Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome in.
Speaker 2 (00:03):
Perhaps the most joyous show in Clay and Buck history
so far. Over three years, we've got major Supreme Court
wins that have come down today that you may not
have heard about. Chevron doctrine, out the window. Jan six cases.
(00:24):
Out the window, the Jan six case. We'll talk with
our friend Julie Kelly, who has been on top of
this for years now. I would say that's coming. But Buck,
I thought Biden would be bad. I said this debate
was past fail for him, and that the requirement to
(00:47):
pass was incredibly low. Yet still Biden was an unmitigated disaster.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
Five minutes in, heck, two minutes in, I.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Couldn't believe, even knowing how bad he is, and even
knowing how mentally and physically deficient he is. The side
by side of Trump and Biden was jarring even to me.
And I thought, with a full week to prepare, they
would have Biden loaded up and he would be mediocre.
(01:24):
I think yesterday I said that it would be like
a boxing match where both guys go and then lift
their arms going to the corners.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
That wasn't the case.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
Trump knocked out Biden Mike Tyson style in the first
two minutes of this fight, and from that point forward
it was a foregone conclusion. What was going to happen now,
we'll take your calls eight hundred and two two two
eight a two. It was so bad that the conversation
didn't even go to who won the debate. It went
(01:53):
to who's going to be the Democrat Party nominee, which
is the ultimate stake bet. And I gotta be honest
with you, Buck. After two minutes, I said, I think
I want to go a five. I'm gonna tell you
right now, and I'm telling everybody that I didn't know
(02:14):
i'd be in this position. I wasn't certain that such
a thing could happen. But the facts are what they are,
and that's why today I'm going to resolutely double down.
Speaker 1 (02:28):
Biden is going to be the nominee. I don't know what.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
It's gonna take for everybody to see the truth here.
It's gonna be Biden, Harris, There's no other option. It
was a horrific debate last night, but you know, the
worst debate, the worst debate by a presidential candidate in
any of our lives.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
But you're sticking on the eye.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
I'm sticking with it. I am not budging an inch.
I think all this talk, all this hand ringing is
is is malarkey to borrow from Biden. I think it's nonsense. Look,
Biden was as awful as you could possibly be. Biden
has been a terrible president.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Biden is a.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Just sociopathically dishonest and rapaciously narcissistic and greedy clown, and
yet he is still the president of the United States
right now. But I think it's so funny. I mean,
there's a lot clay last night. First of all, watch
the debate, watch it with Carrie. You know, we really
took it all in, and then we went right to MSNBC,
(03:30):
right to MSNB, your favorite show. And as I said,
it was it was like trying to watch that table
explain why a family member had done something like horrifically
embarrassing in public.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
It was like the most oh the looks on their faces.
It was.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
But what's so fascinating is that they all know, they
all knew in advance that this is who Joe Biden is.
But the game no longer works, and we'll get into
like what Joe Scarborough said weeks ago, and they're all liars.
And I don't say that just because I disagree with them.
These people that go on TV and say Joe Biden,
so they're lying to their audience because that's what their
audience wants to hear. We don't lie to you. We've
(04:12):
been saying this the whole time. We know that Joe
Biden isn't up for this. The whole thing is absurd, Clay.
The fact that he's president now and has been scary
three is scary. He's got seven possible, He's got seven
months left as president of the United States even if
he loses, until the new inauguration happens in January. I
(04:34):
just I look at it and I think that it
was so bad that there is no way, as long
as Trump stays healthy, there is no way that Joe
Biden can beat Donald Trump in the election. Now that's
a different thing than Joe Biden won't be the nominee.
That's what I mean. That's why. That's why it's different.
You think, that's why I think they have to move
(04:58):
on from Biden. Now here's challenge doctor Joe Biden. Jill
she is awful and I don't think that she will
allow Joe to step down. And the other Biden people
surrounding him, who owe all of their power to the
proximity to the throne, they lose everything. So what happens
(05:23):
here if everybody comes to Joe and says you can't run,
and Joe and Jill just say we're running. I don't
know how that plays out, because I think that might
well be what happens. Now, how it plays out is
Joe Biden is the nominee. Right, there is no mechanism,
it does not exist to replace Joe Biden. If Joe
(05:44):
Biden wants to continue in as.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
Do you think Joe Biden? What else does Joe Biden have?
