. But then
(13:37):
the year after we cut down tremendously and then we're
like looking a board like we're used to that kind
of like I think you got boy because I had
to do TV shows. I didn't really get that board's
I just put something else in its place. Maybe I did.
I'm like, this is weird because I'd gotten used to
that pace. I'm pretty much now because if we've had
the last three weekends off, I think because I go
(13:57):
back to Idol for the finale, and who knows if
Breaking Ball Bones gets the second season because the first
season hasn't been aired, you know. And there we had
a meeting yesterday by Breaking Bobby Bones and our first
episode is on Monday night of Memorial Day, right thirty first, Yeah,
Memorial Day. I don't know. I just get the holidays
mixed up Memorial and labor Memorial Days May thirty first, right,
the first one, got it? So it's a Memorial Day,
(14:18):
May thirty first, which is our first episode, and that's
a Monday. And I was telling him in the meeting,
I said, man, I feel like you guys kind of
took away my weapon, which is to be able to
talk to people day. Oh, it's say watch it tonight.
Instead we're leaving on Friday. We're like, hopefully in three days,
cast your fingers. You watch our show, right and so,
and there have already been some articles going, we don't
(14:40):
think the show is gonna get good ratings because you
know his audience, that he doesn't have a big enough
a group of people that will follow the show. Country
music is not gonna go ok. I think they well,
I think they kind of think a certain way about
people that listen to our show. I think they don't
give them the credit they deserve for being like smart,
(15:01):
normal people. Like I think they think of everybody. I
don't even know what they think about people, but I
think there's some connotation with fancy folks and New York
in LA that write articles about people that listen or
live in country music or Middle America, where they're not
giving me a shot because of they think I talk
to those people all the time. I do talk to
those people, but they're not like what they think they are,
(15:23):
you know, yeah, like we are those people. We talk
to normal folks. I think they think that everybody has
won twos and can't read. And that's what's annoying to
me is that when people are writing off things that
either a country music artists are doing or what I'm doing,
because they're like, oh, there's no way, they don't live
in New York, LA. They're not gonna get the ratings.
And that's kind of what it is, and so whatever.
(15:45):
And writers can write what they want to write, and
they can hate on it's all they want. But still
May thirty first Breaking Bobby Bones. People put it in
their calendars and they take pictures and they tag me
on it, and I love that and I appreciate that.
So we'll try to prove them wrong yet again. I'll
try to prove them wrong. And hopefully watched the show
live and and then I think like three weeks later
it goes up on Disney Plus. So the ratings do
(16:05):
matter if you watch it live or watch it later.
So the goal is to watch a little goal is
to watch it live and make sure that these you know,
Fanzie Doling critics are wrong saying that we normal people
in Middle America can't actually get ratings at something anyway.
But I'm not. I'm not moving to LA. I'm not
(16:26):
moving to New York, no chance. Let's see. Will Smith
admits he's in the worst shape of his life. He
posted a picture on Instagram. I didn't think you looked
that out of shape. He looks fine, a little belly,
who cares, But he's like, I am in the worst
shape of my life. Scuba Steve said that he's also
in the worst shape of his life. Oh God, I'm
(16:48):
looking at the picture, Wilsonith. That looks like a normal dude.
It's what he should look like. He's like fifty five
years old, isn't he. It looks great. Yeah, five looks amazing.
How are you, Scuba. I'm not fifty five and I
look like that. Actually a little worse. I look kind
of like I'm pregnant. Share my belly. I don't want
to see your belly. Didn't. But let's let's look at
the factors here. You moved across the country, you have
(17:08):
two kids. Yes, put your shirts down. Yeah, what are
y'all doing? You're living in a pandemic. You're working sun
up to sundown. True, you're living your life. That's I mean.
I'm happy with where I'm at. I just know that
I feel sluggish. I don't have the same kind of
energy and drive that I used to have, and that's
why I'm upset at myself for being where I'm at. Well,
you know how to fix that? I do. I just
(17:29):
it's I love sweets. I love me too, man, I
love sugar. Godda dinner, man, That's all I want is
what are we going to have or dessert? I can't
have it there. I will finish a meal and be
like I see all some sweets. Yep, it's not complete
without some sweets. I just need something. Yeah, Like last night,
it had a bowl of cereal at like ten minutes.
(17:49):
How bad you wanted? We had nothing in the house,
and so I had a bowl of cereal. That's dinner
sometimes for me. And then I woke up at three
this morning and had more cereal. What kind of cereal? Oh,
it's not even a good cereal. It's some kind of
like frost It's not frosted. It's like a special k
oh Man. You need some apple jacks or cinnamon toast. Crime.
