When I do shows, I do shows typically Monday through Saturday,
so this show will pop up in your feed five
(00:27):
to six times a week. All Right, the Minnesota Timberwolves
defeated the Memphis Grizzlies one one twenty five. But first
today we're gonna try an experimental segment, something that I've
never done before but have a fascination of. However, before
(00:50):
we dive into this news segment, I must first tell
you about five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis. If you
are looking for a bathroom remodel, there's no better place
to start than bath than five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis.
My wife's and I project was done in forty eight hours,
(01:15):
and this was a full bathroom model. Say goodbye to
six week projects, Say goodbye to being crammed downstairs, Say
goodbye to taking out a loan at the bank, because
these because five Star Bath Solutions has financial payment options.
So take a look at this video. Here's the before video.
(01:39):
This is what our bathroom looked like before. Moldy shower,
gross step, ugly looking blue floors.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
Something.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
It had to be done because it was really an
unhealthy living environment.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
A shower and mold that was the old one. Here
we go.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
And it was a shower and a bathroom that we
were not proud of. People walked in as like. So
something needed to be done. So we found five Star
Bath Solutions of Minneapolis and woila modern bathroom, updated floors,
shower bath, double sync, updated vanity.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
All of this done in forty eight hours.
Speaker 1 (02:26):
We had our bathroom back in three days, exactly the
way we wanted it. Check out five Star Bath Solutions
of Minneapolis and be a happy customer like my wife
and I are. Five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis, get
your project done quick and right. Okay, as far as
(02:48):
this new segment is concerned, before I dive into it,
I must first preface it with something I personally have
a fascination with.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
Farts. I like farts. I like to fart.
Speaker 1 (03:07):
I like to fart underneath the covers because it's fun,
and sometimes I'll even lift up the covers to get
a little whiff, just to see how stinchy it was.
And you know what's crazy about me, My farts never smell.
They never smell. Never, like maybe one out of one
(03:28):
hundred smell. My farts never smell. But the inspiration behind
this segment is called crapping on Minnesota Tim. So stick
with me because I think you're gonna be entertained by
this crapping on Minnesota Tim. If you follow the Minnesota
Tim page on Facebook, you should if you don't, and
(03:52):
if you do, you have noticed a lot of comments
from randoms my reels that are crapping on Minnesota Tim.
So throughout the week, on a week when it's on
weeks when it's hot, there's some weeks when it's hot,
(04:13):
we are going to find the crappiest comments and we
are going to discuss them, and we are going to
analyze and share which comment is the best.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
So that's what we're gonna do.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
And I'll do my best to read them and find them,
and that's what we're gonna discuss. So I'll share this
page with you, hopefully you can see it.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
First. One Jim Shoe sh Uh.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
And this guy really needs to adapt his game because
he's been posting this same comment for like five months,
every single comment, dude, change it up, mix it up.
This guy's not ever going to win because it's the
ex exact same thing.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Every single time. Make it.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
Look at this if you can see this page seven
hours ago, dumb mass eight hours ago, dumbass eight hours ago,
dumb ass eight hours ago, dumbass eight hours ago, dumb
ass nine hours ago, dumbass. On like eight videos within
the last twenty four hours, he wrote, dumbass. Sometimes it
does four exclamation points, sometimes it only has one exclamation point.
(05:24):
Change up your game? What is wrong with you? Figure
it out. So he's not going to win, but he's
the first crapping on Minnesota tim comment that we're going
to react to. All right, there's plenty more where that
came from. Let's take a look at more of these comments.
If I can find them, here we go see all,
(05:46):
see all, because there's a lot of comments to discuss,
lots of comments to talk about.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
There was one the other day that I thought was
very worthy of a winner.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Let's see if I can find it because I responded
to it. And some people get really creative and they
actually do a pretty good job.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
And now I'm not gonna be able to find it,
but I will find it here in a second. Ex
give me a second.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Jim Shoe, Jim Shoe, here we go, Come on, where
are we at? I get so confused because Jim Shoe
is just all over. This guy likes to fill up
the feed and that doesn't bother me at all. Here's
the thing about Minnesota Tim. These comments don't impact me
one bit. If random Joe schmos that I have no
idea that are have fake background pictures, even have a
(06:42):
picture of them when they're older or whatever the case
may be, and and and they are making comments that
are supposed to be hurtful, doesn't impact me one bit.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Does There's only a few opinions that I listened to.
