Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to today's edition of the Clay Travis and Buck
Sexton Show podcast. Welcome in Clay Travis Buck Sexton Show.
I am back in New York City, masked Central compared
to where I usually am. Buck and I are in
the same studio here as we get ready tomorrow to
celebrate the one year anniversary of the program. We appreciate
(00:23):
all of you hanging out with us and the big
story in twenty twenty two, the Red Way, the tsunami,
the overwhelming attack upon the insanity that has been levied
by Democrats in this country as a part of the
Joe Biden administration. And we've been looking sort of Sherlock
(00:44):
holmesy in for clues in all of these all these
primaries that are going on. Buck and I want to
hit you with some data here. Texas thirty four Congressional
district has been a controlled congressional district for over a
hundred years. It went for Hillary Clinton by twenty two
(01:09):
points in twenty sixteen. In twenty twenty it had swung
back down to Biden, only winning by four over Trump,
but the Democrat congressman won by fourteen. It is eighty
four percent Hispanic. Buck, we got a major sign. Then
we're not talking about just a red wave, but maybe
(01:31):
a red tsunami. Myra Flores one by roughly seven points.
That means in the space of two years a little
bit less eighteen months, we have had a twenty one
point swing in Texas thirty four. Wow. I mean, this
(01:52):
is if this were a representative sample of where we
might be going. We're talking about seats that nobody been
considered being in play. Maybe the biggest red wave of
all time potentially on the horizon. So there's so much
about this particular win as well. It's obviously a special election,
so there's going to have to be another. So we're
(02:13):
gonna see how durable this in this movement in this
one congressional district is. In just a matter of months, right,
We're we're gonna be finding out who is going to
have two years in the seat at the end of
this year. But I think it's fascinating that you've got
with Myra Flores, the wife of a Border Patrol agent.
(02:36):
I believe the first and correct me if anything, the
first ever Mexican born member of the United States Congress
Board in Mexico became a US citizen broad here when
she was a child. I think she may also be
the first ever female Latina, certainly Republican, but maybe female
(02:57):
Latina member of Congress period from the state of Texas.
And as I said, married to a border patrol agent
and Clay when you see some of what she said
and now she had she had some solid support, you know,
at the national level, from the Trump folks, from the
make America Great crowd. But she said things when she
(03:19):
was running for this seat, like the Rio Grande Valley.
I know some people say Rio grand Which way I
say Rio grand I don't know is that that's the
American way? Right? Rio grand because it's not great with accident,
says everybody knows who listens to the show. So I'm
gonna sound the most American post. Shouldn't we say River
grand if we're gonna, you know, if it's either it's
either Rio Grande or River Grand, right, it should anyway?
(03:43):
But uh well, I'll say Rio grand I'm gonna go
Clay style here, and it is she said it is
quote This is from her. Remember, female Latina born in Mexico,
now US citizen member of Congress. And big congratulations to
Mira Flores for that. For her defeat of Dan Sanchez,
she says the valley Rio Grande Valley is under attack
(04:03):
at the border and not and promise not to let
chronyism in Washington ruin our communities. So there are two
things I think that are simultaneously that are really interesting
to watch play out. On the one hand, you have,
as we've already discussed, the Hispanic community in America moving
far toward of the Republican Party. And that's just because rational,
(04:27):
because the economy, because inflation, because gas prices, and we're saying, great, fantastic,
you know, this is a great movement, great momentum. But
in this case, specifically, this is somebody who is saying,
what the Biden administrations border policies are doing to our
community is lawless and reckless and unfair. We are overrun
(04:51):
with drug cartel activity, we are overrun with illegal caravans
coming through this area. If you look, it's right along
the southeastern corridor of Texas and the Mexican border. And
she's just saying what when Republicans usually say, we get, oh,
that's so racist, you're not allowed to say that, she's saying, no,
illegal immigration is a big problem. This needs to stop.
