Hour 1 of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show kicks off with Buck Sexton hosting solo while Clay Travis is on the golf course. The hour dives deep into several pressing national issues, with a strong focus on immigration enforcement, law and order, and the political climate under President Donald Trump. The show opens with a developing controversy surrounding the use of an autopen during President Joe Biden’s administration, raising serious questions about the legality of executive actions and pardons potentially signed without Biden’s full awareness. President Trump is reportedly pushing for a thorough investigation into this matter. A major segment is dedicated to the “Big Beautiful Bill”—a significant legislative initiative from President Trump’s administration aimed at tackling national debt and restoring fiscal responsibility. While the bill has received praise from conservative figures like White House Senior Advisor Stephen Miller, it has also drawn criticism from voices such as Elon Musk, who ran DOGE. Buck emphasizes the urgency of making tough economic decisions now rather than procrastinating. The show then transitions into a detailed discussion on border security and immigration enforcement, highlighting the recent arrest of two Chinese nationals accused of smuggling a dangerous fungus into the U.S.—a potential agro-terrorism threat. This incident is used to underscore the broader theme that border security is national security. A significant portion of the hour is devoted to the increasing hostility toward ICE agents during immigration enforcement operations. Buck critiques Democratic leaders, particularly Rep. Hakeem Jeffries and Rep. Dan Goldman, for their rhetoric against ICE officers who wear face coverings during raids to protect their identities. He argues that this criticism endangers federal agents and emboldens radical activists. The show features commentary from ICE officials and former acting ICE Director and boarder czar Tom Homan, who warn that the vilification of ICE could lead to violence against agents. Buck also addresses the aftermath of a recent antisemitic terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado, analyzing public reactions and media narratives surrounding the incident. The hour concludes with commentary on the Democratic Party’s stance on immigration, accusing them of prioritizing political optics over public safety. Buck criticizes the left for supporting sanctuary policies and obstructing immigration law enforcement, while praising President Trump’s administration for its commitment to restoring law and order.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to today's edition of The Clay Travis and Buck
Sexton Show podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Welcome everybody to the Wednesday edition of The Clay Travis
and Buck Sexton Show.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Thank you for being here with us.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
As always, Clay of course taking one for the team
playing golf today while I am helming the radio solo.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
But there is a bit of a drizzle, so he's
got that going off.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
But he's out there having a good time and doing
representing the show on the golf course, and I'm sure
we'll see some video of his swing later on today.
I'm going to insist that he posts. You know, people
call him the Jack Nicholas of radio. I don't know,
that's just that's what the folks are saying. So yes,
he's doing great now. I saw him last night and
like I've been telling you, he'll be back full full

(00:46):
scale on Friday here on the program. So it'll be
meet today and tomorrow. A lot of news to breakdown
for all of you. The Auto Penn controversy now, and
just to be clear, this is still in the early stages.
We're finding out how far this goes and what it involves,
but it seems like there's a very decent possibility that

(01:11):
maybe somebody was wielding the autopen for Biden without his
knowledge because he was not of sound mind, which they
have had to admit. This could involve pardons, This could
involve signing of executive orders, even of laws.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
We will take a look at that. President Trump wants
to take a look at that.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
More on the Big Beautiful Bill, there's a little bit
of do we call it the Triple B the Big
Beautiful Bill. There's a little bit of pushback from some
conservative and Republican corners on this one, most notably from
Elon Musk himself of Doze, who, as I mentioned to
you yesterday, the program is very unhappy with.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
The situation of the Big Beautiful Bill.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
And Stephen Miller's out there talking about this is what
is possible, and this is great, and there's so many
many good things in it, and so we'll break down
some of.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
That for you.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
But this is an important moment for us because if
we're not doing the right things now when it comes
to tackling the debt, when are we going to do
the right things, When are we going to make the
hard decisions? Procrastination is the enemy of success, you know it.

