and you know, We kicked the Lions to the curb.

you see when Patrick Mahomes has a little bit of
speed there to break things up. Big difference. But the questions,
the questions with the Ravens, you're a bad defense. I
don't think you're fixing that. That's not even They're not

And you're watching and you're going, and you know, Lamar
got hurt, but they were getting blown out before he
got hurt. Now if he's going to be out for
a couple of weeks, and you start to look at this,

they went toe to toe with Buffalo, they went toe
to toe with the Lions. But you're seeing a pattern
of how many points that they're giving up. And if

Yeah, Paul, the Ravens had the third ranked offense scoring
in football. They're ranked last in the entire league in
defense in both yards and scoring.

They it just had a different vibe to them, energetic.
I think when when you're watching the offense, it's like, Okay,
Xavier Worthy, come on down. And very few players in

Besides the first game of Buffalo, he just hasn't been
himself and he's it feels like he's got the football
version of the yips. If you saw people doing the
uh the fumbling tactic with him, Yeah, like the little

actually draw plays for these things. So it's whether it's
right block, it's left block, it's middle block.

like we were so focused on oh well, we got
these plays on offense, we got these plays on defense.

well we're just gonna whatever. Well, when you take it serious,
you see what can happen. And when you are kind
of bs and through it, these are the things that
can happen if you don't if you the end blocker
on the end of field goal pro and you don't

get your hand all the way out you've seen yesterday,
they can knock your hand down and turn that corner
on you. These are elite athletes. These are best athletes
in the world. So if you're not to take in
this part serious, then this is what can happen. But
you see how much the third phase of the football
could change the game.

an analogy in another sport where this happens and then

they were favorite to win at home. Everybody's like, oh,
look at what they're doing. Any attention to what happened.
They had a Sunday game, they played a Thursday game
at home. They didn't have to travel. All they had
to do was just go and roll into it with
the regular operation. We hadn't seen them hit the road.
We hadn't seen them travel, we hadn't seen anything. We

hadn't seen them tested. So when people was like, oh,
the Packers are the best team right now, the Packers
of the I'm like, how they the best team? We
haven't seen them do anything. How are they jumping the Eagles?
How are they jumping Buffalo? How are they jumping on
these people. And that's why I said, we can't just
put them above Philly when we've seen Philly be tested.
We haven't seen green Bay be tested for us to

be saying they're the best. What happened as soon as
they hit the road, they lost to Cleveland. Now we've
just seen them hit the road. I thought that they
were gonna blow Cowboys up. I think most of America
thought that this was gonna be a blowout game. But
we've seen what happened. So they just always say, you
can't crown people super early. You gotta let the season
play up. A have a philosophy. You do not know

who's who until about week nine of the season. Then
you start seeing like some consistency. Okay, this is what
they can do, this is what they can't do. Okay,
we've seen that. This is kind of like because I

that's kind of like a that's a fluff eleven and oh,
that's not a real eleven and oh team.

This is a National football league. If your offense is

Offensively, when you pack the middle of the field, which
is what Kansas City did. You pack the middle of
the field, you take away all those crossing routes in
the middle of the field.

To push the ball outside, outside the numbers and make
throws where he has to make throws outside the numbers.
And that's all Kansas City did yesterday. They made him
make throws outside the numbers. And then you get executy.
You're worthy back. You score points. You can't depend always
depend on your offense to score points like this every day.

Look at what the Philadelphia Eagles did. They are finding
different ways to win. They won yesterday. The offense wasn't great,
but what they do. They got to score on special
teams and the defense was lights out. Your offense is
not always going to give you thirty seven points. So
the other phase of the gay, other two phase of
the game have to show up, and defense is just

it's bad. Man, It looks thirty. They were giving up
thirty points a game and yesterday was just even worse.