(05:13):
And I think what it also brings home is this
is a monster swing that has happened really rapidly. And
I don't know, remember Buck, earlier this week we were
talking about, Hey, how are people in New York City
gonna wake up the morning after the midterms and react?
They have no idea how the rest of the country feels.
(05:34):
New York LA And I know we got a lot
of listeners in both markets, and you guys are behind
enemy line, so to speak, but you're more connected to
the middle part of the country, and Democrats have gone
so far left wing. Elon Musk tweeted, I don't know
if you saw this, Buck, but I thought it was
interesting because Elon, it seems to me, is following a
little bit of the pathway that I followed. He said,
(05:55):
I voted for Mara Flores, first time I ever voted Republican,
massive red wave in twenty twenty two. That is what
Evon Musk said. He, by the way, certainly has moved
much of his businesses to Texas and Latinos. First of all,
they reject all this ridiculous latin X talk and all
(06:17):
this ridiculous woke discussion, but they tend to have normal
family values, by which I mean they understand that a
home with a man and a woman raising a child
is far more successful. They tend to have religious faith backgrounds,
The family structure is very sound, and they're looking around
(06:38):
and saying, wait a minute, you're telling me that a
five year old can change their gender. The Democrats are
so out of touch, and I think this is emblematic.
I would encourage Republicans to lean into this because I
think it's emblematic not just for the Latino population, the
Hispanic population, but for Asians, for black, white look people
(06:59):
come to a man Erica because they believe this country
is incredible, because they are leaving behind places that are
much worse. And the idea that they're coming to a
country that Democrats think is awful and racist and the
worst place in the world to live, which is really
the Democrat underlying message right now, is fundamentally rejected by
(07:22):
many of these people. And so this is a shot
across the bow for Democrats. I don't think they're going
to respond to it. I don't think they're going to
understand it, and I think it's symptomatic of what we're
going to see in less than five months. In a
red way and to your point about the echo chambers
in the very blue areas of the country and how
this is they're setting themselves up. Everyone listening, this is like,
(07:45):
how could they be surprised? Oh, they're going to be
surprised by what's coming, the same way that you know
Donald Trump, he couldn't have won. It must have been Russia. Right,
They're setting themselves up for a shock here. And I
think one way that you can just line this up
and see what the message is from the country versus
what the blue Democrat enclaves are going with. While we're
(08:07):
seeing this enormous special election win because of what an indicates,
we know it's one congressional seat, but a lot of
firsts as we said, which the Democrats media is not anticipated. Yea,
she had to win over fifty percent. We should also
mention that they're redrawing this district, so it'll actually get
more difficult for her in when the new district goes
into effect, but she could still potentially win it. Again.
(08:30):
The statement that she made is a monstrously massive one.
And while that's going on, instead of looking at because
the Biden administration, the Biden White House will not in
their minds, betray the left wing base by doing anything
to crack down on illegal activity at the border. They
just won't do it. They're trying to process it more,
(08:51):
they're trying to hide it from American people. So while
this big statement, as you say, has come down about
this special election, you see the DHS is big, big
report out of Fox News and credit to I believe
Bill Mulujin broke it for Fox, DHS is going to
be disciplining agents involved in the quote migrant whipping fiasco,
(09:13):
which was already investigated did not happen, meaning no one
was whipped, They didn't try to whip anybody. It was
split reins on horseback. And now just to give something
just to play racial politics, just to play the left
wing blame game here, and to throw members of law enforcement,
(09:33):
which is what border patrol are, under the bus. They're
going to give them some administrative punishment in the next
few days after they were cleared criminally in the investigation.
