Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to today's edition of the Clay Travis and Buck
Sexton Show podcast. Happy Columbus Day, everybody, Welcome to the
Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. We have a lot
for you today. I know some of you it's a holiday.
For some of you, like me, you gotta work, but
we'll keep you engaged and entertained irrespective of your Columbus

(00:23):
Day labor status. We'll get into all that and more.
Of course, main man on radio, Clay Travis out today,
but he'll be back with us tomorrow. So he has
entrusted me with the keys to the eib Maserati or
ferrari or I take your pick for the day. I
promised him I would bring it back in working condition.

(00:44):
It will not be wrecked, and we'll be riding in
it tomorrow together. Some things to think about. We have
first the Columbus Day versus Indigenous People's Day situation. We'll
discuss it. The Biden administration has put out a proclamation
of sorts, the first administration to do it on Indigenous

(01:04):
People's Day, so they're going even more woke than the
Obama administration did on this one. We'll discuss that. We'll
also talk about Gavin Newsom speaking of wokeness, signing some
laws in California that mandate things like gender neutral areas
for toys and stores. I don't think you can have
blue or pink toothbrushes anymore, only gray. I don't know

(01:28):
whatever the gender neutral color is. And you have, in addition,
shoplifting in major cities so out of control. People are
starting to really notice the whole This goes beyond even
defund the police. This is even a prosecutor and legislative
issue in various states. True here in New York City
as well. We'll certainly discuss that. And we have fout.

(01:52):
She's saying, maybe you can actually do some things on
Halloween this year. Maybe wow it on Halloween, the kids
with their candy corns. You know, trust me, if you
listen to Fauci, your kids are not allowed to have
candy on Halloween. They should be eating They should be
eating leafy greens, only nothing with a lot of sugar.

(02:16):
Sugar's bad for you. You don't want sugar. So you
know that's something we'll get to in a moment. Faucci
seemed to backtrack a little bit, but I know a
lot of you right now at top of your minds,
dopple minds all of the country is it feels like,
for the first time we have had a major, concerted

(02:36):
push back against vaccine mandates, a major, a major crossing
of the rubicon in a sense here, because you've got
people that are finally standing up and saying they're not
going to show up for work, and enough of them
are doing it that it's causing a major corporation, which,
of course, now we all realize these big companies are

(02:58):
acting as arms of the federal government and federal policy,
and the fans have a lot of leverage over them,
have a lot of ability to dictate what they can
and can't do. So what's going on here? Southwest Airlines
over the weekend had thousands of flights I think it
was over two thousand flights canceled. A few hundred more
canceled today. And initially we were being told, because you

(03:22):
know the narrative, we were told that this was the
result of weather, and then that people when and they
looked and they looked online they saw Hold on a second,
there's not really any severe weather to speak of in
the country. It's actually really nice out there. So what
do you talk about, and then they changed it to, oh,
it's actually the weather and staffing shortages, but don't worry,

(03:47):
don't worry, it's not staffing shortage is caused by opposition
to the vaccine mandate that the Southwest Airlines, that all
these airlines have put into effect and are firing people.
So this was a time when you started to see
a couple of things. One, they've gone too far, and
now enough Americans are realizing it. So the lockdowners, the

(04:11):
Fauciites are beginning to be a little concerned about their
next steps for the first time. I mean, the next
steps are pretty clear, I think depending on what the
virus does. We keep thinking we control the virus. We
really don't. We try to do some things here and there.
Most of what we do is utterly meaningless. Oh no,
put more rubbing alcohol on your hands. Where I go,

(04:34):
they're always handing me hand sanitizer. Haven't we figured this out?
It doesn't do anything. But this is just this is
like an emotional support system for people. This is a
little safety blankie. Courtesy of doctor Fauci. Rub your hands
with the rubbing alcohol. It'll maybe mitigate some No, it
doesn't do anything. It's an aerosolized virus. But people are

(04:56):
seeing this finally and recognizing, oh wait second, if we
do push back, not one person, right, one person refusing
to wear their mask on a plane is someone whose
day is ruined, whose trip is over, and who's going
to be banned for the airline from the airline forever.
Hundreds or thousands of pilots, airline attendants. Those are people who,

