Speaker 1 (00:11):
You're listening to the Buck Sexton Show podcast, let make
sure you subscribe to the podcast on the iHeartRadio app
or wherever you get your podcasts. Here's what we know
and don't know about the Epstein case. A lot of
you sending me questions and want more analysis on this,
so I figured we'd keep going and work through this together.

(00:35):
First of all, there seems to be this movement now
to believe among some people that not just the FBI
director and the Attorney General so Cash Betel and Pam Bondi,
but even Trump himself have been compromised. That is, to me,

(01:00):
not in the realm of reality. I don't see that
at all. And I want to explain why some of
you are going to be annoyed at me on this.
But let me get to there's a lot of stuff
we still don't know, and this is not case closed,
as I said in the other earlier podcast. But here's
why I don't believe this that people are feeling as

(01:21):
though they've been well, there's the feeling of whiplash from
what was promised versus what is delivered. That is valid.
There was an over promising of information and action around
Epstein from the top of the DOJ, whether it was

(01:41):
the Binder's influencer event, statements made on Fox News. There
was over promising and that has caused problems of perception
on this issue. That is true. That is true, and
that people feel rightly so that they were and I
mean Maga, I mean Trump supporters, some of them feel

(02:05):
like they were misled on this issue. There was an
exaggeration at work here, and that this should not have
this is not the way it should have gone down.
All of that is valid. I think all of that
is true, and all of the frustration that is being
felt right now as a result of that makes sense
to me. I get it right. People are told now.

(02:27):
I just want to say, on the JFK files and
the MLK files, some people were promising a lot on that.
I know people were having these big podcasts about all
the revelations, and I told you there's nothing in those files. Okay,
there's nothing in those files. That doesn't mean that there's
stuff about JFKMLK Junior's assassinations that I don't know or
that other people don't know. Fine, but I did know

(02:49):
that there was nothing in the the declassified files coming
out that was going to shake anyone's world. And I
told you that, and I've said that on the radio,
I've said that on podcasts, Okay, on the Epstein stuff.
I also knew that there was going to be this
disconnect between the revelations and what was being said, because

(03:12):
to me, there would be no way that if they
had hard evidence of people doing the crimes, the sex
crimes that were believed to be occurring, not Epstein specifically,
we know he did sex crimes. I'm talking about other
people write the so called client list that I don't

(03:32):
believe they had the hard evidence of that and suppressed it. Now,
this is where things get nuanced, and this is where
I need people to follow me here. That doesn't mean
that I don't believe it happened. I do believe it happened.
Here are things that have to be kept in one's
head at the same time. And I do not believe

(03:55):
any of this requires a cognitive dissonance or is self
refuting or anything like that, that there's any contradiction in
this thinking. I say, we work through this piece by piece.
Were uh people in MAGA led to believe that there'd
be much bigger revelations and there would be accountability with

(04:15):
regard to Epstein than what we have been shown here
and what has happened. Absolutely yes, And is that a mistake?
Is that a blunder? Yes? Yes? Was the way this
was handled by Pam Bondi with that memo on a
Sunday night and then the somewhat dismissive attitude about it
the next day or the day after that in the

(04:37):
cabinet meeting? Was that adding fuel to the fire? Yes?
Was it a blunder not to address the sixty seconds
of video and the suicide video stuff with Epstein ahead
of time instead of waiting for people to notice that
there were sixty seconds missing. Yes, Okay, So all those

(04:59):
things I view as absolutely true. Is this whole thing,
this whole Epstein saga of the demonic? Is this whole
thing deeply depressing from the perspective of one just humanity
and what was done to these young girls and everything? Yes?

