Hour 2 of the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show kicks off with breaking news about a shooting at Florida State University in Tallahassee, resulting in four hospitalizations and the suspect in custody. The hosts discuss the implications and potential updates on this developing story.

The conversation then shifts to New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is accused of mortgage fraud in Virginia and New York. The hosts highlight evidence suggesting AG James lied on her mortgage applications, which could lead to serious legal consequences. They emphasize the importance of holding powerful individuals accountable and discuss the potential fallout and next steps, including possible charges and investigations.

The show also delves into the broader implications of prosecutorial misconduct, using hypothetical scenarios to illustrate the erosion of trust in the justice system when those in power commit crimes. The hosts speculate on the political and social ramifications for AG Letitia James, including potential defenses she might use and whether Democrats will rally behind her or distance themselves.

A lighter segment follows, focusing on societal preferences in dating, particularly the height requirements women often have for men. The hosts share personal anecdotes and discuss data showing that a significant percentage of women prefer taller men, which they argue is a superficial metric. They explore the impact of these preferences on marriage formation and societal norms.

Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome in hour number two, Thursday edition Clay Travis buck
Sexton Show.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
We appreciate all of you hanging out with us.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Several different things that we're going to get to first,
a bit of breaking news, will update you on later.
There has been a shooting, according to multiple media organizations
in Tallahassee at Florida State University. We know that we
have a lot of people in the state of Florida listening,
and also obviously Florida State University draws students from all

(00:30):
over the country. Four people hospitalized. Not known if the
shooter is among those injured, but the suspect is in custody.
Will update you if more of those details come out
in the hours ahead of the program, but just wanted
to give you a update there. That is the absolute
latest you may be hearing about that, and maybe a

(00:53):
lead story going forward, and we will see exactly how
that continues to shake out.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
All right.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Yesterday we talked about New York Attorney General Letitia James clearly,
based on the evidence posted on Fox News as a
part of their program, having committed mortgage fraud in both
the Virginia and New York state. We're going to play
for you. Shortly, the Daily Caller visited the properties in

(01:23):
Virginia that were claimed as a primary residence of Letitia James.
But first I want to read someone very smart discussing
this issue in particular Buck, and that person said, when
powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at

(01:44):
the expense of hard working people. Everyday Americans cannot lie
to a bank to get a mortgage, and if they did,
our government would throw the book at them. There simply
cannot be different rules for different people. Well, said New
York State Attorney General Letitia James on Twitter on February sixteenth,

(02:12):
twenty twenty four. What I just read for you. Everyday
Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage,
and if they did, our government would throw the book
at them. That is Leticia James, who all of the
evidence now suggests quite clearly lied on her mortgage applications
to get a mortgage by her own standards, the government

(02:34):
must throw the book at her. This is amazing. Here
is the Daily Caller credit to them. They went to
the houses in Virginia to confirm that the primary residents
claimed by Letitia James yeap. She doesn't live there. If
she did live there. By the way, she would be

(02:54):
in violation of New York law, which requires that the
Attorney General and other people in positions of government in
the state actually live in New York in order to
represent the people of New York. But it's not going
to shock you that Leticia James does not live in
the home she listed as her primary residence, five hundred
miles away from New York. But this is what it

(03:16):
sounded like when they went to the homes to check
and see who actually lived there.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
I'm a reporter with the Daily calling her new suns.
I understand we mean that, we mean you trouble. We're
just curious who who the occupants of.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
The home are because there is that's not any your business.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Well, there are connections. There are connections to New York
Attorney General Letitia James. Are you related to Letitia James?

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Do you know her trust pass and going to the.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
House, do you Knowitia James? Okay, no comment, Thank you mam,
Thank you man, Thank you mam. You have a good one.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
All right. That's evidently she has multiple properties in Virginia.
That was home one.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Doesn't sound like Leticia James was living there. Here is
I believe property too in the Norfolk, Virginia area, is
Leticia James at home.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
Here's what it sounded like.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
A car parks did.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Hellother man?