(02:24):
I know it true of so many things in our lives,
true of so many things for the country. So I
think that's the discussion we shall return to today. Also
got more on the aftermath of that anti Semitic terrorist
attack in Boulder, Colorado, more details, more reaction from those
in the public sphere, and I'll make some sense of

(02:45):
well analyze some of what they've been saying and what
is going on there. I'm trying to make sure I
don't leave anything off the Oh, yes, two Chinese nationals.
This will also go into our border discussion charge with
allegedly smuggling a fungus into the US called Fusarium graminiarum,

(03:05):
which is a potential agro terrorism weapon. We'll talk about
what this has to do with the border and why
border security is of course national security. And I've got
some other important stories too. Basically, so many things to
talk to about today. I'm not even sure if we
can get to it all. But the good news is
I got three hours with you tomorrow as well and
the next day after that, so you know we're gonna

(03:27):
hang out.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
It's gonna be good.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Let's start though, with some of the border situation, because
as you know, I think this is essential that they
continue on this path, and they're running into roadblocks. The
Trump administration is running into roadblocks, as expected from Biden
and Obama judges on this, there's no surprise really in

(03:49):
any of that.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
But they keep pushing, which is absolutely essential.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
But here's something that I don't think we necessarily anticipated,
and it is they are turning on ice agents. They
are increasingly pushing this narrative. And you see this because
there are videos across the nation of enforcement operations that
are underway, and there are a lot of people who

(04:16):
think they can put hands on Immigrations and Customs enforcement officers,
they can shove them, they can obstruct them.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
It is in fact illegal.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
The same laws that say that the FBI can arrest
a kidnapper are the same kind of federal laws that
say Immigration and Customs Enforcement is allowed to bring people
into take people into custody, and put them through the
process of deportation. It is not, in fact the case
that democrats can pick and choose which laws they think

(04:48):
have the force of law. Those days are over. Those
were the Biden days. During the Biden days, it was
quite clear that laws were to be in some cases ignored,
and in other cases pushed and weaponized January sixth defendants,
for example, non violent first time offenders treated like members

(05:10):
of al Qaeda. A stain, honestly, a stain on the
Justice Department that will take a long time. Even though
President Trump did the right thing and pardon so many
of those people, it's still a stain on the Justice
Department that it was able to be.

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Weaponized in that way.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
But now we have these enforcement operations and what you
see are Democrats, community activists, and organizers. And as our
friend Jesse Kelly says, street communists a great phrase. I
agree with him as a well, I'm giving Jesse credit
for it, so I can now just use it, okay,

(05:49):
But I've gone on record that this was a borrow
from Jesse Kelly.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
The street communist.

Speaker 2 (05:53):
Types, you know, the ones that have the radical left
ideology and are also willing to dirty themselves up a bit,
wrestle with cops to the ground, throw, you know, throw
bottles of urine and rocks and things. Right, they're doing
this to ice agents. Now, these are federal law enforcement officials.
Notice how I mentioned January sixth before, Well, those are

(06:16):
federal law enforcement Rather, that was a federal law enforcement
issue because it occurred in the Capitol building and we
were told that to put hands on law enforcement was
a terrible thing and they must be punished to the
fullest extent of the law. Why aren't all these individuals
being punished to the fullest extent of the law for
physically either assaulting or obstructing ICE agents. Well, as we know,

(06:41):
it's because the Democrats think that they get to live
in a world where immigration law is not really the
law that must end.

Speaker 1 (06:48):
Now.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
Tom Homan is entirely serious about this and knows what
he is doing and understands what's going on here. But
something that has come up specifically, and this comes from
Hakim Jeffries, who remember was Speaker of the House, a
deeply unimpressive politician, I might add, not somebody that when

(07:11):
he speaks about any issue, you say, here's somebody with
real command of the facts.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Makes Nancy Pelosi.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Look like Tallyrand by comparison, I mean, really somebody who
I think is just in and over his head. But
put that aside for a moment. HAKEM. Jeffries, member of Congress,
is upset that these individuals who are serving their country
in federal law enforcement as part of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement,
which falls under the Department of Homeland Security under DHS