Now they're going to just punish them so they can say, see,
we throw border patrol under the bus at the first
sign of problems. That's because the Democrats entire campaign promise
right now is essentially everything is racist. You question Kareem
(09:57):
John Pierre and how bad of a job she's doing
as a spokesperson, it's because she's black and gay. No,
no, no no, it's because she's bad at her job. The
entire Biden administration is bad at their job. And Democrats
their only game plan is to immediately label anything that
criticizes the decisions that they're making as racist, sexist, transphobic,
(10:19):
whatever that might be. And it's going to be very
difficult to make that argument. I mean, it's just why
I'm so fascinated to think, what are all these people
waking up in New York and LA on the day
after the midterms going to say, when minority voters continue
to overwhelmingly move towards the right side, are they going
to be, like Larry Elder, the black face of white supremacy,
(10:42):
or the Hispanic face of white supremacy, the Asian face
of white supremacy, or is there going to have to
be a recognition of just how toxic the Democrat brand
has become? And this is Look, this is how I
ended up a Republican right. It wasn't that I moved,
it's that the Democrats lost their mind. Went insane and
I'm just desperately seeking sanity. And there's a lot of
(11:04):
mease out there, guys and girls of all different backgrounds
who were saying I've had enough. And now the big question,
I think is will the trend that we see about
Hispanic voters coming out in numbers for the Republican Party
that are historic. I mean, you haven't. Now this is
just one little microcosm. But given the polling we see
(11:27):
across the country and the realities of the economy plus
legal Hispanic voters, Democrats hate to talk about this right
the same way that what Myra Flores says about the
lawless border. Mexican board and female Latina now Member of Congress,
Mira Flores, what she says about the border is racist
when Republicans say it. It'll be interesting to see how
(11:48):
Democrats try to console themselves if a lot of Hispanic
voters who do not like all the polling shows this
too being called Latin X they actually despise it. They
think it's annoy and condescending and weird and weird, and
they're right, yes, but it'll be fascinating Democrats try to
explain how that big move along with I'm sure, a
(12:09):
lot of the exit polling will show that that illegal immigration,
especially in Texas Arizona along the border, illegal immigration was
a major concern for Hispanic voters in the midterm election.
That will make it difficult for the left to explain
that it's just all Donald Trump and racism. Oh and
this would have happened buck in twenty twenty butt four
(12:31):
COVID right. We saw the early stirrings of this massive
move from Asians, Black voters, Hispanic voters in the direction
of Republicans, and some people said, well, it's just Donald Trump.
That was the argument they tried to make. He had
a unique appeal in South Florida and South Texas. I
think what you're seeing is it's not only Trump, it's
(12:51):
the toxicity of Democrat ideas and they were overwhelmingly repudiated
last night. Lots of results in primary season, but this
is one that stands out that if I were in
the DNC, if I was in that Biden White House,
I'd be having trouble sleeping at night because of that tsunami.
I don't even think we call it a wave anymore.
I think it's a big red tsunami that's coming. Verizon
(13:13):
AT and T T Mobile. They're all charging you too
much every month. I know because I see Pure Talk
charging less every month for the same quality of cell
phone service without all the extras you likely never use.
My own son is on his Pure Talk phone. He
loves it. Instead of paying eighty nine dollars a month,
you could pay just twenty dollars to Pure Talk for
what you actually need. And if you think it's too
(13:35):
good to be true, well the coverage really is that good.
You'll be on America's most reliable five G network. Switching
is easy. You can keep your same number and your
same phone. You'll have a quick conversation with their US
based customer service who will walk you through the steps. Boom.
You might save six or seven hundred dollars a year
without any compromise equality. So if you've been on the fence,
(13:56):
it's time to take the leap start saving money every month.
Here's how you do it. Grab your cell phones in
your hand right now, Dial pound two fifty, say Clay
and buck, and you'll save an additional fifty percent off
your first month thanks to Pure Talks no risk money
back guarantee, you won't regret it. Dial pound two fifty.
(14:17):
That's pound two five zero. Say, Clay and Buck, sign
up today and you'll save an additional fifty percent your
first moment. That is sort of the expectation. And I
think if we look at it even historically, I mean,
who were all predicting quite some time ago, even before
Joe Biden's appropriating, He's got to the point that they
are the Democrats are going to have a hard time
(14:38):
because historically that's what happens to the president's party in
the first internal election. I think that a lot of
things now have come together to make it even tougher
terrain for Democrats because of what is happening with inflation.
