Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to today's edition of The Clay Travis and Buck
Sexton Show podcast. Welcome everybody to the Wednesday edition of
The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. This is Buck.
I am back at the mic today. Clay on vacation
with his family in Florida, as you know, so I
was pleased that my recovery was at least fast enough
that I didn't interfere with his vacation. I've meant to
(00:22):
be on the show yesterday. Let me tell you where
we're going, and then I'll give you a little update
on just what happened there. You'll probably appreciate your day
more when you hear about how my days have been lately.
We have the Big Beautiful Bill. It's definitely big, but
is it beautiful? Some people have some questions about it,
and I meant people that are big Trump supporters and
(00:45):
that share a lot of the values that we talk
about on this program. So that's something that we're going
to be diving into a little bit more. Elon Musk
not thrilled with the Big Beautiful Now keep in mind,
it's not finished. This is all part of the discussion,
right We need to have this discussion and In fact,
I think at this era of Trump, people who want
(01:08):
the best for the country through the Trump agenda need
to be willing and need to feel like it's okay
to speak out and be a coach for our side, right,
you know, not trying to be a critic. You're not
tearing anything down, but you're saying, look, I think this
might be a slightly improved or slightly better version, but
I'll bring you all of that. Stephen Miller was laying
(01:29):
down some facts on the bill too. He says, the
criticism of it isn't isn't fair. I'll give you the
specifics of that. We shall discuss. I know yesterday the's
a lot of talk on the show, so I could
listen well to degree I could do anything, but I
was listening when I could. A lot of talk about
the COVID vaccines. We've got some more on that, and
the overall lying of the Democrats now, which stretches back
(01:51):
for years. They weren't just wrong on things, they misled you.
Trump v. Harvard, I think is also really interesting, and
I want to make the case for why I think
this is import Also Biden's cover up of the cover
up of Biden's decline, it just keeps getting I don't know.
On the one hand, it's outrageous. On the other hand,
this is exactly what we thought all along. We did
(02:13):
whole shows here where we talked about Obama's third term,
the shadow presidency of advisors. Now, maybe the only detail
that's new or interesting is perhaps some of these Biden advisors,
who weren't necessarily calling the shots under Obama, were actually
enjoying the fact that they got to call shots under
(02:34):
Biden and therefore or in place of Biden, and therefore
they didn't even want perhaps the steadier hands and the
Democrat Party the more cunning minds involved, which would explain
a lot of Biden policy. So we'll get into all
that before we dive into that, though, First I'll just
tell you, Yeah, it was over the Memorial Day weekend,
(02:56):
and I did do some reflection on the I know
you all did too, about what that weekend is for
why we take the time. Yes, it is about, first
and foremost the sacrifices made by those who served, and
it is an opportunity to be with family, to be
with friends, but also to think about that. And I
was though, I was just having a particularly and I
(03:19):
tell you this because I want you to perhaps just
enjoy your day a little bit more. I was having
a pretty just a lovely weekend with my family, and
I was walking with my dog, Ginger, and I thought
to myself, you know, I love my wife, I love
my new beautiful baby, love this job. I mean, I'm
(03:40):
a great family. I was feeling really blessed, and I
was taking a moment to think about that, and also
thinking about those who gave so much. But as I
was walking down the street and feeling like things were
going really well, I don't know how to say this
other than out of nowhere, I had to sprint, I
mean full on sprint. I had the dog be I
(04:00):
had to sprint home and rush to the bathroom, where
I spent basically the next forty eight hours. At one point,
I actually had a pillow on the floor and uh
and brought a little blanket because I was like, you
know what, I'm not even gonna pretend like I'm going
to leave this little space, you know. I talked to
my docs. I think it's probably some kind of like
a neurovirus or an astrovirus or one of these things.
(04:22):
But I'll just tell you enjoy if you're healthy, you've
got a great family, you're having a good day, Enjoy it,
because nothing will make you appreciate your day to day life.