(18:10):
But I'll eat four bowls and I drink I do
with almond milk. You know what I'm starting to do
to kind of like kill the sweet crave. What is
a honey? I bought like a jar of honey and
I get a tablespoon and I put it in that honey,
and I eat it and I'm like, oh, that was
actually good because it's sweet and I didn't dip into
the M and m's and it works. Yeah, if there
(18:32):
were Minem's nearby, though, if I keep anything in the house,
ate all of it in a day. But I'm telling you,
the honey totally takes your craving for sweets away for
for a second. I just love sweets. I love sweet
over over. What's the other one? Salt? Yeah? What do
they call savory? Savory? Sweet? Old? Anybody like savy over
(18:52):
sweet them? Anybody? They're always like, what do you prefer
a sweeter savor? Like? Anybody pick savory? I would investigate them. Wait,
let's play, guests, the sound from the viral video. Okay,
So what I will do is I will play you
a sound. Right, do you know where this is? Minute
to get to this for a little bit. Are we ready, guys,
(19:14):
I'll play you a clip from a viral video. You
have to guess what you're hearing. I'll play the sound
and give you a few options. The video currently has
five point four million views on TikTok. First of all,
here's the sound, Okay, is that a woman scared by
a possum in her kitchen, a screaming goat. Sorry, anytime
(19:39):
I get a break, I drink. I just try to
drink water like crazy. And now you're burkemen. Yeah, a
man being dramatic getting his chest waxed, or a dog
getting its nails clipped. Here's the clip again. So it's
a woman being scared by a possum, a screaming goat,
(20:01):
a man being dramatic getting his chest waxed, or a
dog getting its nails clipped. You think about do you
know the answer? Ay? Yep, Okay, Amy, I go dog
getting its nails clipped. Okay, let's hear it against if
we can picture it, Eddie. Yeah, if you listen closely,
(20:21):
you can hear the in between his screams. It's a
dog and his nails. Clip. Okay, let me hear that again.
It would be a possum on the ground. No, they
don't make that sound. Lunchbox, Well, my first instinct was
a bird, but that was not one of the options.
And so then you listen to it clearly, and it's
the goat. You can hear it, screaming goat. Let's listen again. Well,
(20:51):
one of you's right. It is not the possum. It
is not a guy getting his chest waxed. The screaming
goat is wrong. It is the dog. It's like a
little pug or something home must I felt like you
can hear the what do you call it? Smarrow. It's
from Danny Hatcher on TikTok. It's a video of his
pug getting its nails clepp at home in the couch.
Poor little thing. We had the dog rammer. It's taken
(21:13):
us three months to find a dog rimmer that will
come because they Stanley needs is anal glands released or
whatever they call it. So people are just wash your
own dog releases anal glands All dogs need that they do. Yeah,
I don't know. I know his body, our dog. I've
never done that. His body's fat and weird, and he's
got stuff. Yes, we have to clean his folds out.
You know, there's stuff with an English bulldog that I
(21:34):
didn't know. I've had many dogs. Yes, face skin, we
have to like clean like open them up and clean
the folds. And so I was like I was on
the internet. I was on Twitter getting tired. We've been
doing a show all day today, we recorded an interview. Um,
I was on the Yeah, I was on the computers
and I got on to where I said, hey, may
(21:54):
know where I get a dog rammer and it's gotta
tag like wash your own freaking dog. And I was like,
I do we the water hole sometimes if I need
like things done. But this morning, while I've been at work,
dog Ramer went over and hopefully got whatever out of
this glance. Those are my voice. Stuff's falling from the allen?
Is that what that is falling from the sky? Yeah,
that's oh no, no you're talking about the white stuff. Yeah. No,
(22:16):
that's like that's off a tree. What is that? I
saw that at your house. It's a certain kind of
tree that emits a little like cotton thing. And is
that an allergen? I don't think so. I think it's
just like a leaf falling. No, it's like a puffy thing. Yes,
I know, but it's like you know those things you
pick up and go dandelion. Yeah, it looks like dandelion
tops falling. It's a certain tree. I don't know it's
a a gnolia or whatever, but that's what it's. That's
what it is. Hey Eddie, did you send your kid
(22:37):
to school with a like some sort of risk a
shoe box. Yes what happened? Okay, So so he comes
to school and said and it was already late in
the day and he goes, hey, oh my gosh, I
forgot to tell you guys, I need a shoebox for
a class project tomorrow. And so I go to I
look around the house. There's no shoebox. So there's a
boutique by my house, like a little fancy boutique or whatever,
(22:58):
and so I walk in it's like, hey, can you
helped me. I need a shoebox for my son's class project.