You have the CNN full showing about is the number
one issue with voters, and they prefer Republicans by twenty
points on that issue. So yes, I think the expectation
(15:01):
is the Democrats are you not going to have a
great internal election. I'm not going to have a great
internal election. That is quite an understatement based on all
the polls. Welcome back to Clay and Buck. By the way,
we're here, both of us in NYC. And I think
that I think there's some This is gonna be fascinating Clay,
(15:21):
There're gonna be some Democrats who are trying to convince
their fellow Democrats. Slowly but surely it's gonna be a really,
really rough November. You know, they don't want to come
out too much now and say because I don't want
to be adding to the Republican win and turning sentiment.
But then there's the other side of this. The view,
(15:42):
for example, is just like whatever, We're gonna have a
Kamala Buddha judge ticket and it's gonna be amazing. I
do think there are plenty of you know, Democrats that
have tons of verve and energy. I mean, I like
Gavin Newsom because he's really pretty to look at, and
I think he does a great job in California. I
like Kamala Kamala and Pete Buda. I think that looks great.
(16:04):
I think really well, I would vote for them. I
hope this country is ready for something like that. Um.
I think the brain power alone would would just obliterate
Trump or I love this, right, I mean, please, I
hope every Democrat listens to them. Death Santis first of all,
I would put Kamala Harris first of all. The brain
(16:27):
power argument between Kamala Harris and Rhonda Santis is not
in our Look, if you told me right now, Clay Travis,
you can put a you know, like any part of
the sat any test you want to have, spelling, be
like any way that you demonstrate that you are more
intellectually superior than someone else. I would put every spare
(16:49):
dollar I own on Rhonda Santis against Kamala Harris, just
just based off look Rhonda Santis. Uh yet, whether you
like him or not, Yale undergrad Harvard Law buying large
if you graduate from Harvard Law. Just tossing it out there.
Buck pretty smart guy, right, He's he's a white guy
who didn't benefit from legacy of his parents or affirmative action.
(17:14):
Not a rich guy. Still has twenty one thousand dollars
in student loans that he's paying enough. If that was fascinating.
I saw that shared yesterday. He would be if he well,
just in the political scene in general. He pours guy
on the planet basically, but basically like an upper middle
class guy who just happens to be the governor of
the state of Florida. Yeah, still paying off loans, So
(17:34):
I would I would love Again. This goes with the
view being the dumbest people in all of media. You
are totally tone deaf. And I know there's some pole
out there because somebody will tweet and say, well, did
you see the poll that said Kamala Harris will beat
Ron de Santis? Grab this clip? I know we haven't
on the transcript. We'll think of something crazy I can do.
Buck If Kamala Harris is the Democrat nominee and she
(17:56):
were to beat Ron De Santis at any point you know,
might not be twenty four, might be twenty eight, Who
knows when it might happen. Think up a ridiculous thing
that I would have to do, because there ain't no
way in hell that's happening. Inflation rates are way out
pacing any income growth this year. That's going to be
detrimental to your household budget. What can you do to
get ahead? How about calling our friends at American Financing
(18:17):
for that free mortgage review. You have an asset in
your home, and the increased equity in your home that
comes from overall appreciation. It's more than just a place
you live. It's an investment tool too, and you're able
to access cash from that investment at competitive rates as
long as you take action soon. The FED is meeting
again this week and could see another rate hike folks,
so act now. In as little as ten minutes, you
(18:38):
can learn about custom loan options that can help you
achieve financial stability. You've got to call American Financing to
get started. Call American Financing now eight hundred seven seven
seven eighty one oh nine. That's eight hundred seven seven
seven eighty one oh nine, or visit American Financing dot
net MLS one eight two three three four NMLS Consumer
Access Dot or welcome back in Play Travis buck Sexton
(19:02):
Show appreciate all of you hanging out with us as
we power through the Wednesday edition of the program. I
got the day of the week correct this time yesterday.