I think faster than to be hit with a really
nasty stomach flow out of nowhere, out of nowhere. I
didn't even eaten that day. Think I didn't even et it.
I just was walking the dog like woken up. Oh man,
(04:45):
it was absolutely brutal. I have so much sympathy for
anybody out there who has had has had something similar,
or there are other things I'm telling you I can handle,
you know, orthopedic injuries. I've hurt my knee last year. Yeah,
I mean, you gotta take pain colors. You know, any injury,
any sickness isn't fun. But when you get rocked by
a stomach bug, you are just I don't know what,
(05:08):
You're just in another world, like you can't function. And
so I'm a good bit better now. I'm not drinking
Crockett today because which is sad for me, because I
need to avoid the caffeine. But I've got my Crockett
over Mountain mug and I'm half Gatorade half water. I
know everyone always says ped alte I personally, I don't know,
I don't, I don't. I just I like half gatorade.
Half water. Cuts the sugar a little bit. Actually use
(05:29):
sugar fore gatorade, so that's not even really an issue. Anyway.
I'm back, I'm in pretty I'm pretty steady feet, I
think for the most part, and I am once. I
am so grateful to be back on the show talking
to all of you. Honestly, I think if somebody could,
somebody could have given me an absolutely outrageous ask yesterday morning,
to say, if you write a check for the following
(05:52):
I'll make you feel better and you could do ready today.
I think I would have given them my life savings.
I was so miserable. It was so hard, man, it
was rough. Anyway, So enjoy your day if you are healthy,
you know, if you're stuck in traffic, if you've got
you know, I don't know you and your wife, or
you and your husband had a little bit of a squabble,
or one of your kids is talking back, or someone's
(06:13):
being annoying at work. Yeah, those are all frustrating things.
But you, my friend, are most likely not doubled over
next to the toilet for forty eight hours and that
is like the worst thing. It was really, man, it
was it was rough. So I'm glad to be back,
and I I really I'm almost giddy how much I
appreciate being able to talk to all of you. At
least it's not an upper respiratory so my voice is
pretty okay. So I just wanted to tell you that
(06:36):
was Yeah, take those moments of appreciation whenever you can.
I forget who who's accredited with this, but it's so
true and I really was feeling this last couple of days.
The healthy person has a thousand wants. The sick person
has won. And when you are in rough shape, and
I know people say, oh, but you know you knew
(06:57):
you're gonna get better. Yeah, I'm not. It wasn't like
this wasn't stage four cancer. I understand. I'm just saying,
in the moment, when you are really miserable in a
lot of it's all you can think about. So you
are if you are healthy today, I'm just telling you,
just take a moment to be like wow. And I
don't even mean perfect health, right, not like your knee
hurts or something whatever. I mean if you are able
to function normally it is a blessed day and it
(07:20):
is a good day. And that's just that's what I
want to share with you. All right, let's get into
the Abiden decline issue. First of all, Caroline Levitt over
at the White House has raised then you know, this
story keeps on going and there's a reason for it.
I'll say this before I get to Caroline's statement here.
The reason we're going through this now is not this
(07:44):
is not for nothing. It is a reshuffling of the
Democrat power structure before your very eyes. Who's the leader?
What are the primary media sources? What kind of credibility
outside of the delusional faithful do those media sources actually have?
Do people? You know, there's a lot of people who
(08:04):
even if they disagree with say the New York Times,
or even if they don't really agree with what they
view as the more apparent editorial bent of say CNN,
they trust them as basic sources of news. I know
some of you are going to laugh at that, but
there are people out there who, well, what is the
case now? When you miss the biggest story, certainly of
(08:26):
the post COVID era and in presidential politics, I don't
think there's been a bigger presidential scandal than this, I
don't know. You'd have to go back way deep in
history and people who say, oh, but what about Woodrow
Wilson or oh what about FDR? Not even close, not
even close to this level, because there it was actually hidden.
