Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome in everybody.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Wednesday edition of The Clay en Buck Show goes right now.
And I cannot believe that we only have Thursday, Friday,
and then Monday before election Day. I mean, I know
we got more days, but in terms of calendar or
work days, you know, it's here, only a few more
shows before the big day. Let's give you a sense
where we're gone. A lot of ground to cover today.

(00:23):
Our friend Carol Markowitz, author and host on the Clay
n Buck podcast Network.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
She'll be with us.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
She had a breaking news story yesterday, had some really
interesting information about some ballots that were lit on fire.
I don't know if you saw this in We mentioned
it in Washington State and in Oregon. We'll talk to
her about that and also the Jewish vote in this election,
which she is watching as a member of the American
Jewish community.

Speaker 1 (00:50):
She is watching that very closely.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
And we've also got Eric Hovedy, Wisconsin Senate candidate and
Magnum p I look alike. He will be with us
us on the program. You know, I mean, we know
what he could do for Halloween. Clay for sure, he
puts on some some pretty short shorts, some flip flops,
and maybe carries like a old school stainless steel nine
millimeter talks to a guy named Higgins.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
He could be magnum p I, no problem. I saw
him doing an interview buck on Fox News. I think
it was a couple of days ago, and he didn't
even go jacket. He just went down. It was like
he was emphasizing magnum p I look even more. I
wanted him to pull up and like and what what
did magnum p I drive out? And Uh, it was

(01:35):
in the corvette or whatever.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
I thought it was a Ferrari. I thought it was
a Ferrari.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Well, I knew it was a red car.

Speaker 1 (01:41):
I didn't know.

Speaker 3 (01:41):
If that's kind of hard to explain how private investigator
had a Ferrari borrowing at Clay. He was borrowing it
from Higgins and very rich people. Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Yeah, So anyway, our buddy Hovedy is in an absolute
It's going to be a photo finish in Wisconsin, and
Wisconsin's a critical state and we need we have WISN listeners.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
There are so many, there.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
Are thousands, tens of thousands of you that check in
with us on this program and listen on that fantastic
station during the week, and we need you to just
make sure your early votes are in and that you
get ten friends to go vote. Get ten friends to
go vote. You've got ten friends, You've got the ability.
Everything has to be left out on the field for
this one. So hove deal be with us just to

(02:26):
make his closing case and so we can make some
Halloween magnum p I jokes. It'll be fun, but we
really want to see that's a sentate race. You know,
we would be having, for example, she he on at
this stage, but I think she's gonna win. I mean,
he's way out ahead. Congrats early to him. You know
he's got that race in the bag. We might be
able to get Dave McCormick back on Clay. I know
you're gonna be hanging out with him soon. We've got

(02:49):
plenty of opportunities here between now an election day to
bring you the closing arguments and really reminders in some
of these tight Senate battles, because it's gonna be very close,
and even some very close house races that we want
to focus in on because it's so important. I know
we talk a lot about Trump, the presidency, and the
future of MAGA, but it is so important that we

(03:11):
have that across the board victory and the ability to
really implement the agenda. Okay, Clay, the two big things
today as we get to get going here, which is amazing.
I watched the love that I have for this audience,
for I have to do this job. I watched all

(03:32):
of Kamala Harris's speech at the Ellipse. I would have
used earplugs, but that would sort of defeat the purpose.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
But it was brutal. Okay, that is the love that
I have for all of you.

Speaker 2 (03:42):
I sit there and go through every word of Kamala's speech,
so you don't have to, but I'll tell you the
highlights of it. We'll dive into that in a second.
The short version is she said, you know, he has
an enemy's list, he's going to use the military against people.
But then also, oh, I want to bring I want
to be the president for everyone, to bring everybody together.
I'm running on this last minute unity message, which to

(04:06):
me is just just nonsense. The problem, Clay, is, at
the same day that Kamala's blitzkrieg of fake unity is underway,
Joe Biden, Hey, he's the president.

