Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Minnesota Vikings organization is in a crisis and they
know something must change, and I'm gonna tell you what
they are about to do. I need to tell you
about zero Res carpet cleaning because they are extending their
Black Friday deal and you can get three carpets cleaned

(00:20):
for only one hundred and nineteen dollars. Get your home
ready for the holidays with a zero Res carpet cleaning.
Go to zero Resminnesota dot com and tell them you
heard about it from the brawl with Tim Paul. To
take advantage of this special deal, three carpets cleaned, one
hundred and nineteen dollars. Zero Res. Spell it forward or backwards,

(00:43):
it spells the same. The Vikings decision makers, Kevin O'Connell
and Quazy Adolfo Mensa, have their backs against the wall
because they have one more opportunity to prove to the
owners that they belong as the decision makers of the franchise.

(01:05):
After blowing three hundred million dollars in free agency last
off season and having a four to nine record, they're
on the hot seats and their jobs are already in jeopardy,
which means they have one last hurrah. At convincing the
owners to keep them in their job. And there is

(01:28):
one massive decision that they will make this off season
to try and save their job. They are going to
go big game hunting for a quarterback. They know they
need to bring in a quarterback to not just compete
with JJ McCarthy, but a quarterback that will likely win

(01:51):
the starting job. They will insist that JJ McCarthy is
their guy, but there will be reports that the Vikings
made calls to try to trade for a superstar quarterback.
And the quarterback I'm thinking of is Joe Burrow. Joe
Burrow is option one. Kyler Murray is option two. When

(02:14):
the Vikings have conversations with Justin Jefferson and they ask
him a simple question, what do you want? What do
you want? What do you want? Damn? What do you want?
His answer is going to be very obvious. I want

(02:34):
a quarterback that can get me the football. I don't
think the Vikings will trade Justin Jefferson in this offseason,
although it is a talker and he's certainly frustrated and upset,
But I believe they have one more move because they
need to save their job. What the Vikings cannot do

(02:56):
is run it back, and the name floating around is
mac Jones, and mac Jones isn't going to do it
for Justin Jefferson. Mac Jones is a nice player, but
he's not a guy that's going to take a Vikings
organization where it's at right now and take it to

(03:17):
a new level. If the Vikings approach Jefferson and say, hey,
we got you mac Jones, he is going to give
the Vikings the biggest eye roll ever. I promise you
you will. Hear reports that the Vikings are making calls
to the Bengals, to the Cardinals to do their due
diligence and even make an offer on their quarterback. Because

(03:42):
when you are in a crisis like the Vikings are,
you need to do something magnificent to try to save
your job. And the one thing that they could do
is make a blockbuster trade for a quarterback or make
a block bust signing, even if it's Aaron Rodgers. Something

(04:03):
needs to happen this offseason to generate excitement and anticipation
for the next season. Because the coach and general manager
are on the hot seat right now, something needs to
happen or it's off with their heads. Because you don't
spend as much money as they did last off season

(04:25):
and then have a catastrophic failure of a year, and
then you go into the offseason, try to get your
owners and players excited about mac Jones. I know it
worked with Sam Donald, but mac Jones does not have
the arm talent of Sam Donald. The one thing that
could change the trajectory of the Vikings is if they

(04:49):
go out and make a blockbuster trade or blockbuster signing.
And it has to get Jefferson excited because even though
the Vikings won't trade him this offseason, the time is ticking.
If the Vikings have another bad year, Jefferson is gone.