(08:50):
That's the huge difference, right. It's one thing when you
can tell everybody, oh, the President's fine, and they have
no way of knowing. With this, the dementia was hiding
in plain sight because the media had just kept online
to you. It was I know the term gaslighting is
kind of overused, but it really was the biggest gas
(09:12):
lighting experience I can think of in this country. I
don't know, I've never thought of anything. I can't think
of anything that was anywhere near this. And then we
have to ask some questions like, well, what about the
legality of what was done. It's not okay to have
a president who can't function and then have people around
(09:33):
him making decisions that are presidential prerogative. That's not okay.
It's not like oh yeah, whoopsie. No, there needs to
be accountability for this. And this is what Caroline Levitt,
this is kind of Levin was talking about at the
White House player.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
He's demanding answers, and one of the things he is
going to continue to push for answers on is who
the heck was running the country over the past four years.
And you just talked about it in your monologue, and
I'm glad to hear it, because this is truly the
greatest political scandal our country has ever seen. We had
unelected radical left white House staffers who nobody knew their names,
(10:07):
running the most powerful country in the history of the world,
and the Democrat Party was in a complete alliance to
cover it up, and the mainstream media was right along
with them. They were asking Joe Biden what his favorite
ice cream was rather than asking him whether or not
he was suited to run the country. And so we
need answers on what took place over the past four years.
Speaker 1 (10:29):
We do. We need those answers, and we can get
them because the people in charge now have the ability
to if they want, put people under earth before Congress.
This should be something that we get to the bottom of.
This is not fighting the last war, fighting the last election.
(10:50):
This is what did these people do and how did
they get away with it to the degree that they did.
Part of the challenge here, I think is that for
all of us saw this for what it was. There's
a bit of a yeah, we already know with all
of this, you know, I know we talked about it.
Clay and I talked about this every day for years.
(11:11):
Pretty much. We knew the decline was there. We knew
that the Biden advisers. We can go back and pull
I want to bore you endless sound bites from a
year ago, two years ago, three years ago. I'm saying
Biden or whoever's running the country on his behalf, Biden
or his advisors. In fact, my argument for why they
would push Biden as far as they did in the election,
(11:31):
and of course he was supposed to be their reelection candidate,
My argument for it all along was that it really
wasn't Biden making the decisions. It was the apparatus term
that I use for this pretty frequently. So I went
into the twenty twenty four election with a baseline assumption
that Biden has severe cognitive decline. It is so obvious
(11:54):
that he has people around him who are the ones
pushing all the policies, doing all the actual decision making
for things that affect the country. And then after years
of talking about this. They lose this election, and they
lose in part because of the disastrous debated and putting
Kambala forward. And then they turn around they say to us, wow,
look what we discovered. Look what you discovered. I'll be
(12:19):
honest with you. I'm always honest with you, but I'll
just say it. A lot of the people that were
involved in this on the journalism so called journalism side,
they shouldn't work in this industry. They should go do
something else. It is in fact okay for somebody who
has been working in propaganda at CNN or to go
(12:40):
find something else that is more suitable to their skill set,
because it's definitely not finding facts in speaking truth to power.
I mean, if you can't get fired for this, or
rather if you can continue on and have a media
career where your whole thing is not you know, you're
not like a state end up comedian or something. Your
(13:01):
whole h your whole reason for existing, for getting up
and doing what you do, is because you're without fear
or favor, finding facts and providing them to the public.
That is just that is a total lie. This has
exposed that as an out and out lie. So on
the media side of it. I know they just want
to move forward, but this is part of why they're
(13:22):
talking about it now. They want to be able to
say we've done with that, move on, We've dealt with
that move on. That's what they want to be able
to say, and they'll do it pretty quickly here. And
that's why this book, which also doesn't name any names,
I mean in a meaningful way. This is what I've
said all along. How can you have accountability when it's
just anonymous sources telling the story that we all knew
(13:43):
all along. This is why we're not having Tapper on
the show. I don't need to hear it. I've seen
enough to know exactly what he's going to say, and
I knew what the whole thing was going to be beforehand. Anyway,
I think it's gross. I think it's wrong. I have
no respect for this effort to suddenly show us what
we already knew, but you're just giving us more gossip
(14:04):
around it. We already knew all of this, So now
you're going and asking people and they can do a
little petty score settling when it doesn't matter anymore. Yeah,
I'm sorry. It doesn't fly with me. It doesn't fly
at all. But who was the part of this that
I think is going to be a bigger issue going forward.
