Hour 2 of The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show dives deep into the controversy surrounding former FBI Director James Comey and a cryptic social media post that has sparked national debate. Clay and Buck are joined by former FBI Special Agent and Fox News contributor Nicole Parker, who offers insider analysis on the implications of Comey’s beach photo featuring the numbers “86 47” spelled out in seashells—a combination widely interpreted as a veiled threat against former President Donald Trump.

Nicole Parker provides a scathing critique of Comey’s tenure, labeling him a narcissist and the root cause of the FBI’s internal decline. She recounts her firsthand experience during his leadership and outlines how the Bureau’s credibility began to erode following Comey’s controversial 2016 announcement regarding Hillary Clinton’s email investigation. The discussion intensifies as Parker and the hosts dissect the potential legal ramifications of Comey’s post, including whether it could warrant a Secret Service investigation or even lead to criminal charges.

Clay Travis, channeling his inner “Sherlock Holmes,” lays out a detailed theory suggesting Comey orchestrated the seashell message himself. He speculates that Comey may have photos on his phone proving intent and possibly attempted to delete them, raising questions about obstruction and digital evidence. The hosts also explore the broader implications of political messaging, symbolism, and the weaponization of social media by public figures.

The conversation shifts to the current state of the FBI under new leadership. Parker discusses the efforts of Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino to root out corruption and restore integrity within the Bureau. She highlights the internal divide between “FBI One”—agents committed to justice—and “FBI Two”—those allegedly driven by political agendas. The show emphasizes the ongoing cleanup of executive management and problematic field offices, including the reassignment of controversial figures like Elvis Chan.

In addition to the Comey controversy, the hosts briefly touch on escalating tensions in the Middle East, including recent missile attacks on Israel by the Houthis, and the humanitarian efforts of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

The hour wraps with a lighter tone as Clay and Buck joke about college football rivalries, fashion faux pas involving seersucker and houndstooth, and Clay’s upcoming trip to the “Gulf of America.” They also promote Crockett Coffee and share a humorous listener voicemail comparing Clay’s detective work to Inspector Clouseau.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Second hour, Clay and Buck kicks off now, and we're
joined by our friend Nicole Parker. She's a Fox contributor
and a former FBI special agent. Nicole, great to have
you back. It's my understanding that you at one point
were at the Bureau while Comy was the director. What
was that traumatic experience like for you?

Speaker 2 (00:23):
Well, first of all, thank you for having me. I
always love to join y'all. I can tell you that
I love being an FBI special agent. But the moment
that I knew that things were going downhill at the
FBI was July fifth of twenty sixteen, and it was
when Jim Comey got in front of the American people
and said that no reasonable prosecutor would charge Hillary Clinton

(00:45):
for her mishandling of classified information on her personal server.
And at that moment, it was just downhill with Comy.
I mean, it was an absolute train wreck. And then
you go into Operation cross By or Hurricane and his
involvement with that, and he, I think single handedly destroyed
the FBI. And I think that many of my FBI

(01:07):
colleagues would certainly agree with that. The FBI has never
recovered since his destruction. I can tell you that under
Robert Mueller, you know, he left the FBI. Comy comes
in and we're thinking, Okay, let's see what this new
director is all about. And he purported himself as being
very moral, a strong moral compass, and he does the

(01:28):
right thing, and I'm this great guy. And I'll tell
you that at first we were a fool, like we
were like, wow, this guy seems really cool, Like he
seems very you know, gregarious, and you know, for the agent.
But I can tell you it went downhill very quickly.
And I'd say most FBI agents, current and former see

(01:50):
him as the root cause of the FBI's problems and
a total narcissist.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
All right, Nicole, this post eighty six forty seven. I
am maybe spending too much time trying to delve into
James Comy's head, But based on the way that he
initially posted it, and the fact that he's previously posted
shells that show or a shell that shows a suggestion

(02:16):
that you should vote for Kamala Harris, I do not
find it persuasive that he was just walking along the beach,
took a random picture of four numbers spelled out on
the beach, decided to share that with his audience and
had no idea what the significance of the four numbers

(02:36):
was and nothing to do with the creation of the
four numbers in seashells. You're a former FBI agent? Am
I crazy for that analysis? Point? One? Point two? I
want you to analyze this furthers as if this were
an investigation. I would think that this could lead to

(02:56):
his phone being seized because we know the evidence of
this photo presumably came from his phone. I don't think
he was walking around with an iPad or with a
laptop outside taking photos, right, And I think he likely
has other photos that might suggest who did this or
what the intent was. Am I crazy to you for

(03:18):
either of those aspects of analysis?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
You know, I'm very impressed with your investigative skills. I
would say you're spot on. First of all, Comy is
playing ignorance right now. Oh, I have no idea. I
had no idea. Okay. First of all, Jim Comy, you
were the FBI director. You should know better anyone that
knows anything about crime. You know terminology, you know better.