(07:39):
that during these raids they have faces covered essentially like
a balaklava. It's almost like a gator that they pull
up over their faces. Hakim Jeffries is upset by this.
We should talk about this for a moment. Play cut too.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach,
and I'm trying to hide their identities from the American
people will be unsuccessful in doing that. This is America,
so not the Soviet Union, but not behind the Iron curtain.
This is not the nineteen thirties, and every single one

(08:17):
of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how
long it takes, will of course be identified.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
That in fact is the law.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
They will be identified. Why exactly so, I'd like to know.
So is he saying that they will be identified by
law enforcement after the fact if they've engaged in some
criminal By the way, they have not engaged in any
criminal activity. They're making arrests. But what you see here
are the Democrats to play kate the rabid street communists

(08:50):
in their midst The Democrats have decided that they want
there to be pressure campaigns against law enforcement, all officers
involved in interior enforcement of immigration laws. They want them
to be subject to the rage of the mob so

(09:10):
that they can slow down and maybe even stop these
raids and stop these processes from happening. What other area
of the law would anyone for one second think this
is legitimate.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
If they were going in and they were rating.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
Fentonyl stashes and the cops involved in it, we're obscuring
their right because some of them may be involved in
undercover operations, some of them are doing bybus, some of them,
you know, they don't necessarily want to be on the
six o'clock news. Would they be making this case, No,
they would not. But it's very clear what's going on here.
They're trying to pretend it's about accountability. This is exactly

(09:47):
what Democrats do. I might add when they want donors
to anything conservative to be public. They say it's about transparency,
but it's actually about intimidation. And it's also once again
here about intimidating our law enforcement officers by having their
identities out there so they can be doxed, so they

(10:09):
can be threatened, so their families can be the subject
of death threats. We all know what's going on here,
but these Democrats are vile, vile, and they seek to
undermine this law enforcement effort in whatever way they can.

Speaker 1 (10:25):
They are anti law on this issue.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
And here's Tom Homan as I said before, speaking about
how the vilification of ICE, the pretense, the games, the
lies that are being told about how ICE is really
the Stazi of East Germany, Ice is the Nazi ss.
Ice is is on the wrong side of history. All
this stuff. They're gonna get an ICE agent who is

(10:49):
a federal law enforcement officer severely injured or killed. It's
just a question to when this is cut three.

Speaker 4 (10:55):
A lot of our Congression representatives who are vilifying ICE
on the board of Charvid Hey, they're driving this hey,
And I'm telling you this only a matter of time
before there's an incident where an ICE agents don't have
to take a life, or an ICE age.

Speaker 1 (11:08):
Is going to lose a life. President Trump's saving lives.
The men and women of ICE are saving lives every day.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
And if you look at the numbers, and numbers don't lie.
Majority of people ICE is are resting, are arresting are criminal,
illegal alands public sainty threads and the non criminals, most
serious groups up in sanctuary of cities. And you're right,
the world's upside down when the an guy that carries
them badging guns a bad guy and the ones who
breaks the law are the victims.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Notice how quickly the Democrats went back to being the
party of the criminal for a moment. There anybody who
was president at the Capitol on January sixth, any law
enforcement official anywhere in the general vicinity was a hero
worthy of a medal of honor. I mean, the greatest
heroes that have ever stood for our nation.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
YadA, YadA, YadA. That was what they were saying. All
of a sudden, they like law enforcement.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
All of a sudden, they thought the FBI was a
fantastic agency because they used it as a tool to
crush their political enemies, to make an example of them. Now,
no one disagrees that these are federal law enforcement agents
and that they are enforcing real, good, valid laws on
the books. Democrats just don't like it, and they have

(12:24):
convinced themselves as a party that the law is really
what they want. The law is not a thing that
is objective, that is freestanding, that we all are subject
to the law is their whim, the whim of power,
and they don't have power right now. Therefore there is
no law that they don't like. And they're willing to
put ice agents and other law enforcement at risk because