Speaker 2 (05:49):
Does anyone think that he wants to not just go
out on a loss, but to go out really in
this way, in an ignominious collapse, Because because here's what
I here's what I am absolutely certain of, Joe Biden
drops Donald Trumps President Donald Trump, Donald Trump will absolutely defeat.
(06:10):
And because there is nobody who has the name recognition,
there is nobody who has the ready to go political
infrastructure who can go up against Trump at this point
and deal with the fact that this would be a
last minute, a last minute switch, undoing all the months
(06:30):
of propaganda around Biden and all the stuff that they've
been saying about how Biden Harris is gonna do it.
It would be like saying, yeah, we've lied to you
this whole time. He is a senile buffoon. Now we're
gonna give you somebody else that we say is awesome.
If they I'll.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Tell you how they'll do it.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
If they could get Biden to step down, I think
there's gonna be a ton of pressure for him to
step down. Biden will say, upon reflection, I don't have
the minimal and physical fitness to be able to be
president for four more years, and I think it's unfair
to ask Americans to vote for me for four more years.
I'm going to free all my delegates for the August convention.
(07:10):
Whomever the person is that's selected will then become the
savior of American democracy. Everybody on the Democrat Party will
get their talking points and they will.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Go out and you know this, this is true.
Speaker 2 (07:23):
Forty five percent of Americans would vote for a Ham
Sandwich against Donald Trump. So then they have to go
after the five Do you remember who Rick Lazio is,
the guy who lost to Hillary Clinton.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
There are you do? Good?
Speaker 2 (07:37):
Good good pick in the Senate campaign back in the day.
But remember he it was going to be Rudy Giuliani
versus Hillary Clinton. Yes, and when Rudy was really at
the peak of his political powers, right coming after nine eleven,
and he got I believe it was cancer. He had
the cancer dancers, right, and he had to he had
a step aside and Rick Lasio. It was just like
lambs to the slaughter. I mean, there was no chance
(07:59):
that he was going to win that. By the way,
apparently a very nice guy. I don't know him, but
you know he got fed and to the lions down there.
And I just if you're the next on deck for
running for president for the Democrats or you think you
should be, you are taking over a sinking ship.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
This is the other part of the Psychologically.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
You are the guy who is gonna or gal who's
going to come in and say there are leaks everywhere,
we're taking on water. I'm going to who wants to
be the one who's going up against what is clearly
a Trump juggernaut. The legal stuff in the background, I mean,
there's so much here everyone. The background of this is
that the law Fair campaign has been an abject political failure.
(08:46):
So correct that that, and they did not expect that.
They thought Joe Biden would be going into the summer
of twenty twenty four with a nice, healthy lead over
Trump because he's a convicted felon. The convicted felnd thing
is like a laugh line. Now it's Joe, No one cares.
The people who do care hated Trump before he got convicted,
(09:07):
so it means nothing. And they've they've made.
Speaker 1 (09:11):
A huge blunder, a huge misk.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
We've been saying they wanted Trump, and they're gonna find
out because they thought they could do this legal stuff.
They wanted Trump, they got Trump, and now they're finding out,
Oh my god, we don't actually want it to be Trump.
I think that they are going to be so first
of all, we're going to go into July fourth on Monday,
I think we're gonna get a Trump somewhat protected presidential
(09:35):
powers ruling, and then we're going to go into the
July fourth holiday. Over that July fourth holiday, they will
hide Biden. They'll probably be at the Rehoboth Beach place
on Monday. After July fourth, will start to get a
lot of polls that are coming out. I think Trump's
going to open up.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
A dumb visit.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
But again, we're gonna We're gonna keep coming back to this,
and I want it one to be very clear, because
I don't want to even think, oh Buck. Look, they
were talking about it on MSNBC last night, my favorite
news channel. They were talking a lot about Kamala Harris.
That is possible. That is possible because you'll tell the
Biden voters you have to support Harris because you know
(10:15):
that that is the only switch that is feasible and
that I could see them doing. And I have said
that all along, and kind just note, I mean Jo
Biden's so old like it may be something that happens
between now and the election. I mean, if you look
at him in that debate, he looks goin to fight
and die on the stage. I mean, this guy does
not have that long left.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
I don't mean to be unkind or on Christian. I'm
just saying he's you know, he's he should be spending
time and I mean this honestly with his grandkids, with
his family, you know, that's what That's what should matter
at the stage of his life. No, instead, he wants
to be right in the at the pinnacle of power
in American politics. So the problem they have is that
(10:55):
there's nobody who you know, this isn't Obama Hill two
thousand and eight. There isn't another very close second option
who could step in and do it. And so that's
why when you look at this, there's just and I
know the Democrats are the ones saying, oh it's yeah.
