Speaker 1 (00:00):
Can't. I am six forty.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
You're listening to the John Cobelt Podcast on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 1 (00:06):
We're on from one until four o'clock.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
After four o'clock, John Cobelt's show on demand on the
iHeart app. What you missed the last hour? We had
been Siegal on for ABC News. He was just coming
out of the Oval office having covered the great Trump
Mom Donnate meeting. So if you want to hear Siegel's reaction,
and we talked about it, and they came out at
(00:30):
least pretending to be buddies. They it's like, you know,
commy fascist despot. You know, that's all performance, that's campaign talk.
Remember that when you watch these people and you see
the hyperbolic, hyperventilating reporters, the politicians themselves are engaging in
(00:52):
performance for your benefit. All right, let's go to Carl Demayo.
Carl's the real deal. He is trying to let all
of us know that we're about to blow thirteen billion
dollars in this fiscal year for illgal alien healthcare. That
is double the Gavin Newsom estimate. And it's we got
(01:15):
a massive budget deficit and a big percentage of it
is this illegal alien health care cost.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
Let's get carl On, Hey, John, how you doing. And
this is something that we told you was going to happen.
When Newsom came out and Califunia Democrats said let's give
free healthcare at taxpayer expense to illegal immigrants, two reactions
right off the bat. Number one, this is outrageous that
we're spending money for free healthcare for illegal immigants rather
(01:43):
than taking care of our own citizens. But number two,
he said it would only cost six billion dollars and
I said, bs, it's going to cost much more, and
I got thrown off the budget committee. A year later,
when the first cost estimates were exposed, I dragged out
in a public hearing and it showed that we were
approteen ten billion dollars in the February of this year. Well,
(02:07):
the latest numbers my office is now obtained at released
yesterday thirteen point one billion. Now, mind you, we have
seen Newsome and Democrats health care services for citizens, including
hospice for dying. People say that, you know, they're not
allowed to have in home hospice to die at home,
(02:30):
and so we're seeing citizens being asked to do without
and pay higher taxes. As illegal emerrants now have thirteen
billion dollars for free health there and there's no paint
that they have to make. My constituents have to spend
thirteen fourteen, fifteen thousand a year per family of four,
but no, no illegal immigrants. They get it at taxpayer expense.
(02:51):
Total bill and counting thirteen point one billion.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
Do you have any idea how many immigrants are enrolled
in this program?
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Nearly two million, nearly two million illegal immigrants are on
the dole for free health care. And it is offensive.
It's not only not affordable, and it puts us on
the brink of financial collapse in the medical system. It
is offensive. We're also asking all Californians to wait in
longer lines for their health care services because we have
(03:21):
illegal ommigrants sitting there saying, Ooh, I've got free health care,
free health insurance. Then you go stand in line, let
me go get some services. This is outrageous.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
It needs to ask, and that two million is probably
not even half the number of potential enrollees.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Correct, But they're spending money marketing to illegal immigrants. They
actually using taxpayer money to market the welfare benefit to
illegal immigrants.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
Really, and yes, yes, and.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
We know that the Coyotes when they're talking to potentially
illegal immigrants, they're telling them, hey, there's all these treatings
in Califor going to come our way.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
And I guess this is on Spanish radio and television
and social media that they do the marketing.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
They do the marketing in a number of ways. They
do it in schools because we teach illegal immferent kids.
They do them at all these legal aid seminars where
taxpayers are giving free lawyers out to illegal immigrants to
fight the federal government and stop deportations. Everywhere you turn,
they're spending all this money to market to illegals. How
(04:30):
much more more money they can get at taxpayer expense.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
This money because it's never explained clearly in the news reports.
Is this California state taxes, federal taxes, a mix of
the two. Something we have to reimburse or the Feds reimburse.
How does the payment work, Which pot of tax money
is the money pulled from?
Speaker 3 (04:54):
Right? It's complicated because Newsomban Democrats have been committing fraud.