Speaker 3 (04:13):
No comment? Okay, well, who lives here?

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Who lives here, ma'am? No comment? Okay, buck. This is
an open and shutcase.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
That's the Daily Caller which allegedly went to the homes
that Leticia James, Attorney General of New York listed as
her primary residence. Clearly she's not living there. And for
those of you out there that have, as we talked
about yesterday, applied for a mortgage, the rate on a
primary residence is much lower than the rate would be
on a second home or a rental property. And given

(04:48):
the fact that she cannot in any way live in
Virginia while being the New York State Attorney General, there
is no way that she could claim, Hey, I used
to live there and now we got new new residence.
Now it's a rental property, but it used to be
my primary residence. It's impossible for her ever to have
had these homes as her primary residence in Virginia. But

(05:11):
this is an open and shutcase. I think that the
state of Virginia as well as federal authorities could and
should be bringing charges very soon for mortgage fraud against
Letitia James, and I think this is going to be
very hard for her to avoid being found guilty for
doing so there's what the next steps would be. Let's

(05:32):
assume that that happens, and I think if it doesn't happen,
it will be an outrage. So it's quite clear that
there's plenty of reason to continue to go buy Leticia
James's own argument herself on Twitter well, and I think
that this should be much more widely considered to be
the standard. If you are a person who was making

(05:52):
decisions about taking away freedom from other people and often
really damaging or even destroying lives, and using your.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Power as a prosecutor to do that.

Speaker 1 (06:03):
Whatever the crime is that you have done, U should
you should get You should get the maximum based on
the fact that you were doing this to other people.
I mean, because it erodes, it completely undermines any confidence
you could have in the justice system. If you sit
down from a prosecutor and he's going to send you
away for drug possession and you find out that that

(06:23):
prosecutor's got, you know, a bag of fentanol in his
car that he's going to be selling. You'd say, well,
this is a joke, right, I mean the whole system
is a scam. Well, same thing with the mortgage fraud
and Letitia James. That's what I see. So now what
happens next? I think this is interesting. Two pieces of
this clay one Latitia James. Assuming that there are charges brought,

(06:44):
which I am not one hundred percent confident, just because
you know, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
I don't want to get ahead of myself. There should be.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Based on what we know now, I mean, there should
certainly be an investigation. And it seems to your point
like this is an open and shutcase. And as I've said,
this is a did or didn't? This is not a
you know, there's there's really no wiggle room in this
kind of a crime. Uh remember when they remember in
Billions they talked about this where a guy had an
automatic weapon in his backyard, and uh, they're like, this

(07:14):
isn't insider trading, where you can always make a case
about insider trading, oh, correct or crimes you have easy
defenses for there's always a defense. If they catch you
with the automatic weapon, you're not allowed to have an
automatic weapon. That's kind of a tough one to say,
Uh yeah, my dog ate it or something. You know,
it's like not, there's no really somebody accidentally left that

(07:36):
automatic weapon at my house.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
It wasn't.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
I mean, the defense is you get you get into
preposterous defense territory. Uh So, so here's what I think.
She's going to say that this is political. She's going
to say that this is racist. She's going to say
that this is paid Like we know, we could go
the whole thing, payback, political, racist, sexist. Uh yes, you
know Trump the violation that rules the law. This is

(08:00):
because she held she spoke truth to power. I mean
I could write the Tis James speeches on this. Okay,
I could do it right now. I'll tell you exactly
what she's gonna say. You and I both know it,
no question, we know every she's gonna do the full
Clay Davis from the Wire routine. I stood for my community,

(08:20):
I stood up against Trump. And you say, well, hold
on a second, that has nothing to do with did
you commit mortgage fraud? Right like, because that guy, just
to be clear, that guy committed mortgage fraud in the show,
and that's what they got him on and he walked.
Don't ever forget he did walk because he made it
about everything other than the mortgage fraud. That's her play.

