Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's another jewbile phone frame day mornings on the twenties.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hello, I'm sorry about all the noise.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
Sorry. Who is this?

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (00:17):
Yes, I'm so sorry about all of the noise.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Hi.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
My name is Juniper and I'm calling from construction. I'm
on the crew that's working on the house next door
to you. Ors. Is this Cian?

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Oh how did you get this number?

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Oh? Well, I was given the number by your neighbor.
Is this CN?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
This is Sean? What are you calling the.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
CN? CN?

Speaker 1 (00:56):
It's Sean. This is Sean.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Oh okay. I wasn't sure if I had the right
person because the name was spelled SCA. And is that Sean?

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (01:13):
That is again.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
What are you calling about?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
My name is Juniper and I'm on the construction crew
that's working in the house next door to yours, and
I know it's been very loud. And wanted to call
to go over a few things because when we were
digging some lines for the new plumbing installation and new
electricity wiring, we found a few things that I think

(01:40):
you might want to be aware of. Some of our
digging has gone under the property line and just a
little bit, and wanted to make sure that you knew
that we would be taking extra caution to fill in
the tunneling that has been done and it won't affect anything,
but didn't need to make you aware that it's going on.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Sorry, what what tunneling?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
The tunneling and the little bit of tunneling going on,
But we've been tunnels bunker under the living.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Room, bunker under the living room.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
What we would be willing to leave the dwelling under
the living room completely free of charge and.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Not leave anything. I'm going to pull the cops if
you don't tell me what's going on.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Well, well, if we could not call the police, I
don't need them involved again in one of my digging experiments, did.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
You say your digging experiments? What are you talking about?
Do you want a real construction crew?

Speaker 2 (02:46):
I said, sorry, I didn't mean experiment, just a slip
of words there. But yes, it's the first time that
this has happened where we've dug down and then ended
up somehow unearthing a series of tunnels and bunkers underneath
the establishment, and just wanted to see if it was
okay to leave it for you, and maybe even if

(03:09):
I could put some sort of opening in the living
room where you could come and go out of the
bunker if you would like to.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
No, absolutely not. You are not coming into my property.
You are not to contact this number again, and I
will be contacting the police.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
I've been listening what I have been listening to you?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
You've been listening to me, but in my house.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Oh I'm so sorry. It probably sounded like I'm in
a bunker underneath your living room listening to you as
you walk around between six thirty and eight thirty at night.
But no, I have meant I've been listening to you
on this phone call.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
And how do you know that I'm in my living
room every night from six thirty to eight thirty? Have
you been underneath my house listening to us?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Sort of made a nice, nice little place for myself
the funder your living room, and I was wondering if I.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Could stay get the out. I'm calling the coster right
now and if they find you.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Hey, Sean, this is actually Dubil from the Jubil Show
doing a phone prank on you and your wife set
you up.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Oh my god, it's a joke. I was so creeked out.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
And there's construction going out of the house next door.
And you've been complaining about the digging and she wanted
to mess with you.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
All right, Well, at least there's no predator living in
my living room.
