Speaker 1 (00:15):
What's up, guys, Happy Friday. Welcome in to another episode
of the Daily Juice podcast. My name is Matt Perrault.
You guys can follow me across all of my socials
at sports Tuck Mantain. We were back after a flat day,
flat Thursday, flat Friday, flat week, not up, not down.
The Bill has lost the game outright, more on them

(00:35):
here in just one second. Christian Kirk gets it there.
That's the bit we got right. He had two catches
in the first half, so we go over one and
a half receptions there, Dallas and Vancouver ends up four
to two. Ottinger played really well. I thought we'd get
the extra goal at the end to make it four
to three. We didn't get it, so it's a push.
Six is a great number. So one one in one
down point twenty five units, So juiced out a little

(00:58):
bit there. Pretty much a flat week heading to Friday,
Saturday and Sunday. Can still have a winning week. But
let's talk about the Bills for a second, because the Bills,
well that's now six straight games they've lost in Houston,
and at six straight games they have not scored twenty points.
When we started the game and they went right down
the field and they scored. You're like, okay, Buffalo's got

(01:21):
the mojo going, and then everything kind of stopped. Somehow
that game stayed under forty three and a half. That
is unbelievable, Like there was big pro money on the over.
I'm not sure at the time of taping here, I
don't know what the diagnosis is going to be on
Josh Allen. How significant if he was hurt in that game,

(01:42):
how significant is it going to be? And if the
Patriots beat the Bengals on Sunday, the Patriots will be
ten and two, the Bills are seven and four. They
play on the road at Pittsburgh next week. Then they
get the little mini buy playing on Thursday, but they'll
play Pittsburgh. If they lose that game, they go seven

(02:04):
and five. The Patriots will play the Giants at home.
If the Patriots beat the Giants, the Patriots will be
eleven and two and the Cheat and the Bills will
be seven and five. The Patriots will go to a
bye week. I forget who the Bills play, but I
think it's a win. So the Bills will be eight

(02:25):
and five and the Patriots will be coming off of
a bye at eleven and two, and they would be
playing in their first hat and T shirt game in
five years. Hat and T shirt is to win the division.
The Patriots to win the AFC East looks pretty solid,
which is unbelievable to think about where we were at

(02:47):
the start of the regular season. Everyone said fools gold
including me for that matter, right to steal Cam Newton's
line that they were going to go over their win
total already done that to win the division was like
five to one for the Patriots to win the AFC East.
Josh Allen Company, way too many turnovers, way too many mistakes,

(03:07):
and that defense is just not good. By the way.
Davis Mills is three and oh as a starter. CJ.
Stroud's gonna get whially pipped here. Texans have a very
slim chance of making the postseason. But maybe they go
with the long neck and they go with Davis Mills
over CJ. Stroud because I mean, the numbers are the

(03:29):
numbers right, He's playing extremely, extremely well. I've got one
bet for us, actually two bets in college football for
tonight and the parlay on a Friday. We're gonna bring
it back. I'm gonna this is not a very juicy parlay.
This is a one. This is a I'm gonna try
to make a four foot put. Okay, I'm gonna try

(03:50):
to make an easy one here. I'm gonna try to
get us on the board. We have not gotten on
the board for a parlay in a while. I got
one that you know should quote in quoteation marks should hit.
But we'll see how it all plays out. More on
that here in just one second. Before we give you
the picks. Let's remind you, guys that the presenting sponsor

Let's start here in Las Vegas. So there are eight

(04:56):
islands that make up Hawaii, our fifth state. In Las Vegas,
there are so many people from Hawaii that live here
and come over here to gamble and to party and
to just vacation. There are so many Hawaiians that do
business here in Las Vegas that they call Las Vegas

(05:20):
the Ninth Island. There's billboards all over town about this
game saying Las Vegas is the Ninth Island. The city
of o Wahoo in the City of Las Vegas. They
have a lot of things going between the two of them. Also,
there's a lot of players that come over here from

(05:41):
Hawaii to play at the prep schools. They then go
back to Hawaii and play for the University of Hawaii.
There's also a lot of kids that are recruited out
of Las Vegas to go play at Hawaii. In fact,
there are seven Las Vegas natives on the Hawaii roster.

(06:03):
The starting quarterback played high school football at Bishop Gorman.
Here in Las Vegas. There's just a lot of symmetry
between Las Vegas and Hawaii. Both these teams are four
and two in the Mountain West Conference. However, Friday night
at home, this is a big game. This is a

(06:24):
bigger game than people realize. I think UNLV knows it.
I think the alumni know it. I think the fans
know it. I think the players know it. And the
number is two and a half. Las Vegas is one
in four ats at home this year. But that's a
little bit deceiving in my opinion. So they opened up
the year as thirty and a half point favorites against

(06:47):
Idaho State, and I thought they were going to be
in for a really rough year. They won by seven.
It was ugly, but after that they were two point dogs.
Do Ucla. They won outright. We saw where Ucla went
after that. They were at home against Air Force. They
were laying seven. They won by three, didn't cover, but
they won. They were at home against New Mexico, they
were laying three and a half. They lost by five,

(07:09):
but at home wins over Ucla, Idaho State, and Air Force.
A lot of offense. You can bet the over in
this game. But at sixty four and a half, that
is such a high number that I don't. I'm not
comfortable here, even though I mean it's been somewhat defense
by you know, whatever they feel like it. In terms

(07:32):
of games involving UNLV, last week at home against Utah State,
though twenty nine to twenty six, the game went under
by thirteen and a half points. On the road against
Colorado State, it was forty two ten. That game went
under by ninety two points. Last home game after Utah
State was New Mexico forty to thirty five. The loss.

