Speaker 1 (00:00):
Can't. I am six forty.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
You're listening to the John Cobel podcast on the iHeartRadio app. Welcome,
thank you for coming. And if you can't listen to
the whole show, there's good stuff. Constantly just gets better
and better. Well that's why after four o'clock we post
John Cobelt's show on demand. It's the podcast version and
that's also on the iHeartRadio app. Today, Carl Demyo and

(00:26):
other legislators Republicans in Sacramento, they announced a Supreme Court petition,
an emergency petition to stop Gavin Newsom from rushing through
this redistricting plan.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
It's we have it enshrined.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
As they say in the Constitution, that an outside panel
does the redistricting every ten years after the census. And Newsom,
reacting to what they're doing in Texas, has this emergency
plan to put it on the ballot so we could
vote on it. And I saw I have read about

(01:06):
the press conference that they held yesterday and their entire
argument is Trump. That's it. We'll get into those details.
It boils down to one word. Carl's on with us
now to explain this emergency Supreme Court petition that he
and others are filing.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
Carl, how are you.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Well, you know, I'm pretty ticked off that Newsome and
California Democrat politicians are just openly violating state constitutional requirements.
And I'm losing count of how many times they're violating
their oath to uphold the constitution and violating the law.
I guess they just feel like might makes right and

(01:48):
they can just do whatever the hell they want. It's
an abuse of power. So today was the first of
what I consider likely to be several lawsuits that we're filing.
Today's lawsuit was based upon emotion I made yesterday on
the Assembly floor, and under the state Constitution Article four,
section eight A, it states that no bill shall be

(02:10):
advanced without thirty days of public review. What they did
is they introduced the bill yesterday morning, and now they
will pass it by this Thursday. That's only three days
they're going to hold one to hearing, and the public
has no right to weigh in or see the details.

(02:30):
It was all worked out in a smoke filled back
room by politicians trading votes in a corrupt process. This
is why the voters took this whole process of redistricting
out of the hands of the politicians and put it
in a public process run by citizens every ten years.
This is outrageously corrupt, it is illegal, and I'm calling

(02:52):
on the California Supreme Court to do its damn job.
Everyone took an oath to support the constitution. They need
to tell the legislature and the governor to stand down
and give the thirty day public viewing process of the legislation.
I doubt they're going to do that, but we have
to take them to court, file the emergency injunction, and
hope they do their jobs.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
You doubt who's going to do I doubt.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
That the Supreme Court will do it, because remember, these
guys are appointed by the politicians. I don't want to
get anyone topes up. I absolutely agree that when someone
breaks the law, you call them out and you file suit,
and that's what we're doing. But the democrats of this
state and the courts, the judges have allowed the most

(03:38):
grotesquely illegal, unethical abuse of power behavior that I've seen
of any state. And that's saying a lot, because there's
a lot of bad corrupt states. California has taken it
to a whole new level where they literally are wantonly
openly violating their constitutional requirements. And the next lawsuit that

(03:58):
we file will be about out section twenty one of
the state constitution, which clearly states that the governor and
the legislature are not allowed to draw maps. They are
certainly not allowed to pass or propose a partisan map,
which they have admitted that's what this is to eliminate
Republican seats, So that's partisan. They're not allowed to do
it in mid cycle. It's twenty twenty five, and it's

(04:20):
only allowed to occur on the ones, and so the
state constitution does not allow us to see the governor
in the legislature being involved in these redistricting decisions right now.
So we'll file a lawsuit there, we'll file a lawsuit
in federal court on equal protection and on voting rights
app But here's the thing. All these lawsuits we have

(04:42):
to file, we have to preserve our legal rights. But ultimately, sadly,
I think the voters are going to have to deal
with this at the ballot box. And my hope is
they see the corruption, illegality and that they voted down
On November fourth, I.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Was going to say, because Newsom's crowd is going to say, well,
we're putting this up for a vote, and we're letting
the people decide yes.