The stay off happens un right there we go and
this is something, honestly that we would anticipate that Joe
Biden might do. And Buck, we talked about the impact
(19:25):
of Texas thirty four, that congressional district won by Myra
Flores and how it has to be setting off alarm
bells everywhere inside of the Democrat Party. I feel like,
curious what you think about this that if we get
not just the red wave, but the red tsunami, it
might just sweep Joe Biden's twenty twenty four electoral chances
(19:49):
out with it, because he's gonna have to for all
the talk we're focusing on Trump and who's gonna run
on the Republican side, Biden's gonna have to give an
official answer sometime. I would think in early January, after Christmas,
after New Year's when everybody kind of returns to work,
and if we get that tsunami, I really think they
(20:09):
made us as an excuse and just say Joe Biden
swept out to see and it's time for a new
generation of leader. If we do the war gaming here
or the stratigo or what was your what was your
board game of choice? Play a risk guy. My family,
my dad was a stockbroker. We got by the way.
I didn't even mean for this to be a transition.
Father's Day special. Today we got Clay's dad, we got
(20:33):
Buck's dad calling in. I will say this. Let me
just today, I want to temper expectations. My dad has
no technical ability whatsoever, no email address, doesn't get on
the internet, has a phone, but it is a flip phone.
And my mom is currently with my sister and her
family in South Florida on vacation. So I feel confident
(20:55):
that your dad is going to be reachable. It would
not surprise me at all if my dad can't answer
his flip phone and or if the conversation doesn't work.
So I just want to temper expectations here. So my
dad on Friday will be in studio with us. He
can think a couple of blocks. I'm gonna have to
I'm gonna have to like throw a flag and make
sure YouTube don't start lining up too many sports bets
(21:15):
right away, because he loves he's into the NFL and
he's into the you know, is he a Giants or
a Jets guy? Oh, he's a Giants guy. Yeah, Giants guy.
Loves also golf, so we can ask him about the
tour I Tour, the Live Tour, and all the controversy
with the Saudies. My dad is a monster sports fan.
I just wanted I just want to temper expectations. Not
(21:36):
sure that he'll be able to answer his phone and
actually conduct an interview, and we're gonna be taking questions
for the Dad Yes on Friday. The Dad Hotline if
you want to call with a question for Clay's dad
or Buck's dad, which would be my dad, or just
say a question. Both of them obviously can answer the
same question. Two one two four four five. This is
(21:57):
our hot line for Dad Friday. I guess Father's Day Friday.
Father's Day Friday. Ye, Dad Friday. Two one, two four
four five, three nine six nine. Again if you want
to call him in the question for our dads two
one two four four five three nine six nine. Because
everyone loved the Mother's Day. Yes, extravaganza that was that
we had. That was a lot of fun. Um uh
(22:19):
and uh yeah, oh, I was gonna say the So
my dad was a stockbroker and so his we played
a lot of Monopoly. Whenever we went off book strategy games,
we played Monopoly, a monk of strategy game, reel strat,
I mean like risk was a strategy game. So so
bringing it back to our political strategy game, which is
(22:40):
kind of what we do on this show, I think
there's a And now it's funny because you talk about
consensus as though, well it's the consensus, but as we know,
I mean consensus was that Donald Trump in twenty fifteen
had no shot and it was ridiculous, and then he
crushed everywhere, you know, on the Republican side, the Democrats side.
So consensus isn't what it used to be in politics,
but I think it's increasingly forming. Tell me if you
(23:02):
think you see this too. If Trump runs, Biden runs,
if for some reason Trump doesn't run, it seems almost
impossible for Biden to run against a different Republican candidate.