Speaker 1 (06:58):
Opinion of God, the opinion of my wife, and the
opinion of loved ones close to me, and supervisors that
actually know what they're talking about.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
Opinions from these people don't bother me.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
I actually find it hilarious, which is why we're starting
a new crapping on Minnesota Tim segment.
Speaker 2 (07:14):
So a little context. Uh, here's a good one.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
This one comes from stand up arts, and this is
one of my favorite ones. What a complete lonely dork
with this stupid s h I T talk. I just
wrote back, Lol Bo Wells, what a r E T
A r D man? This one really fill.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
Up the feed.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Brent shuff clean out your crack pipe. Oh here we go,
Joey Laire I filed the goods. Dude, who's f u
c ki inside?
Speaker 2 (07:52):
Are you on?
Speaker 1 (07:52):
Stop claiming to be a Viking's commentary channel. All you
ever do is rip our team and we hate you.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
I hear the.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
Packers need more idiots like you to comment on the
shi T.
Speaker 2 (08:02):
I'm done with you. Tom Lacroix says.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
This was a good one, and all I said was
the Minnesota Vikings are not close to winning the super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
That was what my post was about.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
That was my real So that one really filled up
the feed, and that one really got some good ones.
And there's another really good one from stand up Arts.
So Jim Shue, he's gone for a while, he missed
a few months, and then four days ago he came
back with the very elegant comment dumbass, and I responded,
(08:37):
I've missed you. So we're gonna do this on Fridays
from here on out as long as there's enough comments
to do something like this. This is kind of fun.
I think it's hilarious. Oh man, there's another of upstead
of ours that I'm looking for that. Uh, I'll here
you go. Jeff Ingen, he's also a commenter. Look at
that profile picture and there is none. Three friends. He's
(09:00):
been pretty consistent.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
He's been a little.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
Quiet recently, but he'll probably make his way back. He says, Oh,
please shut up. He said that four weeks ago. Oh man,
he's got some good ones. I'm sure we'll come across
his comments at any moment, because he just has been everywhere. Oh,
here's going from Bob Sandvig SR. Shut up, dumb ass, STFU.
(09:25):
It was a fumble all the way. Stafford simply dropped
the ball. You have the most amazingly annoying voice ever. STF.
You you are a dum b ass. It's so funny
how sensitive people are too comments. Oh here's an all timer,
(09:46):
Margie and Jim Edwards. You are a FN dickhead.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
Wow. This one is gonna have a lot of them.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
This is a reaction to Stafford's quote unquote intentional grounding,
which I didn't think was so I shared that opinion
so I said, thank you, Oh, Dennis Hauser, idiot. Intentional grounding,
not magical, it's intentional grounding.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
Idiotop wrong one.
Speaker 1 (10:15):
So looking at all these comments, looking at all these
Eugene Becker, you're high?
Speaker 2 (10:22):
Who is this?
Speaker 1 (10:22):
Slap dick called both the Manning brothers said no, just
saying that's a good one. Slap dick. I never heard
that one before. That's a little creative. That one was
by Ken Leure. So there's a lot of one.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Ha ha.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
You're a soul full of crap And my comment was
poop this morning. So I think you're wrong because if
I'm soul full of crap, then why did I.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
Poop this one. It's a good theory to go with,
but uh, not quite. Shut up.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
You look like you're one minivan away from a sex change.
Culton Lens Oh bad, he was good. Some of these
are good. I really wish I could find that other
one from stand up arts or whatever. He had a one,
He had a really good one the other day and
I haven't been able to find it. Maybe i'll find
(11:14):
it before the show's over, or maybe i'll do a
quick browser through the comments notification section. You can't remember
what it was off the top of my head. And
for whatever reason, Facebook's not loading right now. Oh here
we go stand up arts?
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Where are you? Bud? Nineteen hours ago said this one if.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
McCarthy does not next season, there's a legitimate yeah, here
it is, because there's legitimate concerns for you.
Speaker 2 (11:41):
People.
Speaker 1 (11:42):
Stop making videos for me and get yourself checked out
by a doctor. And I replied to it, you are right,
I have a dysfunction. I love responding to comments like
this and making it fun because why not.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Why wouldn't you make it fun? What? What? What? These
people don't bother me.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
So like the fact that we can make it into
a segment and make it fun. It's a blast. I
love it. It's a great time. So to finish off
that segment and that we're gonna dive into a Timberwold segment.