(12:49):
they want to placate the angry mob that's looking to
do some kind of costplay over how they're the great
heroes of this new civil rights struggle of every illegal
gets to stay here forever, not.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
On Trump's watch.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
Look, Father's Day means so much more to me these
days because I'm a new dad and being able to
celebrate and thank my own dad for all he is
to me is also special. So I've got a great
gift idea for all the dads and father figures out
there comes from Cardia Mobile, specifically the cardio Mobile six L.
It's the world's first FDA cleared personal EKG. Cool thing

(13:25):
about this device is it's so small and lightweight you
can carry it with you everywhere. Cardiomobile six L can
detect aphib a leading cause of stroke. Cardio Mobile is
the perfect way for your dad to manage his heart
health at home between doctor's visits, easy to use and
records right to his phone. He gets six views of
his heart. That's six times the data of any smart

(13:45):
watch at a fraction of the cost. Give the gift
a peace of mind for the dads in your life
or even for yourself. For a limited time, CARDI is
giving you ten percent off. Go to Cardia dot com.
That's KA r DA dot com or Amazon use code
ten six L. It's our buddy's name is playing golf today,
but you know, taking one for the team.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
It's tough. Clays on like the seventh hole right now.
You know it's a hero.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Just kidding Cardia kr DA dot com and use code
ten six L clay for our man clay ten six
L clay for ten percent off. That's KA r DA
And one more time. You ready to write this code
down or type it in ten six L clay Get
it today.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
Democrats on the side of.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
The angry mobs that want to stop enforcement of our
immigration laws that stand in the way, in many cases
literally in the way of our law enforcement officers who
are trying to take member. These are the public safety
threats within the illegal alien pool. These are the murderers,
the rapists, the gangbaggers, the the robbers, the bad guys right,

(15:04):
I don't want to hear about Oh, but what about
you know the gardener down the street for me is
so kind and works so hard. That's not who they're
going after right now. They're going after these public safety threats.
And the Democrats are playing along with this nonsense of
we need to have on video shown to the whole
country the identities the faces of these law enforcement agents.

(15:29):
And here's what the acting ICE Director, Todd Lyons had
to say about this yesterday play twenty.

Speaker 1 (15:35):
I'm gonna answer the mask question.

Speaker 5 (15:37):
So a lot of agencies were invited to come out
two weeks ago in Los Angeles where we ran out
of operation where ICE offices were docked. So let's just
say that again. People are out there taking photos, the names,
their faces and posting them online with death threats to
their family and themselves. So I'm sorry if people are

(15:58):
offended by them wearing masks, but I'm not going to
let my officers and agents go out there and put
their lives on the line and their family on the line.
Because people don't like what Immigration enforcement is. They are
wearing those masks because we ran an operation with.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
The Secret Service.

Speaker 5 (16:12):
We arrested someone that was going online, taking their photos,
posting their families, their kids' instagram, their kids facebooks, and
targeting them. So let me ask, is that the issue
here that we're just upset about the masks or is
anyone upset with the fact that ICE officers families were
labeled terrorists.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
I want someone to ask Congressman Jeffries about this. I
want him to have to answer on television. Remember how
we know that all the journals are liars and fakes
except for the ones that are right of center, who
somehow managed to get all the big stories correct.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
Isn't that interesting? But you know, I want to know
why these Capitol Hill reporters.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Why don't they ask Congressman Jeffries, Hey, what do you
think about the death threats against Ice family members because
they were doing lawful, federal law enforcement work.

Speaker 1 (17:05):
What do you think about that? Congressman?

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Oh, I thought law enforcement were heroes. I thought we
were supposed to treat them well.

Speaker 1 (17:11):
As you know. No, not law enforcement in general.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
Only cops who were only you know, the Capitol Hill
police on January sixth, the only law enforcement. Oh and
Comy and other Comy stooges at the FBI for trying
to destroy Trump and trying to destroy Trump. That's the
only law enforcement that they like. The only law enforcement
they like are the ones who take out their political enemies.