(03:41):
He knew exactly what he was doing. And I think
the fact that you first are going to look at
the individual as an investigator, You're going to look at
the person, and I'm going to look at Jim Comey,
and you're immediately going to draw a profile. Jim Comy's
not some random guy off the street who was in Butler, Pennsylvania,
some no name kids. He was the form FBI director. Okay,

(04:02):
And then you're gonna look at his track record. What
is his relationship to President Trump? Forty seven? Okay, he
got fired by President Trump in May of twenty seventeen.
His ego has been bruised so badly and he has
never recovered from that. That firing was absolutely justified. But again,
he is the former FBI director, and his track record

(04:24):
is that he was fired and that he's actually said
that President Trump is a threat to America. He believes
that Trump is a danger to our country. The chance
of this being a coincidence is absolutely zero. And again,
as an agent, you're going to go in, Yeah, You're
going to gather all of the evidence. You're gonna look
at what he did. Did he take the picture, how

(04:47):
did that shell formation occur? The Secret Service will be
visiting his house. You have to remember Secret Service falls
under the Department of Homeland Security, which is Christi nomes Realm. Obviously,
Cash Puckel and the FBI will be there to provide
any support necessary. I think it is fair at this
point that this is fully investigated. I think that Jim
Comey for too many years has skated by on things

(05:07):
and you know, gotten right up to the edge. He
doesn't know when to stop. He likes to be in
the spotlight. He likes the attention, and he doesn't have
a plan to be in the spotlight. He just likes
to create problems, and he's creating problems for himself right now.
I know that he has a book that's coming out.
Maybe he thought it would be a good move to

(05:28):
have some you know, media bullets. If anything, this is
to to be disastrous for his media appearances. This is
going to hurt him drastically. But again from an investigative perspective,
I do think the Secret Service is going to delve
into this quite deep, especially considering the fact that President
Trump has already had two assascination attempts on him, and

(05:49):
they do they take that rhetoric very seriously. And I've
worked closely with the Secret Service. Do I think that
he's definitely going to be prosecuted you know, that's up
to the agents and the prosecutors. It is very difficult
to you know, some of these threat cases in intent.
But again for him to say he didn't know, he
absolutely knew, he knew. He don't just stumble across a

(06:10):
shell formation on the beach and then you take a
picture of it and you choose a post it on
your social media. That quite insulting to the American people
and frankly to the law enforcement agency that he used
to be the director of. And again, let me just
note he was not respected at the FBI. He was disgraceful.
And he has recently talked about potential threats against public service.

(06:33):
I believe this was a few months ago. You know,
there's these ongoing threats and pull workers in the election.
But yet you choose to post this photo and then
he says, oh, I didn't know that, you know eighty
six implied violence. How does everyone else know this but
not you? And so again I think he's he's definitely
in some hot water right now, and I think it's

(06:54):
catching up to him. He is skated by for so
many years on things that were just inappropriate. He has
never been federally charged or charged with anything. Again, I'm
not saying I think a charge is going to come
of this, but I do think a very thorough investigation
and a reasonable prosecutor will give it a very good
look and see what they've got.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
So, Nicole, I don't know how this is going to go, right.
I don't know how this is going to go, But
certainly there's a possibility here that Komi can go full
Tapper and his book could be if I rigged the
whole Russia collusion thing, this is how I did it,
and then you know, put it forward for everybody so
that we could all see there out and say, so, wait,

(07:34):
are you Are you saying that you're responsible for that?
Or are you? Because apparently that's how the Democrats roll
these days. They do a really bad thing and then
they write a book truth telling about the bad thing
that they did. But let me ask you about the
FBI and what's going on internally there to degree that
you're hearing from former colleagues who are are still inside
the bureau. I know Cash, Mattel, I know Clain. I

(07:55):
both know Cash and both know Dan Bongino. These are
very competent people, their patriots. Deputy Director Bonngino has been
pretty regularly updating everybody with some of what they are
up to internally. Can you give us any insight into
how the FBI is being cleaned up and what is

(08:16):
going on over there now that this administration finally is
in a position to do something about all the deep
state Shenanigan's corruption and malfeasans that we have seen.