This is what people are saying. Do you do you
buy that? Does that make sense to you? I think
(23:22):
Biden is so far down. I was looking at the polls,
you know, I'm a poll nerd. I was looking at
him this morning, and there's a new one out of
Georgia that has Trump up seven points over Biden in Georgia.
So I don't buy the thesis that Biden would beat
Trump in twenty twenty four. I think he is so decrepit.
I think he is so senile. I think he is
(23:44):
so frankly unable to do the job. And by the way,
this is what I wanted to hit here, Buck Initially,
when you and I started having these conversations a year ago,
what would people say, Oh, that's just a Republican talking point,
Oh that's those far right lunatics. But what's interesting is,
and this is why I think Biden's gonna get kicked
(24:04):
to the curb. CNN has now started to go in
on Biden, and I want to play these two cuts.
This is Van Jones. He's asking about Biden's age and stamina. Initially,
you weren't allowed to bring this up. Now it's not
even Republicans having this conversation. It's sort of an inner
family debate with Democrats. Listen to Van Jones here, I
(24:27):
think everybody is looking very closely. Now. When Biden does well,
he does really well. That gun speech he gave he
was perfect it, it was powerful. When he does badly,
when he stumbles, you get nervous and you wonder is
it justice stutter, is he tired or something else there?
And so I think that people are just looking, honestly,
I think I think a lot of Democrats were like,
if this guy's ready to go, we're behind him. But
(24:49):
if he's not ready to go, he should let us know.
I'm gonna tell you go ahead. No, I was just
gonna say when Van Jones is saying, hey, basically, is
there an age dementia related issue here? That's a big.
So so so we we will often talk about you know,
we make fun of Joy Behar for example, because she
is one of when it comes to politics, one of
the dumbest people on TV. I disagree with Van Jones
(25:09):
on a lot. He is sorry. Yeah, he's a sharp guy,
and he knows where when the Democrat base is moving
a little bit. He understands that dynamic. And and so
the fact that he's talking about this, he is very connected.
You know, he's connected in the in the Biden camp,
he's connected in the you know, the former Obama camp,
and so when he's saying this, it means it's real.
(25:32):
But you know, think about it this way, how how
do they make that switch. On the one hand, you'd say,
if if the incumbent president, I guess they'd say it's
for health reason, they would finally have to admit it's
for health reasons and say that that's the only reason
that he's stepping down, not the fact that he's terrible
at the job. Yeah. And also listen to Don Lemon.
We know that Don Lemon never has any opinion unless
(25:56):
it's okay to have that opinion, right, Like he is
the most follow the herd guy in my experience feeds
the Democrat audience whatever whatever they want, not taking a
big step ever out in front. Listen to Don Lemon
ask this question on CNN about having trouble following him.
Of course we should be asking that question. First of all,
I'm a journalist. That's my job is to ask questions,
(26:19):
and as the person who represents the administration and the president,
is her job to answer those questions. I would not
be doing my job if I didn't ask that. I
do think that as the president of the United States,
we should know the health history, both physically and mentally
of the president of the United States. We certainly questioned
the former president's capabilities and whether or not he should
have the mental capacity, quite frankly, and the physical capacity
(26:41):
to be the president of United States, and we did
it a lot. The reason I asked that question is
because there are reports that are coming out. There's a
report in the New York Times about what Democrats are
saying that they're whispers. And we interview the president, we
watch him in press conferences, we watch him do interviews
on He was on Jimmy Kimmel the other night, and
quite frankly, I had trouble following him. So they used
to talk about the twenty fifth Amendment under Trump. Yeah right,
(27:04):
remember that all there were whole new cycles at CNN.
They would have people they would not even just pseudo
psychiatrists or people that were Democrat operatives that said they
had a PhD or whatever, or an MD if you're
a psychiatrist, but they would also bring on random celebrities
to diagnose the mental health of Donald Trump when he
was president. Donald Trump, you and idea. But it's funny,
(27:24):
Don Lemon. They're saying, I'm a journalist. I'm not a journalist.