They say a lot of things. Yeah, they cry about
(11:16):
all they cry about climate change. So they're crying about
the debate last night. It's not gonna be Kamala because
she's actually would get beat worse than Biden, but she.
Speaker 1 (11:24):
Would take the job. She is the VP.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
The mechanism is there, and her political future, you know,
if somebody has to if somebody has to metaphure on
the grenade here, you know what I mean politically speaking,
if somebody has to take this one for the team,
better analogy, take this one for the team. That's where
I see this going. It would be Kamala Harris. I
(11:47):
think they would open up. I think Biden would say,
much like Barack Obama did not endorse me as his
vice president, I'm going to open up all my delegates.
You guys know that I picked cop Amla Harris. I
think she should be. It would be a great choice.
But I'm not gonna get involved. I'm gonna step back.
That's what should happen if they're trying to win. We're
(12:09):
four months out in Hell Mary status, where you're in
a game, you're losing and you've got to just start
flinging the ball into the end zone, hoping you get
lucky on a ricochet. And the problem is the pressure
on Biden and doctor Jill Biden. I just they're gonna
(12:31):
be down ten coming out of July fourth. I'm telling
you every powerful political player in the Democrat Party right
now still has their fortunes tied to Biden and and
they they want four more years and the whole system
I understand. Look, we don't even have to we're not
even analyzing the debate. The debate was an absolute catastrophe
(12:53):
for Biden. You don't you don't ever replay some of
that audio. I know all of you watched. The story
here is Biden is is mentally and physically incompetent and
unable to be president. As we have been saying to
you for some time on this show, the twenty fifth
Amendment actually should be used to be in play. It
actually should be in play. And they said it should
be in play for Trump for years when he was president,
which was just a completely absurd. It should be in
(13:15):
play for Joe Biden. You know, Trump had a we
haven't even really gotten into this. Trump I thought did
very well. We'll talk more about this. I thought Trump
was quite presidential. I thought he was dialed in. I
thought that the format played to his strengths because hearing
Biden talk, Like the more Biden talk, the worse it
got for him. And without the interruptions and all that stuff.
(13:39):
I think Trump did a really for him. I think
he gets an a. I mean, I thought he did
really well. So we'll take your calls on this too.
I want to hear from you, am I writer. Is
Clay right on this one? This is a big question.
Is it going to be Biden?
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Harris?
Speaker 2 (13:50):
There's going to be something else, someone else, all right,
will light us up. And I'm just telling you we're
going to take note. We're going to keep like a
running list, and if you're wrong, you have to call
back when we finally know the answer in months time
and say you're sorry to the other one. Okay, So
that's the only You're gonna call it and tell me
I'm wrong. If I'm right, you have to call back in.
All right, this is our bet with all of you.
(14:12):
You have to come back in and be like I should.
I should always bet on Buck I'm sorry or Clay.
If you want to tell Clay he's wrong and he
ends up being right, you know, we'll see one.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
Thing for sure.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
From the debate stage last night, though, we need to
get our man Biden, a subscription to the Chalk Male
Vitality Stack. I feel like Trump's already on the male
Vitality Stack. He's doing phenomenally. He looks great up there.
But as you get older, your body produces less testosterone
and you just don't have the the vim vigor, vitality,
(14:43):
focus and energy that you need. I mean, what's it
look like when you don't have focus in vitality. Look
at Biden on stage last night, you know, just kind
of muttering and nonsense. Well, you don't want anything like
that going on, right, So you need to try try
these chalk supplements. They are phenomenal. Chad mode, by the way,
that's what I take to pre workout. But it really
is just like energy in a Glass. I mean, you
(15:06):
are so focused, have so much focus, so much energy
rather and are so ready to get after it. It's
fantastic whether I'm at the gym or working on my
book or anything. Chad mode from Chalk is phenomenal. Go

(16:16):
you can get the VIP email address, So email us
your thoughts on this debate. The great debate right now
between Clay and me is whether there will be a
third option here. Is it Biden Harris or is there
some other person, some other tickets, some change. Even MSNBC
was kind of agreeing with Clay last night, Nicholas Christoph
(16:37):
New York Times, Tom Friedman, you know a lot of smarmy,
dishonest libs running for cover.