Speaker 1 (04:17):
You guys, remember that old dementia. Joe still the president.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Joe Biden is out there and this is what he
had to say about people that are voting or thinking
about voting for Trump.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Play clip garbage.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
I see voting out there is just supporters.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
The only garbage. Now, now to put this into context, well, actually, Clay,
you take it away. Put it into context.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Well, I first of all, where did he say this?
I thought this is important buck He was doing a
Zoom interview with Vote Latino. Now, I am not a
expert on all different interview media outlets, but why he

(05:00):
is the president of the United States doing an interview
on Zoom with Vote Latino when Kamala Harris is having
a huge rally across the street within eye distance of
the White House, where Joe Biden is in the basement
doing a Vote Latino interview. I think this is a

(05:23):
huge part of this story. Kamala Harris would not allow
Joe Biden to campaign with her because she doesn't want
there to be a direct connection in voters' minds. At
the closing argument that she is what she has said,
an extension of the Biden Harris regime, that she wouldn't

(05:46):
do a single thing different than him that she is
basically running on we did a great job, and we
deserve to have four more years and moreover, as VP,
I've done a great job, and I deserve for you
to give me a pro motion to a much bigger job.
That is her argument. She doesn't want you to make
those connections, so she's trying to avoid having Biden with her.

(06:08):
But Buck, this is two things. One and I think
it's clear evidence even more so that Biden basically can't
communicate anymore and he has major cognitive decline, which they
have tried to hide from all of us for years.
That's point one you, I think is key. Point two
is I think there's an element of Biden. I continue

(06:30):
to believe this that is angry at Kamala Harris. The
fact that he's doing this interview while she's doing the
rally again is super weird. He's stepping on her in
some way. No matter what. There is so much subterfuge
and drama here going on.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
I mean, is he is he clever enough to do something?

Speaker 3 (06:50):
I don't think intentional, But I do think the fact
that they had this interview scheduled, Buck, if you were
doing just think about this, you.

Speaker 1 (06:59):
And hold on different view of this.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
He is the president, like this is the funny thing
is that he's supposed to be the standard bearer of
the party. The incumbent president of the Democrat Party and
of these United States right now is basically mia for
an election cycle.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Think about that. It is crazy town.

Speaker 3 (07:18):
Which is why I think they've sidelined him to such
an extent. Buck you know how this works. The President
of the United States gets a million interview requests. Every
outlet on the planet would like to interview the President
of the United States, even a diminished one like Joe Biden.
His staff chose Vote Latino, and they chose to schedule

(07:40):
it via zoom like Vote Latino doesn't even have an
actual camera, like they can't show up at the White
House and record it. That suggested to me that it
was scheduled shortly, like not like months ago, and they
are doing a zoom interview while Kamala Harris is doing
her closing rally. That to me is what's going on

(08:01):
here with the drama. There's also the report from Axios
that Biden wanted to campaign with her and they won't
let it happen, and so he's just trying to interject himself.
The reason, the whole point of that vote Latino interview
is they've tried to make the they've tried to make
the entire story of the Madison Square Garden rally what
this roast comedian said in a joke about about Puerto Rico. Right,

(08:24):
this is this has been a major story. A comedian
who was doing his thing hours before Trump was even
in the building.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Right, Trump isn't sitting like Trump isn't sitting in Madison
Square Garden for four hours or whatever it is while
they're getting ready. This is like the warm up comedian,
and they try to make it sound like Trump is
responsible for the joke made by a warm up comedian
that he hasn't seen, that he knows nothing about. It's
just like supposed to entertain the assembled crowd before everyone arrives.

(08:55):
And you know, you can decide whether or not you
think it's uh, you know, malpractice to not vet jokes beforehand.
That's I don't know. I think some people say yes,
some people say no. My point is merely they're trying
to tie Trump to that, and that's what Biden was doing.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Biden.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
The whole point of Biden's thing was I'm speaking to
vote Latino here Trump what he shared about Puerto Rico
not a joke.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Not a joke. Well, actually it was a joke.

Speaker 2 (09:18):
And he steps on everything by then trashing Trump supporters,
which undermines Kamala's main message at the ellipse, which we'll
get to, which is I want to be your friend too, everyone,
which is just not resoning at all. But Clay, you know,
now they're saying, he didn't really say that, so they're
trying to do this cleanup thing. First all, we're pouncing, right,

(09:38):
Republicans are pouncing. They can make the whole story of
a rally one joke from a comedian hours before. But
the sitting president says everyone who votes for Trump is trash,
and we're pouncing, he says, and we can pull the transit.
And he says, you know, it's very biden esque. You know,
the only trash I see is Trump's supporters. And then
he kind of mumbles something and goes into and they're