(17:35):
Very clear, what's going on here. They are playing with fire.
These leftists are doing reckless things by feeding into this
public perception that our immigration and customs enforcement officers are
somehow of the bad guys, and the Democrats are on
the team of you know, MS thirteen murderers.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
That's who the Democrats are worried about.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
Leclay and I really like spending time with the team
behind rapid radios. Rapid radios are the next level modern
day walkie talkies that you need to have.

Speaker 1 (18:05):
Remember when you're.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
Kids, you have those little push to talk radios. Imagine
those but decades later with all kinds of new tech
and new features. Rapid radios, my friends, they're amazing. Allow
you to connect with anyone anywhere in the US via
nationwide LTE network. Fun to use. The voice quality is excellent.
Rapid radios don't require any setup. Just pull them out
of the box, press a button and talk. It's one

(18:26):
touch connection, perfect for busy families with nationwide LTE coverage.
Rapid radios are one hundred percent private with no monthly
fees or subscriptions. Visit rapid radios dot com save up
to sixty percent off, get free ups shipping from Michigan.
Use code Radio for an extra five percent off. That's
Code Radio. When you go to rapid Radios dot Com again,

(18:47):
rapid Radios dot Com for sixty percent off. Then use
code Radio, get an extra five percent off, and get
hooked up with some rapid radios today. As you know,
the Democrats of the Party of open borders and of

(19:09):
allowing American sovereignty to evaporate entirely so that we are a.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Giant soup kitchen for the world. We are the.

Speaker 2 (19:18):
World's welfare welfare bureau. And do you speak English? Do
you care about America? You share our values? Do you
bring anything to the table for the Americans already here?

Speaker 1 (19:32):
None of that matters.

Speaker 2 (19:33):
Really to Democrats. There's the emotional pull of I get
to tell everybody, I just want everyone to come here,
because that's how much I think.

Speaker 1 (19:41):
This place is so great.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
But they don't want them in their neighborhood, and they
don't want them in their schools, and they don't want
them to commit crimes that affect them. They just want
the working class and people of limited income to have
to deal with all these new arrivals and their welfare
needs and all the English as a second language instructors
in their public schools, and they're super crowded, overcrowded ers

(20:03):
where you can't get actual emergency care because they're giving
frontline medical care that people who just arrived five minutes
ago and pretended that they were fleeing oppression in whatever
country they're from.

Speaker 1 (20:14):
Some people have had enough of this.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Some of us see this for what it is, and
the game is up, or at least we're hoping the
game is up.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
But let me give you an example.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
As we're talking about this issue of immigrations and customs
enforcement officers faces being covered when they're doing these raids,
these operations, and let's take a look at the kinds
of things that are going on here. It was just
a few days ago, forty eight hours ago. Actually, oh,

(20:44):
I'm sorry last week. Last week in San Diego, ICE
did some raids at a couple of restaurants, and you
had noticed the way they're at there, heavily armed ICE agents, Like, yeah,
they're armed, they have weapons, like all cops have weapons, right,
heavily armed ICE agents, And there they were talking about

(21:06):
how people gathered started videotaping and started, you know, chanting
shame and getting in the way of this immigration enforcement raid.
One of these restaurants, by the way, I won't name
it here, but the restaurant says, last night, one of

(21:28):
our restaurants was the site of an ICE work side
enforcement operation. The way it unfolded was nothing short of traumatic.
We are devastated and heartbroken at this moment. Our priorities
not public perception. Our priority is our people. We are
working closely with our attorneys to locate and support our
detained employees, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Don't hire

(21:52):
illegals might actually be the proper response to this notice
that the this restaurant that has is using illegal labor
according to ICE. I and maybe these maybe they made
a mistake. I doubt it, but assuming that that ICE
is right, And also keep in mind it's not just
the fact they're illegal. If ICE is going after them,

(22:14):
there's a there's a higher priority on these on these
enforcement cases. Just because you're washing dishes somewhere doesn't mean
that you're not involved with a gang or have not
been involved with felony gang activity. Right, So the media
is just gonna lie to you about this. I mean
the the the Democrat media in California in particularly, they

(22:36):
have turned California upside down and made it as the
whole thing is a sanctuary state illegals everywhere.