Patrick Mahomes, as great as he is, he's not Lamar Jackson.
He can't be leading your team in rushing. He can't
do that. Were they able to do yesterday? They able
to run the ball one player, one player changed everything.
They put it Davire Worthy back in the lineup, and
it opened up the entire offense. They were able to

do so many different things. Well, you're gonna watch back
and watch them with the field of the Eagles. The
Eagles were being overly aggressive with the Kansas City Chiefs
wad receivers because they weren't afraid of anybody getting open.
They weren't afraid of getting deep deep downfield, so they
were being overly aggressive. Well, you bring Davie Worthy back
and look at everything opens up. Okay, I understand it

was the Baltimore Ravens defense, but it's not just about
how you're seeing. What you're seeing is how it's being done.
Patrick Mahomes didn't look under durest. He didn't look like
he was pressive. Get the ball out bath, get the
ball out here. If they be worthy here, get open,
beat over the top. So now what they're gonna do
is they're gonna get healthy, and then they're gonna get

Richie Rice back, and then this is where we start
to see. Okay, the defense is in place. That's one
thing we haven't had to worry about Kansas City. I
would be worried about Kansas City if the defense was bad.
The defense hasn't been bad. The defense has been in place.
They just haven't been able to put up points like
they normally do.

Now they're gonna start scoring points, and once they get
their whole group back, then we're gonna start seeing the
Kansas City that scared everybody again.

So I think Kansas City is legit.

That's why I was never worried about them losing those
couple of games, because they lost to the Chargers, who
hit the ground running. Justin Herbert is coming into us own.
I know he's struggled yesterday, but I still believe he's
gonna have a great season. They lost to the Champs. Okay,
then they won against New York. Obviously it was New York,
but we see they not as bad as you think
we've seen it. Yesterday it was just who they had

at quarterback. But then they won yesterday at home. Now
they're gonna get healthy. I think cad I believe that
Kansas City is they gonna get back to being that
scary team and.

A rookies cadence at the line of scrimmage quarterback different
like do they sound like rookies or sound young when
they're calling out plays at the line of scrimmage.

So I wouldn't say that they say young more than
it's not as complex. It's like there's no switch up.
So Drew Brees used to Yellow Lady, Old Lady. Yellow
Lady says he would switch it up, and then he
would he would have different colors and then he would
kill kill kill. He's doing a lot at the line,
so you never know what's gonna happen. Cam Newton Ready,

white Lady. He never would snap right on that. He
would switch. He would switch it up. Matt Ryan would
switch as up. When you go against he's it. That's
why pay they Oh maha, everybody thought the ball was coming,
he said, Omaha, I know it wasn't. So when you

he say this and he say is the boss coming?

Because he's not. He has so much other things to

to jump the snap camp. They're not changing nothing because

on up here. They trying to see, especially if your
comfort is doing all this, and then if I know
what I played, if I'm playing a rookie, their coach
has told him that guy right there, make sure you
keep your eyes on him. So now I know he's
not gonna switch his snap camp because he's seeing all this,

but he knows I'm sitting right here too, and Miles
Garrett is over there. No rookie is gonna look and
see Miles Garrett and be thinking about let me switch

gives everybody. If you go back and look when he
was in Green Bay, when they were at home, is
when he got most of those free plays. Because it

We kicked the Chiefs to the curb all of a sudden,
you see when Patrick Mahomes has a little bit of
speed there to break things up. Big difference. But the questions,
the questions with the Ravens, you're a bad defense. I
don't think you're fixing that. That's not even They're not
even bad. They're embarrassing, Terry, They're embarrassing. They're embarrassingly bad.

And you're watching and you're going, and you know, Lamar
got hurt, but they were getting blown out before he
got hurt. Now if he's going to be out for
a couple of weeks, and you start to look at this,
and I think I think we were okay that they
they went toe to toe with Buffalo, they went toe
to toe with the Lions. But you're seeing a pattern
of how many points that they're giving up. And if

Lamar is not Lamar is gonna have to be in
a shootout every single week.