(09:59):
you know, nasty things that they're saying about about Latinos
or something. You know, they're trying to say Buck that
he didn't say Trump's supporters. He said Trump's supporter apostrophe
s like they went back and changed the transcript, even
though we played the video for you and you can
hear it for yourself. And this is oh, first of all,

(10:22):
this is what they actually believe. So he said the.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
Quiet part out loud, although I don't even know that
it's very quiet, because they tried to say Trump is
a Nazi and everybody that went to the rally was
a fascist Nazi supporter, So they're really tiptoeing up to
everybody as garbage. But this is Hillary's basket of deplorable's moment. Kamala,
to her credit, but tried to avoid in the Brett

(10:49):
Baer interview saying anything negative about Trump supporters. In fact,
she said, oh, I would never say anything, you know,
negative about them.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
Basically, well, this is we have just for fun throwbacks.
Hillary Clinton twenty sixteen, Trump supporters a basket of deplorables.

Speaker 5 (11:07):
You can put half of Trump's supporters into what I
call the basket of deplorables.

Speaker 6 (11:16):
Right.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
The racist, sex.

Speaker 7 (11:21):
Is homophobic, xenophobic, islamophobic, you name it.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
You know, Clay, you never trash voters in politics. You
can trash candidates, you can trash ideas. But trashing voters
broad scale that idea.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
I think this is by far worse than the basket
of deplorables comment too, because Hillary is not attacking the
entire cadre because some people say, well, I'm a Trump supporter,
I know everybody basically said that she attacked everyone. Here,
Biden is saying all Trump supporters are garbage. Your garbage,
I'm garbage. A huge percentage of the audience out there

(11:58):
that's listening as garbage, police officers, firemen.

Speaker 1 (12:02):
So we do have to play.

Speaker 2 (12:03):
We'll play the whole thing so everyone can we can
go deep into this because they're doing that. Yes, I
was watching MSNBC this morning and they're just trying to
change what Biden said in real time. The problem is
we have clips, and we have places like X in
this show where the actual audio can be shared.

Speaker 1 (12:20):
So we'll let you make your own determination about that.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
We'll play some of that for you when we come
back and talk about the impact. Also continue to give

My name Clay, Clay Travison, buck Sexton. Mic drops that

Speaker 3 (13:35):
Welcome back in Clay Travis buck Sexton Show. Garbage Gate
takes over the final week of the campaign. I can
only imagine I wish I cannot wait for the hind
the scenes stories on this. Can you imagine Kamala's team
when they finished the Ellipse speech, and they're like, we
nailed it. This is gonna be the talk of the town.
Everybody's gonna watch this speech. And then they're like, hey,

(13:58):
we got a little bit of a problem. They're like, what,
what's the problem. So Joe Biden did an interview with
Vote Latino on Zoom while you were speaking and said
Trump supporters are all garbage, but don't worry, he's cleaning
it up. He said it was supporter apostrophe s and
not supporters, like everybody hears it, and Kamala Harris said,

(14:23):
asked as she goes about to hop on an airplane,
Biden has clarified his garbage comment. Here is cut three.
She had to respond to it.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
President Biden said this comment, saying about garbage.

Speaker 5 (14:36):
Listen, I think that, first of all, he clarified his comments.
But let me be claire, I sorongly disagree with any
criticism of people based on who they vote for. As
you've heard my speech last night and continuously throughout my career,
I believe that the work that I do it's about

(15:00):
representing all the people, whether they support me or not.
And as President of the United States, I will be
a president for all Americans, whether you bought from me
or not.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
My responsibility.

Speaker 5 (15:11):
And that's the kind of work that I've done my
entire career, and I take it very.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Seriously, except when she calls them all Nazis and fascist
and and and says that Trump's a fascist.

Speaker 1 (15:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
But this is the fundamental truth of Kamala's entire campaign.
You know, it's it's one day she's one thing, the
next day she's another thing. One day she wants to
do one policy that they're just it's like mass confusion
is the goal, and then some kind of moral blackmail.
But to go from everyone at the Trump rally, it's

(15:42):
a Nazi rally. If you're in a Nazi rally, you're
a Nazi. And I guess you could say, if you're
like a journalist covering it, maybe you're not. But if
you're in, if you're like celebrating a Nazi rally, you're
a Nazi, okay, correct? And they said it was a
Nazi rally, And now she's saying she wants to.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
Be for everybody. I mean, it's just this one.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
I mean, Clay, it's all so fake and dumb and wrong.
Do we have the longer version of the Biden but
you know she's trying to clean this up now. Oh,
I would never say this. Guys, do we have the
longer Biden clip cup twenty six?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Go for it?

