This is the Jody Jones Show on FOURTOG ninety six
seven and day. I'm fourteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
Good afternoon, and welcome to the Jody Jones Show. I
am Jody Jones with my co host Frank Van Lanningham.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
Hey guys, good to be here.
Speaker 3 (00:51):
Hey we have Nicole Kirpoloff. She's a founder of American
Border Story. She is going to be our guest today.
Speaker 5 (00:57):
Good to chat with you again.
Speaker 3 (00:58):
Yes, thank you for coming on our show. You know
it's an honor to have you here. I want people
to know who you are. You are the founder of
American Border Story. You're so much more than that, though, Nicole,
thank you. I want to thank you on air for
inviting me back. And that was such a great honor
(01:20):
to be back there with Tom Holman and all you guys.
He was a first recipient of the American Border Hero
Award and that was what an event that was.
Speaker 5 (01:30):
Well, first of all, thank you guys so much for
having me on. This is an absolute honor and it
was great to welcome you to our event. It was
our first event at the American Border Story and it
was it was honestly such an honor for us to
be able to do that with all of the Angel
families and law enforcement and Tom Homan and people from
(01:51):
the administration. I think everyone really enjoyed the event. I
think it was very productive. I think you know, it
accomplished we set out to accomplish, which is to really
bring light to these stories, really expose what's happening. And
I think ultimately the most important thing is that the
families who were there, including you, felt that, you know,
(02:16):
their their stories were being told in a way that
was really authentic and raw and real, and we're making
progress on getting closer to justice. I think that's ultimately
what the goal. The goal was, and our event was
just one part, one part of what we do, which is,
(02:38):
you know, a lot more than that. But Uh, it
was a great it was a great event, and I'm
so honored that you were able to come.
Speaker 3 (02:45):
Thank you. Nicole. Hey, I want to let everybody know
again who we had, Nicole Kpelov. She's a founder of
American Border Story. He Nicole, I have a quick question
for you, and and this is this is a question
that's going to compare administrations, Uh, the Trump administration versus
the Biden administration. How how how how much? How many
(03:07):
roadblocks did the Biden administration put up, you know, for
you versus the Trump administration in you know, recognizing the
first of all, the border crisis and you know, recognizing
all the angel families and you know, trying to get
their stories out there.
Speaker 5 (03:25):
Well, that's it. That's a great question, and we could
probably talk about it for hours.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (03:30):
I think ultimately the best way to describe the contrast
there is the Biden administration completely forgot about the victims
of the border crisis. And they prioritize the criminals, you know,
full stop. That's what it was. That's what it continues
to be with the Democrats right now and the mainstream media.
(03:52):
You can see, I mean, there's just so many examples
of how the leftist, the Democrats and the mainstream media
continue to prioritize the criminals, which is just absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile,
President Trump, this new administration has I mean, they've performed
a miracle with the border. They've managed in just three months,
(04:15):
not even uh, they managed to secure the border. Border
encounters or down by ninety three percent, crossings are down
by ninety nine point nine to nine percent. I think
at this point, ICE has arrested close to three hundred terrorists.
It's definitely over two hundred, somewhere between two hundred and
(04:36):
three hundred. So they've been so incredibly successful when especially
when you consider that the border, while the biggest issue
in the country, is one of a million other things
that the Trump administration has had to deal with. They inherited,
the president inherited a country that was on the brink
(04:57):
of complete and total disag master under the Biden administration.
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris really essentially destroyed this country.
UH and the president, President Trump inherited global conflict, the
war in Ukraine, the war in Israel. UH. Ron was
(05:18):
emboldened under the Biden administration domestically an economy that was
just you know, it was in a horrific state where
Americans have had to live paycheck to paycheck, cannot afford groceries,
cannot afford uh cannot afford their homes, real estate rates,
through the roof inflation. We've never seen a level of
(05:42):
inflation that we did under Biden administration and Trump and
only a matter of a couple of months has managed
to bring it down UH to a level that we
haven't seen in over two decades. I mean, it's incredible.