(05:20):
Also the failures of the justice department early on and
the justice system early on to hold this man accountable
and to get some measure of justice very importantly to
stop him from doing more of this, Because it didn't
stop him from doing more of this? Is that a
massive failure of our justice system. Yes, okay, Now we

(05:41):
get to where people disagree with me, or rather there's
a little more friction. I think everyone can agree with
me on all of that, and I believe all of
that is true. I'm not always right, but I always
say what I think is true, and I'm almost always right.
I'm just saying not always right, almost always right, but
I always tell you what I think is true, and
I try very hard to be really devoted to that principle,

(06:05):
whether it's here on this podcast or on the radio show,
or on TV or any anything that I do. Okay,
Now here's did the FBI or is the FBI suppressing
information that it has about individuals who committed sex crimes
in the Epstein ring. I don't believe that. And here's

(06:27):
why I don't believe they're doing that. And here's why
I don't believe that the people who have access that information,
including President Trump himself, would do that. I don't believe
that they would do that. Now you can disagree with
me on that, but that means that you would think
that Cash Betel and Dan bong Dan Bongino and Donald

(06:47):
Trump and others are willing to protect child predators because
of some other agenda. And I fundamentally reject that. I
know these people. I've known them a long time, and
you know, I understand you could say, well, you never
really know somebody totally, but I do not believe that.

(07:08):
And I don't think a lot of the people that
are lobbing these accusations on the internet right now about
Cash and about Dan and about others whatever said to
their face. And I don't mean oh, because they would
get their asses kicked in the case certainly of Dan,
no offense Cash, that's probably true, But I think it's
because this has now become an outlet for the outrage

(07:30):
of people about the whole thing to direct it to
those individuals, and I don't think that that's fair. I
don't think that. I think now now you can point
to some of their earlier statements, both Cash and Dan
and ag BONDI I think has made a lot of
errors in this regard. They weren't on the inside. They
were just like me and you. They were going on
the news stories and they thought as I thought. I
truly thought and still think that there was a broader

(07:53):
conspiracy with Epstein. Now they're looking at the evidence they're saying, look,
we don't have evidence to prove the following. Okay, so
the blame going on them I don't agree with, and
I think that that's unhelpful at this point in time.
I also think that they're there should be a willingness
administration to give further clarification about some areas where there's

(08:15):
remaining to be there remains open questions like how did
Epstein get all of his money? And we need to
have that memo they put out was way too skimpy,
not nearly enough. And the people and particularly MAGA, who
supported Trump once again and delivered this huge victory and
we're promised transparency on this, should have more information where

(08:38):
did this guy's money really come from? And have they
tracked down every financial lead they have on this and
give us that information because if it exists, it has
not been made accessible enough, it has not been made
clear enough. Because again I think this goes to do
I think there were other men in Epstein's orbit who
committed serious sex crimes? Yes? I do. Do I think

(09:01):
the FBI has evidence of that in their possession now, No,
I don't do I think that that evidence was destroyed.
You know, tapes eliminated, erased earlier before this administration came in. Yes,
I do. Now I'm going on belief here based on

(09:21):
my analysis. I don't know, Okay, I'm just like you.
I read the news, I read what's going on. Well,
I talk to some of these people personally, so I
have some insight into what they're dealing with, what's going on,
and I've known some of them for a long time.
But in terms of the facts of this Epstein case,
I have never been privy to any non public information.

(09:41):
But I'm telling you what I believe and where we
are now, and I'm hoping that this will help all
of us, you know, take a beat, continue to ask
some questions about this, because I think there need to
be questions asked. But also let's not get the torches
and the pitchforks out for the administration on this one.
All right. So there's that now. So that's on the

(10:04):
blame portion. There's what we agree on portion. There's the
blame portion. Now we get to and also the people
are saying, oh, you know, either flipped or you know,
you know, people are telling me like Israel Gati or
something like what what come on? Honestly, like people who
say stuff like that just need to need to to me.
Grow up. Israel got to me? What does it even mean?

(10:26):
Oh maybe Russia got to me, right, That's what the
Democrats used to do with Trump all the time. This
is nonsense. No one got to me. I'm telling you
what I believe all right now, and no one got
to a lot of the other people out there who
were trying to tell you what they think. Is that
have there been some screw ups in this Yes, there
have been screw ups. So people's frustration is understandable and warranted.