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Or Puerto Rico where I'm in my home state of Delaware.
They're good, decent, honorable people. The only garbage I see
floating down there is his supporters. His demonizational scene is
unconstable and it's not American.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
I just it's not confusing at all what he's saying, Buck,
it's not confusing.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
The only garbage I see out there is his supporters.
It's not his supporters garbage.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
They're playing apostrophe games like we're all idiots.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
He called Trump supporters garbage.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
The sitting president of the United States said, if you
vote Trump or thinking about it.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
You are garbage. And his vice president Kamas, like I
want to be friends with everyone.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
I also think this is fundamentally dishonest. It's a friggin
roast comedian his why he is famous? Did we ever
pull the Tom Brady jokes so people can hear this guy?

Speaker 5 (17:05):
Now?

Speaker 3 (17:05):
If you want to criticize I thought John Stewart actually
said it, well, if you want to criticize Hey, why
is a roast comedian performing at a political rally. Okay,
that's a fair criticism. But to act like he wasn't
and doesn't make fun of everyone. That's literally what he
does for a living. He is a roast comedian. That

(17:28):
means he makes fun of everyone. I just it. There's
a difference between a joke and a reality. What Biden
said is actually.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Right your guard.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
So he's the president. Yes, a roast comedian that I
had never even heard of before. This thing is not
on the same plane in an election Clay as the
actual president of the United States.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Can't we agree on that? Everyone?

Speaker 2 (17:56):
I think not over at the Washington Post. If you're
a gun on, you got so many options out there,
But you also can end up spending way too much.
I know what that's like. I've got an ar that's
like two grand. Basically, it's just too much money. You
don't need to spend that Bear Creek Arsenal. You get
everything you need, quality craftsmanship, high level of accuracy, and

Use my name Buck as a coupon code for ten
percent off your first order. Exclusions apply. All right, welcome
back into Clay and Buck. A couple things stand out
to me from Kamalist speech last night. And also we

(19:00):
want to get into a Supreme Court u Supreme Court
ruling came down not.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
A whole opinion on a case.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
But we'll get into the Virginia election roles issue here
in a second. We've got an update for you on that.
That's some breaking news that's just hitting. But but first
I wanted to note Tim Walls, who I do think
even Democrats recognized was not the right guy. You know,

(19:29):
they chose the wrong running back to go up the
middle Clay and he got laid out. It is not
going the way that he wants it to. Now, I'm
picturing Tim Walls as a running.

Speaker 3 (19:37):
Back, more like a pick up a first down on
the on the on the quarterback, on the handoff, on
the the read option.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
He's having a tough one here.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
He is telling everybody that Look, calling Trump supporters Nazis
doesn't undercut the unity message of the Kamala campaign.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
Play nine.

Speaker 7 (20:00):
I want to get your reaction to the President's comments,
but I want to put it into a larger context
of your recent comment pairing the Sunday Trump rally to
a Nazi rally, And I would also throw in there
Obama's bitter clingers guns in a religion comment from a
while back with deplorable line from Hillary Clinton's campaign. Does
that undercut this closing message of unity from your campaign?

Speaker 1 (20:20):
No, certainly not.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
And for Tony, for me, I've represented rural areas.

Speaker 6 (20:24):
I've represented Democrats, Republicans, independent, same thing with.

Speaker 1 (20:27):
The Vice president. Look, you saw a presidential.

Speaker 6 (20:29):
Speech last night at the Ellipse that is the best
of America, one that's talking about unifying that.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
Even this guy I don't know who was, I think
we CEBC there, even Tim Wallas when he's asked about Hey,
you call Trump supporters Nazis, but Kamal is out there
giving a speech. Really, the primary theme of the Kammal
speech was unity, very much like Joe Biden twenty twenty,
who then became as divisive a Democrat president as we
have seen in my lifetime. Let's not forget the vaccine.

(21:00):
Everybody using OSHA, get the vacs you don't need, or
get fired from your job according to the federal government
under Joe Biden, Cops, firefighters, military personnel fired from their
jobs because Biden is a moron, and the machine decided
you had to get a stupid shot that did nothing

(21:21):
for the people who were getting it.