That's twelve minutes of crapping on Minnesota Tim. Yep, yep,
(12:54):
what a beat. This is a beat right here? Whoa
(13:23):
ohoh going into burps then see that coming. Okay, so
you guys get the idea. That's the idea, farting on Minnesota.
Tim Krabbitt a Minnesota Tim, And that's the news segment.
All right, the Minnesota Timberwolves, after twelve minutes of crapping
on Minnesota tim beat the Memphis.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Grizzlies one.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Five last night, not in overtime, scored one hundred and
forty one points in regulation, and advance to forty seven
and thirty three with two games remaining against the Brooklyn
Nets and Utah Jazz, who the Timberwolves will be double
digit favorites against both of those, which I don't know
if it's a good thing, because, uh, here's the problem.
(14:06):
The Timberwolves have struggled against four teams all season long,
but the Timberwls.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Aren't the thick of it.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
And after that impressive win last night, you lose that game,
you're automatically in the plan. And right now the Timberwolves
are still the eighth seed. But there's a couple of
other teams that play each other. So when I looked
at some insiders and their predictions, if the Timberwolves went
out against Brooklyn and Utah, the likelihood is that they
are going to be somewhere in that top six because
(14:36):
other teams play each other, and because of the type
breakers and all those different things, Timberwls were probably somewhere
in the top six if they beat Utah and Brooklyn
these next few nights.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
So Edwards goes off.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
For forty four points spectacular effort, thirteen for nineteen in
the field seven or for eleven from the three point line.
But what stands out above all of those numbers was
that Edwards went eleven for thirteen from the free throw line. Sure,
he shot three eleven three point shots, but he attacked
(15:16):
the rim and got to the foul line. And when
Anthony Edwards settles, the defense wins even if the shot
goes in. But when Anthony Edwards attacks the rim, gets
to the paint, gets to the foul line, has control
of the basketball game, then that's when Anthony Edwards is
(15:36):
at his best.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
And Edwards was at his best last night.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
And you could call this a superstar performance because it
was a superstar performance. But I'm still going to push
back against the idea that Edwards is a superstar in
the NBA because he does these things on big nights
when there's must win games.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
But I want to see Edwards.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
He doesn't have to score forty four points every night,
but I want to see him control the game, dominate
the game from start to finish. I want the game
to look like it's in the palm of his hand
and he just knows what he's doing. He has control,
the defense has no shot, and he doesn't do that enough.
He did it in the playoffs, he'll do it in
big games like this, but I want to see it
(16:22):
more consistently throughout the regular season. So that's why I
push back against the idea that he is a quote
unquote superstar. As impressive as this win was and as
poor a performance as the Timberwlves had against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
I still don't know.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
If the Timberwolves have answered their biggest questions now. Something
to keep in mind is they have won fifteen of
nineteen games. The Timberwlves have been on a tear since
March second. Second, they went on like an eight game
win streak one two, three, four, five, six seven eight,
lost two in a row, one lost another one, and
(17:08):
then one one two, three, four, five, one five in
a row, and then.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Lost to Milwaukee and then won another one.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
So the Timberwolves recently have been winning more games than
they've been losing, and they're devastating fourth quarter performance against
the Milwaukee Bucks was a tough one to watch, but
let's also be honest about it.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
Things like that happened.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
The Timberwolves were down twenty five points against the Oklahoma
City Thunder earlier in the year without Edwards in the
fourth quarter, and they came back and won, I guess,
the best team in the league.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
So that's a watch that stuff happens.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
Stuff happens for the Timberwls, stuff happens against the Timberwolves.
But the problem that I had in that loss was
how poorly the Timberwolves closed the game down the stretch.
Their offense was completely inept. And you look at their
wins over these last few weeks, and they had one
(18:03):
close win against the Denver Nuggets on to one thirty
nine in double overtime, which demanded that the Timberwolves play
well in crunch time, and the Timberwolves have had a
lot of poor losses in crunch time. At Utah February
(18:24):
twenty eighth, they lost one seventeen to one sixteen, lost
by one versus the Pacers and their bench. It was
their bench playing. They lost one thirty two to one
thirty against the New Orleans Pelicans. Two nights later, they
lost one to nineteen one fifteen. They had one close
win against Denver in these last few weeks, in this
(18:45):
last month or two. So I still don't know if
the Timberwolves have answered the biggest question about being able
to win games consistently in crunch time, because when it
comes to the playoffs, things slow down and games get closer.
