Yesterday, Taylor called the show convinced her boyfriend Matt might be cheating. After our signature flower test, Matt passed—he sent them to Taylor with a sweet message. No signs of cheating. Case closed… right?

Not even close.

Just minutes after we hung up, a woman named Samantha called in claiming that the man we just talked to on-air—Taylor’s boyfriend—is actually her husband. And she sounded deadly serious.

Today’s show is building to one of the biggest confrontations we’ve ever aired.

But first, this episode is your setup: We replay the original moment of “innocence,” introduce Samantha’s bombshell call, and get ready for the moment when girlfriend and wife come face to face—live.

Is he shady as hell, the victim of mistaken identity, or dealing with a scorned ex?
You’ll find out soon.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
No, Taylor, like, I'm not cheating on you, like, this
isn't anything devious and I'm trying to do.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
This is from yesterday's show during the To Catch a
Cheater and coming up at seven thirty, we'll be continuing
the To Catch a Cheater from yesterday and we'll tell
you why right now because it was nuts. But this
happened yesterday on the To Catch a Cheater. If you
didn't hear it, because you need to be ready for
seven thirty.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
No, Taylor, like, I'm not cheating on you, like, this
isn't anything devious and I'm trying to do. Everything is fine.
I mean we've been a minute since we've been into
it together, but that's okay. Yeah, like we'll get there.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
So that was a guy whose girlfriend thought he was
cheating and we called and turns out he wasn't cheating.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
Sounded super nice, you know, no, I love you all
that stuff.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
But right after we hung up the phone yesterday, if
you didn't hear yesterday's To Catch a Cheater, you can
always check it out on the podcast at the Jubilshow
dot com. But right after we hung up with the phone,
producer Brad got a call on the phone line and
then told me to go to it. And this is
the call that came in right after we hung up
with that dude.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Samantha.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
Hi, Yes, I've been trying to call in this like
entire time.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Okay, what's that.

Speaker 1 (01:13):
That sounds identical to know that that is my husband?

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Well?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, yeah, I called up and said that that was
her husband that was on the to catch a cheater,
the guy that wasn't cheating on his girlfriend.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
No, Taylor like, I'm not cheating on you, like, this
isn't anything devious, and I'm trying to do so coming.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
Up at seven point thirty, we're going to get the
two of them on the phone together, the girlfriend and
the woman that called up and said that she's the wife,
to see if it's legit or not.

Speaker 5 (01:45):
Yeah, this whole thing is crazy. It makes me so
mad about this. Is that I am mad. But the
guy sounded legit like like sometimes like they I'm like, girl.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
Like he's cheating, but you want to I'm not in.

Speaker 5 (01:58):
Your relationship, that's cool. But he sounded legit. He sounded
like he wasn't cheating.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
Victoria's right, he did like we all believed him. Miss
I was like Oh, that's sweet, that's actually really nice. Yeah,
And all of a sudden, on the other line, that's
my husband on the phone, which.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Is a nightmare if you're the person listening.

Speaker 6 (02:14):
But also because he sounded like he was so nice,
it kind of made me feel like, is this like
a scornedex?

Speaker 4 (02:19):
Is this somebody who's.

Speaker 6 (02:20):
Listening is like, oh, I know who that is. I'm
not gonna let him have a happy life. I'm going
to find a way to get in there and like
say something. People do do that and I hate that.
That was the first thing that came to my mind.
But there's a chance.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
Yeah, And well that's what I was thinking. I was like,
maybe it just sounds similar to her husband. She's absolutely
sure that it is her husband who was on the
to Catch Cheeter yesterday.

Speaker 7 (02:41):
When I answered the phone, her voice was shaky and
she was upset, and you don't really fake that in
that way, you know, you can kind of hear when
it's real or not. So I do believe that this
person believes this is her husband, just based on my
interactions with her.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Right So, coming up at seven thirty, we're talking about
the to Catch Cheeter yesterday where a woman called up
and said that her boyfriend might be cheating. We called
her boyfriend and he was all lovey dovey, No, not cheating,
just been busy and things like that, I love you, You're
the best.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
She apologized for thinking he was y. She actually did too, She.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
Apologized for even even the thought of it. And then
as soon as we hung up with her, someone calls
in and goes, that was my husband. So we're gonna
have the two women on together at seven point thirty
to see if it matches up and if that is
the husband, and then if it is, then we'll catch
him with both of them on the phone, I guess.