Speaker 1 (21:23):
Under this mandate.

Speaker 3 (21:25):
And yes, sir, no, no, I think that's all one
hundred percent right. I mean, I think the walls. Thing
that's funny to me, Buck is it's going to come
down to a relatively small amount in Pennsylvania. And the
fact that we haven't talked a lot about the Israeli
anti Semitic, Semitic aspects of the Democrat Party. The fact

(21:47):
that Kamala was afraid to pick a Jewish guy who
is in the most important battleground state, and is the
most popular Democrat elected official in that battleground state. Is
I think going to potentially end up deciding this election.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Yes, if either party actually has an element of it
that is truly in parallel with some aspect of say
the KKK and its beliefs, it would be the Democrat
Party that gives safe harbor to all out anti Semites
who want Israel destroyed and want Jewish people to die.
The Democrat Party does have a space for that. The
Republican Party does not. And I think people are waking

(22:22):
up to this more and more of them. But also
the thing that I thought was the most insane, because
I watched the whole speech, Clay, this is cut fourteen
Kamal Harris the worst border. I said this on Bill
Maher and there was kind of a hush in the
audience because they know we've got him on this one.
And even Bill has admitted that they've completely screwed up
the border. The Biden Harris border plan is a wide

(22:44):
open disaster, and they chose this. It didn't happen to them.
It's not a natural disaster. They chose this. Clay, she
was up at the Ellipse last night and said that
she will rapidly deport people who come into the country
illegally Play fourteen.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
And when I am president, we will quickly remove those
who arrive here unlawfully, prosecute the cartels, and give border
patrol the support they so desperately need.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
The first part of that put aside with the other
ones too, But the first part of that, that is
the most outrageous lie I think I've ever seen in
my life. That would be like President Trump standing up
and saying, look, I'm very shy. I'm the shyest person.
Like it's just an alternate reality of what Kamala Harris
has done when it comes to the border and believes

(23:33):
about she's going to be the deporter in chief.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Now, yeah, I mean it is emblematic. I think of
the ultimate reason Kamala Harris is going to lose, which
is that she doesn't have any core value. Her core
value is she will say anything to get elected, and
I think all of this has blown up in her face.

(23:57):
We should mention, though, Buck there are news CNN polls
out that say Kamala is going to win Wisconsin and
she's going to win Michigan. They have her up five
points in Wisconsin, and five points in Michigan according to CNN.
Now a lot of you out there saying, oh, this
is convenient. This is what CNN does, right, They try

(24:19):
to undercut Trump at the last moment. Remember there was
that poll that had Trump down seventeen in Wisconsin in
the final moments, comes down to twenty thousand votes. Last
poll I think they had was Trump's gonna lose Wisconsin
by seventeen. But you guys out there listening to us
right now in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, and in Wisconsin, Kamala

(24:42):
Harris is going to have to win all three of
those states to be president. Make no mistake, your votes
are insanely valuable. Your friends and family, get out and vote.
The trend lines are good. But CNN is coming out
and saying, oh, Trump's gonna lo lose all three states. Omaha.

(25:03):
You're listening to us on KFAB Omaha. You can stop
that from happening because she has to win all three
of those states. And she has to win Omaha. I
think she's gonna lose Nevada, Arizona, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
Buck, Look, we practice what we preach here.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
I'm antagonizing my own family members down here in Florida
to get that and they voted early.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
But I was like, what have you voted? Have you voted?
Have you voted?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
If I'm doing that to people, no reason you can't.
All of you, all fifty states listening, you can get
out there and you could do it as well. Speaking
of voting, Clay, I just think this is worth noting
for us because we came on the show for everyone.
Was maybe a couple of days ago this broke that
a federal judge had found that the state of Virginia

(25:46):
was no longer allowed to take self identified non citizens
off the voter rules. If your self ID and you
have ten days or something to curates, if you made
a mistake, you go, oh no, I actually I am
a citizen. They said, no, no, no, let's leave non citizens
on the voter rules. According to I'm sure some like
Obama or you know, Clinton appoint the federal judge whatever.

