Speaker 2 (00:20):
They're calling it a bombshell report released by the House
Oversight Committee, saying that Biden didn't know about a lot
of the stuff the Autopen was signing, which means it's
not valid. Which means that there are a number of
pardons and other executive actions taken by the former and
now disgraced dementia presidents that do not have the force
(00:42):
of law. They are wrong, they are false, they are
null and void. This is a big deal. Here is
what Speaker of the House is saying about this.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
One Chairman James Comer released a blockbuster report now on
the Biden Autopen presidency. And this report includes forty seven
hours worth of transcripts and testimony revealing that every executive
action signed by the Autopen without written authorization from President
Biden should be voided. This is an unprecedented situation in
(01:18):
American politics and government. The actions of President Biden simply
were not all his own actions, and there are major
implications to that, including all the pardons that he signed.
But don't get me.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Started out, what are we supposed to do? Democrats force
our hand with this stuff. They decided to prop up
a puppet president. They decided that the way this would
play out is the entire country would have to watch
the particular agony of a dementia addled Biden on a
(01:52):
debate stage, a presidential debate stage, where it no longer
became possible or plausible to continue the lie. And for
all the rest of us who saw this all along,
none of these recent attempts to try to smooth things
over have made this any better from these day Democrats
who only came clean when they couldn't lie anymore. Whether
(02:16):
it's in the media, like Jake Tapper or Creine, Jean
Pierre or Kamala Harris, they all were in on this
and it's not over yet. House Republicans are saying that
President Joe Biden's aides concealed his cognitive decline, used an
auto pen to effectively hijack the powers of the presidency
(02:41):
for their own purposes. I mean, you had staffers who
were effectively acting as president in some cases pretty low
level White House staffers you've never even heard of. Think
about the room for shenanigans here. It looks like shenanigans
that occurred too. This isn't just theoretical. Oh so and
so should get a pardon, this thing should get signed
in the president's name. Oh, we have a staffer talking
(03:03):
to another staffer. They've actually mapped this out. You have
a staffer talking to another staffer talking to another staffer,
all of whom are saying, oh, yeah, Biden's okay with this? Okay, fine?
Does anybody even know if Biden's okay with it? Has
any of the individuals who are the ones actually putting
the auto pen to use have they checked with Biden?
(03:25):
They're all in the White House, folks, they're all co locate.
This isn't that hard, right, not that hard to walk
into the boss's office. Why would staffers be talking to
staffers who have talked to staffers about Well, we know
the answer, but you have to ask these answers. I
have to ask these questions out loud. James Comer, the
Chairman of House Oversights, put this out. He says that
(03:48):
there was a very informal process around Biden and the
use of the auto pen, lack documentation. He's got witness
testimony that says that this was being abused and he
wants a DOJ investigation into this, and this could, for example,
void decisions like the pardon for doctor Anthony Faucret. I
(04:09):
gotta tell you, I think she should be prosecuted if
he broke the law, and I think he did. I
think what he did to this country is unconscionable. I
have not forgotten, I have not forgiven. I'm not going
to let it go. He was the single most tyrannical,
dishonest bureaucrat doing the most damage to this country in
the history of certainly my lifetime, but maybe in the
(04:32):
modern history of the United States, all because he wanted
to have glowing profiles and vanity fair and he wanted
the left, the Democrats to hold him up as some
kind of a saint. He's the opposite of a saint.
But that is just one of the decisions, for example,
that could very well be overturned as a result of this.
(04:54):
This is something meaningful in this whole out of all
the different things that have been done. So there's also
this Democrats wanting to move forward from this, but we're
not done with it yet. There's still accountability that needs
to be had There are still discussions, there's still investigation
that should happen around this, and I just think it's
(05:17):
pretty hilarious that we're going to be going into a
midterm cycle here where the Democrats are telling us, Oh,
you should trust us. They lied to the American people
about something really serious. And it's not a misjudgment. It's not, oh,
I think someone cheated an election. Do you really think that?
Speaker 1 (05:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (05:34):
I really think that they knew Biden had dementia. They
knew he had dementia, and they didn't care, and the
people around him knew, and they wanted to suckle at
the power teat as long as they could. They refused
to speak truth to the American people about something that
It's just unforgivable, my friends, it's unforgivable. Nobody who was
(05:55):
involved in this, including Kamala Harris, should have any future
in American politics or any job that wields any power
authority over other human beings. Quite honestly, they should all
be banished from any position of authority and anything that
as any integrity, because they have no integrity. That has
been made very clear. So the auto pen being used
(06:18):
in a way that shows you he was truly Biden
was a puppet president and that's why they wanted him
to stay, and that's why they all propped up the
lie as long as long as they did. And it
is truly awful. This is what they put the country through.
We'll talk here in just a minute about who else
(06:38):
thinks that they should be stepping into the mix, like
Gavin Newsom. We'll get there. But my friend's gold Gold
has had quite a year. A sponsor here is Birch Gold,
and gold is up fifty five percent year to date.
And gold has been a smart alternative to keeping just
dollars in your bank account because, as you know, or
in your retirementccounts to that matter, those dollars are getting they're
(07:00):
printing more than every month. They're driving down the value
of your dollars in the process. Birch Gold wants to
make you this offer. Buy gold from them this month
and you'll get free silver. That's right, for every five
thousand dollars per just from gold Group this month, a
Birch Gold group this month in advance of Veterans Day,
they'll send you a free patriotic silver round. It's really cool.
It's got an American and gads and flag on it.

(07:43):
funny to me. Gavin Newsom is trying to go all's.
One thing he did earlier was he's going all street.
He's like, yeah, man, it was tough, you know, coming
up the ranks.