Clay is not a journalist. Don Lemon is not a journalist.
We are commentators. We have opinions, but we're honest about it.
CNN lies about it. That's the big difference, and that's
why CNN is going into some really rough times right
now and has been for a while. But Donald Trump
used to do you know, we do three hours of
radio together a day and podcasts and TV hits. That
(27:46):
guy would off the cuff do two three hours of
live content that was infrawling for audiences of tens of
thousands of people. Can you imagine what would happen if
you told Joe Biden stand on stage and just entertain this,
you know, sixty thousand person stadium about politics for three hours.
(28:09):
I mean, I think you actually would have to stop
and take a nap. I mean, just think about it
this way, Buck. We were at Marlago with Trump in February.
He walked in for our interview with just one person
there with him. Usually there's handlers everywhere for a political
interview of that magnitude, and he talked with us for
a full hour. You guys were able to hear it,
(28:30):
and every commercial break he's sitting across from us continuing
that conversation. You and I are in this New York
City studio right now. If Joe Biden came in here
to talk with us for an hour, I question whether
anybody who listened would believe that he was fit to
be president of the United States by the end of
that hour. I just I don't think he's physically and
(28:51):
mentally capable. And the fact that Don Lemon is pointing
to an interview that the President did with Jimmy Kimmel,
and he said, quite frankly, I had trouble following him.
This dude can't even do a softball interview. With a
late night host. He would finish an interview with US
for an hour, and almost no one would believe he
(29:12):
was fit to still be the president of the United States.
I really believe that. I mean, you've said this so
many times. The fundamental promise or narrative I should say
of Joe Biden in twenty twenty was everybody panic. Trump
doesn't care if the whole This is what the Democrats
were saying, this is what the media apparatus was pushing.
Trump doesn't care if everyone dies from COVID. We're all
(29:34):
going to die from COVID. Everyone run, you know, run
for the hills, hide in your basement. Joe Biden didn't
have to campaign. People didn't really know what does this
guy stand for, and the media just said Trump is
basically worse than Hitler. Joe Biden is a cuddly old
man who you've heard of before. He's been around for
a long time. You'll have normalcy and unity. That was
(29:55):
a total lie. The Biden White House is now saying
we need to have tran gender surgery as standard of
care for children under the age of twelve. Yes, and
the reason why we put I really believe this. Our
candidates through such long campaigns is because we want to
know that they have the mental and physical acuity to
(30:16):
be able to handle the job. You know this, you
travel a lot for work. If Joe Biden had had
during the twenty twenty campaign to constantly get on airplanes,
fly over across the country, do all these campaign events,
he doesn't have the stamina to be able to do it.
I really think people would have caught on in twenty twenty. Instead,
they ran him from the basement. They were able to
claim that it was because of COVID. I think the
(30:37):
reality is because he can't do the job. If you're
dealing with pain every day refuses to go away, you
need relief Factor created by doctors, perfected by over fifteen
years of scientific research. Relief Factors one hundred percent drug
free product made for you. It goes right to the
source of your pain, which is often inflammation. Doesn't take
long or cost a lot to figure out if this
might work for you either just three weeks and twenty bucks.
(30:59):
In fact, you can take relief Factor three times a
day breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three weeks and you'll
know if it feels produces results for you. Soon enough
or not. We recently heard from David in Pennsylvania. He
had hit pain. He took the three packets a day
and he was surprised that, in addition to the hip
pain going away, so did the discomfort in his shoulder
and foot. After taking it for a month, he stopped.
(31:20):
Pain came back, which is why he takes relief Factor
and the pain has gone away. You can join the

One of the things we're learning here is that you
know Hispanic or so called Hispanic activists or people who
claim to speak for Hispanics and actual Hispanic voters and
everyday people are not the same thing. You know. Hispanics
don't want to pay five dollars a gasp, don't want
violent criminals running the streets. Hispanics don't want schools trying
(32:04):
to convince their son that he's their daughter that they're
not in favor of these things, and I think it's
pronouncing itself by voting against a party that stands or
is responsible for those kinds of policies. The Democrats could
be in for a rude awakening in so many ways.