Speaker 3 (05:06):
But the state constitution states number one that no bill
shall be proposed and acted on without thirty days public
process and viewing. They have unveiled legislative maps. They've unveiled legislation,
not only a legislation, a constitutional amendment, and they're only
giving the public a matter of hours to view the

(05:30):
legislation before it's passed by the legislature. It's very clear
that the legislature cannot pass these bills because it has
not provided the thirty days. Now, there is an emergency
clause that allows with sixty votes of the Assembly and
three fourth votes of the Senate for them to do this,
but they don't have the votes. They failed to provide

(05:52):
sixty votes yesterday, so this is not legal. Again, I'm
just simply saying this is the constitution. They're not following
the conscertitutional process. And there's a reason why we say
that the public it's thirty days to view legislation so
that they can understand what's going on and weigh in.
That's why we are filing suit. They're not giving the time.

(06:13):
We're also going to file suit on the twenty first
section Article twenty one of the Constitution that bars the
governor and the legislature from participating in map making. They
are producing a map, they're putting a map on the ballot.
They're openly admitting the map was drawn for partisan reasons,
and so they are violating the state constitution. Now they're

(06:34):
going to say, well, we're going to admit the constitution
in November. Yeah, but you are engaging in the map
drawing right now. You don't have the authority to do that.
So again, these are all issues that need to be
known by the voters. They need to certainly be litigated
in court. But I want to make sure everyone realizes
we're probably headed for a special election.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
So you think you think that.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
The majority of the California Supreme Court is going to
ignore all the contents initutional arguments that you just made, which,
to my untrained mind, they sound clear cut.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
They are clear cut. A first year law student would
agree that we are absolutely correct about this. It's plain
English reading of the Constitution. But remember, these same justices
took the California Taxpayer Protection Initiative off the ballot a
year ago, so I've had to deal with these corrupt justices.
These corrupt justices have literally covered for the politicians. Why

(07:30):
because they were appointed by these politicians. I don't have
a lot of faith.

Speaker 1 (07:33):
Now.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
I would love for these justices to do their job
and prove me wrong. I will absolutely apologize to the
California Supreme Court. If they do their job as a
first year law student can do and enforce their oath
to uphold the state constitution, I won't hold my breath.
And that's why the voters are going to have to
basically send a message that they will not tolerate this

(07:55):
sort of bad behavior by voting down this proposal at
the ballot box on a number four.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
The method they use is known as gutt and amend.
They take unrelated bills that have already been submitted and
they strip out all the language, and then they reinsert
all the language regarding the redistricting plan.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
That's how they do totally different yeah, totally different topics.
And at the press conference, one of the reporters said, well,
isn't this how it's always done up here? I said,
just because it's always been done its way and no
one has bothered to raise a legal objection doesn't mean
that this is illegal, and so the Supreme Court has
routinely stopped initiatives from the appearing on the ballot that

(08:39):
violates something called this single subject rule. There's been a
number of cases where the calibolty Supreme Court has said
you're dealing with too many subjects on this initiative. The
state constitution says that all pieces of legislation and all
initiatives should have one single subject, and they have exercised
that provision. This is in the same vein where there

(09:02):
is an unrelated amendment to an existing bill, and that's
how they're claiming, Well, the bill language was out there
for thirty days. No, you were naming a post office
in that bill, and then suddenly you turn it around
to allow for the politicians to seeds back control of
the redistricting process. This is not at all the same

(09:24):
legislation as it began.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
But this is third world stuff.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
Yeah, really, this is this is this is Banana republic correction.
And you know, some of the Democrats say they're defending democracy.
Now they literally are tearing apart our democracy. This is
embarrassing and I'm calling on the media because the media
says it it's for transparency and public participation in open government.

(09:51):
I don't think the media would exist without transparency and
open government. Right well, I'm calling on the media to
do its job as journalists, show us that journalism is
still alive in California. Hold these politicians accountable for their grotesque,
back room, closed process that they have here.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
Do the reporters all in the media outlets support this
nonsense or do they not understand it? They don't understand
what Newsom's crowd is doing here.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I think there's two types of reporters one actually three.
One of the types of reporters are not real reporters.
They're political operatives. They're propagandas, so you know, just dispense
with them. And then, sadly that's that's more than a
majority of media in California. A group of them are
just used to it. They're like, it's always done this way.
I'm like, just because you are a frog and water