They've been billing the fem government for inappropriate reimbursements from
medical the medicaid program, the federal Medicaid program. As a result,
the Trumpet administration has clawed back billions of dollars. But
(05:14):
worse than that, most of this money now is state
taxpayer funds. And we're in the middle of an eighteen
billion dollars depicite.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
All right, sign you.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
If we just eliminated you leave them with your healthcare,
we would almost balance our entire state budget. But we've
got thirteen point one billion going out the door from
the state funds to the league.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Omer All right, let me just go through that again.
So it started out as Newsom was using federal money.
Trump cut it off and cut quatted back. And so
now Newsom is using state tax money to cover a
legal alien healthcare. And that's going to be thirteen billion
for the fiscal year.
Speaker 3 (05:50):
Correct, thirteen point one billion. And and he's probably Trump
is probably going to debit more money from the state
of California because the state California owns the federal government.
Again to name fraud.
Speaker 2 (06:02):
And this is this is how Newsome blames Trump for
the budget deficitions.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
Yes, Newsom also says that the pump administration's cutting food stamps,
and that is not true at all. What the federal
budget has done. Is it said, look, we're willing to
cover all of the food stamps for poor people who
really need food across the country. Not a single penny
has been changed or reduced. But if you are a
(06:29):
state and you allow a lot of fraud to happen,
if people are getting food stamps, that shouldn't be of
a system. What we're going to do is we're going
to pedalize the state for mismanagement and the state will
have to pay for the frauduct The way the food
stamp program works, it works as the states actually administer
the program. They have to decide who is eligible and
(06:52):
get a look benefits. But the Settle government cuts the check.
The play court, Well, the federal government finally woke up
saying all these blue state governors are giving away the store.
They don't care about fraudulent benefits because it's basically free money. Well,
what is the difference that make to them? It's being
reimbursed by the falvelopment. So in the Trump administration, they're saying,
if there's a fraud rate of more than five percent
(07:14):
in the state, there will will be a penalty for mismanagement.
California is the worst free stamped fraudulent in the nation,
where at thirteen point six percent, if all of our
payments are fraudulent, the Trump administration says, we'll let you
have five percent. Still, that's one out of twenty fraudulent
food stamp recipient. But New someb is blaming Trump again
(07:37):
for New Some's failures.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Yeah, all right, very good, Carl. You're the only one
talking about this. Nobody's covering Carl, Carl Demile. He's the
Republican assembling down from the San Diego area. We will
talk a little more on this when we come back.
Speaker 4 (07:54):
You're listening to John Cobelt on demand from KFI Am
six forty.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Follow us at John Cobelt Radio, at John coblt Radio
on social media, and subscribe on YouTube. We've got most
of the Spencer Pratt interview on YouTube, the whole thing,
the whole thing, all right, the whole thing YouTube dot
com slash at.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
John Cobelt's show. I got a lot of glare on
that thing.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
You can subscribe on YouTube by going to YouTube dot
com slash at John Cobelt Show, and then you'll get,
you know, some kind of unlarmable off. I guess every
time we put a new piece of video up there
moistline twice. Next hour, three twenty and three fifty. We
just had Carl Demyo on the Republican. Does it seem
(08:41):
like like the you know, the let's say five regular
guests we have on the show are the only five
people in the state who are noticing and explaining what's
really going on. I mean, both political parties are a
disaster for us. With the exception of a few people
like Carl Demayo. The media is entirely a disaster except
(09:03):
for you know that the reporter of the Sacramento Ashley Zavalla,
and then everyone else. They're all singing from the same
the same hymn book that they they're all part of
the same cult and everything is about denying and lying
and propaganda. So Kevin Newsom thought it would be a
(09:23):
great idea to give it illegal alien's healthcare. And if
you objected, like what do you want these people to die?
Speaker 1 (09:33):
All right?
Speaker 2 (09:33):
So now we have two million people signed up. It's
thirteen billion dollars. And I guess knew some thought when
he started this program. It's like, you know, Feds will
pay for it. Biden and the Democrats they'll pay for
it in Washington, which they were. Truck takes over and
he says, no, stops the federal money for this and
(09:57):
starts cawing back the old oneing because it's actually against
federal law to spend federal money on illegal alien healthcare.
