six seven and I'm fourteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
It is a new year. Hey, thank you for being
supporters of the Jody Jones Show. It's our pretty much
year anniversary. I just I just want to let you
all know that again how overwhelmed I am from the
support from everyone and including just the listeners, you know.
And I do this because I want to inform everyone
(01:08):
you know, on what's really going on or you know,
and I like to give my opinion. You know, Frank,
I brought you on, and you know I love having
you part of the show, and you are part of
the show now. So and you have been Frank Van
Liningham Construction has been one of my my, my strong supporters.
You have been not only a co host, but you've
(01:30):
been a supporter of the show with your advertisement.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
And I.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Truly, truly, truly thank you.
Speaker 5 (01:38):
For that very kind of you. I'm I'm honored beyond
measure the fact that I get to come over here
with you once a week and hang out with all
these great people. I never thought anybody wanted to hear
me talk. I've always been told to sit down and
shut up, and now you're saying sit down and talk. Yeah, right,
But so you've you've been not only a mentor to me.
I see you as my brother and my friend, right
(02:00):
and God bless you, Jodi, Thank you for letting me.
Thank you folks, absolutely, folks.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
I want to apologize right now because I am a
little under the weather, so I might be coughing here
and there, and I do apologize for that. But but hey,
I hope you all had a great holiday season, because
it was a great things gave me me great Christmas,
great New Year's but all that's past and we are
(02:25):
aiming at the future and the future is bright for America.
It is. Yeah. And hey, I want to thank a
couple other people, Mark and Kim Heron sold Properties. They
helped start my program, my radio show back when I
first started, along with you, Frank. It was actually you
(02:46):
two that got me going. And then I brought on
my buddy Jamie Salvatire heales Concierge Medical. So it's but
it's really nice to have people like that behind me.
Alan Bonoi Insurance Services, Uh, Gabs Roofing, Justin Moseley, Uh,
(03:08):
he's an insurance guy, Farmer's insurance guy, and and just
all these people are just yeah, Mike and Amy Payne,
Fixed Auto, Dennis Collins, Collins Positive Energy Fitness. They've all been, uh,
just so supportive. And I have some new ones coming up.
Linda from ABC Tax and Bookkeeping and Exeter. Uh she is,
(03:32):
she's actually my tax person and bookkeeping. I'll have all
the infro on her too here coming up in in
my in my next show. But she has graciously she
wants to be a part of the show. So it's
nice Gabe's roofing.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
What a wonderful guy.
Speaker 3 (03:50):
Gabe.
Speaker 5 (03:51):
We love you. You're the best roofer in the valley.
Gae Roofing, I love you.
Speaker 3 (03:55):
But you know, and and just to everybody, I just
really appreciate you guys and the support you've given me.
And I know that uh in the future, Uh, we're
going to have a strong backing. Uh. And and just
because it's there's there's good people there, you know what
I mean. And and I am so blessed to have
(04:15):
them as friends, advertisers, and I just really appreciate all
of them, and you know, and and and and closing,
I just want to tell everyone thank you very much
for for listening, uh being part of my show. Because
if you listen to my show, I I you know,
you are family. You are a part of the show.
(04:38):
So not just you know, advertising advertisers or anybody like that.
If you listen, you're a part of my show. And
I love I love all you guys. So we have
a lot to talk about, guys, a whole bunch to
talk about. Unfortunately, you know, we brought the new year
in with some tragedy that was horrible. That was it
(04:59):
was absolutely horrible, and now you have you know, apparently
they know that this man has wasn't didn't have anybody
working with him, It was just him. And I just
kind of find that a little strange that they would
put that out there this.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
Quick, within twenty four hours, Joddy, it was just on Thursday,
and bear in mind New Year's Day was Wednesday, and
within twenty four hours they know definitively that he acted alone.
Now don't you think it's a more logical statement to
say we have yet to find a connection to anybody else.
(05:37):
Or do you think saying we definitely know he didn't
have anybody helping. How can you know that definitively? And
why would you put that out there? This in their
back pocket? Something's wrong.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
Yeah, there's two thoughts there, you know. I think you
know the first thought is you know, us thinking, you know,
how is that possible? You know this soon? But and
like I said, you know, are are they are they
just saying that because they don't really want anybody to
know that they're looking for somebody.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
Else in case classic mister action, perhaps.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
Yeah, or they just say, hey, we don't see anything,
you know, but but.