Speaker 1 (16:43):
On this one.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
But I stand athwart the madness to tell you that
it will still be Biden Harris one or the other.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
I hope you are right.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
By the way, this would be the greatest stake bet
loss ever because if Biden is the nominee after this debate,
he cannot win. So I am more concerned now that
they throw the hell Mary, that the ball gets batted
around and somehow they alight on a way to win,
(17:15):
because if they stick with Biden, there's no way that
he's beating Trump.
Speaker 3 (17:20):
This fall.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
All of you go vote. I want to always say that,
but I hope you're right. I don't think you are,
because I think they're going to panic and recognize it's
to break the glass moment. But I think we do agree,
But if Biden's the guy, he's gonna get wrecked. Well,
I think, yes, it feels that way. I also think
that they're gonna do something crazy in New York on
(17:42):
July eleventh in that court with Trump. Yeah, I think
this makes I think this makes the Democrat system desperate.
And look at what they've been willing to do so far.
So we're gonna be got a lot coming up.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
Still.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Oh, this is why I'm concerned about Trump's safety. I mean,
I realy, I want to triple his secret service. Look,
because he's gonna win. There's a most movement of foot
right now to change how we elect our president in
future elections already happened in eighteen states, being led by
left wing activists to who are concerned about Trump. And
(18:16):
that's why I'm asking you to go to Hillsdale College's
website so you can take a national survey on presidential selection.
Clayanbuckfor Hillsdale dot com. I love Hillsdale and everything they do.
In fact, a lot of you right now are getting Imprimus,
and the cover article is an Imprimus is an address
that I gave in Seattle to the Hillsdale College group
(18:38):
out there, a lot.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Of you reacting to that.
Speaker 2 (18:40):
You can also get signed up for im Primus if
you go to this website. It's free, comes to your house.
I think a lot of you will enjoy it. Go
to clayandbuckfoor Hillsdale dot com. That's Clay and Buck for
Hillsdale dot com. Welcome back in Claytravis Buck Sexton Show.
Appreciate all of you hanging out with us, but you're
(19:01):
not always going to agree with everything you hear on
this show. Sometimes you might even hear Bucks say that
Joe Biden's going to be the nominee and think to yourself,
what in the world could he possibly be thinking he's
lost his mind? That might happen the country might be
reacting nationwide to Buck's insanity today. But what I can
(19:21):
promise you, and what we have said during the three
years that we've been talking to you, is we're not
getting talking points. We're not going to come on here
and tell you things that we know to be categorically untrue.
We might be wrong on opinions, but we're gonna get
our facts right. And I want to play for you
the opposite of that. There are a lot of people
(19:44):
out there who are morons that get talking points and
go on and say things, especially on CNN and MSNBC,
that they know to be categorically false, but that they
say because their minders are telling them to say it.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
Buck is now a big fan of Joe Scarborough.
Speaker 2 (20:02):
Morning Joe is the most popular show for left wingers
on the planet.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Fairness, you need to be accurate here. I am an
avid watcher. Are you a hate watcher? Is that the
way we subscribe what you do? Yes? Of course it
really is.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
Morning Joe is the place for people who never did
their homework in high school and nobody liked but they
somehow thought they were the cool kids table anyway, you
know what I mean. Didn't do the work that into
the reading, but they were kind of mean to everybody.
And that is the vibe of the show every morning
for democrats. I wish that the people who listen to
(20:42):
MSNBC every day and watch CNN or listen to it
would listen to this show because this morning, when they're
waking up and they hear suddenly everything that we've been
telling you for months on those programs, you should question
why you were not being told the truth. I want
to play for you. Here is Joe Scarborough in late
(21:04):
March talking about and we played.
Speaker 1 (21:07):
This back then this year just so it was clear.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
This is, oh, yeah, weeks ago, Okay, seven weeks ago.
I believe Joe Scarborough came on and told his audience
and he wanted to make sure that everybody heard it
because he said, you know, clip this or whatever, that
this is the best version of Joe Biden that he's
ever seen. Seven weeks ago, Joe Scarborough told his audience
(21:31):
this on MSNBC.