(05:19):
if they act together, they can bring an airline to
its knees. And that seems to be what's going on
right now. Will it persist, Will they stay with it?
I don't know, but at least it's the beginning of it.
I often say to people, and this goes to my
feelings about how it is to be, say, a conservative
on a college campus. Because I've spoken, and I spoke

(05:41):
speak two college as conservatives regular leagues. They reach out,
They listen to this show, they listen to my podcast.
By the way, you can subscribe to the Bucks Exton podcast.
In the morning. I put out a podcast every day.
It's only about thirty minutes long, so please check it
out when you get a chance. Subscribe to it. Just
the Buck Sexton Show. It's kind of a quick rundown
and then we come on. I use it really as
a as a as a warm up in preparation and

(06:03):
getting in gear here for the three hours we do
on radio. But I speak to college kids and they'll say,
you know, shouldn't I write a conservative essay in my
political science class? And I always tell them I would
advise against it. I would advise that you do what
you have to do. You don't have the power to
fight back effectively. This is a question of tactics, right,

(06:24):
This is a question of what works. And I will
tell people to put it in very, very easy terms.
The difference between you know, charging the machine gun nest
and it's an act of heroism and bravery and charging
the machine gun nest and it's unwise is do you
have a plan to take it? Is it conceivable? Is

(06:45):
it worth taking the risk? Or are you just going
to get mowed down? So to speak. If you're the
one person on an airplane who refuses to put your
mask on, you're getting mowed down. They're going to bring
the security on. I've seen them do it. I saw
them do it when I was writing on riding on
Spirit Airlines, which we've talked about a fair amount as well.
They'll pull you off and they'll ban you from ever

(07:06):
flying that airline again. They'll take really serious sanction against you. Right,
But if it's the pilots, that's a little different. If
it's the airline attendants, starts to feel quite different. And
they know this. The Fauciites are aware of it at
some level. They have an understanding of what's really at
stakecare of what's really going on, and so the initial

(07:27):
reaction was to lie, lie about why this was happening.
Think about that for a moment. All the first corporate
statements out of Southwest and the news media too, Oh, yeah,
it's bad weather. And then it was staffing shortages, but
sudden staffing shortages that have nothing to do with the
vaccine mandates. Really, they're short of the vaccine mandates aren't

(07:49):
causing the shortages. But something else is what is it? Oh,
it's the weather, but it's not the weather, right, They
were running in circles. It didn't make sense. And what
you see is that lying to the American people about
the cause of a major workers strike that has crippled
an airline, it seems very Soviet, doesn't it. It felt
like a little tour of what it must have been

(08:11):
like to be in the Soviet Union in the nineteen seventies.
You know, all of a sudden, Oh, there's not the
government lying to you about why something is happening and
why you can't get home. Your flights aren't actually going
to be going at all, never mind being on time.
That's how invested they are in protecting this narrative. If
that's how insistent they are that we can't know once

(08:35):
the people find out that they can do what the
left does unfortunately so effectively, which is direct action and
concerted action, the use of power. The left understands how
to get in a position of and wield power. All right,
this is what they do in corporate America, this is
what they do in the academy universities, what they've done

(08:57):
in Hollywood and the news media for decades. It's not
that they build at all. It's not that they're the one.
It's certainly not because they're so good at it, whatever
it is, whatever profession or area we're talking about. It's
because they go in and like a virus, they replicate
themselves and take over. They go in and they block
out everybody else. So They don't allow for the competition

(09:18):
of ideas, They don't allow for people to have a
different way. They go in and they go scorched earth.
Now on our side, you're seeing people that are finally saying,
if we don't draw a line here on the vaccine
mandate for airline airline employees, it is obvious the next
step is going to be vaccination mandates, assuming the case

(09:43):
load stays high in the winter, which I think is likely,
but I can't tell you that for sure. Unlike Fauci,
I don't pretend to know everything, and I'm actually right
a lot more than Fauci is. But that's a whole
other conversation. Isn't that amazing. I'm not the only one,
but people without MD somehow are more right about the
science than Fauci is. We see this, and we understand

(10:03):
finally that if people push back effectively, if they work together,
they can actually create a different a different strategic imperative here.
They can create a different calculation of the risks for
the other side. Wait, we're going to keep pushing this.