Speaker 5 (06:13):
Why say anything?
Speaker 3 (06:14):
Yeah, you know the problem is Frank and everybody out
there listening, and and I hope you actually agree with
me on this. And it's kind of sad, but you know,
from all the the media and this the fake information
and all the disdeception, I mean, it's it's hard to
believe anything anymore, right, I mean, And and it's sad,
(06:37):
it's really super sad to say that. But that's where
we are now, and hopefully we can we can start
changing that a little bit, you know. And but the
only person who can change that, oh, the only people
that can change that is the media. You know, do
they really want to change they? You know that, And
that's where it's it's a fine line there, you know.
Speaker 5 (06:55):
So you and the and the listeners and the viewers.
For example, if let's just say, for example, we had
a one hundred thousand people listening to us right now,
and out of that one hundred thousand people, everybody decides,
I don't want to listen to Frank and Jody anymore.
Guess what we'd have none or any other extreme. Let's
(07:16):
say all six of you love the Jody Jones Show,
and you tell a friend, now we got twelve. You
doubled our audience.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Thank you. By the way, if you tell a friend
that will double our audience.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
Think no. I but to me, the fact that they
said anything at all showed immaturity, It showed misdirection. It
was it was it's impossible for you to say this
definitively at this juncture and the investigation.
Speaker 3 (07:41):
Well, you're not that good, one would think, right, I mean,
especially with the FBI and the way there. You know,
we had somebody shot Trump, you know, President Trump literally
shot him. And have you heard anything else about him?
Speaker 5 (07:55):
No, it's just almost like the Vegas shooting, it just evaporating.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Yes, it's like, okay, you know, not only that this
is pretty much a teenager and they said he had
no history on social media, and it's just again it's
it's the build up you know that our FBI and
you know, just the government has has done to us
just not being honest with us, you know. And me personally,
(08:20):
I think it developed in the Obama years. I think
it's been there for a long time. I just think
when Obama came on scene, he just kind of put
him on steroids.
Speaker 5 (08:30):
You know.
Speaker 3 (08:30):
Oh and that's my opinion, and my opinion only you know,
and maybe some of other people out there think the
same way, which sure they do, you know. And now
and now we have President Trump coming in and everybody's
kind of on the edge of their seats, like, Okay,
(08:51):
what's going to happen. What is going to happen before
January twentieth? You know, is there gonna be war? Is
there going to be a terrorist attack? Obviously we just
had one. On what magnitude, we really don't know yet.
We do know that some poor people lost their lives
on that day. There's fifteen I believe now maybe sixteen
(09:13):
they were talking about. But our hearts go out to
them and their families. You know, we are praying for
the families. It's just a tragic, tragic, tragic incident. And
I'm sure a lot of you've seen the videos. It's
just it's horrible, you know. And apparently this guy had
some some pipe bombs in the car and an ISIS
(09:35):
flag and and this guy was born here in the
United States. I'm not even gonna say his name right now,
but you know, apparently he was born here in the
United States. He was in the military, So where did
that go wrong? See? See, my question is going to
be the failure of the FBI to identify this guy
before it happened. Absolutely what's going on, and you know
(09:56):
we're going to talk about that when we come back
from break.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
Okay, it's a Jody Shone show on Powerton ninety six
seven a AM fourteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
If you're retiring or turning sixty five anytime soon, you're
likely going to need Medicare or a Medicare supplement plan.

and he will fit all your needs. Call Alan Banoit
Insurance Services at five five nine seven three four four
two eight eight, or go to health plans help dot com.
(10:26):
That's Alan Benoit Insurance Services five five nine seven three
four four two eight eight, or go to health plans
help dot com.
Speaker 4 (10:33):
I don't have to tell you about the volatility in
the real estate market recently, but I am going to
tell you about my good buddy, Jose Roblace. He's a
relator right here in the valley, born and raised in
the valley. I'm amazed at the advice he's given me,
and he'll guide you through every step. And he wanted
you to know you can always get a hold of him.
The best way to wealth is through real estate. Give
my friend Jose Robliss a call today. Two eight eight
(10:56):
zero four three four. That's easy. Two eight eight zero
four three four. If you're buying or selling, Jose's with
you every step of the way. Two eight eight zero
four three four. I'm Trevor Carey and I recommend this guy.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
Have you been in a car wreck or a little
fender bender, head to Fix Auto and Vice Elia at
six twenty East Center Street and see Mike and Amy Paine.