(08:41):
But my second thing is do Democrats decide to rally
behind her or do they realize that this is you know,
they rallied behind Biden. He didn't have dementia, and they
all look like idiots. They all look like idiots, every
single one of them, without question.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
If you went on TV, if you were mourning, Joe
never recovered, but it's never going to recover.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
That was one of the most astonishing own goals I've
ever seen on TV when him saying, eh, Joe's I mean, uh,
Joe Biden sharper than he's ever been, I mean said
the best version of Biden was his argument Biden yes
in twenty twenty four that, I mean, the the most
outrageous lie where bag Dad Bob wouldn't have said that

(09:23):
bag that Bob would be like, no, Biden is bad
now he would not have been able to do it anyway.
Do Democrats rally to her, Clay, what is your assuming
that we're right, assuming there are charges, will they say
this is Trump payback or will they say we gotta
we gotta cut her loose. This is too much. I
think Andrew Cuomo is going to get elected mayor of
New York City. He's a revenge guy. I think he's

(09:45):
gonna come after her hard because she got him at
the Governor's office for the what I think I'm gonna
tell you this, Dude, if I was I were him, yeah,
I wouldn't be surprised if some of Clomo's people occasionally,
you know, dabble and listen in on this show.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
But if I were him, I would absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
This is the crazy thing about Cuomo is I know
a lot of you is like, you know, he's not
a good guy. He's horrible on COVID. There's a million
things about Cuomo.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
But to touching the state trooper lady on like the
hip or something once.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
I mean, guys, you know she's got a gun, like,
come on, it's not a big deal, Like nothing's gonna
happen like that. The stuff they got him on was
garbage and James, they plunge the knife in, that's right,
And I think ultimately that was because the Biden team
thought he might challenge them in twenty twenty four. Oh absolutely, so,

(10:39):
I think I think she did buy dirty work, and
now she has no there is no godfather that she
can call upon for a favor.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
She Biden ordered the code red.

Speaker 1 (10:49):
I legitimately believe this on Cuomo because he thought Cuomo
was gonna run against him, so they trumped up a
bunch of bogus charges and forced him out. I think
he's going to get re elected mayor of New York City.
I've said this. I think he's going to run for
president of the United States in twenty twenty eight. I
think all that's coming. Okay, So my point on this is,
if I'm Andrew Cuomo and I feel like Tiss James

(11:13):
was executing Order sixty six for those of you who
are Star Wars fans to take me out, and I
see that she clearly lied on the on the mortgage documents,
I think she's got to go.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Buck.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
This is why I'm saying Virginia and New York need
to bring charges, because I think what you're talking about
is one hundred percent correct. She's going to go into
the public arena and she's going to say this is payback,
this is racist. They can't stand a black woman in power.
They come after us, and they Okay, I don't think
that plays very well in Virginia. I might play in
New York City with a jury in New York City.

(11:48):
But here's the other thing. Sometimes crimes are complicated and
you look at him and you're like, man, this is
really difficult to kind of get a handle on. Other times,
people who have almost everyone at some point in their life,
fills out a mortgage application. It's not just this one
that she claimed as a primary residence. It's also claiming

(12:10):
that she was married to her dad. I think a
lot of people are going to say, Okay, you're the
chief law enforcement official of the state of New York
and you weren't smart enough to correctly fill out a
mortgage application, and the way that you filled out the
mortgage application benefited you financially. I don't buy that this
was just haphazard like paperwork, clerical error. Nobody, nobody who's

(12:34):
bought a house thinks that like like that you can
say that you live in the house if you're not
going to live in the house.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
This is not This is not like a tax code
issue where it's like, oh.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
But you know, is this is this primarily a business
trip or was it business you know that this is
not a gray area thing.