So now NWISM has to use state money. Only thirteen
billion dollars of state money. We have an eighteen billion
dollar budget deficit. And when you take away all the tricks,
(10:18):
the financial tricks they use to cover up the spending,
next year's deficit, it's going to be thirty five billion,
thirteen billion just on illegal alien healthcare. And I'm thinking,
you know what Carl said, and I never knew this,
but they're cutting off state money for in home hospice care.
(10:40):
When you go to hospice, that's not very long, right,
It usually is not.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
It's just a few weeks, but I mean sometimes maybe
six weeks.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
I mean, if we're going to spend money, it's spend
money on that so people could die peacefully at home
with a caretaker.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Yes, but that's what gets And this is on.
Speaker 2 (10:58):
For Americans, for citizens, this is this is I mean,
it seems like we could all agree that spending thirteen
billion dollars on people who aren't supposed to be here,
and this is the incentive that the coyotes use to
draw them over. Remember all these people that come here,
(11:19):
many of them pay the coyote thousands of dollars, sometimes
tens of thousands of dollars to get here safely. The
money goes to the drug and smuggling cartels. They make
billions of dollars. So we support this massive drug and
smuggling cartel op your operation. In return, we get two
(11:42):
million poor people, actually four million poor people pay for
their health care. And now we're cutting hospice care and
god knows what else. I mean, this is stuff that.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Should be obvious and agreeable to all. We can't do this.
We don't have the money.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
We have the highest taxes in the country, and Newsom
is getting the highest amount of revenue that Sacramento has
ever gotten from the taxpayers.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
These are not hard.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Times for you know, the wealthy in the tech industry.
They're cashing in their stock. They're sending billions and billions
to Sacramento. The tax rate on middle class people is
one of the highest in the country, so there's a
lot of money being shoveld to Sacramento and then the return.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
I don't I don't want to hear about all.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
Your your outrage over deportations, self deportations, ice this and
that this is simply not it's just not possible.
Speaker 1 (12:51):
You can't do this thirteen billion.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
But never ever, ever, do we have a public discussion
on this. You don't hear it in the news. You
don't hear anybody in politics talking about this. And it's terrible.
It's absolutely terrible to be blowing all this money when
we've got so many deep rooted issues on something that
(13:19):
is simply simply violates federal law, and you try to
enforce the law and holy.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Hell breaks loose.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
Now here's this Justice Department, Federal Justice Department suing California
over college benefits for illegal alien students. It's the third
lawsuit this week that the Justice Department is filed against California.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
You know, the governor and his.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Mini me, Rob BoNT To, the Attorney general, always very
proud to announce lawsuits against the Trump administration. Goes both ways.
Justice Department say that if you give in state tuition
to illegal aliens, it's illegal and it discriminates against Americans
(14:12):
from out of state who pay higher rates. Okay, you
know there's one price for California students, right, and then
there's a higher price for out of state students to
go to the UC or cal state system. Well, the
illegal alien kids from foreign countries they get here, they
(14:36):
pay the in state tuition, they get a bigger break,
They get a big break compared to the out of
state students who are Americans.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
That is wrong.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
This stuff is inarguably wrong. There's no other side to this.
American students have to pay a lot more for tuition
in California. Then people who came here illegally Americans have
(15:10):
their health benefits compromised in this state for the sake
of illegal alien health care benefits. This is indisputable. That's
federal law prohibits aliens illegally in the US from receiving
in state tuition benefits that are desired that are denied
(15:30):
to add of state US citizens. There are no exceptions.
That's what it says in the complaint. We'll continue.
Speaker 4 (15:38):
You're listening to John Cobels on demand from KFI AM
six forty now.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Yesterday yesterday we told you that there's all kinds of
cartoon characters who are running for governor in the race
here in California. Just Tom Steyer announced yesterday, and he's
worth two billion dollars. He ran for president for a
few weeks and he is a climate change fanatic, but
(16:07):
he wants to run a campaign on prices being out
of control in the state.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
Well, yeah, they're out of control.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
We're paying all this five bucks a gallon for gas
because of all the climate change policies that you push.