They will take care of you and your vehicle. Give
him a call at five five nine five five three
seven to one five five. That's Fixed Auto in Vice
Elia five five nine five five three seven to one
(11:30):
five five.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
The Jody Jones Show on Power Talk ninety six seven
and AM fourteen hundred.
Speaker 3 (11:38):
Hey guys, we're going to talk about, uh, you know,
right before break, I talked about the FBI's failure to
identify this and and you kind of think to me,
that's that's the failure, is like, Hey, how did they
not know this guy? How how is he not on
the radar? You know, they found they they identified the
truck coming over the southern border, and all of a sudden,
(12:00):
nobody's working with them. He's by himself. You know, he
has pipe bombs in his car, he has an Isis
you know, flag in his in his truck. But all
of a sudden I identify it as as he's working alone.
I mean, I just everything don't add up. But you know,
to me, the biggest failure here is the FBI not
being able to identify this guy beforehand, because you have
(12:22):
to you can't just you know, do you know, work
on reactive stuff. You have to do, you know, your
preemptive measures, which is catching these guys, and the FBI
has been doing good jobs on that. However, this is
a big one. Man. What do you think? What's your
take on this, Frank on the failure of the FBI.
Speaker 5 (12:42):
Well, I'm going to start from the beginning and say
I think the FBI has been hugely successful. You see,
now I'm gonna sound like I've got blue hair and
I'm a Facebook fact checker. The FBI has been spectacularly effective.
Actually ever since Obama two thousand and eight, they have
been successful and effective in DEI hires. They have been
(13:04):
very successful in Woke, they have been very successful bringing
in unqualified people at the lower ranks. Now, typically in FBI,
CIA Secret Service, a lot of these directorships are political appointees,
so the culture at the top is largely political. We've
(13:24):
been told for years that, well, that doesn't really represent
the boots on the ground, the people doing the good
work of the FBI. And that used to be true
back when they had ken dolls actually doing the hard work.
When these guys look like Fox and Molder and you go,
that's a fed. But that has changed, you see, since
two thousand and eight, and that's been a while, folks,
(13:45):
We're talking sixteen years. We have slowly but surely changed
the water. It's all new fish in there now. So
we've hired at the bottom. We've gone for our diversity quotas.
We are not soliciting and we have not been soliciting
the best and the brightest, and so little by little
by little. Yet understand, those people were hired in sixteen
(14:07):
years ago. A lot of those people have come up
through the ranks, they've become supervisors, they've turned around and
done more hiring. So we don't have the same average
kind of agent that we had back then. And leadership wise,
with what's going on with Obama and with Biden. You're
(14:27):
not you don't have the same FBI. You wouldn't recognize it.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
You know, when when people say and talk about DEI,
how it's not a national threat to our you know,
secure our nation, it's it's absolutely wrong. It is because
and it's shown its ugly head right now, you know,
and I do believe that it is directly impacting our
(14:51):
FBI and our government in the way they can do
their job. And what I mean by that is, I
think I think some things and protocols are changing. And
it's almost like we forgot about nine to eleven. And
it's almost like, you know, every we're letting our guard down.
(15:11):
Do you hear much about like the Muslims and the
Jihattis and stuff like that. You know, it's it's pretty
much out of media right now.
Speaker 5 (15:19):
It's right, it's taboo to even talk about it, right.
Speaker 3 (15:21):
And and you know it's here, it's it's here. They
are here in America, and you know, our FBI has
to be on their toes at all time. If they're
not on their toes at all time, this is what happens.
People die. People don't just get fired, they die.
Speaker 5 (15:37):
But it's again, it's it would be impossible for me
to say definitively you have an ISIS flag in the
trunk of your car because I don't have X ray vision.
You may have put that in at night. And how
would I possibly know? I couldn't. But we can sure
find lots of things on lots of people when when
we choose to look for these things, and we tend
(15:57):
to find what we're looking for.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
This is national security right the southern border of the
northern border. Uh, this de I this woke. It's it's
a national security problem. I mean it's it's a fact.