Speaker 4 (21:32):
I think he's better than he's ever been intellectually analytically,
because he's been around for fifty years. And you know,
I don't know if people know this or not. Biden
used to be a hothead sometimes that irishman would get
in front of the reasoning. Sometimes you would say things
he didn't want to say. This is and I don't
(21:57):
really you know what, they don't really care. Start your
tape right now, because I'm about to tell you the
truth and few if you can't handle the truth, This
version of Biden, intellectually analytically is the best Biden ever,
not a close second.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
And I've known him for years. The Presentskis have known
him for fifty years. If it weren't the truth, I
wouldn't say it. Oka.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
Joe Scarborough is such a dishonest clown. It is it
is hard to put it to words. What a joke
of a commentator, a political analyst, a person who says
things out loud. I don't know how even to fully
describe the scope of his deception and his just pathetic
(22:48):
chasing of popularity within the Democrat base.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
Say anything to make them like you, that's his thing.
Speaker 2 (22:55):
He used to be a Republican everyone, and there are
a number of these in the media, Republicans who will
chase popularity with Democrats by saying anything. But they've got
another one on Nicole what's her name, Nicole Wallace Wallace.
They've got others with shows over there, and this is
you know, they've always got some Republican who will just
(23:16):
say anything to make Democrats clap for them. Clay, I mean,
how could anyone watch this guy? I mean, he went
he went all in on. This is the best Joe
Biden ever. Joe Biden is a senile buffoon. But thirty
years ago he wasn't in dementia stages. I mean, you know,
he was a little more with it, he said, Buck,
(23:39):
I had to write this down. F you, if you
can't handle the truth, going all in, no gag reflex
on how amazing Joe Biden was. Now, this is what
he said this morning. This is what just happened on
morning Joe seven weeks ago. If you if you can't
handle the truth, this is the best Joe Biden that's
(24:02):
ever existed in his entire career.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Here's what he said this morning.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
But I undersold him when I said he was coaching.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
He's far beyond cojing. In fact, I think he's better
than he's ever been. This is a battle for the future.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
Of American democracy, and now is a good time. In June,
thank god, in June and not October. In June, this
is the last chance for Democrats to decide whether this
man we've known and loved for a very long time
is up to the task.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
Okay, that was actually a miss for me. That's a
mix of two different Joe Scarborough opinions. I don't know
why we did that because we just played the other one.
But the key here is Biden is now it's time
for Democrats, according to Joe Scarborough, to decide whether or
not they stick with Joe Biden. So in the space
(24:59):
of seven weeks, he's gone from f you if you
can't handle the truth to yeah, it's really time to
have a discussion about whether we should replace Joe Biden.
If you're a viewer of this program who actually likes it,
not a hate viewer mocking it like Buck does, wouldn't
(25:19):
you have to wouldn't you have to ask yourself what
is going on here that you have been lied to
and told untruths. I would just be offended as a
viewer because you're treating me like I'm a complete moron
by doing this at all. It's worse than that actually,
because as I've said, it's what Scarborough did there about Biden,
(25:41):
what he was saying seven weeks ago, give or take,
and what he's saying now. But what he said back
then was anti truth. Everybody was observing something and he
not only tried to refute the observation, he went in
the other direction.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
Right, So it's it's one thing to say.
Speaker 2 (26:03):
That you know, it's it's flooding outside right now, or
rather it's one thing if there's a flood going on
and you say no, there's no you know, it's not flooding.
It's another thing when there's a flood going on to
say we live in a desert, you know, to take
it in the in the polar opposite direction. That is
what he did. He actually went with Biden. It's not
that he's okay, which is a clear lie. It's he's
(26:26):
the best he's ever been. Take you as far, because
that unbalances people, that makes them think, oh wow, I
must you know, if he's taking it to that extent,
I should rethink my observation. These are mind control tactics.
But whether the audience will be upset with him or not,
I can tell you they won't because the whole point
of watching Morning Joe is that you're part of this
(26:48):
tribe that believes the political slogan earing of the Democrat
Party and really just wants to sneer at other Americans
and think you're better and smarter than them, and you
just want to belong to that club. It is moral
preening to watch Morning Joe at MSNBC. It is not
serious intellectual exchange of ideas going on. So you watch
(27:12):
because you think you're one of the better, smarter, you
know whatever. People not racist, people not Trump people. Right,
that's what the whole thing is, and that doesn't change.