(26:06):
And now the Supreme Court has weighed in on this
and they have decided to stay the effectively stay the
stay right. I mean, they've come in and said the
federal judge that stayed the or that gave an injunction
against the state of Virginia for them to not be
allowed to take people off the roles. Supreme Court said, no, no, no,

(26:28):
you can't do that right now. Justice is Kagan, so
domayor Jackson would have denied this and Clay people talk
about how partisan in the court is. In what universe
should illegals be on a voter rule? Self identified people
are saying, I am an illegal, I am not a
US citizen, but somehow, through a bureaucratic error, they're on

(26:49):
the voter rules and Democrats want to keep them on
the voter rules. Supreme Court said this is crazy. I mean,
you know, they haven't ruled officially on it, but they're like, no, no, no, no.
Virginia can do what it's been doing for over a decade.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
And I do think this is prelude to potentially a
substantial battle in the courts over how this election is
going to come out, right, I mean, iawa, it's going
to be a law fair bonanza if it is close,
and it may very well be quite close. I hope

(27:23):
that we can have a fetterman like win in Pennsylvania.
Can't believe I'm saying that, but we all thought twenty
twenty two that that race was going to be really
really close, and then Fetterman ends up winning it by
four and a half points. It would be great if
in Pennsylvania or Wisconsin or Michigan we could get a
result like that, which would effectively take away a lot

(27:45):
of the suspense and a lot of the tension from
our legal system and also the way that people are
going to react to it. But again, you've got to
be prepared if that's not the case, for there to
be messiness in both directions. Don't think that Democrats are
going to go down without a fight at all. If
Trump finds a way to win, they're gonna have their

(28:06):
own version of January sixth buck do you think would
virtually guarantee it? Do you think there's gonna be big
riots or is the emotional panic? Are they gonna have
to wait till the Trump administration and then pick some
issue to pretend they all care, you know what I mean?
Are they going to launch into riots right away or
are they gonna wait for like BLM three point zero

(28:26):
for next summer or something. It's a great question. I
think they I don't think they'll have riots immediately, but
I do cause I think it'll take a little bit
a while for us to know, and I think there
may even be a calculated decision that they don't announce
who won until daylight hours. That sounds crazy, but that
wouldn't surprise me, meaning the Tuesday afterwards or the Wednesday

(28:49):
afterwards in daytime. I do think if Trump wins, that
we will see a Jan six like event, and God forbid,
if Kamala wins, I think there will be a lot
of people out there that just refuse to believe it.
I think Kamala is such a weaker candidate buck than
Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden that there are I think

(29:10):
Tucker got this right when he said there are huge
percentages of the American public out there that is just
going to flat out refuse to believe that eighty plus
million people vote for Kamala Harris. I really do now.
I am seeing now a lot of people saying what
I believe for a while, which is turnout is going
to be down. And one reason I think turnout is

(29:31):
going to be down, and we'll talk some about this
in the next hour in Pennsylvania, is because they have
strictly created some of the ballot rules, the ballot harvesting,
which was able to be done during COVID is not
going to be the same caliber. And for instance, Buck,
we're going to get an election result. I think in
Georgia pretty fast. I think we may get one in

(29:53):
North Carolina pretty fast. I think Arizona Nevada is going
to take a while. We may get a result in
Michigan faster than people expect. And if Trump were to
win all three of those, then that could ease up
on a lot of the drama. But if I had
to rank the likelihood of states, I would say Pennsylvania
and Wisconsin are more likely to go Trump than Michigan,
which is what we've seen, like if you look at

(30:15):
the totality of votes. But if Trump could win Michigan, Georgia,
and North Carolina on election night, that would go basically
a long way towards letting us know that he's going
to be president. Maybe it gives us some sort of result.
We'll talk about that a little bit more, But in
the meantime, I also when come back, Buck want to

(30:35):
play Josh Shapiro, who should have been Kamala's VP pick
the governor of Pennsylvania. He was on with Caitlin Collins
on CNN and immediately condemned Joe Biden for the garbage comment,
which I thought was interesting because it makes me think
he's already looking ahead to twenty twenty eight, when he
believes he could be one of the top contenders for
the Democrat presidential nomination. In the meantime, nobody likes this

(30:58):
crime stat. Every twenty six seconds, there's another violent crime
committed in the country. Rising crime rates like this can
threaten family members without any warning. You out there know
what I'm talking about. You'll likely have a lot of
different things to help protect yourself. That's why Saber wants
you to know about their pepper projectile launcher. Buck and
I have tried this thing out. Fantastic, feels just like