Speaker 1 (22:44):
You know that they have changed that.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
You'll you'll never get California's uh political machinery to want
to set things right as it stands now because there
are too many illegals and family members of illegals, and
the illegal lobby is now too powerful in that state
to set things right. It's a shame didn't take that
long twenty thirty years completely upend the reality of the

(23:10):
state of California. But I think it's it's interesting to
see how this restaurant, this restaurant to put out this
statement acts like they're the aggrieved party and they're the heroes.
Here we're talking to our lawyers about this. Did you
hire a bunch of illegals? Do you know if those
illegals have done other bad things. You're not martyrs, you're
not heroes. You're just people that are undercutting the wages

(23:34):
of actual Americans by hiring illegals, which is a violation
of law.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
If it shouldn't be illegal.

Speaker 2 (23:40):
Democrats in Congress should say, we think that everybody. Let's
let's amend the law so that you can hire illegals.
And let's see how that goes over with the American people.
Let's see how that goes over with people who are
paying taxes and working for a living and trying to
pay their bills and trying to meet their obligations and
doing so within the law. And I mean all Americans, white, Black, Latino, Asian, everybody.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Let's see how that goes over.

Speaker 2 (24:04):
When Democrats are willing to finally say what they want
to do, say what they mean, which is to legalize
all the illegals all across the.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
Country, mass amnesty. Just make that. Just be honest about it.
Democrats just tell us.

Speaker 2 (24:20):
That's what you want to do, because then the system
can process it. Know what they do is they notice
that they never say we need to change all these laws.
That's not the argument they make.

Speaker 1 (24:30):
They want it.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
They want an amnesty, but they won't explain right now
why it should be legal for people to be hired
when they're in the country illegally. But this crowd that
gathered in San Diego was quote unruly, and they used
a less lethal noise flash diversionary device a flash bang

(24:52):
basically to get the crowd to move out of the way.
Five federal agents, most of them armed with assault rifles.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Oh my gosh, I.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Wonder if they had chainsaw bayonets on those scary assault rifles,
because that's when you know they really mean business. Remember
the chainsaw bayonets in USA.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
Today.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
San Diego City officials denounced the operation and question the
use of rifles.

Speaker 1 (25:17):
They didn't use the rifles. They had rifles, they didn't
open fire.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
Federal actions like these are billed as a public safety measure,
but it had the opposite effect. According to San Diego
Mayor Todd Gloria, what we saw undermines trust and creates
fear in our community.

Speaker 1 (25:35):
Well, if you're illegal, maybe you should have a little
bit of anxiety about that.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
No other country would we lecture any other country in.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
The world about enforcing their immigration laws.

Speaker 2 (25:46):
I mean realistically, right, is there any part of us
that would say, you know what when they try to
When people in Japan are overstaying their visas and the
Japanese government's like, you gotta go. We need sanctions against Japan.
And they're not allowed to enforce their laws. Of course
not that's insane, But we're not allowed to enforce our
own laws. The Trump administration is not allowed to take

(26:13):
the necessary steps here. If these are bad laws, why
are they on the books. If these are bad laws,
why doesn't Congress try.

Speaker 1 (26:19):
To change them?

Speaker 2 (26:21):
Why doesn't Congress come clean with the American people and
the Democrats in it at least and say, yeah, we
want to reward all those who came in illegally. We
don't want to kick out those who are illegal and
who are dangerous criminals. We think that that somehow adds
to the beautiful tapestry of America.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
Make the case.