Yeah, Paul, the Ravens had the third ranked offense scoring
in football. They're ranked last in the entire league in
defense in both yards and scoring.

Yeah, but I like what I saw with Kansas City.
They it just had a different vibe to them, energetic.
I think when when you're watching the offense, it's like, Okay,
Xavier Worthy, come on down. And very few players in
the game who were like him. Yes, Mark, you're also
worried about Derrick Henry.

Besides the first game of Buffalo, he just hasn't been
himself and he's it feels like he's got the football
version of the yips. If you saw people doing the
uh the fumbling tactic with him, Yeah, like the little
drill because he's so worked up about his fumbling issues.

They got to figure out how they're going to use him,
Like he didn't forget how to run. But and he
was on the sidelines. There was a third and one
and he's on the sidelines. Horrible call and they have
to have him out there, even as a decoy.

Yeah, but when you give him eight carries, man, I
don't know.

I lack of upset. We're all getting like we're offended
by what the defense is doing for the Ravens.

Well, no, I'm upset with for Derrick Henry because he's

But they're such a frustrating team because they're they're really good.

The Ravens used to lead with their defense. That's that's
why it is. It's egregious what that defense is doing
to the offense.

Yeah, but that's one of those where you go, these
guys look out of sink. They can't stop anybody. And
I mean this is a Kansas City offense that hasn't
been great, and all of a sudden they look like

You seen situations on different football teams where one side
of the ball is angry with the other because they're
not holding up there into the bargain.

was like, Hey, all you got to do is give
us ten points. You guys, score ten points, won't win
the game. That's all they were asking for. You just
get ten and we'll win.

To be fair to the Ravens on defense, the injury
situation that's true is brutal. Yeah, brutal, that's crisis level. Yeah,

Unfortunately with my books, yesterday kind of was a big

actually draw plays for these things. So it's whether it's
right block, it's left block, it's middle block.

Motions in practice, this is why the coaches, you know,
like we were so focused on oh well, we got
these plays on offense, we got these plays on defense.

When we do special.

Teams, O line D line is just like, oh, okay,
well we're just gonna whatever. Well, when you take it serious,
you see what can happen. And when you are kind
of bs and through it, these are the things that
can happen if you don't if you the end blocker
on the end of field goal pro and you don't

get your hand all the way out you've seen yesterday,
they can knock your hand down and turn that corner
on you. These are elite athletes. These are best athletes
in the world. So if you're not to take in
this part serious, then this is what can happen. But
you see how much the third phase of the football
could change the game.

seeing right now.

And you know it's maybe I'm trying to think of
an analogy in another sport where this happens and then

really like because you're sitting still the game stops. So
that's similar to shooting free throws. You're sitting here. These
free throws are crucial, So I need to make these
free throws, you know what I'm saying, or get a
get a you know, a timely block like what Lebron did.

So I would I would correlate it to situations like that.

just that don't work out.

I think everybody was all in on the Packers after
what they did to the Lions, and then all of
a sudden you lose to the Browns and then you tie.

Alas there everybody ooh, I was not okay, Well that
was not because of two weeks. And I kept saying,
it's two weeks and here's why I kept saying you
can't go all in. It's because after two weeks, think
about what took place. Okay, they had the mic, it

comes in. It's like, oh man, first off, this is
already playoff team. It was already top ten defense. They
were twenty second in pressure rate. So you go out,
you address the need. You bring in the guy who
led the league of pressure since he stepped foot in
the NFL. Of course your pass rush is going to
be better. But what happened. They won two games that

they were favorite to win at home. Everybody's like, oh,
look at what they're doing. Any attention to what happened.
They had a Sunday game, they played a Thursday game
at home. They didn't have to travel. All they had
to do was just go and roll into it with
the regular operation. We hadn't seen them hit the road.
We hadn't seen them travel, we hadn't seen anything. We