Who was calling the shots around the Biden White House?
(14:29):
Interesting from a senior Trump advisor and official. We'll come
back to that here in a second, because he has
a name that I hadn't heard before and I'm interested
to see if it's correct. I want to talk to
you about owning gold for a second, starting with this. Okay,
gold is a hedge against inflation, and gold is a
long term play. I've been an investor in gold for
(14:50):
over fifteen years now. I have held I've personally bought
and helped physical gold. I was buying physical gold when
I did, honestly had very little money, but I knew
that it would maintain its value. I look back now
fift years ago, maintain its value. It's increased dramatically in value.
As a long hold position, gold has seen great appreciation, appreciation,
and part of this is that central banks all over
the world are still buying up large quantities of this. Yeah,
(15:13):
Trump is doing great stuff with the economy. Trump's not
going to be president for it. What's gonna what's the
economy to look like in five years? Ten years, fifteen years.
That's where I think gold becomes part of the strategic
play for you. And when you're talking about things like
a four to oh one k or an ira, yeah,
you want real security and an old four to one
k or iray that maybe you're not actively managing and
(15:35):
gold makes a lot of sense. And that's where my
friends at the Birch Gold Group comes in. One of
the best ways to protect your savings and to take
the long term view and to build wealth in this
economy is with gold, and the Birch Gold Group can
help you. Text my name Buck to ninety eight ninety
eight ninety eight. Birch Gold will send you a free
infoKit on gold. No obligation, just useful information. Text the
(15:57):
name Buck to ninety eight ninety eight ninety eight or
go online to Birch Gold dot com slash buck. I'm
going to answer that question that I threw out there
just a few moments before our break about who was
(16:18):
one of the top voices inside that White House pushing
the machinery making the decisions that cognitively impaired Biden was
not in a position to make. I will answer that
for you here momentarily I'm not going to forget about it,
but I also wanted to get to the breaking news
(16:39):
here that Janine Piro was just sworn in as interim
US Attorney for DC. So Judge Janine is now US
Attorney Janine, I guess also, Judge, and very good to
see that the Democrats they stood in the way of another,
(17:00):
as we know, another Trump appointee in this case, and
now they have judged Janine to handle. I wonder how
they're really good to think about that one. I wonder
how the deep state feels about their prospects right now.
Judge Janine is a fighter and she knows the game,
and I think we could see some very interesting stuff
(17:20):
coming out of this particular US attorney appointment. Remember it's
an interim appointment, so she can go in there and
do what needs to be done. And it's not like
she's planning to spend years and years and years as
the US Attorney in DC. So that's another person that
Trump has put in place to continue to further the agenda.
And this is when you need to push, you know,
(17:42):
when you're out front, is when you want to just
keep your foot on and even push that accelerator a
little bit more. And I think the Trump administration is
in that mode, and we'll talk more about that too.
Certainly the big beautiful bill, but who was calling the shots?
David Sachs. The cryptos are for Trump. Something very interesting
on this. We'll get to that in a second. You know,
(18:03):
there's real peace of mind and knowing your family is protected.
Our sponsor, Saber, has been making self protection tools for
fifty years. In fact, that the number one pepper spray
brand trusted by law enforcement Saber spelled Sabre. The waver
website is saberradio dot com. We have their products in
our homes. Clay and I both do like the Peppergel
projectile launcher. Our wives like having those non lethal means
(18:27):
of protecting themselves. They're comfortable holding them and using them.