And when it comes to the border, you know, President Trump,
like I said, has accomplished so much, but we can't
(06:03):
stop here. There's so much more work to be done.
And I think the best part, one of the the
best parts about this is that the President is bringing
incredible transparency and accountability to this entire operation. And that's
what we were missing under the Biden administration. Transparent, no transparency,
(06:23):
no accountability. UH you're seeing now, you know, we talked
about roadblocks, these rogue political activist judges, you know, trying
to stand in the way of securing the border and
delivering justice for the victims of the border crisis. But
the President is putting a stop to that. He's arresting,
(06:44):
you know, uh, these judges who are harboring illegal aliens
and interfering with the life saving work of law enforcement
on a federal, state, and local level. So look, I mean, look,
we really are in a great place right now, and
I hope and pray that, you know, this momentum continues,
and it seems like the Trump administration has been dealing
(07:08):
very well with all of these roadblocks and obstacles, but
we can't get complacent, and we have to keep fighting
harder than we ever have.
Speaker 3 (07:18):
You know, Nicole, I know what you mean personally, because
President Trump's the only one that contacted me and my
family when my brother was murdered by an illegulien. And
and you know it, it don't make it better, but
you know, it is nice hearing from you know, President Trump,
(07:39):
from anybody, and just you know, I heard a lot
of people tell me that he was exploiting me, and
I didn't see it that way I see it, in
the way of no, he wants to protect the American people.
He wanted my brother's story out there and use that
as an example to say, hey, look what's going on here.
(08:00):
We need to stop this. We need to protect American people,
because what's going on right now is not protecting the
American people. So I know exactly what you mean. I
mean on a personal uh level. So it's it's it's
very and and when I see somebody like you that
it is fighting, uh, you know, for the the angel
families and for the victims. You know, it really warms
(08:22):
my heart and it makes me want to fight even harder,
uh if if that's even possible. But and that's why
I do this here on the radio, because I want
to educate people what's really going on because this movement,
whatever's going on with the Democrats and the left, it's
really evil. And what is evil it's deception. And that's
(08:45):
exactly what they're doing. They're trying to deceive people. And
you know, we have to shine the light. What does
what happens when you shine light on darkness? It goes away? Right,
So you're very good at what you do. And you know,
I'm telling you. And with President Trump, there's more people
behind him than what the legacy media wants to portray.
(09:08):
The American people are one percent behind President Trump. And
it's funny how when Biden was, you know, in office,
how he come on and he said, I can't do
anything without Congress. I can't do anything without Congress. Huh boy,
sure is funny when Trump as soon as he got
in office he shut the border down himself.
Speaker 5 (09:27):
I love what you said about how you know pushing
back against this false narrative that President Trump reaching out
to your family and standing up for the victims is
political exploitation. That is how the left is going to
painting in the mainstream media. That's how they're going to
frame it when that's their playbooks. That's what they do.
(09:48):
They pull political stuns all the time. But what President
Trump is doing transcends politics. This is not a political issue,
This is not a part is an issue. The Democrats
have turned this into a political issue. The Democrats turn
everything into a race issue and a sex issue. You know,
what gender you are, what race you are. It's all superficial,
(10:11):
and it's it's it's it's disgusting, and it's a big
slap in the face to victims who just want justice.
None of these families want to be in the spotlight,
right I know, I didn't exactly because because you are
all grieving, and that grief is what motivates you to
(10:32):
turn what you're going through through into purpose against your will, obviously,
if if we could, you know, if I'm pretty sure
I can speak for all of you when I say that,
if if you could wave a magic wand and get
your your family members back, you would do it in
a heartbeat. You didn't want any of this. You didn't
sign up for it. And I would say that the
president can't sign up for what he's going through now either.
(10:56):
In a different way. He didn't want to do this.
He didn't want to be dragged through the mud, almost
getting assassinated several times. He gave up his incredible life.
He gave up so much wealth and so much positive popularity.