hadn't seen them tested. So when people was like, oh,
the Packers are the best team right now, the Packers
of the I'm like, how they the best team? We
haven't seen them do anything. How are they jumping the Eagles?
How are they jumping Buffalo? How are they jumping on
these people. And that's why I said, we can't just
put them above Philly when we've seen Philly be tested.
We haven't seen green Bay be tested for us to

be saying they're the best. What happened as soon as
they hit the road, they lost to Cleveland. Now we've
just seen them hit the road. I thought that they
were gonna blow Cowboys up. I think most of America
thought that this was gonna be a blowout game. But
we've seen what happened. So they just always say, you
can't crown people super early. You gotta let the season
play up. A have a philosophy. You do not know

who's who until about week nine of the season. Then
you start seeing like some consistency. Okay, this is what
they can do, this is what they can't do. Okay,
we've seen that. This is kind of like because I
remember one time we seen in Pittsburgh steel As going
eleven and oh, but everybody was like, well, I don't know,
that's kind of like a that's a fluff eleven and oh,
that's not a real eleven and oh team.

So you know, you gotta let the see them play out.

But I haven't been sold on Green Bay after two weeks,

And it doesn't matter how many because before yesterday they

This is a National football league. If your offense is

Offensively, when you pack the middle of the field, which
is what Kansas City did. You pack the middle of
the field, you take away all those crossing routes in

throws where he has to make throws outside the numbers.
And that's all Kansas City did yesterday. They made him
make throws outside the numbers. And then you get executy.
You're worthy back. You score points. You can't depend always
depend on your offense to score points like this every day.

Look at what the Philadelphia Eagles did. They are finding
different ways to win. They won yesterday. The offense wasn't great,
but what they do. They got to score on special
teams and the defense was lights out. Your offense is
not always going to give you thirty seven points. So

the game have to show up, and defense is just

it's bad. Man, It looks thirty. They were giving up
thirty points a game and yesterday was just even worse.

they're good. We have to look at all the revolving

of the line of play and the first three weeks.

Patrick Mahomes, as great as he is, he's not Lamar Jackson.
He can't be leading your team in rushing. He can't
do that. Were they able to do yesterday? They able
to run the ball one player, one player changed everything.
They put it Davire Worthy back in the lineup, and
it opened up the entire offense. They were able to

do so many different things. Well, you're gonna watch back
and watch them with the field of the Eagles. The
Eagles were being overly aggressive with the Kansas City Chiefs
wad receivers because they weren't afraid of anybody getting open.
They weren't afraid of getting deep deep downfield, so they
were being overly aggressive. Well, you bring Davie Worthy back
and look at everything opens up. Okay, I understand it

was the Baltimore Ravens defense, but it's not just about
how you're seeing. What you're seeing is how it's being done.
Patrick Mahomes didn't look under durest. He didn't look like
he was pressive. Get the ball out bath, get the
ball out here. If they be worthy here, get open,
beat over the top. So now what they're gonna do
is they're gonna get healthy, and then they're gonna get

Richie Rice back, and then this is where we start
to see. Okay, the defense is in place. That's one
thing we haven't had to worry about Kansas City. I
would be worried about Kansas City if the defense was bad.
The defense hasn't been bad. The defense has been in place.
They just haven't been able to put up points like
they normally do.

Now they're gonna start scoring points, and once they get
their whole group back, then we're gonna start seeing the

but we see they not as bad as you think
we've seen it. Yesterday it was just who they had

they're gonna get healthy. I think cad I believe that
Kansas City is they gonna get back to being that

So I wouldn't say that they say young more than

Lady says he would switch it up, and then he
would he would have different colors and then he would

so you never know what's gonna happen. Cam Newton Ready,

would switch. He would switch it up. Matt Ryan would
switch as up. When you go against he's it. That's

comfort is doing all this, and then if I know
what I played, if I'm playing a rookie, their coach

not gonna switch his snap camp because he's seeing all this,

Garrett is over there. No rookie is gonna look and