(31:21):
a handgun, non lethal, though it will give protection to you.
Only a sixty eight caliber launcher seven projectile capacity forty
percent more shots than other brands out there, creates a
six foot pepper crowd pepper cloud. Non lethal, but it
will protect you. So if you're worried about what's going on,

(31:44):
but maybe you don't think it's of a lethal danger
and you want to protect your family, Maybe again, you
got teenagers coming in and you're worried about who's coming
in the house, and you don't want to try to
use something lethal, but you also want to protect yourself.
This can be a great subplement to a gun. Trusted
by law enforcements millions of families. Saber will provide powerful,

(32:06):
non lethal protection at home and on the go for
extra peace of mind. Sabers pepper spray's ideal also for
on the go safety. These pepper sprays, I'm telling you,
if you've got a daughter who's going off to college,
maybe you got a daughter who's in high school son
as well, and they're coming home from work. Maybe they've
got a couple of late nights. I know that I
used to have a mace on when i'd ride the

(32:28):
school bus walk to the house. Whether you're worried about animals,
whether you're worried about people, That mace was really protective.
A lot of kids around my age had it. This
pepper spray is fantastic if you got a daughter, if
you got a son coming in late, you want to protect.
Maybe they get off the school bus and they have
to walk a little ways and you're worried about it.
Trust me on this son, granddaughter. Just go check out

(32:51):
this stuff right now. It's fabulous saberradio dot com. You
can also call eight four four eight two four safe

Welcome back in Clay Travis Buck Sexton Show. Appreciate all
of you hanging out with us. We had Ryan Gardusky
on yesterday, and because we believe in free speech, and
because we believe that it's a crazy idea you shouldn't
be an anti Semite, and you should defend Jewish people

(33:42):
and you shouldn't attack people because of their ethnicity, we're
sponsoring Ryan Gardusky and pushing back against cancel culture. So
if you want to support anti cancel culture, Crockett Cooffee
because of you guys, continues to grow and we're supporting
more and more voices. So we are going to be
sponsoring Ryan Gerdusky's content going forward. If you appreciate that.

(34:04):
You can go to Crocketcoffee dot com. You can sign up,
and you can let Ryan know that you're supporting Crockett
Coffee because of him. You can go sign up for
his substack too. And by the way, you can get
an autograph copy of my latest book if you put

several hundred of them. They are going off nice little

(34:26):
Thanksgiving or Christmas gift out there. If you're gonna be
with friends and family and you want to have some
great coffee that loves America as much as you do.
Crocketcoffee dot com, make sure that you go sign up
subscribe Crocket Coffee dot com. Buck. I wanted to play
this for you because Caitlin Collins at CNN had Josh
Shapiro on almost immediately after Biden made his garbage comment,

(34:48):
and she asked the Pennsylvania Democrat governor about it. I
don't know that he had even had a chance to
hear it yet, but his response was way better than
Kamala Harris's, and to me, I couldn't help but see
it and think, Okay, this is a guy who's already
thinking about twenty twenty eight. Listen, Governor.

Speaker 7 (35:04):
First off, just what's your response to that comment from
President Biden where it sounds like he's calling Trump supporters
their garbage.

Speaker 8 (35:13):
Yeah, look, I had not heard that until now, Caitlin,
so I'm kind of give you my fresh reaction to it.
I would never insult the good people of Pennsylvania or
any Americans, even if they chose to support a candidate
that I didn't support.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
So he went on immediately moved away from it. This
is a pretty easy political move. You can criticize politicians
going after voters. Blows up in your face and we're
going to play some audio for you in the next hour,
which is indicative of the way that this has been
covered by the media. They tried to turn a roast

(35:52):
comedian making a joke about Puerto Rico into a major
storyline for the close of the campaign, and they're trying
to pretend that Joe Biden is not.

Speaker 1 (36:03):
On the ballot.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
So is it offensive or not? One was a joke,
one was not. I want to dive into this because
I think it's illustrative of just how dishonest the media
has become. I've got a couple of headlines for you,
and we've got some audio clips of that as well.
All that to come, plus we will give you the
latest on early voting numbers nationwide. Go vote, Go vote,

(36:25):
Go vote. Carol Marcowitz with us at the bottom of
the hour, and then we're headed up to Wisconsin for
Eric Huveny, who we hope is the next Senator from Wisconsin.
In the third hour. All that and more. Six days
until the election. Get your votes in, go do it today.