(10:24):
They've gotten away to this point without ever having to
step back and say, Okay, we're suffering too much as
a consequence of the mandate. That has not happened anywhere.
In fact, what you see is in New York City,
in Los Angeles and places where they've really cracked down
and instituted mandates. The takeaway from the people, the takeaway

(10:46):
from the tyrants is, oh, wow, look at that. If
you threaten people, if you make it so they won't
be able to pay their mortgage, and you threaten to
take their career away from them. Memor in Oregon, they're
not just firing nurses, firing them and then trying to
take away they're nursing the licenses so they can't get
a job elsewhere. Yeah, it turns out when you use

(11:08):
force you can often get your way. But there's another
part of that. There's a corollary. There's an addendum. When
you use force to make millions of people do things
they don't want to do, they become angry. And when
you use force based upon the premise of the science,
and it turns out you're ignoring the science, particularly on

(11:29):
something like natural immunity, which we've seen they ignore it.
They just pretend like it doesn't matter because it gets
in the way of their preferred policy. They act like
it's fact, but it's really opinion, and it's opinion rooted
in politics. That's the basis for these mandates. And now
people are saying enough. Now they're deciding, not only will

(11:50):
they as an individual, you getting fired and ninety nine
percent of your office staying put. That doesn't have the
impact that one would see. Right, that's you don't have it.
You don't have a plan in that instance. Now, I'm
not saying there's no need to stand on principles. Some
people it's important to them as an individual to stand
on principle. But if you're looking for change, if you're

(12:12):
looking to fight back, you need in a sense, an
ideological army. You need people who will go along with
you in this. And for the first time, it seems
we really have that. You know, I was hoping we
would get to mask non compliance over masks many months ago,
and we still haven't really gotten there. I certainly haven't

(12:33):
got there in blue states. Those you in red states,
I know you've been there. You've been there for many,
many months. Some you've been there for eighteen months. But
in the blue states and even purple states, there's still
all these mask mandates that are in place all these
mitigation measures that are expected. The stupidity of the social
distancing reminder signs everywhere. It's like we've turned into some

(12:53):
version of North Korea, but instead of a member of
the Kim dynasty, it's little Fauci everywhere showing up telling
you where to go, what you can do, what you
can eat, who you can see. Maybe now, maybe it's
too much for enough of us that they know they

(13:15):
won't get away with it that much longer. I'm hopeful
it's where not it's not clear. I'm hopeful it's making
a Fauci will come back and talk about what the
little lab coat tyrant has in mind for us. Because
he is the absolute worst, the worst buck. Why are
you so mean to me? Because, Fauci, you're the worst
person in America right now. Old home movies are meant

(13:36):
to be shared. He's contained some of your family's most
precious moment. They're far too valuable to be stored away
forever in a closet abasement. Theatic you need to digitize them.
You've probably thought about it before, but it's too cumbersome, cumbersome,
too big of a project to take it on by yourself.
That's why there's Legacy Box, the company in Tennessee that
does this every day and has already done it for

(13:58):
over one point two million families. People love this service.
I've used it myself. I took old photos, the only
copies I have, these old hard copy photos, sent them
into Legacy Box. They digitize the whole thing for me,
and they sent me back the photos and they just
do it all with such care. They present them to
you so well, you're going to love it. Being able

(14:18):
to preserve those memories is exactly what Legacy Box was
created to do. Let them preserve your past and bring
new life to those family memories that are trapped on
old media that you won't be able to use and
that's not gonna last that much longer. So Legacy Box
is offering you forty percent off at legacy box dot
com slash buck. They just send you a box. It
couldn't be any easier. You put it in with you.

(14:39):
You fill it with old VCR tapes, movie reels, photos
like I did. You send it in. It takes a
couple of weeks and they'll send you back a thumb drive.
That's what I love. But you can also have it
stored on the cloud. You just click on a website,
you download it to your phone. All those old videos,
photos that you've got, now you've got them forever. Visit
legacy box dot com slid buck to take advantage of

Clay Travis Buck Sexton Show Buck Roland solo today, so
you'll just be hearing my voice today. Clay is taking
a day off and he'll be back with us tomorrow.
Miss our man. Want to hear all about his sports
over the weekend. I think he hung out with my
buddy Jesse Kelly actually at a football game, so we'll
hear more about that tomorrow. And I actually went to