Everyone loves the president before he ran for office, right,
I mean, they weaponized the justice system against him and
(11:18):
his entire family. What his family has been through, no
one on either side of the aisle should ever have
to go through again. He is doing this because he
wants to prioritize the victims. He loves this country, he
loves the American people, and he truly cares about justice.
He truly cares about morality and what's right. You know,
(11:41):
it was similar when it was a very similar spinning
of the mainstream media when the President contacted the family
members of the thirteen service members who were killed in
the Abbygate attack in Kabble and Afghanistan during Biden and
Kamala Harris's disastrous withdrawal.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
We're going to take a break. Will you hang out
through the break and finish your thought when we come back.

The Jody Jones Show on Power Talk ninety six seven
and AM fourteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
We have Nicole kippel Off, founder of American Border Story,
on our show today. Nicole, I think frank has a
question for you.
Speaker 4 (14:30):
I do I do I do? Out here in California, Washington,
d C. Is a long ways away from where we sit.
For US, corruption and incompetence looked very similar from a distance,
And to me, I don't know. My personal theory is
that incompetence and corruption got together and had a baby,
(14:51):
and that was called the Biden administration. And so I
wonder who was Alejandro maiorcis answering to directly? Was it
an auto pen telling him what to do? Was Biden
actually telling him? Was Kamala the borders are telling him
what to do? There is a person that he was
answering to. What's your best guess on this?
Speaker 5 (15:10):
You know? I think I think we're going to find
out more information about that as time goes on. You
can see everything is coming out because thanks to the
President Trump's administration and delivering that transparency that he promised
to the American people. But I honestly think it's probably
a combination of, you know, far leftist people like Obama,
(15:32):
who I don't think he ever actually left office. So
people whose names we know. George Sorows, for example, we
know that his Open Society Foundations has been giving millions
upon millions of dollars to radical causes in the United States.
All of these big protests and demonstrations that you see,
(15:53):
or almost all of them, are funded by George, climate activism,
Black Lives Matter, defund the police. He's had his hand
in all of that. So I think it's a combination
of people like that who you know, we we have
a lot of information on and we know just how
much they hate this country. But I think it's also
people whose names we don't know, and that's even scarier.
(16:16):
I think there are a lot of people behind the
scenes here who don't want their names to be known,
and they're operating in the dark. And I think they
they used all of them, used Joe Biden as a
puppet to push through this radical agenda and try and
manipulate and gaslight the American people into believing this, uh
(16:42):
is incredibly these incredibly dangerous things. And so so I think,
you know, I think it's really important for the Trump
administration and the Republicans in the House and Senate to investigate, uh,
you know, what what actually happened during these past four years.
And you know, I've said this on Newsmax and Real
(17:03):
America's Voice many times before. Go through every single action
that Biden took as president under his article to powers
in the Constitution. Go through every single action and figure
out if it was actually legal, because chances are none
of what he did we know that he was he
(17:25):
had issues, he had cognitive decline as early as twenty twenty,
twenty twenty, nineteen twenty twenty, right around that time, so
even even before he came into office. And I think
it's we have to look through this with a fine
tooth comb and overturn anything that he signed that wasn't
(17:48):
actually within his knowledge, anything that he did that he
didn't even know he was doing, because it chances are
there's a very very high likelihood that it wasn't him operating.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
I think you're totally right. And as far as I'm concerned,
these deaths, what happened to Jody's family, what happened to
Agnes's son, what happened to all these wonderful people, I
believe was the result of a criminal conspiracy from California.
Looking that way, I see Rico. I see an underlying
crime that resulted in the homicide. I see, at a
(18:23):
bare minimum, negligent homicide collectively on the part of these people.
I see a Rico statute. I see co felons. I
see felony murder at worst, because these were direct crimes
committed that resulted in homicide, no different than if you
and I stole a car and hit somebody and they died.
This needs to be looked at as more than simply
(18:45):
overturning a few edicts, but actually investigating and putting people
in jail.