Obviously we're talking about the midterms. Welcome back to Clay
(32:24):
and Buck and how it's just a question how bad
it's going to be for them. It should be. If
there is any political justice in this world, it should
be the biggest annihilation, the biggest they deserve, the biggest
political slapdown of my lifetime, or at least of my
adult lifetime. You know, I don't remember what it was
like back in the Reagan era all that well, because
I was a little kid. But Clay, the activist versus
(32:49):
everyday Democrat voter separation is something I think we're seeing
play out in a number of ways that really do
move the needle or really do effect the way the
political trajectories going. You, as Marco Rubio just said, Senator
from Florida, of course, that Hispanic activist groups don't really
represent their their identity politics, groups that are very much
(33:13):
acting the same way as others within the left wing
of the Democrat base. Everyday Hispanic voters, a lot of
them are obviously Democrats. They Democrats have a big advantage
in terms of registration of Hispanics are saying, what has
Biden done for me lately? You even see this, I
think in uh within members of the of the gay
(33:37):
community lately, who are saying, and I've talked you about
this too, who are saying, hold on a second, this
transactivism for children in schools and through Disney, this is
not you know, speaking obviously the first person. For their
speaking first person, this is not my fight as a
as a gay man, or as a woman who's in
(33:58):
a same sex marriage, etc. In America, the activists have
pushed the party so far left on a number of issues.
I think they're going to realize the Democrat, the Democrat voter,
not necessarily the Democrat vanguard isn't with them on some
of these things. I think that is exactly what's going on.
And this is nothing less than an existential threat to
(34:21):
the existence of the Democrat Party. I think this is
big because their entire concept of existence has been as
America becomes more diverse, as they're more Hispanic, as there
are a larger minority population than our victory becomes inevitable.
That's the math that they've tried to put out there.
(34:43):
Politics often doesn't go as a mathematical equation you would expect,
because political leaders adjust the calculus along the way. And
one of the biggest legacies of Trump, which is an
incredible irony, is he probably has expanded the Republican base
and he may have led the Democrat Party to destroy
(35:05):
itself because they have become so obsessed with identity politics
that they think they can tell how you're going to
vote just by looking at you. And that works to
a large extent in the black population, although for black men,
I think it's changing in a hurry. And what we
should have in America is you look at a white guy,
(35:27):
you have no idea how he votes. You look at
a white woman, you have no idea how they vote. Increasingly,
it's starting to look like that might be the case
for Hispanic voters as well. And then what do you
have to do compete on ideas as opposed to on identities.
And that is where we are headed, that old question politics,
Have you seen your life get better? The answer for
(35:48):
I think almost unless you are somebody who is part
of the hardcore Democrat fringe, unless you know, you work
for the ACLU, or unless you're a part of you know,
Plan Parenthood, or are your Hunter Biden or you know,
or your Hunter Biden. Undiden's life has gotten better with
Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's been making that cash. But
(36:09):
for everybody else, for everybody listening to this, it's it
just gets worse. I mean, I sit here and I say,
are we are we missing something? Every day? Class say
what is the thing that the Democrats point to or
could point to that we're not talking about. Everything's better?
And then you realize why there's such an obsession with Trump,
because that's the old The only thing they delivered on
is Joe Biden is not Donald Trump. And that's not
(36:31):
enough for anybody who's not suffering from Trump to arrangement syndrome.
And it certainly wasn't enough for everybody down in South Texas,
which again, Myra Flores, for those of you out there
who are just starting to listen, this was I believe,
a seismic victory or sanity in this country. And it's
not enough for gas prices either. We're talking about that
in a second Fleet, Travis and Buck Sexton on the
(36:56):
front lines of truth. Th