Speaker 2 (12:51):
Is this the is this the home you live in? Yes?
Or no? Yes? And she said yes under penalty of perjury,
and the answer was no, yes. And it's not even
in her state.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
Right if at some point she had bought a home
in New York, she could say I live there for
a short period of time and then I moved somewhere else,
and now I've got a family member there, or I'm
using it as a rental property or whatever she's doing.
She could never have bought this home legally as her
primary state of residence and been the Attorney General of
New York. So again, a jury might just not care,

(13:24):
like they didn't care about OJ committing a crime, because
they buy into the idea that this is racism and
sexism and all those things that might work in New York.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
I don't think it's gonna work in Norfolk.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
I also think this is a person who is either
too stupid or too unethical to be making prosecutorial decisions
about anybody about anybody.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
So those are her options.

Speaker 1 (13:45):
The real options here are she is so dumb that
she did not know that she was breaking the law
multiple times, which I of course and I'm just to
be clear, I do not believe that at all, or
she is so unethical that she figured I am a powerful,
full Democrat aligned black female prosecutor. Nobody's going to question me,

(14:06):
nobody can touch me, and I can flagrantly violate the
law and.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Commit these felonies, but for not that much money. You know.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
The other thing too, is it's like not worth it
at all to do this when you really look at
what you know. You know, it's not like robin a
bank for ten million and you can just make, you know,
make a make a run for Belize and hope nobody
catches you or something afterwards, you.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Know, unless Buck.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Unless Buck, her finances personally are so bad that she
might not have been able to get a mortgage except
without it being a primary residence, because I mean, remember,
it's kind of interesting that she's buying multiple properties while
only making two hundred thousand dollars ish a year in
New York, which is you can speak to people out
there in Idaho or my home state of Tennessee, they

(14:49):
might say, wow, making two hundred grand, you don't live
that well on two hundred grand in New York City.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
You don't. I mean, that sounds crazy to people, but
it's super expensive.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
It's making one hundred grand in any for a lot
of you listen, like if you're listening in Omaha right now,
two hundred grand in New York City. I've actually read
analysis of this is like one hundred grand. So you know,
one hundred grand. Yeah, you can. You as a single person,
you can live really well on one hundred grand. But
are you buying multiple investment properties on one hundred grand
of income? Probably not. And when you're living in New

(15:20):
York you're paying half that money in taxes. Yeah, So
I mean it starts to you know, you're buying multiple properties.
That starts to get hard to justify legally on one
hundred grand. So I wonder whether she might not qualified. Otherwise,
show me an example of something that nearly nine hundred
thousand gun owners agree on every single month. It's not
that easy to do, but here's one membership to the USCCA.

(15:42):
USCCA members get self defense education training and self defense
liability insurance because if you have to defend yourself, that
expense legally is very high. It gets even more expensive
if you end up in court. And this happens to
people who do everything right, everything by the book. Don't
think this is for people who mess up.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
It's not.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
I know stories personally of people who have had to
go to court to defend themselves after a self defense incident,
and you pay those bills even if you're innocent. The
line between victim and victory is preparation. Every member of
USCCA also gets access to a twenty four to seven
critical response team and attorney network. In the event of
a self defense incident. In today's world, you can do

(16:24):
everything right and still end up in jail. It's the truth,
so prepare for it now. USCCA serves new gun owners,

Speaker 1 (19:03):
Program all, Right, buck just it's gone megaviral there AND
i feel bad for the short dudes out there that
are gonna have to hear, this but you all know
it to be. True we always talk about like the privilege,
pyramid or you, know they always want to, say, oh white.
Privilege you AND I, BUCK i think are in agreement

(19:23):
that the number one privilege In america today is pretty girl.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Privilege, right if.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
You are a good looking, woman you are automatically elevated
above everybody, else no matter what your your gender, is
no matter what your wealth. Is THAT i think is
the number one privilege In america. TODAY i would say
that the thing that men are most judged for is
actually more significant and more anti privilege than anything that

(19:53):
women are judged. For and that is what the data
has shown on the dating. Apps women will not date short.
Men And i'll give you an example of this from
my own. Life my Wife. Laura we have been married
for twenty one, years almost twenty one, years AND i
asked her, once she's five to. Two let me repeat,

(20:16):
that she is five to. TWO i, said would you
have dated me IF i were five? Eight she, said,
no probably. Not she's five to. Two, buck she could wear,
heels and IF i were five to, EIGHT i would
still be clearly quite significantly taller than, her unless they're
the craziest heels.