And I think it's important for force escalation too. If
I wanted to go non lethal, I can. It's shaped
like a rifle or pistol. By the way, depending on
the model fires at peppergel projectile, it goes a lot
longer than you think I've fired them. So as Clay
out at the rangers, it was really interesting. Saber products
are reliable and easy to use. Go to saber radio
dot com. You'll save fifteen percent sab R radio dot
(18:51):
com or call eight four four eight two four safe.
President Trump is speaking in the White House right now
taking questions from reporters. Let's you join him a lot.
Speaker 3 (19:08):
It's called negotiation. You set a number and if you
go down. You know, if I set a number at
a ridiculous high number and I go down a little bit,
you know a little bit, they want me to hold
that number. One hundred and forty five percent tariff even.
I said, man, that really got up. You know how
it got because the fent and all and many other things,
and you edit it up. I said, where are we now?
(19:30):
We're at one hundred and forty five percent? I said, WHOA,
that's high. That's high. They were doing no business whatsoever,
and they were having a lot of problems. We were
very nice to China. I don't know if they're going
to be nice to us, but we were very nice
to China, and in many ways, I think we really
helped China tremendously because you know, they were having great
difficulty because we were basically going cold Turkey with China.
(19:51):
We were doing no business because of the tariff, because
it was so high, but I knew that. But don't
ever say what you said. That's a nasty question. Go
ahead to me, that's the nastiest question. Wait, go ahead, please,
President Zelensky.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
He says he's ready to sit down with you as
Vladimir Putin in Geneva, and it sounds like General Kellogg
isn't working on preparations for that.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
Are you planning to sit down with the two of
them who are well?
Speaker 3 (20:18):
If it's necessary, you know, we have to. I think
I'm at this point. I wish you would have been
that way a couple of months ago. But at this point,
we're working on President Putin, and we'll see where we are.
I think we're doing fine, but we'll see. I don't
like what's happening. That's one thing I'll say. I don't
like when I see rockets being shot into cities. That's
(20:40):
no good.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
We're not going to allow it. You've always said that
the war never would have.
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Started if you were would have never happened, and it
didn't willing.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
To do anything that you want him to do.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
Do you still believe that that he wouldn't.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
Have launched the war?
Speaker 3 (20:52):
No, No, we would have never had a war. We
would have never had a war if I were president,
if the election weren't rigged, you wouldn't have had the war.
You wouldn't had the war. You wouldn't had inflation. You
wouldn't have had October seventh I would have never happened
because Iran, with Stone called broke. They didn't have any
money to give to Hamas or Hezbullah. You wouldn't have
(21:13):
had that Afghanistan, most embarrassing moment in the history of
our country. You wouldn't have had any of it.
Speaker 1 (21:18):
You wouldn't have.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Had inflation because energy costs. Look what happened. I brought
inflation down to practically zero, and all of the groceries
and all of the eggs and all of the things
that you've been hearing about back down the way down
from where they were. I did something in four months
that nobody's seen. And I have to say, in four
months and I said it before, and everyone's talking about
(21:39):
it all over the world. We've got the hottest country
anywhere in the world right now. We're the only country
anybody's even talking about. All right, please go, what's.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
Soft you from imposing new stations on Russia?
Speaker 3 (21:51):
Only the fact that if I think I'm close to
getting a deal, I don't want to screw it up
by doing that. Let me tell you, I'm a lot
tougher than the people you're talking about, but you have
to know when to use that if I think it's
going to hurt a deal. This isn't my war. This
is Biden's wars, Alenski's war, and Putin's war. This isn't
Trump's war. I'm only here for one thing, to see
(22:13):
if I can end it to save five thousand lives
a week and a lot of money, the money being
much less important because I made that money. I went
to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE and we brought back
five point one trillion dollars. So I made that money
in about two hours. The money we were talking about,
but it's still three think of it, three hundred million
(22:35):
dollars we've spent with no checks, no balances, They just
send cash. You can imagine what's happened to that money.