It's a branding exercise. But I just want everyone to
hear that we have never come on this show and
told you something is absolutely one hundred percent true about
somebody that was obviously a lie and then just switch
(27:33):
gears and been like, yeah, actually is a lie. Look,
we've been willing to say the whole time. Fetterman, for example,
which there's some interesting Fetterman comparisons people are making about
what could happen now you know Fetterman, and the guy
seems to have healed a bit and seems to be
doing better. Right, Yeah, it's well the truth. And look,
you can't adjust your opinion based on changing circumstances. That's
(27:56):
what reasonable intelligent adults should do. The difference here is
Biden in that ninety minutes was very similar to the
Biden that we have been seeing for the past several
years when you get him off a teleprompter. Remember they
Buck they asked for every single one of these things.
(28:18):
They wanted June twenty seventh. They wanted microphones that turned
off when the other person was trying to speak. They
wanted CNN, they wanted Atlanta. They wanted no crowd, they
wanted Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. They got every single
circumstance and detail that they wanted in that debate, and
(28:41):
they spent a week preparing for it, and Biden still
got smoked, the likes of which we've never seen a
performance that bad, I think in the history of American
televised presidential debates. And for anyone who told you, oh,
Biden sharp as attack behind, remember yeah, I angry they
got about the Wall Street Journal story.
Speaker 1 (29:02):
Remember it was a week ago.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
Karine Jean Pierre was lecturing all of us for the
cheap fake videos from the G seven and from Juneteenth
and all the videos that we were seeing of Biden
clearly out of it, and they tried to tell all
of us that we were just making up a story.
And suddenly everybody on MSNBC and CNN agrees with us
(29:24):
after ninety minutes. It's amazing how that works. And again,
if you're in that audience, you've been lied to, you've
been gasolt. You should trust all of those people less.
And by the way, maybe some of them are now
listening to us. They may not agree with us, but
we're not gonna lie. We're gonna tell you exactly what
we think, for better or worse. Sometimes we're gonna be wrong.
(29:46):
I guess what, it's not gonna be blatant lies. We
are Clay and I are both smarter than and more
honest than Joe and his table of sick offens.
Speaker 1 (29:57):
So just as a fact, yes, I'm just be honest.
Speaker 2 (30:00):
Yeah, I wouldn't say that if I didn't think that
it was absolutely apparent and true anyway.
Speaker 1 (30:06):
But that's the heart of the Democrat resistance over there.
In the mornings.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
You know, they did talk about abortion last night. It
came up and they were trying so hard to make
that a big issue for Donald Trump. It's been two
years since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and abortion
is still a major battle in this country, and tragically,
there are far too many abortions happening day in and
day out. Now we talk about the politics on this,
we talk about the policies on this. Right now, lives
(30:33):
are being lost. What can we do to save lives?
That's where Preborn comes in. The Preborn Clinics nationwide offer
women in crisis and at risk babies an alternative to abortion.
Preborn provides women with free ultrasounds so they can meet
their unborn child before making that decision that can never
be taken back for life or abortion for their unborn child.
Speaker 1 (30:55):
Because when a.
Speaker 2 (30:56):
Mother meets her baby on ultrasound and here's that heartbeat,
she is twice as likely to choose life. Your gift
of twenty eight dollars sponsors one ultrasound and one hundred
and forty dollars helps to rescue five babies. Your generous
tax deductible donation will also help to provide women who
choose life with assistance for up to two years. So
please give your best gift. To donate, dial pound two
(31:17):
fifty and say the keyword baby. That's pound two five zero,
say baby, or visit preborn dot com slash buck. That's
preborn dot com. Slash Buck sponsored by Preborn.
Speaker 3 (31:30):
Stay on top of election use with twenty four from
Clay and Buck, a weekly podcast you can find on
the free iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaker 1 (31:40):
Welcome back to Clay and Buck.
Speaker 2 (31:42):
I wanted to note that there are two big Supreme
Court decisions that came down today, which we're going to
dive into in the next hour. Not just going to
talk to Bath today, and Julie Kelly will be joining
us at one point thirty to talk about it because
one of the cases has to do with January six
defendants and the January sixth, the usage of the usage
by prosecutors of the obstruction of an official preceding statute
(32:05):
that has been essentially narrowed and sent down to lower courts.
We'll explain it all, but it's a win for Trump.