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Please.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
Gavin Newsom has led a very very privileged life, There's
no question about that. And that's fine, by the way.
I mean, look, I've been very lucky in life too,
you know. I think I've had to work a lot
harder than Gavin Newsom. But I don't begrudge anybody's success.
I actually think that success should be celebrated and we
should try to spread success. Be like a stone thrown
to the pond. And yes there's that initial for plunk,
(08:16):
but also all the little ripples across the pond. You
want success to spread out. You want success by by
the way, inspiring people and showing them it's possible, not
by taking from one to give to the other. Right,
That's not what I'm talking about. But I think that
success should be viewed as a template, and success is
something that society should celebrate anyway. Gavin Newsome, he's upset
(08:37):
that Joe Rogan has not had him on his podcast.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
He wanted to. Look, he hasn't for years and years.
He's been attacking me and it's one way and he
won't have me on it. He's consistently not me on.
By the way, I'm moving on. I have no interest.
You're done with him. Joe Rogan's the Facebook of podcasting.
He was sitting across one of the brightest minds in
podcasting right now. The guy was in the mic, and
there are a lot of people at the mic doing
(08:59):
extraordinary things in podcasts. You know what, But with all
due respect, if he's if he has a big audience,
and he but he doesn't have big and of confidence,
I didn't go there to have me on.
Speaker 3 (09:14):
While you've called him a chicken.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Look, this is this is interesting to me. I would
actually really like to see gavenu someone on Joe Rogan's podcast,
and for no other reason, then you would get to
see Gavin Newsom do what he always does, which is evade,
talking circles, talking points, lie, say things that are just
(09:37):
frankly untrue or absurd. The real thing that Newsom does, remember,
he's thinking he's going to be the leader of the
Democrat Party, he's going to be the Democrat nominee. The
real thing that you see him do a lot. And
we'll talk about how essentially how big California is, how
big the economy is, how many Nobel laureates it has,
how many major tech companies it has, many major tech
(09:58):
companies it has, and this is just said, well, yeah,
California is the largest state, dude, So it's not surprising
that California has more Nobel laureates than Wyoming. But also
it doesn't matter. That's not an indicator of anything that
Gavin Newsom is doing. That's just an indicator of the Communists, unfortunately,
have seized the piggy bank and are spending it into oblivion,
(10:20):
which is I think a particularly pernicious approach. But you
see this with Democrats like Newsom. You see this all
over the place. They take over what was made great
by other people. This is true of communists at the
national level around the world. It's true of democrats in
cities and states in America. California used to be a
Republican state. California gave us Ronald Reagan, and yet now
(10:41):
California has become a Democrat enclave and political monoculture, monoculture,
and it's a shame because it didn't have to be
this way. But yeah, he's trying to get more attention.
He realizes the more national level media he can do,
the more it becomes clear to Democrats that he is
the leading contender. I think he's going to have to
(11:01):
shove He's going to have to shove Kamala Harris aside. Metaphorically,
I think Kamala Harris has no future in this. I
know that her people are out there saying she's still
thinking about it. Well, she's got to keep getting whatever
she can out of the book tour a. Kamala has
to keep pushing her name out there into the headlines
or else. She has no marketplace value whatsoever. I think
(11:22):
that much is quite clear. But she's a horrible candidate.
She has no chance of winning the presidency, and I
think has no chance of winning the Democrat nomination, which
means she shouldn't even run. She'd be better off doing
something that allows her to still have her hand in
the game a bit, but from the sidelines. But you know,
hubris isn't an incredible thing. You see this hubris from
(11:46):
Democrats like Harris all the time. Our sponsor here is
Hillsdale College History nerds. This is where we congregate. There's
not a college at rivals Hillsdale College. When it comes
to studying our constitution, for that matter, our nation's history.
They do the best job of shining the spotlight on
individuals and actions that shaped our country when our founders
did the amazing work that they did to establish the
world's first true republic some two hundred and fifty years ago.
(12:07):
That's why I'm so excited that Hillsdale College is offering
a new free online course called The Federalists. The Federalist
Papers were written primarily by two of America's most important
founding fathers, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison. Together, they explain
how the United States Constitution established a government strong enough
to secure the rights of citizens and safe enough to
wield that power. It's up to us. It's our responsibility,
(12:27):
pay attention and be vigilant. Hillsdale's online course on the
Federalists includes ten lectures, each about thirty minutes long. You
can take the course at your own paces, no cost
to sign up. Go online right now while you're thinking
about this. To Hillsdale dot edu slash buck to enroll

The number of unborn babies at risk of abortion remains
very high in this country every day. But there's something
you can do about this. You the pro life community.
At each preborn clinic, there are efforts every day to
say the lives of tiny babies, and those have helped
(13:12):
save sixty seven thousand babies in the last year alone.
With your support, they think they can get past seventy
thousand babies saved. What an incredible milestone. I've been to
the Preborn Clinic here in Hyalia, Miami to see the
godly work they do day in and day out. And
the way they do this is starting off that mom
with an ultrasound, she lets rather the preborn, lets that
(13:35):
mom meet the baby in her womb, and then the
choice for life becomes so much more apparent, so much easier.
That ultrato costs twenty eight dollars. Would you consider a
donation today to Preborn If you can make a gift
in that amount, that would be fantastic for some of
you who have done incredibly well and truly believe in
the pro life cause. And maybe you're nearing that part
(13:55):
of the year where you're considering a large charitable or
tax deductible donation, consider twenty eight hundred dollars. You can
do it. Twenty eight hundred dollars. That would be a
hundred babies that you would be helping to save to.
Don't securely dial pound two fifty and say the keyword baby.
That's pound two five zero, say baby, or go to