(15:47):
a concert over the weekend that was quite good. I know.
I went out. I did a thing, a social thing
with friends to a concert in the outdoors. We went
and saw a band called Need to Breathe. They were
quite good. They're from South Carolina. It was very upbeat.
Everyone the concert was very nice. They're they're good. Kind
of a modern rock bluegrass band, I think is how

(16:09):
you describe it. They were quite good. Saw them here
in New York City on Saturday, so I really really
enjoyed that. And I also want to tell you I'll
be on the Greg Gutfeld Show tonight on Fox News.
I believe it's at eleven PM. Yes, I'll be on
the Greg Gutfeld Show. So check that out on Fox News.
And please do subscribe the Buck Sexton Show podcast, which

(16:30):
comes out in the morning. Even got a YouTube channel
of it now at YouTube dot com slash buck Sex
and you can subscribe to that. Now, let's get too
more of Foucci Mania, although I guess that sounds like Beatlemania,
and then people are thinking that Fauci's good and they
should have weird crocheted pillows of him in the background,

(16:51):
the bizarre Foucci obsession. Don't ever forget the people that
want to lecture you about vaccine mandates now are the
crossover with them? And the people who thought that Governor
Andrew Cuomo was the great hero of the pandemic and
who are self describing as hashtag Cuomo sexuals are these

(17:12):
are the same individual The people that we're telling you
that Governor Cuomo did a great job and Newsome did
a great job are the ones who still listened to
Fauci to this day. Well, Faucci's had to walk some
stuff back a little bit. I'm happy to see that
there are not endless, endless amounts of stupidity that we

(17:33):
can be subjected to before at least some Americans say
enough is enough. So remember what he said that you
might not be able to see your family over Christmas
because of the virus. Remember we talked about that and
everyone got mad, including me. What did he say about Halloween,
which is coming up here soon. We'll talk about it
in just a few moments. You know, with all you've

(17:56):
got going on, how are you going to be able
to focus on what's really happy on Wall Street? If
you're an occasional trader, you need an information weapon. I
use Carnivore Trading, which is an information source that's in
touch with me via text message throughout each trading day.
Carnival Trading is a company that has revolutionized how everyday
stock market followers like us can make money in the market.

Travis and Buck Sexton, Cheryl, this is Buck. I'm solo today,

(19:00):
plays off for today. Don't worry. He'll be back tomorrow.
And plus he had a ton of fun over the
weekend playing not playing football. Who whoa you play suit enough?
He was at a Texas a and m I believe
Jesse Kelly. He'll be telling us all about that tomorrow.
So we'll be hearing from him on all that. And
I've got a lot to talk to you about today.
Even though it's it's it's kind of a holiday, it's

(19:21):
Columbus Day, or as the White House is now making clear,
Columbus Day slash Indigenous People's Day. And I have to wonder,
first of all, why can't it just be one? Why
don't they have another day that's Indigenous People's Day? Right?
Why would they do it on the same day? Because

(19:41):
you're celebrating Columbus the connection, the incredible feat of crossing
the Atlantic and connecting the world of Europe and Asia
and North Africa with North and South America effectively, right,
a pretty big deal and also the beginning a new
era of global exploration and all the rest. So why

(20:03):
why not have it on another day? Why combine it? Well,
because they don't want to have dual celebration, They really
want to replace one with the other, because they're trying
to transition away from any actual celebration of Columbus Day.
That's what the left, that's what the Democrats who are
now dominated by the left. The left used to be
their fringe, now it is their vanguard. That's what they want.

(20:26):
They want it to become effectively just Indigenous People's Day.
And I keep asking the question, Okay, what are we
celebrating exactly? Is it a commemoration, Because depending on what
you see and some statements about this, it's their discussion
of they'll discuss the genocide against dat of American people.