Speaker 2 (08:28):
Right, so again, going back to the original statement that
I made on air with y'all, you know, for me
twenty sixteen julyfe at the twenty sixteen is when I
started seeing the very deep corruption. This corruption did not
start overnight. We're now in twenty twenty five. This has
been going on for a very long time, and Director
Patel has a lot of work cut out for him.
You know, I myself am working on a book right

(08:49):
now and just laying out all the reasons when I
was making the decision to leave and to walk away.
I mean, it's just overwhelming, one thing after another after
another after another. And as you come into the FBI
director first you has to get up to speed on
the organization itself. He has to determine who can I
trust here, who is legitimate and who is part of
the problem. Like I said, there's two fbis. FBI one

(09:11):
are the good folks doing the good work on its
hard workers. FBI two deep corruption problematic and they need
to be you know, gotten rid of. And I think
the goal for Director Patel is to make it one FBI.
But he's got to determine where are the underlying issues.
And I think he started at the top, right on
the seventh floor. It's the executive management. Those individuals were

(09:34):
all you know, they are all gone and he's brought
in new people. That's a very good first step, looking
at each individual field office. The special agent in charge
of all the fifty five field offices around the country.
He's looking at every single one. And then you've got
to go under that layer the assistant special Agents in charge.
Then you have to go under that layer the supervisory
special agents, and then you get down to the field agents.

(09:55):
So I think what he's doing is taking the overwhelming problem.
For example, like we've spoken before, the kneelers to you know,
the BLM protesters, they got promotions that is unacceptable. Those
people have been moved out to other assignments. And you
know Elvis Chan who is heavily involved with big tech
collusion out of the San Francisco field office. There's other

(10:17):
individuals that I know are being you know, looked at, reassigned.
And again it's not because of you know, oh, well,
they support Trump or they don't support Trump, or they
supported Biden or don't. No one cares who you voted for.
Did you do the right thing with your law enforcements
power when you were at the FBI? Are you using

(10:37):
your power to push your own polish political and social agendas?
And unfortunately a lot of people at the FBI did.
And so he's got a big task in front of
him because what he has to do is he has
to eradicate FBI two people that were doing the wrong
thing abusing their power. Simultaneously he has to build up
FBI one because people like myself an amazing colleagues I

(11:00):
worked with, they're doing good work. And so you've got
to continue to build morale and maintain that while saying,
FBI two you are going to be gone. And so
I commend him. I think he's doing a very good job.
For the naysayers that say, well, I haven't seen this happen,
or this or this this problem didn't happen overnight. In solving,

(11:22):
it isn't going to happen overnight either. But I think
with Cashpitel, Dan Bongino, the Attorney General, Pam BONDI, I mean,
this is a solid team of individuals and they will
make the FBI great again. I truly be love.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
That, Nicole. I'm continuing with my Sherlock Holmes moves here.
Here's what Jim Comey actually posted. I wrote after he posted.
I posted earlier a picture of some shells I saw
today on a beach walk, which I assumed were a
political message. I didn't realize some folks associate those numbers

(11:58):
with violence. It never heard to me, but I oppose
violence of any kind, so I took the post down.
Now again, I think the odds that he didn't have
anything to do with the seashells is very, very low.
But he's acknowledging that he knew the forty seven, and
he's acknowledging that he knew eighty six meant something bad, right,

(12:20):
because otherwise it could be eighty six forty seven could
mean that you're a huge fan of Trump. What is
his real defense here? I think Buck maybe right that
it's just going to be I thought it just meant
like Trump stinks. But given that he's an FBI agent,
what percentage of FBI agents in your experience would know

(12:40):
that eighty six meant kill?