(10:50):
I'm not dismissive of this, and it was not helpful
that the administration put out that memo and then was dismissive. Okay,
that was a bait and switch. It was. There was whiplash.
That's not good. They screwed up sometimes, even you know,
the people that you think are doing the best job
or the right people for the job, they screw up.
They screwed up on this, all right, and you know

(11:11):
you hold them to that account. Fine, but you know
Cash and Dan are covering for an evil global pedal rink. No,
that is not that is not had. Those guys are
not doing that, all right, Those guys are not doing
that in my opinion based on everything that I know.

(11:32):
And if I'm wrong on this one, you know, I mean,
I'm not gonna be wrong on that. But you know,
if there's some part of this that I'm missing, I'll
address that later, Okay, And now we get to the
part where I think also some of you who are
mad at me right now, also some of you are
mad that and even talking about this. But I gotta
tell you, there's a lot of passion in MAGA about
this right now, overwhelming comments, emails, everything on this issue.

(11:54):
I'm trying to talk about illegal immigration enforcement, I'm trying
to talk about the economy. I'm trying to talk about
I want to talk about Maha make America Healthy again
in the movie. But no, no, no, no no. A lot of
people say, sorry, we're not just moving past this this
Epstein things, So you better dig in and explain to
the best of your ability what's going on. So I'm

(12:15):
trying to you know, I'm responsive. I work for you,
I work for those who listen. I work for those
who spend their time with me. You are my bosses.
So I'm trying to cover this as best I can
and then I get into the areas of this where
where I think you'll a lot of you who are

(12:36):
frustrated with me right now will agree with me, which
is I think that I think that there are people
who are getting away with very serious sex crimes as
a result of this investigation ending with no prosecutions beyond Epstein.
I do. I believe that I will never name people
because I don't know and I don't have evidence, and

(12:56):
that's that would be wrong because I don't know. But
I do know. But here's why I think that there's
more stuff going on. Epstein was was, you know, procuring
illegally for different individuals, women, trafficking them, taking them across
state lines or even international lines, who are under eighteen

(13:20):
for illicit purpose. And you know, we know of one
person on the record by a victim who alleged, you know,
who alleged that this had happened, and she had also
alleged that there were other men too. So I do
not believe that everybody who's guilty here has been has
been found at all. I don't believe that. So don't

(13:41):
don't tell me. Oh but Buck, you're you're saying that that. No,
I don't believe that everyone who committed crimes here has
been held to account at all. And that's very and
that's very frustrating, and I can respect that frustration. I
do believe that there was a blackmail operation underway. I
have not changed I've seen I have seen nothing to

(14:03):
change my mind on that. The DOJ saying they don't
have evidence of that is them just saying what they
have in their possession. But I'm an analyst. I'm a
person who thinks through what is out there and tells
you what my opinion is. I remember now they're saying
that the only stuff that Epstein had that was on
the sort of the videos or you know, the footage

(14:27):
that is child pornography he downloaded off the Internet. That's
what they are saying, meaning that there's no video of
him or other people engaged in illegal sex acts themselves. Right.
The possession of that of that underaged pornography is that's
a very serious federal crime and it's it's heinous and

(14:49):
would send him to prison alone for twenty five to life. Right,
But they're saying they don't have Okay, Well, then I
asked this question, what was all the surveillance about so
so all he had because it wasn't like external cameras
on his house for security peron. He had every room
with videos and microphone micd up in rooms that had

(15:11):
beds and you know, massage tables. And he's clearly so
he wasn't keeping the videos of himself doing this stuff,
nor was he keeping videos of anybody else doing this stuff.
I don't believe it. I don't believe it. Do I
think that that footage, that video has long since been

(15:31):
erased and cleansed from the record, Yes, yes, I do. Okay,
So that's where there's a I think there are more
people who committed crimes who have not been held to
account at all, and who, unfortunately, I think, are going
to get away with it. Just getting honest with you,
based on what we're seeing. If the evidence isn't there,
the evidence isn't there. And then I also think that

(15:54):
that Epstein was trying to blackmail people. I also believe
that still. And then we get to was there a
foreign intelligence service involved in some capacity? That one I
think is still likely or maybe I would say possible.