Speaker 2 (20:33):
Ever she.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Is i'm Seven i'm six foot all, right SO i
have been good spot. There but then you confessed that
your own, wife who you just had a baby, with
confess to you what about height?

Speaker 2 (20:48):
SITUATIONS i was.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
The bottom of the. Acceptable i'm also six. Feet by the,
Way clay AND i are the same. HEIGHT i mean
depends on how swooped my hair or his hair is
in any given. Day but we're within certainly like a
half inch of each. Other stand up back to, back
we're both about six feet.

Speaker 2 (21:02):
Tall.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Okay my wife has told, me she's, like, yeah you're
basically like. You it was LIKE i. Was you, know
when they do the tall enough for the ride at
the amusement.

Speaker 2 (21:10):
PARK i was. TALL i was just barely tall enough to.

Speaker 1 (21:13):
Date so she almost eliminated you for not Being how
tall is your?

Speaker 2 (21:18):
Wife, oh she's five? THREE i mean you've her in.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
Basically in other, words, yes my wife's five two years
about five to. THREE i understand for women out, there
if you're like five to, NINE i understand why you
might want to date a guy.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
Taller this is not our Situ you need to set
some we need to set some.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Parameters in, everybody and there's a bigger conversation or, two
which is that marriage formation is. DOWN a lot of
guys are and a lot of women are taking themselves
out of this sort of marriage formation. Pool there are
a lot of people who are you, know not pairing
up or say they want. To i'm not talking about.
You if you if you choose you don't want to do.
It if you want to become a. Monk, okay, wait

(21:55):
there's always, Exceptions so please don't call and be.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
LIKE i have been living in a monastery for thirteen.
YEARS i love this.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Life it's LIKE i get, it, Okay but for most,
People we're gonna exclude a few things because this is my.
Friend Jedediah bilah was the one who shared out the
data on this. One And jedediah she likes to you,
know you, know she was on The, view she was
On fox for many.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Years she, uh.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
She you, know likes to sort of give it give
it tough to both, SIDES i would, say and in
terms of the dating and the social, stuff you, know
to the, guys to the. Girls and she just pointed
this out that there's there's the data has a real
there's a real problem with this data now AND i
want to argue that this is a new. THING i
think it is a new, thing relatively new. Thing here's
women who are SAYING i won't date a guy shorter

(22:39):
than me THAT i get so much so THAT i would,
SAY I i think maybe once or TWICE i was
on a date with a woman who was basically my.
Height didn't like.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
IT i didn't like. It i'm just a preference.

Speaker 1 (22:52):
Thing.

Speaker 2 (22:52):
Everybody you could, say THAT'S i Just i'm NOT i.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
WOULD i wouldn't dat a woman who's six, two you,
Know LIKE i doesn't mean she's not, attractive BUT i
wouldn't want a data woman who's taller than. Me, yeah,
like you, KNOW i don't want to feel like she
could beat me in a game of one on.

Speaker 2 (23:05):
One you know What i'm, Saying, LIKE i just this
is not really What i'm looking. For so but but
we're not talking about.

Speaker 1 (23:11):
That the data shows that eighty five percent of women.
Online let me repeat, this eighty five percent of women
have a problem with and don't want to date a
man who is.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
Five eight or. Shorter and five eight is a very
interesting metric because that is average.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
Height basically right at five eight five nine is like
the average guy's. HEIGHT i, mean, okay, yeah maybe it's
five to, nine but like that is average male. Height,
yes eighty five percent of women online say that they
will not date a guy who is average or less
than average, height and that excludes all other. Factors i'm