Speaker 2 (12:45):
Again, I worke violent crime, so I look at things differently.
If you're a white collar agent, that's like crunching numbers
and bank records in the SOH.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Yeah, that's a good point. So first, people who are
in the FBI, and he would have worked as an
FBI supervisor at all different things. But yes, for your point,
for people who were engaged in investigating violent crime, obviously
that's different than somebody who's in accounting that's trying to
figure out whether there's a you know, drug running in
that way, what percentage of people that have been involved

(13:13):
in violent crime investigations do you think would have recognized that.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
I would say a large majority. I would say a
large majority because we have to understand and know the lingo,
the verbiage, things that people are saying, what that means,
how you interpret it. But again, it can be noted
that Jim Commy was never an FBI agent, and that's
very obvious with the way that he ran that FBI.
He was a dooj guy to ruin through but began

(13:39):
to play the ignorance card. He knows very well. You know,
turning a blind eye is not that's just not a
great defense. And the problem that I have is that
he's gotten away with these types of things for so long,
like such such a gregious activity, and you know, it's
just it's going to catch up to him. I thinkcommendation

(14:00):
with Jim Comey is I would suggest you stay quiet,
keep yourself out of trouble. Trump, stop trying to be
in the spotlight. But to play ignorance again, you've got
to look at intent and looking at how that even transpired.
And like you know, Clay mentioned the phones, looking at
what else might be on there. But again I do

(14:21):
not think that he did. He did not know. I mean,
whether it's to kill to get rid of, even to
say to get rid of Okay, let's say he didn't mean, oh,
to kill. He knew it was a political statement. He
clearly admitted that, you know what the political statement. So
what did you think it was a political statement of oh,
to just get rid of Trump? Okay, Well, then what

(14:41):
does that mean? How is that any different?

Speaker 1 (14:43):
You want to get rid of her, particularly you, as
you know character. You know, in the wake of double
assassination attempts, getting rid of Trump has quite a different
connotation than it might have before. Nicole, keep up the
good work. We appreciate you and thanks for coming on
and breaking all this down force.

Speaker 2 (14:59):

(17:08):
Sherlock Clay on the case. Donald Trump Junior has posted
a very funny message Buck on his Twitter account, Donald
Trump Junior rights as follows. I was walking along the
beach and these rocks and shells suddenly appeared. I assumed
it was a political message and it spells out Trump

(17:29):
one bitch, it's not. I can't stop laughing about what
a moron Jim Koby is. And I'm telling you, Buck,
you think I'm crazy on this. I am telling you
there are multiple photos on his phone that are going
to provide evidence that he laid out all these seashells.

(17:52):
And I bet he has friends that posed alongside of
the eight six four seven. And when they seize his phone,
they are going to find that he has been frantically
deleting images because he is a moron, and that would
prove that he intentionally posted the message and or his
friends or family did. Because I'm not crazy enough to

(18:14):
think that he's a crazy I got to dive into this.
I love this whole story because it's so absolutely, patently absurd.
Much more seriously is what's going on right now in
Israel and the fact that we are in the midst
of a really awful situation. Here another attempted missile attack yesterday,
fifth in the past week by the uties, and just

(18:35):
when you think they may be limited, they attempt to
do more ill to Israel. Eighty years ago this month,
the horror of the Holocaust final Solution came to an end.
Half of all living Holocaust survivors today reside in Israel,
further testimony to just how special of the place it is.
The pain of the past is only intensified by these

(18:55):
kinds of missile attacks. The government of Israel does all
they can, but many Israel's both old and young, live
below the poverty line. There's no safety net. That's why
we support the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Fellowship

thirty five dollars. You can provide hot meals for an

(19:18):
entire year. Go online at IFCJ dot org. That's IFCJ
dot org. Welcome back into Clay and Buck. Okay, so
we're talking to a former FDI agent about the Kombi mess.
We'll get into some of Clay's theories on this. He's going,
he's going full Sherlock Holmes on this thing. I am,
and he's very very astute in his observations about this,

(19:44):
and he has decided that he has the whole Do
you want to lay this whole thing out? I will
lay it out. Let's pretend that I am Sherlock Holmes.
I have you can see me in my What did
he wear? Seersucker? Is that what the outfit was called?
I know he had like the old school hat and
the pie. So you can come from the Hindu Shira
Shakur or the British during the British colonial period adopted

(20:07):
the crushed fabric we know as seersucker in the mid
nineteenth century. By the way, is that your dog that
is going crazy in the background there. I'm trying to
put it on the base. My wife, who is human
so all of you who have dogs probably know this.
I assume true of babies and toddlers as well. I'm
the spare human. I'm the Prince Harry of humans. Carrie

(20:29):
is the Crown, is the crown princess, you know what
I mean. She's gonna be the queen or whatever. She
is number one and with the dog, and I am
number two. So when she leaves for about five minutes,
the dog acts like the world is coming to an end,
even though I'm right here and she's at my feet. Okay,
So if that is not James Komy kidnapped at the