(07:53):
Game went over by thirteen and a half points against
air Force it was sixty five. It was a fifty
one forty eight final and that game it flew over.
That's the reason why we're looking at a sixty four
and a half, but that would almost be the highest
total of the year for UNLV. Sixty five was Air
Force Hawaii. On the other side, on their side at

(08:13):
home against San Diego State, forty eight went under thirty
eight to six. Against San Jose State, it with fifty
five and a half. They won. They lost forty five
thirty eight. It went over by twenty seven and a
half points against Caloro State. It was fifty two and
a half. They won thirty one to nineteen. Game went
under by two and a half points. This is the
highest total of the year for Hawaii at sixty four

(08:35):
and a half, so I'm not overly confident UNLV three
and two to the over at home, two and two
for Hawaii on the road. I think the better play
is to take Hawaii. Sorry, to take UNLV to win
by a field goal against Hawaii. This is going to
be a fun football game. But I think because of
the familiarity between these teams, these players, these coaches, get

(09:00):
the two and a half, don't get the three. I
want the two and a half, but I'm gonna lay
it here with UNLV. I'm gonna lay the two and
a half with the running Rebels at home on a
Friday night, rocking environment at Allegiance Stadium, big name, big
game here for coach Mullins and company. UNLV minus two
and a half at minus one ten for one point

(09:21):
one units the second bet of the day. Also in
college football, Florida State and North Carolina State. This game's
being played in Raleigh. Now. It looks like it's gonna
be a little bit cold and wet, not awful, but
not that windy either. But the total is sixty or
fifty nine and a half, depending on the book you're

(09:42):
looking at. It opened up at sixty one and a half.
It has since been bet down. These two teams, I
don't know if they're gonna get into as big of
a shootout as the number projects it to. It's a
little bit surprising it's this high at sixty. Florida State
is well as two and one to the under on
the road this year and NC State is three and

(10:04):
two to the over. But their last game went under
against Miami on the road. It was fifty four and
a half. They scored seven points and they got blown
out forty one to seven against Miami. The last four
games have gone under for Florida State, and the totals
have been fifty five and a half, fifty seven and
a half, fifty one and a half, and fifty four

(10:27):
and a half. They've gone under by seven and a half,
twenty three and a half, two and a half, and
twenty one and a half. In fact, the last two
road games for Florida State have gone under by twenty
one and a half and twenty three and a half.
They're simply not scoring right now now. They did put
up thirty four points at home against against vad Tech

(10:51):
in their last game. But Clemson ten Stanford thirteen. Here
is NC State, and I know their defense is not outstanding.
Miami just hung forty one points on them. But at
home they did get into a shootout with Georgia Tech
forty eight thirty six and Pittsburgh did run them out
of the building fifty three to two thirty four. So

(11:13):
that's why this number is as high as it is.
I just don't know if Florida State is going to
go and put up a huge number. And I'm not
sure NC State scores a whole lot against Florida State.
With the idea that we're getting some weather here in
the in the area, I'm gonna take the sixty and
I'm gonna bet the under. I'll follow the steam here.
All the money early is coming in, all the pro
money is coming in on the under, I'll follow it here.

(11:36):
Numbers right, Florida State to have five straight games to
go under. We're going under sixty for Florida State and
NC State at minus one ten. Now, if you guys
want the autographed mini helmet by Bo Nix of the Broncos,

(12:19):
this video. Now, we have not hit a parlay. I
don't know how long it's been, okay, but it's been
a while. So I'm just going to try to hit
a layup here. Okay, I'm going to three bets that
I think are pretty safe. As I say that, watch
all three miss almost last week. I think two of

(12:40):
the three missed. But this is a plus one thirty
one parlay. Not big return by any means, but we're
going to take big favorites. In the NBA. Cleveland is
at home, laying thirteen and a half against the Pacers,
who have two wins on the year. Cleveland money line
is your first leg. The second we're looking for big

(13:01):
numbers again. Oklahoma City is on the road at Utah.
OKC is laying sixteen and a half points to Utah.
We're going moneyline Oklahoma City thunder, and then the bet.
That really is what the BET's all about. The total
Denver and Houston. We're going over two thirty four and

(13:23):
a half for Denver and Houston in the NBA. Denver
on the road this year is four and three to
the over. Houston this year at home is four to
one and one to the over. Eight of the last
ten games for Houston have gone over. They're ten to
two and one to the over this season. Denver is

(13:46):
eight and six. Denver's five and five over their last
ten games and three and two to the over over
their last five. Their last two games against Chicago and
New Orleans both went over to forty and a half
and two thirty five and a half. We're going over
two thirty five and a half for Denver and Houston.

(14:08):
Is your all NBA three leg parlay where we're going
money line Cleveland, money line thunder and the over too
thirty four and a half for Houston and Denver. That
is a plus one thirty one parlay. For one unit
for the don't bet parlay parlays on Friday for US,

(14:29):
SO plays for Friday U and LV laying two and
a half at home against Hawaii, NC State in Florida
State under sixty. Both those bets at minus one ten
calves money line thunder money line over two thirty four
and a half. For Houston in Denver, it's a plus
one thirty one parlay for one unit. Those are the

(14:50):
plays for US here on a Friday. My name is