(20:47):
So that's obviously an issue of memorializing, not celebration rights.
That's what they're saying. But then they law say, oh,
but also all the great cultural achievements today, And I say, well,
is it about cultural achievements today or is it about
five hundred years ago? What are we really doing here?
What they don't have answers, folks. They just know Columbus
was a white male European guy who did some things

(21:12):
that in his period of time were quite commonplace, but
of course we know morally were deeply objectionable. And because
we no longer are able to separate out one person,
you can no longer say, wow, what a great painting.
It has to be. Well, was the artist woken off
two hundred years Where did that artist one hundred and
fifty years ago stand on trans rights? I don't think

(21:34):
we can say it's a good painting anymore. That's where
the left ultimately takes you. This is also why they
say they want fewer white male authors celebrated in the
academic cannon. You know, No more Shakespeare. Let's find playwrights
of you know, the female playwrights of the Caribbean circa

(21:56):
eighteen something or other, right, I mean, this is why
you have academia always jump through all these different hoops
to try to find greater equity in the reading list.
But I digress. We'll come back to the Indigenous People's
Day Columbus Day situation later on, because I think there's
a lot here. I mean, I just do we what
do we do about the whole indigenous peoples who are

(22:19):
actually engaged in plunder, slavery, mass murder, mass rape, you know,
like the Aztec Empire and the Mayan Empire. I'm just
what do we do we pretend like they didn't do
that stuff? How does that work? The human sacrifice, the
large scale human sacrifice the Aztecs were still engaged in
when the Spanish conquisadors arrived, pulling people's hearts out, you know,

(22:42):
pretty awful stuff. But no, let's just talk about how
yay Indigenous people's day. I do we talk about all
of it? Are only parts of it? Because clearly they
want us talk about all of Columbus. There's some aspects
of this that I feel like they don't really want
to get to that. Are they familiar with the Comanche,
for example, that indigenous tribe and what they did to
other tribes in this country? Because if you have the

(23:06):
new woke grammar school grade school level teaching on this
is the white European plunderer and evildoer Columbus shows up,
and there was just it was just this incredible, peaceful
land where everybody was in harmony with each other and
with the earth, and it was just all magical and great.

(23:27):
I mean, that's of course a total fantasy and absurd,
but I don't know. I'm waiting, Okay, well, let's let's
talk about let's celebrate the you know, the literature of
the what what cultural achievements are we looking at the
literature of indigenous peoples. I'm I'm awaiting that list. I'd
like to see what it is and what they want

(23:47):
us to read and teach in schools. I'm curious. I'm curious,
all right. Faucci. Faucci is finally seeing the limits of
his is tyranny. He's gotten away with so much to
this point. The fact that this guy, the fact that
he has been able to be as wrong as he is.

(24:08):
I know democrats, I know lives out there who will
say that it was a noble lie when he said
that masks don't do anything because we were going to
run out of masks. We never ran out of masks.
We were never going to run out of masks. That
was just the excuse for Faucci. Knowing that masking became
first the psychological security blanket for the over anxious, and

(24:30):
then the political signaling tool, and then the tool of
subjugation for the rest of us. Wear that mask and
do everything else we tell you too, Fauci had to
go along with all that. The Pope of Faucism, if
you will, himself in twenty twenty no less, basically mocked
the idea of masks publicly creates a problem for them.

(24:53):
This is like when there's a founding of a religion
and it turns out, oh wait, this person didn't actually
do any of these things, or someone else said this
a They'll just change it. That's what they've done with
Fauci because he is effectively an iconic religious figure for
the left, for the Democrats. Remember, they will never be
angry at him because in their minds, he helped deliver

(25:13):
this country from Trump. Oh no, not Trump. That's all
that he had to do. They'll always forgive him. In fact,
they'll always celebrate him, even in years to come when
we see that the abandonment of decades of pandemic playbook
and the preparations made, and what was common knowledge within
the medical community about things like natural immunity, about the

(25:36):
worthlessness of cloth masks as an infection reduction tool for
aerosolized virus. When we look back at all that, there
will still be about forty percent of the country that says, yeah,
but whatever Fauci had to do, it was worth it
because he saved us from Trump. You see, this is

(25:57):
how Trump derangement syndrome is its own pandemic. Here is Faucci,
though finally seeing the limits of his powers and the
need for his political masters to not have to deal
with the blowback from things that he says, because he
had claimed as you know that we you know, we

(26:17):
can't really tell if this Christmas time, you know, is
it safe for you to see loved ones. Maybe it's
your last Christmas. Ever, too bad, we got we got
a virus out there, and if you go near family,
you're basically a mass murderer, even if you've vaccinated. So sorry,