I never saw anything like it in my life. But
I'm more interested because I picked up five point one
trillion dollars and by the way, got a beautiful, big,
magnificent free airplane for the United States Air Force. Okay,
(22:59):
very proud of that too. They tried to say, oh,
it's Trump's airplane. Oh yeah, sure, it's too big. It's frankly,
it's too big, much too big.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
What can we expect that to be? The air Force one?
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Well, it's here already. Yeah, it's in the country. It's
being refitted for military standard.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
How much will fit it?
Speaker 3 (23:17):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (23:17):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (23:17):
Whatever, it is a hell of a lot less than
building a new one. We're waiting too long from Boeing.
Boeing has going to get its act together.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Yeah, sir, on nipon steel.
Speaker 5 (23:25):
This arrangement that was just announcement we share. Is that
an arrangement you would consider for TikTok as well?
Speaker 3 (23:32):
Nothing to do with TikTok, totally different kind of a deal.
We'll have to get, you know, to do it properly.
We'll probably have to get China's approval. China's never easy,
China's never easy exact. But I think, yeah, I think
we'll be able to save TikTok. I'd like to save TikTok.
I mean, TikTok was very good to me. I won
the young people by thirty seven percent. No Republicans ever
(23:53):
won and I won by thirty seven percent. And Charlie
Kirk will tell you TikTok helped. But Charlie Kirk helped also. Oh,
he just happens to be here.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Look at it.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
He loves that we mentioned that name. Right, jolly, He's
done great and I appreciate all the help. But with
the young people, we won by thirty seven percent. Charlie
and you help. But TikTok was amazing. And he was
the first one he said, get on TikTok. So I
have a little bit of a warm spot. I know
I shouldn't say quid pro quo. Quid put him in
jail for the rest of his life. Quid pro quote. No,
(24:27):
TikTok was very good to me.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
I wonder you ready. So there you have. Let's go
over some of what the presidents. I was actually listening
in and watching it in the in the break as well.
There a few things that he touched on. First of all,
he did he did address the the big beautiful bill
and here's what he says. You can you can guess
what the question was from one of the members of
the White House Press Corps. Basically, you got Republicans that
(24:51):
are We're just true, they are Republicans who are criticizing
some of this, and specifically Elon Musk in an interview
said well do we have that, Elon clib don't we guys.
Let's let's play this. This is one. This is Elon
Musk on CBS Sunday Morning on the Big Beautiful Bill play.
Speaker 4 (25:07):
I was like disappointed to see the massive spending ball. Frankly, uh,
which increases the BUDGETVSI not doesn't decrease it, And that
reminds the work that the Notes team is doing.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
I actually thought that when this Big Beautiful Bill came along.
Speaker 6 (25:22):
I mean, like everything he's done on dose gets wiped
out in the first year.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
I think I think a bill can be can be
can be big, or it can be beautiful, but I
don't know if it could be VOTH.
Speaker 1 (25:35):
So that's uh, that's Elon and and that Trump was
asked about that, and I'll just give you a summary
of what Trump said in response, just a few moments
ago live there in the White House. He said, well,
you know, we need go Op support. We need to
have the go Op vote to get this thing through.
(25:56):
They'll be some back and forth on the Senate side
with this, but you're not going to get the bill
through without without having some of the things in there
that are currently being criticized. But that was I think
effectively a summary of what of what it is that
he said. Uh, and then also what he's talking he said, Look,
(26:17):
the fact that Democrats, the Democrats have been willing to
go against this in the way that they have, I mean,
just every single one of them just shows you it's
about spite, not about what's best for the country. I mean,
it'd be a massive tax increase, it be a massive
you know, hardship financially for the average American household if
(26:42):
the tax cuts that that would expire were allowed to expire, right,
I mean, if you didn't make those cuts permanent. So
that's that's basically said on that. One thing that was
interesting is there's this phrase. I saw this when I
was doing my read it this morning. They call it
a taco trade on Wall Street. This is now catching
on a little bit. This is what Trump referred to
as a nasty question. I might add the taco trade
(27:05):
on Wall Street? Is Trump chickens out again or Trump? Yeah?