(20:50):
that you're hearing in the background whining as I lay
out the reason that he's cooked, all right, So let
me just James Komy. For those of you who are
just getting in your car and have not heard, this
is the story that James Comy is now telling former
FBI director. He is on the beach. He is claiming
that he was just walking along the beach when he

(21:12):
happened to see that someone he did not know had
made a seashell formation that said eighty six forty seven.
That he just was struck by how unbelievable that was
that there were seashell political messages on the beach that
he took a photo of it, knew that it was

(21:34):
negative about Trump, but despite his significant background in the
FBI and criminal prosecutions, was not familiar with the concept
of eighty six, which basically means kill and took a
photo and posted that and only when he saw the
reaction did he feel compelled to take it down. Now,
my theory here is Sherlock Clay on the case. This

(21:58):
is a series of improbable, highly unlikely scenarios that he
is trying to string together to provide some form of
defense for himself. First of all, how many times have
any of you ever come upon a political message made
with seashells on the beach and there is no one

(22:19):
who has made said political message anywhere in the vicinity
of the message that they made with seashells. If you
were intending to make a political statement with seashells, at
a minimum, wouldn't you stay near your political statement. This

(22:39):
would be like making a sign and just abandoning the
sign outside of a protest. It doesn't make sense.

Speaker 2 (22:48):
Right.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
My suggestion to you is all of the evidence points
to Comy and or friends or associates being super weird
gathering seashells doing this and making it right. Explanation Buck
is just he randomly came across like, this is what
you have to do. You're going full Zapruder film on

(23:10):
some seashells on the beach here, buddy, like it's you know,
I want to prosecute it. Okay, he did this, Okay.
My second point on this, he posts it on social media. Okay,
I don't believe that he just took one photo. I
think there will be multiple photos. I think he posed
alongside of the seashells. I think whatever buddies or kids

(23:33):
or family members that did this posed alongside of them.
And he said, Okay, I don't want you in the picture.
I'm gonna post this message claim that I saw it,
but I don't want you guys in it. Haha. It's
going to own the Trump voters, and we'll sit back
and we'll have some chardonnay and we'll watch all the
comments roll in. He's a moron, so he didn't think

(23:55):
about the criminal implications. And then, by his own defense,
he recognizes that it's a negative comment about Trump, but
doesn't realize that eighty six, which means end kill, do
away with. He doesn't realize that it has violent, negative
connotations that might be even more particularly sensitive in the

(24:19):
wake of double assassination attempts of Trump. All of that
strung together is his defense. I would submit to you
that the Secret Service is going to take his phone,
that they may find that he has been trying to
delete prior photos because he realized that they were going
to show up and that they may be able to

(24:40):
get him on not only making a threat to the president,
but then obstructing an investigation or buck. He's going to
claim he doesn't have his phone. He's going to pull
a Tom Brady. They're going to show up a Hillary Clinton,
and he's going to have a hammer in his hand,
and he's going to have tried to destroy his phone already.

(25:01):
I'm telling you, the odds of the story that he
is telling being true are one in a thousand. It
just doesn't add up. And then you also include that
he's previously posted political messages telling people to vote with
Kamala from Seashells. Is this guy the most I mean

(25:23):
not only one political message that he happened to come
across in Seashells two, have any of you ever come
across in your life political messages in seashells. He's done
it twice in six months. This guy's a liar. I
think he's caught. I'm not saying this is the crime
of the century. I'm just saying I think this is
going to end up being prosecutable, and I think he

(25:45):
could be arrested over this. Camy sells seashells the shore
and by the way, sorry, yeah, so there you. If
some of you think I am easy, you can weigh in.
I'm telling you this is this is textbook. This is

(26:05):
textbook more on behavior. And he's managed to create a crime,
and I bet he's gonna try to cover up the crime.
And his story just doesn't add up. He's he's not
gonna get he's not gonna get process. He's gonna get investigated.
I think. To be clear, I think he's gonna have
to sit down with Secret Service. I don't think they're
gonna let this go totally. But I don't I don't
think they're going to bring a charge over this. I
could be wrong. I don't think Nicole Parker, who's in

(26:26):
the FBI and and thinks comy, I think she loathes Comy,
maybe more than blowing us up while she's off air,
Like I uphold that no one holds Fauci in lower
regard than me. It's not very nice buck, no one
holds him in lower guard. I think she actually may
think Comy is worse than you and I do, which

(26:47):
is tough but not impossible. One thing I looked up
because I was curious. Uh So, you know, I grew
up in the in the nineties, as did Clay and uh,
you know, there used to be these rap songs and
they would talk about like one eight seven and one
eight seven was the LA PD penal code for a homicide.