(10:43):
and it's getting to the point where it's boiling does
not mean that this is sustainable. This is corrupt and
we're now starting to point it out. And then the
third group are people who really are trying to do
their job, like ca CRA's Ashley.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
Is about the only one.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Aton Wallace. Yeah, yeah, you know, there's several reporters up
here who are doing a phenomenal job as journalists, doing
the work for the people and saying here's what's really
going on, and here's where the law seems to be
in conflict. And these good journalists, unfortunately, are very few

(11:18):
and far between. And that's why I'm urging the public
send a message that this sort of crap, this sort
of corruption, is not acceptable to you. Vote no on
the November fourth special election. They're going to spend a
quarter billion dollars of money we don't have. They're trying
to raise taxes or cutting services like services for hospice patients.

(11:39):
And now they're saying, oh, well, we have two hundred
and fifty million dollars. They just told the firefighters that they
couldn't get more resources and because there is not enough money,
but they got two hundred and fifty million dollars or
quarter billion dollars for a special election that's unnecessary for
their corrupt scheme. Let's send a message that this is
not acceptable by voting no. And I'm going need everyone
to help out at Reform California dot org. That's the

(12:02):
campaign site Reform California dot org.

Speaker 2 (12:06):
All right, Carl, excellent, We will talk again soon. Thank
you for coming on. Thank you, and we'll continue about
all this in minutes.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
You're listening to John Cobelt on demand from KFI AM
six forty.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
We are on every day from one until four o'clock
and after four o'clock John Cobelt's show on demand on
the iHeart app and you can follow us at John
Cobelt Radio at John Cobelt Radio. We just had Carl
Demayo on. He's a part of a lawsuit along with
a number of other Republican leaders to stop Gavin Newsom

(12:42):
and the legislature from redrawing the district lines or putting
a ballot initiative in November to redraw the district lines.
We get to vote on it, but Carl says the
very act of drawing the map ball is violating the Constitution.

(13:02):
Because back in twenty ten, and this was under Schwarzenegger,
we passed a law that says no politicians involved in
the process. It's going to be an independent citizens commission.
At the time, it passed sixty one to thirty nine.
As of last week, it still had the support of
most of the voters by sixty four to thirty six.

(13:24):
So this is what we wanted in twenty ten, and
this is what everybody still wants today. And you may wonder, well,
what are they going to do to try to convince
enough people to switch there to change their mind on
having an outside commission, Because as many have said, and
I think this is the clearest way to put it,
it's the voters should pick the politicians. The politicians shouldn't

(13:48):
pick the voters. And what they want to do is
redraw the district lines. So forty eight out of the
fifty two congress people from California are Democrats, even though
forty percent of the state will vote Republican for Congress.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
And follow the logic here.

Speaker 2 (14:10):
Trump is putting pressure on the Texas governor and so
they've called a special session and they're trying to redraw
the district lines in Texas. That's why you had that
walk out there. But that's Texas's issue. They shouldn't be
doing this either. They should be trying to railroad Democratic
voters out of the right to vote for who they want.

(14:32):
So it's wrong, but that's on the governor. They blame Trump.
But the governor has the right to tell Trump no,
and certainly legislature doesn't have to go along with it.
And if they do, it's their fault. It's not up
to us to then take away voters' rights to vote Republican.

(14:58):
There's a lot of independent people who don't belie to
either of these two idiotic parties, and they have the
right to have two choices on the ballot.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
Have it not predetermined by the way they draw the districts.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
I think this is really simple, and it's really it's
really gross what Newsoman's crowd is doing. I mean, for
God's sakes, these people have destroyed California and this is
this is what they spend their days with, coming up
with complicated maps that make no sense, that stretch across
long distances and.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Zig and zag all over the place. This is stupid.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
And in the end, they're gonna get forty eight out
of fifty two Democrats in a state that votes over
forty percent Republican. That's and when this shouldn't even we
have the constitutional amendment period, end of story. They don't
get to draw the maps, says the amend. Well, they're
drawing the maps anyway. Listen to the one note argument.

(15:57):
I'm gonna read you some quick quotes because they had
a press conference. You should have seen this crowd. I
saw a photo in californiaglobe dot com.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
He should look. They are cadavers.