Speaker 6 (03:30):
Which is a devastating moment. So great, we need the
fact check before we move forward at all.

Speaker 7 (03:35):
Yeah, and girlfriend Taylor doesn't know about this yet, right,
unless she heard yesterday, which yeah, I'm really hoping she
did get it right, I'm.

Speaker 4 (03:45):
Hoping she did that way she knows what's coming, or
at least has an idea.

Speaker 7 (03:48):
I want her to feel bad when we yeah.

Speaker 6 (03:51):
Her and she thought is going to be denial too. Yeah,
it's not something that you want to hear.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
Ever, right if you're a girlfriend of the guy in
the to catch a cheater that you just did that
whole thing with and you apologize like, I'm sorry, I
love you, I didn't mean to accuse you of cheating.
The last thing you're gonna want to hear is that
he's got a wife totally and he has been cheating
and you're the girlfriend of six years or something like that,
totally you.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Also, I wouldn't believe it.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
I'd be like, girl, I don't know who you think
your husband is, like where he is, but like, this
is my man, this isn't your man.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Like, yeah, if you're listening, you actually relate to this story.

Speaker 6 (04:20):
We're gonna need you, though, because these women are going
to need all of the support in the world if
all of this ends up became true.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Hey Monica, Hello Monica, Sorry, I got my phone lines
all messed up. One second, Hello Monica.

Speaker 8 (04:38):
Yeah, Hey guys, hey, are.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
You calling in because you're like his second wife?

Speaker 2 (04:43):
No?

Speaker 8 (04:44):
No, no, god, no god, no, oh my god, you guys.
I love this show. I love the segment. Hello.

Speaker 4 (04:53):
So did you hear it yesterday?

Speaker 5 (04:56):
Yes?

Speaker 8 (04:56):
Wait, I am on a cliffhanger with my entire office, Like,
let me tell you when this was happening, Like one
of my coworkers. I almost I threw a cup at him,
actually my coffee cup, because he would not stopped talking
at year.

Speaker 4 (05:09):
You're on a head?

Speaker 8 (05:12):
Yeah, do you think we want to know what happened? Sorry?

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Are you guys going to be listening at seven thirty?

Speaker 6 (05:19):
Then?

Speaker 8 (05:21):
Yeah, we cannot wait. We're trying to like hold off
our boss for this. What you do You're just like
on this Cliffinger, do.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
You think that it is his wife?

Speaker 8 (05:33):
You know what? Like like Victoria said, like it sounded
so legit, like I believed everything. I'm like, Okay, everything's
good to go. He's not cheating. But when that lady
was it Samantha the wife? These sounded like you said,
like kind of nervous and like prazzled, but she was
so convincing, like I think that's her husband for real.
I didn't even know though, like, yeah, you know what's

(05:54):
going on out there?

Speaker 7 (05:55):
Ready?

Speaker 8 (05:56):
Poor girlfriend. I don't know if Taylor's were like you said,
she's like for way it goes, this is awful.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
Yeah, thank you for the phone call, Monica, And don't worry,
its seven thirty. We'll get in two of them on
the phone together and we'll see if that is actually
his wife. Yesterday, thank you yesterday on our social media
you can go check it out there. Also, the link
to the podcast is all there too, if you didn't
hear it yesterday when we called that guy for to
catch a cheater and he said he wasn't cheating, and
then somebody else called up and said it's his wife.

(06:26):
We did a poll and forty eight percent of the
people say the man is shady as hell.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Yeah, yeah, no doubt.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Thirty one percent think it's a mistake in identity, and
twenty one percent think it's a scorn dex.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Oh wow, so this is quiet pe people who actually
think it's an X. Yeah, it's hard to know. It's
only possible. I've never thought of an ex. I've just
seen it happen.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
All right, Well, make sure you're listening. It's seven thirty
when we get the two of them on the phone,
and we'll see if he's shady as hell it's a
case of mistake in identity, or if it's a scorn

That was the question Hope Woodard asked herself after a string of situationships inspired her to take a break from sex and dating. She went "boysober," a personal concept that sparked a global movement among women looking to prioritize themselves over men. Now, Hope is looking to expand the ways we explore our relationship to relationships. Taking a bold, unfiltered look into modern love, romance, and self-discovery, Boysober will dive into messy stories about dating, sex, love, friendship, and breaking generational patterns—all with humor, vulnerability, and a fresh perspective.