I mean if you look and see how things are
just just falling apart, and you know, I want to military. Okay,
let me let me just phrase it like this. If
you're if you're at home and somebody's breaking in your
(16:22):
house and you call the police, do you want this
feeble person, whether it's a male or female, you know, come,
you know, rolling up in a police car and they
get out and they're they're five foot ninety pounds, or
would you want you know, like a six foot six
to two d and fifty pound officer coming out and saying, hey,
what's going on here? You know what I mean? It's
(16:45):
and and some of you might think, well, oh my god,
that's that's How can you say that?
Speaker 5 (16:49):
Well, well I could say that really easy.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
That's a fact. Man.
Speaker 5 (16:52):
I don't want Rue Paul's Dragon Race coming to help
me when I'm in trouble.
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Right and when I when when you think military, you know,
g I, Joe, please, yeah, thank you. I don't want
a man in a skirt. No, I don't want you know,
anything like that. Sorry, call me a bad person or whatever.
I don't want that.
Speaker 5 (17:10):
I want my military and be the strongest, best prepared. Otherwise,
what's the point. How about car tires one hundred you
get the rainbow ast car tires you can find, or
do you get the ones that are going to hold
together and not kill your family? Or a seat belt
or a parachute, Well, what's really important to me is
that my parachute got packed by somebody who is from
(17:30):
the transgender community. It doesn't really matter if it works.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
Yeah, tell me who thinks yeah it's because you know
it's because well we had to let them try. Well, Jack,
I don't want you to try. This is my life
on the line now.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
Yeah, this is this is a fail safe operation.
Speaker 3 (17:43):
Yeah, there really is no room. There's no room. There's
no room. It's and and when people when you hear
people on the media talking about you know, DEI or
you know, being woke, and then you see it, it's
I'm telling you, folks, what's happening right now with a
terror attack in you know, in New Orleans, the tesla
(18:07):
that blew up in front of Trump Tower, It's all related.
I'm telling you right now, Jody.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
Those two guys served on the same military base. Let's
not look at that. Let's say, nope, no connection, Nope,
nothing to see you here, folks. Okay, maybe that's just
a coincidence. Maybe that's the only coincidence. I don't know.
But twenty four hours into an investigation, you're telling me
there's nothing here to see. And I'm troubled by that.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Yeah, you have you have two people served on the
same base, and they have two terrorist attacks in separate states,
and they're totally unrelated, right, And it's unrelated.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
It might come on, it might be, but you don't
definitively know one way or the other. And I will
tell you what we're seeing when we have these what
we would call homegrown terrorists, somebody who was born here,
raised here from Texas. You don't expect Texan to be
like that. But let me tell you to me, what
I'm looking looking at is stage three, stage four cancer.
(19:03):
You see, they've gone past the point of coming here
from Yemen, coming here from Saudi Arabia, and learning how
to attack us from within, which is stage one cancer.
Stage three cancer is where we start radicalizing our own people,
where they become sleeper sells from within. That's a lot
more dangerous.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
Well, Frank, you have you know, pro Palestinian marches here
in the United States saying death to America. Right, you
have them burning American flags, you have them tearing down
just you have them on our college canvas.
Speaker 5 (19:35):
I mean, you're talking about mostly peaceful protest, Toda. How
can you say that? I know, right, we need to
let them come in here and hurt us. That way
we can be tolerant.
Speaker 3 (19:42):
This is what happens when you start letting things like
this go. When you don't hold people accountable, when you
don't stop them from destroying your property, it is no
longer you know, it's an all out violent protest. When
they start doing that you know. Yeah, do you have
the right to a symbol? Of course you do, peacefully.
(20:04):
I want everybody to remember that that's actually in there,
peacefully a symbol. When you start destroying property, when you
start calling for death, yeah, that's different. Now something has
to be done. They have to be dispersed. It has
to We can't let this go on.
Speaker 5 (20:20):
Well, Joey, we've got fifteen dead now, and I'm gonna
tell you if your family member is one of those fifteen,
this is not a news story. You see, for most
of us, it's some far away place called New Orleans.
And it doesn't have anything to do with me. And
I've even heard people, well, I don't see what that
has to do with me. It has everything to do
with you if you are one of those people. This
(20:41):
is not a statistic, This is not a news story.
These are our brothers and sisters being systematically murdered. This
is something you got to keep your eye on it.