(16:14):
I think that is still possible. I am not as
high in my confidence on that assessment as I am
on the there were other individuals involved, and there was blackmail, okay,
so I wanted to get this all out of that.
I'm hoping that I'm not going to talk about this
again because I think I've made this now as clear

(16:34):
as I can what I see on this. But you know,
just by way of review, there have been some screw
ups in the way this was presented to the public
as an information operation. This was MESSI from the administration side,
and they should have done better with this. I do
not believe that the individuals who are getting a lot

(16:55):
of heat right now are personally compromised and relying to you.
I do not believe that. I do believe that there
are people who committed additional crimes who are getting away
with it as part of the Epstein ring. I do
believe that, and I do believe there was a black
operation that is running, and I think that there's still
the possibility that there was a foreign intelligence involvement. That

(17:16):
is how I see this, and I'm hoping that there
could be that there will be some breakthroughs perhaps in
the future on this more information. But when you're talking
about criminal charges, especially of this nature, you've really got
to be sure you need evidence. You need because because
even just bringing the charge destroy somebody's life. And I

(17:38):
know you're saying, well, if somebody did some of the
stuff that Epstein did, you know, they deserve whatever. Yeah,
but you got to be sure there are people who
were in Epstein's orbit who spent some time with I mean,
there are a lot of people who were in Epstein's orbit, right,
I mean a lot of people took lunches with them
who didn't do anything criminal at all. And so it

(17:59):
is important. I know people right now, we all want justice,
and we want justice for the victims, but you don't
want to create more victims in the sense of people
whose lives are destroyed, who didn't do anything wrong, who
didn't victimize any young girls, but are somehow you know,
people are just being reckless and making allegations against them.

(18:20):
And I know that that can that's a that's a
delicate situation, but that's important here too. So that's where
I am with this, hopefully the comment and I know
the comments, oh you know the Russians, Israel, Uh, you know,
the Chinese. They got to you guys. No one got
to me. I'm telling you what I think here, and

(18:41):
I think I've been pretty consistent on this, and I
hope that I've explained my thinking on it, and if
there's something you want to add in or you know,
by all means, but if you've listened to this all
the way, you know that there's I understand the frustration.
I don't think people should be as frustrated at certain
people as they are, and I do think they're still
open questions, and that is how I'm analyzing this. Our

(19:01):
sponsor here is Preborn. This is a really worthy cause,
Preborn saving the lives of tiny babies every day. And
they do this by bringing mothers to be into their clinics,
welcoming them with open arms and saying, hey, look, I
know you're considering what to do, have this baby or
sadly have an abortion. Let's give you an ultrasound. Let's
let you meet the tiny baby in your womb. Preborn

(19:22):
finds that once they get this process going, and once
they offer their love and support to that mom to
be after she meets the tiny baby growing in her
womb via ultrasound, the choice is life, overwhelmingly, so help
them with this. They've saved three hundred thousand babies. It's
a fantastic organization. Twenty eight dollars will provide for an ultrasound.
One of you listening is made a lot of money

(19:45):
and you're doing great, and you can do twenty eight
hundred dollars right now, which would be one hundred one
hundred of these ultrasounds and possibly save one hundred tiny babies.
I don't think it's a better way. You could spend
twenty eight hundred dollars tax deductible, but if you can
just give twenty eight dollars, guys, that's helping hugely. So
please to donate securely, dial pound two fifty and say
the keyword baby. That's pound two five zero baby, or