Speaker 2 (26:38):
Now, what they do is try to have it both ways,
and it is a disgrace.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Here's speaking of disgrace.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
Representative Dan Goldman, little trust, little trust a far in
little trust fund, trust fund boy, Dan Goldman, you know,
another one of these guys desperate to inflict his will
on other people, never accomplished anything other than spending mommy
and daddy's money to make them sol look big and tall.
Here he is saying that the ICE agents who are

(27:06):
doing this because they are protecting their identities, they must
be doing illegitimate things plake Cut twenty one.

Speaker 6 (27:14):
I asked them, I said to them, what are you?
What is the point here? What are are you just
trying to tally more arrests. I didn't get any real response,
and then I said to them, why are you wearing masks?
I was a federal prosecutor for ten years. I worked
with ICE agents, I worked with law enforcement agents. I
never saw any of them wear masks. This is brand new,

(27:37):
and the question is, if everything is legitimate and proper,
why are you wearing masks to hide your face?

Speaker 1 (27:46):
Yeah? I don't know why.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
When there's undercover agents trying to do a drug deal
to ensnare a high level why do they lie about
who they are or why do they have an assumed name?
Or why law enforcement engages in deception all the time?
Law enforcement engages in deception sometimes that I think is
pretty gross.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
I mean, you think about what happened to.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
Daniel Penny on the subway, and that NYPD cops like, yeah,
I was a marine death before.

Speaker 1 (28:12):
You do not know? He wasn't.

Speaker 2 (28:12):
He was just trying to create rapport to get Penny
to incriminate himself. Penny was innocent, thankfully.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (28:20):
But this idea that you have to have the faces.

Speaker 2 (28:23):
Of everybody involved in a law enforcement operation, well, you know,
it's actually scarier than what we want to admit here,
not what the law enforcement is doing, but the environment
that this is occurring in. You know where You've been
seeing this for a long time, Mexico. You know why,
because the cartels are so powerful that if they see
the faces of people involved in anti cartel operations, they

(28:45):
and their families are subject to kidnapping.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
Torture, and murder and it happens.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
So that's why whenever you see a big bust in Mexico,
the federales have masks on for their own safety. What
Dan Goldman should be asking, well, it was a prosecute. Yeah,
a lot of prosecutors are schmucks. What Dan Goldman should
be asking is why is the environment in this country
so dangerous for our law enforcement now when it comes

(29:12):
to immigration that for their own safety they need to
obscure their identities during raids. And you know what the
answer would be, because of Democrats doing the rabble rousing,
mob feeding madness that they are engaged in just as
a means of opposing immigration law and trying to slow
down the Trump agenda. The reason, the answer to this question,

(29:36):
it's not old. They're not doing something legitimate. Really, bring
in what way is this illegitimate? Tell us what we're
not allowed to enforce immigration laws. Now, you notice they
won't speak to that. They won't say that they don't
want you to enforce these laws. They want to stop
the Trump administration from enforcing them. But they'll lie about it.
They'll pretend just like they used to lie about Oh,

(29:57):
we want border security too.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
No, they don't.

Speaker 2 (29:59):
Always a lie, always a lie. They did not want
border security now though, the answer to the question, Congressman Goldman,
the answer to the question, why do we have members
of the law enforcement community assigned immigration enforcement? Why are
they obscuring their identities because of psycho democrats don't believe

(30:24):
in the law. That's the answer. It's very clear, it's
very straightforward answer. And because the people who are putting
together these operations don't want to jeopardize the safety of
their agents or the safety of their agents' families if
any of them have done something in the course of
this operation. That has excessive force or is somehow actually

(30:46):
against department policy or against the rights of any of
these individuals who have been arrested. Bring that case in court.
There are ways to handle this, but that's not even
what's being alleged.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
It's just no.

Speaker 2 (30:57):
We need to see their faces. They want to intimidate
law enforce horsemen. What these Democrats are doing, and I
mean members of Congress, I don't just mean the street rabble.
These members of Congress. What they're doing is disgusting. It
is a betrayal of the law enforcement community. It is cowardice,
It is calculating. People like Goldman should be a shamed

(31:19):
but he's not.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
He's not just.