(23:57):
just gonna say. It there's also a thing where men.
Online it's a in terms of their rating of attractiveness of,
women it's a bell. Curve they, think you, know if
they think twenty percent of, women they're really, not you,
know twenty, percent twenty, Percent oh pretty, GOOD i, mean
and it goes all way up to oh my, gosh
twenty percent amazing like my dream.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Women, right, women it's like seventy.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
Again this is the. Data don't argue with, Me, Okay
i'll give you the. Citations this.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
Is this is millions and millions of swipes and data on,
bumble On, Okay, cupid on all thet don't so don't
call in and, say, Well i'm, Short i'm, tall and, no,
no there's A this is about what's happening in the
aggregate millions and millions of times across the. Country, CLAY
i just got so EXCITED i forgot WHERE i Will
but this is In.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
Dick my, Argument i'm gonna take it even further than.
You so if you're angry about, anything you should reach
out To buck because he's responsible for all of these.
OPINIONS i actually think, Women, Oh i'm, sorry real.

Speaker 2 (24:59):
Quick JUST i don't want to.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
Women, basically women think that like ten to fifteen percent
of men are good looking and all other men are.
Ugly that's what the data actually, shows which is. Insane, again,
men it's a bell. Curve men live in the reality
here of like you. Know and and also they're far
more willing to go on a date. Women NOW i understand.
Biologically you don't have to explain.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
This Jordan peterson could show up and tell, me, LIKE
i get.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
It they have to be choosier and there's a different
thing and there's a different imperative with.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
That, fine but eighty percent of guys are not, ugly
you know. WHAT i this is.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
Crazy SO i think women are More this is nobody
will tell you.

Speaker 2 (25:34):
THIS i Think i'm right on.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
THIS i think women are more selective of men in
terms of what they must have than men are of.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Women in other, words let me explain this clip that
one and share that one out. TEAM i like. It
here's my theory on.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
This guys will fall in love with particular body parts on.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Women this is one hundred percent.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
True every guy has got a guy also their personalities. Claimed,
Okay i'm talking about the first time they see. Them
every guy has a friend who is obsessed with long.
Legs every guy has a friend who likes. Butts every
guy has a friend and he cannot. Lie, yes every
guy has a friend who likes. Boops other guys are,

(26:19):
LIKE i don't even care about anything. Else ALL i
want is a, really really pretty. Face and you'll hear
be like that girl weighs three hundred, pounds be, like,
yeah but she's got a really pretty.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
Face, like there are.

Speaker 1 (26:29):
Guys whatever attribute you have as a, woman there are
guys out there that are into. It there are people
buck who love. FEET i don't even understand, This, like
have you seen her?

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Ankles?

Speaker 1 (26:42):
No, no it's not eighteen forty. Dating that's a little
bit of a different. Category there's.

Speaker 2 (26:47):
FEET i think there's feet. Guys back in the. Day
by the, way this is.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Funny do you know what was considered scandalous in the
OH i used to give tours of The United States
capitol WHEN i was in, college it was considered. Scandalous
this is amazing because the people who would sit in
the gallery at The senate and at The. House do
you know how women would get men's attention who were

(27:11):
on like the congressmen and the. Senators how would they
be alluring to show a little?

Speaker 2 (27:16):
Ankle is this Like Saudi.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Aragel they would show their ankles and the men below
would look up and they would be, like that is
the best Looking i'm kidding about. This Like Sam houston
back in the, day he's on the, uh he's on
the floor, There Davy. Crockett they would they would be
talking off off the off the. Floor they'd be, like
did you see the set of ankles On tilda in

(27:38):
the front row of THE u of The house of
Represent i'm telling you this is. Men there are men
who are into. EVERYTHING i don't think there is an
equivalent for. Women like the height. Thing if you, Are i'm,
sorry if you are short and, bald you better have
an incredible. Job you better be you better be killing

(27:59):
it because there's a lot of women out there, like,
YEAH i don't like his. Hair he doesn't have any.
HAIR i, mean this was The George costanza thing back
in the. Day there is no equivalent for women of
the short bald. Man and this ties in on your
point about the whole dating app world has created an artificial, Worldview.