And then, amazingly, yesterday another crack pot, Eric Swalwell, a congressman,
is going to run for governor. And when I heard
Swell's running a day after Tom Steyer's running, I heard
(16:35):
a song in my head. That song is beautiful, that
can make me cry. That song I'm pretty close to
crying all day today. So Eric's they are clowns. That's
(16:55):
the first word that popped in my mind. Is if
you want to know where the clowns are, turn on
the TV and the clowns are filing and announcing that
they're going to be running for governor. Eric Swalwell, you
only have to know one story about this guy, all right.
He's a congressman Democrat, has been for a number of years,
(17:17):
was really big on impeaching Trump.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
But that's not the point.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
Eric Swalwell slept with a Chinese spy, and this is true.
It's a Chinese citizen named Christine Fang, but everybody knew
her as Feng Feng and actually has had a story
(17:42):
a number of years ago about this. She targeted. This
was a Chinese spy operation and they sent Christina Thang
or Fang Than to come to America and seduce American politicians,
and Eric Swowell was a target because he was on
(18:03):
the Intelligence Committee. Great now actually has described how they
did it. Through campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and
romantic or sexual relationships. She slept with two Midwestern mayors.
Fang was able to gain proximity to political power. This
(18:26):
is according to the US intelligence officials, private but unclassified
information about government officials is a form of political intelligence
and it's a key part of what foreign agencies do.
She started doing fundraising for Swallowell in twenty fourteen, and
(18:52):
she eventually ended up in his bed and she fled
the country and she was just one of lots of agents. Now, shockingly,
he wasn't taking off the intelligence committee.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
Do you imagine this.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
He wakes up naked next to a Chinese spy and
they don't kick him off the intelligence committee. And she
engaged in sexual romantic relationships with the two mayors for
three years. I don't know if it's at the same time.
It was caught an FBI electronic surveillance.
Speaker 1 (19:33):
So the FBI had had the noise at all, the noise,
bedroom noise. What if they're quiet, Oh.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
Nobody's completely quiet, and and and so you know that
they wanted to use the influence that she well, they
wanted to influence based on the intelligence that she gathered.
(20:06):
And then she finally leaves the US. Suddenly a lot
of this happened ten years ago. Now he says she's
running for governor. Oh, he appeared on Jimmy Kimmel. I'm thirsty.
I'm running for governor because prices are too high and
people are scared prices are too high. They act like
(20:30):
all the tax money that is sucked out of our
paychecks is in part a big part of what makes
life difficult. How much money would we get back if
we had the median amount of income tax or the
median amount of sales tax The median gas tax. If
we were just average, even if we were just a
little bit above average, how much money would we all save.
(20:53):
I mean, I know, with a tank of gas, right,
if we're two bucks more than ok, Homer, South Carolina,
twenty gallon tank, that's forty forty dollars a week. That's
what two thousand dollars a year. Two thousand dollars a
(21:15):
year we spend extra per person on gas, per driver
on gas, just from gas taxes.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
And Swallwell and.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
Steyer are prattling about affordability. Everybody discovered this word at
the same time, and that's all they do is they
say affordability. Afford The Trump and Mom Donnie were doing
it today. It's like they pick it up. It's like
some kind of religious mantra, like it's the new cult
word from the Guru. Just repeat it over and over again.
(21:48):
Repeal all the effing taxes, you morons. We're paying dollar
fifty in extra taxes for gas. Repeal it. We're not
getting good roads out of this, that's for sure. Oh,
by the way, have you run across the potholes since
the rain storm? Yes, I almost got ejected from my seat.
(22:14):
I ran over one on Sunset Boulevard. Sunset Boulevard is
the biggest garbage road. It pisses me off because all
the places that we bombed over the years in the
Middle East, you know, whether it was a Lebanon or
a Rock or Afghanistan, they got nice roads because we
(22:34):
went in there and we built new highways for them
and paved over the old ones. They have nice roads here.
This Sunset Boulevard really should be closed down. It is
not a civilized road. And now it's got a huge thing.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
Are we paying higher taxes for that? Didn't we pass
some measure? Oh?
Speaker 2 (22:52):
Yeah, remember that, Yes, I did. Yes, that was a
good scam.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
When we come back.