Speaker 5 (18:51):
I agree with you. I think these people complicit, everyone
complicit in this mass invasion of our country which has
resulted in so much devastation and so much death. I
think they need to be brought to justice. And I
think there needs to be you know, this recognition that
this was all strategically planned. You know, even just if
(19:12):
you consider the fact that Biden could have he could
have put illegals into detention centers, right, he didn't do that.
He spread them all throughout the country intentionally to make
it even more difficult for law enforcement to gather them
and deport them. This was a big affront to law
enforcement as well. The number of local, state, and federal
(19:33):
law enforcement agents who have lost their lives because of
this obstruction, because of what the Democrats and the Biden
administration did to make their lives harder, to put their
lives at risk. We saw with the storming of the
New Jersey detention center recently. Right, So, all of these people,
you're absolutely right, need to be brought to justice. This
can never happen again in our country.
Speaker 3 (19:54):
You know, I agree with that as well. I'm a
victim of it. My family's a victim of it. My brother,
unfortunately was a the ultimate victim of it. And I've
met a lot of good people.
Speaker 4 (20:05):
Uh.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
You said something earlier that no one we did not
want to be here, and we don't. I would give
everything up right now to have my brother back, I
you know, meeting President Trump, being a you know, at
the State of the Union's personal guest, having my radio show, everything,
I would give up to have my brother back, without
a heartbeat, without a second thought. I would do it
(20:27):
in a in a snap of a finger. And and
and a lot of people, a lot of people don't
realize that, a lot of people don't look at that,
and they really need to start looking at the victims
as you are, and as all the good people around
you are as well. I do want to ask you this,
because we were running short on time. What is uh,
what does the American border story have next? What what
(20:48):
are you guys doing, What's what's in the works.
Speaker 5 (20:52):
Well, we're very we're very excited. We have a lot
of very very exciting uh news coming up to an ounce,
So we have events that we're planning. We're thinking of
having a town hall at the border as sort of
like a part two to the award ceremony that we
(21:12):
just did. We would love to feature the perspective of
the wives of border patrol agents and going there at
the scene and maybe having a town hall panel discussion
with these Border patrol wives who have been threatened and
their livelihoods have been essentially destroyed because of what their
(21:34):
spouses do, the life saving, incredible works that their spouses do,
So we'd love to highlight that perspective. We have this
scholarship fund that we just announced actually to honor and
we announced it during our award ceremony event to honor
the memory and the legacy of the victims of the
border crisis. So we look forward to reviewing applications for
(21:57):
our three different scholarships with an that scholarship fund, and
we'll be announcing those come fall. We also, in light
of the tragedy in DC, the terrorist attack of the
two staffers at the Israeli embassy, we actually have done
(22:17):
a lot of interviews with students on college campuses around
this country who have been victims of anti Semitism, and
we are working on finalizing that content and we're going
to release it because and the reason why it's relevant
to our mission is because the Trump administration has has
framed that issue as an immigration problem, especially with these
(22:40):
student visas that are being given out to students who
come to this country and propagate terrorist ideology which can
has no place in this country. And I think the biggest,
the biggest part of what we have, the biggest announcement
we will be making is every single week, starting the
(23:01):
first week of June, we're going to be having a
premiere of all of the all of the content that
we've gotten so far, the stories that we we want
to tell. There will be a content drop, a premiere,
a mini premiere every single week starting the first week
of June. We'll be announcing that on our all of
our social media accounts. We'll have our surrogate network amplify that,
(23:25):
so that'll be very exciting, but you'll actually get to
see that the documentary pieces and the creative content that's
coming out of the American Border story that we've been
working on for months and again, this will be telling
the stories of the victims of the border crisis. Like
your family and what in a very raw and real way,
and also from a from a new perspective, you know,
(23:45):
from a from the perspective of who were these victims
and and and uh, you know, how how did they
contribute to society and how can we preserve their memory
and their legacy in the work that we do going forward.
So I think that'll be that'll be a very very
important to pay attention to it in the coming months.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Nicole. I'm looking forward to seeing and hearing all that everyone.
If if if you just tuned in as we're having