(27:08):
So if someone called out a one eight seven over
the radio, you know that was what that was. I
was curious, where does eighty six come from? You know,
we all know what it mean? Question, Yeah, And I
was curious. So I looked this up, and please don't
send me the alternate explanations, because I also have x
AI and I can also look at I'm looking at
all of them. It seems that it's most common in

(27:31):
a restaurant context now to mean that you have canceled
out in order, So like, you know, eighty six the
the CODs Special something like that, right, but they believe
that there's a the God Special. Sorry, I'm just laughing.
Of all the things that you could be eighty six
ing out the CODs, but the eighty six the the

(27:54):
order of pistachio ice cream. You know, if you're from
New England, clay ca is a staple all right, Sorry
it wasn't cobbler for you. People can't figure out pie.
But nonetheless, you know there's a I've noticed there's a
little bit of a coastal elites versus the heartland interior
vibe that comes up here sometimes mister Clay representing the

(28:16):
south and the sec No, here we have here we
have the other background or story on this is apparently
eighty six Bedford Street was a famous speakeasy in New
York during during Prohibition and eighty six Bedford Street, and

(28:36):
so when they would say when the cops would come
during Prohibition, they would just yell out eighty six, meaning
that all the patrons had to leave. But there's a
lot this is one of these etymology unknown, a lot
of different ideas for this, right, but it's the West
Village I know. Bedford Street is one of the most

(28:57):
beautiful streets in the West Village. They think it might
actually come from the you know, the term gay by
the way, as a term for people who are you know,
same sex attracted. Clay the ether comes from the West Village,
from gay Streets in the West Village, which was a
famous sort of gather at all point for the gay community.

(29:18):
It's near where the Stonewall in another anyway, just you know,
some of these things actually do come from from stuff
like that. So, yeah, they think that it might be
eighty six might be from the West Village of New
York City, and it's used from Prohibition era from eighty
six Bedford Street. That is the number one offering for
this on Wikipedia and Google. So I don't know. And now,

(29:41):
by the way, they've added the James Comy and Clay
full Zeppruder film analysis should be coming up soon here
of the Kobe eighty six forty seven on Yeah, I
would also like to this may hurt my Sherlock Holmes.
I think I conflated Matt Locke and Sherlock Holme Holmes
Matt Locke was the Seersucker suit. My apologies to Andy Griffith,

(30:05):
but you thought Sherlock Holmes wore a seersucker suit. Play Well, somebody,
I thought, did I say it wrong? Somebody says that
I said seersucker and I meant to say hound's tooth,
and I think that is correct. I think you meant
hounds tooth. That's right, you said seersucker because I got
into the British raj imperial era of fashion. Think about
all the stuff that we got from this. We were
talking about colonialism and how there's some good stuff that

(30:27):
came out of colonialism. Khaki pants, seersucker suits, Madras shorts,
all thanks to the British taking over India for a while.
I'm just saying, you know, silver lining there. So I
apologize seersucker and hound's tooth, especially hound's tooth, because you
know Alabama's the bear Bryant was a houndstooth where you

(30:51):
know buck Alabama used to be good at football. I
mean I remember back in the day when they actually
were really good at football. I mean it feels like
a very long time ago. Now we were having way
too much of like a jolly show here, and Clay
just wanted our phone lines to be filled with rage.
So he has poked the role tide Pope the bear
poked the bear literally legitimately coming from the Houndstooth connection.

(31:13):
They used to be good at football down in Alabama.
I don't know what happened. Nick Saban retired. Now he's
Buddy's hanging around with Trump that they're like the buddy,
But that's like the lethal weapon? Did Buddy cop comedy
movie that we never knew? Is Nick Saban married? Maybe
he needs a twenty three year old girlfriend. I think
he's been married fifty years. Okay, maybe not that. Sorry, Sorry,

(31:34):
miss Terry. You've got a lovely relationship. Buck Buck is
now gonna be certainly for some You better even better
flip to War Eagle now on the Alabama Maybe I'm
a secret War Eagle agent, you know, just trying to
stir up trouble. No, just think him, my man Bill Belichick, Like,
how's he doing with his UNC team? Well, he went
on with Michael Strahan today to talk about the girlfriend

(31:54):
you mentioned Alabama Auburn. You know, my neighbors have twins
and I wanted to take a picture of this, but
I didn't want to take a picture of it without
them knowing. So this is real. Unlike the seashells, the
twins are going to different schools, Alabama and Auburn, and
right now they have the Alabama Auburn flags on their

(32:18):
house to celebrate their kids are graduating from high school.