Speaker 2 (31:22):
Say whatever, do whatever is people are appalling. You know,
he was leading one of the guys leading the Trump
impeachment thing or leader.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
It is nonsense, nonsense.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
Take some of your calls on this and also transition
into some of the auto pen controversy stuff. Oh also,
I wanted to tell you we finally were able to
get some time coming up later with Secretary of Transportation
Duffy a lot are you going to be traveling this summer.
Let's talk about what's going on with their traffic control,
especially if I'm trying to leave from Newark lately. You're
probably like, what the heck is going on? Well, we

(31:57):
will discuss. We will talk about it. Moms and dads.
You got the same sensation that I do. We'd protect
our children at any cost, especially.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
When they're under our own roofs. We know it is
on us to do that. Right.

Speaker 2 (32:10):
You want products from Saber, the number one pepper spray
brand trusted by law enforcement, Saber spelled Sabri. Their website
is saberradio dot com. Each of us have their products
in our own homes, Saber pepper spray gel projectiles in particular.
Clan and I both have wives who like having non
lethal self defense options that they can be comfortable holding
and using.

Speaker 1 (32:30):
Now.

Speaker 2 (32:30):
The Saber pepper projectile launcher, for example, shape like a
pistol or a rifle, depends on the model, fires off
a pepper gel projectile that's targeted and goes a long distance.
I've been out there on the range trying them out.
It's very effective to stop an intruder. A Saber has
been at this for fifty years. Family owned business. They're
great people. They really care about what they do and

(32:51):
the services they provide to all of you. Go to

gonna go fight them. And Davy Crockett's dad was one

(33:36):
of them. So Over Mountain Club is our our subscribers
and and our supporters for Crockett Coffee dot com.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
Go get yourself a mug.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
The mugs are great, very high quality, made in America
by the way we wanted. We were insistent on that,
and uh, look, there's no coffee grin in America, as
we'd be trying to trying to get American coffee. But
it's not a thing. So you know, it's a climate issue,
climate issue. Maybe there's to please don't tell. I'm sure
there's someone somewhere in like their basement is growing coffee,
but it's not on the scale you need.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
But anyway, go to crocketfee dot com subscribe.

Speaker 2 (34:06):

It's fun.

Speaker 2 (34:24):
Get get a bag, give it to a friend at
the office. Like you ever tried Crockett mushroom coffee, Just

of building a great American brand that we are on
all right now. Uh, oh, my friend Pete Heggsett, the
Secretary of Defense, he's uh, he's in the headlines again.
He has ordered the Navy to change the names of
a few ships. You ready for these names? Uh, the

(35:04):
Harvey Milk, the Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Harriet Tubman. Now
I'm just gonna say right off the bat, I have
the you know, if there's a us S Tubman, that one,
that one I get. You know, Harriet Harriet Tubman is
a remarkable story and uh, you know assisted assisted the

(35:24):
North in the war and was there's.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
I'm cool with that one. That one, that one I
don't have.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
You know, if you want to change that one, all right,
I mean that wouldn't be top of my list for changing.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
I'll put it to you that way.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
That one I don't The Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Can can
you imagine like you're you're on the USS Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
I guess the Ginsburg.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Ah, I don't know. Look, this is a little bit
like you tend to name sports teams after something that is,
you know, inspiring for the endeavor, right, you know, lions
are strong and fast, and so you name a football
team as because you know, strength and ferocious. And if
we're trying to if we go to war with China

(36:07):
and we have to have the USS Ginsburg pull up
alongside them.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Is that gonna be intimidating? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Do you feel tell me that some of you who
are in the navy, does it kind of bother you
if you're on a ship that's called the Ruth Vader
Ginsburg like the r USS RBG.

Speaker 1 (36:26):
And then of course there's Harvey Milk things. Why is
Harvey Milk so so worthy of being on a ship.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
There's some very sketchy stuff about that guy. I know,
he's just some I a gay rights icon, but you're
gonna name a ship.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
After him in the navy? Not anymore, not under this
