Sprite + Tea Is Officially Happening
The internet rumors were true—Sprite is launching a limited-edition Sprite + Tea flavor just in time for summer. According to the company, the drink “perfectly balances the iconic cut-through lemon-lime refreshment of Sprite with the familiar aroma & flavor of tea.” The drop has fans buzzing, especially after the initial leak sparked excitement on social media last fall. Keep an eye out in stores and at Walmart for this new twist on a classic.

Michael Jordan’s 1992 Bulls Uniform Sells for $2.6 Million
A jersey and shorts worn by Michael Jordan during the Chicago Bulls’ 1992–93 season have just sold at auction for a massive $2.6 million. The uniform was from the year of the Bulls’ first championship in that run, though it fell short of the $10.1 million record-breaking bid for Jordan’s 1998 NBA Finals jersey. Still, it’s a powerful reminder of Jordan’s legendary influence—and the enduring value of sports history.

need to know for the day with Nina's What's Trending.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Controversial new Sprite flavors heading to stores officially. When it
was teased last fall, people lost their minds because they're like,
how in the world could sprite in iced tea a drink?

Speaker 3 (00:15):
I mean, I don't think it's so.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Sprite plus tea, the flavor that freaked everybody out is
officially coming two stores near you, just in time of
the summer.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
That hasn't breaking everyone out. I feel like there's been
way worse drinks for freak people out.

Speaker 5 (00:25):
I agree with what I don't understand why people are upset,
But we just sent a pop star to the space
for eleven minutes.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
I think you can make an iced tea sprite in fusion.
Everybody just wants problems all the time.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
But you know, back when Jumans first started, it was
just hey, is that water clean?

Speaker 3 (00:48):
WI kill us? Am I gonna die to night?

Speaker 5 (00:50):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
It's like something already delicious teamed up with something else delicious.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Come on. I'm almost feel like people are just frustrated
because it takes out the step because you know, when
you go to like fast food places and they have
those soda machines and you make your own like concoction.
It's a little bit of sprite, a little bit of
Doctor Pepper lemonade, maybe some iced tea, and you got are.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
You putting in your green? You didn't make those mixtures possible.

Speaker 5 (01:15):
Nobody's stopping those people from doing that.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
I agree.

Speaker 6 (01:18):
I just think that this is you know, it's America.
It sounds like knowing it exists at all, and it
will never affect their life. Knowing that it's there, they
can't stand it. Yes, they must get to the comments
section immediately.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Sprite should just be sprite, and tea should just be
iced tea, and they should mingle with each other.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
It's not.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
The only thing I think of this sprite tea in vodka,
and that feels real.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Right when someone gets mad about it. I wonder if
somebody got mad about this.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Jordan Warren Bull's uniform sold for two point six million dollars,
So that was at an auction, and it was the
uniform that he wore during the ninety two to ninety
three season. But then another one of his jerseys sold
for ten point one million dollars. And it was the
jersey that he wore in the ninety eight NBA Finals. Now,
these jerseys aren't going to museums.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
What are you doing with them? I don't know why.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
I'm picturing some guy that's rich that buys this and
puts it on, and it's like.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
A moment you feel like you're the goat.

Speaker 5 (02:29):
There's no way they're putting it on, right, but they
are putting it on their wall. Yes, and they're sure
they invite somebody over, like you see that it's to
Jordan jersey and then she goes.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
What's Jordan? You don't even want to know how much
it costs?

Speaker 3 (02:43):
No, I actually do. That's the whole point. You have
it up there.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
I want I'll tell you it's such a million dollars.
I feel like I like to trail right now. It's
because I sold my ten million I bought this jersey.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
But whatever number gone wrong, good for them.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
And lastly, Netflix's most watched shows of all time have
just been revealed. Oh my gosh, I mean not really
any of these are that surprising. Squid Game Season one
is number one, so really never seen it? Yeah, Squid
Games number two is number three? What's number two. Wednesday. Wednesday,
really Wednesday is number two. Yeah, Strangers is a good one.

(03:27):
Dahmer's number six. What was adolescents? I didn't see that.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
That's a newer one.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
It is supposed to be very interesting, but that these lists.
I cannot trust Netflix when I look at like, I'll
open Netflix, this is top ten right top ten trending
right now, and then if you go to a different
account on your account.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
It's different. It's a different it is, yeah, because it's
not real. It's just the ten that they want you
to watch, serving you stuff.

Speaker 5 (03:52):
Yeah, they put off this list with stuff that's I mean,
Netflix has been around for a long time.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
I don't feel like it's messed up.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
It gives you the option to thumbs up show that
you like, and then it learns it and gives you
an algorithm.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
But it's based on shows that you like.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
But it says top ten trending on Netflix, like, yeah, everybody.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Else is watching everybody else is watching it. Yeah, yeah,
it's a lie.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Okay, do you take a picture of yours tonight. I'll
take a picture of mine and we can compare it well.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Because people also post about it like online, I be like,
oh my gosh. Our shows like, I'm like the top
ten this week, but does that mean like it's on
their top ten?

Speaker 7 (04:22):
But one of the actors' is like, oh my gosh,
Wednesday top number one because that's all she does over
That's not.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
What Theliver King on yours.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
No, no, no, Liver King.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
No one has been popping up like it's the most
watched thing ever online.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yeah, and I started watching it.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
It moves a little slow, but anyway, it's a documentary
about this. I got to huge buff dude. Then I
was like this. I was like, this is one of
the most watched things in the country. No, obviously, its
just recommending it to me because I'll watch meathead things.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Yeah, that's awesome. Anyway, Well that's what's turning