Speaker 2 (16:06):
It looked like people rose up from the crypt robotic
and they all said the same thing. Here is Zoe Lofgren.
We're here today because Donald Trump and Republicans are trying
to rig the next election. Pete Agilar, Donald Trump is
rigging an election. Mark Berman, California Republicans would drop to

(16:32):
their knees to give Trump what he wants. That's disgusting.
State Senator Christopher Cabaldon. This map reflects the very best
interests of the vote of the people.

Speaker 1 (16:46):
It will be forty eight to four.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Senator Monique Lemone from Santa Barbara, this is about empowering
you Californians. You're taking away people's choices. Assembly Woman Gail
Peller and a Santa Cruz. She said, Donald Trump lit
this fire by pressuring Texas to redistricting.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
Again. The Texas politicians can say no, and the Texas
voters can punish them for it.

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Senator Sabrina Cervantes but these are all original thinkers. We're
here today because of Donald Trump and the Republicans. Assembly
Woman Cecilia Agalar Curry, the President and his minions are
trying to rig the election. Boy, they just have they
just have maybe two three words. They really have limited
intellectual capabilities. They really have a limited vocabulary. And then

(17:44):
Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas, who is a flaming moron, was
babbling about having the most diverse legislature in the world,
the most diverse legislature in the world, and he wants
to make it forty eight to four democratic for the
for the congressional seats. This is really really stupid stuff.

(18:08):
And I know there are a lot of people who
get mentally unhinged when they hear the name Trump or
see his face. I know a few of them, and
it truly ruins people's personalities when they get too heavily
invested in politics, when they can't keep a normal distance

(18:31):
and they can no longer have normal relationships because of
their obsession with a politician. Each side has these sufferers.
It is a derangement syndrome. There are Republicans who had
it with Obama, There's Democrats who had it with Trump,
and now we and Democrats had it with George W.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Bush.

Speaker 2 (18:52):
I remember there were Democrats were Republicans who had it
with Bill Clinton.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
There's certain people.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
That make that that actually bring out the mental illness
in humanity, and we have a lot of mentally ill
legislators now, and it is going to affect your life.
It's taking away the choices you're going to have on
the ballot because they have drawn the district in such
a bizarre way it is not possible for your person

(19:20):
to win or even come close, even if even in
the if in the last you know, ten or twenty
or fifty elections, they would have won. And by the way,
even with the industry the independent panel, it doesn't come
close to reflecting what California really is. It's still forty
three to nine, and the actual voting breakout is more

(19:43):
sixty forty. But at least that's not a bunch of politicians.
They may be politically influenced, but they're not actually the
governor and the assembly people and the state senators. So
it may be up to you ultimately when the vote
comes to November, because they're going to do this really fast.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
You're listening to John Cobels on demand from KFI A
six forty.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
We're on every day from one until four o'clock and
then after four o'clock John Cobelt Show on demand. Get
the podcast. You can get it every day and listen
to whatever you missed. This is a brutal video, and
obviously we can't show it to you. But this happened
at the Rose Bowl last night, actually Saturday evening. There

(20:33):
was a music hack called Rufus Dussault, which is from
Australia and they do dance music, electronic music. Yeah, yeah,
and apparently are wildly popular.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
At seventy five thousand people.

Speaker 2 (20:46):
Yeah, and I probably personally knew at least fifty plus
people at this concert from what I saw on social media. Yeah,
they're from Australia and they have a huge success there
and in the last few years they've had a lot
of success here in America. So big, big, big concert
at the rosebul Saturday. But this terrible thing happened. Some

(21:08):
guy had a drink spilled on him, and the woman
and her boyfriend immediately apologized. This guy became so enraged
he stormed off and then a half hour later he
came back and he started pummeling the woman viciously. He's
a big, burly, blonde haired white guy, and he really

(21:32):
was wailing away. It is really difficult to watch. Somebody
in the stands took the video. Here's a report to
give you an overall view from ABC seven Monica Deonda.