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Two other candidates for governor, but you I have never
I mean, you know, this really is like I was
going to say the seven Dwarves, but it's more like
the ten dwarves.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Yeah, ten people.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
Uh Via Gosa who did his best to foul up
Los Angeles and Xavier Bessera or Javier Besera, Javier Barkara,
that too, one of those guys. They're now fighting with
each other. One of them is at eight percent in
the polls, one of them at five percent. One of
(23:32):
them's involved in this scandal in Sacramento. The other already
ruined LA. What was the last time he was governor
was like twenty twenty thirteen, So he's been at office
twelve years. He's now in his seventies. He's still running
and he's got five percent support. I believe in me.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
The clowns right neveror Mark?
Speaker 3 (23:55):
Why?
Speaker 2 (23:56):
Yes, I'm sorry, didn't want to ruin that song.
Speaker 4 (24:06):
You're listening to John Cobelt on demand from KFI AM
six forty.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
Right every day one until four o'clock. After four o'clock,
John Cobelt's show on demand. Oh, I just got a
minute here, and I didn't want to forget this. Kevin
Dalton puts out a lot of on his ex site,
a lot of good news and commentary about what's going
on in California. And he found this little piece on
(24:32):
NBC four on trash debris in the ocean after the storm. Right,
this is the runoff. Listen to this report. There's something
missing from the report, and if you saw the video,
it's obvious to your eyes what should have been in
the presentation. It's quite the.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Mess along our coast.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
Look at this news chap or four over the port of.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
Long which you can see all the trash and the
debris pouring into the ocean from the La and San
Gabri rivers.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Now we found a beach goer doing his part picking
up trash at the beach.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
I mean, I've seen it really bad here. You know
this is pretty bad too. I try to get it
before it goes in the water. So I kind of
start down here and then make my way up and
very thoughtful for that.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
This is why LA County issues Health advisor to ask
after storms where they ask everyone to stay out of
the water for at least three days because of higher
bacteria levels. Where do you think the bacterial levels come
from people's poop? Who do you think is leaving the
poop on the streets and where do you think that
debris came from? If you saw the video, this is
(25:42):
homeless encampments, homeless garbage, homeless bacteria levels.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Why would the La.
Speaker 2 (25:50):
And San Gabriel rivers carry out this massive amount of garbage.
When I grew up in normal suburban New Jersey, we'd
have heavy rains there occasionally would be flooding. We had
local rivers and creeks. New Jersey had a big beach
(26:11):
I never remember a story about with video of this
kind of debris, all this garbage, and then and then
the bacteria levels, Like, I didn't never heard any of
this until I came out here. This is homeless debris.
Why can't that be in the news story? You kind
of could see it with your eyes. Does anybody wonder
(26:34):
where the bacterial levels come from? Does anybody wonder where
all this garbage comes from? I don't have any garbage
on the streets in my neighborhood, not the one I
live in now, not the one I grew up in.
You know, one was a blue collar neighborhood. My current
neighborhood is really nice. But I have never lived in
(26:55):
a neighborhood where people lift a lot of garbage, nor
a neighborhood where people took craps in the street.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
Or had.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
Construction materials from a homeless encampment. But you notice it's
right in plain sight, in front of us. No one
discusses it publicly. Oh, Instead, the thrust of the story is, oh,
excuse me, look at those good citizens cleaning up the
garbage on the beach, catching it before it goes in
(27:28):
the ocean. Yes, that's nice, that's nice, that's not the point.
The point is who's creating the garbage, who's creating the
debris from the homeless encampment? All right, we come back
or we got two rounds of the moistline coming up
next hour. And I'm also going to tell you next
hour about I didn't know this. There's a program that's
(27:52):
now dead in California. It used to be you could
get two thousand dollars if you bought an e bike
imagine this, a kneed bike.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
You get two thousand dollars.
Speaker 2 (28:02):
They shut down the program because it was so expensive,
because so many people signed up for it. That's coming
up in the next hour. Debormark live in the CAFI
twenty four hour Newsroom. Hey, you've been listening to the
John Cobalt Show podcast. You can always hear the show
live on KFI Am six forty from one to four
pm every Monday through Friday, and of course, anytime on
demand on the iHeartRadio app.
