possession three separate times. The Vikings self destructed, not because
of anything the Eagles did, but because of Carson wentz
inaccuracies and Blake Brandle's poor snap. Seven points got wiped
off the board. That's game changing. Later on, the Vikings

are driving again. They're in the red zone. Second and one.
Wentz passes to Jefferson and Jefferson drops it, and he
admitted he dropped it. He said, I should have had
that at the end of the day, and if you're
the best wide receiver in football, you should have that.
Third and one, another pass incomplete. The Vikings decide to
go for it on fourth to one another pass touchdown,

holding penalty on second and one, third and one, and
fourth and one, Carson Wentz through the ball. Why are
you passing the ball three times with Carson Wentz as
your quarterback? It is malpractice to ask Carson Wentz to
do things that you would ask a Matthew Stafford or

three straight times, okay? Having Carson wentz do the same thing.
Is ridiculous self destruction. Number three, the clock mismanagement, the
Vikings driving down the field again, they're down two scores
a field goal and a touchdown wins it. The Vikings

with about four minutes and thirty seconds left, and it
was a first down, and I said, why don't the
Vikings kick the field goal now, making a one possession
game and give your Vikings defense a chance to get
the ball back where a first down doesn't necessarily kill you.
But instead the Vikings waste two minutes and thirty seconds

off the clock because they tried to score a touchdown
and they burned through the two minute warning and they
still kicked the field goal, even to the point where
the Vikings went forward on fourth and two and they
picked it up by throwing to Addison, but it wasted
valuable time off the clock. And what happened next is
the Eagles only needed one first down to end the game,

and they got the first down and the game was over.
That's frustrating. And then the last one was the third
down conversions in the fourth quarter by the Eagles. A
third and fifteen, a third and thirteen and a third
and nine. Jalen Hurts gets outside the pocket and finds

great game to examine just how valuable the players the
Vikings added in the trenches. Last offseason. Vikings spent billions
and billions and billions of dollars on the offensive and
defensive line, and they were still no match for the
Philadelphia Eagles offensive and defensive line. The Vikings self destructed.

They committed football suicide, and that's why they lost this game.
Sometimes you just get beat because the other team's better,
and I guess the egos were better at not self imploding.