Speaker 5 (21:43):
It appears this all started when a drink was accidentally
spilled and splashed on a man. Now, witnesses say it
was at that point that despite apologies, this man had
got angry and turned violent, and that is when fists
began to fly. The entire incident at the Rose Bowl

(22:08):
was caught on camera. The violent assault happened Saturday night
at the sold out Rufus the Soul concert. One woman
was punched in the face and knocked unconscious. Two other
people were viciously punched by that man. In the Facebook post,
the woman who was knocked unconscious says she spilled a
drink on accident, and she and her boyfriend apologized, but
that man stormed off. Pasadena police say about thirty minutes

(22:30):
later he returned and that's when the fight broke out.
Police say they already have multiple leads on the identity
of the man behind the attack, who is accused of
the attack. That is, those who attended Saturday show say
it was packed with people, the group even saying this
is one of their largest shows ever.

Speaker 3 (22:49):
A song reason every time we called it seems like
a crowd stop.

Speaker 5 (22:54):
Just last night, Rufus the Soul taking to social media,
releasing this statement about the assault, saying, quote, we have
been heartbroken to hear of the act of violence that
took place in during the opening act on Saturday. This
type of behavior is completely unacceptable anywhere, and the fact
that this happened at one of our shows was devastating
to learn. Now again, Pasadena police say they have multiple

(23:16):
leads on who this man is and they are hoping
to make an arrest soon. Of course, we will keep
you updated.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
You can very clearly see who he is. I mean,
he obviously must have been identified by now, and I
don't know if he ran off, he's in hiding, or
they're just not publicizing his arrest. But what a barbarian.
This guy ought to be locked up in a mental institution.
He actually walked off for thirty minutes. This wasn't an
immediate response, which which would have been bad enough, but

(23:43):
then he walked away for thirty minutes came back. He
easily could have killed the woman. I mean he was
hitting her really hard, and there was a brief shot
of her l on the lane, on the cement in
front of the seat, all stretched out, and and and
and there were people trying to get in his way,
but he was just overpowering. What how many how many

(24:08):
grenades are walking? He's like a human grenade. What the
hell that was so easily could have killed her. I mean,
I hope she doesn't have any permanent brain damage from it. Wow,
that was that was bad to watch. And and she
wasn't anything close to his size. I mean, truly a psycho.

(24:29):
Truly a psycho. And there's got to be tons of
people who know who he is. Imagine seventy five thousand
people in the place, and you happened to sit behind
the guy with a severe mental disorder who blew up
because a drink is spelled on you, Like that's never
happened before.

Speaker 1 (24:46):
That's I was just really blown away by the violence
there from this person.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
All right, coming up after two o'clock, Okay, we we've
been talking about this for a few days. Los Angeles,
the city run by Karen Baffs who apparently failed in
math class. The city is bankrupt. They had to close

(25:14):
a billion dollar deficit, and although they're still struggling to
find money for illegal alien lawyers. Kenneth Mahea is the
La City Controller. And what's really scary is Mahea is
a full blown socialist. He's with that Democratic Socialist Party

(25:37):
and those people are crazy. He comes across as a
reasonable adult for the most part, and he says, we
got to do an audit on why we're paying out
almost three hundred million dollars a year in legal settlements.
We had the story the other day about the guy
who tripped on a sidewalk and he got three million dollars.

(25:59):
There's a lot of law suits and the idiot city
attorney is settling them for exorbitant amounts of money.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Three hundred million.

Speaker 2 (26:07):
It's it's like, it's like about a five hundred million
for the last two years, which is why the city's
broke one of many reasons. But we've got to play
you the clip you may have you may have heard
it in some of our news promos. Well, we'll do

(26:27):
that after two o'clock. Because he describes the condition of
the of the sidewalks with a particular word.

