Speaker 1 (00:00):
What would you do with one hundred million dollars? It's
the Jewble Show. Do you think you could make your
dreams come true and finally accomplish your goals of buying
a mansion and filling it full of tapioca pudding so
every time you open the door you get flooded with
that delicious, bubbly treat.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Or hiring a butler to follow you around that you
could command to smack anybody that you want, Well, think again.
One celebrity has taken over the news because they claim
that it's impossible to live on one hundred million dollars,
oh so much so that they've been whining about it
all over the place and people are outraged. Who is
it and why do they say one hundred million dollars

(00:36):
it's just not enough money? To tell you right after this,
it's the Jewel Show. Do you think you could live
on one hundred million dollars? Yeah, well, guess what, You're
probably wrong because one celebrity is making headlines today because
they're complaining about the fact that one hundred million dollars
is just not enough money to live on.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Yeah, we'll tell you it is in just a second.
But I don't forget.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
You can always stream the show on the iHeartRadio app
or wherever you stream things. You can also listen to
the podcast wherever you get your podcast, just type in
the Jewbil Show, but streamless. Yeah, it go to the
heart radio app, listen on your device, whatever you got
to do, but stream the show. It's really fun.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Come hang out. The most exciting thing you'll do all day. Yeah,
he's not lying. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
Now, which celebrity is it that says that one hundred
million dollars is just not enough money for anybody?

Speaker 2 (01:23):
I can't wait.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
In the recession like we have now, people are losing
their jobs left and right. This fool decides to speak
up and a hundred million dollars is not enough?

Speaker 2 (01:35):
How disconnected? Is it a man or a woman?

Speaker 1 (01:37):
It's a man. It's former NFL player Odell Beckham Junior.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Why is anymore?

Speaker 3 (01:44):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Yeah, he's complaining that one hundred million dollars is just
not enough money.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
We have audio of it too.

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Here's what he said on a recent podcast that he
was on where he was whining about just not having enough,
about being out of touch. Yeah, here's why one hundred
million dollars is not enough money. According to Odell Beckham Junior, when.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
You sacrifice your whole life to get here, like, yeah,
I played ten years in the league, and I always
explain this people like, bro, you give somebody a five year,
hundred million dollars contract, right, what is it?

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Really? It's five years for sixty so sixty million? Okay,
now I get it? Not bad? Yeah, here he goes on.
You're getting text through the math. That's twelve a year.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
You know that you have to spend us well saved, save,
invest flaunt like whatever.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
However, Yeah, that's the problem, flaunt. It's being real. I'm
a back or get my mama house, I'm gonna do.
Everything costs money.

Speaker 4 (02:41):
So you if you spending four million dollars a year,
that's really forty million over.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Five years eighty You get that now you know.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Now you start breaking down the numbers, it's like that's
a five year span.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
Be where you're getting Amen, why do you make that
last forever?

Speaker 4 (02:56):
And now you always hear the people who ain't us
and ain't been in.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
The position like, oh well that would last life time.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, this job that I sacrificed my whole life for,
they are giving me that I didn't ask for a
certain dollar amount or whatever.

Speaker 2 (03:08):
But we want to talk about no financial littery. Yes,
producer Freezy raising your head. The person who's working in
McDonald's is sacrificing their life to work that job too. Yeah, yeah,
like for hourly you know what I mean? Like perspective, bro.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
According to Odell Beckham Junior, one hundred million dollars is
not enough money. And I'll break that number the numbers
down for you again. He said, one hundred million dollars
over five years is really sixty million after taxes. That's
twelve million dollars a year, four million spent on cars
and the houses, et cetera.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
And suddenly it just goes away. It's not enough money. Well, yeah,
you're spending four million on cars and out right.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
I'm just still stuck on how he was, like, no,
if you've never had this, then you just don't understand
the position that we're in.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
I would love to have that problem, right me too.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
I do appreciate the fact that he is being so
open about his i mean, spend his spending, his need
for money. Like okay, cool, you are that guy. I'm
still judging you, but you are that guy.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
But like, why like, I don't under like I feel like,
especially now the economy is like some people are doing
so bad.

Speaker 2 (04:16):
Did he say charity in there at all? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (04:17):
No, charity is probably a stripperd of Miami Strip Club
got a million of It's.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
Got wrong timing, like to start like trying to say
all this.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Yeah, I don't think he cares the room, bro. I mean,
that's just that he doesn't care about the room. He
doesn't care about other people. He cares about his life
and making sure his cars are shiny so he can
flaunt when he wants.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
It just shows how out of touch that one hundred
million dollars got him.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
Yeah, people are out here with real jobs, working real
jobs and many hours, working really hard to barely make it.

Speaker 2 (04:48):
I don't think he's thinking about money though as well.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
I think he is defined by playing football, and with that,
his worth to himself is the number that he was making.
So if you aren't no longer playing football and you
are accustomed to a certain amount of money, now you're
saying that you're not worth as much as you were before.

Speaker 2 (05:06):
Of course I had to do this.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
I'm sorry, but it just makes sense because now it's
like you're saying all this, you're breaking down the money
and you're crying about your cars, But honestly, you're looking
in the mirror going what am I going to do
with the rest of my life if I'm not playing football?

Speaker 2 (05:16):
What am I going to do?

Speaker 1 (05:17):
If I wasn't taught how to manage millions? I believe
why of course, Yeah, I'm very few people are taught
how to manage million unless you grow up in a
million dollar household. But if you get a hundred million dollars,
hire somebody to manage your million totally.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Or now you have free time, go learn look at that.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Well, yeah, now you're not playing that league, invest in
yourself and maybe you'll make more money back.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Let's here and break down that math again for you
in case you're working at a minimum wage job. Yeah,
and you should be thankful. You should be thankful that
you're working at a minimum wage job. This is much easier
than having a hundred million dollars. Yeah, here's the delt
back of junior again.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
When you've sacrificed your whole life to get here, and
you're like, yeah, I played ten years in the league
and I'll always explain this to people like, Bro, you give
somebody a five year, hundred million dollar contract, right, what
is it?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Really? It's five years for sixty tell me about it. Odell,
believe me. I understand. And these pores just don't get it.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
They're always walking around thinking it's great on this side
of the fence.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
By the way, if you come near my fence, I'm
getting prosecuting.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Well, just twelve a year.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
You know that you have to spin us save, save.
I like how he didn't bring up saved. Another dude
was like, also saved for you? Help?

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yeah, I guess, and he said save, but really he
was like, what money.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
Yeah, he's got the good toilet paper. Your clunk, Frank,
happens every single hour.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
I used to Now he doesn't apparently, right, right, you
go from a hundred million dollars to shopping a dollar tree.