(26:38):
and then he had to back off of that. People realize,
hold on a second, there's a problem here. This guy's
out of his mind. This guy's completely unreasonable. That's really
the essence of faucism is dictatorial unreasonableness. And so now
he's even saying, go out, go for Halloween, enjoy your

(27:00):
pieces or your candy corns or whatever. I'm sure the
CDC is going to put out a statement any minute
now about how dangerous sugar is. But here he is.
Halloween is just around the corner. A lot of parents
are wondering how to trick or treat. Do they hand
out candy? Do they walk around with their children? What's

(27:21):
your guidance? I think that particularly if you're vaccinated, but
you can get out there your outdoors. For the most part,
at least when my children were out there doing trick
or treating and enjoy it. I mean, this is a
time that children love. It's a very important part of
the year for children. I know my children enjoyed it.
So I mean, particularly if you're vaccinated. If you're not vaccinated, again,

(27:43):
think about it, that you'll add an extra degree of
protection to yourself and your children, and your family and
your community. So it's a good time to reflect on
why it's important to get vaccinated. Whoa, whoa whole lot
of second? What's this? Notice how he's he's admitting that
there are other things in life to think about than
just the slim possibility of getting this virus and getting

(28:05):
deeply sick from it and giving it to somebody else
who then gets deeply sick from it. There are other
considerations in life. Hold on a second, where did this Fauci?
Where's this guy been for eighteen months? Oh? Because he
finally stepped in and with his I don't think you
can see he loved ones over Christmas. I don't know,
it's too early to tell. Finally, people saw what Fouci,

(28:29):
the little fascist actually had in mind for their future,
and the Democrats were like, whoa, whoa. Hold on a second, fouch,
you are a tool of our power. You're not supposed
to make it harder for us to control people. You're
supposed to make it easier, so they had to dial
them back just a little bit, just a little bit.
Will it last? Unlikely, but it's certainly worth considering. What

(28:52):
do you think about the fouch changing gears here a
little bit? And also Indigenous People's Day Columbus Day? Why
would I even think that they should be the same day?
Doesn't that make no sense at all? What do you think?
Eight hundred two two eight a two getting that phone
numbers eight hundred two eight two two eight eight two.
And if you haven't, please follow me on Facebook go
to facebook dot com slash buck Sexton. We will be

(29:14):
back with more on Fauci, the enormous wave of theft,
of people stealing, shoplifting across the country, and how this
ties directly into democrat ideology. I'll talk about that in
the next hour. There's a reason the stuff is happening.
You got a good idea. How many hundreds of thousands
of Americans have switched their cell phone service to pure

(29:36):
talk this year. I mean, we don't go a day
without talking about it. The monthly savings are playing to
see in black and white, it's as much as fifty
or sixty dollars a month when you switch to pure
Talk for your cellular service. It's a great savings. So
if you haven't investigated this one for yourself, it's time
to say goodbody or overpriced Verizon AT and T or

(29:57):
T Mobile plan and switch to pure Talk. Pure Talk
is on the exact same five G network, using the
exact same towers as one of those big carriers, but
for a heck of a lot. Less switching is so easy.
You can keep your number and your phone. You can
use this opportunity to keep your number and get a
new iPhone or Android if you want as well. Clay
and I are both customers of pure Talk. You should

(30:18):
be too listen this offer right now. Unlimited talk text
and six gigs of data on pure talks five G
network is just thirty dollars a month. Pure Talk has
a thirty day risk free guarantee, so you literally have
nothing to lose from your cell phone. Dial pound two
fifty and say pure Talk. You'll say fifty percent off
your first month. That's pound two five zero say pure Talk. Great.

(30:49):
Having you here with me on Columbus Day on the
Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. This is Buck. I
am rolling solo today, my man Clay is taken a
day off to send to some other things, hopefully have
some time with family, and he'll be back with us,
of course tomorrow. In the meantime, I got a lot
of news to get to with you, Gavin Newsom's wow

(31:10):
wokeness laws. In the next hour we'll talk about some
of these, everything from you can't use a leaf blower anymore.
I will say leaf blowers are pretty annoying if you
wake up some of yeah, yeah, see you guys like
some of you like your leaf blower, and I get it.
But when you're maybe a little tired, you want to
sleep in. You think you're in the burbs, or you're