I think that's read Trump again, Trump again. Chickens out
there we go. I was like, it has to spell
taco right. Trump again chickens out, and that is he
backs down from some of the stuff on the tariffs.
So if he said it's gonna be one hundred and
fifty on China, then he goes to one hundred. They said, well,
(27:26):
he's chickening out. I think Trump very clearly. Trump doesn't
like that, and he says that this is a negotiation
and it's ongoing, and he did not appreciate that at all.
I could tell he did not. He does not find
it funny. He did not like it, and he is
not about You're not gonna hear Trump walking around talking
(27:47):
about the taco trade. I think also talking about the
guy who took a bullet in his ear and raised
his fist in the air and said fight during the campaign.
Chickening out is you know, I think that's that's that's
that's quite a bit too far. I don't think that's
going to work. So yeah, that's that's one.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
And then also Zelenski and Putin. Look, Trump has said
he said Putin's gone crazy. I saw this over the weekend.
I think, like right around it, right when I got
really sick. Putin is nuts, he says, and he's not
listening to reason, and I'm trying to get this guy
to stop, but he's not stopping him. Trump is living
in reality on this. He sees that that Putin is
(28:27):
escalating and preparing for a renewed offensive and try to
take more territory in Ukraine. So now we'll see, you know,
I said all along to you. At least Trump will
get clarity on this is Putin's plan to take this
thing to the end and to put the resources necessary
to get exactly what he wants, which is a huge
piece of Ukrainian or former Ukrainian territory, and there's nothing
(28:52):
we can do about it unless we want to start
fighting Ukraine's war for them, and we don't. I mean, ultimately,
that's where this is now, right, because the people are saying, see,
Putin doesn't want to end the war, okay, so we
just keep on sending arms in munitions to Ukraine as
they keep losing, because that's what's going to happen. It's
not a good position to be in. But as Trump
was saying, this isn't a war that he was in
(29:16):
any way, he wasn't even president when it started, and
he claims and upholds to this day strenuously that he
would have never this never would have happened on his watch.
So you can you agree or disagree with that. The
fact of the matter is it didn't happen on his watch.
So we will get into we'll get into all that
(29:36):
here and more. We'll get some of those soundbites to
you and and also bring you some Oh, I was
trying to remember this is a thing that I said.
I was so so, David Sacks. I'm circling back. It
was live breaking news there, so I wouldn't say it
was weaving, but it was live breaking news. David Sachs.
I'm also a little dehydrated. So you gotta give me,
(29:57):
you gotta give me a little leeway here, David Sachs.
He came out and spoke about who was in charge
really in the Biden White House. He's the crypto zar,
he's a Silicon Valley guy, and this is what he said,
play twelve.
Speaker 6 (30:12):
This is the financial system of the future, Jesse, and
we have to encourage it. What the Biden administration was doing.
And let's face there wasn't Biden. Elizabeth Warren controlled the
autopen during that administration. She for some reason has this
pathological hatred of the crypto community. She wants to drive
this community offshore. She doesn't want it to happen in
the United States.
Speaker 1 (30:33):
Elizabeth Warren as the puppet master behind the auto pen Wow, gosh,
who knows she had so much power. I think I
don't know if she was on that many issues the
one calling the shots, because I think we would. I
think we would, But on crypto I'm sure she probably
(30:54):
could find her way into a meeting with whichever advisor
was calling the shots that day. Around Biden. That's the
thing that they're not even big names around Biden. Is
really a lot of it is as ron Klain. People
know ron Klain. A lot of it is the b
team of Democrat politics, which might actually explain a lot.
I think it does explain a lot. They knew they'd
(31:16):
never be in a position like this again and the
rest for the rest of their lives, that this was
as much power as they were ever going to taste,
and they decided that they were going to do anything
they could to stay in this role because they had
such a rarefied experience at the very top of the
White House, and they made a huge error for the
Democrat Party. But I could see Elizabeth Warren being somebody
(31:40):
who was on a few issues very much, calling whoever
she needed to and getting things her way in the
White House. But that's pretty bold, isn't it. Elizabeth warm
is one controlling the auto pen. Who would have thought?