Speaker 4 (26:34):
You're listening to John Cobels on demand from KFI Am sixty.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
Coming up after two o'clock, we are going to listen
to a clip of Kenneth Mahea. He's the LA City Controller,
big socialist, but even he thinks LA is out of control,
especially when it comes to the lawsuits we're paying out,
Like a guy gets three million dollars for tripping on

(27:01):
a sidewalk, and that's just the least of it. Anyway,
he had a social media post yesterday and I guess,
I guess it was an audio post. We'll play some
of that coming up. Speaking of social media, one of
the most dangerous groups in America are young women on

(27:22):
TikTok because through their hysteria, Eric and Lylemannendez could be
parolled very soon. They're hearing I can't believe. I can't
believe these two. This story will never go away. I
feel like it's dogged me my whole life. Eric Lylemanendez

(27:42):
up before the parole board this Thursday and Friday, and
it's either two or three officers from a board of
commissioners who will evaluate the brothers individually. Eric's gonna have
his hearing Thursday. Lile on Friday video conference. They're down

(28:09):
at a prison in San Diego, and the board is
going to assess whether the brothers pose an unreasonable risk
of danger to society, and they're going to consider factors
like criminal history. Let's review the criminal history. They blew

(28:34):
their dad away in the family living room. They went back,
reloaded and blew their mom away, blowing her head off. Now,
the dad committed sexual abuse against them. The mother, her
crime was looking the other way, and apparently looking the

(28:58):
other way get to you. The death penalty actually blowing
someone's head off. You can get out when you're still
in your fifties. Of course, Eric and Lyle could have
always walked out the front door. They were eighteen and
twenty one. You could always walk out the front door

(29:23):
and always file charges against the police and always publicize
all the sexual abuse that was going on. They chose
to load their guns and blow him away and then
blow her away while she was on the floor crawling. Now,
I don't know how you come back from that one
to claim you're not an unreasonable danger. Clearly you're a

(29:43):
violent psychotic. You're a violent psychopath. I don't know how
anybody argues otherwise of all the hair brained nonsense in
this California justice system, that we had a system that
these guys even to get a hearing, And it was

(30:06):
spurred on by stupid streaming movies and this hysterical horde
of teenage girls and girls in their twenties who apparently
have some kind of bizarre hormonal, hormonal hormonal reaction to them.

(30:29):
Young women who have hormonal reactions can be quite dangerous
and frightening, and they have now coalesced into this movement
to release guys who would blow their own mother's head off. Now,
by the way, they partied for months after they did this.
I know this is ancient history. This murder happened in

(30:50):
nineteen eighty nine. But for the people who spend their
lives on TikTok and don't know anything about what the
world was like before TikTok, that is what they did.

Speaker 1 (31:05):
Newsom is allowing this.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Ultimately, he could stop it, he could reverse the parole,
and even if they get parole, it would be months
before they walk free. And then Newsom has thirty days
to affirm it or deny it. Do some affirms it,
then do Menendez brothers are going to leave. Is this

(31:28):
another thing that that Newsom is going to run on?
Add this to the list. Five dollars gas, double the
electricity prices, largest homeless rate in the country, crime all
over the cities, seventeen billion dollars blowing on high speed rail,

(31:51):
Twenty four billion dollars disappear from his state homeless fund,
over thirty billion dollars disappear.

Speaker 1 (31:58):
From his COVID unemployment fund. And he's gonna run on
this too. That's uh.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
You got you gotta be so confident about your hair
and the way your chin is sculpted that you would
actually run on the Menendez brothers being released, and you
think that's gonna that's going to increase your popularity across
the country. Do you think people in the normal states
are enraptured with Eric and Lyel Menendez? Do you think

(32:33):
people who vote in the other forty nine states want
to see these two bastards released?

Speaker 1 (32:40):
That's that's unbelievable.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
He is a sicko, and we got a society that
rewards sick those like Newsom and Menendez, both Menendez brothers,
because they're all sociopaths. The only thing missing from Newsome
is the violence, but he's the same narcissistic sociopath as
Lionel Eric Benendez, So maybe he feels a kinship, but

(33:07):
none of them have any conscience and they'll all And
another one of the things they have to prove or
have to impress their par agents on this board is
that they express remorse. Well, remorse is the easiest thing
to express, the easiest thing to fool people with. Why

(33:30):
don't you just say, hey, can you be a phony
for ten minutes to these board members? How much of
a phony can you be in expressing remorse? It's just absurd,
But hey, that's that's the entertainment for later this week
we come back. Our socialist La City Controller has even
had enough with these lawsuit settlements and it's almost three

(33:57):
hundred million dollars this year, half a billion for the
last two years. We're gonna play a clip of something
