Speaker 1 (00:00):
Time for Nina's what's trending?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Have you implemented the viral three by three trend to
improve your life?

Speaker 3 (00:05):
In your life?

Speaker 2 (00:06):
If you don't know what that is yet, I'm gonna
tell you in just a second, so you can improve
your life. Look at this self help. Somebody who could
probably use it, I'll tell you in a second is
Blake Lively.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Are you serious? Right now?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Let's talk about how much she's claiming she's lost in
damages due to the smear campaign that's been going on
ever since that ends with US movie drama and.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
They both lost a lot.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
I mean, I'm sure they both have, Yeah, but how
they add that money up. It's not even specific dollars
that have been accounted for, so it's projections. So she
says that she suffered one hundred and sixty one million
dollars in damages because of the smear campaign. She says
that part of it has to do with money that's
lost from her beauty brand, from her Betty Buzz brand,

(00:49):
just because people aren't purchasing what they had initially expected
them to, and so this whole.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Campaign is just like destroyed her.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
But she's going to be on the stand next month,
so they'll have trial, oh no March next March to
finally like iron this all out.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
But the money just keeps going.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Out the window as they lead up to it, and
especially for her because it looked really bad for her. Yeah,
so all the details that will come out.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
Also she took out.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
Like hair stuff also and all that was like coming out,
And I mean, I don't no one's gonna go by
it if they like they're what's happening in the news is.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Like yeah, brand story matter. Other things that matter is
the wine industry is suffering. This is not good for
those of us that love wine. But apparently in California
they've had to shut down vineyards because so many people
in the US have stopped drinking alcohol and really, yes,

(01:41):
over the past twenty years, the harvest has completely like
just gone down, and so that's hard for people that
are growing grape. So they just shut down the vineyards
all in general, they all together or whatever. So I mean,
we still have wine, but if you want that.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
To come back, drink more of it.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
I guess I don't know the answer, but the viral
three by three trend is probably not telling you to
just pound the wine.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
But this is what they say.

Speaker 2 (02:03):
The hack that's supposed to improve your life is to
have three mini goals completed before noon every day. So
walk three thousand steps, drink one third of your daily
water goal, and then eat roughly thirty grams of protein
all before noon. Huh okay, and then that could change
your life.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
I think I do that, do you? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:23):
Thirty grams of protein?

Speaker 4 (02:24):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (02:24):
Oh yeah for sure?

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Oh yeah, you does have I guess like at least
thirty grams.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Fifty really yeah, it's like a gainer one whatever. Yeah,
gains bros. Bro Dad has fifty grams. And the one
that I take in, the one that I drink in
the morning, has fifty grams of protein. So we'll get in.
I work in the morning, so I get my steps in.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Yeah, I know how you do that? Does your life
feel improved?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
Uh, it's like no, sure, it always just feels the same.
I don't mean that in a bad way. Yeah, you know,
sometimes I mean it in a bad way. Right now,
I don't though, Yeah, sweet, Yeah, my life's already dope.
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
That.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
It is a good to put it. Life is life, Okay,
you know, thats ups and downs, but whatever it is.

Speaker 3 (03:05):
What it is if you want it positive.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
I'm very positive, but it comes off negative. That's what's funny.
When I'm positive, it still comes off kind of negative.
But I mean that in a good way. You know,
Like life is life, man, it just is what it is.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
It's just true.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
And once you can accept that, then like you really
don't have a bad day. You may have a bad day,
but also you're like, yeah, it's just a bad day.
Tomorrow will be different, hopefully.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
I always looking at it is like a circle, like
it's got to start somewhere and then come back around, right.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Yeah. Yeah, so that's the son always has to rise again.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Exactly, or the three by three trend. I mean, whatever
you wanted to do, that's what's trending. You inspired, Victoria.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
That was like the least inspiring conversation ever, but it
was meant to be inspiring.

Speaker 3 (03:47):
You know, work delivery work, I know.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
But I hope you're apart from what you said.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
You write down what he said and then read it
in a positive just.

Speaker 1 (03:59):
Right, Yeah, yeah, Like nothing in life really matters that much,
so then what matters everything for everything and nothing nothing
matters and it's all important at the same time. That's confusing.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
I know that makes me want to work hard, but
all those makes me want to like not and then
go Disney World.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Yeah, well you should.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
That's bad once, but then who's gonna work if I'm
not here?

Speaker 1 (04:21):
Doesn't really matter. Time goes on, life goes on, exactly. See,
it doesn't really matter. Yeah, once you realize that nothing
really actually matters, it can be very very motivational and inspiring.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
I'm not gonna lie. I kind of feeling smart.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
I believe a lot of things matter. But see it's different.
But I like this, But in the grand scheme of things,
do they actually matter? I'm not sure because to me,
they do in the moment.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
So the moment matter, That's what I'm saying. They're all important.
Everything's important and also not important at the same time,
so the bigger picture. Even legacy, you know, people talk
about legacy. Everybody forgets about you after you're gone. Eventually,
eventually the people that know about you they also pass
away to your memory is gone. Oh that's so true.
There's no true legacy unless you're like Jesus Christ or something,
and that's very hard to get to that. It's totally true.

(05:08):
When the last time you thought about Rob Williams.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Ah, well, now exactly.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
And you know how many people out there were like,
who's Rob Williams? And eventually there were a whole generation
people have never heard of Rob Williams.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
That's true.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
I guess we all fade away, baby, And it's a
great thing. Am I the most depressive motivational person ever motivated?

Speaker 2 (05:32):
I'm meaning about ancestry dot com so like legacy informs
of like your family tree.

Speaker 1 (05:36):
But yeah, because like I never go back and look
at my family tree and those things and go like,
oh this person, some people will do. They look back
at it. Yeah, yeah, but then they remember you for
that second, and then after that you're gone again.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
I mean you kind of brought backwards. I guess kind
of nice.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
You want to feel like you're embodied and all the
people down like your family tree, like in your blood
the bloodlines, like your ancestors can like you can still
feel them. Anyway, we have different thoughts on this, that's okay.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
So yeah, either that was incredibly inspiring. You go like,
hey man, I really don't need to stress about much
because nothing really matters. Also, it's important to me and
I want to get it done. Or you're just like, wow,
that's incredibly depressing. Nothing I do in this life matters,
but it doesn't matter matter you do and you also don't.
At the same time, like once you can what you
can kind of work on that and make peace with it. Man,

(06:23):
it's freeing. Though it is freeing. You just learn to
drop stress on everything. You're just like, yeah, whatever, man,
it all go.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Somewhere like the drop stress just a vibe.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
We's all got to keep dancing through Life's yeah, exactly,
that's what was the point.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
If nothing matters, might as well dance through it. Yeah,
I mean dancing doesn't really matter anyway, but dance. So
jubile shows. Listen to this. It's very important and also
not do it at the same time. That is important.