They're like, oh yeah, we'll go in the back and
they got a shoebox. And I didn't read what was
on the shoebox, but I just gave it to my
son and say, here you go. This should help you
at school. And so I'm trying to find exactly what
it said. Yes, all right. So then he takes it
to school does his class project. He comes back, He's like, uh, mom, Dad, like,
(23:22):
what what is the shoebox? Because the teacher was saying
this is like not good and inappropriate. So I'm like,
let me see that. And I get it and it's
it's says dirty Luxury on it, and it's got like
a silhouette of like a sexy girl. And I'm like,
dang it, I did not check the shoeboxes. Yeah, so
he goes to school with these, like the high heels
(23:44):
stiletto shoebox and thinking probably that his mom has those
shoes dirty Luxury. Yeah. So I'm like, well, sorry about that.
I should don't check you guys. Check out the Talk
to Chuck podcast. He was on his best friend and
author Taylor Scott. He talks about his new book Lead
with Hospital. Chuck and Taylor talking about how they met
and how Taylor didn't like Chuck at first. They bonded
(24:04):
over the love of Disney, and you get to hear
Taylor's animated voice from his days at Disney. He did,
what do you mean days at Disney? What, Mike do
you know about that? He worked at Disney? He didn't
animated voices? That's what I'm talking about, Chuck did, no Taylor?
Did Taylor? I need to get in touch with Taylor
then I'll call you. Can you call Chuck for me
and tell Taylor to contact me and we can talk
about voices. Are you working on your tape? Yeah, of course,
(24:25):
of course, I'm Me and Mike were trying to come
up with characters yesterday after the show. What'd you come
up with? What's one you're working? What was the one? Mike?
Mike says, I should do a Mexican guy for sure, Like, well,
you're the only one who can because you have to
be Mexican to do a Mexican guy. So a Mexican
character maybe like done something, you know, I don't know.
We're still working at done. Hallepenyo. It could be funny, right,
(24:46):
you could actually be a hallapeno, yes, instead of a yeah,
a Mexican guy, but yeah, yeah yeah, and then I
have a Mexican accent and stuff like that. Uh, Amy's
fit things today. Yeah. It's where I share emails that
have been sent in answer any questions from listeners, so
you never know when your note might pop up in
an episode. That's true. All right, thank you guys. This
has been the post show. Don't be listening to this
(25:11):
before the We're not loading this before the radio show, right, Scuba, No,
it goes radio show and then show. Okay, because some
of those B teamers I was watching them, They're like,
you can't tell me what to do. I'm gonna listen
to this first. That's their fault, all right, I'm just kidding.
All right, Thank you guys. Have a good day. Don't
forget Bobby Fast. Tickets going so Friday at ten am
(25:31):
at ticketmaster dot com. We're doing two one day. And
by the way, people were asking, like, what's the rest
of the festival, Like, what's happening all day? I'm glad
you asked. Is Aimy gonna do her thing? Oh? No, no,
you want to come out and do us We're doing
a side stage. You want to do your podcast live? Yeah,
we haven't talked about this besides just when we were
on air. That's the best time. I don't know any
I just kind of cook it out there, yeah, because
I was thinking lunch can do kind of like guess
(25:53):
you're the weight and stuff too, like like a carnival style.
I'll eat my hat if I can't get your way, right, Um,
here we go. So here is the true story. And
I hope people listening from all of the country make
their plans to come in September. Be cool. I also
learned it's a Saturday and a Sunday, not a Friday
and a Saturday. Yeah, the calendar told you that. Huh.
(26:16):
You know Noah Listener did from which because I thought
we'd be in Texas on But if it's an all
day thing, that can't be on Friday. People have jobs.
So it's all day Saturday, all day Sunday. And here
you go the main stage, which is raging Bibo's Raging Idiots.
It's Us and Brandon Ray and a horror awesome band.
We're the headliner. Russell Dickerson, Maddie and Tay. We're gonna
(26:39):
each like radio station is gonna find a local band
like pay have a contest they get to win the
opening opening spot. There's gonna be a side stage with
family programming, acoustic performance is a magician. Then you will
have face painting, balloon animals, probably like a dunking dunking booth.
Dunk booth had a photo boot. It's gonna be like
that kind of thing, cool like a festival, which is
(27:00):
why I called Bobby. Yes, that's what they do. So
people were asking, I didn't know exactly, but that's what
it is. Um well, and just for people to keep
in mind since it is a Saturday and then a Sunday,
like if they do any traveling or whatever. Monday is
actually Labor Day, so they may have that day off
Monday after Labor Day. Yeah, so a party all night
(27:22):
long if don't do a four pm headliner set. Thank
you for sharing. Do you think there'd be people that
would do like, you know, like the Grateful Dead, they
had people that would follow them from town to town.
Do you think there'd be people that are flying to
Austin go to the New Bronfel Show and then follow
us all the way to Witchita? No, okay, but I
hope they come for one of them. Okay, No, I
(27:43):
don't be cool, you know what I mean? Yeah? Yeah,
all right, that's what's up. Thank you guys, posh us.
Pretty good today, pretty long, right what we're looking at here?
Like thirty minutes, half hour? Yeah, twenty seven minutes. Oh,