(19:08):
So the Timberwolves need to figure out how to close
games late. And I do want to push back against
one theory because everyone has this idea about what playoff
basketball is, and it was true against Dallas, but everyone
has this idea, oh, playoff basketball could go either way,
every possession.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Matters as not true, I guess the Phoenix Suns.
Speaker 1 (19:31):
Last year in the first round of the playoffs, the
Timberwolves won one twenty ninety five, one oh five, ninety three,
one twenty six, one oh nine, and one twenty two
one sixteen. There's only one game that was a single
digit win for the Timberwolves against Denver. Same thing. The
Timberwolves beat Denver Game one one o six ninety nine,
(19:53):
Game two one oh six eighty, lost Game three one
seventeen to ninety lost Game four one fifteen to one
oh seven, lost Game five one twelve ninety seven, one
game six one fifteen to seventy, and then one game
seven ninety eight to ninety. So there was no single
(20:16):
performance against Denver last year where the Timberwolves won or
lost by five points or less.
Speaker 2 (20:25):
So this idea that.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
There oh games are so much close from the playoffs
is not necessarily true. That's what you think is true,
But the league has changed so much because of the
three point shot. One if if one team is on
and one team is off, blowout immediately. If one team
(20:48):
shoots forty percent from the three point line and then
another team shoots fifteen percent from the three point line,
game over. And that's really what dictates games in the
league these days, especially the playoffs. So to push back
against my concerns of winning close games, there's not that
many close games in the playoffs, not as many close
(21:08):
games as people think, but there are some, and going
into the playoffs you have to be able to win some.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
Against Dallas, the Timberwolves lost one.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
Oh eight, one oh five, one oh nine, one o eight,
one sixteen, one oh seven, and one twenty four one
o three. The game they beat them is one oh five,
one hundred. So against Dallas there was close games, but
against Denver against Phoenix, not really, they were all seven.
The closest game was a seven point win for the Timberwolves.
(21:42):
So is that really every single possession matters down the stretch?
There's a few points to give, and of course Denver
is gonna file, so it makes it look a little
bigger than what it is. But I still think the
biggest concern going into the playoffs for the Timberwolves is
how they finished late, because they have done such a
(22:05):
poor job of that this season. We do know that
Edwards will show up come playoff time and play pretty well,
but when the Timberwolves have.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
A big lead late, do you really feel secure about it?
Speaker 1 (22:20):
And it should go the other way too, when another
team is up by ten with six minutes left, they
shouldn't feel secure about it either. Because the Timberwolves lead
the league in double digit comebacks in the fourth quarter.
So as much as giving up big leads as the
Timberwolves Achilles Hill, coming back from big leads is also
(22:43):
has also been something the Timberwolves have done all season long,
so they're never out of a game, but they also
never conceal a game either. It's a double edged sword,
so against Brooklyn against Utah, both home games. They should
(23:05):
win these games.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
It would be.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Such a laughable thing, which they've had laughable performances all year,
if they lost either of these two matchups. The last
time the Timberrowls lost against Utah one seventeen one sixteen,
Edwards didn't play because he was suspended for a game
because he lost his composure against the Lakers and got
a double technical, got ejected and had to be suspended
(23:32):
because he reached his technical foul limit for the season.
So I think there's a lot of questions that still
need to be answered. Can playoff time Are the Timberwls
title contenders? I don't think so. Maybe they could get
past that first round depending on their matchup against whichever
(23:53):
team that they get matched up against. The matchup versus
Denver obviously looks good. It'd be nice to avoid that
matchup versus the Clippers because they're playing well. Avoid that
matchup against Golden State because they've been playing well. But
a matchup with Denver, honestly, a matchup against Houston, and
a matchup against the Lakers, I don't mind those at all.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
So avoid the Clippers, avoid.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
The Warriors, and give me either one of the other options, Nuggets, Lakers, Rockets.
Speaker 2 (24:26):
So that's what things are looking for. Like for the Timberwolves.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Big win one hundred and forty one points fifty two
points by Anthony Edwards the other night. Thank you for
watching this episode. Hit that subscribe button wherever you're watching
or listening. Thank you for making this podcast part of
your day. Take out five star Best Solutions of Minneapolis.
Speaker 2 (24:43):
Hope you liked the little.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
Different segment this morning. We'll try to do that on
Fridays going forward. Thank you for watching