Speaker 2 (28:19):
Buck i've been talking about. THIS i can't get over.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
It there are tons of successful women out there who
are choosing because they can't find a. Man they are
going to sperm donors and they're flipping through just picking
a non actual human right that they're going to interact
with to have a baby. With the person is a,
human but they're never going to interact with him based

(28:42):
solely on the data on the, Page, like, hey he
got a fifteen hundred on THE sat and he went
To yale and he's six to and he's got blue
eyes and. Hair that's my, guy and you never meet
him because you're trying to create a version of a
man that you can't meet in real. Life but also
the height, thing is it to me when she returns
to like do seven footers clean?

Speaker 2 (29:03):
OUT i think it's a diminishing.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
RETURN i think most women would say that the ideal
height window is like six foot to six. Four after six'
four you become too tall and awkward and gangly. For
them they want like six foot to six. Y four
this is me analyzing women and then you get. Too
tall but to, YOUR point i saw you, tweet THIS
and i do think it's, the important most important aspect

(29:26):
here is it's the. ONLY thing. I guess baldness is.
The other height and baldness are the only thing you
can judge someone for that they virtually have no. Control
over if a, guy's, LIKE hey i was gonna, date
her but, she's fat people would, be, like oh can
you get a load? To him like if a guy
on a dating app wrote no, fat chicks girls would,

(29:49):
be like.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
You can control your weight on.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
SOME level i was reading this morning The buck they
now have the what's the peptides?

Speaker 2 (29:57):
Or whatever the glue the? Glue tides would that thing
is That? Glp?

Speaker 1 (30:02):
Uh yeah did You See eli lilly announced today they
now have it in. Pill form you're not even gonna
have to inject yourself on that. Stuff anymore you can
just take a pill which will guarantee that you, lose
weight need less and. Everything else but you can work
to and change everything by, and large except, for hair
and except. For height and it's the things women care,

(30:22):
about here you've you've lined. THIS up i think the
height is the most superficial metric that a person can.
Care about and yet all women have somehow become and,
you know all women. Have SOMETHING and i say, ALL
women i know not all. Of, you okay some of
you are married to great guys who are five to
three and. That's wonderful but this has become a thing in.
Our CULTURE and i think this is. My theory it's because,

(30:45):
of uh we're all sort of metrics and. Online obsessed
now it's about. Social media it's about posting your, you
know your boyfriend or your Husband on instagram and he towers,
over you and like there's this sense OF because I
don't i understand wanting a partner to. BE fit i
understand wanting a partner to be smart or to have an,
attractive face all.

Speaker 2 (31:04):
That stuff, of course this, Is dating this. Is mating
that's how.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
It goes but to, BE like, i mean there's actually
a meme that was going or a little videos going.
Around then it was of someone who was like a
woman and, she's saying, you know he's six four, criminal record,
no problem Speaks, no english, no problem like and even
the DIFFERENCE between i think it was six one and six',
four was, like you, Know six' one i'll deal with

(31:28):
Your annoying and i'll deal with an annoying mother in law,
Like six one i'll, but six,' four you know you may,
be AN axe murder but i think we. Still have
a drink so are we? Crazy on this one let's
take some calls some of. Ladies on this one do
you agree with us or do?

Speaker 2 (31:40):
You think? This is this is are you seeing this
those you have? Daughters or?

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Granddaughters too is it is it bigger among? Them than
it was i'm like the clay you think about like
a lot of the, Biggest Actors, five eight tom, cruise like, five,
seven you know yeah they but they have women that
make them look. Bigger than, they are, so Yeah It's,
true like tom cruise some of. THESE guys are little
i think the big best point you made is this is.