It actually makes sense too when you think about how
left wing some of the policies were that were coming
out of the Biden White House. I will never forget
(32:03):
it was Joe Biden. They put out some guidance from
the White House, official guidance on and it was essentially
a policy proclamation from the White House on transgender surgery
for like, you know, twelve and thirteen year olds or something,
and how is gender affirming care? And I remember thinking,
this is blue collar Joe from Scranton who rides that
choot you into DC like everybody else. Give me a break,
(32:26):
Oh we don't have guys pull Trump talking about Harvard
because I want to dive into this in the next hour.
Why the fight against Harvard and the schools is worth it?
And the more he can antagonize these places, I think
the better, and they deserve it because they're wrong. We'll
get into that, so make sure you pull that audio
for me. But you know, Israeli citizens can feel very
alone in the world, particularly when other countries express doubt
about Israel's right to protect themselves or even to exist.
(32:49):
Supporting the people of Israel is more than just a belief.
It is something we consistently do in this country, and
here on this program we partner with the International Fellowship
of Christians and Jews or IFCJ for just that reason.
They are on the ground in Israel every day blessing
lives in real, tangible ways. They're feeding elderly Holocaust survivors
who have no one else. They're building bomb shelters to
protect school children from rocket attacks. And when you give
(33:11):
a gift of forty five dollars to IFCJ to help
provide food, shelter and more to those in desperate need,
you're putting faith into action right where it's needed most.
Call eight eight eight four eight eight I f CJ,
or visit IFCJ dot org to bless Israel today. Again,
that's if IFCJ dot org. If you want to go
(33:31):
to the website or eight eight eight four eight eight
if CJ coming up in a few minutes. Our friend
Alex Bearnson will be joining talk to us about some
of the changes courtesy of the CDC and the vaccine
(33:53):
Advisory when it comes to COVID, and we'll also talk
to a little bit I think about some of the
stuff going on in the world of big pharma, RFK Junior,
Maha make America healthy again, which, let me tell you,
I could have used some Maha yesterday and the day before.
That's for sure I was not healthy. But yeah, we'll
take all those well, we'll get into all those topics
(34:14):
coming up here in just a bit. Let's get to
some of our our wonderful talkbacks. Some people are saying
the greatest talkbacks of all time. We have BB John
from Oklahoma. What's going on with John? Let's play it, okay,
But the real question we all want to know is
how much weight did you lose from from being sick
(34:38):
or overall from being sick. I've lost seven pounds in
seventy two hours, so yeah, I actually weighed myself on
my scale this morning. I was like, wow, that is now.
I know you're gonna say it's water weight. I know,
trust me, But yeah, seven pounds in seventy two hours.
That was That was the full the full cost here
it was. It was it was not fun, it was
(34:58):
not it was nasty. Trump was saying. Trump would be like,
is a nasty bug? A nasty bug? And it was.
But yeah, seven pounds. So I'm actually now I think
like five pounds or six pounds away from what would
be considered ideal weight for my height according to all
those charts and things. So there's that. But yeah, this
is not how you want to lose weight. I can
(35:20):
tell you way better to do a you know, a
water fast for a couple of days that you choose
to do this is this is the worst way imaginable
to try to lose any weight. I honestly I would
not wish this on my worst enemy. And that's just
that's the best way I could put it. It's just
just brutal, man, It's no fun. James from New York
City on w r c C.
Speaker 5 (35:42):
I feel for you, man. I had I was sick
on Christmas stomach everything. Everybody I was, you know, out
and I was in bed hanging in there. You're a
tough guy, you can beat it.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
Thank you. I'm I'm I'm trying. I'm trying my very best,
and you know, staying away from the wife and baby too.

except for me until everything is all clear, and probably