Speaker 2 (32:22):
Right now.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
It's high school graduation season in the South, and I
walked past, couldn't help it. Small Thanksgiving in that family
for all time. When you have twins that are going
to Alabama and Auburn is going to be one heck
of a ride because it's always Iron Bowl Thanksgiving weekend.
So congrats to them. But twins going one to Alabama,
one to Auburn, and the flags are both up on

(32:43):
the front of the house. And I believe the mom
went to LSU, which I don't even know how that happened.
So anyway, there's a little bit of SEC, you know
what when you go to when you go to like
a foreign country, for the most part, with exception of France,
any effort you make to speak the language, they tend to,
you know, react only oh thank you for trying, right, yeah,
you know if you know a few words and whatever.
That's how it is, Clay. When I see fans of

(33:04):
this show who are also big SEC fans, they're like, hey,
Buck like, you know, roll tied buddy, like you're learning
some things. You know. They're very encouraging of my knowledge
increase over time on this, so I appreciate it. We'll
tell you and this is this is very much true.
College football fans are the best people in America. There
really are just so welcoming. They want you to come

(33:25):
to their school, they want you to look at their team,
they want you to experience the fun. You were right,
that's one of your student analyses points. I definitely trust
people who like college football more than just normal people.
It's true. If you're a college football fan, I just
don't think you can be actually a bad person. I
think I could sit down and talk with you for
two or three minutes and like we'll be like we've

(33:45):
known each other forever. I really do feel that way,
and I think there's a lot of college football fans
that would agree with me. Look, you saw the news
coverage of President Trump signing an executive order slashing the
cost of prescription drugs, going after the price gouging for
drugs you're now getting with Obamacare. Monday feels like a
year ago. Given all the things the President's done this week.

(34:05):
Action's going to lower prescription cost, we hope, But how
about looking at your healthcare insurance options in the meantime,
Because my goodness, how much are you having to pay
and how unsatisfied with your plans are you? We want
to introduce you to a healthcare insurance provider Ease for

Speaker 1 (35:19):
Welcome back in play Travis Buck Sexton show. Lots of
reaction rolling in. I am drinking right now, Krocket Coffee Buck.
I'm gonna need it this weekend. I'm traveling with it.
I'm going to be down. This is my first trip
to the renamed Gulf of America and so I cannot
wait to gaze upon the Gulf of America down on

(35:40):
the Florida Gulf Coast. But we're gonna have a lot
of fun. I also promise that I will be zealously
checking the sand to see if there are any political
messages that are being placed in the sand that I
need to take a picture of and share on Instagram.
So keep your heads on a swivel. I understand, by
the way, that some of you have not signed up

(36:00):
for Crocketcoffee dot Com, and I have no idea what
you're doing with your lives. I agree, make the smart
decision go to Crocketcoffee dot com. Yesterday, by the way,
my fourth grader dressed up as Davy Crockett for the
Wax Museum at his fourth grade, which was very, very fun.
Why do you start some photos up on the Clay
and Buck website like this would do very well. Clay, Yes,

(36:20):
I will. I will share that with producer Ali. I
think I posted it in my Instagram story, a picture
of him. But by the way, I'm told that KK
does not buy in to the legend of Sherlock Clay.
What did KK have to say?

Speaker 5 (36:34):
Hey, Clay, I know you're fancying yourself as a Sherlock
Holmes character, but I'm almost getting more of an Inspector
Clouseau from pink Panther vibe. But you know what, Nonetheless,
I applaud, I applaud your efforts and dedication to this.

Speaker 1 (36:52):
Absolutely, that was like a super grade. That was like
a superfly. Jimmy snook off the top, belt, buckle, elbow
to the face. Pam from Alaska here, I thought I
loved the people of Alaska. Inspector Clouseau just unfair. Completely.
I'm sure you'd say it was cold.