(31:32):
even out in a rural area and you should be
able to have that. You just want the birds chirping,
and instead you get the leaf blowers something. But anyway,
he's getting rid of leaf blowers that run on gas
because of climate change. Also, gender neutral toy areas mandatory
in stores. Now, another store I want to talk to
you about is how all these stores are being just

(31:54):
constantly robbed. Shoplifting has turned into an unpunished plague in
this country, and it is not just a thing that's
going on. It's you know, randomly, it's because of democrat
ideas about criminal justice, democratic ideas about equity and fairness
and who should be punished and under what circumstances. Those

(32:17):
shelves are getting pretty empty in some places, and the
shelves might be getting a whole lot emptier soon too,
because of what they call the supply chain snarl that's
going on right. Supply chains are backed up. You can
see this. The corporate media doesn't want to spend much
time on it, of course, but you have ships full
of shipping containers, which is how all the stuff that

(32:38):
comes here from China and all these other countries around
the world is pretty much brought here by ship. Way
too expensive to fly it in, so they bring it
by ship, and they have weeks and weeks of weight time,
which is going to mean there are a whole lot
of products going into the holiday season that are in
short supply. We're going to see orgy is isn't an

(33:00):
amazing this Biden administration. We're gonna have high gas prices,
shortages of products on the shelves, rising inflation, you know,
trying to tax us even more more. Regulation, America humiliated
on the world stage in Afghanistan. Does kind of feel
like another presidency that came right before Ronald Reagan, doesn't it.

(33:21):
I feel like Trump is thinking more and more about
how the real, the macro narrative here is he comes
back to save us from Biden in the next election.
But we'll get to that in a little bit or
another day probably, all right, said, I'd take some calls.
I want to hear from all of you. We got
Barry in Lovely Orlando, Florida. What's up, Barry, Hey bug,

(33:42):
Nice to talk to you. You too. I have a
different take on doctor Fauti's take on the Halloween. I
see it as you want to celebrate it Christmas holiday.
Oh no, you can't do that, Halloween non Christian. Yeah,
go ahead, have a good time. Mmm. I don't even
know if Faucci knows the difference between the two in

(34:04):
that respect. I mean, Barry, I appreciate the analysis, but
I think that it's a timeline thing and a politics thing.
For Fauci, he realized that because remember Christmas, people also
celebrating Hanukah, and just that time of year is a
holiday period where a lot of people get together with
their families, regardless of their religious beliefs, and Fauci went, look,

(34:25):
he just went too far with his I don't know.
Maybe maybe you can FaceTime your grandma for her last Chris.
I'm not saying it's her last Christmas, but it could be.
Maybe you could FaceTime her for a few minutes. Because
the droplets from the virus are unlikely to transmit via

(34:46):
the internet, but I am not sure. I am not
certain what the tests, what the data would say on
the virus, like in the matrix, you know how it
goes all fast over the wires, stuff like that. Cindy
in Birmingham, Alabama. I was just down in Birmingham, Cindy.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you, but

(35:08):
thanks for calling in. I don't have a question that
I haven't heard anybody addressed about January sixth. We know
only one person truly died, and that was Ashley Babbott.
But we had three police officers that were White House
police officers that committed suicide. I Capitol Hill Police. Yeah, yes,

(35:29):
Why did they commit suicide? Did they really commit suicide?
And has anybody investigating what did they know that caused
them to commit suicide? Sindy, thank you for calling in.
Here's what I know so far about the question you're raising.
First of all, they did and have for a long time.
The media has pretended that there were five people killed
on January sixth, when there was one person killed on

(35:52):
January sixth through violence, and that was Ashley Babbott and
unarmed female protester. There were one or two other people
who died of heart attacks which had nothing to do.
They weren't even assaulted necessarily, they just were, you know,
they had a heart attack. And then there were the
police officers. I have not seen anyone do an investigation
really into whether or how those officers suicides could in

(36:15):
any way be attributed to the January sixth trauma. But
obviously the media jumps to that conclusion right away because
they want to pretend that it was a murderous uprising
when it was not. That's how we get to that narrative.
Let's come let's come back here and talk about Newsom's
woke laws in California and how it affects all of
our EIB California listeners, and we'll come back and also

(36:39):
discuss the shoplifting plague across America. It's in your hometown
It's probably in the stores near you too. You're listening
to Clay Travis, said Buck Sexton fund the EIB Network