The number one job of the government is to keep
us safe, to build a fence, make sure that fence
is tight, and make sure that nobody's hurting people. And
right now everybody's running through We're bringing in god knows
(21:04):
what We're watching people get killed and guess what, people
on the left are making excuses for this.
Speaker 3 (21:10):
There is a reason why President Trump won the majority,
he won, we won the House, the Senate. There's a
reason why the red wave came and swept over America.
There's the reason why is because everybody's tired of this
woke BS, because that's what it is. It's it's it's
(21:31):
not American. I'm telling you right now. Every when they
say they want to tear down American values and rebuild it,
I say, BS, there's nothing wrong with American. Americas is
the best place to live on this planet, and it
will be right.
Speaker 5 (21:46):
And for God's sake, we didn't. We lost by maybe
five or ten million votes. That they will tell us
it's in all likelihood quite a bit more than that.
But I don't think they're ever going to tell us
the truth. But just hallucinate for one second. Indulge me, folks.
Imagine we took a drunk chick in a motel room,
found her rumpled pants suit on the floor, put it
(22:09):
on her, shoved her in front, called her Kamala and said, hey,
you're our president. Now. Do you think we get more
of this or less of this, Jody. This would be
every Wednesday. This would be happening, not just on New
Year's Day.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
Well, they kind of tried that.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
We reject this.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
There's a reason why they let President Biden go so long.
There's a reason why they did the debate so so
late with when when Biden got destroyed. There's a reason
why so or early excuse me, and because when when
they had that debate, it was never held that that
(22:46):
that early before. No, there there's a reason why. And
what I say about the left and the Democrats is
they have a well oiled machine and until now it
has been working just I mean it's it's been working.
And everything they've been doing, they had their playbook and
and however, I think America and Americans have had enough
(23:09):
of it. And and it showed in the voting with
with their deception. People seen through it. I mean, you
have Kamala what was a billion dollars that she went
through over that, you know, and and and now.
Speaker 5 (23:22):
She's even in debt, she's spent more than that.
Speaker 3 (23:24):
Well, you know, you have Oprah and all these people
coming in and they were people thought that they were
just doing this because they liked Kamala. But lo and behold,
they were getting paid. They were getting paid every time.
It wasn't like, oh yeah yeah, Frank, come on my
show man, I'll support you. It was rent a friend.
And when Trump did it, nobody, nobody paid him. He
(23:45):
just went on them. I mean he went on every place,
every show, and he talked for hours hours. I mean
it was I I like to say this, the cream
always rises to the top, and in this selection, the
cream rose to the top. It was super simple.
Speaker 5 (24:03):
We are not as stupid as they think we are. Jody,
imagine that, of course, half of America. If you still
got a Harris Waltz sign, if you're still wearing a
row of mask driving to your car by yourself, if
you still have blue hair and fifteen facial piercings, well
maybe I'm not talking to you. The rest of you
guys are pretty smart.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
Well I'm telling you what I'm not doing anymore. I'm
not caving in. If somebody calls me a racist or
whatever they want to do, I'm just going to turn
it right back on them. Why am I the racist?
You're the racist for calling me a racist? Exactly, you know.
I mean, it's especially until we stop looking at the
color of our skin and looking and seeing, you know,
the interiority that the person has. You know, it'll always
(24:42):
be like that, right, and we're human. It's going to
be like that for a long time, you know. But
it's it's just the way it is.
Speaker 4 (24:49):
You know what.
Speaker 5 (24:49):
I'm not going to do anymore, Jody, as long as
we're talking about things, we're not going to do anymore.
I'm not going to change anything this year. Did you
guys all make New Year's resolutions? My resolution is to
keep being exactly what we are. I want you to
stay exactly what you are. I'm going to keep being
exactly what I am. The Democrats, you watch them, they
will morph into whatever they think the market wants, almost
(25:12):
like shape shifters. But you know what, I'm still the
same boring me. I know you are too with that.
Speaker 3 (25:18):
Zaid. Guys and girls and everybody out there, Happy happy
New Year, and I hope to see you January twentieth
at Crawdaddy's for an inauguration party.
Speaker 5 (25:29):
It's a sold out event. Yes, you may be able
to get in just for stand up only for drinks,
but believe it or not, this thing sold out in
three weeks it went. This is going to be the
blowout party of the year.
Speaker 3 (25:40):
Happy New Year's guys, and God bless you and God