And then the Chevron doctrine, which is a horrible doctrine
that used to mean that bureaucracies, the federal bureaucracies, were
given deference when it came to rule making with the
force of law, and so the courts had to say, well, if.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
The EPA wants to do it, I guess the EPA
can do it.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
That is now gone. That was a huge pain in
the butt for freedom for a long time there. So anyway,
good things coming down, speaking of freedom. Crocket Coffee Crocketcoffee
dot Com. What coffee you drinking? Are you communist? Drink
Crocket Coffee. It's absolutely delicious And ten percent of the
proceeds goes to the Tunnel, the Towers Foundation and Davy
(32:49):
Crockett is amazing, and we celebrate American history. We've got
more products coming in this month or next month, I
should say, July, we're gonna have blonde roast, up, organic roast,
all kinds of great stuff because we're building a great
America coffee company. Clay's got his Crocket Coffee T shirt on.
Oh maybe we're gonna be selling t shirts soon too,
because everyone loves the logo because it's Davy Crockett and
it's amazing. Go to Crocketcoffee dot com. All right, we
(33:10):
have so many calls, play so many emails. Let's get
to some of this here, Tom, and Tampa is apparently
a brilliant and wise man. What's going on, Tom?
Speaker 5 (33:18):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (33:18):
Hey, three quick points. First of all, I agree with
Buck one thousand percent.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
Cut him off and cut him off, cut him off. Sorry,
I'm just kidding. Keep going, Harris.
Speaker 6 (33:29):
That's the second. But the second point very very important.
To hitchhike on Buck again. Jail July eleventh percent for sure.
And I just have two words to say to both
of you, and listen carefully, red wave. All right, this
thing gets stolen again by the illegal immigrant vote.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
Those are my I love Tom and Tampa.
Speaker 2 (33:50):
Tom and Tampa gave a Trump debate level performance on
this call.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
I just want to say so thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (33:56):
I'm disappointed here, Perry and Omaha. Do you actually have
a functional brain er?
Speaker 1 (34:00):
Do you agree with Buck.
Speaker 5 (34:04):
Clay? Someday you did to catch up with this hall.
You haven't been served long enough anyway, Buck, you're correct?
Speaker 1 (34:11):
Oh what is it going on here? WHOA? I just
came back and send the people that were amazing.
Speaker 5 (34:18):
You could run into a ferry. And I mean, as
far as I know, unless you can tell me nothing
has changed they have. I have no idea what happens
to all those affidavits. Whatever happened with the truck road
of ballots from the last time. I have no idea.
I remember Clay when your first expression when you came
on the air after the last, the last presidential election,
(34:40):
you're the founded and you couldn't believe it. I still can't.
I mean, seventy one million votes we got, we had
that wave. We were just like Florida, but there were
they only need five states and they could choot to
five states to win this whole fame all.
Speaker 2 (34:59):
Right, Harry Biden's the guy in Omaha. By the way,
Omaha people, I had an amazing time College World Series.
Remember they still split their electoral votes to Nebraska and
Omaha is a toss up. That one Omaha elect electoral
vote could be huge.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
So you're listening us. Yeah, that's important.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
Now to make this stuff up to Jeff and Jackson, California.
What's going on?
Speaker 1 (35:21):
Jeff?
Speaker 5 (35:22):
Uh?
Speaker 7 (35:22):
Yes, I thank you for taking my call.
Speaker 5 (35:24):
Good to talk to you guys.
Speaker 7 (35:26):
I've been saying for two years now that I think
they're going to pull the bait and switch with Michelle
or gruesome newsom and I guess my question today is
can you explain why, either procedure, elite or legally why
that can't happen?
Speaker 1 (35:42):
Well, I mean, I mean I'll answer quickly, and I
think you would.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
Second this, Biden has to agree to step down, and
that is the biggest obstacle right now because he's the nominee.
Speaker 1 (35:52):
I don't unless they invoke the twenty fifth Amendment on him.
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Pledged delegates already, they're they're the bypross. There is no
way to overthrow Biden unless they do the twenty fifth
Amendment or they get really shady at that convention and
understand this. Everybody to pull the DNC Convention maneuver to
toss Biden out. First of all, I don't think any
of the Biden people are going to go along with it.
(36:18):
And you have to toss Biden out and circumvent Kamala
and have enough togetherness around another candidate that you're gonna
be able to pull.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
All that off.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
Oh good luck with that one. You know, you know,
you don't think Bernie Sanders people are going to want
to get in this action. And you know, Gretchen Whitmer
and I mean, you know, Corey Booker.
Speaker 1 (36:40):
Will be making an appearance. I mean, all kinds of
people will be involved.
Speaker 2 (36:43):
It's it's chaotic, and you know what we're not talking
about at all, Trump's performance. Let's talk a little Trump
performance as well. Plus the Supreme Court