Speaker 2 (32:05):
What the data shows like the.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
Anecdote doesn't really matter i'm sure there are, exceptions to
the data but it's actually quite CLEAR that women are
i think more judgmental of men's physical appearances than men.
ACTUALLY are of women i saw a funny meme yesterday
too by the way, on the same level how much
have you read buck Over the years about barbie, and
unrealistic you know like. Physical expectations, For Women You, know

(32:31):
tom barby king have you ever seen an Article about
like he man or or Any number. Of basically superman
superheros have you ever seen a story About how unrealistic
he man's Body type and like, superman's body type is
and how it is so destructive to young men Who
know because he man would have to be on, massive

(32:53):
doses of right it's impossible, to A large extent like.
Barbie's body is impossible i've, never, seen anyone argue oh this,
Is unfortunate for men like how in the world can they?

Speaker 2 (33:03):
Get out of bed.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
THEY have unrealistic expectations i think we have a one
way street on.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
A lot of This since Nine Eleven.

Speaker 1 (33:10):
TUNNEL the towers foundation i was down with them playing golf,
a couple weeks, ago you guys know and we raised
Millions Of dollars because frank siller does. Such an amazing
Job and back in october of last year we raised
millions of Dollars For. Them AT liberty national what i
love about everything That they Do at tunnel to towers

(33:30):
is they take care of so many people who need
to be taken care of because they have put their
lives on. The line for us ninety five cents of
every dollar That you Give to tunnel to towers goes
to help. A family in need they've worked to pay
off the mortgages of families that have lost loved ones
so they don't have to. Lose their homes too and twenty,

(33:50):
years after nine eleven more than twenty years, after nine
to eleven they're still working to make sure that our
men and women in uniform who put their lives on
the line for safety and protect that. We Have their
backs join buck and me and donating eleven Dollars a
Month to tunnel to towers at. T, Twot dot ORG

Speaker 2 (34:28):
You get your.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Podcasts Welcome back In Clay. TRAVIS buck sexton show i
appreciate all of you. Hanging out with us we are
Deluged with responses after, buck shared the data which is
true that women are horribly. Discriminating against short men and
if in fact you wanted, to talk about privilege maybe,

(34:50):
number one pretty privilege maybe, number TWO hype privilege because
i think it. Goes across race gender, for men in
particular can you think of something, where, you'd be like
hey what's more valuable than being? Six foot, OR taller,
for men, I mean obviously intelligence i'm talking. ABOUT just
physical attributes i think, you probably go, HEIGHT and for
women i think You probably go pretty and those are, probably,

(35:12):
the two biggest. Best most valuable, assets now for men
you could also say there are, things, you work for right.
Wealth obviously factors in ali has been saying off air
that she thinks this is just straight biology because historically
women have wanted bigger men because they protect them better.
Than SMALLER men do and i think that's, probably true
on average not to say you can't be five to,

(35:33):
four and YOU know an incredible ufc fighter back in
the day, in the caveman era but probably being six
or four goliath styles probably a little bit.

Speaker 2 (35:42):
More, Of, an advantage yeah yes perhaps it's. Interesting to,
see that you know a.

Speaker 1 (35:49):
Lot, Of women are actually as we see the listeners weighing,
in on, this, One they're Like look i'm not i'm
not picky about a.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
Man's a man's HAIR man this that i don't, NEED a,
Six PACK i don't but i do. Have a height
requirement so many women. Have a height REQUIREMENT this.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
IS what I mean i think i've learnt that what
we were saying is your wife is five to three.
Minus five to two both of them have told us
they would not have dated us if. We, were, five
eight well no and.

Speaker 2 (36:18):
Then clearly we both just barely were tall enough for.
THE amusement park.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
Ride i do there is no. Male equivalent to this there.
IS no male equivalent i don't think, to women's height
again because, men like, tall women, short women Big women
small women, like whatever you are there is a man
out there that will be. In LOVE with, YOU like
i said i still love the, idea we come back

(36:42):
we'll update you, on everything going on and we'll take
your calls and. We'll HAVE some fun but i still
love the idea of back in the eighteen hundred's the
ankle thing on the On the balcony overlooking this.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
Is how men are you. Got a great ankle we'll
find you
